From 3D to 5D

In 3D, it’s ‘till death do us part’.

In 4D, it’s till the death of the bond do us part.

In 5D, it’s realizing that there isn’t actually any death or partings.

It’s okay to have parts of us still invested in 3D. They will be attached there until it’s safe and desirable for them to move to a higher frequency.

Movement occurs when you form a relationship with this part of you, differentiating yourself from the part, so that there can be a relationship of feeling what they are feeling as they are feeling it. It takes two to form a relationship. This is the embodiment of your Higher Self that parts of you readily warm up to, which in turn changes your life as you know it.

What is love and life asking you to feel now? Can you feel that as a part of you?

Energy Update: What a swirl of energies for us in the beginning weeks of 2020! New timeline possibilities of bliss, joy, dreams coming into clarity and coming true. And, at the same time, grieving, sadness, and mourning processes as we ‘let go’ of whatever needs to be in order to respond to the new.
We are invited to expand our emotional body capacities to ride the waves and to hold mixed feeling realities at once within us. Sad and excited. Bittersweet. Hopeful and fearful. Trusting and mistrusting. These can be necessary mixed feeling states, yet they can also be signs of polarities within from one part of you to another. One part feels scared while another part feels hopeful. One part feels attached to a relationship and trauma bonded while another part of you is increasingly clear that the relationship needs to shift.
The polarities within are a result of 3D conditioning that offers a ‘black and white’, ‘this against that’ way of relating to life. The polarities within can be felt by you as you connect with the parts of you on each of their ‘sides’ and let their emotional realities land in your heart to be felt. You can find then a ‘middle way’ as an ambassador to these parts of you, bringing them into a balanced place and more even-keel blend. The polarities within can also be a result of our original separation from and out of the Divine. Reconciliation within from this lifetime helps to heal this soul wound.
These polarities within (also often between our inner masculine and inner feminine) were amplified by the full moon lunar eclipse codes blending with the 1:11 portal energies that peaked on Saturday. The feminine Full Moon Eclipse energies and more sacred masculine 1:11 portal passage brought up some weepiness, mood swings, crying purges, tension then trust waves as emotional body clearings and upgrades occurred. The 1:11 codes offered higher timeline clarities and possibilities and the courage to make life choices toward them, while the lunar eclipse energies offered emotional digestion of these choices.
On the other side of this passage, there is a sense of calming down and more rest, more groundedness from within, and an emotional reset. There is a sense of space within to digest in a more full-hearted way the changes and choice points that may have been illuminated to you during this passage.
Divine Mother energies of Kuan Yin offer stillness and gentleness through snow and winter codes and compassion to receive from within and to extend to others. At the same time, there is a heightened activity of fires, volcanoes and earthquakes as Dark Mother and Mother Gaia continue to bring in catalytic frequencies of clearing and rumbling alchemy.
There is also complex stream of SOULar winds forecasted to come into our atmospheres today from two to three holes in the sun’s surface. No geomagnetic storms are expected to come in, but there will be a surge of auroras when the solar wind arrives, according to spaceweather.com. SOULar winds can heighten and amplify any body symptoms you may be experiencing, including light headedness, disrupted sleep patterns, indigestion, colds and flu symptoms, etc.
All these energies offer us the opportunity to find our ‘home’ within and discover increasing trust in the flow of life held with Divine surrender. We can ride the waves of polarized emotions and bring love to all the parts of us that are feeling them. We can connect to the bigger soul context around the reason we are experiencing life AS we are. We can trust the growth that it brings to us as we move into our sacred humanity.

Snow and Sun Codes Bring In Sense Of Newness and Rebirth

Taking in the first snow of the year here in Victoria, I’m reminded of how purifying and cleansing it is. How still snow is, even when it is ‘falling’, and how it blankets everything in this energy of newness. Snow codes are refreshing, especially if they come rarely and stay for a short time.

The sun came out to greet us as we headed out on a walk to our local seaside park with Kalayna Solais. There is the joy of reunion in our hearts in the moment after a few months of choosing to be apart. This a celebration of new places to transact together…space made inside from necessarily being apart.

These are the rebirth moments that come out of the death and letting go phases that can be so challenging to navigate. These are the new moments that arise only out of letting go of the old. These are the confetti in the air moments where ash may still even be lingering.

It can seem in the darker moments of separation, that we won’t come into union again. It can push up the separation from the Divine and the wound that is often buried deep of what it felt like to be cast off from such bliss and Oneness. Parts of us can feel the pain of rejection, the hurt of disappointment, and land in the reality of our truth too that didn’t get brought before.

Yet, forgiveness inside and of others clears the ground. And, we are finding our way back to each other, back to the Divine, back to our souls. And life greets us and serves us with whatever necessary death and loss process will bring us most back to ourselves again.

In this fourth video of my video series called Deepen 2020, I (Jelelle Awen, SoulFullHeart Teacher/Facilitator) talk about the death/rebirth cycle that we are constantly going through in awakening…the ‘death’ of 3D conditioning and the layers of protection created from it and the ‘birth’ of our awakening, 4D/5D self with parts of us integrating into it as they heal. I share about how you might be experiencing this death/rebirth cycle in your life, on a spectrum from subtle to extreme life changes, choices, transitions, and shifts, and how tuning into Divine trust and soul context helps with it.

In the meditation, Mother Mary and Dark Mother join you in a funeral service to honor and feel the part of you that wants and is ready to die, to let go, and to move on. Mother Mary then guides you to connect with the higher frequency version of yourself being born in a cradle. The meditation helps you to bridge and hold space for the death/rebirth process in a conscious way while you are connected to Divine support and trust.

Our Individuation Anger At the Divine

Underneath all of our anxiety, depression; underneath all of our motivation and lack of motivation; in the bedrock of our lives and in the bedrock of our Metasoul can be found anger at God for individuating us out of itself.

‘The me who may have agreed to the whole plan doesn’t feel like the me who has to patiently endure the veil, the slow path to remembrance, and the boredom of something missing, something so deeply lost’ was the voice that came forward this week, followed quickly by another voice that said ‘but I can’t be angry at God! God is our only hope of return’.

I had quite a dam of tears break free right then, feeling compassion for the parts of me and my Metasoul feeling this bedrock underneath all the dramas of this life, especially as and triggered by new dramas that are wanting to unfold.

These past few weeks, I’ve been given to feeling the invitation to return to being in the moment; feeling how and when I’m not in the moment, etc. This awareness of this ‘soul fear/anger of individuation from the divine’ that I’m writing about today really speaks to why we avoid the moment. The moment contains this access to what’s real inside of us. Our Gatekeeper aspect of us has been convicted that we couldn’t handle this awareness, that feeling this fear would short circuit us or cause us to abandon our misssion, suicide (which as the gods we are is actually, a ‘deicide – killing god’).

Our conscious selves have lived in a kind of militaristic compartmentalized hierarchy world of only knowing what we need to know to do our part, while other ‘commander’ aspects of our being hold a vastly larger overview of our soul purpose, our mission, our origin and our destination. We are invited now as the time has come to bridge these compartments and to feel the larger reasons and realities for our being. This sheds much light on the persistent wounding patterns playing out in parts of us this life.

How do we do this?

I believe we do this most simply and most profoundly by simply being willing and humble to feel all there is to feel. The rest is built in – the timing, the pieces, the resources, the relationships that come and go, the life changes. Like the bodies autonomic function, we don’t need to concern ourselves with how to breathe or how to get our heart to function. It just does, providing we remain ‘opted in’ to life. Opting in to your emotional body is a choice that more and more people are awakening to. The healing that occurs from this willingness to feel never ceases to amaze me.

My Nomadic Journey W/My Soul Mate Begins In Avalon

After years of envisioning, teleporting, and ‘visiting’ in the astral, I am finally headed to Glastonbury/Avalon in the physical with my beloved soul mate! Yesterday, Raphael and I booked a month’s stay in a place near-ish Glastonbury, about 30 minutes away in the countryside, for this May. We’ll be purchasing our plane tickets and rental car soon, yet getting a place early felt important to align our intentions with reality.

Glastonbury, which in a fourth dimensional space is one of my soul’s homes, has been calling me since I first read Mists Of Avalon and began connecting with my Avalonian Metasoul /deep soul sister aspect Morra during meditation journeys there. It has been clear to me that I need to be there in the physical for a phase of time to ground in the karmic healing I’ve been doing into the physical space and places where so much happened. And, also to serve those that might be drawn to join us in whatever arises for SoulFullHeart groups there too.

This is the first landing place of what we are feeling to be a ‘second honeymoon’ adventure for Raphael and I. We are feeling a call to leave Canada and be mostly alone together in this next phase after living in community for many years. We are drawn to spend time in the UK (on the coast as well, in Scotland, Wales, etc.) and also in France, Greece, Italy, and more. The openness feeling of it, the unknown, following the call of our souls and the Divine, the simplicity of letting go of a ‘set’ home is something I have wanted to do my whole life, yet, felt so strongly the call to create a community too. It feels like the community will form organically when it is time as it is what my soul most knows how to do and how to live.

During this phase, Raphael and I will continue to hold 1:1 sessions over Zoom and in person too for those who want to visit us wherever we are. Sessions, group calls, events, book sales and donations will be our main livelihood as well so your ongoing support is so wonderful! And, we’ll also be offering virtual gatherings with our first one March 20-23 with more details about that coming soon. This virtual one will replace our in-person gathering here in Victoria that we had planned to do.

My sense is that this journeying will expand my range, move me out of any remaining comfort zones and serve as a constant and gentle reminder that ‘home’ is truly found from within. ~

In this third video of my video series called Deepen 2020, I talk about the importance of connecting with your emotional body through accessing parts of yourself and digesting emotional traumas with them in a feeling-based way (not through mental analysis or bypassing with spiritual frequencies). I talk about how we are conditioned and trained to overly focus on the development of our mental bodies (and even our physical bodies and spiritual bodies) over our emotional body, which is often trailing behind in maturity, health and porosity/lightness. And that much of what we feel as ’emotions’ is actually reactions and off gassing from undigested traumas in our emotional bodies.

In the meditation, Mother Mary and Yeshua join us as Divine feminine and masculine energies that are very emotional body and heart-based in frequency and can hold space for emotional digestion.
