New Timelines Coming In As The Old Ones Collapse

These catalytic, high energies leading up to Lion’s Gate 8/8 are moving us through so many places inside and out at such a quicker pace than we have ever known or felt before. Timelines and realities are collapsing AS the new is coming into manifestation. This overlapping is happening more and more with what is collapsing not even consciously known sometimes before it starts to shift and change.

Perhaps just as you are feeling there is something to let go of here, you are beginning to feel the rumbles, you are preparing to mourn……then, the new timeline is already coming in and starting to manifest in your life.

There used to be more gap in this process of death and rebirth, it seems…more ‘time’ for the process of it all.

Now, this gap is seeming to be greatly narrowed where in some cases just as you realize that you need to change something, the new is coming in to take its place. Just as you are feeling a need to shift and change something, the opportunities and possibilities are coming in through synchs and connections leading to quicker implementation of choice points. I am seeing and feeling this happen in my own life and in the lives of others in our Divine Self Embodiment community.

The inner negotiation around all this becomes so important. To bridge all this change (even as it is into the good, for your good, and for your growth) with the parts of you that (of course!) are feeling resistant, afraid, tense, and anxious about the transition. The Inner Protector especially is ‘charged’ with making sure you don’t experience harm and to warn you of any ‘threats’ coming. The new can feel like a threat to the protective part of you, even if YOU deeply want it.

You as a Divine Self showing up to negotiate with your Inner Protector can allow for more fluid of a transition and processing of the previously harmful experiences that occurred in the past. The Protector can then rest more and allow the new to come in at a rate and pace that YOU want and then you able to let in the goodness that is coming to you in a deeper way too. The Protector is so often guarding younger parts such as the Inner Teenager from future harm, hurt or disappointment so they need to feel that you are connecting with and holding that part of you. The new timeline can bring up previous trauma experiences stored at the cellular level and in parts of you, to BE with as the water of love that washes out the ‘oil’ of what has been stored in your emotional body. As the cells upgrade to crystalline they release the toxicities and lower frequencies absorbed through 3D experience and in the Metasoul field too. This can be a lot of stored toxicity and it doesn’t seem to make much difference how physically healthy your body is related to how much has to come up…..although being physically vital can help.

As you move into the new from the old at a more rapid pace (as what seems to be happening right now), your cells can vibrate faster and it’s like a wet towel that you whip around in a circle…….the faster you go in your circular motion, the more water flings off. The more love in the form of new coming into your world and at a faster rate, the more is released that needs to be.

The Divine is offering SO MUCH trust and support in our capacity to handle this accelerated rate of death and rebirth and this increased cycle of cellular release of toxicity. As so many of us are being fast-tracked right now in this ascension process to lead the way, we can lean into the Divine to surrender the outcomes and preconceived ideas parts of us might have of what the new might look like, even as we hold our desires and wants with tenderness and care!

Leaning into the Divine in whatever forms work for you can bring so much ease and grace and trust in the overall process and the increasingly rate and pace of it. Trusting the feeling how, indeed, ‘we are never given more than we can handle (even of the good!)’ and that it is all held with much love!

“The Dark Has Been A Necessary Illusion” : Lion’s Gate Update & Message From Sirius

Today, August 8th 8:8, is the Lion’s Gateway, peak of the galactic alignment with the planet Sirius. As Sirius rises in the sky, Orion’s Belt aligns with the Pyramid of Giza. From our viewpoint from Gaia, Sirius (as the brightest star in the sky) comes closer to us. We have often called this day “Cosmic Christmas” for the gifts that it can bring on the soul level.

Sirius is a STRONG and powerful source of soul activations, upgrades, and Ascension frequencies. As we connect to our soul aspects from Sirius, we can receive codes that bring us into our next levels of awakening. They often appear as feline beings with blue skin tones, although that can vary.

The veils are lifted during this gateway and the capacity to see/feel/know other lifetimes and timelines is revealed. Our soul aspects who live in ‘Ancient Egypt’ become visible and knowable to us especially during this time. These aspects are often more tuned into these higher spiritual energies that have often been covered over in our modern times. There is much to learn from soul gift exchange with our Egyptian aspects yet, also, the False Light Matrix was very powerful during this time so you may feel a karmic unplugging in that as well. If you are drawn to that time period, especially right now, this is a sign of that connection being ripe and available to you for exploration and discovery.

As I meditated this morning, I connected with Sela, my blue feline-humanoid Lionness Queen from Sirius. As we touched third eyes together, She offered me waves of calm support and spacious grace. As I’ve been going through some deeper layers of digestion around this shift in lifestyle to being with Gaia and living more naturally and some more death/rebirth/deconstruction phases for me in that, her frequencies felt soothing and expansive. I had this sense of cool water flowing over little fires everywhere within and to the places in the world where fires are literally burning as the Cabal/Matrix tightens its grip post-collapse. This feeling was deeply supported by the sounds of the nearby river which has been a steady backdrop sound transmission for the last month.

Sela seemed to deeply feel and understand the energies of death and rebirth going on for humanity right now, as her species has gone through the Ascension process bliss mess phases and stages as well. The peaking of these energies seems to be these last weeks of increasing push for the V. as the Dark Ones shift from enticing to punishing in order to get more compliance. She offered compassion for the messy transition we are in as we stumble and fumble through the dark to find our way into the light.

Sela encouraged you to feel into whatever messages you receive from your Sirius aspects on this day, offering that they are specifically connected to the Lion’s Gate frequencies and the upgrades available during it. I could sense too how in tune we were with them during the Lemurian age, precious allies and friends of ours from the stars.

The Sirius energy reminds us of the bigger picture that can be lost with so much contentious content and polarization. They form a bridge to our galactic nature and the remembering of the assistance and support that is ALWAYS there for us. As we are vulnerable and ask for it, so we can then receive it as love from the Divine in whatever forms and ways we most need.

Sela says now, “Trust the light that you are emerging into as you wake up from your long sleep. Remember that the dark has been a necessary illusion. Forgetting is the illusion. Separation is the illusion. Fear is the illusion.

Love is real. Unity is real. The Light is real. The Divine is real.

The rest is a play out of the illusion that is dying and being slowly reborn into what is real.Β This process of dying illusion is happening within you and in your world. As you can see this process, you can separate from it and connect to the love that you ARE in any moment. “

12/12 – 12/21 Corridor Bringing Clarities, Next-Level Invitations/Initiations

There is so much support through this 12/12 – 12/21 energetic corridor and into the new year of 2021 as well, for our deeper awakenings and initiations to take root individually and collectively. It’s already been a FULL year and now we’re being led into 2021 with fresh eyes and heart, though the rawness of what’s been moving all year is still very present.

Sudden dawnings and realizations are moving through. It’s a time of deeper awakening and the rumbles that come with that which sometimes you can’t name. You don’t know what’s shaking inside of you, but something IS…

Yesterday on 12/12 here in Glastonbury, it was a full day of hiking up to the Tor for sunrise and sunset and responding to alchemy in between. I had much time with Jelelle and could feel on both our trips to the Tor that there was something ceremonial moving through, deep inside of both of us. Such is the soul connection we have in these lands of Avalon, yet also, I got the strong sense of being initiated into a whole new level of soul bigness and claim.

So it is that we are all invited into our next levels/places, letting go and letting in as we move into them. Being initiated into deeper service if you’re ready for that, or perhaps your initiation right now is into trusting love and into feeling any fears that live in parts of you about surrendering to that process.

There’s a strong invitation from the Divine, always, to open your heart… to truly feel the grief, the mourning, the letting go as you also let in what’s arising. This could mean that you’re completing relationships or beginning new ones or completing with a geography to move on into one that better reflects your soul/heart needs, purpose and mission at this time. It’s a time of endings and beginnings, which is typical for this time of year every year, yet this year feels especially powerful in this way!

2020 has been a year where we’ve seen β€˜Peak Fear’ take hold in many ways. It’s been a highly reactive year where many souls have struggled to lean into Divine love and to surrender to what is. It’s been a year of learning to trust what feels real to YOU while putting away the mainstream sources that are there to stir up the fears that were already peaking and mislead you with many spins on actual truth. It’s been a sacred year of more questions than answers, of death and rebirth, of looking intently in the mirrors placed in front of you, to meet the parts of you that have been hidden, buried, or buried themselves out of fear of being seen and known, not to mention felt, loved up, and deeply healed too.

Our deeper awakenings into rebirth and love as a Sacred Human family was not promised to be pretty or neat, though it has been deeply meaningful and continues to be. We all have choice points, graduations, and next levels to arise into. If love is leading, we will be challenged, we will grow, but we will always, ALWAYS be held.

Energy Update: Full Moon Illuminating Shadows Through Thin Veil

Energy Update: At this potent time, there is much less β€˜veil’ to see through and feel through. The upcoming full moon offers a penetrating energy in moments, even now before She is full, of illumination of shadow. The veil is not only thinning in such a way that we can connect with beings in other dimensions, yet we are invited to connect with what has been left unseen, unheard, unfelt within.

Those of us called to Love Ambassador work are challenged when we step more into this process of seeing what needs our love inside of us. We are continually asked to purify by taking pristine care of ourselves, our parts, our physical/emotional/spiritual bodies. This may mean β€˜cleaning house’ at times and letting the fires of illumination help us realize what needs to be let go of with care and discernment in the name of self love.

It’s a powerful time of integrating our shadows, what has been hidden, and letting this become the fuel for the next explorations of our light and our soul gifts as well. They aren’t mutually exclusive and can’t be compartmentalized, as they are always connected and in fact need each other perhaps now more than ever during this rumbly time on this planet!

This is an ongoing process for the rest of this year and beyond, extending for as much β€˜time’ as needed. There is a lot of debris to clean up once the ash from the burning away settles more in our world. The current state of things globally is only contributing to this fire, assisting the burning process. It feels so important to discern when we need to light the match and when we need to step aside and hold love in our hearts as we witness the death and rebirth process from the outside.

It’s a sobering time with so much up and down to feel through, yet if we can all stay real, current, and dedicated to finding and feeling the truth especially within, we are in as steady of a boat as we can be even when the waves of what’s true crash through.

Energy Update: Eclipses, Solstice, and Gaia Waves Provide Unity During 3D/4D Polarity Passage

In a way, there is so much going on with the energies, on collective levels especially, that it is interesting to sum it all up in one energy update. Yet, I feel the support to try from an elevated perspective above the fray and intensity going on at 3D/4D levels right now, just to get some ‘air’ above it. Moving into a 5D perspective, we can witness without judgement, feel compassion for ALL involved, and connect to a Divine trust and surrender around it all.

Let’s go to the orbit of Gaia, shall we? From there, we can look down at our big blue beautiful planet and feel surrounded by stars, the Moon, the vastness of space. Its infinite nature reminds us of OUR infinite nature. There are many lightships in the orbit of Gaia that have been there through these recent global awakening events and long before that. Can you see them with your third eye? Or sense them there?

These are friendly skies with ships from the Pleiades, Arcturus, Andromeda, and more. They’ve been reminding us of their presence lately with a series of crop circle formations with messages of Unity, completion, moving in flow, and more. There is quite a lot of energy beaming from these ships; energies that are supportive, higher frequency, and meant to aid in our awakening. These energies are received within our bodies, energy fields, and minds as we are ready for them. We can receive them into our 12 Ascension Chakras as well. These are the main seven, plus the Stellar Gateway, the Soul Star, the Causal, the earth chakra, and I felt one above the Stellar Gateway this morning, calling it the Higher Self/I AM Chakra for now.

These galactic energies make ‘contact’ with us in dreams, in meditation, in visions, in synchronicities and sometimes in the physical. These energies are the codes to awaken our sleepy DNA, activate our glands to only life sustaining frequencies, support our light bodies to transition, heal our emotional bodies from traumas, and more.

As you connect to these energies in a personal way through your inner Star Seed as a bridge to your Star Family, you receive these activations and upgrades directly into your BEing. This personal way allows you to feel whatever blocks of fear, abduction programs, resistances due to 3D conditioning exist inside parts of you and in your soul aspects as well. This allows for more open access and integration into your body, the densest aspect of your BEing.

The cosmic energies, such as the ones offered in the upcoming eclipses and Solstice, are meant to be received in a personal way, as well as being collective activations too. Eclipses and Solstices/Equinoxes are Unity Consciousness events, sparking our soul’s lineage. They offer moments that unite rather than divide. There is so much division, contention, and polarity peaking right now in the 3D/4D narrative timelines as the Matrix collapses that these cosmic events can help to remind us of the ultimate reality of our essence as One.

Recent Schumann/Gaia resonance waves have been moving through the last few days to reflect ongoing planetary and humanity consciousness shifts. You may feel these waves (along with the energies leading up to the upcoming Solar Eclipse on June 20 and the Solstice on June 21) within your body and auric field. Deeper levels of meditation, eating light/more on prana, being in JOY with those you love, serving love as your passion expression, connecting in nature can all be supportive during this time.

There can be quite a lot of reaction coming up in the emotional body to all these events (both cosmic and in 3D/4D), yet it can be helpful to feel into what is actually yours and to land back in your own consciousness and heart space. It may feel like a messy time, even a frustrating time for parts of you as polarity is revealed, yet MASS awakening is happening….at whatever level and means for each soul.

Awakening looks and feels different for every soul, as uniquely orchestrated by each of us and our soul family before incarnation. We follow on the soul level a special ‘recipe’ of events, experiences, and circumstances to move the soul from asleep to awake; from forgetting to remembering; from enslavement to liberation. Even though many souls may appear to be deeply entrenched in whatever current narrative in whatever timeline they are following, there is still much movement happening within their own bandwidth frequency.

From Gaia’s orbit, we receive the sense of how much bigger the FULL picture is of our ongoing Ascension than what current events would reflect. We can feel the multidimensional support that is there for us from all these Star BEings and yet, also, from the realms of the Ascended Masters, the Angels, and the Divine. We can feel then that this is a temporary (and, yes, at times painful) passage that ultimately accelerates our movement toward a new world based on love, unity, and peace. A passage that ultimately serves to birth us into the New.

Energy Update: 3D Pain Fog Clearing As Schumann Spikes

Energy Update: Schumann/Gaia resonance spike up to 170 HZ for over an hour in the middle of the night (for those of us in Canada and the pacific northwest anyway). That is one of the higher readings that I can remember. I FELT this one, couldn’t sleep for awhile, with this buzz moving through me…a mixture of excitement and some tension that finally resolved into passing out again.

Then I drifted into two strange dreams with one of them presenting a scenario of diverted disaster that I am still digesting, yet felt like it represented change and transition in my life and in the collective. It is two months until we leave for our next timeline in Europe so it may be connected to that for me. Dreams and even nightmares have been occurring for some of us for the last week or so, dropping into the lower 4D spaces for more cleansing and purging from the 4D Matrix, even if we don’t usually have that.

There has also felt like a fog over consciousness in some ways for the last week….like a kind of murkiness or distracted frequency that can shift us into feeling like real life is more surreal, more into our multidimensional realities that can feel ‘better’ than ‘real life’ interface which is still so anchored in 3D frequencies.

This has brought up some pain cycles to be felt whether in the physical (such a menstrual or chronic pain) or in the emotional body in suffering loop patterns. Being with these pain cycles, bringing love to them, feeling the parts of you that are engaged in them, connecting to the play out it is from other lifetimes can help them to resolve and complete them.

I started to feel a shifting in the energies yesterday with more clarity, softness, and clearing through ‘fog’ coming in. The Schumann frequencies seem to be supporting that hike through and UP in consciousness as well.

3D is going through a continuous rumble into Lower 4D and things like the coronavirus and the fear/shut down it is bringing up for those anchored to 3D consciousness is an example of that. Those souls with healthy immune systems and clean diet, light running through their energy systems on a regular basis, doing their emotional and spiritual healing trauma work are able to move through these kinds of things more easily. Also, those with a growing purpose of service here are much needed at this time and so are choosing to stay.


Part of the rumble is that more souls (and animal companions) are choosing whether to leave this plane right now or whether to stay and go into the next, accelerating phase of Ascension. Many souls who came here exclusively to experience 3D consciousness are choosing to go as the growth for them reaches its peak here.
