Its purpose is to create diversion so that the next phase and stages of collapse of the 3D Matrix can be implemented without creating even MORE fear and mass panic in the 3D collective. Energy Update: Ripe Time For Awakenings, Deeper Connection With The Divine And Within

Yesterday, I paused to feel the panic moving through the collective, how it could easily echo something that needs me inside of me, yet doesn’t seem to at this time…. At least not in the same way as it seems to be for others.

It rippled and ripped around where I stood. It told me, asked me, to keep being as still as I can, to keep holding space for it, to keep being a beacon of love and surrender during a dark time.

Having been through dark times in this life and many others, I know I can do this. I can be the lighthouse on the dark and stormy waters, whether the ships can see me or not.

My soul knows the solace, the solitude, the loneliness too, of being a β€˜healer’ in the midst of chaos. My soul also knows the beauty of the beaconing, the beckoning towards brighter shores of possibility and deeper connection within and with the Divine during such times as these when the death knoll (literal and figurative) sounds and there is an added poignancy and consciousness/awareness in our daily interactions and activities that we couldn’t get to otherwise.

My heart knows that this is all leading us to deeper connections to each other and ourselves as well as our beloved Gaia, as what is rebooting completes its reset cycle, bringing the collective into many different strands and strata of awakening.

All lenses are valid, all viewpoints need acknowledging. None are β€˜wrong’ and none are absolutely ’right’, for this world is not now nor could ever be black and white.

I think the deepest gift we can offer ourselves if we choose to isolate, to pull back and out from β€˜work’ or from β€˜social’ as a precaution is to go inward and feel. The world is on a sort of β€˜pause until further notice’ which is extremely rare. This is an opportunity to see what’s been brewing and moving on the inside of each of us. Where is the stagnancy and stubbornness toward love and surrender? Where is there a poignant fear of death or loss or both? These are existential questions, I know. Not everyone will be able to ask themselves or parts of themselves these just yet, but the invitation is there as always. And, as always, the Divine is here holding us all in whatever explorations we’re having inside and out and in whatever it is we are discovering about ourselves and our worlds, both inner and outer.

We are being invited to see our capacity to create the life we actually DO want and how this all comes from inside of each of us… from these places of panic and worry that are rooted far deeper than simply just being what β€˜is’ and therefore accepted as only what β€˜is’. There is SO much that needs our LOVE in these places. There are so many parts feeling their beloved 3D world being shaken up and so many Metasoul aspects in other lifetimes feeling a recapitulation of what they’re going through as well. Indeed, there are MANY layers all happening at once, so the need to pull it all back inward and make space for feeling it all is very, very real.

In all of this… there is nothing to β€˜vanquish’ but there is a lot to be with and love UP.

It’s from this inward place that it can all change for the better, starting with the chaotic INNER world, the one that tends to get brushed aside or buried far too often.

Coronavirus As A Portal

I haven’t watched or taken in much mainstream news about the spread of the coronavirus, interestingly named considering it is the sun’s energies being offered through coronal holes in its surface providing us with much sacred masculine activation during this phase of Ascension. Even choosing not to take in the 3D news perspective and energy, I can feel the growing fear, panic, and sense of powerlessness growing around it within the collective. I can feel it, yet I am not of it.

Whenever there are reactions of fear, there is an opportunity to discover what it is actually about within your own soul and consciousness. One of the deepest fears we can have as humans when we still consciously feel separated from the Divine is of physical body death. Physical body death brings up a recapitulation of the original separation wound that is so painful. Anything that threatens our ‘lives’ in our physical body can then push up this fear. If we haven’t conceived of our spirit and soul beyond our physical bodies, then we are totally attached in consciousness to our physical experience and bodies. This is a good way of understanding what 3D consciousness offers….little beyond the physical experience.

From this place of 3D reality, something like the coronavirus feels very threatening and pushes up an extreme fear of body death and therefore Divine separation. There isn’t much sense of trust and Divine surrender in this perspective. There isn’t much connection and trust to the light body, subtle energy systems, and prana/chi/life force frequencies that can be brought in to respond to something like a stronger virus. Because mainstream medicine is reactive rather than preventative, there are so many in 3D consciousness living in extremely poor health and vitality, for which this virus can greatly impact and harm them.

As we feel from a higher perspective the soul’s choices here, we can start to tune into the bigger choice point and transition that is happening collectively. As I’ve mentioned in other writings, it is a time of ‘stay or go’ on the soul’s level as we move into a deeper phase and stage of Ascension. Those souls who want and need more 3D experience (as it does offer so much growth opportunity if you can emerge and awaken out of it!) would choose to leave the Earth plane now as it transitions to more 4D and then 5D Gaia experience. In this way, these souls may choose the coronavirus as the means to exit now.

Something like a virus is a portal for us to feel into our soul’s history and experience of viruses in previous lifetimes and timelines. From the black plague to other epidemic experiences, the reactions of fear and panic can sometimes stem from another timeline when these viruses were truly and deeply devastating to us and this wasn’t processed on an emotional body level. If you are finding yourself in strong reaction to it, this may be a place to go exploring to see if there is a connection for you in your soul’s experience.

I have been asked if it feels like this virus has been planted by the Cabal, Illuminati, etc. as a population control means or by the alliance to be able to collapse the world’s economy and bring in alternative currency, etc. Both of these feel possible and yet the interesting piece there is what reactions that brings up in you if either of those are the case. Feelings of outrage are also a portal to feel the parts of you in activist and protest modes that could, again, be from another lifetime. The invitation is to return to the Ambassador’s sense that we are ALL players in this Divine play and whatever ‘roles’ we are choosing benefit this experience. Offering forgiveness and compassion to others and self can help navigate this.

I’ve been mentioning the 3D/Lower 4D Matrix rumbles and reboots and this virus feels like an aspect of that. Viruses reboot and disrupt programs, such as the Lower 4D Artificial Intelligence Program running from the Reptilian 4D Dimension. Love is a good kind of virus that leads to mutual liberation for all of us. If we are trusting that ALL energies ultimately come from the Divine than even this coronavirus serves a purpose of love that comes from the Divine. The loss of human life, when seen from a soul’s choice level, becomes a sometimes necessary aspect of that.

I’ve also been asked if I feel tension or anxiety about my own future plans to relocate and travel in Europe starting in May due to the possible travel restrictions, quarantine, etc. When I feel into that, I get this sense of Divine trust and surrender that moves through my heart. If I cannot travel at that time, as much as I desire and want to, I do feel a sense of surrender inside me around that. Trusting the reboot process that is needed and that I am just a piece within that, I am in flow with whatever happens. I can serve love from wherever I am in the world.

My deeper sense is that the Divine desires for me to be in Europe for my own process and for the service opportunities of love that can be seeded there once Raphael and I are there. I really can only be in Now about that and will respond to whatever comes up in reaction inside of me if/when it does. Projecting worst case scenarios is so often what causes anxiety. If you are feeling anxiety about your future travel plans, you may feel into the part of you that is worrying about it and why they are. What are they not trusting? What can you feel with them that will help them move into more Divine surrender?

Connecting to Divine trust and surrender allows for a sense of flow through the sometimes turbulent times ahead. Detoxing from 3D energies within your body, bringing in more light, healing traumas at the self and soul levels can help to boost your immune system as needed. Remaining anchored in a higher consciousness frequency while bridging with love to all parts of you that need support and love can help ride the waves. As you find that sense of trust inside yourself, you can extend it out towards others as as beacon of peace, of love, and of possibility.

Energy Update: 3D Pain Fog Clearing As Schumann Spikes

Energy Update: Schumann/Gaia resonance spike up to 170 HZ for over an hour in the middle of the night (for those of us in Canada and the pacific northwest anyway). That is one of the higher readings that I can remember. I FELT this one, couldn’t sleep for awhile, with this buzz moving through me…a mixture of excitement and some tension that finally resolved into passing out again.

Then I drifted into two strange dreams with one of them presenting a scenario of diverted disaster that I am still digesting, yet felt like it represented change and transition in my life and in the collective. It is two months until we leave for our next timeline in Europe so it may be connected to that for me. Dreams and even nightmares have been occurring for some of us for the last week or so, dropping into the lower 4D spaces for more cleansing and purging from the 4D Matrix, even if we don’t usually have that.

There has also felt like a fog over consciousness in some ways for the last week….like a kind of murkiness or distracted frequency that can shift us into feeling like real life is more surreal, more into our multidimensional realities that can feel ‘better’ than ‘real life’ interface which is still so anchored in 3D frequencies.

This has brought up some pain cycles to be felt whether in the physical (such a menstrual or chronic pain) or in the emotional body in suffering loop patterns. Being with these pain cycles, bringing love to them, feeling the parts of you that are engaged in them, connecting to the play out it is from other lifetimes can help them to resolve and complete them.

I started to feel a shifting in the energies yesterday with more clarity, softness, and clearing through ‘fog’ coming in. The Schumann frequencies seem to be supporting that hike through and UP in consciousness as well.

3D is going through a continuous rumble into Lower 4D and things like the coronavirus and the fear/shut down it is bringing up for those anchored to 3D consciousness is an example of that. Those souls with healthy immune systems and clean diet, light running through their energy systems on a regular basis, doing their emotional and spiritual healing trauma work are able to move through these kinds of things more easily. Also, those with a growing purpose of service here are much needed at this time and so are choosing to stay.


Part of the rumble is that more souls (and animal companions) are choosing whether to leave this plane right now or whether to stay and go into the next, accelerating phase of Ascension. Many souls who came here exclusively to experience 3D consciousness are choosing to go as the growth for them reaches its peak here.

Energy Update: Playful and Lighter Energies Possible As Cosmic Energies Peak

Energy Update: The cosmic energies coming in have a playfulness to them and lightness, even as they are powerful activators as well. The amount of cosmic rays in particular streaming into Gaia and our atmospheres is close to a space age record…that is A LOT of energy. This is β€˜normal’ for the phase of solar minimum that we are currently going through with reduced sun spot/flare activity and more solar storms and rays.

Those of us expanding our multidimensionality and connecting to our subtle energy bodies WAY beyond the physical body are sensitive to these energies. What goes on in the outer cosmos impacts what is going on in our inner cosmos too.

Geomagnetic storm conditions around the Arctic Circle are subsiding today with still slightly elevated solar wind speeds happening. The storms brought in these amazing auroras with a display of spectacular pale green, rare blue, and purple auroras and others forming into dramatic chain-link shapes, shared from spaceweather.com.

It feels like the ceiling is β€˜lifting’ lately and access is opening up to more joy, more passion, more clarity, more FUN. We can actually want that and need it even as we are seriously devoted to awakening/ascending on another level. Your Inner Child/Star Seed and Inner Teenager may particularly need some play time, dancing, singing, drawing/being creative, having fun with friends.

There is a shifting in the energy of these parts of you into more galactic, more magical and more open as you bridge to their Star Family consciousness and heal the emotional/physical/spiritual trauma that keeps them anchored to lower frequencies.

The winter months invite us into our inner spaces, introspection, body detox/illness, and less social interaction. There is a very real impact on our emotional states and on our physical bodies as the amount of light we can let into our cells/chakras during seasons of less sunlight and warmth decreases.

There can be a heaviness during this time and even lingering feelings of depression, flatness, sadness, overwhelm. Many souls and beloved animal companions have been choosing to leave the earth plane during these last couple of months as we transition into 2020, which brings up much processing, grieving, mourning, and letting go. The crucible of death and rebirth can be heightened during winter months.

Hints of Spring are coming through in the weather now, yet also in the energy. I get this sense that the tail end of 2019 and these first two months of 2020 have been more tumultuous, churning up whatever we’ve needed to sort through and pushing up what needs to be loved and healed. The next few months of 2020 feel more like moving into a new dawning, a transitionary experience into your higher timeline, and more physical embodiment experience of your light body.

Quantum Streams Available For Healing: Magdalene, Reptilian, and Divine Orphan Wounds

Three energy streams on the higher soul family monad and collective unconscious levels seem to be coming through for healing at the same time during this already VERY catalytic 2020. I am experiencing these myself, moving and processing in and out of them and also in sessions lately.

We can choose which one or ones most resonant for us and are the most timely in the moment. These β€˜streams’ are invitations to feel into YOUR personal process related to them….beyond linear time, beyond ‘past lives’, your soul participates in fragment/aspect expressions that are ultimately connected to the bigger whole or your Metasoul/Higher Self.Β 

One of the energy streams is the healing and revealing of the Magdalene consciousness. For β€˜her’ to emerge and arise out of the distortion and suppression by the wounded masculine (as was the agreement on the higher level) and into her powerful expression balanced with feminine stillness, compassion, kindness, and empathy. Magdalene is not just one soul (Mary of Bethany or Magdala) as sacred mate to Yeshua, yet an order of Magdalenes, initiates in the mystical gnostic arts of Isis. I’ll be sharing more about this and offering a guided meditation to connect to your Magdalene lineage soon.

You may be feeling the Magdalene piece coming through in waves of outrage, distrust of the Masculine, and need to express your truth, especially if there has been suppression in your life. Energies in the womb/sacral area can be rumbling, shifting menstrual cycles and hormone levels and in the solar plexus chakra as well. If you have been drawn to the Magdalene-Yeshua timeline and studied it, discovering your soul’s involvement in it can be helpful for the next level of healing and soul gift expression/service here.

The other energy stream is the revelation of the Reptilian β€˜twinning’ overlay reality onto ours. They are plugged into their AI, 4D Control Matrix and seem to act as β€˜spark plugs’ and bridges for our human projection into the 3D Matrix. We are entwined with our Reptilian Self and our Ascension/liberation is intimately connected to theirs. I’ve mentioned before about head/neck/shoulder pain associated with the Reptilian Self related to possible caps over the crown/third eye chakras. And a plug into their Matrix at the back of the head or Causal Chakra area. You may also be dreaming of Reptilians and having interactions with reptiles in some way. This is the ‘next level’ healing that occurs as you awaken to the reality of the Matrix construct and desire to move beyond the rage, shock, stigma, etc. and into ambassadorship that allows for mutual liberation.

Also, there is the feeling and healing of our Inner Divine Orphan. This is the part of us in our Metasoul that has abandonment pain from separating out from the Divine at the Soul Family Monad level and into individuated consciousness. This part is connected to the original wound feeling of being cast out from Oneness. The downstream expressions of this aspect are the more 3D-based, this-life Inner Child and the 4D Star Seed Child.Β 

Working with the Inner Child for 15 years, I see and feel now with myself and others this deeper layer…the REASON for the pain, hurt, shyness, shame, and more that expresses as the wounded child in this life and other lifetimes. Our Inner Orphans can receive the homecoming they most need in the arms of the Divine again. I’ll be offering a meditation to connect with the Inner Orphan soon.

There is a texture of PTSD symptoms to our Inner Orphans and feelings of anxiety and being deeply hurt can be quite strong. If this is coming through for you, it will feel like not just connected to this-life circumstances yet something much deeper at the soul level. This seems to be coming up for those who have done deeper levels of Inner Child work.

As you read about these streams, your soul will guide you toward what is most timely for you in this Now. There is an opportunity to make this very personal and to connect/see/feel directly how your soul is involved in these streams. SO much can be transmuted with love during this time of our Ascension and NEEDS to be in order for it to progress and continue. These timeline streams are opening up to us as the veils lift and thin out, revealing our TRUE multidimensional natures.

What you feel and discover on a personal level vibrates out into the collective where we are all ONE. Whether it is responding to your Magdalene timeline, your Reptilian Self or your Inner Orphan, the love you offer and extend carries out into the All to be received!

02-02-2020 Palindrome Energy Offers Union Codes Of Balance & Healing Polarities

Today is 02-02-2020, a palindrome day…the same backwards as forwards. This doesn’t occur again for awhile! Two has an energy of partnership and of union. It invites us into exploration of duality and where the growth dance of exploring opposites and polarities can take us.

Where opposites attract, they can also oppose. 2020 invites us, and especially this day, to feel where opposition exists in our lives…on the outside in relationships and on the inside from one part of us to another. We can heal these oppositions inside by feeling ‘each side’ with genuine compassion, negotiating to find the resolution, setting loving boundaries, bringing the truth of all parts of us (especially the ones that have been suppressed!)

I feel today also offers an opportunity to feel what your intentions toward union in your life are and what that looks and feels like for you. Sacred union within is the coming into balance of your inner masculine and inner feminine, who are so often living in templated polarity and discord. This is a big aspect of the deeper, ongoing work I do with women in sessions…to feel and heal the relationship between their inner masculine (usually a combo of Inner Protector, Gatekeeper, Inner Punisher) and their inner feminine (inner child, inner teenager, etc.)

As this inner sacred union comes into more flow, goodness, gift exchange and cooperation….then you can experience this in sacred union relationships on the outside. So often your inner masculine or other suppressed parts in shadow are represented by mate, friend, birth family. And if there is conflict and discord and suffering in these relationships, this is a mirror to show you how this is going on INSIDE between one part of you to another.

This can be easy to conceptualize (makes so much sense!), yet it is quite another challenge to identify and feel these energies AS distinct parts of yourself AND offer a neutral yet compassionate third energy of ambassador to meditate them. It is def worth it though as I have seen miracles happen in sessions and in my own process of deeper self love, connection and worth, capacity to manifest our higher timeline, deeper experience of nourishing sacred union relationships, etc. in doing this inner work.

This also feels like a passage for us to feel our humanity coming into balance and flow again with our galactic nature, including our Reptilian selves (which has been a big activation lately.) Rather than ‘going against’, it is about mutual liberation. Connecting with your Reptilian Self can create and heal that bridge from within. 02-02-2020 reminds of the reality of union that we are being invited to experience in ALL moments and in ALL ways with ourselves, with others and with the Divine…..as we continue to heal from the fragmentation and separation of 3D life.

Energy Update: Wounded Masculine Matrix Reboots As Divine Feminine Energies Arise

Energy Update: Reboots ongoing as we move into completion of only the first month of this catalytic 2020 year! These reboots seem to be allowing for ‘offline’ moments of access beyond the control Matrix at 3D and Lower 4D levels to those soul aspects/fragments of us that are ready to unplug. I wrote and shared about the rebooting of the Lower 4D/AI Matrix as connected to our Reptilian selves and the mutual liberation available for those that were ready to heal and release from the programming here and here.

This reboot seems to bring up head/neck/shoulder/jaw pain and discomfort as the causal chakra (radiating from the back of the head/upper spine area) comes ‘online’ and awakens then encounters the plugs and helmets, etc. that are still plugged in on the 4D level to the Matrix. People have shared with me many positive, inspiring, and surprising experiences as they connected to and unplugged their Reptilian Aspect through this teaching and guided meditation, which creates a bridge of compassionate love and ambassadorship to this energy within your soul who often needs it most and is usually bleeding through the strongest through to your body/life experience:

The other layer of rebooting going on is related to the wounded masculine/patriarchal frequencies of the 3D/Lower 4D Matrices. This rebooting is pushing up densities of trauma to be felt and loved on the physical/emotional/energy body levels. You may be feeling this is in sudden and strong waves of outrage, hurt/mourning/grief, and desire to speak your long suppressed truth ‘to’ the patriarchy rumpling from your soul. The densities moving through the body can particularly impact the womb space area for women, shifting and intensifying or delaying our menstrual cycles and hormone levels, and blocking sexual desire flow with distrust of the masculine.

Felt from the soul higher level, the dominance and prevalence of the patriarchal energies since the fall of Atlantis/Lemuria has been a key element of keeping the Matrix in place. Suppression of the Divine Feminine and the powerfully catalytic and passionate energies of feminine intuition, heart-based feeling, and unity consciousness awareness that She brings forth has been needed for us to immerse more deeply into this 3D experiment into the more polarized frequencies of our separation choice from the Divine.

Yet, as so many of us have felt for years now, it is time for the Divine Feminine to arise again! It is time for Her energies to soothe, comfort, and offer forgiveness to the wounded masculine and show and remind him of the necessary role that he played in the bigger picture. In the heart of the Divine Mother, he is and has always been forgiven. Receiving this love allows the masculine to remember who they are in their bigness, their strength, and, most especially, in their kindness.

The Divine Feminine within us can arise as we connect lovingly and compassionately to our own wounded masculine within….in the form of our Inner Protector, Inner Punisher, even our Inner Mothers can hold this energy of wounded masculine as a legacy and family line passed down to them. Resting and holding space for parts of you can help in the transition during these reboots. Minimizing taking in 3D density if possible such as choosing high frequency foods as fuel or even fasting; limiting social interactions; not pushing work or to-dos; spending time alone in meditation and in nature. I’ll be releasing a guided meditation soon as part of my Deepen 2020 series for alleviation of Ascension body symptoms during these reboots with the Divine Mother.

These reboots in the Matrix are opening up new opportunities to lift your own veil, discover the programming that exists in your own soul, and connect to the Divine Feminine within you again! Head/Neck/Shoulder Pain Increases With Causal Chakra Activations & 3D/4D Matrix Reboots

Galactic activations are accelerating and deepening with the rebooting process going on in the 3D and 4D Matrix control systems. This rebooting process seems to be allowing more souls to get free from the Matrix. Many of you shared in the comments about feeling the head/neck/shoulder pain that often indicates a causal chakra/galactic consciousness activation that is coming through to support this reboot.

These activations through light codes provided by the Divine, your soul, and your galactic family then encounter the Reptilian brainstem/3D Matrix infrastructure that remains and AI/One Mind Lower 4D Matrix plugs and caps that I shared about in this writing: https://soulfullheartblog.com/2020/01/20/unplugging-liberation-of-the-3d-4d-matrix-reptilian-timelines/

The pain can be the relationship between these blocks in your auric field from being plugged into the 3D control matrix for so long AND ALSO for your Reptilian Self who is plugged into THEIR AI Matrix at the 4D Level. The back of the head, neck and shoulder pain is often related to these blocks and sometimes the recovery after the plugs have been dissolved through awakening (although it’s usually not as sharp of a pain, yet rather more like an ache that wants some warmth, like a sore muscle.) Sometimes this pain is ‘bleed through’ from your Reptilian Self’s timeline.

The top of the head pain, center of the skull piercings, and third eye/forehead aches can be about the caps and helmets in the auric field to block the pineal and pituitary glands and the calcification that happens of them within the 3D and 4D Matrix. These glands want to expand into their full size and capacity yet there is a detox process around that, plus eventual need of removal of any caps to continue the Ascension process. These glands activating, plus the causal chakra upgrading and opening wide, plus ALL of our DNA activating makes for a fully empowered sacred human anchoring into 5D reality WITHIN the body. It makes for our Ascension.

The pain is literally a portal though in that as you respond to it, you are able to discover these means of blocking and suppressing that your soul has chosen on a higher level in order to immerse into 3D reality. In this way, your Reptilian Self has chosen the AI/One Mind programming to experience THAT and both the suffering and the growth that comes from being liberated from it.

Many of you resonated and appreciated my recent message about the mutual liberation, forgiveness, and love that is needed to be offered to the Reptilians during this next phase of our Ascension process. You appreciated the less fear-based and gentler approach of what I was offering that comes from my own personal exploration of these grounds with the Reptilians within my Metasoul. Once I learned about the Matrix reality and the Archons several years ago, I quickly shifted to a love-based approach to offer healing for my own soul and as a bridge for others to navigate and liberate themselves (and their Reptilian selves!) with love rather than stigma and fear.

Energy Update: Schumann/Gaia Spike Waves Activating Causal Chakras & 4D Matrix Unplugging

Energy update: Schumann/Gaia spikes moving through yesterday in a wave…and some today too. You may be feeling sleepy! and a bit foggy and ‘here not here’ as these energies work on grounding Gaia and us into a higher, 4D frequency during the journey to 5D heaven on earth reality. There’s also an excitement to the possibilities, surges of joy and goodness in these energies, inspiration and clarities….then waves into integrating them into our bodies that are BUSY upgrading to be our vessels here on this New Earth.

These energies since 2020 began are really thinning the veils and making multidimensional travel as easy as closing the eyes and tuning into the soul aspects/Metasoul fragments that are waiting for you there. Souls choosing to be here NOW are aching for the access and integration that is possible when the veils lift and you can SEE/FEEL/BE with all these aspects from your soul….these soul sisters and brothers feel like twins to you yet are living in such a wide range of life content and experience. You can heal each other, offering soul gift exchanges, and completing karmic patterns that lead to suffering in seemingly endless loops.

Lots of causal chakra activations going on now too leading to head, neck and shoulder pain. The causal chakra is behind the head and down the top of the spine, connected to galactic activation and DNA upgrading. This pain is a portal to the eventual dissolving of the Reptilian brain stem and the plug into the Lower 4D Archon Matrix that it feels like is rumbling with new rebellion. Connecting with your Reptilian aspect that is still plugged into the One Mind and inviting them into your world allows for this process, which I was honored to do just today with a beautiful soul during a session.
