Your Own Sphere Of YOU

“What’s in your ‘Leena Dome’ today?” Archangel Metatron asked me once during meditation.

Immediately I realized what he was talking about was the bubble I was forming around myself now, creating a sacred space that is all mine to claim and is the place of refuge and healing I go to often without consciously realizing it. It is a container for me that is all about me and all about love.

He had me look at an array of choices hanging in the air like suspended paintings above me. They were all images of places I could go in my meditation. I could walk through a doorway or portal into a specific process I’ve been holding, or I could visit the Akashic Library, or I could go to a sweet place to just be and be loved… I’m sure there were more choices than that on that day, but these are the ones I remember.

Today I learned more about my Leena Dome while introducing it to a soul aspect-part of me that I am now working with. My objective for today was to help raise her vibration and re-introduce her to love – a process that we began this weekend, on our won and in a SoulFullHeart group circle yesterday. This is important for the work we will be doing together, which will involve a few dark soul memories she holds and still lives in. It felt very important to establish this sacred space of love and refuge with her today before going there. Otherwise it can be easy to fuse to only the darkness of it and not really move through and begin healing it as easily as when we are fueled and accompanied by love.

This soul aspect of me and I met and flew around with many magical creatures (including unicorns and dragons!), landscapes, and archangels today. She had tears of appreciation and letting in as we ventured around and felt the hearts (and EPICNESS!) of all beings residing there. The reminder that this is all created from and within me felt so incredible and sweet to both of us. It doesn’t matter to me atΒ all that it is all “made up” if it gives us a place to land and be loved, especially when the intention is to heal deep wounds…

We were both struck by the beauty of my Leena Dome… the far reaches it extended to and the comfort and love in it all. I feel like I have been cultivating and building this inside me for a very long time and it does feel as if it represents a bigger me that can contain and create all of this magic.

Today Metatron invited me to share this with you. He and I both feel want to invite you to begin to feel the sphere or dome of YOU that will be and is so unique to you… your heart and soul and epicness.

If you do try this out, I would be curious to feel with you what it is you discovered that you have there! Deep woods to explore? Infinite galaxies in your skies? A series of white sandy beaches? Palaces? Humble cabins? Maybe a little bit of everything? Whatever you have there is a key to you and will offer you a reflection of who you most deeply are and perhaps what you most deeply need to feel you have already there with you…

Let your imagination and portal into your creativity FLY!

Love Deeply, Live Softly

To love deeply, you need only that sense in your heart – that feeling of your goodness and the goodness of those you come across. A feeling of reverence, appreciation, and seeing of others that can only truly happen with the heart and cannot quite happen without first applying all of this inwardly… can you see, feel, hear, touch, and revere YOU?

To live softly, you need only that feeling of a fireplace within – a container for the passion, alchemy, creativity, and potent emotional reality that lies inward yet may want to rage outward, with due reason, from time to time. To have softness, you don’t need to keep any of this buried, suppressed or put away… it needs a feeling space, a healthy container, a loving parent-come-midwife-YOU that can be there for its birthing and care. This fireplace for your inner fire is heart-shaped and fueled by energies of love, giving you the courage you need to be with and hold it, claiming it all as you and parts of you.

Perhaps these are the simplest keys to living a conscious life and healing the heart in profound ways. Maybe this is the place where it all must begin and from there, your wildest adventures launch, taking off like rocket ships to the ends of unknown universes. You are the most exquisite ark, holding precious cargo. To learn to honour this could be the greatest challenge and yet the biggest gift of all.

As the world finds its way through more rounds of change, there is a conveyor belt we’re on. Life moves forward as it always has, taking us with it in various chosen levels of presence, bringing us to new heights and choice points about how to BE with it all. We have even more coming than we’ve experienced so far. New, stunning levels of consciousness beckon that are beyond our wildest imaginings, and yet, may suit perfectly well the wildest imaginers among us! There is a palpably growing sense of our reality melting down into something very different. Swinging doors are leaving their hinges, revealing all they’ve kept secret this whole time – including the true stories of our origins. The information that exists is for us to take in, but the information that is within is the strongest blueprint we could hope for. We’ve spent much energy on preserving a well-made self just long enough to get to this point, but now… getting beyond that and beginning to touch who we actually are in a far more cosmic and inter-dimensional sense is requiring us to walk softer, be stiller, and love more, more and more often, until this practice turns into something that just IS.

We are the change creators. We are the beauty makers. We are the ones who must find ourselves to find each other, to rediscover that world we forgot could possibly exist if we just BELIEVED in it… if we just believed in ourselves and our hearts once more. We are sacred humanity rebirthing. We always were. And this is where we’re heading if we can let go, keep going, and start flying as we were always meant to.
May we walk softly, carrying our gallant hearts forward, and loving from the deepest seats and seeds of love inside ourselves for ourselves. For NOW is always the best time to start something new and fulfilling… isn’t it?Β

The Game Of Life Is Rigged In Your Favour

Dissonance is simply resonance’s way of remembering where we came from, and guiding us back to essence.

Stress, anxiety, fear, or any other ‘negative’ state cannot ‘negate’ us out of the overwhelming ocean of resonance in which we live and move and have our being.

This bliss that we are only awaits our conscious acceptance and increasing awareness of it. There is no other journey, but this inward one. You ARE God millions and billions of times over, and over, and over.

Now this, I am well aware, is not most people’s felt reality, as it admittedly has not been mine for many years. It may even stir feelings of anger for some to read such a far-fetched sounding declaration. For others, who sense these words are true, about the deep underlying resonance of all things, they are able to accept the words mentally, but are left longing to feel this as a deeper lived in reality, and in turn create a state of ever deepening bliss, for themselves and their world around them.

Both of these reactions, of either accepting these words, or rejecting them, are testament to the truth of the underlying perfection of all things. War, racism, hatred, and any other ill you can name are also evidence of our deep seated longing, as well as the means, to find our way back to the bliss of our origin, our essence, and to where we are returning. Even our exploration of ‘evil’ is ultimately ever and only a coming to terms with an infinite love that has already won.

Our truest state of grounded fulfillment in this journey is simply reverence, and the stuff that flows from that, like gratitude, kindness (acknowledging that all are ‘kin’), joy, creativity, love. And all of these are more reflections and resonances of where we came from, what we actually are, and what we are also becoming.

The deck is so stacked in our favour that the game of life rides a razor’s edge of losing its legitimacy as a game. Hell, if we’ve already won the game, why set out to play? There’s only one valid and profoundly true answer to that question and it’s this: the only valid reason to play is simply for the fun of it, and for the community of it. Nothing else…(near as I can tell). The universe wants to play, and it wants to play with you.

Now, there are only a few things that the universe set out as essential ‘rules’ to this game. Bear in mind though that the only point to the rules is the preserving the whole point of the fun and the community.

Free will is the one big rule. Nothing can or will be pushed on you. The universe doesn’t offer any unsolicited advice, but yet longs for your inquiry to share what it has and what it knows. In fact, it’s all yours to begin with, only being held in trust until you are ready to claim your heir-ship.

The sovereignty of the individual is another rule (maybe just another way of restating the first rule) of the game. The universe set up this game with the deepest respect that you and I would be subjected to pain and even the loss of our awareness of our true original identity. The only way it could justify doing such a horrid thing was to make us not only reflections of itself, but also literally make-us-itself, at the outset of the journey. We are the divine out feeling anxiety, hatred, fear when we do. It was only in this way that the divine could subject us to such horrid experience of perceived loss. It was only in this way that we would never be earning our way to back to God-hood, but instead only learning and returning our way to our full birthright experience of our God-hood essence.

You are infinite wonder. You are the sacred experience of divinity out journeying and journaling its way through its own capacity and its own polarity for bliss and reverence.

Possibly this is what makes God, God, this incredible capacity for reverence. All that it knows, it knows in and through you. You need no other, for all other is you. Your mind struggles to comprehend, but this in no way excludes you from the knowing. This knowing lives in you as fully as it ever will already, now, present tense. The only thing, and this is the point of the whole game, the whole journey we are on, is your and my awakening to this that already is, and all of that, simply for the fun and the community it.

So what are we left with now? In light of all this that is (which is way more than you and I can begin to digest it seems), how then shall we enter the next moment? What will take us from our present consciousness of perceived lack, exclusion, separation, and return us to the fact of this bliss?

Those questions are the quest! Just asking them and feeling them creates longing. This longing is the propulsion that is necessary to authorize movement and rememberance. This heart open quest is what opens you to all of the guidance, strength, and healing you need.

All that is ever in front of you, regardless of the content, regardless of the time needed, can never be outside of your journey back to source, awakening to the source you already are.

Discerning All Via The Heart

What if the deepest discernment about what you’re perceiving with your senses lies in your heart?
How does that news you’re taking in actually feel to you? Can you feel the sources it is springing from? Can you feel if there may be some puppet strings being pulled, maybe not just on the people the story is about, but on the network that’s airing it or the newspaper that’s publishing it? Can you feel there may be some unseen energetic influences taking place too?
There are many different investments behind what we take in on a daily basis. It feels to me like every piece of media we allow in has been placed there for some sort of purpose. Conspiracy theories aside, what in the collective unconscious, that we all are a part of, could have created what we are seeing?
We are co-creative beings…and as a result, we create everything we see, hear, feel and we also create from it. We are creation in a constant state of creating. I am creating right now. I am placing words around a feeling I am having inside myself, which is creating more feelings, more sensory perceptions. I am asking Archangel Metatron to infuse me with a message he wants to impress upon anyone who can take this in today.
It feels like what he wants you and me to know and be aware of, is that all we’ve been taught about mental discernment that lies in research and relying on resources outside of ourselves, cannot overpower the discernment that is innate to us. This is very different for each of us, as we are at different places in our healing and consciousness. We are ready to take in some information and not others. We are ready to perceive and discern consciously with our hearts, or we are not. No matter what, we take in much more than we may actually realize. So much goes undergound and sneaks in under our radar, usually somehow influencing us and having an impact that will somehow play out. Now that the veil is thinning around the way we see and feel the supernatural, etheric and celestial, these influences are becoming less like an underground river and more like a tidal wave. We are beginning to separate out what it is that mainstream media wants to feed us as truth and what we feel is actually true, i.e. what is really going on behind the scenes, why we are seeing a certain story at a certain time, whether or not it is a smokescreen for something much bigger and possibly darker.
I feel like what Metatron, other Archangels and benevolent energy beings, as well as love-polarized celestial beings want us to be aware of is how and why we are taking in what we are and also, how we are reacting to it. There is much to rise above right now, as the influences pour in even stronger to combat our growing consciousness and awareness of true love. Even in this moment, I feel as if I am wading through a thick, soupy fog to dial up to where Metatron wants me to take this, and it feels like negative entities and energies may be trying to nudge me away from what I’m trying to share. They are part of infinite love too, but they have forgotten that, just as many parts of us have. You see, if we all were to claim our power and the infinite love and creativity we are made of, then we win. Our fights for equality as various different types, shall we say, of human beings, is not the real focus of effort. It’s in realizing that the fight has already been won, because we were never NOT equal, even if those who think they are in power want to tell us that we aren’t and want us to feel essentially powerless. LOVE HAS ALREADY WON. We are walking out the battle ground and most of it, though it feels very real, is a projection we have created from our co-creative power. We cannot ever stop creating, even if we feel stuck, stumped or stagnant. We must remember this, as it will make this ride into and through our ascension that much more surrendered and perhaps even that much faster and easier.
If you have trouble taking this in, try tracking that. Try to feel where in your being it is having trouble landing. It’s okay if it is. There is nothing to fight here, just an awful lot to be aware of. If you need support, because none of us are meant to do this entirely alone and we all need each other, we in SoulFullHeart are here, Metatron and the other Archangels are here, the Arcturians and other celestial beings are here… we are not now and never have we ever been alone and told to walk this out by ourselves.

The Necessity of Density For Our Ascension

Every ounce of density, challenges and pain we live in and face in this and any life, serves the purpose of giving us something to work and be with, yet also push against as we grow. Our personal growth accelerates with every bit of strength we muster in order to push away (with love) from an old way of being. Our ascension quickens with every effort we make to change our way of taking in ourselves, life, the Cosmos, and love itself. Every single step we take inward, helps to propel the changes we draw and make outward as an expression of our process of deepening self love and care. Even plants in their infancy have to push away their seed shells and penetrate the soil they’ve been planted in, in order to sprout and grow towards the sun that continually calls to them. So it is that we too have an ongoing process that is very similar and is playing out in an intense way right now.

I remember my favourite part of swimming lessons (when I was able to overcome my fears and actually get into the water!), was that feeling of pushing off the wall at the side of the pool, and rocketing through the water like a dolphin or mermaid. That visceral feeling of pushing off and away from something dense in order to fly, still lives in me now. I can see myself as a child, finding the power and muscle in my legs, propelling myself from one side of the pool to the other. The experience was a bit more tiring in dance class, but there was a similar feeling of learning to jump in beautiful airborne poses by pushing off the dense ground, again feeling the power alive and growing in my developing legs.

Today I feel a parallel in my adult life as I heal and live into ascension, and it lives in my heart with clarity now, that this is what each of us is experiencing. That density that propelled us into new territories of our physical reality as human beings when we were children, is that same density we are pushing against in order to soar in our hearts and souls as adults today. It is the density of the earth beneath our feet and the 4 concrete walls we live in, but it is also, in more contextual words, what we can call the 3rd density or 3rd dimension – This reality many of us held as THE reality for so long. There are some of us who judge it for being there altogether, but I, and you, have needed these hard-packed grounds of belief systems and tough situations. We have needed these challenging mirrors that may not now reflect us as we are, but as we could be if we do not take those steps we need to in order to merge with our own hearts again. We have needed, and at times still need, something to push against so we can continue to grow. We even needed it in our mother’s womb. We pushed against her from the inside, building muscle tone and strength for our foreseen exit from that warm place, and entrance into this world that was going to give us only more walls to learn to push against, building strength within and without.

There is a deep love and appreciation we can have for the densities we have had to push against in order to grow and evolve. In fact, we need to love it, or we will be pushing against it much harder than necessary, maybe even causing harm in our wake. Density offers us the contrast to where our light bodies and higher vibration frequencies need and want to go. It offers us a necessary grounding for our lives until we don’t need it anymore… until we need density of a new variety to help hold us and provide us with the means to keep growing.

This 3rd density ground inside and outside of us is where we get to rediscover our wings.

It is our launch pad, our pool wall to push against. Eventually it will become a memory, as all walls that have contained us now are. Until then, we can trust that it must still be what we need, to build up the strength for our next level of flight, physically, spiritually, and emotionally and for our ever-arising ascension processes.

Re-emerging Into Ourselves During Ascension

It’s as if I have been wrapped in a self-made cocoon for the last couple of weeks. I’m still feeling some pieces in my heart and auric field that have yet to move, but I do feel them moving. There is much that is being removed from my way of being in this life now that I am no longer choosing to energize it. Sometimes setting a loving boundary with yourself is the best way to move on from old conditioning that seems to be sticking to you.

Β I feel how this re-emergence place I’m feeling in myself right now, is the place where we are all being asked to go. The programming from culture, birth family, and old friend and romantic connections, is so very strong within each of us. There are so many ideas and points of view floating around in our fields and in our chakras… not just the body chakras either. There are many chakras above us that also hold onto conditioning from every way we have been β€œen-cultured” to believe one thing or another (or not believe, as the case may be). It was always important to begin to individuate, but now that we are trying to all become β€œone” again in a sense, through this process of ascension, it seems that paradoxically, it has never been so important to individuate as well. It feels as if some of us would rather jump into oneness as if we are trying to drown out our authentic and unique inner voices and hearts, therefore not feeling our own uniqueness of being and our unique gifts we are here to offer the world.

It doesn’t feel to me that we are being asked to forget about who we are or who we’ve been shaping up to be. There is so much more to our purpose in being here than that. It feels to me that we are here in order to experience and in that process, learn, un-learn and re-learn. Our deepest place of learning is in finding and harvesting love and compassion that is rooted deep within our healing hearts and souls. It feels like the gift of ascension is that it expedites this process, or can if we let it. We must be open to the signs and signals the process is sending us, showing us the roadmap to those places inside of us that still need love and the places where we need to let love flow through us and to others.

We have a choice in this re-emergence and rediscovery of the self – to focus on it being a rough ride, or choose to surrender to it with the humility we find in admitting that until now, we’ve had perhaps only a few valid ideas of who we really are. There is nothing wrong with the different images and ideas we’ve had about who we are. We’ve needed all our belief systems in order to have ground to stand on in this life. The important piece here is to let in that our belief-ground we stand on, just as the literal ground beneath our feet, is forever shifting, changing, evolving, and adapting.

Today is another new day and another chance to feel who we could possibly be on the other side of our assumptions and those dark corners of our hearts we’ve yet to explore. We have a choice in every moment for what path we’d like to take into healing our pain and into acension. Holding our journeys in self-loving ways has never been more important or called for than it is now.

Now is our time for growth and movement.
Now is our time to realize that we are not our conditioning or the messages playing over and over again in our heads.

Star beings, guides, anything you consider a part of your personal guidance system, both inside and outside of you and yet ONE with you at all times, are here in service to you if you are feeling the call to finally be of deep service to yourself, with the intention of one day serving others with greater passion, clarity, and above all, love. For this is an aspect of why we are even here in the first place… to serve our re-emerging selves first and have that move us organically into an expression of service to others through our conscious, full-hearted, sacred human BEing-ness.

Your World Is Your Reflection

You want to be gotten,
Understood,
Taken in.

…can you take yourself in?

You want to know somehow,
Without being told,
That what you are is beyond the norm.

…can you feel your stardust, your magic, your creative power?

Can you witness your uniqueness?
Your unforgettability?
Can you begin to buy into you,
that you in your mirror,
that you who posts and asks
and brings sometimes an ounce of you
yet sometimes
your entire heart?

Do you feel your own words,
Your own energy,
Your own You?

…do you like it?

…do you love it?

…do you want to experience it over and over again,
like an out-of-this-world session of love making?

The world is perhaps the greatest reflection
of our nearest, dearest
greatest,
deepest,
wants and needs,
desires and differences.

It is that mirror we return to
When we need a reminder
of where we’ve been
and where perhaps we’ve need yet to go.

Does your world remind you,
that you are that love you’ve been seeking?
The only true place of that unconditional,
everlasting,
unwavering
Infinite Love?
That source that made you,
moves through you,
holds you in life,
and in death,
in repeated cycles ad infinitum?

If your world is your reflection,
you’ve got this.

You’ve got You.

And you always…
always…
will have You to go back in to
for that truest,
most loving,
reflective reflection space,
that will continue guiding you inward,
onward

…and upward.

Feeling And Surrendering To Our Beauty

To surrender to the beautiful, is to recognize that what we are is beauty embodied. We are the captors and creators of beautiful things, images, works, and deeds. We are the receivers and conduits of inspiration. What we are motivated to do with the beauty we download every day is entirely up to us and unfortunately, all too often many of us miss the opportunity to express it and be it.

There is so much confusion about what truly makes someone or something beautiful. There can be no final answer to that question. It’s not always about symmetry and perfection, but instead sometimes it’s about asymmetry placed in perfectly imperfect ways. There is no getting away from being a work in progress – a project underway. There is no way to not be the beauty we are called to be. And there is no way in which life doesn’t support that in each of us. Beauty in itself is not and does not have a final answer.

Beauty is a constant journey and one which we have taken to in ways that grossly undermine its reality. We over-focus on small facets of it without taking in the whole picture of what it actually feels like. Perhaps this is why we like art. It can be a way to let something unseen, unheard, unknown, come sneaking in under our well-constructed filters and doorways and surprise us with emotions we maybe thought we’d buried long ago.

Inside myself, I feel a deepening desire to see, hold and appreciate my own beauty and the myriad ways in which it expresses or is withdrawn. We can hold back what we have to offer and be in this world, or we can light our flames and inhabit it like this moment is the only one that matters, for from this moment springs forth a renewed chance to create something beautiful from our hearts, our minds, our mouths, and our lives. Each page I’ve written in earnest struggle to understand a new wave of emotional reaction or fear or even love has become another creation to take into this mosaic of the beauty within me.

Our journey as a species in this very moment is spring-loaded for bounteous beauty. There is so much to let ourselves feel in the goodness of our sacred human hearts as we pass through this corridor and find our next doorway into more truth. The exposure of ourselves and the systems that have held us is the way in to a greater level of beautification. We were never not beautiful to begin with and now we are coming to remember that again.

To truly awaken our hearts and souls is this process I’ve described, or so it feels to me in this moment. With so much incredible pain to feel, heal and let go of, we no longer have much choice but to rediscover our own beauty and consciously create more beauty from it in whatever ways we feel we need and desire to. The payoff is already underway as we continue our ascension into higher dimensions of being and a greater, more authentic sense of love. The choice is renewed in every single second: help to create beauty from our own beauty, or continue pouring concrete over the walls we’ve built against it.

Embracing Change As A Mirror, Healer And Ally

We are all facing changes right now. Many of these changes are major upheavals as the veils become thinner and we are finally able to not only listen to, but hear ourselves and our guidance more. Some of these changes we choose voluntarily as our relationship with ourselves deepens and we realize more clearly what it is we truly need and/or desire to have in our lives. The poignant ache for a deeper love that we don’t necessarily know where it could come from or what it could look like is landing with a thud in each of our hearts, giving us new direction, especially in relationships, but also in our careers and geographies.

With change comes process…the pain inside our very sacredly human pain bodies becomes louder in order for us to finally hear it, feel it and heal it. It is an awakening to those ways in which we have been numbed out, “going with the flow” to a degree that has actually seen us shrink to fit circumstances and relationships, and how we have deprived ourselves of love from ourself to ourself, let alone how we have blocked it from flowing to and from others or even the Divine.

This process of learning how to be with change and especially be with ourselves when we are experiencing change, is becoming unavoidable with our global process of ascension. Too, though, our process of vibrating higher is coming in faster than ever before, and the experience of that is now able to deepen for us, the more we can move through what’s holding us down. Change is designed and brought on by love, ultimately… it pushes up what we need to feel in order to fully move into our next chapters and unveil more of who we really are at our core.

My relationship to change hasn’t always been very spacious and in moments it still isn’t. Most of the time, the changes that are being asked of us by love are not easy to embody or willingly say “yes” to, and unfortunately that can also create an experience of life happening to us and not us happening to life. We can feel at these times as if our power is in some sort of cosmic vacuum, even though it’s really just being lovingly challenged. I hold this as my truth and it does help me process through change much easier, especially during these times of intense waves of energetic frequency alterations and the life adjustments that happen accordingly.

Just like the ways in which the sun’s rays can be felt coming in much stronger as the result of weakened barriers holding it’s power back, so we are all experiencing a renewed press of love moving through us much stronger. The process of this awakening that love brings to us is most alive when we embrace the changes we’re being invited into, that aren’t simply outward but actually quite often very inward. We are learning to rearrange our inner furniture to accommodate more love in our lives and of course that translates to adjustments and, at times, all-out upheavals needing to happen outside of us too. If we can trust, somehow, that it is all held in and by love, then we can begin to let in change as the mirror, healer and ally that it actually is and always has been for us.

Arising Tide of Love

I feel Love lapping itself upon the shores
Of my once coveted island
A time to heal the wounds of my soul’s incarnation
The outstretched arm of my heart’s protection

It does not want me to dwell in the disconnection
In the fear of unknowable rejection and consternation
It turns the comfortable into questionable
The predictable into mystical

What lies beyond what was safe?
Underneath what scares you to death?
Above the highest reaches of your passion’s imagination?
In front of the very eyes you thought you could see future with?

The tide is rising
There will be no place to hide
As if there ever was
As if I ever truly wanted to

I have a heart’s flare sent to the sky
The sparks creating an infinite blanket upon the heavens
That call to you
That light the path to our meeting place

The ending of what had been
To begin what never went away
Just hidden in the crevasses of our buried hearts
And the promise that one day we would uncover them together.
