The Sobering, Activating, And Powerfully Burning Solar Eclipse Energies

Darkness, sobriety, landing in what’s real. The bursting of much-beloved (though sometimes also resented) bubbles of what parts of you had held as reality.

This is the energy of the Dark Mother/Madonna face of Divine Mother, powerful and unsentimental yet deeply loving. This is the invitation back inward from this upcoming Solar Eclipse, on the feminine (moon) side of it.

Support to keep feeling what’s real and to make space for the pain that surfaces, yet to FEEL and let in that you ARE supported and deeply loved…

This is the energy of the Father Sun/Metatron face of the Divine Father, helping you activate and step into NEW timelines even through the rubble of what has just crumbled and deeply feeling you and your parts in the sobriety and sadness. This is the invitation of going inward and yet not hiding your newly awakening desires and the Phoenix within you, another energy offered by this upcoming Eclipse. This time from the masculine (sun) side of it.

I feel the sobriety and continuing mirror of this Eclipse and what these energies are offering rumbling through as I write this. It can certainly feel intense at times, especially if you’re shifting from an outward focus and going back inward. This is something I’ve experienced personally with almost every phase of shifting timelines so for me this is an ongoing invitation to keep bringing it ALL back inward, taking in ALL of life’s reflections and letting them help and support me to cultivate more love inside of me, less suffering, more significant movement into the NEW.

Important cosmic events like this Eclipse help bring us back to the foundations upon which we’ve been relating to life and love. They have a way of encouraging old phases and relationships to burn up so we can all begin to see what’s been REAL about them, especially how parts of us have been relating to it all. The masculine and feminine parts of you have their own personal ways with which they relate to all of life and also to each other. It’s important to feel the polarity dance of these energies inside of you in order to understand more of what could be happening, why you could be drawing or not drawing what you are on the outside.

I’m finding it especially important and clarifying to check in daily with these energies inside, to see how they’re doing and if they’re flowing together or not. It’s a way to see the ‘state of your INNER union’, if you will. 🙂 Sometimes my masculine is frustrated with my feminine or vice versa. Sometimes one is overwhelming the other instead of actually caring about their impact on each other. When they dance in more harmony and balance and love, alchemy happens. More moments of joy happen. Life just generally feels more empowering and so much better, even if there are still some sobering circumstances moving through.

Eclipses especially seem to bring messages of inner masculine/feminine polarities… the dance between feeling and doing, going inward and flowing outward, INtegration and ACTivation. It’s a highly creative and alchemical time too, even if there’s deep and necessary mourning. There’s always something about returning back home to yourself, your parts, your heart and soul and the consciousness it truly embodies right NOW that helps you step into whatever is ‘next level’ for you, especially next level of love inside.

Much love to you during this much needed and alive, though quite sobering Eclipse phase… collectively and personally. ❤

333: ‘Divine Align’ Higher Timeline Opportunities, Next Steps INvitation

It’s 333 Day today! A powerful time to feel where you truly are right now, to acknowledge yourself for where you’ve been, and to see the illumination of where you’ve yet to go… it’s a day for conscious creativity, to see how your creativity has expressed, and to feel your intentions for your creative flow from now on.

‘Divine Align’ comes to mind and heart right now, but of course this can be much easier said than done… the journey into this alignment is truly one of exploring and refining your integrity, feeling parts of you that are afraid of being vulnerable and truly admitting when they are out of integrity, and being courageous enough to take those steps into the deeper truth of this.

We are creative beings. We can’t stop creating. There are new opportunities to create and recreate starting from inside of us in every single moment. We have infinite choices in this world of infinite possibilities. We are choosing, always, whether or not we are ready to take the next step into our higher timeline and if we are truly ready to align with the Divinity within. I feel reassurance today that there are no setbacks and there’s no way to really go ‘backwards’ even when parts of you feel like they have.

Your Inner Protector may especially feel like they’ve ‘failed’ you, failed their ‘mission’ to protect you from hurt, harm, and even love when love is catalytic and feels like a tidal wave coming in to shake up your entire world. Yet, even this very powerful part of you does not have the ultimate say as to what unfolds for your soul and the bigger picture of your life…

I have felt many times with an Inner Masculine part of me, which once expressed as an Inner Protector for me too, this fear of ‘failure’ and have felt very tenderly, with many tears, all the ways in which they feel they’ve ‘failed’ or ultimately let you, or (sometimes especially) ‘God’ down. It’s a relief to them when you can let some air into the room and remind them that they haven’t…

Today, with this ‘333’ Divine alignment of numbers, it’s another invitation to let in Divine love in this way and let this love rumble even your most defended parts of you, to help you shift from fear to love on a deeper level, aligning you with clarities about your personal service-of-love expression if it’s truly time for that, and bringing you a sense of empowerment in your life that may show you an array of choices you’re invited to feel into.

SoulFullHeart Millennial Digest: What Is Millennial Spirituality?

In this video, SoulFullHeart Teacher and Facilitator, Kalayna Colibri, joins with SoulFullHeart Facilitant and ‘Social Media Maven’, Raianna Shai, to digest this idea of ‘Millennial spirituality’. Raianna shares from her personal experience and observations of others around her age. Kalayna shares her experience as well. Together they cover the age range of 23-30 and so they offer much from their different perspectives and what the spiritual world has meant for them and those they’ve known or been friends with.

They talk about the different roles of spirituality, religion and morals in their generation and how this has shown itself in different parts of people, like the Inner Mother and Father, for example, especially if there has been a religious or moralistic upbringing of any kind. Spirituality is something that seems to be being explored from the inside out in the young people of today, whereas in older generations the focus has generally been from the outside in. It really is an invitation for ‘new school’ spirituality to emerge and challenge with love the ‘old school’ spiritual scaffolding and ideas while nurturing a world that is love-focused in a genuine way.

They also talk about some of the challenges of this process for younger generations, as they reach for ideals of ‘tolerance’ and ‘inclusion’ to mend what isn’t feeling tolerable within in the relationship between parts of them, especially as they arise and grow-up in the midst of an older generation with different ideas of how life works and what love IS.

The Portal To Your Wildest Dreams Lies With(yin)

Taking in a new arising desire for creativity after yesterday’s deep rest gestation gateway. It has a more balanced masculine approach to it. In a state of creation without production. This writing may not see publication. Who knows? I don’t even really know what I am focusing on today. Just being in the Now with what is moving through me. Letting feeling and intuition guide the way.

This creative motor is the root of our BEing. We are constantly creating. Responding to our inner emotional needs, fears, and desires. I desire to serve others in the name of Love through and with the SoulFullHeart process. I respond to that desire with writing, recording, meditating, connecting, and living the process in my daily life. I desire to heal, so I respond to that with feeling my inner world of parts and metasouls as the need arises in life and relationship triggers. It is not always neat and tidy. Matter of fact, it is rarely so because emotions are just not meant to be that way. If our Higher Self didn’t want to feel and experience all of this, you and I just would not be here. This is still a bit to swallow, especially if you have had, or are going through, some really serious shit.

There is a deep desire for geography change as part of this new timeline of “What is it that you really want?” comes into full view. So many desires sitting at the docks of our harbor waiting for sailing. I can feel myself in new lands, taking in new vistas, and new people to serve in Love. A mobile, responsive healing brigade of Love lovers spreading the gospel (good news) of parts work, metasoul healing, and practical ascension. Love wanting to heal the shadow into more Love. I respond to this by dreaming, imagining, and feeling the resistances and doubts within.

This gift of dreaming is what carries you through each day. It can also be what burdens a part of you too. Like, “How in the hell can I make THAT happen when there is THIS in my way!”. Yeah, good question. Well, the way is feeling what part of you is actually saying that because it ain’t you. If you are seeing the dream, feeling the dream, you are already the dream. But is just doesn’t feel like it because you are still ‘here’. “How can I be there if I am still here?” Yup…good question.

I would ask you where ‘here’ is. What does it feel like emotionally? Not situationally or geographically. Then you would respond to this feeling as being held by a part of you. Most generally an Inner Protector or Gatekeeper. Gaining separation from it so you can have a relationship to it. It is your Relation Ship. The one that you then unanchor from the dock and start sailing the tides of your emotional body with You at the helm. It ebbs and flows but you make forward progress each time to the destination you are dreaming about. In reality, you are already there, it is just these parts of you that are catching up to you. Feeling it that way gives you an empowered process rather than feeling stuck in the mud with your wheels turning. Alchemical traction.

Feeling through all the things that keep you from manifesting your dreams, feeling an inner joy, or discovering your passion purpose is what moves you to the next serendipitous moment of ‘coincidence’ and draw. Thinning out the distance between your heart and your imagination. It is not about HOW you are going to make it happen in a 3D sense, it is about WHAT you want, or are going to make happen. The timing is not up to you, but the choice to feel and heal is. Taking that step to transform your inner world is portal that takes you where you already are…in your wildest dreams.

What Lies Under Our Limitations Sets Us Free

“Argue for your limitations and sure enough they are yours.” – Richard Bach, Adventures Of A Reluctant Messiah

These word are fairly well known and have had such an impact on me my entire life. I could feel how in my awakening days in college, this was a guide for me to feel all the ways I was not being totally free. As I went back deeper into 3D after my daughter was born, they came back to me as her dependence on my 3D self lessened and she moved to Canada to be with her mother. I could feel all the ways in which I had created a life that had kept me safe, comfortable, and predictable. Neither of which made me joyful, alive, or passionate.

To my 3D self all was fine and was willing to compromise, yet with further inquiry, he really wanted to blow it all up. This was the edge of my more 4D self who could see the prison of it all and yet projected the responsibility to the “system” and felt to rage against it and help expose and tear it down. This gave him meaning and purpose without actually doing much of anything truly life-altering. The fire was good to feel but it really needed to be turned inward. Not in a judging fashion, but in a way that needed to see that my parts were still creating the prison they were raging against.

This is where parts of us can use nearly any excuse, the most popular being time, money, and relationship, to not actually let in the power of creation that we are. We chose to limit ourselves so that we could learn to love ourselves all over again. Our 5D self sees no limits other than the ones we are currently choosing to place upon ourselves. It is an epic game of cat and mouse until we decide we are done running from each other and realize we are the same.

I still find myself in an ebb and flow of this limit game. It is all a part of my journey. However to be in a tennis match around it is just a suffering loop. One day it is time to not return the volley and see what the hell lies in the space outside the lines. What is the fear of the lack of limitation? If we have infinite unlimited power, what the hell does that even mean?

It is in this process of acquainting ourselves with our 3D, 4D, and 5D selves that we can begin to feel how we have used our conditioning and protections to limit our ability to truly be the most authentic version of ourselves. Yet these are not the bad guys. We are not to obliterate them or endrun around them. We are to honor them. To feel them. To let in the power of their creation to be able to accomplish said experiences until the point we are not wanting the limit anymore. Our divine credit card is limitless and that is really hard to let in. You are NOT a victim when you chose otherwise!

These selves are our most prized possessions that have yet to be owned and claimed by our biggest heart. They are the basis for the work and process in SoulFullHeart. They are the vehicles we ride in as we explore the realms of our inner world. Let In Your Wonder, Find Your Creativity

Wonder… that feeling place from an essence within us that we can’t uncover until parts of us feel that our life is worth ‘wondering’ about. It IS a place where creativity flows from, the creation of new life chapters, artistic works, and growth phases for ourselves. It is the ISpiration we’ve been waiting for, even while parts of us have told themselves they can’t have it and that it’s impossible to feel this way about life. This is the flow that draws us to another, draws us to nature, draws us back inward to ourselves with deep love and curiosity.

Wonder doesn’t ‘know’ much. It doesn’t even pretend to. It feels and asks questions and sometimes is only in the moment with complete, speechless awe. It is both a full canvass of experience and an empty canvass too. It is a way to project what we want to see and also to see what we could never have expected.

Maybe today is a day to rediscover your wonder, your creativity, your zest for creating and establishing something NEW in your life that is more in line with what you most deeply want, even if it seems there are infinite steps to get there – what if the true journey of getting ‘there’ really lies in fully being ‘here’ first?

I wrote the following words recently, to help express my own creative flow I was feeling and where it seemed to be coming from. It does feel like we all have access to a flow this strong more and more, as we come more into ourselves, our hearts and our souls as Ascension keeps calling us all forth to be IN this flow more. It’s a desirable and empowered place and my heart wants everyone to start feeling it for themselves too!

This stream of creation breaks into a run with timings unforeseen and a flow un-ebbed.

There is no prediction for the next piece. It only mounts itself upon the canvass of true love, waiting for the painter to employ its spark of something-ness…

It’s not a time for restless non-creation, but restful creative action and inaction both. A time for baking and making ideas into one creative form or another, though these forms are not pre-formed, only discovered as we go, flow, move onward.

It is an itch that pauses for a moment of brief regard and then beckons you in and onward for more experience of it, sometimes when it hasn’t even been noted as something worked hard for.

A force unforced, it weaves itself in with us and our lives, asking us for more response, more discovery, more wonder, so we can keep creating from this flow a new us, new relationships, a new way to be in and with life that parts of us have never imagined before…

And then…

Only more love and passion can come and live within us and only more wonder and creativity can come with and from the same. ❤

Restless Energies Within And Moving Into New Timelines Physically, Emotionally, Spiritually

Forgotten, long-lost items are found once again. Finally coming around to cleaning those nooks and crannies where dust and old energies have gotten stuck. Moving on from one space and into another is a process for sure, one that happens with many emotional reactions as we let go of one phase and embrace another. There are physical body reactions too as we enter a new space where old energy needs to be cleared and we feel the clearing too of our ‘old’ space that once held our energy to the brim and beyond. It is a shakedown of sorts, loosening up and releasing something that no longer fits us on a deeper level, though in many cases parts of us may still have attachments to what we moving on from. Sometimes this ‘letting go’ is and needs to be an ongoing process for a while, or a process that ebbs and flows, may seem to be over, but eventually comes back around again. On a soul level, it is natural to want to move on from one place to another, especially as we discover and desire to be in more of our soul bigness, purpose, and power.

This journey of packing up, leaving behind, exploring the new, is something we’re all experiencing now in different waves and on different levels. Some of us are stepping into the new, having many reactions we can’t quite seem to sort through, and then retracting, trying to go back into an old space that has now expired for us in many ways. The picture that comes, is of a growing toddler trying to wear his or her baby clothes again because they were so comfortable once upon a time! This is such a tough process and letting go is never quite as easy as some make it sound, especially if you’ve signed up to truly feel yourself in every moment along the way.

These last two weeks have been full of movement for me personally and this movement process has taken place on a personal, soul, and even physical level. It has been a phase that started with saying ‘yes’ to several new possibilities, trusting that they would take me somewhere new and good, despite the challenge of inhabiting this. Sure enough too, after the ‘yes’ came reactions and a part of me wanting to contract and maybe collapse it all in a way, though she also felt how this would all open out eventually, even with her level of tension. This is a part of me I got to reunite with, actually,  like something that got buried under the bed or dresser so long ago that you only find it when you’re moving somewhere new! She surfaced and I could feel her reactions with her and as the dust settles around the ‘new’ still, I am continuing to feel her around it all – her fears, her joys, and her vision of possibilities too. It has also been a couple weeks of letting go of certain connections with other people which is probably the hardest aspect of this phase to be with.

I feel as if we’re living in a restless, boisterous phase globally in the moment and it does feel challenging to find our stillness within while walking it all out. It is an exciting time while so much is being revealed to us and inside of that are also some hard-to-swallow truths. It is a time where we are being energized to really create the new as we go and not wait for permission from outside of us to take the steps we need to in order to really be in this. It is a time of trust in life, ourselves and the Divine, which is, of course, a process in and of itself while we learn what real trust even is… making it so important to take as much personal space as necessary, to breathe and digest and check-in with what we’re feeling on every level of our being.

If you’re feeling the energy of needing to create new timelines and being in your creativity in whatever capacity comes to you, you’re so not alone and the restlessness is actually there to serve you. It would be hard to not feel restless right now and it may come in waves for you, as it seems to be doing for me. We can all rest assured though, that we ARE being moved to something new that we are co-creating constantly, consciously and unconsciously, and this is becoming revealed to us more and more in each moment we say ‘yes’ and claim the next step.

We Are Living Art

Yesterday I began painting for the first time in a couple of months.  Since I was a young boy, visual art in the form of drawing, coloring, and painting has always been a source of pleasure and expression for me.  It has also been a source of suffering by way of inner criticism and perfectionism.  So much desire to create beauty for the eyes and heart to take in and be moved by.  I feel a soul passion when I start to create and a plethora of reaction that offer me doorways into my wounding.  So it feels like a romance in a way with a ton of grist and possibility.

When I am in the “zone”, time disappears.  I am in flow and it feels like my essence is coming out to play.  After being in that space, I could feel a reaction to being “outside” of it.  Like that feeling went away and I couldn’t get it back.  I lost the mojo and the only way to get it back was to start painting again.  I can feel that like a drug reaction.  I began to feel how a part of me was relating to the experience and not the “whole” me.  The Gabriel that relates to the act of painting as a part of a larger “painting” that is being created by my Higher Self in all moments of each “day”.

We are Creators.  We are Artists of exquisite talent and power…regardless of what we consider to be artistic.  Right now I am creating.  My words are manifesting a vibration of energy that is being sent out into the cosmic canvass.  They may land in someone or not. They my have impact or disinterest.  But either way I am creating something in this moment.  I am feeling myself as I type and that is altering my experience of who I am.  I am feeling a different relationship to my world in the moment.  Something will reflect back to me my energy and I will get to feel that and be changed again.

There are times when a brush stroke will land away from an intended space and the order of what a part of me was expecting just became disorder.  It just got messy and something comes up for me to feel.  I can see it as a mistake or as something to learn from and see it is meant to stay a part of the creation.  Maybe I am offered a new vision, and new pathway to create something totally different and unexpected.  Something I just couldn’t see or feel beforehand.  My consciousness just shifted and I grew from it.

In this awareness, I feel I have a choice.  A choice to be in my reaction and let it take me where I need to go even if it is messy, or I can hold and feel what part of me is energizing this emotion and see what it is want to message to me.  Neither which is wrong.  Both are creating and informing.  There are no mistakes in art as there are none in growth.

So let that brush go! Let it follow your intuitive heart.  Make lines and splashes.  Realize that you are the one that is in your full power of choice.  If your tapestry feels like it is in disarray, there is a part of you that is creating that to get your attention.  It is responding to the chaos within.  If you are wanting more, see that more and feel your way through the perceptions that can’t let in that more.  To be great creators means we take on great responsibility for what we create.  It is time for us to paint a new picture of what we feel is possible and turn it into probable and let it become likely until it is definitely.

Create a bigger and grander picture for yourself that goes beyond what parts of you have been conditioned to believe and expect.  This is done through being with and feeling the parts of you that have been capped due to many personal experiences and collective memes.  We are powerful individually, but exponentially so collectively.  Let us consciously create a new world together full of magic and color!

Away…. beyond the gravity and into your levity
Where nothing holds court other than your own limitation
Your own deprivation

You are not to be denied
Unless you feel the need to decide
That it is all too much for you to let in
The truth of your own creation

It is all so there for you to have
For you to own and mold
Into the image of your long lost dream
You buried so long ago

Don’t give up my beloved
My glorious angel and magician

It is a matter of choice….of believing….of trusting

The Desire To Mate And Create As Sacred Humans

We are wired for creation it seems, as human BEings, and especially as Sacred Humans arising more and more through ascension… CREATE-ures, who have been created and yet also co-created, constantly, consistently, without end. We are moving more and more into a state of CONSCIOUS co-creation with each other, the Divine, and even ourselves as we engage in processes that allow us to get to know ourselves as we heal on deeper and deeper levels.

Our desire to create comes from our god-ness, for the Divine is always creating, recreating, co-creating too and we are intrinsically connected to all of that and the ALL. Multiple timelines appear on our radars, wanting us to feel more, become more, feel where we are in the moment, yet also see what we are energizing as the truest truth of who we are and the life we’re living. To acknowledge our creativity in every moment is to claim and inhabit our power again, to acknowledge ourselves as high-beaming BEings again. We are the writers of our own stories, we are bringing in energy to support or neglect our deepest desires. We are given gateways to walk through that want to bring us more outward into the harvest of our inward glances and journeys. We are brought into new territories via the vehicle of ‘I want’ and the sidecar of ‘I need’, ever-connected to quantum will, quantum desires, quantum needs that over-arch everything, everyone, every other CREATE-ure imaginable.

There’s a dance here, with self and the Divine and with each other too. We are partnered in creation, as we are all ONE anyways, yet find our individual expressions of this too. We are inclined to find dance partners through different waves and ways of relationships. We are romantic in our hearts, always imagining something (though parts of us may dismiss this for different phases), always wanting (though again, parts may be burying this for different phases), always needing something, though this can ultimately be boiled down to a much deeper need for LOVE… how could this love dance, this wanting dance, not turn into a mating dance too? First with self, then with other? How could our beautifully filling-up hearts and ever-glowing, growing souls not want to collaborate and co-create with another in sacred union, creating from an ‘usness’ of beauty and ever-purifying love and self-discovery? This collaborative sort of relationship is what could be difficult to accept into our lives, especially for those who feel they have only begun to get themselves sorted out, let alone let in a sacred union romance that will scramble their worlds up again. Yet, THIS is what creativity feels like to me… a creating and then a dismantling, only to create something new and perhaps better or more fulfilling than before!

There is a sacredness to every single desire and ache in our hearts for more or less or even something completely different than we’ve experienced so far. We are creating this sacredness from our own sacredness that can never die or be abandoned though it can certainly be buried. We are being tuned back into these frequencies that remind us of our aliveness, our need to align truly with our hearts and want we want to create,  while illuminating what we’ve been creating instead. We are given this illumination as a powerful opportunity and it is entirely our own creative choice as to whether or not we step into it. ❤
