Six Ways You May Be Experiencing The Intense Energy Shifts

It’s only a couple of weeks into 2017 yet and, already, the tops have gone turvy and the timelines have gone from straight to curvy in response to the intense energy waves coming into our worlds, globally and personally. These boosts of energy can bring completions and beginnings; upheavals and creations; turning overs and tuning ins.

Here are some of the ways you may already be experiencing the accelerated momentum that will be the mark of this year as we shift into a higher gear related to ascension:

Altered Reality States – Reality as you have mostly known it is continuing to shift. More ‘paranormal’ experiences are leaking through your consciousness lifting the veils between 3D perception and reality beyond the five senses. You are experiencing an increasing sense of wonder and joy in moments, moved by the absolute magic and wonder of the moment.

You are not the same as you were, as if someone else is now looking through your eyes out at the world and living in your skin. Most of the time, this feels amazing and, sometimes, it can be overwhelming. Maybe you are losing words, maybe losing your mind (in a good way) for longer periods, maybe not experiencing time at all or definitely keeping less track of it. People around you may be noticing that you have changed and commenting on it with some of them coming along and others not able to resonate.

Deeper Access to Ethereal Beings – The new energies seem to be support easier connection with Ethereal Beings such as archangels, spirit guides, ascended teachers, and passed loved ones. All of the clairs have been heightened: clairaudience, clairvoyance, clairsentience especially are dialed up. It’s like you are a radio antennae and you’ve been turned up to a higher setting.

You may hear guidance much more clearly; see Ethereal Beings with much more clarity; feel intuitive reactions much more deeply. If you have lingering doubts about your capacity and ability to connect with spiritual beings, you are gathering the resources that you need to help you tune in and expand your capacities. The story of “I can’t” seems to be being drowned out by the necessity of the Universe for you to connect with higher guidance.

Expanding Creative Visualization During Meditation – The older paradigm modes of meditating may not be working for you anymore, such as focusing only on your breath or repeating a mantra over and over. You may have already begun or already be engaged in creative visualization or shamanic journeying during meditation, where there are no limits on where you can go or what you experience. Following the leadings of your Ethereal guides, you are taken on adventures into 4D and 5D (and beyond) consciousness states, parallel dimensions, other planets, and even galaxies. You are letting go of the ‘practice’ of meditation to let your soul and higher self take you to where you most need to go. You are drawing resources to help you remember these avenues that were once so natural, opening up to your intuition and creativity more and more.

Renewed Focus On Chakras – Taking care of your chakras is going from a spiritual concept to a beloved and critical aspect of your daily self love routine. You are able to feel them more deeply and clearly, see their vibrant colors, locate them with your hands and your inner eye. You again draw resources to expand your knowledge and connection with the seven main chakras (whatever system you choose to follow), feeling your relationship with them deepen and expand beyond mental understanding. You may be experiencing body symptoms of ascension such as flu, head and neck aches, shift in sleep patterns, change in appetite, etc. You are connecting these shifts with your chakras and noticing that cleaning and protecting them daily helps with these physical changes. You are empowering yourself around energy healing for yourself as you connect with your energetic essence and auric field.

Relationship Completions & Beginnings – Relationships are in a big transition and you are in various phases of experiencing these shiftings. You are finding an increasing need to set boundaries with people in your life, often saying ‘no’ to events and previous commitments and expected behaviors. As this creates rumbles of reactions in those around you, you find there is something more authentic at the heart of it all that serves you with the strength and confidence to keep going. As some relationships are completing, there is also an increase in relationships that are beginning or forming. You may find that you are suddenly in a romance with someone who feels like a soul mate and that it happened quite quickly. The previous holdbacks are dissolving and you feel compelled to explore it and see where it goes. Or if you are in a romantic relationship, you may be experiencing that ground of it is shifting with new dynamics of deeper soul bond frequencies coming up and lower dimensional conflicts reducing greatly. You may have the feeling of ‘falling in love’ all over again and your mate as someone that you are very excited to get to know even more deeply!

Trailing Edge Emotions Coming Up And Moving Out Fast – Trailing edge is that which is at your growth edge or what you struggle with or are ‘working on’ this life. It often relates to what is still in subconscious shadow within your psyche or emotional body. These energies of acceleration seem to be pushing up and out that which has been in shadow to be felt and healed. You may be experiencing that this process of feeling and healing is going much quicker. One moment you are feeling parts of you that are scared or resistant. And then, the next moment, you are feeling joyful and expansive. Deeper emotional movements are requiring your complete attention and self love and care, calling you to hold space for yourself during this intense transition. Resources come to you in different forms to serve your leading edge of being (your highest self) to feel, heal, and integrate.

During this time of transition and intense energies, strap your heartbelts on and go within through meditation as often as you need and want to! Going within will help you tap into the essence of Inifinite Love that provides the motivation to ride the waves of all these shifts.

Releasing Body Traumas At The Cellular Level During Ascension

I spent the first days (maybe weeks) of my life inside of a incubator. I was six weeks premature and had underdeveloped lungs or specifically small air sacs. The incubator provided the controlled environment I had left early in order to begin an incarnation during one of the potentially most tumultuous times in human history. The fact of my early birth and time in the incubator are aspects of my life story, yet, I had previously relived the emotional reactions I felt during that time during a process group many years ago: fear, powerlessness, and a strong desire to go back ‘home’.

This last week, with my lungs in an agitated state and a deep cough, my body took me back to this time when I was newly born with fragile lungs. I heard the whoosh of the machines near me and the muffled sound of the nurses’ voices. Occasional hands would come in through the openings and sooth me or take me out of the incubator for feeding and cleaning. What I had not previously remembered were the light beings around me, brightness outlining angel wings. I had not realized before that I came close to death (maybe my mother never told me or didn’t know). The Ethereal Beings were there to offer that I needed to stay to live out my purpose on Earth….I had ‘a lot to do’.

I could feel the memory of this newborn experience living in the cells of my body, in my DNA, which as it is upgrading in the ascension process is letting go of the memories stored within from my lifetime as a carbon-based human being. I also felt this week the memories stored at a cellular level from fifteen years of cigarette smoking. I started when I was 17 and quit nearly 13 years ago now, yet the damage from so many inhalations of nicotine and other chemicals seems to live inside of my cells: in their memory. Over the years, I felt the emotional pain that drew me to smoking and, also, the biggest motivation of all, which was a means to escape daily life for a few minutes and have peace to myself. This week, I am experiencing the cells purging the memories of this repeated damage.

I’m sharing these experiences because they illuminate for me an interesting aspect to the physical phases of the ascension process. This process is about raising our vibrational frequency to experience a higher consciousness and filtering of reality that is more in alignment with our essence as Infinite Love and from a Divine source. What does it actually mean for a body to become a crystalline body or Christ Consciousness/fifth dimensional (and higher) body? None of us actually know, although many are experiencing the transition to it.

We are experiencing food craving changes and appetite shifts. This is leading to more and more people choose being vegetarian or vegan, eat more organic vegetables, no longer eating processed foods, as they connect eating certain foods with a raised or lowered vibrational frequency. We are getting headaches that are beyond just some pressure in the head and that feel like things are actually getting rearranged inside of our skulls which, in a way, they are. The pituitary and pineal glands especially are getting rewired and expanded. You can almost hear them crackling with new energetic strands being wired up. I have seen mine forming new crystal structures that look like snowflakes. They become the new processing center for the new Crystalline human, along with the heart chakra.

There are the ascension flu symptoms that I’ve been experiencing lately which I now feel, as I shared, is actually the cells letting go of memories of illness and damage. We can’t take these denser frequencies ‘with us’ and so they need to be moved out of the vessel to continue the rise in vibrational frequency upward. I recommend thinking about what might be stored in your body’s cells, what memories of 3D life might you need to heal and release? There doesn’t seem to be ‘time’ when it comes to cellular memory, so even the earliest childhood experiences of physical trauma are stored.

The sense that I have about all this, and what I have been offered many times by my guides, is that this is all part of a sacred process. This sacred process has been given to us as a gift by Gaia herself who is ascending already and our hostess is inviting us to come along. It’s a process provided to us by star beings who want to exist with us in a collaborative world on a Golden Earth. The discomfort of purging, releasing what no longer serves, moving beyond the old to embrace the new….it is all worth it in the dawning of a new beginning, new reality, with new bodies in a new world made of love.

Moving Beyond The Feelings Of ‘Being Attacked’ And Into Responding With Love

I’ve been reading things which offer that we are being ‘attacked’ right now…by negative entities, by narcissists, by the Capal (or Archons or Illuminati)…that these energies are coming in full force to challenge us with shadow and darkness so that we may choose the light. This doesn’t feel like my truth for those of us on the awakening path. In my experience, it is only what remains unhealed inside of us that would draw such attacks to us. The congested emotional body becomes a magnet in that way. And, even if we do ‘draw’ such things, it is because we need to see an aspect of ourselves through the mirror that it offers.

Seeing and experiencing the world as ‘attacking’ us feels to me like it sets up a dynamic of perpetual abuser and victim….we all play both roles in many forms in other lifetimes. As you heal and integrate these lifetimes, you release the energy (again) that would draw an attack to you. I feel a better word is ‘crucible’ as it also offers a trusting relationship to life. This are subtle distinctions yet as you raise in vibrational frequency into 5D one of the biggest ways is through letting go of the belief that you CAN be attacked or (even deeper in the emotional body) that you are WORTH being attacked. In this way, you CANNOT actually be attacked in the sense of against your will as you have signed up to experience what you are.

I do not offer this reframing without compassion for the very real hurts and pains caused by experiences that are often very difficult. I feel you need phases to feel how parts of you have been a victim, especially as a child, and validating the hurt can be powerful and healing. And yet, the bigger context is that what you experience is what you have ‘signed up for’ as a soul…feeling this WHILE validating the hurt inside is what moves you to a consciousness without victimhood yet deeper empowerment. I’ve discovered that I just don’t draw traumatic circumstances anymore as I haven’t needed them to show me something that I haven’t proactively felt and been guided to feel myself. This has meant surrendering and letting go of many things that I was attached to, including relationships, geographies, incomes, soul purpose work, soul family, etc. Choosing it before it feels like it is ‘forced’ on me makes a very big difference on how it is digested and processed.

The energy frequencies waving over our planet, galaxy, and in our personal beings ARE intense right now. They are pushing up toxins and congestions in our emotional and soul bodies to be looked at, loved, and healed. We can feel this as an attack or we can respond to it with love. I find that even the most intense energies fall away when responded to with love. Some aspect of that is giving our chakras and auric field love in the form of white, loving light and connection with Ethereal Beings, which creates a barrier of love that comes from our healing heart. It isn’t about technic to create this barrier as much as it is about your willingness to feel anything that would draw and magnetize negative entities to you.

In the moment, I don’t experience that I am being attacked even by flu germs right now although I have not been feeling well for a few days. These germs are a gift, allowing me to go inside even more, create a cocoon, and my personal process has benefited from this space. This is also the result of the growth and awakenings I have been experiencing that are integrating and shifting the cellular structure of my body and my DNA. I have been visualizing waves of love moving through my body rather than trying to ‘attack’ the germs and I have trusted that it takes the space and time it needs to heal.

I invite you to feel the next time that you feel attacked by something or someone to feel the part of you that feels this way and why. Hold this reaction with love and see if you can feel where it stems from…most likely it comes from undigested emotional trauma and can be existential too with roots in surrender to God pictures and warrior archetype frequencies. Whenever you feel like going into ‘battle’, you can feel that this is a part of you that is trying to protect you and NOT who and what you really ARE. When coming from love, you have no desire to go to battle yet only respond in love to that which is and let go into the trust what flows from there.

Embracing Change As A Mirror, Healer And Ally

We are all facing changes right now. Many of these changes are major upheavals as the veils become thinner and we are finally able to not only listen to, but hear ourselves and our guidance more. Some of these changes we choose voluntarily as our relationship with ourselves deepens and we realize more clearly what it is we truly need and/or desire to have in our lives. The poignant ache for a deeper love that we don’t necessarily know where it could come from or what it could look like is landing with a thud in each of our hearts, giving us new direction, especially in relationships, but also in our careers and geographies.

With change comes process…the pain inside our very sacredly human pain bodies becomes louder in order for us to finally hear it, feel it and heal it. It is an awakening to those ways in which we have been numbed out, “going with the flow” to a degree that has actually seen us shrink to fit circumstances and relationships, and how we have deprived ourselves of love from ourself to ourself, let alone how we have blocked it from flowing to and from others or even the Divine.

This process of learning how to be with change and especially be with ourselves when we are experiencing change, is becoming unavoidable with our global process of ascension. Too, though, our process of vibrating higher is coming in faster than ever before, and the experience of that is now able to deepen for us, the more we can move through what’s holding us down. Change is designed and brought on by love, ultimately… it pushes up what we need to feel in order to fully move into our next chapters and unveil more of who we really are at our core.

My relationship to change hasn’t always been very spacious and in moments it still isn’t. Most of the time, the changes that are being asked of us by love are not easy to embody or willingly say “yes” to, and unfortunately that can also create an experience of life happening to us and not us happening to life. We can feel at these times as if our power is in some sort of cosmic vacuum, even though it’s really just being lovingly challenged. I hold this as my truth and it does help me process through change much easier, especially during these times of intense waves of energetic frequency alterations and the life adjustments that happen accordingly.

Just like the ways in which the sun’s rays can be felt coming in much stronger as the result of weakened barriers holding it’s power back, so we are all experiencing a renewed press of love moving through us much stronger. The process of this awakening that love brings to us is most alive when we embrace the changes we’re being invited into, that aren’t simply outward but actually quite often very inward. We are learning to rearrange our inner furniture to accommodate more love in our lives and of course that translates to adjustments and, at times, all-out upheavals needing to happen outside of us too. If we can trust, somehow, that it is all held in and by love, then we can begin to let in change as the mirror, healer and ally that it actually is and always has been for us.

From Those Higher Selves Who Wait For Us

You disintegrated so you could reintegrate through your integral integrity.

You…
Relinquished.
You relinquished your innate connection to utter outer and inner beauty in order to bring it all back in to you once again.

You…
Forgot.
You forgot so you could remember all the members of your own humanity and that you are all, in fact, one.

You…
Redeemed.
You redeemed yourself once for all you held in anguish for the sake of a life linked to fear and not love.

…all the potential power you’ve held and hold now has never
Ever
Gone anywhere.

Will you seek again in earnest what it was you once sought
before you relinquished to disintegrate and forget all you ever were?
Your redemption is now.
Will you let go so you can let it in?
Will you chastise or rise?
Will you breathe through the love lungs given you or will you hover in hatred over all you’ve named as wrong?

As always the choice is forever yours,
and as always,
we watch,
and wait at your arrival gate,
with all the love you can imagine
and all the promise of a renewed you to be.

Choosing From Love, To Fall In Love

This mysterious thing we call “falling in love”… what is it but a letting go into the shiny bright light ahead that seems to call, seems to light up a pathway through unknown territory, seems to warm something in the far reaches of your heart that you’d forgotten were ever there?

What else can we call the following of a heart stream that starts in a moment then trickles inward and suddenly pours over every part of us before we even know what we’ve said “yes” to?

Beyond an idea of romance that has us on our knees in ecstatic joy and wonder, this is a bigger embrace of a call that beckons us onward at an as yet un-lived-in pace for in the foreground of our lives we have only settled for the crumbs of what I can only call “the real thing”. Once we have tasted that tender morsel of what truly makes our hearts beam with wonder, awe and reverence, we cannot turn away, we cannot opt out, we cannot fully return to that cave from whence we came.

It is an impossibility to behold the full intrusion of love’s infusion if we do not fall in love all at once and with a perseverance that we can only truly know from our own love lights answering to those of others up ahead of us.

This is what it means to really love and be loved. This is what it feels like to be held in and led by love. This is what it feels like to say “yes” to ourselves and our transformation. This…is where all our choices should come from, and where our choosing will always be challenged to come from. This is what it feels like to truly live – to know that love is always at your side, bellowing from the other side, and beckoning you homeward.

If you can feel all of this… welcome home, for this is where your truest heart rests even in its insatiable restlessness of always wanting more and more. If you cannot in this moment feel any of this… perhaps your heart is asking for more of you to reside inside it, to know it, revere it, honour it, remember it… once again and maybe, this time, for always.

Everyone Is A Channel: Conversations With Archangel Metatron

We are sitting in the courtyard in front of the Akashic Library. The courtyard is surrounded by trees, grass, and flowers. Everything is incased in a golden light, the perfect lighting that I recognize from higher dimensional frequencies as the visible light spectrum expands beyond what we experience in third dimensional or 3D reality. Archangel Metatron is ‘sitting’ next to me yet I still can’t look directly at him for too long as his frequency is so high and intense.

He is pure white light. He is presenting himself to me in his grandfather form, long white hair and long white beard. He knows that it is comforting to me and easier for me to take in his teachings when he is in this form. What his actual form is (way up in the 12th dimension) feels like would be impossible for me to even imagine or resonate with.

He wants me to be as current and transparent as possible in sharing with you what he is teaching me. The floods of information and teachings coming from Archangel Metatron are quite full in the moment. He wants me to claim it as him and to be more comfortable with offering myself as a channel of his and where my teachings are originated from as an aspect of my higher self embodiment process.

“Everyone is a channel,” he says to me as we ‘sit’ on a bench in front of a particular stunning tree that looks like an Oak tree but doesn’t feel like one as it is emanating a very strong rainbow colored aura. “Every soul has the capacity to channel and bring forward energies of higher dimensional beings such as archangels, spirit guides, ascended teacher frequencies. You are ALL sourced from It, so of course you can channel It.”

“I have about five questions that I want to ask you about that, Metatron, but I’ll start with this one. What do you mean when you say that we are sourced from It?”

He shows me an image of the Flower Of Life (image attached to this post), sacred geometry, for which I am becoming more familiar recently. He communicates to me in the form of shapes sometimes and especially during energy healing can use triangles, tetrahedrons, or his cube to move through my auric field to clear it out.

“The Flower Of Life is found in all major religions in the world in some form, the story of creation. Google it if you need to know more about its history,” he says, with humor in his voice. One of Metatron’s favorite expressions seems to be, “Google it!” He seems to find the Internet an amusing and amazing source of information and so it is.

“Anyway, the Flower of Life shows how everything originates from the center point. This center point has been called the Void, the Nondual, Big Bang, many others things. I like to call it Divine Source. Divine Source is All That Is Ever Has Been and Ever Will Be. And it is also No-Thing At All. It is Infinite Love, Infinite Awareness, and Infinite Possibilities.”

“I can feel the resonance here as this is what I have been feeling for awhile that each of us ARE Infinite Love in our essence and that awakening is about remembering this,” I say.

“Yes,” he nods at me in happy agreement. “You’ve had an intuition about this provided to you by your higher self and connecting with higher dimensional guides like me. You’ve had tastes of this Infinite Love essence in moments as you raise your vibrational frequency and mostly because of your work to heal your emotional pain body. The emotional pain body, which is created out of traumas experienced in third dimensional or 3D reality, is the biggest drag on your and everyone’s consciousness ascension.”

I’m starting to feel dizzy with all the questions I have and also because what he is offering validates my own focus and the work I offer to others through SoulFullHeart. Before I can respond or ask a question, he continues on:

“Let’s go back to the Flower of Life and my origin story, shall we? So, Divine Source is the source of all existence, which you can see demonstrated graphically in the Flower Of Life. Its energy pulses and surges in a very high dimensional space, you could call it the 13th dimension if you wish. I like the number 13 for many reasons, so we’ll use that. You can feel Divine Source, yet you cannot have a relationship with it as it has no duality or relationality.”

“Divine Source decided at some point that it wanted to experience different fractals of itself and, also, that it was bored,” he says. “Maybe not bored, but definitely I get the feeling that It wanted something to witness and live through. It wanted to get to know itself through a different expression than Its vast Infinite Love-ness. So, it created some first degree fractals of itself. These are the archangels, like me. Archangels are ‘tasked’ with holding back the intense energy frequencies of Divine Source. We act as pillars to contain the energy, hold it back for it would ‘wipe out’ all of creation if it came through. It is both great destroyer and great creator.”

“Ok, I see how that is represented on the Tree of Life as the first circle there,” I offer, pointing to the Tree of Life image that has appeared before us in the air.

“Divine Source then split off all Beings from the Archangels, just like the Flower Of Life shows. It is not a linear splitting off but rather a circling outwards, like shown here. In addition to the Archangels existence in the 12th dimension, we also respond to the heart cries and needs of all the fractals that split off after us. We can be in all places at all times as time and space are not real for us. We archangels are also what you been calling the Metasouls. Of course, I love that name, Metasoul, as it contains part of MY name and also because it perfectly captures the energy.”

What he is offering rumbles through me. Already, being a healer and teacher, I can feel how this perspective could serve people in their ascension process.

“Yes!” he exclaims. “You are already feeling the ramifications of what I am offering. Since all human beings originate from the 13 archangel Metasouls, you are fractals or projections from us. Therefore, you can learn a lot by identifying which archangel you most resonate with, connecting with us directly, and claiming your Metasoul origins connected to one of us. EVERY sentient being comes from one of the 13 Archangel Metasouls as every being comes from Divine Source. There may be others that could be considered archangels but let’s stick with 13 because, again, I like that number. Angels, ascended masters, spirit guides, are all higher dimensional fractals off of the 13 archangel Metasouls.”

“How does the higher self fit into this picture?” I ask.

“Your higher self is another fractal, a higher dimensional one, usually from the sixth dimension. It vibrates at a higher frequency from the 3D one that you live in and experience life from every day. Your higher self is a soul fractal deposit that you left in a higher dimension to guide you in your way. One key aspect of the ascension process is about raising your vibrational frequency to eventually embody your higher self consciously within your human body.”

“Ok, yes, I have been aware of that one for awhile now. I’m sure there is a connection here, but since you tend to be non-linear, I want to bring it back to the point for which we started, which was about channeling.”

“Yes, of course! Thank you for keeping me ‘on task’, Jelelle! Many souls have the capacity to channel higher being consciousness and ‘hear’ the messages. As I said, this is nothing special since ALL beings come from the Archangels and Divine Source ultimately. Yet, often, the person channeling these energies has to go unconscious to bring the energies through. Or their channeled messages sound and feel strange, not human like, and fewer of the relational tones of warmth and compassion. This is because their higher self is not embodied inside of them. Their human-based bridge to the higher dimensions, which is through a healthy heart, is blocked and clogged from pains and traumas.”

“You said earlier, Metatron, that healing the 3D emotional pain body is key to embodiment of the higher self because that raises the vibrational frequency enough for the higher self to come in. This is also what allows the channeling of higher dimensional beings and hearing their voice (clairaudience) and seeing them (clairvoyance), yes?”

“Yes, but also the integration of your Metasoul fractals (those fractals that split off from the same Archangel source) that exist across spans and eras of ‘time’ helps with raising vibrational frequency and embodiment of the higher self. As you have felt for awhile, Jelelle, it is both the healing of the heart AND the soul which leads to ascension, enlightenment, transformation, healing….whatever you want to call it.”

“This is the work we are doing in SoulFullHeart, yes, and you have been expanding that out lately with access to Metasoul portals in the Akashic library that we can access to connect with our soul legacy and other lifetimes. But that feels like a topic for another writing.”

“Yes,” he says, smiling his bright, bright LOVE grin at me. “There is much more to offer about the story of creation, the connection to Archangels, and Metasoul healing, but we’ll let what I’ve offered today go in for now. We don’t want to blow any fuses, do we?”

I am starting to feel a familiar pressure at the top of my head and third eye/forehead area which usually means that I am at the full point in terms of letting in new consciousness frequencies and ideas…..it does feel a bit like ‘blowing a fuse’ but in a good way.

We smile at each other as he begins to fade from my vision and I start to drift into the deeper sleep that allows for integration of these ideas into my BEing to be formed later into words to share with others.

Love IS, As We ARE

There are so many ways we are conditioned to feel what love is. Life becomes an endless quest to know real love and to feel it lighting up the unknowable, puzzling hallways of our sacred human hearts. I feel like anytime we try to encapsulate it, or say we’ve finally earned the Phd that tells us we are experts at knowing it, we still miss the mark to some degree. To try and know it, would be like trying to tame it…and how does one throw a rope around the wind? Perhaps the truth is that to find a deep and conscious experience of love we have to first discern what love is not…

And yet…

What is love “not”?

I cannot tell you that it is one thing and isn’t another.

But I can share with you, that from where I’m sitting right now, I feel my heart brimming over and can also feel what it is trying to put it all back in the glass for another day.

That, it feels like, is where the work is for me. It is an arrow pointing to what feels like nowhere specific but it is a piece of a treasure map. That treasure map is what makes me, me. The me that I am right now, and the me I still feel present even when I feel that I am also you…

Love wants to be the magnet powering our compasses. It wants us to more and more often choose it over anything else, especially for ourselves first. If we can’t feel when and where our choices are leading us to less and not more love in our own lives, then how can we help others find their pilot light of love in their lives?

Love is what bonds us, not what binds us, though the binds come from love too. Love is our truest roots and our widest wingspans. It is that which we can likely never fully understand, but it IS what drives us onward, upward, homeward. It IS, as we ARE… in all our pains and joys.

I can feel my fences and defenses. And I know that love loves me anyways. And that no matter what, it will find its way in…and often in ways I would never have expected.

Importance Of Heart-Based Awakening: Meditation Visits With ArchAngel Metatron

The light is so bright I feel like I need to squint my eyes, even though they are already closed. The light is coming from him, it IS him, and it seems to invite me to remember that it is always what I am made from and of too. It’s been four months since I briefly connected with Metatron, an archangel from the higher 11th dimension. At the time, I hadn’t even fully remembered his name or what his purpose and gifts are to others. I hadn’t remembered yet what a gift he has been to my soul and how deep our connection goes.

This time I am crying, I feel the love that he is, and I can see his facial features too where last time I could only hear his voice. He looks like a thinner santa claus. He looks like the traditional God picture with a white beard and long, flowing white hair. There is nothing stern or formidable about him, even as he is very powerful and vibrating at an extremely high frequency.

We are meeting in the Akashic Records, a place in the astral plane that has the look and feel of a very bright, spacious, and beautiful library. The Akashic Records is so familiar to me, I feel comfortable there. There are arched windows on my left, twenty feet high at least and there doesn’t seem to be a ceiling in the traditional sense. There are ‘files’ or books for every soul stored in there, along with all the wisdoms and knowledge of both the collective conscious and unconscious. I’ll share more in the future about accessing the akashic records and your own file, walking through the portals to access your Metasoul brothers and sisters.

Metatron wanted to meet me here as it is a halfway point in vibrational frequency between where he normally dwells (too high for me in the moment) and where my frequency is at most times (hovering between 4D and 5D). I can feel the intense recalibration, detox, and upgrade process that I have been in the last months and how my frequency is much higher now to be able to connect with him. Yet, still, the tears come without body reaction at all, no runny nose, just waves of reunion, soul recognition, letting in love that is pressing against places in my heart that are still learning to let it in.

Metatron tells me that he appreciates my tears. He says that he loves my heart. I step through a portal or doorway that he opens for me of one of my other lifetimes in Atlantis where I was very focused on studying the mysteries, working with intense energies of the Earth and the cosmos. I was not much in my heart it feels like even as I was working with vey strong energies. I already know from my own soul legacy exploration that my soul theme has been around healing my heart, embodying my emotional reality and relationity as a priority this life over my spiritual development. This was my primary focus for many years even as spiritual awakenings, connection with guides and the Divine, energy healings still happened. I am here this life to heal my heart and to open up and integrate the soul consciousness from this heart enlovened place.

This has not always been an easy journey with an intense dark night of the soul period when I left a spiritual group which deeply felt like and was my soul family and my soul passion work. Many times in my life I have turned away from intense development of my soul gifts in order to go back into my heart, into my 3D pain body, into my emotional wounding. This time, I am taking my heart with me as I ascend and I am inviting others to do the same.

A moving and transformative process rolled out next with Metatron that I am still digesting today, yet that deserves its own space in another writing.

I feel a lot of support from Etheral Beings and our higher selves to bring this message to you today. The message is to not leave your heart behind in your awakening journey. You cannot really anyway. The hurts and pains remain and they show up primarily in relationships with others. I feel this is why so many healers and spiritual teachers struggle in their personal lives to embody and transact what they can access in the spiritual domains. Often this leads to a dis-integrity around what they are projecting from their leading edge of being and what their actual daily life is like from their trailing edge (where the wounding is.) This transaction is blocked by aspects of them that are still protecting them, protecting their heart, caught up in moments of trauma from childhood and from other lifetimes.

You can clear the channels to remember and integrate your soul gifts and even soul purpose, yet if you do not have access to your heart consciousness (which only becomes available as you go into and heal your shadow, your subconscious, and aspects of yourself) then you are not able to infuse it with the deepest gifts of your humanity, your compassion, your sensitivity, and most importantly, your vulnerability.

I have created SoulFullHeart with my soul mate Raphael as a reflection of my focus on my heart first and the gifts it has given me of experiencing life from a place of really feeling it, really being relational with others, and in such a meaningful and nourishing relationship with him. SoulFullHeart leads to many soul awakenings and is quite catalytic and effective at it because of the way it starts with the heart first, works with the protection that it is there, and offers self empowerment for you to lead the way.

In denying the heart, you may soar higher in the skies of the soul, yet you will experience more light then heat and somewhere, deep inside, the pain goes on screaming for your attention. To remember our essence as Infinite Love is to embrace that which has been formed from fear, all aspects of ourselves, and our heart most deeply of all.
