Eleven Ways To Boost Your Ascension Process

The Universe is supporting and holding space for the ascension of Gaia as a planetary consciousness. The Universe is inviting humans to come along for the ride: for the upgrade in frequency, for the return to our sacred human consciousness of fully lit up DNA, for the merging of our light body with our physical 3D bodies, and for the embracement of our previously forgotten soul gift expression. This support is showing up in the influx of photonic light waves and energies flooding the grids right now, creating a new crystalline grid over a NEW earth with higher vibrational frequencies and waves of light filled with love.

This can be a lot of energy to let in and integrate into our emotional, spiritual, mental, and physical bodies. Yet, it also provides a wonderful lift to those of us who are on this path of ascension into fourth, fifth dimensional consciousness and beyond. On an energetic level, it feels like instead of moving against the current going upstream, we are starting to feel a flow of resonance that we can ride on in easier ways down steam. It feels more like a glide in smoother waters versus a trudge through knee-deep mud.

Here are eleven ways that you can ride these waves of energetic support and give a boost to your ascension process to advance your consciousness, moment by moment experiencing more and more fifth dimensional frequencies of unity, peace, joy, vulnerability, magic, and love.

1 – Connect With Ethereal Beings And Guides Available to Assist with Global And Personal Ascension –

Access to Ethereal Beings such as archangels, angels, spirit guides, spirit animals, etc. becomes easier when energetics are available that allow for more accessible connection with them. The veil is getting thinner and thinner between the dimensions, heightening our capabilities of clairvoyance, clairaudience, and clairsentience. Even if you haven’t been drawn before to claim your gifts as a channel of higher dimensional beings, you really might consider it now as it can provide a visceral and meaningful support to your process. We are ALL channels of higher dimensional beings, so there aren’t those only with ‘special’ gifts who can access the galactic councils and other beings of wisdom that are universally available. Connection with Ethereal Beings is ultimately an experience of our higher self and a reclaiming of our roots as a fractal from Divine Source. It is also a reunion experience of reconnection and reintegration with our star beings aspects and selves.

Particularly eager to assist those engaged in this journey into 5D consciousness is Archangel Metatron. Metatron uses sacred geometry, advanced energy healing methods, and high vibrational frequencies of orangish gold energy (warm like sunlight) to serve individuals and humanity during ascension. Metatron is often the voice of Divine Source and a bridge to make complicated esoteric concepts more relatable and practical. There are many wonderful resources available to connect with him during meditation, yet the main method is to ask to connect with him while you open your heart and your mind while you engage in processes to raise your vibrational frequency and activate your chakras (particularly your third eye or sixth chakra.)

2 – Activate your twelve chakras or ascension chakras –

Many people work with their seven main chakras, which is a critically important aspect of raising your vibrational frequency. Daily cleaning, activation, and protection keeps your energy flowing clear, which impacts the health and consciousness vibration of your emotional, spiritual, mental, and physical bodies. Treating your chakras with self love and care can bring about accelerated experiences of multidimensional realities and raise your frequency. At some point in your ascension process, you will probably begin to become aware of your higher frequency chakras yourself or your guides will offer you a sense of them and invite you to active them.

There are many models for these ‘ascension chakras’ and you’ll draw the one meant for you. I resonate with the one offered by spiritual teacher and author Diana Cooper. The ascension chakras were shut down when our DNA strands were deactivated. Reactivating these chakras brings in galactic communication frequencies, opens up light language or multidimensional star language, connects you to your soul group and soul legacy, re-establishes communication with your star family and star being selves, and opens up a deeper access to experiencing Gaia as a consciousness. Each of the seven main chakras also raises its vibrational frequency and consciousness to fifth and beyond, bringing new colors, new energy, and more crystalline appearance overall.

3- Meditate and draw sacred geometry to activate your Merkaba –

Activation of your ascension chakras and connection with Archangel Metatron seems to start to illuminate your Merkaba (or Merkabah as it is also spelled). “Mer” means Light; “Ka” means Spirit; “Ba” means Body. The Merkaba uses counter rotating fields of light to create a high vibrational field that allows for transport to other dimensions. As the ascension chakras activate and your vibrational frequency increases, your merkaba starts rotating and spinning, allowing you to more easily ‘travel’ to other dimensions, planets, galaxies, etc. It seems to act as a sort of equalizer and bridge from one dimensional frequency to another.

Learning about sacred geometry and drawing the shapes of the Seed Of Life, The Flower Of Life, Metatron’s Cube, and others is a meditative practice that can lead to multidimensional travel and a definite increase in your vibrational frequency. This practice of sketching, painting, and coloring sacred geometric shapes seems to transcend the mental body and left side of the brain. This practice can access the right side or intuitive side of the brain while opening up the higher dimensional frequencies of the third eye which allows for a state of ‘waking meditation’ or mindfulness or ‘loose brain’ as I like to call it.

4 – Heal woundings and integrate aspects from your emotional pain body–

The woundings in our emotional body or ‘3D pain body’ act as an anchor to our ascension process. Most of these pains are subconscious to us until we engage in a process of self love and healing to make them conscious and bring them out of shadow. There are many resources and a growing number of healers that offer an emoto-spiritual focus in healing and shadow work that goes beyond traditional psychology and psychiatry. In the process that I offer and hold space for called SoulFullHeart, we connect with aspects of the 3D self pain body, form relationship with them, and experience separation from the triggers and projections of these aspects. Eventually, the aspects integrate into a whole and growing higher self embodiment or 5D (and beyond) version of you.

As you are freed from your emotional pain, you can vibrate at higher and higher levels and take your healing heart with you to truly let in the deep joys and vulnerabilities of the moment that fifth dimensional consciousness offers to you. The emotional work cannot be avoided in another way as it will come out in life circumstances that continue to repeat in suffering loops, frustration, inability to manifest your desires, dysfunctional relationships, etc. Ascension is about being a whole and healthy sacred human embodiment of your higher self on all levels: emotional, spiritual, physical, mental, and social.

5- Heal Karma From Your Soul Group

Karmic binds in our souls can bubble up and greatly impact our experience of relationships and reality in this lifetime. Since time is an illusion, these other lifetimes are happening now and are not ‘past’ at all. Energy can be greatly caught up and stuck in our other lifetimes, which can be on other planets, dimensions, galaxies, eras of ‘time’, etc. We are connected to each fractal that comes off of our soul group, which I call the Metasoul and has also been called the Oversoul and Monad. Visiting the akashic records and accessing your ‘file’ opens the door for you to journey into portals or doorways that open up to visit these other soul fractals of yours or Metasoul brothers and sisters. Connecting with these fractals and helping them heal allows for integration of their multidimensionality and soul gift expression.

If you are vibrating at a higher frequency already, you are able to visit and heal with these soul fractals at a faster and faster rate without being ‘bogged down’ in suffering. Accessing and activating your ascension chakras (including your soul chakra, which is about eight inches above your head) allows you access to the akashic records with direction from your guides. Karmic cycles are needing to be healed in order for ascension and souls not to get ‘stuck’ in the suffering loops and repeated pattern playouts that happen over and over otherwise.

6 – Moving Out Of The Lone Wolf Stage

As I previously wrote in an article on in5D.com about letting go of the lone wolf stage, moving from a ‘me’ focus to a ‘we’ focus is an aspect of the invitation to embrace more fifth dimensional consciousness. The illusion of separation in 3D reality has led to separate lifestyles, separate financial pictures, separate almost everything. Finding and participating in a community of like-souled people focused on ascension provides an important support to your process and helps hugely with healing of the illusion of separation. To still be an autonomous individual while in community, a conscious community, is the new ground we are exploring as ascending human beings. Many of us have had transitions out of our 3D conditioning around social needs and that may include separation from our birth families. Healing the pain of this space taking can happen when we experience intimacy with those who are in our soul and star family group.

Moving out of the lone wolf stage may also include asking for support in the form of spiritual teachers, guides, wayshowers, energy facilitators and healers, light and grid workers. Space holders provide a way to digest all that is coming up for you in your ascension process and receive support and guidance for your next steps. It may be especially important to be in a collaborative relationship with a healer who has engaged in their own shadow work and can journey with you into the often intense and painful terrain of the heart and soul. We do not need to go it alone and sometimes it is an aspect of us that doesn’t want to need others that can be resistant to ask for help.

7 – Activate And Use Light Language –

Light language or star language invites us to go beyond the mind, beyond what we have been conditioned to feel as language, what we have learned as language in school. Light language or star language is multi-dimensional, non-linear, and based on wave form energy transmissions. It forms in the higher dimensional throat chakra and is downloaded and transmitted from openings in our 12th chakra or stellar gateway. We pick up these downloads as we tune into them from within, as we connect with our galactic self more and more, and as we feel how our roots are from the stars.

Light language is heard, yet it also comes through in hand and body gestures and movements, and sometimes in written symbols. The written symbols are non-linear, often presented in circular form, and sometimes just ‘appear’ to float in the air. The sounds may be present without the gestures or the symbols without the sounds or vice versa. It seems to come through in the ways that will best land in the heart and soul. During this time of transition to higher consciousness or ascension, light language is one of the things that we are remembering and needing to remember to facilitate our processes individually and collectively.

This is a guided meditation that I did in light language to provide an activation, example, and inspiration for you to access it yourself:

 

8 –Decalcify And Activate Your Pineal Gland –

The pineal gland is also known as our ‘third eye’ and is connected to our sixth chakra on our forehead. It sits in the center of our brain and is responsible for the production of melatonin, which regulates our dreams states and sleep cycles. It also produces neurotransmitters such as serotonin. The pineal glad actually has photoreceptors that are activated by light transmissions and its activation can help us ‘see beyond’ the physical and open up our clairvoyance. Being able to creatively visualize and receive intuitive visions from our guides is a critical aspect of our ascension process and when the pineal gland is calcified it is blocked from being a clear transmitter. There are many resources available online related to decalcifying your pineal gland but the most important ones seems to be eliminating synthetic fluoride (found in almost all toothpastes and in drinking/bathing water) and synthetic calcium from your diet and lifestyle. Eating turmeric, cacao beans, organic fruits and vegetables, beets, and apple cider vinegar can supposedly help with decalcification as well.

Including your pineal gland in your chakra cleaning meditations can be very effective. Visualize it as a pea-sized shape in the middle of your head and wrap it into your sixth chakra swirling vortex of indigo colored energy. Also, when you are laying out in the sun, visualize the sun’s rays soaking into your pineal gland and charging it up with photonic light. This is actually what is happening when we take in direct sunlight, which probably could be included as a step on this list as it is a good way to boost up your frequency and also to activate latent DNA strands.

9 –Turn off low vibrational entertainment, movies, and news and energetically clean physical spaces and websites –

As you are consciously raising your vibrational frequency, you’ll notice that you become much more sensitive to the energy that you take in. You will probably no longer be able to watch mainstream television programs, sports, entertainment movies, news, etc. Or, if you do choose to take in something, you are guided to do so and can connect the content to your ascension process. The energetic frequency transmitted by mainstream music may become difficult to listen to. You may shift to mostly Solfeggio scale based musical frequencies, which can be found on youtube.

Also, you may be more impacted by the energy in physical places, especially restaurants, stores, parks, malls, etc. Your frequency can be lowered significantly by unconsciously absorbing the energy of those around you and the energies that are stuck in most public spaces since they are rarely or ever cleared out. A simple visualization of a pure white energy tornado swirling through the space can help. I engage with this visualization by closing my eyes for a few seconds in most public spaces that I enter and it seems to help. I also am picky about where I sit in restaurants, feeling out the energy of the waiters, the people sitting nearby, the location, etc. I will often move a few times before finding the spot that feels right and I will also leave if the energy is not good. Websites are also ‘places’ and contain a lot of energy left there by the reactions of every person who has visited and commented. You can use the white energy swirl visualization on websites as well and especially facebook and other social media websites.

10 – Moment by moment awareness of your vibrational frequency –

Moment by moment tracking of your vibrational frequency is important for ascension, for awakening, for remembering. It is the practice of in the moment feeling what is raising your frequency and feeling what is not. Choosing to continue engaging in and with whatever it is or choosing to stop. Awareness is the choice of what you are putting your energy into, what you are participating in and if you want to continue or not. Awareness is realizing the impact of the energy you have taken in, the 3D conditioning you have taken in, and the conditioning you have experienced by often NOT being aware in the past.

Moment by moment awareness is about bringing in higher dimensions, connecting with star family frequencies, angelic realms, Divine source. Also, being aware of how your relationship interactions with others impact your vibrational frequency, your emotional state, and even your physical body health is important so that you can adjust, advocate, or even complete relationships if it is the time to do so.

11 – Transitioning to serving love as your main focus and means of livelihood –

Identifying your soul purpose and reason for being here and starting to move toward earning your livelihood from your soul gifts can produce a big boost to your process and to your overall experience of bounty in your life. When you earn your livelihood from doing something that you aren’t resonant with and even dislike, this energy goes into everything that you spend that money on. The energy for which you earned the money extends into your capacity to enjoy the money or not. As money is an exchange of energy then it becomes more and more important what you are exchanging money for or not. Aligning your money earning with sharing of your soul gifts and with your soul reason for being here supports more expression of those gifts. Gift exchange through a ground of mutual good will is the ultimate 5D expression here, yet we are still as a culture transitioning to this and are in a phase of still needing money as a means for survival in most lifestyles.

Moving toward expression of your soul expression as your means of livelihood can mean making major changes in your lifestyle and completing jobs or careers or businesses that don’t reflect your soul. If you are an energy healer, for example, and you have a full-time ‘office job’ that you don’t like, this is having an impact on your energy healing capacities when you do get the opportunity to offer them. Take a look at your lifestyle needs, let go of material needs as your primary drive, and shift more and more to your soul gift expression. This process will support your ascension and embodiment of your higher self in every day living.

The overall invitation in any moment related to boosting your ascension experience is in choosing your soul, choosing the bigger picture, choosing the higher energy, choosing the self loving, choosing the resonant ground, choosing to serve love above all else, choosing to hold space for your feelings, choosing to go within, choosing to claim your soul purpose. In every moment, the invitation is choosing love.

Lifting The Veils And Unplugging From The Matrix On The Inside

In this recent article (http://in5d.com/the-veil-has-lifted), I offer my intuitive sense that the veil of amnesia that we placed over ourselves as a species is now lifted. The veil being ‘gone’ means that the Universe/Divine Source is really supporting the awakening and remembering of our souls. We are receiving much support for the merging of our multidimensional self with our healing and awakening higher frequency human self to arise into the NEW 5D or sacred human. The veil we all chose as souls so we would ‘forget’ our roots and truly submerge into the experience of forgetting so that we could eventually remember is gone because so many more of us are now CHOOSING to remember.

It also feels like Gaia herself has ‘shaken off’ the veil, along with the 3D matrix co-created by 4D darker polarized BEings (called Archons, etc.). The matrix that has been and created and formed our 3D experience here on Gaia (mostly through capping our sense of personal empowerment and access to our soul gift expression) either has many, many holes in it right now or is completely gone. Feels like as more and more conscious disclosure happens on a ‘mainstream’ level, the more the matrix will be ‘deactivated’ as more souls wake up and disconnect from it. Some people have offered that the matrix will continue to exist for those souls that still choose it, yet on a parallel timeline then from those of us who are awakening and unplugging from it.

We ultimately CREATE these veils, these matrixes…we are not victim to them as we are (in the higher sense) great creators of our reality, the ONLY creators of our reality being fractals from Divine Source which is the ultimate creator. No one can ‘rule’ us or ‘govern’ us or ‘enslave’ us. Even Ethereal BEings such as angels and spirit guides cannot ‘force’ us against our will and wait patiently for us to ask and want and need their assistance. They want for our CHOICE, as does the entire Universe. They wait for our claiming of their angelic and higher frequencies INSIDE of ourselves so they can merge their consciousness with us.

3D conditioning has ‘taught’ us and programmed us that everything OUTSIDE of us has the power. Fourth Dimensional (4D) awakening consciousness offers us increasing feelings and experiences that we are all powerful from the INSIDE. As we claim that more and more, each of us going within to find and feel and heal, then this extends to the outside reality.

As we release ourselves from the slavery inside, so we experience a freed reality on the outside. As we teach ourselves a new mentality, so we experience a new paradigm and looser mental grip of rational mind reality on the outside. As we reprogram ourselves and all aspects of us, so we experience a NEW program based on PURE love as the operating source.

The veils start ultimately from the inside, the matrixes exist from the inside….and as we awaken, we lift the veils from the inside. We disconnect from the matrix on the inside, feeling and healing all the hookups to the matrix, all the plug ins that CREATE the matrix as our lived in reality. These plug ins are often subconscious agreements with others in relationships, especially birth family, who are actually often soul family members who have agreed to go into much denser frequencies with us to ‘play this forgetting game’ in order to remember and grow. As we remove the plug ins of codependence from these relationships, our birth family can choose to wake up along with us (if that is their path) or continue on in the 3D reality. We agreed to forget together and it is unknown if we agreed to wake up together until the moments come for those choices to be offered and made.

Lifting the veils starts from within even as we benefit from the shifts happening in the cosmos and in the solar support and in the waves of PURE love. All of these beneficial frequencies can only come into us if we are consciously healing our heart and soul to let them in. With this going within, we can truly soar in the cleared ‘skies’ of the shiny 5D reality where LOVE forms the substance of ALL things that we experience and we REMEMBER that love that we ARE.

Holding Space For The Arising Of Our 5D Sacred Human

I keep getting this picture of a column, like a tree’s trunk, that feels like the framing of the 5D sacred human. With roots extending down deep into Mother Gaia….a primordial connection, a grounded foundation, an anchoring of comforting solidity. And then with branches extending, reaching out, into the stars, into the cosmos, into the Infinite possibilities of galaxies, wormholes, stargates, so many star BEings, angelic realms. In this column, we feel the VASTness of our BEing AND how we are part of this vast network of liveforms in so many interesting forms.

The torso or main ‘trunk’ of our sacred human tree is the bridge between these two and where we are living out day to day life, moving through this invitation to expand and stretch from roots to wings in every moment, moment by moment. The torso is our chakras vibrating higher and higher, merging together eventually into vortexes that can’t be differentiated from each other. The root, the sacral, the naval, the heart, the throat, and the crown blending together in a swirl of crystalline frequencies of love and light. Anchoring it ALL is the cosmic heart, the Christ Consciousness heart, the beating pulse of connection to ONE and ALL with pulsing compassion for self and others.

In our group call yesterday, as I was leading the guided meditation, I could feel this circle forming between all of us….linking us within the circle was the activation of our sacred human column in which we all ‘looked’ like pure white shining, glistening trees with our cosmic hearts pulsing pink and green energies. Rays of light were coming from this pulsing energy and they joined together between us, creating a ring moving in a clockwise direction. It was beautiful!! Each of us an individual soul spark of consciousness while connecting in a ring of Oneness through the higher heart center……a sense experience of sacred humanity!

This opportunity to experience sacred humanity, this becoming of this column, is an inner process foremost, yes. A going within process to feel the aspects created and formed in the pain body, 3D aspects, conditioning and programming and templating that we have outgrown. A going within process to connect with soul aspects, playing out in ‘eras’ of time, playing out in other dimensions and on other planets, playing out in angelic realms.

This opportunity to experience sacred humanity is ALSO an experience that arises within sacred human community. It is not enough just to be conscious within community…it is also about the inner work too that allows for leading with integrity, authenticity, humility, gratitude as an arising 4D and 5D self. The sacred human community allows for connection, for reflection of higher self embodiment, for the beautiful GOOD edges of conscious duality to express and play out. We offer a bridge, process, and way of life within community through SoulFullHeart.

Embracing it ALL feels so important. It doesn’t feel like it is about discarding our human or making our humanity ‘the issue’ with our ascension. The grand experiment feels like it is about arising into the SACRED HUMAN – the merging of the frequencies of our humanness WITH our galactic aspects to create something brand NEW. Something that it doesn’t feel like anyone can really KNOW about. I don’t get that Archangel Metatron KNOWS what will be created out of this experiment of sacred humanity. It doesn’t feel like Divine Source knows either….and why would It want to know? It is the curiosity and the unknown the arising that is SO interesting.

In the process of becoming this sacred human, there is sorting this from that, feeling what is from lower dimensional conditioning of 3D life and what is from and of your most authentic, higher self and SOUL. Sorting out relationships that reflect your soul and those that do NOT. Sorting out, feeling the aspects that have very tender and REAL feelings in reaction to this, and holding space for the whole process. The galactic frequencies and higher frequencies can hold space for this process yet can’t help you bypass it as it IS an important aspect of the arising into sacred humanity experience.

Holding space for it ALL with influxes and infusions of higher frequencies to create the container….this process provides a bridge for the roots and the wings and the opening of the cosmic heart and the healing of the heart pains and soul wounds. Divine Source is holding space for this arisement of the sacred human and as we feel this vibration of support in so many forms available to us, so do we then arise into our Newness of Infinite Love in human form…..

Collapse and Disclosure As A Reflection of Our Inner World

Disclosure is a hot topic in the 5D universe and beyond.  I have not delved as deeply as my SoulFullHeart friend and mentor, Raphael Awen, but I have taken in a bit and have wanted to feel it from a more contextual level.  It is easy for the masculine/linear side of us to go into the deep details as there is some incredibly fascinating information being unearthed.  So much has been hidden from us in regard to our contact with star beings, repression of technologies, and the influence of darker forces that have been at the helm up until now.  

In 4D consciousness there is a deep anger and resentment at all that has occurred.  Many people have been in the Disclosure game for a long time.  They are the messengers that have worked tirelessly to get this information out there.  There is a lot to react to.  For me it began with the story of Collapse.  The one that picked up speed after the 2008 financial crisis.  So much was happening before then but that feels like a pivot point.  There are other stories before then as well but that could be for a later discussion.  The time of Collapse in hindsight feels as though there was a collective internal collapse happening.  The structures that we were trying to hold up inside were no longer finding any solid ground to support it.  The thread of our collective tapestry was unraveling and the world was not behaving the same anymore.  There was a big outbreath of WTF?.  

More people began to wake to the reality that there was a charade going on.  But since as above, is below there must also have been a truth in that for each of us individually.  It feels reflective of a false world inside of us that was created in response to the false one on the outside.  We all created together because we just didn`t consciously know better.  But somewhere deeper we did.  We cannot play victim to it as then it takes away the power that is inherent us all.  We created it and we had to collapse it.  We couldn`t bare it anymore.  

Individually, this represents a time when we come to an awakening inside our emotional body.  The mental body just loses its grip.  For the wounded masculine, this is a very difficult process.  It has been so used to suppressing its emotions for the fear of feeling it.  I get that this is a general statement and not meant to cover individuals.  The power structure outside did its very best to hold up the house of cards, and so has the wounded masculine.  But this is was a great event!   It has helped to wake up even more men, and women, to the nature of our circumstance.  The realization that there is something happening inside us that was put to sleep in the control matrix.  

Now we are in the throws of the Era of Disclosure.  Another awakening into the deeper machinations of what has been going on behind the veil of deception.  But I feel it important to emphasize we have co-created it in order to learn from it.  This keeps us empowered.  We are not only hearing of a trove of information about technologies and alliances, we are learning more about the nature of our Reality.  Forget about economic collapse.  This stuff changes everything!  If we look at this time as a spiritual Disclosure, we can see that we are being shown how amazing we ARE and that we are a part of a vast experience that expands the territories of our limited consciousness.  It is more than social justice, it is social evolution on a galactic level!  So with each piece of information that is being shared, it is like a ray of light that is entering our BEing to upgrade our current operating system.  This new `information` sends up old emotional congestions that need healing for integration that opens up more space for more light and love to enter our true sacred, crystalline bodies.  

But it is not an easy process.  A  lot of this energy may not be ours personally and it can feel like we are moving mountains.  As men, we have tended to be a bit less connected to our emotions, so this back up can be a difficult one for some.  I feel it at times myself.  I have done a lot of work to clear my block and open my heart as much as I can but there are still things that come up and may still but it is all about how vulnerable we can be in each moment so we can heal all the block inside.  This is what we do daily in the SoulFullHeart community.  I don`t mean we are suffering. I mean we are feeling ourselves and what may come up for ourselves that need attention and process if needed.  There are many ways that we administer this healing to ourselves and with each other.

So for many men, Disclosure is first a mental digestion, then an emotional and spiritual one. This is the 4D Man.  The man who feels that there is inner work to be done, to embody more of his 5D or Cosmic Sacred Masculine.  As one who is on this daily path of continued healing, awakening, and embodying, I offer my heart and experience to those that are feeling that rumble inside.  That palpable discomfort and excitement  from disclosure.  The veil continues to lift each day and we will find ourselves in new territory as human men, and of course women.  More will start to surface and if you need help navigating that I would be honored to serve that.  Thank you for all the work you are doing now during these times as it helps us all to heal faster and easier.

Keep Being The Light: Message From Archangel Metatron

Touching message from Metatron this morning during my meditation, we feel it is for ALL of us called to serve love in any of the forms and ways that we do and ARE….

Keep being the light. Keep offering the light and your light will shine the way for others.

Keep being in your heart. Keep offering your heart and others will respond with theirs. Your cosmic heart, higher dimensional heart, will beacon to others and light up theirs and you will be lit up by theirs in return…spilling over into love and more love.

Keep being in your soul. Keep coming from your soul and your soul will call to others. Your soul will call to your soul family to rejoin, it will call to your soul mate, your counterpart and compliment soul, to rejoin. It will call to your soul guides to rejoin with you.

Keep seeing the light. Keep feeling the light even in the death and rebirth, the darkness that comes, the difficulties and pains that many will feel. Your light will serve their way out of the shadows and for them to find their own again.

Keep becoming your star self. Keep merging with your star being selves and their consciousness can come through to others too, inviting them into this experience too of reunion with their star roots and galactic consciousness.

Keep fulfiling your purpose. Keep feeling your SOUL reason for being here with Gaia at this time of great transition and change, of great awakening and rebirth. Stay connected to this reason and it will infuse all that you do and be and are with great meaning.

Keep making changes. Keep feeling the changes that you need to make, are now ready to make, in your life and feeling the letting go process of ALL that does not serve your higher self, higher purpose, ALL that does not serve love in your life. Relationships, careers, geographies……feel what serves love and what does NOT and let go of what does NOT.

Keep letting me in to your heart, into your soul, into your inner spaces as an angelic guide and to BECOME as well. Keep inviting angels into your heart and so they will come, the ones for which you resonate and match, the ones for which you are part and ARE.

Keep being PURE love in your human form, still growing, always learning, perfect as you are RIGHT NOW too. Keep offering this PURE love to others and they will receive and pass it on. And so it IS!

The Healing Gifts of Our Relationship to the Feminine: Kings of Heart Blog Series

Today is International Women’s Day.  It felt fitting to feel into the Sacred Feminine for this blog series.  Now, of course, in the world of the Sacred Masculine, everyday is Women’s Day, and vice versa. It is a reverence that just IS.  It resonates and harmonizes with the feminine inside the masculine.  It is clear that the 3rd dimensional matrix upon Earth (I use Gaia for its 5D reference) is that of a patriarchal energy. While else would there be a day to celebrate women?  It feels important to let in what the feminine means for all of us males, and to feel where our personal shadow may be in relationship to Her.  

Since our “fall” from a more balanced union with the feminine there has been a force within the collective wounded masculine that has sought to dominate the feminine in one form or another. It has showed up in personal/social relationships, religious texts or their interpretations, the need to gain control over nature and consume Her resources.  In this I feel a deep fear of separation.  The feminine had a much stronger connection to Source, possibly due to their ability to give birth.  It just understands creation and is a vehicle for that in a much more visceral way.  I can feel this existential territory the collective masculine has navigated.  In this fear of the unknown and unknowable, of which the feminine is so intimate, it seems likely that this need to control would play itself out.  It also feels true that the masculine was more influenced by these darker energies and that this “influence” was coded into the DNA/meme of the masculine blueprint.  Again, playing here, but something feels true here. The main point to me feels like, as men who have more of the masculine energies in us, that we are a part of that coding and it has influence.  

To truly ascend into what we are calling our Sacred Humanity we must feel any blocks or denser energies that can anchor us into 3D, or wounded densities.  Our relationship to women is  psychospiritual and has many gifts even in the shadow.  By going inward (I call in going “yin”) and feeling the parts of us that hold more “negative” feelings about women, rooted in our relationship to mother and other important influences, we can begin to see what lurks in the background operating system of our projections.  Our mothers/female care-givers hold a huge part of that reflection.  What was the dynamic between mother and son and how does it play out in our current relationships and perception of the Divine Feminine?  I know it is a bit Freudian but it is extremely important.  I don’t feel it can be glossed over in regard to ascension.  

The era we find ourselves is requiring us to inhabit a more Feminine frequency.  We can not control this thing.  It is a surrender to Love Spirit that cannot be contained but seeks a container to move with and through. That is tough knuckles for the wounded masculine energy that wants to control and issue its own parameters.  I feel it in my being as the days progress.  I am still working with it on some level as the Light is shining more on what needs healing.  That is why I am being guided write this.  But the gift of going in and feeling our relationship the feminine we are given the gifts and guidance needed to make our way into our more natural expression as a Sacred Masculine Human.  

We are blessed with the ability to dance in the unknown and the aliveness that that brings to our present experience of life.  We are opened in our hearts to let in more of this exquisite love juice that in lapping up on our shores every second of infinity.  We are delivered into union with Her impeccable sensuality and sexuality as a portal to the All That Is that kareens this magical energy all up and down our chakras.  We see with heart eyes with reverence for all of life in all its bountiful and beautiful expressions both of, and outside, this world.  There is an unlimited capacity of imagination and creation that sends beyond the machinations of our limited consciousness.  She is the Queen to our King.  
Gaia is looking for her Kings of Heart to arise out of the necessary ashes of 3D and embody the truly majestic essence of our being.  We need to do our due diligence of feeling all there needs to feel in relationship to Her and the Feminine.  There is a correlate in woman as well, but I will leave that to my feminine counterparts for that discussion.   I will be touching upon more about our inner feminine in later posts as they arise.  As always I appreciate any constructive comments or ideas that you may have about this that I will take into my heart.  I am exploring this with an open heart and I don’t claim to have any definitive truths.  I feel the heart says it all and is willing to feel more.  Thank you for taking this in today and a special Love shower to all the women, feminine etheric/galactic BEings, Gaia, and Divine Mother on this day.  I am in awe and reverence of YOU.

A writing in CELEBRATION of International Women’s Day, sacred femininity, and all of us souls who choose the form of femininity for which to express our humanity AND the inner feminine inside of us ALL…….

Sacred femininity is unknown.

It is arising. It is mysterious.

It can wait to be noticed and it can draw.

It can be so deeply still and it can be beautifully active.

It is contrasts and paradoxes.

It lets love lead, trusting that the rest will follow.

It is open to being watered by the frequencies of the Divine Feminine and the Divine Mother, in whatever forms that She comes.

It is healing that from the soul’s history which blocks the current flow of love in relationships with others, self, and the Divine…..

Sacred femininity is invitational.

Sacred femininity invites the hearts of others out to dance, out to play, and out to be in love.

It transacts with openness and vulnerability, eager for every moment to be real and meaningful, whether it is light or it is deep.

It is willing to feel what needs to be felt and accepts that which is both in light and in shadow.

It aches for union, to be connected, and to see itself through LOVE transacting in resonant relationships…..

Sacred femininity is desire.

It is the rush of orgasm and the joy of afterglow that comes from heart open sexuality with self or with a beloved mate.

It is expressed in the physical with a softness that is visible in body, audible in voice, and in touch – gentle at times and passionate at other times.

It is natural and real.

It is beyond the images of physical perfection and is not found in the chemicals and products that cover and make over.

It is beautiful in all its expressions, in all its ages, and ALL its packages.

The Veil Has Been Lifted To Allow For MORE Awakening

“The veil is gone,” this is the phrase that my guides and galactic/angelic aspects have shared with me recently. The veil of amnesia that we all placed over our soul memories and link in with cosmic collective ‘knowledge and truth’ has been lifted. It feels like a foggy membrane that floated above us, creating a ceiling or sense of ceiling over us, is now cleared. The ‘sky’ of our remembering is now completely clear.

This lifting offers tremendous opportunities in personal healing and transformation as what has felt ‘murky’ is now accessible. I have personally experienced a great acceleration in the last couple of months especially in connections and access to my soul legacy or what I call the “Metasoul” line of my soul, where all of the fractals from my metasoul are expressing out in different dimensions, planets, and ‘eras’ of time. Access feels much easier now with portals to these Metasoul aspects available with a simple doorway meditation.

The veil has particularly been lifted related to Atlantis and Lemuria, and the Metasoul aspects that are expressing there. As there is no time, there are no ‘past lives’ and also no ‘past’ events. The fall of Atlantis due to being influenced by mostly shadow-based reptilians (known as Dracos, the Controllers, Archons, etc.) is available for ALL of us to feel if we have a Metasoul brother or sister who is still living this energy out, still experiencing it as if it is happening today. I am still digesting my rememberances and connection with my Atlantian self and will be sharing more about this in the future.

As my consciousness merges more with Metasoul and angelic aspects, I can feel more access to the cosmic collective and the truth of our story as humans here on Gaia. It feels like more and more souls, especially those called to be wayshowers and healers and teachers, are feeling the veils lifted and seeing and feeling this more clearly. As this ‘knowledge’, which is based in the upper or cosmic heart and the upper or ascension chakras, downloads to us and those of us with gifts of communication share it, more souls will be ‘popped’ into rememberance as well. Access and capacity to connect with and integrate Metasoul aspects and galactic/angelic selves will increase for more and more people. The sense of ‘being alone’ and ‘not being able to hear or see or feel Ethereal guides’ will decrease greatly as more and more souls gain this access.

Healing the emotional wounds, largely before subconscious, becomes more accessible as the PURE love waves push up the ‘oil’ of these wounds to be felt and digested. Healing the soul wounds, largely before shrouded in fog, becomes more clear as access to the Akashics opens up more and more with increased galactic consciousness integrated in a personal way. The healing of heart and soul is MORE important than ever though (even if it becomes ‘easier’ in some ways) because these unhealed frequencies can block, anchor, lower your frequency, and also because it is ‘time’ it seems to let them go. Fourth dimensional transitional and awakening consciousness holds the space and the stage for this healing, for this death and rebirth, for the blooming of the authentic self out of the ashes of the false and strategic self.

Lifting of the veil also offers tremendous opportunities related to our experience of reality in 3D or mainstream consciousness or prevailing worldview consciousness. The disclosure process will bring forward that which has been hidden from us related to our connection with star beings, the shadow influences of souls polarized to fear (called Cabal, Illuminati, Elites, etc.) Lifting of this veil will be very hard for many souls who are not yet awake and aware of the phase of this influence that all of us have chosen on a soul level and yet had purposely forgotten this choice. Many changes in our lifestyles are coming related to these disclosures with amazing technologies becoming available to us for the first ‘time’ from star being allies and friends. Many of the issues that we suffer from related to 3D reality will most likely be resolved, cured, or in transition.

The veil has been necessary. It has been necessary for us to fully go into our experience and experiment of duality consciousness in 3D reality. We have played that out now and it has changed us from the energies and processing ground that we were coming from in Atlantis or Lemuria. These experiences harvested from the 3D experiment form the foundational soil for which the seed of the sacred human is growing and sprouting. Watered by the PURE love that is available from galactic and angelic sources, the seed is sprouting, the sacred human is birthing. Messy at times, this birth, ups and downs…..yet, the baby is wailing and then it is sleeping and then it is waking UP!

See if you can feel the absence of the veil in your own consciousness. Go into a meditative space and ‘feel’ the inner sky of our consciousness. Feel it as open and expansive. Feel it as clear and shiny. Ask your guides to help you access your heart woundings that are still in shadow. Ask your guides to help you access the soul expressions and aspects that are still unknown to you that you can benefit from connecting with. Listen for guidance related to reaching out to others, whether a space holder, teacher, and/or a community of others for which to receive support. The ascension and awakening path, way of life, and community that I co-lead with Raphael called SoulFullHeart in one such way to receive support and love and resonance on your journey.

Opening sky of the third eye, opening of the cosmic Christ heart, opening of the Metasoul line, opening of the Archangel rays, opening of the Divine Source access, opening of the galactic connections…..all of this opening offers an invitation to us for a deeper embodiment of our process in all areas of our lives and HUGE support for the 3D life changes that may be pressing on you at this point in order to move you deeper into 4D transitional phase and into more and more experiences and tastes of 5D and beyond and beyond, there is much beyond, yes! And, all of this is held with love by love and for LOVE!

‘Golden Earth Now’ – New Vlog Series with Raphael Awen

I am very excited to announce my new video blog series entitled ‘Golden Earth Now’. The first installment is the video below.

It’s been in the idea stage for a while now, the idea being a place to share via video, the teachings and the flow from my own heart with others who are drawn. In 2016, I experienced a deep visitation experience to Golden Earth that left me longing for more, and left me irreversibly changed. That longing I was told would be fulfilled as I naturally gave myself to sharing freely what I was given and am being given.

This is the beginning of that…

The times we are presently in and entering deeper could not be more alchemical and changing, both for us personally and us together as a collective. With deep change comes both the fear on one hand of tipping over into chaos that doesn’t resolve and leaves us diminished and small, and on the other hand, the exhilaration of the possibility of truly changing and moving beyond what has felt like impenetrable barriers. Staying the same is no longer an option. How do we ride such waves?

In this first video of a new series called ‘Golden Earth Now’, spiritual teacher Raphael Awen launches an intention and makes an invitation for others to hop on this bus that is about to leave the station.

This series will explore heart, words and energy on a regular basis that will point us all in the direction of our true heart and soul home – Golden Earth or New Earth or 5D Earth -, while letting us feel and heal fears that keep us living below our birthright.

Becoming Childlike, Angelic, Sacred Human

Becoming childlike, you remember the innocence and purity of your humanity. Embracing your inner child within, your inner teenager, your 3D adult too……the joys and the hurts, the magic and the pain, both held in your heart with tender love and curiosity. The vulnerability emerges through this holding….the magical access emerges through this loving….the reverence emerges through your reverence for self…..the authenticity emerges through this genuine holding.

Becoming angelic, you remember the expansiveness and sacredness of your divinity. Embracing your inner angel within, your galactic and higher self, connecting from the ‘outside’ with guides in order to remember and become the angel that you ARE more and more. The soul bigness arises through this holding…..the soul purpose expression arises through this communion….the soul gifts sharing arises through this exchange of self to self soul gift love.

Becoming sacred human, you remember the BEST of what makes you human and the BEST of your sacred, soul nature. You remember and, also, BECOME something NEW in this embracement of roots to wing, integrating the human consciousness experiment into NEW frequencies of Divine expression. All is held with love, all the capacity, the FULL range of your BEing in its Creator God and Goddess expression.
