Recreating HIStory: The Journey Of Healing The Heart And Soul Of Men

This is the first in a series of writings that I am feeling guided to share about my personal, yet very collective, journey into the shadow of the masculine heart, and the soul aspects that are contained within. The purpose is to feel and heal what has still been hidden around power and leadership in the service of Love to Self, romance, community, humanity, and Gaia. I look forward to any engagement that you may feel guided to express along the way. You can even recommend a place for me to go that may have some significance for you. Our imagination is the portal to our healing and our greatness. It is the receiver and transmitter of our multidimensionality. The stories we create, witness, or both, bring us into a relationship to our selves and our other lives living in this Current of Now. There is no knowing whether these stories are “true” or not in the 3D scientific way. They are just embraced and felt. It is the feeling of the story that brings us to the precipice of healing.

This can be difficult for many men, myself included, to lean into the intuitive imagination as a guide to where the healing lies. It has direction but it is rarely linear. A more skeptical part of us may have a hard time just trusting what is being seen, or even ‘seeing’ at all. And then, of course, is the fear of witnessing what we may not want to see. A hidden or repressed reality that lives within us in our consciousness in protected and/or locked places in our heart and soul.

My journey has taken me into a deeper realm of my unconscious, my shadow. It has been centered around truth-telling and care-taking. In my initial explorations, I could feel a deeper distrust of my own power in relation to others, women, and life itself. This comes from a part, or parts, of me that feel to keep a lid on the volcano within in fear of what it may expose, or harm.

When I felt more into it, I could sense a collective male dimension to it. The over-expression and under-expression of true male power. There was a feeling of many timelines where power was abused and lorded over. It was both claimed and given away. It feels like a necessary journey for any man to come face-to-face with his own conqueror, demiurge, and killer, as well as the dominator and suppressor of the feminine.

This is not to assume singular responsibility of guilt for the collective, but rather to feel where power and love were not aligned with each other in our HIStory. Where do we have brothers in our soulscape that are experiencing the horrible events that have caused so much suffering and death? Where have we felt deep shame and guilt that have caused our truth to remain contained in the depths of our being?  

This is a cosmic rebalancing act of ambassadorship. A quantum, multidimensional service of love. I feel to stop here and let this digest as I have written more about a meditation experience that I had with Raphael and Jelelle recently. It is proving to open out the possibility of a longer arch of writing that will focus on the journey of discovering and feeling the heart and soul of men. Feels like a big thing to take on but I can follow the feminine in me telling me to take it one step at a time.

The Great Alchemy Of REALizing Our Selves

There is a moment in life when a realization occurs. Almost a realization of a realization. All that you have experienced has been a grand set up for a shift. A propulsion pack that is filled with charged emotional energy that is meant to rumble and crumble the ground upon which you currently walk. Really it is the ground a part of you has created in order to survive the trauma and the drama.

Your voice may feel as if it has been cut off, your lungs constricted, your truest heart and spirit kept in another room, another dimension for safe-keeping. You have known this to be true. It was always a niggle, but now it is becoming an unignorable knock on the door. Your soul, your Service of Love Self, is asking to come home. Home to your heart, your mind, and your body.

Your galactic family is reaching out. Sending dispatches in your dreams, your intuition, your activating DNA. Switches and levers are in a ready-state for you to say YES to. YES to the New. YES to the clearing. YES to firewalk of healing and remembering. You ARE that YES. An open-hearted, passion-filled, star-bound lover of light and truth. Not just truth of mind, but truth of being.

To get to the YES, there needs to be a time of NO. NO to the lying to yourself. NO to the relationships that no longer serve the YES. NO to the inner punishment and fear. It is saying YES to the parts of you that hold the fear, the protection, and the pain. It is saying YES to claiming your own power back, claiming your scattered selves back. This is not a battle to be waged but a felt-through process of sober reflection and compassion for self and others. There may need to be raised voice, a charged response, an outward stretched palm to hold the boundary.

You are reconstituting what it means to be alive and real. No more will you accept what had been acceptable. No more will you hold the needs of others more than the needs of your own. No more will you forget what was always meant to be re-membered back into your sacred human consciousness. Your feminine and masculine heart.

This is the journey of the Inner Work. The Great Alchemy. There is a family within to bring back to your heart. A family in the heavens to seek connection with as integrated equals. You are far from alone but the choices you make are yours alone. Each one held in deep sacredness with the courage of your deepest truth, even when those truths can hurt like hell. It is trusting and feeling that Love is always waiting on the other side.

The March Of Your Life Starts Within

Yesterday, the March For Our Lives movement demonstrated an arising timeline in the US. I have not spent a huge amount of time reading but enough to feel a dynamic in my heart. There is a new wind blowing in the outing of a “done-ness” that a generation is having with the old guard. A consciousness of fear that has used fear to perpetuate a right to fear.

I remember it all too well. It is a terribly bleak view of the world that does what it can to use the power of data and interpretation of the law to not FEEL what is happening. Feeling is not accepted as a legitimate data point. The experience of those that have been emotionally and physically terrorized are not quantifiable so therefore inadmissible. I get that this edges on a debate. Yes, I get there are a lot of facts out there. I don’t think I could “win” them. I am only here to feel and bear a heart presence to what is wanting to shift in our consciousness around the violence in our midst.

This violence IS a consciousness of fear and separation. There is a pain that lies at that heart of it all that can only come out in collision. It is rumbling through the poetic words of a generation that is tired of sitting quietly. The heart of this Voice is seeking a Unity. A unification that highlights the polarization of a population. It is a macrocosm of what is happening in the soul of a nation, within each heart of the players in the drama.

It becomes an issue of lives lost vs. lives saved. Rights vs. Rights. Money vs. Voice. A lot of ‘versus’. But this feels like a part of the Awakening. The Arising. The question is does it fold into the ‘Violence Trap’ or the ‘Violet Heart’? Where does this movement hold its center? That center must be held withIN. Love can only come out on top of this one if it has any hope of waking others up, if it is meant to do so.

This is the human heart facing itself. Coming to terms with itself. We are One. We are Individual. How does that reconcile Itself in the depths of our passions, purpose, and experience? I feel we are being INvited into our own narratives. What stories are we holding onto and for what reason? What story wants to be explored beyond what we have allowed parts of ourselves to be stuck with? A revision is being sought on a national and global scale, yet the biggest revision occurs when the movement happens within.

An Island Unto Yourself: The Loneliness Of 4D Awakening And Ascension

Ascension and awakening can be a lonely process. Even when surrounded by others there may be a feeling that you are not really there. Not totally present to what is really being said or to the minutia of the day. It can feel like you are in another person’s body, in someone else’s life. All that made sense at one point fails to make much sense anymore. New information, new feelings, new awarenesses are arising. They are coming to the surface by drip or by flood. Though they are not really new….you are just beginning to remember the nature of your BEing.

As you have walked through our conditioned world, the one you subscribed to either fully or partially, you created a world of relationship that matched that conditioning. But as this arising awareness has begun to fill your days there is this visceral chasm that begins to be felt between you and those around you. You may feel like an island unto yourself. This is where you feel the self, or part, that was created to exist in that past environment. Like a special suit that is needed to walk on a distant planet.

This can be hard on the YOU that is in that suit, looking behind those eyes. Feeling behind those words. A tiredness may be coming through. An awareness that you feel like a there is a charade going on. Or you keep bringing your truth only to find it falling short of resonance or curiosity. There is a part of you that may be okay with being introverted. Okay with just being alone. That may be better than all the acting. All the interfacing in a rear view mirror.

It important to feel that this YOU is not alone. There are many that are in similar circumstances and situations. The words may be different but the story is the same. There is a world of resonance INside of you when you find the time and desire to explore. There are a family and community of parts of you awaiting your Higher Heart to come and take them home there. An abundance of resonance that lies in the stars and in the heavens.

There is also family and community HERE. On Gaia. In your frequency. In the State of Authenticity that wants to connect and feel with you. Soul brethren and tribe. While it may be necessary to be alone, with the loneliness, to feel the depths and gifts of it, you are also in need of being seen. Being revered. Being heard. Being challenged to become more and more that which you can feel coursing through your veins. You are never alone in many ways and it can be a hard one for a part of you to truly let in and trust. That is the ground to go into what protects you from diving deeper into that pain and coming out the other side with new vision and new conditions.

This is a reminder from all the guides, ancestors, animal spirits, light beings, and angels that surround us at any given moment. It is also a reminder from one human heart to yours. The journey of awakening is the journey of connecting…one part, one heart, one soul at a time.

Going Yin: The Healing Gifts of Our Relationship to the Feminine

Today is International Women’s Day. Now, of course, every day is Women’s Day, and vice versa. It is a reverence that just IS. It resonates and harmonizes with the feminine inside the masculine. It is clear that the 3rd-dimensional matrix upon Earth (I use Gaia for its 5D reference) is that of a patriarchal energy. Why else would there be a day to celebrate women? It feels important to let in what the feminine means for all of us men and to feel where our personal shadow may be in relationship to Her.

Since our “fall” from a more balanced union with the feminine there has been a force within the collective wounded masculine that has sought to dominate the feminine in one form or another. It has shown up in personal/social relationships, religious texts or their interpretations, the need to gain control over nature and consume Her resources. In this, I feel a deep fear of separation. The feminine has had a much stronger connection to Source, possibly due to their ability to give birth. It just understands creation and is a vehicle for that in a much more visceral way. I can feel this existential territory the collective masculine has navigated. In this fear of the unknown and unknowable, of which the feminine is so intimate, it seems likely that this need to control would play itself out. It also feels true that the masculine was more influenced by these darker energies and that this “influence” was coded into the DNA/meme of the masculine blueprint. Again, playing here, but something feels true here. The main point to me feels like, as men who have more of the masculine energies in us, that we are a part of that coding and it has had influence.

To truly ascend into what we are calling our Sacred Humanity we must feel any blocks or denser energies that can anchor us into 3D, or wounded densities. Our relationship with women is psychospiritual and has many gifts even in the shadow. By going inward (I call in going “yin”) and feeling the parts of us that hold more “negative” feelings about women, rooted in our relationship to mother and other important influences, we can begin to see what lurks in the background operating system of our projections. Our mothers/female caregivers hold a huge part of that reflection. What was the dynamic between mother and son and how does it play out in our current relationships and perception of the Divine Feminine? I know it is a bit Freudian but it is extremely important. I don’t feel it can be glossed over in regard to ascension.

The era we find ourselves is requiring us to inhabit a more Feminine frequency. We can not control this thing. It is a surrender to Love Spirit that cannot be contained but seeks a container to move with and through. That is tough knuckles for the wounded masculine energy that wants to control and issue its own parameters. I feel it in my being as the days progress. I am still working with it on some level as the Light is shining more on what needs healing. That is why I am being guided write this. But the gift of going in and feeling our relationship the feminine we are given the gifts and guidance needed to make our way into our more natural expression as a Sacred Masculine Human.

We are blessed with the ability to dance in the unknown and the aliveness that that brings to our present experience of life. We are opened in our hearts to let in more of this exquisite love juice that is lapping up on our shores every second of infinity. We are delivered into union with Her impeccable sensuality and sexuality as a portal to the All That Is that careens this magical energy all up and down our chakras. We see with heart eyes with reverence for all of life in all its bountiful and beautiful expressions both of, and outside, this world. There is an unlimited capacity for imagination and creation that sends beyond the machinations of our limited consciousness. She is the Queen of our King.

Gaia is looking for her Kings of Heart to arise out of the necessary ashes of 3D and embody the truly majestic essence of our being. We need to do our due diligence of feeling all there needs to feel in relation to Her and the Feminine. There is a correlate in women as well, but I will leave that to my feminine counterparts for that discussion. I am exploring this with an open heart and I don’t claim to have any definitive truths. I feel the heart says it all and is willing to feel more. Thank you for taking this in today and a special Love shower to all the women, feminine etheric/galactic BEings, Gaia, and Divine Mother on this day. I am in awe and reverence of YOU.

Going Yin: Writing A New Constitution From Within

So much unhealed masculine taking front stage in the collective. Maybe no more or less than in the past. It is just becoming so obvious in all the geopolitical rhetoric and turmoil. The Right vs. The Wrong. The Ahead vs. The Left Behind. The Truth vs. The Fake. It is wreaking its own havoc in the emotional and spiritual bodies of all that participate. I used to be so deeply involved in the daily mill of the Info Wars. I used to listen to talk radio programs that would send out a barrage of rage and abomination. I would end my days in my own swirl of undigested fear and anger.

This could have only happened because it reflected something in me. I was attracted to the war which parts of me were waging inside. In my disgust of all things political, there was the same disgust going on in me. This was one of the single biggest awakenings for me in my journey.

I needed to meet my inner Bully Pulpit led by the Majority Whip known as my Inner Punisher. They all existed in me…and if you feel a rage against the machine, they exist in you as well. This is an ongoing process of feeling your own personal shadow that leads to a shift in the inner workings of your emotive governance. Pulling out of the din of the 24 news cycle was a much needed Motion that allowed me to feel the reality of this landing in my consciousness and heart.

I write this as the wounded masculine finds Itself a prime candidate in a presidential role. For this is actually a gift. We get to stare right in the face of what is left unhealed in our collective heart. This is exemplified not just in the U.S., but in many countries around the world. It is a spiritual thermometer, and we have a fever.  

As those on the leading edge of a Great Shift, we have an opportunity to help heal this one by taking responsibility for our own healing. Our own rewriting of an Inner Constitution that raises the bar on what it means to have power WITH and not OVER. These power struggles all occur on the inside first. They are tender and delicate in their root. They are an abused and neglected child. A son or daughter in desperate need for a father who could love them and initiate them into a world of integrity and vulnerability. This rewrites HIStory and merges with HERstory.

Going Yin is as much a political movement as it is a spiritual journey.  It invites all of us to feel our own roles, our own misappropriations, as well as a compassion for ourselves and others. It invites us to heal ourselves out of the old and into something not new, just forgotten. We have access to our own Higher Council that lives on a completely different ground yet the same floor. I choose to be a part of this new masculine reLOVEution in the spirit of what it means to be kings of a sacred humanity.  I hope you will join me.

Going Yin: Claim Your Gentle AND Your Power, Man!

What does it mean to be a gentleman?

This came up for me this morning as I was digesting a post by Jelelle yesterday. She was advocating for the energy of gentleness in our lives, in the way we relate to ourselves, others, and the world around us. There is so much going on that has abrasive and abusive energy to it, even as it is coming in the name of ‘love’. I could feel where there are edges still inside of me that still feel a defense and a need for contention at times. I can feel a wound and a hiding of power. One in need of healing, one in need of claiming.

To be gentle does not necessarily mean soft or nice. There is a way in which we can bring our truth that holds a compassionate directness and an openness to be challenged otherwise with respect and goodwill. But this is a reflection of how we feel about ourselves as men, and as the masculine in women.  For some, the Gentle Man is a buried part. Put in shadow due to life experience that told him it was weak or unsafe to be so. For others, the Nice Guy comes out as a way to ward off the hidden anger and inner jackass that has been suppressed out of fear of harming and guilt. An inner rage that is in deep need to be felt and heard. In either case, a big part of what what being a true gentleman might be is tucked away in the recesses of our wounded masculine heart.

Our gentleness is a gift and a strength. It is a sensitivity not just to women in general, but the feminine within. There is battle that wages inside, and collectively, around the balance of our gentleness and our power. In our soul’s HIStory, we have much to atone for and be willing to own. This is a lifelong process of choosing to claim our own shadow and to heal that which has been hidden away out of fear and guilt. There is great Protector and Punisher that has had its reasons for being the way they have been. It is responding to these parts with our gentle hearts that brings the balm of healing to our conscious reality and transforms them into guides and lovers.

Under the wounded outbound expression of our power resides our truth, discernment, and passion to love and create in unison with the feminine. It is a strength and a force that is responsible to its consequence yet steadfast in its resolve.  The IN-fighting becomes an INviting with open heart, clear boundary, clear intention, and INtegrity. The Gentle Man is not push-over or a bully. He is an enigma to himself yet knows what it feels like to be both, and refuses to be either.

There is no badge to be earned. It is a process of choice and desire. It is about being real with all the parts and aspects of you that are tired of the battle and the inner war. It is about choosing something new where the warrior, knowledge-seeker, and unworth get to rest in the bosom of your sacred gentle heart. It is being reborn and remembered back into the true sacred power of your masculine BEing one truth, one claim, one tear at a time.

Keep Feeling, Keep Wondering

We are always at the edge of our own largess no matter where we are on our journey as long as we keep feeling and keep wondering.

Feeling is the root of our true knowledge. It guides you and delivers you into the world of experience…the precipes of what parts of you have been afraid to walk up to and stare into. The deep chasms and dark caves, as well as the highest vistas of what you are actually capable of inhabiting because of all that is at stake in doing so.

These experiences are both ‘this’ life and from your metasoul lives. This life wounding is informed by the inner parts of your heartmind. The places you got hurt in this dimension. Your metasoul is a vast planet of experience that acts as your own Akashic record embedded in your DNA.  The other Now lives that hold so much of your spiritual and emotional wounding from the fall of Atlantis to the far off reaches of the galaxy. The only qualification you need for access is curiosity and the willingness to heal it…as well as the negotiation of what we call your Gatekeeper, the guide turned guard of your expansive inner universe. Kind of like a Soul Librarian.

This curiosity leads to feeling, which leads to healing, which leads to wonder. The reverence of what IS, what has been, and what is possible keeps this wonder alive as well as the desire to know and feel More. The continued reaching at the edges of your own inner universe as it collides and dances with others in intimacy to feel and see more of what you are all about…what you are capable of and meant to BE.

The only thing between you and Creation is all the places you hid your selves. Your pain, your fear, your power, and your love. This is the journey and path of recollection and remembrance. Putting it all back together again taking one curious, courageous, heartfelt step at a time.

Spirituality And The Politics Of Tragedy

We can never truly be separate from any tragedy.

It lives inside of us at the core of our collective experience. When the unthinkable occurs, we are transported to places that we hoped we would never have to visit. The breathless moment of shock and despair. The unending questions of ‘why?’ and ‘how?’. The rage and the sickening pain. All of it thrust into what was just an ‘ordinary day’.

Seventeen human lives were ended, as well as several wounded and countless others in emotional pain after a school shooting in Florida. So much comes up in these moments that are hard to even put into words. I was guided to feel. Feel the totality of the human experience. The terror. The confusion. The helplessness. The rage and the pain. This is a representation of Tragedy itself.  Not any more horrific or appalling to the heart than any other tragedy that occurs daily around the world.

There are understandable rushes to details and blame. Questions seek swift answers and action. Our 3D consciousness needs movement and resolution to ebb the tide of the fear underneath it all. To avoid the deeper feelings inside of ourselves about what this all means.

Politics are our means to deal with it all. A place for parts of us to feel a sense of control in what was unknowable. There will be lots of details that will paint the picture and the debate will intensify.  For those who lost children there has to be a place for this all to go. I can’t blame them for that and would feel the same in their experience. Answers are needed and action taken.

But beyond the rumble of the politics is the human heart. It is shattered. It is seeking solace in a state of chaos. Its relationship to the spiritual comes into a heightened state. Where does God, the Divine, the Light, fit into all of this? Where was God? Is there a God? For many this may raise very serious doubts and for others it will send them deeper into faith, for it is the only means that can offer any breathing.  This often mixes in with politics which creates its own brand of reaction.

Why those particular lives were involved at that time and place can never be answered to the liking of our limited understanding. This a deep pain that their intimates are being summoned to feel inside of themselves and respond to in ways that they are meant to walk out. We can feel their pain as best we can and send love in whatever way is authentic to us.  

There is the life of the shooter that will be contended for. He represents something in us all as ALL. How we respond that is a part of our reflection as a whole. What was happening in this heart and soul is where we need to go and somewhere feel a compassion, not an excuse. There is a violence that is happening in the heart and soul of the body politic that is healed within each of us.

He will be served his consequence and I also feel we are called to go beyond that to feel where the Divine is inviting us to go in our relationship to these moments and circumstances. What are they wanting us to see about ourselves in our humanity, emotionality, and spirituality? Where does it lead us beyond the politics of tragedy and into the depth of our healing and growth? Love is not just candy and roses. It is a vast well of experience that highlights what our human heart is seeking to understand about itself.
