The day after Solstice and I still feel the VERY catalytic energies of the shortest day/longest night moving through. I was deep in a painful period cycle yesterday, which sometimes can be a gift of access to other dimensions. I felt myself and my womb naturally tuning into the death and rebirth process going on right now.
There is an importance during this death and rebirth phase of Ascension to let the darkness ‘do its work’ in a surrendered way. This includes not resisting feelings of grief and mourning especially, which can be powerful teachers as we embrace them rather than resist.Humanity and many awakening souls have been going through a ‘Dark Night’ process in order to emerge in even more embodied ways out of the false light of the Matrix and into the TRUE light of our Divine Self essence. Others are choosing to leave their bodies and Gaia as she ascends. This is always a choice on the soul level, even as it can seem like a forced one in 3D reality.
The Dark Night process has been expressed in the C. and V. narrative over the last almost two years. The experience of ongoing restriction of personal sovereignty and choices; the ‘dark medicine’ being offered as cure; the ‘scariants’ being using to amp up fear through mainstream media propaganda; the censorship of free expression; and the division this is all illuminating in many relationships/families and from within.
It feels as if the next group of souls to awaken and unplug are those who reluctantly took the V. with serious doubts and under extreme pressure from others. They may now be in remorse and regret about getting the V. as they realize that the control restrictions to daily life continue and more people become seriously ill/perish from it.
As each soul is confronted with this Dark Night reality, they are invited to move out of the false light of the Matrix mainstream culture and False Light Spirituality/False God through a self forgiveness process offered by the Divine. They are invited into the Dark Night of the real/waking up/taking the red pill and then into the embodiment of their Divine Self and 5D reality from within. This is a painful process to be sure, yet a necessary one to emerge into New Earth reality with the Divine Self sovereignly seated in our expression and experience of daily life.
I feel that what the Winter Solstice especially offers is an invitation into the inner spaces to feel this process of Dark Night transformational process into the True Light. Sometimes those spaces are in shadow that can only be explored when outside life is more quiet and the being goes still. There are always gifts in the shadow when we no longer resist it and instead move through it, embracing with love whatever we experience.

The darkness has long reigned in the shadows of the control matrix and NOW it is becoming visible and obvious to more and more souls. This revelation allows for the light to come in, for love to transmute, and each soul to be freed if ready.

Iβve needed a couple of days to digest our recent visit to the sacred sites in nearby Fatima, Portugal as quite a bit was activated within my soul by going there. Nearby the town of Fatima is where one of the most famous Marian apparition visits occurred in 1917 when three rural children Lucia Santos and her cousins Francisco and Jacinta Marto experienced several visits with Mother Mary.
Many pilgrims flocked to Fatima and Aljustrel (the nearby village where they lived) to witness the visits as word of them spread, which occurred for six months on the 13th of the month. They culminated with the Miracle of the Sun event on October 13th, 1917, in which over 70,000 people reported significant shifts in the location, light quality, and intensity of the sun during this visit.
Only the three children could actually see Mother Mary and only the two girls could see AND hear her, yet many people reported being able to feel a sacred presence during her visits. Some pilgrims reported healings of disease and disabilities as well.
You can feel from the photos Iβve shared the massive scale and size of the group of Catholic religious buildings and structures in Cova da Iria that honors these visits. These sacred sites, including the nearby preserved houses of the children, draws several million pilgrims/tourists every year and thousands during the main processional days on the 13th of May and October.
The Basilica of Our Lady of the Rosary built in the 1950s is a massive church with beautiful marble columns and tombs containing the remains of the childrenβs bodies, stunning stain glass images depicting the stations of the cross, and vivid paintings and exquisitely detailed sculptures of the Marian visits.
While we were standing in the main area near the Chapel of the Apparitions, a tiny chapel that Mother Mary commissioned for them to build to honor the site of the visits, a processional began at noon with a long line of pilgrims following behind priests holding up a rose laden platform with a statue of Our Lady. As a priest with a beautiful voice sang a song to honor the Fatima visits, the whole group walked right past us and through the church area. This was a special surprise as we did not plan to see it, although it was the 13th of the month. Witnessing this processional was a moving experience for all of us as we felt devotional energies move through toward Mother Mary and the Divine Feminine. We also lit candles in honor of Divine Mother and offered prayers/blessings as well (I lit one in honor of Jacinta.)
I was previously aware somewhat of the Marian apparitions in Fatima and definitely the ones in Lourdes and Guadalupe, Mexico, yet had not connected to any in an exploratory way that could open up deeper healing. This exploration is served by being able to actually visit and take in the sacred site, as I repeatedly discovered when we were in Avalon/Glastonbury, UK and also when we went to the stone circles in the UK. I am now understanding more about why we were guided to settle here in Central Portugal where so much devout Marian energies are centered.
I started connecting in my Metasoul to a lifetime as the youngest seer and supposedly the most fervently devout child, Jacinta, a few weeks ago. Iβve been in healing spaces with her and Mother Mary, first visiting with her in the hospital where she died alone of the Spanish Flu in 1920 while in great pain and personal sacrifice (as did her brother Francisco in 1919). Mother Mary bridged to Jacinta patiently, repeatedly offering a reframe of the self condemning message of sacrificial suffering for all sinners that Jacinta had internalized during the visits.
Mother Mary shared with us that while the first visit with the children was genuine as it was only the three of them (which was Jacintaβs favorite one), the visits after that were somewhat hijacked by the Matrix False Light frequencies. The purity of Maryβs message of peace, an end to wars, and hope/love/support for ALL of humanity was distorted by this hijack and used to convert even more souls into the religious trap of self condemnation, seeking salvation outside of themselves, and False God Worship of the Papal ‘corporation’. Mother Mary offered that the Miracle of the Sun event witnessed by so many souls was also a Matrix hijack and tweak of the Matrix hologram in that moment.
Even with this hijacking and the eventual amusement park spectacle made of the events by the Catholic Church, there was still a genuine and sacred purpose to Mary coming to deliver messages to the children at this time. These children are Magdalene souls with high levels of mastery related to psychic access to higher realms. Before incarnation, there was an agreement between them and Mary Anna (as she is known as a Magdalene) for her to return and seed into them a message of peace just as the first world war was ending and before the second one. The hope was that these messages would usher in a new paradigm of peaceful resolution and diplomacy that might help avoid the second world war.
These seeds of peaceful resolution were planted by the Magdalenes into Gaiaβs grids during their most important incarnational lifetime of Yeshuaβs crucifixion and ascension. This seeding is beautifully and viscerally described in the Anna, Grandmother of Jesus book by Claire Heartsong that I highly recommend if you are drawn to connect to the Yeshua-Magdalene soul family lineage.
As Mother Maryβs TRUE message landed in the heart of Jacinta, her childlike innocence could return and transmute the self punishing shame that had led her to sacrifice herself. Jacinta became like the sun then, vibrantly curious and wanting to connect to other aspects of our Metasoul from other timelines and learn from themβ¦..such as Lorna my high priestess of Avalon, and Ingrit, my witch/medicine woman. Jacinta didnβt like the βrulesβ of the Church, so much emphasis on Hell and being condemned, the patriarchal energies of the Church, so she was fairly able to let the programming go when offered another option that was more resonant to her soul.
As with all modern visits to sacred sites and especially those so blatantly and commercially leveraged by the Church, there is a mix of both inspiration and frustration when you visit them. By going inward after the visit there in the physical, I was able to discover the core purity of the message and help free it from the hijack of the churchβ¦.at least within my own soul and in whatever ways that could ripple out to the Collective.
I am so grateful for the SoulFullHeart process that I have leaned into myself for so many years as a means to lift the veils, transmute karma with love, end the suffering/self sacrificial energies within my relationship to the Divine Mother, and connect directly with these soul aspects so deeply on an ongoing basis. The richness of what our soul has experienced becomes once again accessible and also purified.
This morning, I got to host a reunion between soul sisters and cousins Jacinta and Louisa, who died in 2005 after devoting her life to being a nun in devout worship to Mother Mary. Their reunion was touching and we could connect to their bond together in Yeshuaβs lifetime as two of his beloved Marys. Louisaβs healing digestion of the apparition visits was more integrated over her long lifetime, yet, also she tended to move into much self recrimination and unworthiness around being a chosen messenger of Maryβs. Connection with Jacinta now and with the TRUE frequencies of Mary Anna feel like they will offer her deep healing around this.
I am honored to be an ambassador of love to help heal and free up the message offered by the Divine Mother. All of us have a Divine Child within us that is pure, innocent, and a spark from the heart of the Divine. As our Divine Child heals from their separation wound and pain and reunites with our Divine Mother and Father, they arise into their embodiment as the bright, bright light of the Divine.
As Mother Mary keeps offering, βYou cannot be unworthy of my love as it is always yours. You cannot be outside of my grace as it is always within you. You cannot be condemned by me as my acceptance of you is always there.β
If you feel a soul resonance with these events, I recommend watching the recent film Fatima as it recaptures a lot of the sacred experiences that the children went through yet also the challenges for them in facing the fear and skepticism it brought up in others.
I am continuing to digest the ongoing V. reactions/injuries/deaths and the stories that are increasingly coming out as more people are impacted by them. I spent some time taking in the FB hashtags #protectmyfamily #protectyourfamilies, #stopthemandate which now have a flow of sharings that are deeply compelling and convincing as to the true story of what is going on during this V. narrative, especially from the nurses who are quitting their long-term beloved positions rather than give in to the pressure/mandate of getting a bioweapon shot that they are seeing first hand can be lethal.
I feel alarm at times with the mounting restrictions and mandates that are taking away basic human βrightsβ and body sovereignty choices that we have so long assumed would always be respected. There is a sense of sadness at the seeming deeper separations happening between one ‘side’ and the other as people are divided in often polarizing ways.
My heart and womb so heavily feels the cries of the world in these moments. Sometimes all I can do is weep for the suffering of so many right now, both those who know what is going on and those who remain needing to be veiled. A sense of helplessness can move through my soul in those moments, triggered by so long choosing incarnations during this Matrix phase of humanityβs process. I am leaning into my beloved SoulFullHeart process to access the soul aspects (including a wise woman/witch, priestess, Divine Orphan, etc.) and the karmic healing that is needing feeling, negotiating and BEing with in order to feel worthy to let in MORE Divine love and support. Not eating food/fasting for the last two weeks is deepening that access, lifting the veils, activating more light body, allowing for detox/unplugging from Matrix foods.
As I tune into what I call the βGracelandβ or the Frequency Field of Divine Mother Love, I can access a trust around the sorting through process that is happening for each soul during this grand drama. I can feel the soul choice that all of us have signed up for with this unique experience and the pressure cooker that it offers of growth.
I understand that we needed the false womb AI Matrix and this βfall from Graceβ to experience another aspect of ourselvesβ¦only to return inevitably back to the Divine womb again. I feel support on ALL levels from the Divine and my soul/higher self to be here during this time, to continue to find an inner sanctuary within, and keep surrendering to Divine Trust around it ALL.
I AM a beacon of hope, possibility, and light on the other side of this darkness for all of humanity, yet, also, that is available in any moment from within. And, so Divine Mother would offer, so are YOU.
I feel then the TRUTH of our unity and infinity, both of which are being temporarily obscured by division and limitation.
Divine Mother has repeatedly offered to me this message and I share it with you now,
βBe the light.
Be the love.
Be the infinite source of the Divine that you ARE.
This is your greatest service to humanity in this moment.
This is your greatest service WITH me during this temporary darkness and death/rebirth process.
Return to me whenever you need toβ¦..into my womb and into my unconditional embrace. Return to regroup and re-energize. Return to cry and mourn. Return to FEEL whatever you need to feel within your soul.
Remember that you are NEVER truly alone as I am always with you and I have NEVER abandoned you even when you choose to turn away from me.
Remember that separation is always a temporary illusion CHOSEN by the soul to experience.
Remember that you ARE a powerful creator of a higher timeline reality that is not victim to the current external circumstances.

This has been a transformational passage weβve been in between the lunar eclipse two weeks ago and the total solar eclipse tomorrow as eclipse passages ALWAYS are! The churny and intense, sometimes uncomfortable and painful, energies of the lunar eclipse offered a pause/unplugging from the Matrix that worked at clearing out our wombs/haras/power centers. Clarities about our soul purpose, what to let go of in our lives that would serve them, and what possible next steps to take arose during this cycle.
As I’ve been connecting with the solar codes during the last couple of days of blessed winter sunshine, Iβm experiencing them as more supportive, empowering, and overall easier to integrate and BE with. These sacred masculine codes offer important activations that allow you to take the next steps/make choices toward your higher timeline, perhaps revealed to you during the 11:11 portal.
The solar energies canβt be and have never been hijacked. The purity of the higher consciousness frequencies that stream in from our Physical Sun to the Cosmic/Quantum Great Central Sun and then into our Personal Sun/Stellar Gateway chakra (about two feet above our crown chakra) are undiluted, potent, and raw.
This is powerful FOOD for our soul, reminding us of our connection to the Divine, the TRUE Source of ALL life. As we receive this solar food, you may need less physical food in order to more deeply let it in. You may be finding that your appetite is just falling away and foods you previously wanted are falling away and a craving for more whole, real, pure plants/fruits is coming in. You may be feeling guided towards transitioning to vegetarian/vegan if you haven’t already as the killing frequencies are less tolerable to your system now.
Iβve been liquid fasting for the last week and I feel my consciousness rise as my cells empty out of any toxicities theyβve taken in during the last year of eating solid food (and some processed foods) to make more room for the good love food. Iβve done extended fasts before, up to 30 days last year, yet this current one has had the most ease to it and the most grace in terms of feeling into each moment what my body truly wants as nourishment. Supported by the beautiful nature, stillness, Mother Mary codes here in the mountains in Central Portugal, by my beloved community, by increasing service/sessions with beautiful souls, and deeply, so deeply, held by the Divineβ¦.I am finding that ANY hungers are quickly, readily answered by love.
There arenβt any feelings of deprivation or missing anything or not being allowed to have something. There is a deeper sense of infinite abundance being available to be βfedβ from whenever I want to access and digest it. This is supported by a few hours a day of doing yoga, deep pranayama/breathing, meditation/drop in with aspects/parts, prayer with the Divine.
Iβve mentioned before that I have been guided to eventually transition this life to living on love/prana/light and off physical food. Iβve remembered and connected in my Metasoul to soul aspects who lived like this for many years in bliss and ease. There have also been other aspects who died of starvation so this has been important to feel and heal as well. This feels like another phase of that transition to living on light for which I get to experience an alternative to the plugged in/programmed in way we have been enslaved by meal cycles, manufactured food buying/preparing, and all that.
Whatever phase you are in your transition to the embodiment of your Divine Self, the solar eclipse offers an opportunity to receive whatever you need in the Now. Your inner masculine may especially want/need support to take next steps, be felt in their stress and their overprotection, relieve any tensions, answer any distrust. Our inner sacred unions are being illuminated with this eclipse passage as the false feminine hijack (which we call the βUrsula Consciousnessβ) heals to reveal the sacred feminine. The sacred masculine is roused by her arising, wanting to show up for her, claim her, and care for her. The polarities within you come up as you feel what has been more scared relating than sacred between these energies within.

Mass protests are happening in Vienna to the most recent highly discriminatory V. Mandates against those who are choosing sovereignty over conformity and not getting jabbed with gene altering bioweapons. As these mandates (a wounded masculine hijack!) becoming increasingly and sneakily common, it is also becoming more and more clear that this is NOT about controlling a virus, yet about controlling humanity.
The ancient Matrix agenda seeded during the fall of Atlantis is peaking now with the C. narrative. The dark polarized star beings who first created it have shared that they have abandoned it and Earth as She ascends into 5D. They cannot ascend with her consciousness and are not meant to….yet we as sacred humans and children of Gaia ARE meant to rise with her.
The polarizing programs and conditionings continue to run on the steam of inertia and all the humans who are still plugged into them. That is the play out we are seeing now. This great bifurcation, as painful as it is, allows humanity the opportunity to choose what timeline we will manifest next.
With the recent lunar eclipse, which was the longest in centuries, we were given a pause from the hijacked moon matrix broadcast. During this pause, we were offered the opportunity to unplug to another degree our womb or hara (power center for men) from the Matrix and to feel our umbilical cord to the Divine. Many of us experienced this process in heightened period cycles, digestion issues, dizziness, headaches, crazy dreams, and other symptoms. These are all signs of clearing and upgrading.
The unplugging process is truly a sovereign one…every soul must choose if they undergo it and how. Some of us are going through it in a very conscious and peaceful way over many years in order to show others the way. Others are needing to protest loudly and advocate for themselves and humanity. Others are stuck between the two sides in an uncomfortable tornness. And others will remain plugged in until they leave their bodies, choosing to awaken outside the body. All options are sacred for that soul. All are chosen for the most growth and healing opportunity.
Tuning into your light body, you can see/feel if there are any plugs into the Matrix that are ready to come undone. It is a lengthy process that works on emotional, spiritual, physical, energy, and mental levels. Energy Update: Blessings and Love to you as we deepen into and receive this 11/11 portal today! The codes, downloads, upgrades/activations available on these powerful days provide a boost to awaken, to support, to clarify, to motivate, to inspire, to enliven, to encourage, and to catalyze.
The degree and depth you let them in is….as always…UP to you and what you (and parts of you) are ready for and wanting.
You may be feeling today a lightening UP in your heart space, in your physical body, and in your overall energy as well. Prepping to go through this portal felt similar to preparing to giving birth for the several days before it. There was some uncomfortableness, tension, purging, and feeling βtaken overβ by the process at times. There was also deep diving into the shadow in order to heal and reconcile whatever energies were there.
Giving βbirthβ to the NEW you during 11:11, you can now BE with the higher frequencies coming in, receiving them into your heart, letting them enliven you.
There were timeline collapses in relationships, in jobs, in money situations prior to this 11:11 portal…starting even a month or more before it as well. This is also being amplified by the great bifurcation that is ongoing with the V. narrative and clear ‘sides’ needing to be chosen even as love for ALL is held in the higher realms. For some souls (and esp. teachers/healers/guides) there are physical body collapses/illnesses, etc. manifesting in order to bring a clear choice point of staying to serve in an embodied way through this dark night transition into the light or returning to a higher dimension with their mission here ‘completed’.
The aftermath of these collapses, the βash in the airβ reality experience of it, is something you may still be going through. Mourning and grieving ARE important, yet too is moving into more trust and joy that ALL loss right now is serving your higher timeline.
Your purpose of serving love is probably becoming clearer. This is meant to clarify with this 11/11 portal as MANY souls will be needed to support those newly awakening and those already awakening and those even leading too! The most important service of love right now could be to yourself and your own healing, so that you can eventually overflow to others from a place of self love and goodness. You are serving then from a place of genuine and embodied overflow, rather than self sacrifice or burden or over responsibility.

Take the space during these 11:11 portal days to go within. To be with the inhale of Gaia and the outflow of the Universe. The inhale of OM and the exhale of Ma (the Divine Mother) is my favorite mantra to feel connected to All That Is and my own heart too. Take the time and space to FEEL yourself, your emotional body flowing like a river, and the deeper emotions that rumble and flow that can be harder to get to.

Your shadow – or that which is currently not conscious to you – often contains aspects of you that have been disowned, put away, judged, rejected, protected, forgotten about and suppressed. The shadow is not evil or harmful, yet it can contain βbacked up energiesβ that have been judged as not appropriate such as rage, shame, suicidal thoughts/tendencies, sexual impulses, and more. In this backed-up unconscious state, these shadow frequencies can bleed through in patterns of destructive behaviors toward yourself or others, suffering loops, heaviness and depression, anxiety and panic attacks, addictions, and much more.
Also in shadow can be your soul gifts, soul purpose clarities, and your ‘power’. There are always ‘good reasons’ for this putting away into shadow based on conditioning you’ve received from 3D life and even other lifetimes/timelines, in addition to undigested traumas and karmic patterns.The Ascension process invites you to uncover, feel, and integrate your shadow aspects with love, compassion, and curiosity. Rather than bypass the shadow, it is about embracing it with self-love and Divine support. It seems very timely to be exploring it with so much of it coming UP in our collective right now!

We will talk about how we define the βshadowβ and how the SoulFullHeart process opens up access to these previously inaccessible and veiled grounds through a gentle yet powerful negotiation with your Inner Protector or Gatekeeper. The Inner Protector and Gatekeeper are hesitant to go into the shadow as they donβt want you (or other parts of you such as the Inner Child) to become overloaded and overwhelmed by these energies as they come through. Through a negotiation with your Divine Self leading, the Protector will then allow you to connect with these shadow aspects as needed, from this life and other lifetimes, in a way that is empowering and manageable. We will also share about our personal experiences with deepening grounds of shadow exploration from this life and other lifetimes over the last 15 years together as a couple and as individuals in our processes.
During this group call, we will provide a guided meditation journey in a safe energetic space to meet or connect with your Inner Protector/Gatekeeper. We will then go on a βdeep diveβ into your consciousness with powerful and proven imagery/visualizations that allows for new revelations of whatever wants to come through of your shadow to connect with you. We will also repeat βrecodingβ affirmations as mantras, together as a group and with the Divine, that assist in this exploration and healing.

Energy Update: The full moon wakes something up from within us. It has a broadcast frequency of the Matrix to some degree, so long ‘hijacked’ by those forces. Yet, also, there are the ways that we have related with the moon in so many lifetimes of worship and ceremony that somehow calls on us to allow the lunar energies to hold space for us. For those of us with many lifetimes of being a Priestess, the moon has long been our companion for magics safer done in the dark.
As we deepen into Autumn and approach Samhain/Halloween soon, the veils thin always at this time of year between dimensions. I am reminded of the Day of the Dead/Dia de los Muertos celebrations when we lived in Mexico. The entire culture embraces and acknowledges the thinness of the veils between the living and the dead during this time. Spirit would be invited to have a more solid place at the ‘table’ of the living led by the heart’s reminiscing memories and the soul’s enduring connections that go beyond physical body death.
There is a provoking of energies to come out from the shadows during this time…that we have put there because they are not ‘safe’, or deemed appropriate or have been suppressed for many lifetimes. The energy of the Fierce Feminine and Her Shakti rumbles are coming through. Sometimes it is a fury that allows her to express herself, a self advocacy that makes other parts of us very uncomfortable. Shakti is not polite, controllable, or predictable. She destroys even as She gives life.
It is this alchemical feminine that has so long been neutered in our Matrix-controlled patriarchal culture. It has been hijacked as well, making those of us who have the self permission and qualification (after MUCH healing work) to express it feel like we have ‘temper problems’ or are ‘losing itβ when it comes through. What we are losing when Shakti comes through are the control mechanisms and implants and conditionings that program us to feel that it is NOT ok to be powerful, to be wild, and to be truthful….especially if it shakes up others, even if it hurts others too, even if they judge us as a result and reject us. And there is an equivalent in men that feels like it is even more resistant to this fierce feminine coming through as so much harm has been inflicted by the wounded misuse of these energies by the patriarchy.
This energy is not about abusing in the toxic way that the hijacked feminine can…which I have come to call “Ursula”, named for the Evil Sea Witch character in the Little Mermaid movie. Ursula is a hijacked construction of the Matrix that has made evil and wrong feminine magic and sorcery. Ursula is bitter, manipulative, competitive, and without any vulnerability at all. She is also undeniably powerful. Yet, she uses her power not to empower herself and others ultimately, but rather to take, own, and possess.
I have experienced through our SoulFullHeart process of connecting to ALL energies/parts/aspects within that unplugging from the Matrix Ursula allows for the healing of the inner one. She is then free to access the Universal life (and death) forces of the Divine such as Shakti and also Kundalini.
The energies right now are confronting these places within us that hold our power. Lifetimes/Timelines can come through now for us to feel how being persecuted leads to being afraid to express them. This fear of powerful expression is occurring even now in our lifetime with the V. narrative and an agenda of censorship, restrictions, and control of free speech/free movement/free living. The Cabal Matrix patriarchy is tightening the reigns on the Fierce Feminine, along with the Compassionate Feminine….as both energies threaten the Cabal’s dominance because they are key to ushering in the death of the Matrix to allow the birth of New Earth.
Feel the flows of these intense energies, allowing them to take you where they may. Divine Mother has a face and form that can ‘match’ these places within you and never make them wrong. Go through the portals that they offer, bringing light of non-self judgement to the shadows, so that much may revealed during this magical time of self discovery.
