The Death And Rebirth Of Your 3D Self

Has the death aspect of ascension been validated enough? The necessary process of letting go of the old, the dying, and the mourning that accompanies it? I feel this aspect of the process deeply in myself as I have experienced it so often over the years/lifetimes, in my own Metasoul, and as connected to the Universal soul/Divine Source too. Rebirth CANNOT happen without death, as nature and Gaia show us and remind us. Just wanting the rebirth and the ascension without the necessary death process is to limit the infinite possibilities that TRUE transmutational alchemy brings.

More and more recently souls (and their 3D selves) are just needing to share with me that they definitely feel like their worlds are collapsing, their lives are changing so much, and it feels like they are dying. And, I feel this with a deep compassion as the Divine has offered to me so many times….not able to take the pain away, yet validating that YES, this is the process and you’ll ultimately be OK.

In a VERY significant way, our/your world IS collapsing…..the 3D world anyway and the 3D self that has formed in so many fragmented aspects is too letting go, unanchoring, and this feels hugely like dying as the energy transmutes to a higher frequency.

What has previously been and felt alive….what has been kNOwn as a LIFE…..is going through death throes as the soul’s higher frequencies come through, shine through, and rumble through. These parts of you feel sad and lonely and like no one else in your world ‘gets it’ because, in many ways, they don’t. Those people so beloved to you in your 3D life (and even to your 4D transitional self too) are suddenly not able to resonate on the same ground as you. You are speaking now a foreign language and are forgetting the one you used to be so fluent in. You are compelled to attend inner funeral services that they don’t see the reason for. You are becoming a ghost to them even as you become so much CLEARER to yourself.

I am shown by the 3D Self/Protector aspect esp. scenes of rubble falling from previously solid ceilings…..ash thick in the previously clear air…..blazes lit to clear the excess away. The 3D self wants to be felt in all this letting go and change and it NEEDS to be. You can provide so much comfort to this part of you as it falls and tumbles and loses so much. As your 3D self is negotiated with and felt by you, it can so much more easily let go with MUCH less resistance and fear. More love can flow within your BEing to hold space for this process!!

The beautiful thing that seems to be happening right now is that the gap between the dying and the rebirth is shorter and, in some cases, happening in the same now. The old is being let go WHILE the new is coming in and there is very little ‘time’ left then to mourn. This also seems to be true the more 5D self or higher self coming into your body that you have within you AND the more you have surrendered to the death and rebirth process and already let go of so much of what needed to be let go of. Then, trust grows inside of all of your parts that whatever is being released will be replaced by something better that is based in love and reflection of your soul and service of LOVE here!

Receiving Support, Soul Empowerment, and Your OWN Answers

With ALL these intense energies coming IN and being offered to you during this Now of Ascension, you may have a sense of overwhelm, confusion, lostness…and desires for more digestion, integration, and soul clarity. You may feel a strong desire pushed up to truly unanchor from 3D in ALL areas of your life and BE the living/breathing/walking around embodiment of your higher self.

Now is a momentous phase of awakening from 3D to higher consciousness of the heart, soul, mind, and body that we as a species haven’t undertaken before in one condensed timeline like this. Now is a time to seek support and a loving mirror reflection to encourage the NEXT places of growth. Now is a wonderful time to make the deeper connections to parts of your self and soul that hold trauma vibrations and karmic cycles AND soul gifts that can finally be transformed and integrated on a personal and collective level.

Coming off of my fullest week of sessions ever with some amazing women, I feel SO honored to serve love with sister souls during this time! I am struck by how much empowerment of EACH soul is wanting to emerge and lead…..how as a spaceholder I am just a witness and bridge for what the soul’s consciousness wants to bring through. I don’t give ‘read out’s, definitive answers and I don’t read out specific energies and frequencies to ‘tell you’ what is true about your process.

I hold space for the exploration of YOUR answers, which are there all along, once you connect to the parts of you that have them. I hold space for your self healing to activate, which is the ONLY kind of healing that actually brings lasting transformation. I connect with your Inner Protector consciously, who is often the part of you that may deflect, block, or resist deeper integration of ascension energies and the next steps due to undigested fears and not being negotiated with directly.

Energy Update: Digesting Mega August 2018 Energies And Timeline Shifts

August 2018 is complete and we move into September with much to digest of the INTENSE energies that have been offered during this month. I have called certain times ‘mega months of energies’ before, yet THIS month really lived up to the sense of being ‘mega’. The eclipses, the Lion’s Gateway, the full moon, a CME (which I described here: https://soulfullheartblog.com/2018/08/24/energy-update-coronal-mass-ejection-offers-mirror-of-inner-polarizations/), geomagnetic storms and high SOULar winds, spikes in Gaia’s resonance and magnetic levels…..this is A LOT of energy to respond to, feel, and calibrate to. You may be feeling sleepy, tired and just ‘out of it’ as these energies swirl in your soul field and flow into your chakras too.
There are definite effects on timelines (which are not actually linear even though we call them, ‘lines’) from ALL these energies coming in. The impacts may be more subtle or more obvious and profound. If you are shifting consciously into your highest timeline by making geography shifts (as I am preparing to do)……or transitioning out of a previous career/business into your soul purpose work….or completing a long-term relationship…then, you feel very personally how timelines are shifting. You can feel the energy it takes to move into the higher one….choice point by choice point.
As you receive these higher vibrational frequencies, you can energize your higher, more love- and soul-based timeline. You become clearer about what that even IS for you. You become more connected to your soul purpose and can envision, feel, and even teleport to the timeline play out of that purpose. These energies help you to separate from the fear and resistance that might keep parts of you anchored to the previous timelines. They provide infusions of Divine love that lift parts of you out of content and into a more spacious sense of bigger picture context.
What I have noticed in sessions recently is that ALL timelines are more accessible right now for the healing and transforming of any traumas that keep you anchored to your old timelines. What you would call the ‘past’ from this life is available to be accessed, even memories that have been deeply suppressed or buried and especially those connected to intense traumas….such as early childhood sexual abuse and abduction woundings.
Also, becoming more reachable are timelines where your Metasoul aspects (fragments from the same soul source as you) are stuck in karmic suffering loops. Timelines such as ‘Ancient’ Egypt, Atlantis, Dark Ages, Draco/Reptilian are more bridgeable, more reachable than ever before. The more this timeline is energized and attached to by the collective, the more the necessity for you to feel the Metasoul aspect/fractal of yours that is still anchored to it. You do a collective service of love in this internal movement, which I have palpably felt when this happens in sessions.
Access to your Metasoul timelines becomes more possible as you connect with your Gatekeeper, a mostly 4D Metasoul aspect that has been in charge of access to your Metasoul timelines/other lifetimes. Your Gatekeeper plays such an important role here as the timelines move into more porous accessibility. Your Gatekeeper allows for the bridging to these timelines where your love and compassion can connect with whatever Metasoul aspect is in pain and suffering. You can offer them an ‘escape’ out of their timeline, assist them to move into a higher vibrational frequency, and feel their tears/fears/pains in order to let go of the karmic cycle that has been playing out. This kind of quantum healing at this level hasn’t been possible before coming from our current consciousness ground…..yet NOW it is and is a key aspect of the Ascension process.

I am really feeling too the necessity of digestion and integration of all these energies. The need for breathing, rest, going inward, bringing Divine Feminine stillness into your field to hold space. This may not be a time or phase to receive more activations from others, yet rather to check in and feel what YOUR soul wants to offer you and what is often already in your soul field just waiting for integration. A time to feel and see what YOUR higher dimensional soul aspects have as gifts and guidance for you.
There is also a need to connect with your masculine (that usually includes the more 3D-based Protector and Inner Punisher), which may be quite overwhelmed and even discouraged by how to respond the sense of ‘to do’s’ that can be pushed up by the invitation to move into your higher timeline. The masculine may be uncertain how to respond to the pushups of fear, sadness, and pain as trauma vibrates in your BEing in order to receive your love. A balanced feeling sense of feminine and masculine can arise as you relate with and bring into inner sacred union the aspects of self and soul that hold these previously polarized frequencies.

August 2018 has offered us SO MANY gifts of next level energies. How we digest and acclimate to them is, as always, our sovereign choice. And the Divine waits and witnesses with MUCH love for whatever we choose in the moment…….as the return to our expression as Infinite Love is inevitably moving forward.

Introduction To The Parts Of Yourself And Soul

The worlds that these parts of us live in are SO real and so available to be visited. I have been so gifted and honored to venture into so many inner worlds with parts and Metasoul aspects of people in the last couple of years especially. There are many commonalities and similarities that these parts seem to share…even as every one of them is VERY unique to the person and soul.

Let me take you on a quick tour of these inner worlds to meet these parts of self and soul. You may feel a strong sense of recognition. You may respond with sudden tears or released sadness. You may hear and feel your own parts of self and soul responding with a desire and need to be felt, connected to, and seen.

First is your loyal Inner Protector, who is so often just standing by, on guard and vigilant. Lonely for company and companionship, yet unwilling to leave their post for any reason. The need for love that Protectors feel is buried beneath the duty and absolute necessity for protection that 3D life has required. They are covered up in various forms of armor to protect their heart and YOURS. They are standing in front of the castle of your essence….waiting, watching, and most of all guarding the precious contents (other parts) inside. Once connected to and loved, they become healthy boundary setting, healthy self protection. They transform into your 4D Gatekeeper who has access to all the timelines of your soul.

Inside of the castle are your Inner Child and Inner Teenager. These ‘girls’ or ‘boys’ are often in shadow….tucked away for safe keeping in the high up turrets or the deeper dungeons. They are often SO sad, lonely…the Inner Child forgetting what it means to be free, to feel joy, to feel magical, to feel connected to your star family…..all frequencies that they can return to when received with love. The Inner Teenager vacillates between rage and hurt….wanting to be alone and wanting so desperately to be loved. This part transmutes with conscious connection to passionate expression, creative/soul purpose expression, and innocent sexuality.

Your Inner Punisher is usually in the shadows, in the dark….feeling ostracised and lonely…..using self judgements of you and others to repel, yet, mostly, to protect from barbs coming from the outside. Your Punisher has important discernments, intuitions, and truths to share with you….connection with them transmutes their energy from judgement without love to healthy discernment WITH love.

There is also your Inner Mother and Inner Father….the internalization of the templating that you received from your parents. They can have quite a polarized relationship to each other, for which exploration with them can help to heal and defuse…..opening up your heart for more healthy gender expression and sacred union.

There are others that come from the source of your Metasoul or your individuated soul source. These Metasoul fragments are your soul brothers and sisters living in other timelines….living out karmic patterns that hold woundings that are repeating/recapitulating in YOUR life too. They express as an infinite range of species, energies, and universes. Connecting with them offers immense and effective gifts of karmic healing, soul gift expression/exchange, and quantum collective healing too!

This gives you a glimpse into the wonder world of your self and soul….beyond the ‘I’ that you’ve been taught is who you are is the REALity of the energies that HAD to form into expressions in order to fit in with 3D life. Beyond the ‘past life’ picture that makes things ancient rather than acknowledging how they live in the NOW, there are expressions of your soul that WANT and NEED to unify again.

Separation from these parts allows for a collaborative relationship to form. The original traumas and woundings happened in relationship and heal in relationship too. You become a loving, compassionate, and curious higher vibrational frequency of love that can rescue, save, feel, and BE with the parts of yourself and soul that most need you.
 
This is not just a therapeutic process to connect with these parts of yourself….yet also a deeply spiritual one. It allows your soul frequency to unanchor from 3D trauma places/scenes and woundings in your emotional body as held by these parts of you. As these parts release the trauma, they can ascend and awaken into your 4D and 5D self….they can integrate into your arising sacred human expression as Divine love!

You Are The Discovery Of All Your Many Petals

You are the discovery of all your many petals. Each one offering another layer of your preciousness. Parts of your self and of your soul waiting to be felt, seen, and loved.

Your essence is arising feminine……your essence is penetrating masculine. Coming into balance again as you realize they were not as separate as you thought. Returning to a neutral flow without boundaries or lines or compartments.

You are blooming into your sacred humanity. Your unique expression of Divine Feminine and Divine Masculine. Your fragrance drawing the soul family relationships that nourish most.

You are remembering that you are made of compassion and peace. Offering this ambassadorship to all the shadows and polarizations within. Your healing heart overflows this self love out to others.

You are becoming Infinite Love in human form…….as you consciously ascend, awaken, and arise!

Higher Timeline Becoming Clearer W/Strong Geomagnetics Continuing

These strong magnetic frequencies recently are helping with a sorting out faster now. More rapidly with more clarity, sometimes fueled by heart and soul vision. Sometimes fueled by frustration and wanting to end the pain and suffering. What to commit to more deeply and what to let go is becoming clearer in all areas of your life. What to go into as it serves what you most want and your service of love VISION…..and what to release as it doesn’t reflect that envisioning may becoming more clear for you.

With the activation of your highest timeline during this intense energy month of August and especially during the recent eclipses and Lion’s Gateway, the downloads so freely available and gifted to you…..you are then given the choice in every moment to live it out or to retract away from it. To move it forward or to pause. ALL of this is your sacred choice, although the highest timeline choices are the ones that most serve the manifestation of New Earth reality for yourself inside and for the collective.

More overlap seems to be happening between these processes of collapsing timelines and arising timelines with less gap and pause. Meaning, you are feeling increasing desire and clarity WHILE the old is falling away. The new is coming in WHILE the old is moving out. The energies of mourning and celebration coming together, weaving, and operating in the same moment sometimes. Bittersweetness.

Parts of you may be feeling the sweetness while other parts of you are feeling the bitter. Being with the different energies AS parts can help with the overwhelm that can grow inside over these divergent frequencies. Asking to reconnect with and feel your highest timeline can infuse it into your body and flush up in your emotional body the parts of you that may have fear, resistance, and doubt. Feeling and holding space for the fear and doubts too that come up as you let in the higher timeline.

Continually claiming the higher timeline and not falling back into 3D anchoring is not easy at times, as I offered yesterday. Yet, in another way, it IS what you will do eventually as the higher timeline you and your higher timeline life are ALREADY happening.

Choosing the higher timeline is what love wants you to do and BE, so the more love you can feel with yourself and with your parts, the more support you will feel to live it out in the Now and NOT delay it. Bridging the gap between THIS now and THAT now is where the challenge is and feeling all that comes up in this walking out.

The higher timeline is waiting for you AND it is available in this very moment to be claimed, tasted, moved toward, lived and, most of all, loved!

Challenges Of Moving Into A Higher Timeline

It is NOT easy to move into a higher timeline. To extract from 3D life, from so much conditioning and expectation, from well worn habits and patterns and reactions……It is NOT easy and, at times, it can be very painful and even feel hugely challenging.

Moving into your higher timeline is saying more ‘No’s’ to what isn’t your higher timeline than it is saying, ‘Yes.’ It can feel like all you are saying is, ‘No’ as you help parts of you separate from what is no longer what you want as you embody your higher self into your body.

It can be saying, ‘No’ to relationships that were once beloved yet are no longer supporting your highest expression and intimacy desires. It can be saying, ‘No’ to previously beloved habits that you now realize are self harming or destructive. This ‘no’ saying is held with increasing trust that it will open up more ‘yes’ and more possibilities of love as you are willing to claim and advocate for what you really want and most serves the love that you ARE.

It can be so challenging not to fall into victim, finger pointing toward others………and yet to feel the harm that has occurred for parts of you AS you hold that you chose it all as a soul. This is where parts work process can be so helpful as you identify the parts of you (such as your Inner Child) that feel victimized and WHY they do and help them move into more mature adulthood. You set higher standards for yourself, with your parts, and raise your maturity level through this process. THIS moves you into your higher timeline taking your emotional body along with you. Without this self propulsion, it is easier to stagnant, ceiling out, remain flat and attached to 3D life and relationships.

Yes, the current love and light energy influxes are here to help us out in this very challenging ascension process. These energies are here to provide a sense of ease and grace infusion in the moments that we most need it. But, the degree that we can actually let them in is up to each of us and the self negotiation with the parts of us that block, stall, and are anchored in fear.

Energy Update: Coronal Mass Ejection Offers Mirror Of Inner Polarizations

A CME (coronal mass ejection) hurled out of the sun a few days ago and the energies from it are coming now into Gaia’s and our atmospheres. A CME is like a cannonball of plasma, propelled forward in a single, sustaining direction…..an immense cloud of magnetized particles hurled into space. These particles travel over a million miles per hour and take usually three days to reach Gaia. These are different frequencies than a SOULar flare, which can last minutes to hours and contain tremendous amounts of energy. Flares traveling at the speed of light take eight minutes to reach Gaia. We are in the midst of an eleven year ‘soular minimum’ phase when it comes to flares, so geomagnetic storms and CMEs are much more likely right now.

The distinctions of these different SOULar frequencies feels important only to the extent that it helps you discover and track how you respond to these energies and what they are offering you as connected to your ongoing awakening process. Plasma offers an activation of polarized particles….seeming to mirror polarizations that can exist INside of you and in the collective too. The 3D consciousness experiment is formed on polarizations…’this’ negatively charged force pushing against ‘that’ positively charged one. This negative against positive dynamic can be seen and felt everywhere in 3D society and the 3D matrix runs on the fuel of this polarization. ‘Good’ against ‘evil’ is the stuff of so many super hero movie plot lines and mass consciousness thinking as well.

As you awaken beyond 3D consciousness, you can start to feel how this polarization lives inside of you, how you have been conditioned to it, and how it impacts you. You feel how parts of you have formed to fit this good versus evil picture, how they have ‘chosen’ to play these roles….and how these dynamics play out in other timelines as well. Your consciousness starts to rise ‘beyond’ just black and white thinking filtering of reality and playing roles connected to it.

You see how the substance of life is more in flow, a dance, and a spiral of energies. How both the light and the dark are needing to create life. Parts of you become less charged in your reactions to life, relationships, and situations. You feel less like things have been done ‘against’ you or feel anything as actually evil……yet rather connect with growing trust to the Divine purpose in it ALL. You feel less polarization between masculine and feminine energies (as modeled to you in 3D life) and more sacred union within and with others.

I keep being shown the yin/yang symbol lately in meditation…not in static form as captured in pictures, yet rather in movement and motion, like the gif I shared here. This feels like an encouragement and reminder to move into more balance and ‘go with the flow’ from within and related to life. Less compartmentalize, less charged reactions, and more flow with trust….

These increasing plasmas offer an opportUNITY to feel these inner polarizations and recognize when they are being triggered and charged through parts’ reactions. Going within, especially to check in with your inner masculine, can be SO helpful during them and provide often much needed sense of inner balance as MORE love comes into your heart and every part of you that needs it!

Healing The Violence Inside

Fear can live in your bones, in your DNA, in parts of you vibrating at trauma frequencies in your emotional body, in your Metasoul in many timelines, in your Protector/Gatekeeper aspect. And fear comes out in ALL kinds of ways and expressions. It comes out in tensions, panics, and anxieties. It projects and closes down/blocks open-hearted experience and transaction with others. It brings your frequency lower. Parts of you may shiver and quiver with it, sinking to a place where things seem untrustworthy, hurtful and harmful, non-vulnerable, dark and shadowy.

We are ancient with fear, beyond time ingrained and trained. We are gestating embryos in our mother’s womb swimming in fear fluids. The 3D matrix has been built and run on fear fuel, fed and maintained by violence – both within and outward – violence is the lowest vibrational frequency of fear. So many eat fear every day through animals that have been killed. Violence has become entertainment, so many souls on an IV drip of violence coming in, numbing them or eliciting outrage at the INjustice, which is just more violence in a shifted form.

Lifting UP beyond violence begins from withIN. It starts with becoming aware of the battles within, the harm done from one part of you to another…a Punisher Part of you beating up until shame floods your BEing with the suffering patterns and loops this creates.

Loving the Inner Punisher energy and learning WHY it is like this….you weep, then, at how this punishing-shame frequency is just learned and necessary and NOT really who you ARE. You feel how it has served to make you small, to help you fit in, to keep you ‘capped’ and plugged in to 3D life. You are ready to be lifted out of it to transmute the punishment to discernment and intuition WITH love. To heal the shame into innocence again.

As this inner violence heals, you can come, more and more, from non-violent frequencies in response to others. You become less tolerant to violence in any form…..even sensitive to the subtle frequencies found in comparison, contention, and judgements made with love withheld.

You lift UP, then, as you stop eating, watching, BEing violence and become MORE love. You shift your focus from violence outside of you and discover, find, and feel where it lives inside.

BEcoming a beacon of peace is the openness to feel the violence, the battles, the clashes inside. BEcoming a beacon of peace is more space clearing in your emotional body to make room for your higher heart, your angelic heart, your Christ Consciousness heart, your Mother Mary heart….made of Infinite Kindness, Infinite Peace, and no longer any need for fear.

Personal/Service Of Love Transition From Mexico To Canada

It’s a mixture of tension and excitement in the moment that I am feeling as the ‘countdown’ begins on our exit from Mexico back to Canada. We just paid yesterday a month’s rent for a place in Victoria, BC starting in October…..near the Gorge and almost walkable to the inner harbor area. After being here in Mexico for four years, Raphael and I are going back ‘home’ to ground in the changes, awakenings, shifts, and transmutations that have occurred inside of us in that time with my daughter Raianna coming with us too. It feels like a rooting in to rise process….that is actually more about the internals than the externals.

The tension is in holding some of the details, in the unknowns that come from not ‘securing’ a lease and instead living month to month as we are going to do now…the tensions are in my masculine aspects, who just ultimately want to trust and make sure that I am safe. The excitement arises for ALL of me in finally moving into my highest timeline in the physical….connecting my geography to service of love in a deeper way. The excitement is in the freedom offered by NOT knowing and letting life arise and offer what it will through synchs, Divine alignments, and ultimately service of love.

I will still be writing posts/articles and sharing videos/audio blogs/guided meditations during this transition as it is such a natural overflow for me to share/serve love….I’ve also started another book and hope to continue working on that with a potential ‘due date’ of January 1st, 2019! And, Raphael and I will still be offering our bridging and ongoing Deep sessions, both individual and group, over zoom during this transition. We will also be offering individual sessions and group sessions (and eventually retreats) in person in Victoria starting around mid-October for those of you who live in the Vancouver area and are even drawn to travel from other states to come see us in person. I see doing talks at local venues too, as we did previously when we lived in the local Vancouver area. We also see traveling to and living for a phase in the Glastonbury UK area and Europe next Spring/summer…….We will keep you updated on these things as they arise.

Ultimately, I feel such gratitude for the space Mexico has held…an intense personal deconstruction process for me that stripped so much away that wasn’t ME to reveal more of the soul essence that WAS.

The ongoing ascension process offers these kinds of deconstructions and reconstructions, these death and rebirths…and various geographies can hold the space for them…serving as the oven for your transformational fire!
