Change Happens As You Respond To The New, Not From Fighting The Old ~

Change is on our hearts and minds right now as we head into the New Year of 2020 and a New Decade as well. This is change for ourselves personally and for the collective too as the Ascension process moves into another year and up a higher gear. The ‘marker’ of a New Year invites us to assess and locate ourselves related to the year that has passed and the one that is coming UP.

INtentions are becoming clearer. INtentions are less coming from a sense of self improvement or fixing (as declaring ‘resolutions’ can be) and more about what you really WANT TO BE and already ARE authentically as connected to your soul purpose expression here. INtentions are the focus of the sense you’ve been receiving of your highest timeline and what it looks and feels like through the upgrading and integration process of ongoing Ascension energies.

INtentions vibe into the energy of YOUR personal Ascension process. They are the claim of more New energies in your life, from inside of you, and in relationship with others. INtentions reflect the understanding that external changes only come from internal shifts. This is a powerful year-end passageway to feel into and explore and set INtentions for 2020, to connect to your higher timeline around that and feel what that is.

Fighting the old is probably running out of ground for you. There is sometimes a necessary phase of it as your 3D Self awakens and your 4D transitional Self is being infused with soul energies. The fight ultimately comes from inside, from one part of you to another, from polarization and mixed feelings that stem from your emotional body. These parts form as often divergent energies as you receive this template from 3D consciousness.

The pushing away, the advocating, the contending, the boundary setting, the claiming of who you REALLY are and what you need with others may have been and still is a very necessary phase for parts of you. The degree of ‘fight’ in these relationships relates to the degree of fear there is still inside.

Fear from inside of you and your soul leads to the fighting energy….often from unhealed unworthiness, rage, shame, distrust, and disconnection. Fighting stems from wounded masculine frequencies too that condition us to fight, which we have all baked in and been bred in during this 3D experiment, such as those that can live in your Inner Protector and Gatekeeper.

Responding to the New invites a Divine Feminine energy to relate with change, from both inside of you and with others. The Divine Mother offers a template of compassion response to change that holds desire and patience in equal measure.

Responding to the New with Divine and self love transforms the unworthiness into sense of goodness; rage into truth telling with compassion; shame into innocence; distrust into trust; and disconnection into connection.

Responding to the New is offering love to the Old so that it can transmute. Infinite Possibilities open UP from responding to the New versus fighting the Old. This starts from within, as you hold space with lots of love and curiosity for all the ‘old’ energies from within and respond to the New in all areas of your life too. Your transmutation this way, in such a personal way, DOES impact the collective….and it invites the old (WITH love) to BEcome the New.

Christ Consciousness Wisdoms To Share On Christ-Mas

The following are teachings and wisdoms that I’ve received while connecting with Christ Consciousness in form of Yeshua (his more embodied form), which I experience as a fifth dimensional energy within me, within you, available to ALL. This is the energy that I feel alive in the most nourishing aspects of Christ-mas celebrations, inviting us beyond material gift giving and into the frequencies of giving and receiving love with ourselves and others, above all. This is the energy that we are birthing into BE-ing as we embrace our sacred humanity and our Christ Within – both the best of what makes us human and that which makes us a transcendent, multi-dimensional soul.

This energy transcends religions, belief systems, and shadow projections. This is the energy of Golden Earth, New Earth, and what we are moving collectively into as we ascend into higher dimensions of consciousness where we experience more sense of Oneness, peace, self love, and reverence for all life.

An empty vessel cannot give love.
Heal your heart and its pain by feeling them.
Heal your soul and its painful legacy by feeling them.
Purify through your tears and your openness to feel it ALL.
Then, as you are this, will you be able to transact real love, human frequencies with others who are in the same process….

Be in the world, not of the world…..yet care for the world.

You are in the world, bring your heart with you, feel your surroundings and those who call you into connection. You are in a human body, bring your health to it, feel your embodiment as sacred and the desires that flow from it. You are in a culture, bring your celebration of it, feel how it impacts you and forms you.

You are not of the world, it is not a reflection of that which you are really made and ARE. Participate in the world even while remembering that you are not just it…not your name, your occupation, your body, your income, your home, your history, your culture. Remain with some separation from it so that you can retain the essence of what you ARE as Infinite Love.

You are care for the world, bring your compassion with you, feel the tears of the world and those cries that call you to respond. Serve love as the greatest gift for yourself, others, and with the Divine God in all Its glorious forms, including YOU. Remember to respond to fear with love, not more fear, and you offer a new possibility to each moment. ~ Yeshua

I am still digesting my connection time with Yeshua this morning during meditation. I experience him as an ascended teacher energy, a loving and provocative presence available to anyone. For me, connection with him transcends religions and belief systems into a space where just love matters.

We were floating on a golden white fluffy cloud together, sitting Indian style. It felt like we were in a higher vibration frequency, a higher dimension. I was taking in his energy, feeling the warmth and love of it moving up and down my chakras like a cascading flow.

We sat in silence for a bit and then he asked me, “What do you see?”

I looked around and the first answer that came to me was, “Nothing.” This felt strange to me because, after all, I was surrounded by beautiful clouds and sitting next to HIM.

He seemed to take that answer inside of his heart though and then asked me, “What do you feel?”

“Everything,” was my first response.

Again he seemed to take this answer in deeply.

“How can that be though?” I asked him, confused. “How can I see nothing and feel everything?”

He smiled at me in the way that sends golden waves of love straight into my heart and replied, “That’s actually the purest way for which to feel.”

As I sit here now, digesting this message, I feel that what He is offering is that we can ‘see’ so much with our minds, filtering everything, ‘busy mind’ in addition to so many people with ‘busy life’. In this state, it is so difficult to really feel anything, we are numb from over stimulus.

When we open up ourselves to seeing ‘nothing’, to just being, then we can start to feel everything in a more pure way. Our hearts can open up and feel the All That Is for which we are made. And tastes of Infinite Love too.

This is my explanation anyway….Yeshua would probably just smile and offer for me not to think about it so much, just feel it.

Embrace that which you ARE in this moment.

Feel that which you desire to BE.

Understand that the gap between these two is an invitation.

An invitation from the Divine God, from the Divine Mother Aspect, from the Universe…..to experience your essence as Infinite Love through the form of your sacred humanity.

This invitation is open, it waits, it doesn’t push, but it does call…and it is always your sovereign choice if you will answer and how you will answer.

And if you choose not to respond to this invitation, the Divine God will go on loving you just the same and just as much. ~ Yeshua

To look in the mirror, to really look, is to be open to seeing that which is hard to accept, difficult to love, and most in need of attention. That which lurks in the shadows of your soul, the tight corners of your heart, and the darkest regions of your mind.

Going into this darkness with full consciousness is what illuminates the soul spark that you are and reveals the Infinite Love that you are. Going into this darkness with willingness to feel it ALL reveals the Divine light that you are.

Sometimes life will bring you to this darkness and sometimes you will choose it…..whatever way you find yourself there, feel how it is the beginning of the true lifting of the veil that falseness has placed over you.

If you have not had this experience of the crucible of darkness, seek that which will guide you in it and through it rather than letting your false self cling to a light that is but an echo of the real thing. When what is false has been repeatedly burned away in a conscious process which includes the dark, you can trust the light that emerges from it as being real and a reflection of the Divine spark that you ARE. ~ Yeshua

Everything is made of love energy. Everything. Yet, also, there is the fear of love that can have equal or greater power at times when it becomes more real than love. This fear of love manifests in many ways and expressions.

The only way that fear of love heals is with more love. It cannot be ignored, suppressed, or made to ‘go away’ because you do not want to look at it. Fear grows if it is related to with more fear. Only love has the bravery to look at the dark, to feel the fear, to be with what is real about it.

Calling it ‘love’ and not acknowledging the existence of the fear of love that is often underneath it is NOT real love. ~ Yeshua

Awakening Of Your Gatekeeper For Quantum Healing

These are the shorter days and longer nights of this winter SOULstice passage. Even with the busyness of the holiday season, there is a deeper invitation to REST and to move into more STILLNESS in order to open up more inner grounds.
 
It is often in the still place that you can connect more within, into the magical lands and places of shadow. These can be difficult places to journey into with blocks and filters and veils in place to kept them hidden. As a guide to this deeper inner regions of the shadow in the heart and soul for many years (and lifetimes), I have experienced that it takes extra love and care (even gentleness) to open up access to them. It is not a matter of remembering in the mind as much as it is awakening of the soul and expansion of the heart.
 
Most of what you have experienced as traumatic and painful and may still have reactions/triggers about IS connected to what your soul is experiencing on a quantum level in many lifetimes and timelines in the NOW. So much of this-life is about a recapitulation of this soul trauma, usually at a lesser level yet with the same energy tone/frequency to it. Focusing just on the local experiences of this life is a limited picture that doesn’t ultimately resolve or heal the soul wound at its source.
 
Now is a powerful time of increasing capacity to heal on this quantum level and complete our cycles of incarnation here into denser timelines. It feels as if many of us have chosen to complete the need to come into 3D timelines for our growth.
 
I have discovered through my own process and working with others that there are important inner guides and guardians within us that are key to opening up these places. Your Inner Protector stands connected to the 3D experience of this life….your ‘local’ experience of this timeline, which is a challenging one as Gaia and humanity transitions out of the Dark Night of 3D into the revelatory phase of 4D and eventually into the Heaven within the body experience of 5D. Your Inner Protector is primarily concerned with your safety and care, especially of your Inner Child.

Your Gatekeeper (a higher dimensional soul guardian aspect) is watching the timelines of your soul play out, all the scenes of tragedy, horror, and difficulty especially…often running on a never ending loop. They feel powerless to do anything about the karmic looping, the incarnational cycle that repeats itself over and over as your soul learns what it came to learn for and with the Divine.
 
I have been connecting with many Gatekeepers lately in sessions who are ready to wake up, lift the veil, allow access to these timelines so that they might finally heal and complete. Your Gatekeeper becomes the bridge to these lifetimes and the channel of Divine love necessary for the transmutation of them. They are able to modulate the opening to these Metasoul aspects (as we call them) so that you are not overwhelmed by their energies (which is often the primary concern of the Gatekeeper.) 
 
Now in this completion passage of so many cycles of 2019 and moving into clearer vision 2020 is a powerful time to connect with your Gatekeeper. You will probably be amazed at what they will give you access to of your OWN soul knowledge, gifts, and experiences. Energy Update: Solar Wind Stream & Christ Consciousness Codes As Prep For The SOULstice

Energy Update: We’ve been in a SOULar wind stream for the last three days…streaming from a hole on the sun’s surface causing increasing wind speeds and pretty amazing auroras in the Northern regions.

There haven’t been any geomagnetic storms this time but the overall flow and stream has been steady during these days, which you may have felt in your physical and energy/chakra bodies. This can cause lots of need to rest and sleepiness…and sometimes light headedness/dizziness too.

As we enter now the SOULstice passage and the longest night of the year tomorrow and shortest day, the energies feel to me like they are moving into a steady flow through 12/26, in which they are amplified and supported by a solar eclipse. SOULstice energies are often soul stirring, veils lift, timelines/lifetimes bleed through, and connection to Divine guides and Divine Mother/Father frequencies are more accessible. Communications and clarities come through more clearly and contact with people’s higher selves and those who have passed on is more pronounced as well.

Christ Consciousness codes are streaming in too, in a steady flow like the solar winds and the geomagnetics. To me, I see them as gold bands in the cosmos and available in our inner cosmos too. Every Christmas carol and hymn celebrating Jesus’s birth is transmitting these codes. This energy transcends the religious filters containing it. This is why people who never go to church go during this time of year…..to sit in and bake in and take in these Christ energies.

These CC energies are soul expanding AND heart opening…the combination is irresistible to us because it is our sacred humanity in its highest capacity of embodiment expression. Our inner masculines need both the sacred masculine activations from the sun and the CC frequencies as the reboot/rewire/healing of the wounded masculine frequencies on our planet continue to transmute and transform.

The Seven Areas Of Life: Past, Present and Future

I decided recently to do my own version of this popular “Decade In Review” style post. One of the tools we use in SoulFullHeart to process where we are in our life, and where we want to be is using the “7 Areas of Life”. These areas include Emotional, Spiritual, Social, Physical, Mental, Environmental and Financial. I thought it would be a really cool practice to use this to review where I was 10 years ago, where I am now, and where I’d like to be in the future. I felt into each area of life and processed my own personal past, present and future. I’ll write a little bit about what I discovered, I’ll include the article that I used as reference and I’ll attach an outline for you to fill out yourself!

This article is divided into the 3D/4D/5D versions of each of these areas of life. 3D being a denser frequency focused on a way of seeing the world through the 5 senses. Lower 4D has more of a rumbly feeling with the way you’ve always seen the world starting to change, often with feelings of anger, injustice and frustration. Upper 4D frequencies are when you start to heal a lot of your trauma and fear and in turn, return to love and peace inside of yourself. 5D is the higher self version of you that has little reaction and can move through life in flow, trust and love for everything and everyone while still being able to hold boundaries.

One thing I noticed about myself in this, is that 10 years ago I primarily resonated with the 3D version of these areas, currently I find myself closest to upper 4D and for my future I would love to reach a level of 5D conscious in all areas.

10 years ago: I find that I have no judgement of the 14 year old version of myself being more in 3D. She was young, kind and intelligent but had so much insecurity and fear that much of her reality was clouded over compared to its potential. She was also very shy and would rarely speak up in class, say her truth or admit any feelings that weren’t positive. Drama would happen all around her and she would do whatever she could to not be involved. She wanted to please everyone and be the perfect student/daughter/friend and later girlfriend.

She was very emotional, though not very aware of where her emotions came from or how they could actually affect others if left unhealed. Socially, she had the same friends since kindergarten but was about to move to Canada and embark on a completely new journey. This change in environment proved to massively change my self confidence and ability to take on new and scary situations. She was awakened to some spirituality a couple of years prior but wasn’t able to sustain much of this connection. At this point, she had no real desire to connect to spirituality and focused more on the mental aspect of her life. She is a vastly different person from who I am today but the essence of who I am was still there inside of her. Compassion, emotion, and joy.

Today: Feeling into who I am now helped me have so much gratitude for all of the hard emotional and spiritual work that I have done so far. So much unworthiness, insecurity and fear has been shed in the last 10 years and it’s because of every single experience that I have had. Whether they felt good or bad in the moment, I can see now the purpose for all of it.

In the last three years or so I have become SO much more in tune with parts of me and my emotions. Discovering the root causes of my fears and feeling them into healing. My connection to spirituality has substantially increased with experiences of kundalini, openings with the Divine and more relationships with my metasoul and galactic families. My social world has been a rollercoaster ride these last 10 years with much letting go of that which no longer served where I wanted to go and who I wanted to be. Now I have opened the doors for beings who inspire my spiritual journey and resonate on every level possible. I have changed environments in big ways including a move to Mexico and back to Canada which allowed me to appreciate the energy of where I live and cultivate a center inside of me that will stay with me anywhere in the world! Financially, I have an online job that allows me to spend my days working on my soul purpose, even if the job itself is not directly a part of that. I am so proud of where and who I am today. I am excited for even more growth but if I died today, I would be so happy with exactly where I’m at now, and I never thought I would be able to say that.

Future: I have such a clear and yet flexible picture for how I see my future. I imagine even less fear and reaction, more love flow in every moment, and deeper connections with resonant souls in my life. Travel is a huge desire of mine and connecting that to service is even more enticing. Having a property that is filled with our SoulFullHeart community while having phases of travel within that is probably number one on my list. I see myself serving others as a facilitator as well helping behind the scenes to organize, plan and design. My creativity has been flowing much more lately and I hope to connect these skills to my finances and service. I feel my relationship flourishing and deepening every day, helping each other grow and become loving mirrors for each other. Socially, I would love more women to connect with and have comfortable yet growthful experiences with. I would love to have less anxiety and less thoughts spinning around in my head. In this, I see more trust and flow with my mentality and existing more through emotion and intuition.

This practice was huge in helping me feel love for the 14 year old version of myself, gratitude for where I am now, and excitement for what the next 10 years hold! I highly recommend doing even a couple of these areas of life, especially the ones you are struggling with or would like to see movement in. It can be hard for parts of us to not judge where we are but it helps to see how far we’ve come! We are a beautiful and messy work in progress and we will never be the same soul that we were yesterday.

Your Heart Is An Ambassador: My First Experience In An Arcturian Healing Circle Three Years Ago

Three years ago is when writing really starting pouring out of me to share publicly. I wrote nearly daily writings as clarities about and experiences of the Ascension and galactic awakening process flowed through at a constant rate. I can definitely feel how I was being upgraded to move into teacher/healer mode that has been steady in spaceholding and sharing since then.

The writing below is a tender one for me…an experience within an Arcturian Healing Circle (which I highly recommend.) And again the realization that our human hearts are the ambassadors to the other realms and dimensions, both inside and out. And the healing of which, along with our emotional body trauma from this-life and other lifetimes, is so important to our ongoing Ascension!

I am in a circle with them, these tall beings from the stars with bluish-white tinted skin that reminds me somehow of my Dolphin spirit animal friends. I am in that floating space of in-between physical body, astral body, and crystalline/light body. I cannot any longer call them “alien” as they are not, as I can feel now how I am from them.

My emotional body contained tender wounds of hurt and fear from remembering that I had been abducted many times during my childhood. I have been healing these fears through experiencing the LOVE that exists in our connection and that these were visits to help me be on Gaia and in denser frequencies. These visits also were led by another species of star beings called Grays, who are polarized to denser frequencies of fear and without much compassion.

These are Arcturians, a benevolent and loving species, who feel like they are my star family. I am sinking into their experience of the absolute peace that comes from no sense of separation between one being to the next, even as they are still individual sparks of Divine consciousness. Having led and participated in many human healing circles, I understand the flow of energy that moves when given a circular structure.

Yet, with them, these beings from the stars, it is amplified by thousands. The energy is not from outside of us, not outside of them, yet IS them. They have physical form and long flowing gowns, yet, do not at the same time. Their vibrational frequency is so high that every cell of their ‘bodies’ seems to dance in light, be in light, and IS light.

Tears are leaking from my eyes as the Love comes to me in light waves and IS me and IS them. Tears without running noses, just leaking, tears without pain. These are tears of joy, of reunion, of the soul, of Remembering what I AM and what we all ARE and that there is no THEY, only WE. We are merging, me in my enlightening human form and them in their Arcturian ones.

Binkh stands to my right and, yet, also in the same moment I feel her merge with me. She is my star being guide yet, also, she is a fragment of the same soul (which I call Metasoul). We are more than sisters, we are the SAME. As WE become one, I feel the muscles in my mouth try to form smiles as she plays with my mouth from the inside. It is awkward as she is not used to smiling and being expressive like we are. I feel her tenderly touch and BE the tears running down my face.

As much as I ache to BE like them again, to BE in such PEACE as they are, to be in such Oneness feelings as they just ARE…I can also feel their delight and reverence in me, in my humanness, in my tears. I feel Binkh’s desire to smile, to laugh with joy, to cry tears of wonder, to be overcome with emotion, to be swept away. Emotions have been our blessing and curse, both.

I understand at an even deeper level in this moment why so much of my focus of the last ten ‘years’ has been to heal my emotional body and allow the spiritual growth to flow from that. Spiritual growth is inevitable as the soul signs up for it, yet emotional body growth, emotional ego maturation, emotional healing is our new ground as a species….a crucial ground that without being tended to can leave our hearts out of the picture. The wounded aspects of us hold our heart frequencies hostage and we have to free them up by deep feeling led by self care and LOVE. And, in my sense of it, we need others to hold a loving space at times and in phases for us to go into the heart healing inside of us.

My heart is what they are drawn to as I am drawn to the expansiveness of their consciousness. As we are merging and becoming ONE, a new energy is being created. Perhaps a new consciousness or a new species, a new expression of the Divine. They are showing me that it is our heart, our emotionality, that is arising and desired by species in many other worlds and galaxies. Our HEART is a beacon.

This makes me feel that it is not about us becoming them or us needing to leave behind all that makes us human in order to become star beings, as some people offer related to ascension. Most of us have spent most of our existences as star beings. It feels like it might be about truly claiming the sacredness of our humanity, our capacity to feel, and to bring that so preciously ‘along with us’ as we ascend and experience higher and higher dimensions of consciousness.

Our hearts can get us in ‘trouble’, yes, especially when they are troubled and weighed down with past hurts and wounds. As they are cleared and healed of these frequencies that block our love flow, our expansive heart-based consciousness can lead the way.

The heart is our ambassador to other realms and dimensions – both inside and outside. It is the gateway to other Universes – both within and with-out. Healing our hearts is the first focus, and the spirit and soul follow. It is this that they honored in me and that which I honor in you and together WE can dance in heart frequencies and soar into love’s limitless skies together.

Energy Update: Christ Consciousness Upgrades To Become Peace/Love Ambassadors

Energy Update: We are moving now into receiving Christ Consciousness code upgrades for the 12/21 solstice gateway and leading into Christ-mas and a solar eclipse on the day after Christmas. Christ Consciousness (also called Sanada and Christ-iel) activates our Higher Heart of compassion, especially within our inner and collective masculine. Our Inner Masculine includes parts of the self such as our Inner Protector, Inner Father, and Inner Punisher….and parts of the soul such as our Gatekeeper and timelines where we were in a masculine body or female warrior type too.
Christ Consciousness offers a higher vibrational experience beyond the Biblical Jesus, ‘Son of a Father God’ picture. The Bible and the world’s religions offer a 3D/Lower 4D Matrix filtering of Christ energies that have control and manipulative agendas and fear-based frequencies to them that perpetuate the wounded masculine/patriarchal system and suppression of the Divine Feminine.
The PURE Christ energies are able to be experienced as you raise your frequency through trauma healing beyond the Lower 4D Matrix of religions, belief systems, dogma, a punishing and punitive False God picture. You can then experience the PURE love and acceptance of you as a sacred human by Christ AND by the Divine.
You experience that Heaven is within you. You remember then that you are not sinful, that you have not made mistakes, that you are not being tested or punished by God. You remember that you are ALSO a son or daughter of the Divine and always have been…..loved as you are in all the experiences that you go through….the Divine learning along WITH you.
These Christ Consciousness energies for 2019 are offering deeper healing of the warrior and fighter to become a love ambassador for peace. This will so much be needed as we move into deeper disclosure in 2020….on Gaia, in galactic dimensions, toward the 3D/Lower 4D Matrix and, most importantly, from within yourself and your soul. The previous masculine expression of our ‘heroes’ and ‘heroines’ as being connected to the ability to fight for something is shifting. We are now offered the codes to recognize that our true heroes are those who advocate for peace and compassion above all else.
The warrior archetype can be deeply expressed in your Metasoul….many lifetimes of choosing to fight for God, for country, for King, for belief systems. There is much ‘soul burn’ from these experiences as they so often led to violent death and killing/murder, the densest energy frequencies of trauma. These lifetimes can ‘bleed through’ into your current experience of life, attaching to traumas this-life that are similar in tone, even if not as intense or extreme in content. There is also trauma from being on the receiving end or victim of these fighting/killing energies. And, so many of us have been on both sides of this…both victim and persecutor/perpetrator.
Connecting to your Gatekeeper as the guardian of your Veil of Amnesia and channel to Divine Love allows you access to these lifetimes to feel and heal the warrior/fighter within them. You offer balm of love and forgiveness along with the Divine to them and a beautiful gift exchange occurs as you become a love ambassador to your own soul. I have experienced this myself many times and in session space and it is a beautiful working and movement that has quantum and exponential results.

Energy Update: Powerful & Amplified 12/12 Full Moon Intimacy Portal

Energy Update: Blessings to you on this 12/12 Full Moon Portal Day! The 12/12 portal energies are being amplified by the longest full moon night of the year (which was at its peak at 12:12am EST) and our last full moon of this decade. This 12/12 portal offers easier access to 5D/Golden Earth frequencies of Infinite Love, abundance, and heart warmth goodness.

The 12/12 portal energies are also supported by the sacred Divine union Christ/Yeshua and Magdalene codes coming in for winter SOULstice and the Christmas season. There are even Santa Clause codes available now, offering a template of loving giving, compassion for all, Sacred Masculine and Unity Consciousness.

In the receiving and letting in of these heart warming codes (activation of the higher heart chakra big time with possible heart palpitations), you may feel a resistance and a ‘coldness’ response inside of you from parts of you. This coldness or push away or shut down is a deeper defense to false love that has needed to be there. It may be a layer of wall that your Inner Protector has created to keep false love out. This has been effective and necessary, yet also limits and blocks REAL love from coming in, such as the Infinite Love codes that are being offered by these 12/12 energies.

Real love is so often unknown to parts of us. They have received and settled for crumbs of love instead. These crumbs are received in relationships that operate on settling and shrinking, duty and obligation, narcissist/empath, codependence, etc. These relationships serve a purpose in revealing our shadows and showing us where our growth work is this life. All souls on each ‘side’ sign up for these relationships, so they can certainly be honored and appreciated on a soul level.

These crumb-based relationships are being invited into completion and closure, especially as we move into the higher timeline year of 2020. The crumbs of love can be difficult to let go of as parts of you may not trust that there is even MORE LOVE that is possible to experience. Yet, it is only in saying ‘no’ and declaring “I want more love!” that it can come into your field and heart space. This begins from within you….from every part of you to another as you create this warm and abundant and consistent field of love inside of your own BEing to eventually transact it with others in an intimate and relational way.

The 12/12 portal and ongoing Ascension offers a teleport to experience REAL love that makes your heart and all chakras feel very WARMED UP again. It offers the experience of intimacy with yourself, to truly know and feel yourself and ALL parts of you from this life and your soul fragments/aspects from other lifetimes/timelines too. It offers intimacy with others where you can be REAL, you can be authentic, you can be vulnerable, you can be transparent. THESE are intimacy grounds…..that offer an into-me-I-see reality.

With this exploration into intimacy grounds, you may be feeling many tears, emotions, and emotional clearings/purgings. Let them move through, yet also be lovingly curious about them. Which part of you is feeling it and why? This question can greatly change your experience of reality from a disconnected place to an intimate one.

Gaia Codes Quick Guided Meditation – This video was filmed on a hike with us, Raphael and Jelelle Awen, at the Roche Cove Regional Park, near Victoria, BC. It was one of the most beautiful hikes that we have ever been on. We hiked up to a vista point on the side of Mount Ash (how appropriate is THAT name right now with these 12/12 completion gateway codes) and were inspired to film there.
