Energy UPdate: SOULar Flares/CMEs Provide Bridge to 5D Consciousness

Energy UPdate: The SOULar flares and several coronal mass ejections (CMEs) over the last three days have flooded us with sudden waves of ultraviolet plasma frequencies of Sacred Masculine activation. Whew!! Most of the CME’s energy drifted off into space yet two flares landed in Gaia’s atmosphere, causing radio brownouts in many parts of the world.

All this activity is coming from an active sunspot that is LARGER than Gaia and yesterday’s early morning SOULar flares was theΒ strongest in over a year – an M1 class explosion, according toΒ spaceweather.com.

Impacts of SOULar flares on our physical/emotional/energectic bodies seem to range depending on where we are in our Ascension process. For those more newly awakening, they can provide a JOLT of energy to bring them into sudden Kundalini awakening/surges or start creating some openings in their veil so they can start asking some newly important questions about 3D reality.

For those of us longer on this awakening path and leading the way as well, these flares may be more subtle in their impact. Providing a lift and a boost to our already unplugged from 3D and anchored in higher consciousness awareness. I have felt as if all my ‘clairs’ were turning UP somewhow…..more heightened and more receptive. This is a blessing during sessions with people as I can hear/feel/sense/see even more accurately and transmit a bridge for THEM too in a more powerful way.

You may be feeling quite tired as you adjust to these higher frequencies. Head/neck/shoulder pain and stomach/third chakra pain/upset may be felt too. Mostly, though, there is an opportunity to experience higher consciousness awareness then you have before. The Universe is offering a bridge!

We spent more time yesterday ‘earthing’ or walking barefoot through a meadow here….taking in Gaia and animal codes too with interactions with Peacocks, squirrels and even wild bunnies. THESE energies are very helpful to the grounding in of these SOULar frequencies too. And, taking in the sun’s energy into your chakras in a conscious way AS fuel, especially during sunrise and sunset. Plus, as always, checking in with parts of yourself (esp your Protector) to see/feel how they are adjusting to these NEW frequencies coming in.

Moving Beyond The Stickiness Of Lower 4D Consciousness

4D consciousness, especially Lower 4D, is a place where parts of you or aspects of your soul dwell and fixate on something they feel isn’t working for them, usually outside of you. When they’re in this dimensional space, which is more of a frequency and consciousness moving through you instead of a literal ‘place’,Β  they tend to feel that they want something about themselves or life around them to change PRONTO and they don’t necessarily want to wait very long for that change to happen. There can be an urgency about it, like something needs to shift right NOW, coupled with a fear that things will NEVER change, that life as you now know it and how it’s configured (and especially the way these parts/aspects seem to be feeling about it) will never shift into what you/they really want.

In 4D consciousness, especially lower 4D, it’s easy to forget that what everything, every piece of your walking-around consciousness within you really wants is love… and that there is a piece of not feeling truly worthy of it until this unworthiness can be deeply felt and held and the process of learning to trust love again is walked out, step by step.

It can feel sometimes like you’re drowning in plasma when these energies come up, as 4D consciousness is like a thick fog at times, shrouding what’s good and trustworthy and often projecting a ton of your own shadow onto something or someone outside of you. The wrestling with life, with love, with energies, is always playing out somewhere inside.

It seems like this experience of 4D is peaking in a way right now. It’s wanting us to move beyond it, even though it can feel as sticky as flypaper with so much darkness still purging and shadows still emerging, which is actually very compelling. It has such a strong gravitational pull that is hard to extract from or bring love to at times. It has a feeling of an endless abyss or void where pain can just writhe and squirm forever. Yet, it wants us to move beyond it and take it with us somehow so we can heal it starting from our own inner draw to be in it.

Connecting with different aspects of you from other timelines/lifetimes and especially those in galactic warfare, like any Orion aspect stuck in a battle of sorts that you may have come online right now (as I’m starting to really feel inside myself) can help you understand your own pull towards this darkness and why it’s there. Any of the darker timelines your soul has experienced, including in the dark side of Hollywood (one I’m learning that my soul knows well) or the underbelly of politics in any era or phase of ‘time’, are coming to light now as they need to start being held with love and compassion. We cannot damn them, for we are damning ourselves if we do. We can only open our hearts to feel them, to let in the remorseful tears, and to let Divine love help us hold everything that is just aching to be held.

Now is the perfect time to start really feeling all of this, as the support seems to be there from the incoming energies and, like always, from the Divine. We are ALL being challenged to walk out what we teach or offer to others, to fill in any gaps of integrity with our real-life experience in every arena of healing and moving back into love in ALL ways and on ALL levels of our being. This is next-level love ambassadorship and Service of Love and we’re all invited to take our next steps inward that bring us into alignment with an ever-purifying self-love overflow that can’t help but serve and support others to cultivate the same within them.

Energy Update: SOULar Flares Offering Next Level Activations/Purging 4D Energies

Energy UPdate: MORE SOULar flare activity from the active sunspot that I shared about yesterday. This was a BIG one. Depending on how you react to ultraviolet energies, you may have felt this enter into your energy field and the purging energy afterwards….probably while sleeping, as most of us were during this time.

During dreamtime, I experienced a dark energy swirling around me. I kept offering that “I do not fight’ and ‘cannot fight’ these energies even as various weapons were being ‘handed’ to me….and eventually it went away. This could have been a surge/purge in the collective 3D/Lower4D matrix in response to this influx of higher frequency light. Continuing to offer peace, compassion, and ambassadorship energies allows these energies to move through and transmute to love.

Bliss waves, Kundalini surges are also so possible right now with the 5/5 gateway and the support of this SOULar activity too. Grounding in Gaia can HELP to ground the extra sun energy into your body and chakras to receive the high energies WHILE the karma/trauma etc energy moves through.

Raphael and I walked and sat in the trees yesterday and they helped us to ground in the energies through our earth chakras connected to their network of roots. The Lemurians (Inner Earth now) have been helping us as well with Andara crystal love and lots of frequencies of groundedness, contentment, pleasure, letting IN goodness.

You may feel dizzy, out of it, in another dimension/timeline, floaty….should feel OK though as you lean into the activations that are happening NOW.

FromΒ spaceweather.com:Β “Big sunspot AR2740 is turning toward Earth and crackling with solar flares. The most intense so far registered M1 on the Richter Scale of Solar Flares. NASA’s Solar Dynamics Observatory recorded the extreme ultraviolet flash on May 6th (pic below).

Radiation from the flare briefly ionized the top of our planet’s atmosphere, producing a brownout of shortwave radio signals over Asia and the Indian Ocean. Frequencies affected were mainly below 20 MHz. Ships at sea and ham radio operators may have noticed the disturbance on Monday, May 6th, around 05:10 UT. This sunspot is a big one (especially considering that we are in a deep solar minimum). It is twice as wide as Earth, making it an easy target for backyard solar telescopes.”

Could this is a precursor to the SOULar flare Ascension event that so many have offered is going to take us collectively to the next level? Calibrating us to higher and higher levels of consciousness?

This is the update from yesterday, 5/5:

Last night 5/4, there was a SOULar flare erupted from an active sunspot, causing radio brownouts over the pacific ocean. This is unusual and rare in this SOULar minimum phase we are in, yet feels connected to the 5/5 energies coming in. A burst of 5D!

This active sunspot also caused a CME (coronal mass ejection) on May 3rd, although it didn’t head toward Gaia, yet rather into the atmosphere.

SOULar wind speeds at 500 km/sec and higher, plus CME blast, according to spaceweather.com. These feel like activations as prep for upcoming 5/5 gatewaySOULar wind speeds. They are lighting fires of change and especially crown/third eye activations.

May is already starting to rev up….launched yesterday with May Day/Beltane! The words that come to describe May already are “NEXT LEVEL”. What is your next level? What does it look and feel like? What is next level in your life and what is NOT?

I’ve been guided (well, pressed if you want to use that word) by the Divine and my meta/galactic aspects to go Next Level myself with more service offerings/activations/transmissions in May and ongoingly. Much has been rumbling in both 3D and 4D consciousness this past week especially, supporting a process of ‘unplugging’ from another layer of attachment. In this week’s Museletter, SoulFullHeart Teacher/Facilitator, Jelelle Awen, digests these movements in writing and through a live stream as well. She offers in the writing,

He explores the question of ‘what is the ascending masculine?’ and some topics that he will be exploring throughout this vlog series. Energy Update: Schumann Spike Supporting Ongoing 3D/4D Matrix Unplugging

Energy update: We are a couple hours into a Schumann/Gaia frequency spike wave….heading up above 50 HZ, as it did yesterday as well for about an hour. I experienced my usual head/neck tension this morning and more difficulty going into deeper sleep states last couple of days, which sent me to check the Schumann graphs to see what was going on.

I feel this head/neck/shoulder tension still as an activation in the causal chakra (back of the head) that is connected to galacticΒ consciousness activation, galactic DNA waking up, star family lineage reconnections. Gaia’s raising vibration supports this realization and waking up to our Star BEing entwinement and how deep it goes into our ‘history’ here on Gaia.

This galactic activation connects to the significant next level unplugging that is going on from the 3D and lower 4D matrix structures of control that have long been in place, as I’ve been sharing about this week. We’ve been connected/attached to these structures by our own soul’s CHOICES to really drop into the 3D experiment here.

Your 3D self may be MORE than ready to completely unplug from these, as is true for many souls that have been awakening for awhile. This ‘next level’ unplugging is really also identifying what areas of your life are still anchoring to more 3D frequencies of fear (undigested trauma from this life and other lifetimes), anxiety (lack of trust in Divine will), depression (block in expressing your soul purpose creativity/service), etc. I offered this guided meditation to unplug your 3D self to the next level here:

This catalytic time offers a ripeness for personally exploring where parts of you are anchored still to 3D conditioning/patterning in this life in the seven areas of life (emotional, spiritual, mental, physical, financial, social, and environmental) and ALSO other lifetimes/timelines too. This exploration and discovery (as we offer in sessions) leads then to choice points and actions that align more with your higher consciousness experience of beyond lower 4D control and into more trust and love.

Take care of YOU during these catalytic times and specifically with these Gaia fluctuations. These are new frequencies to ground into that are increasingly reflecting your soul bigness BACK to you with deeper opportunities for embodiment of your higher self aspects!

There’s still more to digest about the energies of last month and what they brought to and offered our hearts and souls. Heading into April, there are even more invitations coming in from these new waves of energies that are asking us to more deeply inhabit our service-of-love Self. SoulFullHeart Facilitator, Gabriel Solais, offers a picture of this process in our featured article for this week:

On Monday April 29th from 6pm – 8pm PDT, SoulFullHeart Facilitators Gabriel and Kalayna Solais will be leading a guided meditation and sharing circle in-person in Victoria, BC. We will lead you in a powerful, high-vibrational guided meditation to connect to, activate, and clear your Ascension Chakras as well as meet your Inner Protector. Your Ascension Chakras are instrumental in helping you download and integrate your connection with your Metasoul/other lifetimes, Galactic/Star Family, and the incoming Ascension codes and energies. One is an introduction to Kalayna Solais’ new video series called ‘Discover’. This series is intended to be an exploration of different topics related to Ascension, awakening, healing, and above all, bridging ALL of these with your humanity and your Sacred Human Heart!

The second is a recording of the live stream that took place on April 3, 2019, hosted by Teachers/Facilitators, Jelelle Awen and Gabriel Solais. They offered an energy update, specifically focusing on the integration of the death/rebirth cycle that the energies of this past month brought in. Part way through the video, they lead a guided meditation to connect with the ‘death doula’ energy inside of you that allows for the death process for parts of you that need it… and the midwife that can birth the higher-dimensional timeline/reality into the NEW.

They offer energy updates and important digestions of what has been stirred up by the recent energies, including processes around feeling and healing frequencies of resentment and finding ways to come home to yourself in a deeper way.

Energy Update: SOULar Winds/Gaia Spikes/4:4 Support 4D Galactic Awakenings

Energy UPdate: Wind speeds from the sun are up to 500 km/sec in the moment. We are going to be in this wind stream caused by SOULar energies streaming in from a hole in the sun’s surface for the next 48 to 72 hours, according toΒ spaceweather.com.Β THAT is awhile to be in high SOULar winds, so you may be feeling it in your headspace and in your body too. I often feel it as an ampy energy (more difficult to go into deeper sleep states) yet, at the same time, lower energy too andΒ just feeling ‘out of it.’ Anxiety, tensions, and even terror (from undigested traumas) can also flare in response to these high winds.

Gaia was also doing some spiking in her frequency the last 24 hours, up to 92 HZ at one point. The combination of high SOULar winds and Gaia spike can feel like your grounding cord is ‘rumbling’ while your head space is vibrating. Interesting, yet also can be disorientating!

The 4/4 gateway feels like it is extending into today….with a specific energy of amplification of galactic consciousness awakening. My sessions yesterday were both connected to disclosure of the 3D/lower 4D realities of Archons/Cabal/Illuminati and a growing consciousness of awakening humans and star BEings (represented by Q-Anon) that are helping to shift this fear-based ‘prison’ reality to one of liberated self sovereignty. I will be writing more about this soon as I get more downloads and clarities from my Star Family.

Timelines are bleeding through SO strong too as connected to this shift from lower 4D fear-based dominance into sovereignty (Orion, Vega, Zeta/Grays….and also Egypt, Essenes, Templar and many others). These are rumbly timelines that are not ‘ancient’ or in the distant past at all. These timelines can HUGELY influence the emotional triggers and reactions that you experience in your life. I am more and more making these connections as these timelines ‘heat up’ for collective healing. And you probably have soul fragments (Metasoul aspects) that are connected to the liberation efforts and movements in these timelines. This is very likely if you are reading these words right now.

You may have the feeling that you are doing much ‘work’ in dream space around this. You can connect directly with these soul aspects in these timelines to offer them support and gift exchange as you unify and liberate your soul. I, and other SoulFullHeart Facilitators Gabriel and Kalayna Solais, provide the support in session space for you to lift your veils and work with your Gatekeeper to gain access to these timelines in a way that gets clearer and clearer.

All these cosmic and Gaian energies are supporting specifically and in this phase the awakening of your galactic consciousness, DNA, and Star Family support systems. Realigning with these energies inside yourself is empowering and, ultimately, very liberating!
