Choosing To Love Parts Of You

Bursts of energy and ease

bring in the day to a closer place within

while expressing it all

in ways sometimes unseen.

 

Pain of your being

aches and roars and tearing down walls

exploding through dimensions

of what you want to have no longer

and asking for what you’d rather be in…

all this I am in with you

as a merging aspect

of a soul that knows more than this

but brings it out to the same place

to dance and spiral and spin

until the rope lets go

and the other way of being with it all

comes to be lived in.

 

Days too of not knowing

WHY

why is it so comfortably uncomfortable

to feel your pain as mine?

Why take it as it is

instead of what it could be?

 

The process of finding each step

is led and held and loved

by those times when you know it all

and even more in those times

when you feel all and know nothing…

 

The clouds will pass

without the crippling grasp of misery

lasting longer than the storm.

And the flowers of new BEing

in new Love dimensions

afore misunderstood

and never undertaken

spring upward now

in this new timeless step

of ever-growing light-love colours.

To Truly Love When We Love Each Other

If we loved each other more… we would let go without fear or tugging.

If we loved each other more… we would empower instead of enable.

If we loved each other more… our words to one another would never be empty.

If we loved each other more… the eyes of love would forever be the ones we wear and we would see each other for who we are.

If we loved each other more… we would recognize the difference between caretaking and caregiving.

If we loved OURSELVES more… we would, ad infinitum, love each other more…

… and in this love, we would find
even more of ourselves
than we ever thought we would ever see,
feel, and heal
before we realized
that loving more
means
we will never know love in the less.

Poem: Letting Love

Magical heart shape spiral in space fractal with particles

Interwoven heart clothes fall along shuffling feet.

Healing hands pull energetic nuances of lovely subtle flowers

and an escapee life of lush lovelorn lace and spinner lights.

It’s one place of many more magical moments to come into view of the dearest wanting pieces.

Foreign chords of many ordinary oddities bring it all back in to that rainbow of open road.

Even those sounds of the missing call the song of melodies remembered always.

An unknown toil of yet-to-be-known articles resembling the past and an ever-present presence

bringing all ebbs flowing forward in this dance of what could never be felt

until the time ticked along of the newly emerging emergency of now and instant bringings.

Take it all to the inside and outside of the corners where all stars are collected

and feel where the new-old love songs now call out to the unborn listener

of sometimes comfortable cravings still borne out to dry in the heavy lungs of the dawning days.

Love Love LOVE! is that sacred siren song of the aching breathers and reachers from the mud of what was once the only truth yet never satisfied as food should.

LOVE love LOVE! is the dance of the flying edges asking for more than they have ever known and the returning feeling that they have always wanted deep inside of the love they too are made of.

To find the way back is through each other.

To find the way in is through the self.

To find the way upward is through the press of life’s birth canals and all contractions brought by Love

inside the established ALL that forever knows the places and paces of its ongoing ringing out.

And for now and always a path is laid

for the eager and earnest to find, inhabit and become.

Every young part of my heart

ached for the love of a man like you.

A man in quasi-father-figure-ness

also unafraid of his sexuality

and his shadow

who could “see” me/us

with no lecherous intent

however buried.

 

Your love

is like water…

for my rose garden

of young femininity

that is somehow

ancient too.

 

Your capacity

to hold and BE so much

PURE love

comes from so much

work

inner healing

courageous choices

and the deepest feeling spaces

that only a true King

can feel and inhabit

and live in…

 

You pick up where fathers

and mates

have left off

and help me

pick up the pieces

and parts

that have needed love like yours.

 

When my heart says ‘thank you’

to you today,

it knows

I couldn’t be healing all of this

without YOU,

with the YOU that you have cultivated

the YOU that loves so deep

and cares so much.

 

Thank you for being

the jarring voice

of deep masculine love.

 

Thank you for being

the father-surrogate

my youth has needed

in all loves frequencies you carry.

 

Thank you for showing

and demonstrating

how a healing

loving woman

should ask

and wait

and hold out for

the most exquisite overflow

of love

from a mate.

 

And thank you…

most of all…

for being unabashedly YOU,

whatever that means in moments

and however that changes with process

and shifting desire-choices…

Shelter For The Inner Storms

Shelter

 

Cloudy morning feelings

of going IN.

My heart beats through

impending storms

of ‘time’ mixed with LOVE…

 

The land goes through collapsing

timelines

every time the rain pours

and rolling thunder

precedes renewing lightning strikes

of electric and alive possibilities.

 

Ascending hearts meet rolled-over beaches,

ocean waves flushing foreign objects

up to the shore.

Remnants of old phases

needing attention.

 

Weather movements

bring land and sea purges.

Another chance for renewal

that Gaia takes hold of

every single time.

 

And so

the invitation to another this

inside of us

brings us forward

into new places,

lets in more LOVE waves

lightning storms

and churning, renewing

inner selves.

 

Your lighthouse self

grows with every beat

of high ocean tide waves

stirring around

the debris of kicked-up

journey markers

and intensely trodden paths.

 

The light within

is for you to have

be

as the direction of Home

guides you

inside all places

of high pressure patterns

and inner weather maps.

 

For the LOVE of it all

you continue to shine

while collecting windward

clues

and healing cues

for that beacon

you are meant to BEcome…

Let’s Fall

It’s that threshold

before the further step.

 

A feeling that there is something

MORE

if only

we tip over.

 

Let’s tumble down this hill

for a jumpstart

while the edge is right here.

 

I want those scraped knees

and grass-stained jeans.

Those ripped up shirts

that tangled hair.

The one way

to tear down curtains

over those layers

that need revealing.

 

I want the melting heart

knee-buckling feeling

of an opening coming out

from deeper within.

From outstretched arms

held tightly

around an us

that can hold it all

somehow…

find ways to be in it

trusting

that the ways it leads us

often unknown

will show the silver-lined paths

of newly trodden soul circles

leading back to the heart.

 

I want the air of it all

the sea breeze

and the moving shorelines.

I want the ease of connection

worked for

contended for

and loved for.

The commitment from inside

that brings it all out

through these filters

no longer hidden

but now faced

and fitted

and trod out.

I want those memories

pinging between us

of lifetimes

still lived

and seeping through.

 

Yes,

I want a lot.

I want it all.

And when it’s here

that downhill tumbling

heart fumbling

reality of its power

will move all the while

within me

As I walk hand in hand

with you

and we find our way through

together…

 

Let’s fall

and rise back up again

over and over

as we have never done before

and bring it all out

to be felt

held

cherished

in the eyes and hearts of each other

and the Divine

sacred love

that holds every moment

and movement

with ever-expanding hands

and ever-healing souls.

I feel as if I couldn’t thank you enough for all that your heart and soul have been and signed up for and walked through with me, with us, and on your own too. There’s no word beyond “thank you” in our spoken language, yet LOVE seems to be the one that surpasses it all…

You are still loved….

Even on those days when a feeling of un-importance
overcomes the brightest light
in your heart
and the world seems to keep on turning
despite inner protests to the same…

You are still love.

Even when times of harsh climates within relationships
move across your skies
and a feeling of not being worthy
collapses your ceiling…

You can still love.

Even if that mirror ahead tells a tale
of shadow and darkness
and the you you thought you knew
turns into a serpent of rarest truths unknown…

To move back into the self of this love
that knows this love
that feels how this IS love
is that place where the darkened skies move
into a space of contained wholeness
and held goodness.

The love of this love
is the truest guiding light
and the deepest sinew of a song
calling all back home
to the love
that they always, always ARE.

Rushing Heart, Patient Soul, Aching Body

Hurry, soulmate, hurry here…

Though the rush is only in my heart

and my soul that knows no waiting, says,

 

“Meet me in this place as soon as life readies you,

and the ripening of old personas prepares them to fall away,

baring only the branches of your truest self

standing naked as an apple tree in winter…”

 

I remember you as I remember me.

I feel the lifetimes of scarcely feeling one another

yet knowing each other just the same,

though fears and avoidance called us apart

in geography and deeper claim

of everything we wanted to have…

 

I’m not missing you this time around, love.

My dance continues as you gaze in the windows

with your higher self at the helm of your dreamworld.

…it’s not a dream though.

Everything you see, feel, touch, taste, smell

is me

is us

is what we’re here to have and create together…

 

I will NOT miss you this round, love!

You will know my lavender call and rose-light glow

of timeless age and accustomed wisdoms

bringing in love-dance energies,

calling out your realest name…

 

Our bodies will know the exploration

of the deepest caverns among flourishing wild flowers.

My femininity longs for the touch

of a masculinity found through the yin of him…

the feeling-space container of a long unbidden love force

now unleashed and unbound.

 

I won’t remain un-found by your searchlight

streaming outward

reaching into the places inside my honeycomb tresses

and vines of sacred unity.

 

We will speak of it all, love!

Of those things we’ve tried and tested

and consciousnesses that have bested us

so far.

It’s a strapping down into a straight-up bolt

of lightning fire creator gifts

launching our ways into the worlds of now

and the expeditions of all kinds

inside these places we have still to rediscover.

 

I’ll lie awake and think of this, love!

Only this.

Even as I serve and move forward and bring it all back inward.

In these dark nights on my own

and yet not alone.

With the firm grasp of imaginings dawning and breaking

upon the body, heart and soul

that waits and creates for you…

to bumble out a careening new way

WITH you

inside US

and into this endless upward thrust

of upending, ascending existence! ❤

This Beltane Call, For The Love of US

Beloved that you are,
When the smoke clears
on life’s regulating ways
and gives way to the undulating meadows
of new love’s first spring,
there I’ll be
standing in the light
of the sun shining above me,
firm in the ground I walk on
yet lightly walking toward your ready stance,
singing a song
we will both remember.

In Beltane’s past, my love
we dined and danced
and brought together our intertwining
everythings
to mingle in the love light
of the divine masculine and feminine dawnings.

In Beltane’s new arrivals, love
we’ll linger long
in embraces for only us to feel
in the eye of the mind’s connection
until the refreshing breath
of a crisp and ripe chapter
brings us closer
in all elements of this life’s wanderings.

In myself I stay here for you, love
finding more treasure long buried
to show you
in vulnerable ownership
echoing the also deep claim
you have inside of you for you.

The winds of change
and graspings of renewing tides
grip at our thrown-about clothing
to move us closer
to the edges
that keep US alive…

Together we will meet, my beloved
and there we will find
what we have been searching for…
a counterpart
not to bind, but to bond
not to cling, but to sing
not stifle with duty
but to bring out with bounding life’s alterations and celebrations…
of each new movement
here…

Bring your mountains out to greet the new day, love
and see the power of our sunshines mingling
on the new, insatiable appetite
of a love reunited
in a way that was agreed to
long ago and yet NOW too.

Even NOW I make a vow to you,
to be all the more loyal to myself
and dedicate overflow to you
to what we will create together
in our messy masses of alchemical baths
and swooning passes.

Love, when we do meet again
here
I will dress the moon in your honor
and harness the sun’s rays for your Kingdom to come
and our world that is being reborn…

On this Beltane celebration day,
As I ache for you
I prepare that place in my heart
that is you-shaped
where you already live…
and that place in my body’s life
where your essence will connect
so much
oh, so much…
with mine.
