BEing High Vibrational While Bridging To Your Emotional Body

You can be high vibrational and STILL hold space for your emotional body and its healing, purging, and integration. And, I would offer, that this is the KEY to the deeper experience and embodiment of the Ascension of your Higher Self here into your physical body.

Without this bridging to the emotional body created through FEELING what is REAL within it, your higher dimensional frequencies can be floaty, transcendent, covering over, bypassing your heart and its tones of lived-in, authentic human compassion, empathy (and BEyond), and love for self and others.

You may have access to some of these frequencies of compassion, forgiveness, and empathy on universal levels. Yet the ‘evidence’ of the emotional body disownment and lack of digestion of emotional traumas shows up in toxic/non-resonant relationship cycles, feelings of despair or missing or just that ‘something isn’t right’, addiction behaviors (in many different expressions), physical body symptoms and illnesses, and struggles with expressing your soul gifts and connecting them to your livelihood (and many others.)

It can be offered in Ascension circles that you ‘must remain at a high vibrational frequency’ and ‘avoid all negative emotions and energies’ at all times. This thinking can create a strong self punishment energy inside (which is usually going on anyway, energized by the Inner Punisher) who then becomes tasked with policing all thoughts and actions to make sure they are high vibrational and not ‘negative’.

Soul frequencies can then be pulled in then to lift up and out of the emotional places (that are actually needing your attention and love) in order to float out of the negative WHILE the whole process is being held by parts of you that are vibrating at fear-based and self critical frequencies. And, often, all this is going on while aspects of your ACTUAL reality are consciously not nourishing or fulfilling to you on many levels. And, no matter how ‘high vibe’ you get, the suffering continues on.

During SoulFullHeart sessions, we cultivate and bring in higher frequencies of love and light, yes, especially through intimate and personal connection with Divine guides and Metasoul aspects. Yet, it is through and with the emotional body that this happens. The higher Divine frequencies hold the space for the emotional movements that happen as you connect with parts of you that have become stuck and ‘freeze framed’ in traumatic scenes in your life. We feel these parts with lots of love, connection, and high vibrational frequencies.

Yet, too, we FEEL the pain and resistance and suffering, so it then can move, transform, and eventually integrate into the Awakening 4D/5D Self. And we offer this on a soul level too through connection with Metasoul aspects from other lifetimes in the same process of going in with high vibration love and healing on a quantum level karmic binds, ties, and patterns. This is sometimes difficult to explain in words, to express to you in a mental way, yet if you are meant to explore this process and path, you probably feel it in your heart what I am offering here. You feel a sense of soul resonance, a ‘yes’! and a sense that ‘this is what has been missing for me’. You also may have tears when you read our SoulFullHeart writings or listen or watch our videos, which is a response from your heart and emotional body and parts of you saying, “We need this! We need this love from you!”

This bridge to the emotional body, this ultimate healing of it, is what it has been offered to me that we came here to DO and BE by choosing this dense 3D experience. To infuse our access to higher vibrational frequencies of soul and spirit WITH our very human heart experiences. To bridge the two and out of this arises the beautiful creation of the sacred human that is connected and healing in HEART while shiny and lit up as a SOUL

Following Love’s Call

To follow love’s call is to go into unknown places that need the sound, need the frequency, need the HEALING that only love can offer. This ground is unknown for a phase….this LOVED in ground…..as it becomes more familiar, it becomes your NEW life and rumbles through the ‘old’ and what you had become settled into, what you had previously shrunk to or managed or controlled. There can be ash in the air feelings during this transition into love and into the soul and into the heart life. You are holding funerals for versions of your old self as it drops away and the old life burns down.

Yet, if you are following love and holding it ALL with love, you can trust that all that is fading, burning, collapsing, pushing up is meant to BE. Only that which is based on the NEW, that which is based in love, can arise out of all this. Only that which is REAL.

THROUGH the pain of letting go is then the authentic arisement of JOY, desire, bliss, magic, intimacy, and pleasure. These form the emotional foundations of your NEW that replaces the old. These are the transaction grounds that you desire and experience in ALL of the relationships in your life. These are more and more your everyday reality of reality in a NEW world made by love for love and with love.

Calling The Knights Of Vulnerability and Passion

I feel an ache in Man.  A desire to be vulnerable with everything that is moving in him. So much bottled up wanting to have expression.  Or the ache in Man that wants to land his heart and soul passion somewhere that is reflected back, resonated, or even challenged to go deeper and higher.  In all the day to day machinations lies a wanting. Something unfulfilled that is looking for reSOULution.  Exaltation.  But all the outer exploration can be consumed by a void.  A true feeling space that is felt in relationship with Himself and his inner landscape of emotion.  Who sees You?  Who feels what You are trying to express?  Where does the true power of Man get to reside when it is not in contention for righteousness,obligation, suffering, or the need for acceptance?

Man is an unfolding mystery that begins with the first steps of feeling what it is he truly wants and all the ways that he blocks himself from creating it.  Man is a creator, a steward, a teacher, and a lover.  He is no longer accepting Status Quo as payment for his existence.  He wants to break free from the binds that keep him safe and secure but needs to access the fuel of feeling to propel him there. Those that shun the comfort and the usual are seeking those that are ready and willing for the same.  These are the new Knights of Vulnerability and Passion.  A new era of masculinity that is so ready and wanting to be birthed into a new timeline.  

Raphael and I are forging a container for the exploration of this arising and shifting masculine heart and soul.  It begins now and continues on in a desire to hold court for whomever feels drawn into diving deeper into this territory of Feeling First to access the true essence of the Man that resides withIN.  The passion that is aching to come to the surface and claim its stake among the fertile soil of the emerging ground of Love’s new communion, and the Queen that is there longing for her King to return.

My Journey Healing The Healer Inside; Sharing The Vision

Are you called to serve others? Are you already a space holder, lightworker, healer, teacher? Are you aware of this calling and are still in process of stepping into it?

Raphael shares some vulnerable and transparent words here about what it is like to hold space as a facilitator for our process and way of life called SoulFullHeart. Feeling into this for myself, I can feel to some degree the legacy of healing it has been for me to ‘heal the healer’ inside of myself. I have been serving others in a healing capacity in one form or another for over twenty years, as this was what my soul came here to do. Whether I was a medical assistant working with cancer patients, a small business reporter and editor, a life and business coach, and, eventually, an emoto-spiritual facilitator and teacher….the core desire was to serve other in a way that also served my own growth and learning and healing.

This call to serve others has always pulsed inside of me, like a beacon activated and just waiting to beam out. Through the various forms that this has taken, I have discovered what is ME in this service and most expresses my soul and what is not. I have learned which channels and containers work for me in this expression and which did for a time and then no longer did. I leaned heavily in and became an intense student and teacher of ‘other men’s paradigms’ for several years. I LEARNED so much from this in how to serve, ways to train and mentor others to serve others, what is needed and what is probably not when it comes to serving love WITH and not OVER. This was an intense crucible and, along with about five years of receiving facilitation from others, provided a powerful mirror for me to see and heal and feel my shadow, my 3D self, my Inner protectors, my inner child, and all the other aspects of heart and soul that have come up over the years.

What I really learned and discovered was that I was called to co-create and lead my OWN offering, an assimilation of all this learning I had taken in from those I allowed to be my teachers and leaders for a phase of time. I am, at my core, a visionary, so my vision extends much beyond the present NOW and can feel multiple timeline possibilities at once. All of this experience and vision comes forward now, in this phase for me where I am drawing more and more women to serve sessions through SoulFullHeart. I feel more and more a state of ease and just BEing during service….where I am not doing anything other than opening my heart, soul, and mind to respond to the frequency that is most needed. My vision is clear to ‘replace myself’ as a SoulFullHeart Facilitator for women (there are only so many women I can serve this way) so that I can focus all my energies on teaching, leading, training, writing, and creating. So, with every session, there is a double vision around serving someone (not as a patient or client, not to fix) where they are now and in need, PLUS holding the sense of their higher self and soul purpose possibility expression as a facilitator through SoulFullHeart.

I feel that more and more healers and healing practitioners and light workers and those that just want to BE these things will be looking for soul family communities to join to express these gifts through. To lean into (without giving up their sovereignty) into something that has been created for them while contributing to it as well. THIS is my vision for SoulFullHeart and always has been, a network of SoulFullHeart communities all over the world with SoulFullHeart teachers and facilitators running them. And holding this vision also allows for being in the present now too, feeling what is real in the moment.

What an honor it IS to serve in this way, where love and vulnerability leads, and co-empowerment holds the space. Healthy space holding in SoulFullHeart is def. a co-empowerment energy; a sense that the container space of facilitator and facilitant is a temporary one, and that the SOULS are in exchange with each other on both leading edge and trailing edge ways. Healing Inner Patriarchy, Guided Meditation To Connect With Your Inner Protector/Mother Mary/Magdalena (Video)

This is the recording of the women’s group call yesterday with Kalayna Colibri and I. I recommend this for women AND men, as I discuss quite a bit about the patriarchy (wounded masculine expression) and how this energy LIVES inside of us as parts of us, which we come to love and embrace. This dominating energy (which we have ALL chosen on a soul level to live out its dominance as a collective) lives in our soul legacies too and the themes that we are exploring in other lifetimes. It also impacts (and can block) our experience and access of connection with Divine Mother and Divine Feminine guides in the deeply personal and visceral way that is possible. I talk about how the SoulFullHeart process and access to and healing with the emotional body allows for the healing, integration, and transmutation of these patriarchal energies in the emotional body and in the soul field to allow more inner feminine to arise and to BE.

I also offer a soothing yet powerful guided meditation to connect with the frequencies of Mother Mary (as healthy Mother) and Magdalena (as healthy Queen) to infuse you with Divine Feminine energies to replace the ones that you have let go off from 3D birth family relationships. You also connect with your Inner Protector during this meditation, the part of you that guards and protects the ‘castle’ of your essence, your inner femininity, your inner child, etc.

The personal sharings are edited out of the call recording, yet, really, THIS is the HEART of this experience of BEing on one of these calls. It is the sense that you are NOT alone in your journey to grow, to heal, to arise, to remember, to CHOOSE your soul and higher self. Each sharing brings in a different frequency, a vulnerable presentation of what is real, inviting ALL out to share too from this space. After writing about the high frequency LOVE waves that are coming in just more and more every day into our atmosphere (Gaia’s and our INner ones too), I also share more on this video about these frequencies. Coming from an emotional body perspective WITH the energetic one, I offer a sense of how you are being invited to move beyond compartments in your life through negotiation with the 3D self aspects (esp. the Inner Protector) which still guard and even block your soul frequencies from flooding into ALL areas of your life.

This seems to be the invitation to us ALL through this ascension process and the gift of these high frequency energies…to embody our soul essence/higher self WITH a healthy and mature emotional body. This means LIVING everyday the 5D Heavenly life that our soul most wants and desires (which can be quite different from what our 3D self wants and has gotten used to as comfortable and safe)…..This is about serving love as our highest purpose here and aligning our life, through practical changes that flow out of the inner work, to this Divine expression.

High Frequency Waves Invite Soul And Heart Claims On All Levels

HIGH frequencies lately….the kind of frequencies that can hold wonderful space for the emotional body processes that want to come up and be FELT as you continue to awaken your soul and bring your higher self into your human body. The word ‘gamma rays’ doesn’t mean much to me mentally, yet in the body it feels like a wonderful HUM, like a natural caffeine buzz that brings clarity, renewed focus, and increased energy juice for ANY activities that are connected to your service of love here as the expression of your soul purpose. It may be more difficult to sleep during these high influxes, yet being accepting of this and ‘riding it out’ seems to help a lot. Use the non-sleeping time to clarify and create the NEW golden earth life you want to experience more and more.

These higher frequency photonic energies are illuminating and making more vibrant the higher heart or cosmic heart bandwidth as it beams out in crystalline rainbow rays from the center of your chest. This open heartedness, so warm in the heart feeling extends to those who you are intimately connected with in relationship, those you are serving love with, AND the collective consciousness too. The cosmic heart opens as the 3D heart frequencies in the emotional body are healed and transmuted. These lower frequencies are there because of traumas and woundings that you experienced this life that didn’t get digested at the emotional body level WHILE they were happening. These traumas create stuck places or what we call ‘parts’ that are freeze framed there emotionally. During SoulFullHeart sessions with people, these stuck places are often projected to me and I can ‘see’ them and feel them even before someone shares them with me. It is usually the Inner Protector that ‘shares’ them with me in this way in order for them to be finally felt and healed and moved beyond. Through negotiation and connection with your Inner Protector, they begin to share WITH you too and you can go into these scenes with your heart open to feel what is real and so the energy that has stuck can be moved on, transmuted, and integrated. These higher frequency energies are also drawing soul tribe and soul family members together at a fast rate with immediate sense of resonance and connection. Like a honing beacon that ‘goes off’, soul family are discovering each other through following guidance, intuition, and paying attention to synchronistic events. The longing for soul community is being amplified in the collective, seeming to bring an end to the ‘lone wolf phase’ that so many people needed and chose during their awakening process. The ‘work’ of deconditioning from 3D experience of birth family wounding, from programming around duty and obligation, from karmic binds and ties continues to happen as you discover that formerly nourishing grounds in relationships that are based in these lower vibrations are losing their draw for you.

The compartmentalization that has been necessary to some degree while your soul woke up is being flooded by love waters in order to collapse the inner compartments that remain. Bubbles are being burst that your 3D self and Inner Protector have created around you so that your soul frequencies didn’t ‘disrupt your life’ too much. The ‘status quo’ parts of you have been able to maintain connected to 3D reality (such as careers, geographies, relationships) are being strained, pulled on, and pushed on. You may find that you are more frustrated, more consciously unhappy, and more impatient as this process is happening. These feelings are coming from the parts of you that are getting ready to let go of 3D conditioning and lower frequencies for good as you move more deeply into your higher dimensional expression here. Serving love is pressing on you as you feel the cosmic invitation for ALL of us to claim our sacred calling and soul purpose reason for BEing here. This invitation can bring up anxiety, fear, resistance, and tension in parts of you that, again, are trying to protect you from being hurt or ‘getting too big’. These parts of you remember and have access to your soul legacy and the strains and pains you experience in other lifetimes around expression of your soul purpose. Persecution woundings, fall of Atlantis and Lemuria experiences, dark night of the soul frequencies….these are some of the energies coming up to be felt by you as you navigate the claim of your soul purpose.

Plus, the emotional body can ‘kick up’ layers of unworthiness, Inner punisher messages of inadequacy and corresponding shame as you step into your soul purpose work. If you can connect your service of love with your soul family, it can help ease some of these things and certainly (as I am always advocating) to FEEL what is REAL in your emotional body and soul as it lives in these parts of you helps hugely too. This is the process that we hold space for and guide you on during SoulFullHeart sessions with a facilitator. There is ALSO an opportunity for you to serve love through BEcoming a SoulFullHeart facilitator and teacher as you engage in the process through sessions and as it naturally becomes your way of life.

Hold space for yourself during these energies, trust your intuition and higher guidance (however you experience that), allow your feelings to have space in your BEing, and reach out to whomever feels like your soul family community, risk to be vulnerable, risk to make changes into the unknown. All of this will serve you as you navigate the love and light waves crashing into our shores during this VERY exciting transitional era in our sacred human embodiment experiment here with Gaia!

From Filters to Wings: How Our Pictures Hold Love Back

So much goodness.  So many possibilities of love finding its way into and through our hearts.  An endless mosaic of dreamscapes that we can inhabit and experience.  As the depths of this ‘reality` begin to show itself more and more, I can feel the parts of me that can resist that somehow with old conditioned responses that served to block all of this out of our fear and lack of worth.  

This is an epic time in my personal life as well as SoulFullHeart.  A new possibility of sacred romance has lapped upon my shores and that has stirred up all sorts of reactions that serve only to squelch desire.  One thing that has come so clear is how a part of us can use a picture of how things will feel or look like when we desire something.  I can feel an openness to All Things but when there is a shadow piece that still lies inside of my heart, Love WILL expose it to lovingly test that openness.  

This is what the process of ascension feels like to me. Yes, the vibration of Gaia is raising, our collective consciousness is doing the same, but not without exposing that which still needs to be felt and addressed that hold us in a state of rigidness or fear.  To be open to letting IN and BEing Love, we have to let some pictures go of what that means to a part of us. Love has no plan or objective other than to love.  How that expresses is up to our willingness to surrender these pictures at the door.  We may not even be aware of these pictures until it just hits us.  

This is also happening in regards to my healing and growth.  I could tell you that 5 years ago I had no idea that I would be co-leading a men’s healing offering.  It just became a clarion call that I have responded to one step at a time.  I am learning to let go of what it will look like or BE like and who will respond.  All I can do is feel the desire, passion, and call and respond to that.  Listen to my inner guidance system and see what unfolds.  It WILL take me to challenging places and need to be with the parts of me that may have some resistance or doubts.  

The Call to BE, Enjoy, and Serve Love is a truly blessed offering.  It comes with its ‘requirements’ of feeling and making conscious all the ways in which we filter and block that invitation. Unless we are able to see outside of ourselves, we can be fused to this filter and need others to reflect back to us this energy of resistance.  This can even block or filter messages from our guides.  This is where being in conscious healing community offers so much to our growth and support with our ascension.  It doesn’t have to be done in isolation but in compassionate sacred space with someone who has been working their own process for years.  
I am grateful to be a part of this beautifully unknown experiment of Love.  I am being given another opportunity to feel and heal what keeps Love from sending me to the heights of Joy and Service.  I get to be felt, feel, and give love.  The filters and blocks are all sacred and honored as portals into my next timeline of letting in MORE love.  How could I not want THAT?!  Well, that is why I need to feel these parts and turn them into wings and open arms.

Dearest Woman,

You are arising….from the seeds of your sacred humanity, in feminine form, does your little bud grow into full blossom. Watered by self love, self worth, self connection…your flowers of soul and heart open wide, open UP, releasing the mysterious scents and displaying the vibrant colors of your woman-ness. This organic growth process happening often without your witnessing or tracking, spring-loaded.

You are arising….from the deep sleep of not being seen or heard or recognized in your authentic feminine powerful leadership, now BEing woken up to your soul purpose here. Transitioning from your slumbering sleeping beauty state to your co-leading reign with your BEloved mate OR alone as solo Queen for a phase. Your slumber has been necessary, yet so painful at times, I know, and I have been compassionate witness to it ALL.

You are arising….from the letting go of mirrors within in relationships that no longer reflect your awakening self. BEing real about how you FEEL in these unions, especially those formed from previous genetic bonds, soul agreements that may be complete, and karmic binds that you no longer need. Moving on with love and grace from these bonds while keeping your heart open, yet your soul, heart, body, and mind desires for transaction clear.

You are arising….from the tears of your inner child BEing felt finally and the little daughter within you receiving a mothering from you and from the Divine Feminine Mother. Your awakening WOMAN maturing through connection with the undigested trauma of those past thens….moments that still exist in the now of your emotional body that are assimilating into you. You are ripening into your emotional maturity AS you integrate the ageless wisdoms and gifts of your soul.

You are arising….from the remembering of your galactic origins and tastes of your Star BEing roots. You are speaking the languages of these heritages, every syllable creating a wave form connection beaming out from your chrystalline throat and your cosmic heart. There is something ancient here and beyond time too, in the NOW you are merging with your Star BEing aspects to infuse higher dimensional frequencies into your human one to arise into a sacred human in feminine form.

You are arising….from the essence of your purpose to serve love as you align your life to this calling. You are transitioning from DOing things as your means of drawing livelihood to BEing service of love in ALL moments. Receiving and responding to the gifts from the Universe and Divine Source that come as you serve love and let go of ‘hows’. The mind cannot be certified to serve love nor the remembrance of your soul gifts come from traditional learning or the previous self-image-based ways, yet you gain access to it as you BEcome and open up to it with your genuine and humble desire to serve love.

You are arising….I SO support this process and I am HERE to be with you in it ALL…the blooming, the growing, the speaking, the receiving, the responding, the giving, the serving, the BEING. I am HERE with so much love for you to offer a template of NEW sacred woman for you to lean into as my Divine frequencies blend with your human ones. You draw the form of me that you most need and can resonate with.

Dearest woman…you are arising!! Claiming the love that you ARE  and so BEcoming it too during this time of Re-Union and Re-membering. So much love to you from me to me and WITH you!

Exploring Men’s Inner Protector

There is a lot of beautiful writing happening around the feminine protector among women.  A sometimes fierce energy that has found its duty in protecting the supple beauty and divine creative power of the inner feminine.  It has arisen out of the need to keep this jewel safe in the invulnerable and aggressive world of the unhealed masculine energy that the feminine has found itself residing in.  But this was until such time when it was no longer needed and the more authentic and powerful BEing could emerge from its sheltered perch to relieve this sentry from his post and become more of an advisor and loyal inner guide, as well as a mate template.  

This picture feels so alive and clear to me.  But what of our male protection?  What has kept us in the more invulnerable state of truly letting our hearts be felt and expressed in a way that takes us into our hidden and not so pretty places?  Our fear and small places?  I feel how our inner feminine has been protected as well, along with our inner child in order to “survive” in a very outbound 3D reality.  Get to the heart of any man and you will find a pain of loneliness, disempowerment, and uncertainty of what the hell masculinity even is!  There is a rage of not being shown the “way” by a father who hadn’t the faintest clue himself in many ways.

For most men, the protection arose as either `fight or flight´. A more aggressive warrior technician scientist that could fear or control his way into a false sense of power and safety. This protection is meant to satiate the fear that lies in the inner boy or to even quell it as ‘boys don’t cry’.  This is a check against any outside force that would use this vulnerability against him as a ‘weakness’.  The fear of truly feeling what lies in our hearts is a difficult one for many men to bear.  This happens at varying degrees for each one of us.

The flight response, which tended to be mine most of my life is the protection of hiding.  In this form, the protector could be male, and it could also be female as in a very protective mother.  For those of us that were ‘mama’s boys’ with doting mothers, this would feel familiar.  Here our fight response has been muted and even castrated to some point.  An inner punisher voice can intensify the hiding if the father energy had similar tones as well.  Here the inner sensitive boy/feminine is much more aware and the protector will do anything possible to keep the boy from being put in situations where it would be vulnerable to attack.

For men, this protector is also found in the soul domain as a soul guardian and can serve this role very aptly.  Using spiritual gifts as a way to transcend or hide from very real emotional human pain and trauma that lies dormant in the emotional body.  This relationship holds many keys to our arising sacred humanity and access to even deeper embodiment of our soul purpose and gifts.

You can feel your protector when you feel pressed to produce, express, or manage in a very controlled or outbound way.  Or when you feel tight, distrustful, or anxious.  If you feel like you want to avoid something or just can’t find the will to even get out of bed.  Or maybe you just want to leave this dimension all together and find yourself back ‘home’.  The way we relate to the females in our life can show our protector if we find ourselves care-taking or pushing them away.  There are so many ways he, or she, can show up.

The main question to ask yourself is if you are fully BEing and living a life full of Joy and Possibility in any given moment.   To the 3D mind and suffering heart, constant Joy is an unknown yet this IS what is real in our essence as Infinite Love.  If we aren’t feeling a connection to this love frequency frequently, then there is a protection in between it and us.  I am continuing to unfold this for myself everyday.     

The protector of our male hearts is as valuable and tender as its feminine counterpart.  With a relationship to it, we can find ourselves softer and less aggressive, as well as more bold, provocative, and assertive with an open heart.  I feel so much more in my own power and masculinity than I did just 4 short years ago with this negotiation and relationship to that which has kept me hidden instead of outed.  Suffering instead of in Joy.
