Feeling What Is Real On Father’s Day

It is father’s day. I didn’t really track this as I haven’t had a father figure in my life for many years by choice. Yet, I know that many ‘celebrate’ this day and their fathers and dads. I put celebrate in quotes because perhaps, on many levels, there may not be much to celebrate about your relationship with your father. It can be a sticky thing often, as it is with mothers too, to perhaps ‘show up for mom or dad’ out of obligation rather than based on what you most authentically want and desire.

Even if you want to celebrate your birth father today, the questions you could ask are to illuminate the relationship are, “What is my emotional truth about my relationship with my father?” “What do I (and parts of me) really FEEL about being with him?” “Is it a part of me which is ‘doing’ the role of son or daughter?” “Does my spirituality and my truths about reality get put aside when I spend time with my dad and how does this make me feel?”

Even if you consciously feel that your relationship with your father is a good and healthy one, I offer that unless you BOTH have done personal healing work plus awakening soul frequencies to connect around, healing the karmic frequencies of your soul legacy together…..it is a bond that is probably mostly based on lower frequencies, codependence, usually buried deep in the subconscious and emotional body. To be REAL about this relationship and how it has impacted you is the start of awakening beyond it.

For women who are desiring to embody their sacred femininity, deconditioning from the templating of their birth fathers can be important to the process. Deconditioning looks like feeling inside yourself how his templating around how he responded to you AS a woman, LIVES inside of you and influences parts of you. Also, feeling the ‘ideas’ that he modeled to you about what it means to be a man responding to a woman, your sexuality (either over or under energized) and especially his relationship with your mother and how he treats her. ALL of this goes into you energetically and parts of you are impacted by it. How you feel and relate with men is impacted by this relationship with father. Distant or overly involved….push/pull or energetically ‘mating’….these frequencies create textures inside, energies inside, that play out then in relationships.

For men, the way that they currently relate to men and within relationships with women too can be connected to their relationships with their birth father and how HE relates to both. This can play out in parts that are pushing away from the disconnected father or the overly involved father or the critical father energies, which then get internalized inside, or have BEcome an internal father with similar tones. Your originally ideas and sense of ‘what it means to be a man’ come from the source of your father.

On Father’s Day, I feel appreciation for the crucible of growth and reflection of my shadow side (and some leading edge sides although not much) that my fathers offered to me. I had one birth father who left my life when I was very young and two stepfathers after that with very mixed experiences and emotional abuse frequencies with one of them. It has been my healthiest and highest choice not to be in relationship with them for many years as we went on different paths around emotional body healing and soul awakening (which I chose deeply, following my soul purpose here.) I feel love for them all on the soul level and can connect there with their higher selves in moments even as we are not in relationship here.

I feel appreciation mostly though for myself and my commitment to HEAL what was wounded and harmed (all my choice on a soul level) by the dysfunction and toxicity represented in these relationships with fathers. I became a sort of father to all parts of me (and mother too) who so needed nurturing and support and comfort and so was able to hold space for my own healing. I held my inner child especially around this, until her wounded and hurt frequencies transmuted into magical 4D and eventually 5D crystal light energies.

My gratitude and appreciation also goes toward the Divine Father (which I experience primarily through the energies of Archangel Metatron and Christiel/Yeshua too) and all the frequencies for which He offers His heart and comfort to heal these woundings within us around these relationships. It has been the loving Divine Father frequencies (not like the patriarchal punishing God of religions) that come through that has provided and templated for me what it means to be fathered as a sacred feminine woman here during this intense time of transition and invitation into our sacred humanity. And it is this energy for which my deepest sense of daughter extends….

The invitation here is to feel what is real within your relationship with your father and to lead with this realness and vulnerability to see what can unfold and arise and what cannot between you. To feel into perhaps taking space from the relationship in order to BE with the parts of you that need to receive a NEW template of fatherly energies from you and with the Divine to go deeper into your own growth, your own BEing, and your sacred humanity.

Solving The Mystery Of The YOU-niverse

When you look at the mystery of the universe, it takes you right up to the mystery of YOU, as the Universe IS the YOU-niverse… and just when you think you may be making some headway into describing the mystery or even solving the mystery, as you are beholding its beauty and magic, the universe and you explode into a deeper mystery still…. leaving you in awe and reverence.

It seems though that we are truly afraid of this awe and reverence even as we may consciously also feel we crave these expanded moments. Our 3D selves continuously and effectively normalize all incoming magic and wonder in our lives to make it into a ‘ho-hum, nothing to see here’ kind of experience. Even our 3D experience of life is itself pure magic and wonder!

Our 3D selves fear us being carried away by something it can’t relate to or feel. Finding and feeling the parts of yourself that only know a 3D relationship to life, where the you who is showing up to feel them is your arising healthy Authentic Self, IS the traction ground where you are now ‘solving’ the mystery of the YOU-niverse. Granted, the mystery will only deepen as you do, but the payoff is that you get to the place where the NEW REALITY as it lives in you, and as you know it inside of you, becomes your MIND ALTERING SUBSTANCE.

What reality are you presently creating? Are you willing to look at it deeply and take responsibility for it? Are you willing to explore into the farthest reaches of your own inner kingdom? It’s what you came here to do and be!

Moving Out Of The Dark Night And Into The Dawning Of The Day

The sunlight from the Great Cosmic Sun is emerging over the horizon. It is cresting NOW into our world here with Gaia – spreading its light across all the darkened lands, seeming to melt away with its heat all the shadows that remain. Its rays are illuminating that which has been cloaked and unseen. Light is coming in now, offering clarity on that which has seemed like such a mystery, unsolvable, unknowable, and unreachable.

The sunlight is our healing hearts, our compassion, the BEST of our humanity beaconing out AND going in. The sunlight is our healing souls, our bigness, the BEST of our divinity coming in. We, our sacred humanity, is rising as a NEW day of the soul dawns offering possibilities to each individual soul and to us ALL as a collective. We are rising as we remember our capacities of both heart and soul, how BIG we can BE and ARE that takes no power from other, yet is WITH them and comes from within.

Warmth, too, is coming back to us after so long in the cold. Warmth comes with new tenderness for ourselves and with others. Warmth comes with new, genuine kindness for ourselves and ALL aspects of ourselves AND with others. Warmth comes with new compassion for ourselves and WITH others. Warmth comes with expressions and desires for a much deeper and REALER intimacy with self and with others.

It seemed sometimes as if the Dark Night would last forever. The murkiness of being lost would define us and we might never be found. Parts of us feared that we might remain as shadow people, unable to see through the fog of our own amnesia or the veils we placed over ourselves. We worried that our battling, our urge and need to defend, would destroy us and Gaia. We wondered if we would only be defined by suffering, unable to access the joy of our Inner Child or the goodness of our worthiness or the lightness within our souls.

Yet, the Light Day is dawning. With this dawning comes the invitation for illumination of SELF, to clear the fogs and to lift the veils. The invitation is to put down our arms, our weapons, our shields, our battles, our wars, our conflicts – happening on both the inside AND the outside. To meet and greet our inner battles, to feel and heal the aspects that feel suffering and so bring more suffering into our lives. To DO and BE all of this with love and so transmute it ALL into something NEW.

The Light Day brings disclosure of that which has been hidden. That which has been packaged becomes unraveled, no longer able to sustain its false edges. That which has been hollow or superficial is invited to go deeper, to move into an expanded consciousness that the light of awareness can bring.

I feel Archangel Metatron forming these words with me (and AS me). So his divinity is shining through my humanity. I feel His hopes and desires for humanity. He longs to have more relationship WITH us, together, seen more and felt more as equals because there are NO hierarchies in the higher dimensions because ALL are ultimately One and return to Divine Source. He feels admiration for all that we have experienced in our Dark Night journey and he offers a hand to us now to pull us through, up, out, of what we have known and into a NEW world with Infinite Vistas of possibilities.

It is an EPIC phase for humanity, in this NOW of transitioning from Dark Night to Light Day. The epicness will play out in ways that may be difficult, painful, mean more temporary loss….as the old gives way for the new. So much support is BEing offered to us by angels such as Metatron, Michael, Magdalena, and many others. And by our Star BEing Metasoul aspects and Star family too, who are helping us with this transition on a cosmic level, yet also will be assisting us on a practical level too as we transition from the outdated modes of 3D lifestyle and into the higher consciousness ways of the light. And, we can find comfort and support in each other, in coming together as soul communities as an aspect of our Dark Night was feeling that we HAD to do it alone and that we were separate.

As we move, now, out of our collective Dark Night, so do we also honor the darkness and what it offers us, what it teaches us, the brinks it brings us too and the edges and the cliffs of our consciousness. We are learning that we can SURVIVE this darkness and that we are NOT it, even as it has been inside of us and needed to reign for a while. We are learning that the substance of us is LOVE and always was even when it felt like it wasn’t. We are learning that what is REAL about us is that which cannot be destroyed or claimed, yet just IS, arising and dawning as easily as the sun greets the day every morning. And so IT is and so are WE, dawning into what we were always meant to BE!

Healing From The Fall Of Atlantis And Connecting With Our Metasoul

My heart is holding some sadness today. A sadness of not being able to alter a soul play out in my Metasoul (the higher dimensional Soul source from which we are a fractal projected out from it.) I have heard for so long of the ‘fall of Atlantis’, yet it has often felt vague, something murky or more like fantasy. As my personal veil is lifting and the inner disclosure process invites me in (which I wrote about recently), I am receiving downloads from other lifetimes to feel and digest that feel grounded in my emotional body and even in my physical body. In this phase, after much emotional body healing and other soul theme healing, I am being invited to feel the fall of Atlantis and the role of my Metasoul within that.

I have been connecting with Mareeka, my Metasoul sister from the last era of Atlantis. I call them ‘Metasoul sisters’, or fractal projections from the same Metasoul or soul source, rather than ‘past lives’ because, in fifth dimensional experience, time is not linear and there is no ‘past’. Our Metasoul sisters (or brothers if you are a man) are living out their lives in other time periods or timelines, other dimensions, other galaxies. They are living out as Star BEings (Arcturian, Pleiadians, Reptilian and many others). They are living out as Angels, Fairies, Elementals, etc.

Each projection of our Metasoul contains energy, has experiences that are both intense and wonderful, holds expression of our soul gifts in some form or another. It seems that connecting with them consciously through journaling and meditation visits, which I have been doing for a few years now, brings in the possibilities of a deep healing of karmic binds and patterns that are looping through our ‘Metasoul line’. Conscious connection allows for emotional healing of what has been previously not digested. Mutual exchange of gifts and consciousness expansion is another aspect of it. This depends on the consciousness level of the Metasoul sister or brother and what they have ‘signed up’ to experience in their life.

I also like holding these soul projections this way rather than as ‘my past lives’ because it allows for more objectivity. This can especially be important if the lifetime is one where the Metasoul has chosen to experience being famous or is connecting to a Universal ray or Archetypal expression (such as Yeshua, Mother Mary, Joan Of Arc, etc.) Rather than feeling that you ‘were’ this person or famous figure, you can feel how they share a Metasoul with you, so you are VERY connected and yet separate too. This helps the ego from attaching to the other lifetime in a self image-based way and for YOU to hold space for the healing exploration.

I shared tears with Mareeka in the early morning dawn today, quietly talking out loud to her. She is mourning the ‘fall of Atlantis’, which she can ‘see’ very clearly is going to happen (even though it hasn’t happened yet in her timeline.) She is mourning a split between her and her once beloved soul mate Maliki, who has become ‘under the influence’ of shadow-based Reptilians (they are NOT all shadow-based, but these ones were called to serve a specific purpose of collapsing Atlantis.) She offers me a picture of an Atlantis that has fallen already from its Golden Age. There are power struggles, dark magics being used and abused, and much deception going on. It feels very much like our current 3D world actually, which it feels like is going through its own ‘fall’ to arise out of the ashes into more of the higher vibrational frequencies of the Golden Atlantis.

I feel how I cannot ‘prevent’ the fall of Atlantis and I cannot alter Mareeka’s experience of her own timeline playing out as it is meant to. But, I feel her with my heart, I offer her compassion, and I connect some textures to my relationship with Raphael in the ‘trailing edge’ of our bond to what Mareeka is experiencing. Maliki seems to be the Metasoul brother to Raphael. Being Counterpart Souls to each other, Raphael and I share many Metasoul chapters together, with his Metasoul brother being the masculine expression of my feminine Metasoul sister. I haven’t received support yet or guidance of confirmation for the Twin Flame picture as it is presented with a masculine and feminine projection coming from the same soul and then choosing to incarnate during the same timeline. That is for another writing to explore though!

I feel there is a gift in feeling these textures with Mareeka and that it connects to my everyday experience in this life and in my relationship with Raphael. Intense energies moved through us yesterday and even conflict and I believe an aspect of this was Mareeka and Maliki’s tensions coming ‘through’ us. This is why I ‘went in’ today to feel my side of this and to create some space between me and Mareeka so that she did not project her wounding and pain onto my relationship with Raphael. I feel this happens often in relationships where the partners are not consciously healing their soul and heart. I believe this deeper feeling and healing access to our other Metasoul connections in other lifetimes is a big reason why Raphael and I experience the nourishing bond that we do in most moments, along with healing our emotional bodies through parts work.

Energies of PURE love and light from the Divine are making it safe for all of us to go into our other lifetimes WHILE healing our emotional body in this life. We can trust that wherever we need to go into the shadows of our soul and heart will be held with love. We can weave between the heart and soul this way; we can create a self loving bridge to hold these inner explorations. We can open out into consciousness experiences from BEing at greater depths then have EVER been possible before in our human experiment. The Divine is holding space for these dive downs into ourselves and the emerging sacred human that arises as an expression of Infinite Love for which we ARE.

Moving Beyond Scarcity To Embrace Infinite Love Abundance

Why does it feel to you as if love is scarce sometimes? As if there is only a finite amount of it in the world? A limited flow that parts of you then feel you have to guard and protect? To preserve and save and put away?
 
The 3D world offers to you that love is scarce and finite and on limited supply. Your birth family conditioning supports this messaging and programming. You experience as a child how no one around you seems to be flowing in love. No one seems to be living in abundant love. No one seems to be willing to share it very much, yet only in drips and drabs. Only in crumbs that they seem to reluctantly give in moments where it feels safe to do so.
 
3D religions only offer love if you are free from sin, if you ‘follow the rules’ of their punitive God, if you conform to the social agreements that they offer, if you buy into the idea that love is about sacrifice. This scarcity-based God frowns at you, pushes you away, and not much love at all seems to come from this source as mostly what you feel then is unworthy to receive what even IS offered.
 
The 3D world prioritizes not the abundant sharing of love in all forms (including money), but rather energies of getting and keeping; of earning and buying; of owning and having. Sharing only seems to happen in moments of open heartedness, between souls that trust each other, from one child to another when there is still innocence alive in them.
 
3D relationships run on the currency of giving to receive, on codependence, on needing each other to fulfill certain roles, on duty and obligation. They survive often on the fumes of promises of love; on the echoes of love’s exchange in moments when it can; on the wounded projection of self onto other that keeps it all stumbling and staggering along somehow. These relationships exist often on the ground of suffering and on push-pull dynamics that keep this suffering in place.
 
You’ve been offered scarcity in ALL these areas by a world that has run on love’s lack rather than on its abundance. But, this is not the TRUTH of what is POSSIBLE about love’s flow.
 
The TRUTH is that every BEing IS Infinite Love. That the Divine is Infinite Love. That energy flow IS sourced in Infinite Love.
 
Serving love from this flow of Infinite Love that you already ARE offers no limits on what can be healed and transformed by THIS love flow. Being in relationships in this Infinite Love flow allows them to arise anew, offering NEW grounds of connection and intimacy in every moment. Experiencing the Divine in accepting, loving, nonjudgemental frequencies as a reflection of this Infinite Love flow heals the soul experiences of It being anything less than THIS.
 
You are remembering this more and more as you decondition from what you have been taught and sold in 3D consciousness. You are experiencing this as you let this abundant love flow that is available in ALL moments into your life. You are BEcoming this as you separate from the parts of you that have received this scarcity conditioning and embodying your essence which kNOWs and IS this abundant love flow. You are BEing this TRUTH of the Infinite supply of Love as you overflow AS this with yourself, others, and the Divine more and more.

A Part Of Me

A bigger than usual personal piece for me the past few days, even to the point of choosing to not attend yesterday’s scheduled group call of ours, opened out. I felt to share a window of it, even as i’m still feeling a bit wobbly on some new-found legs, around it all.

A few days ago, I felt an energy in me frustrated with the pace of things ‘Why can’t spiritual growth be more instant? Why does it seem so foggy to truly remember who and what we really are? And when we do remember, why does it take so much process?’ I was also curious to have more of a visceral sense of my star-being self, (of who I am outside of this incarnation) as Jelelle and Kalayna have had open out for themselves recently. I felt a different tone to all of these energies and decided to journal with the voice of it that evening. A name came immediately as I did: ‘Rhodes’ which I later learned means ‘opening in the forest’ or ‘rose arden’. Rhodes told me that he was entrusted with keeping the veil of forgetfulness in place to make the whole earth-life thing doable. As I corresponded with him, negotiating with him to allow for a relaxation of this role of his in my life, he softened considerably and told me that I would feel an immediate shift and that I needed to be ready for it, as it can be quite destabilizing he told me. I was surprised by the sense of how much business we conducted in a short single journal session, but felt tired and that I needed to rest to hold what was coming.

That night, I had a dream where some men were sheeting a ceiling on a construction renovation project and it was clumsy as the house was unlevel and off square. A much more experienced guy walked in and offered that backing up and undoing the sheeting, correcting the settling first and starting over would be quite easy and much more effective in the long run. I took from that the guidance to be willing to let go of some ‘progress’ as well as some obvious struggle. Many times deconstruction is necessary in order to construct the life we really want. The valid thing we built before doesn’t fit where we want and need to go now.

The next morning, I had scheduled to take our dog Koda into the groomers for a much needed haircut and relief for the hot season. Between the language barrier and my desire to go through with this, and Koda’s protectiveness, I was left with having to leave him for the day, him maybe having to get a needle to sedate him as he can be bitey to strangers and especially groomers that don’t feel him. The clerk offered me a kennel to put him in and when I did, he resisted and I reassured him after feeling if this is what I should really do or not, and had to force him into the kennel. I then left, with Koda barking like crazy and me feeling quite uneasy about what was supposed to be a couple hour deal now stretching out into an all day affair with Koda having to be taken off site to some special groomers who can handle dogs who may bite. I had planned to hang out up town, but felt so uncomfortable for Koda that I went directly home thinking that Jelelle was going to say ‘You did what? OMG, we have to go and pick him up!’ Turns out Jelelle didn’t feel any of that and felt a trust about it all that I (and part of me) then rested into.

This then brought up the question about ‘why the big reaction in me?’. As I felt it, I was immediately brought back to feeling a visceral sense of moments in my life when I felt forced into a new context that I didn’t feel ready for, and into the pain of incarnation itself. I also recalled my early boyhood years with a dear friend that we used to play for hours alone together out in the woods in northern British Columbia. I recently learned that this area of Canada is known for considerable UFO activity, and I have been feeling into if my friend and I, and my fond memories are actually about a deeper connection with star-beings that were then obviously wiped from our memories. It only took a few moments of letting in all these feelings and i was immediately in tears. Jelelle of course supported me to go into the feelings. I took to my bed to weep out some of the most guttural tears I have ever had. The feelings ranged from anger at the necessary amnesia needed for our human earth-life journey, to realizing that I chose this, to feeling an overwhelming sense of love for the me who was forced into the many ‘kennels’ of human life. Later that evening, I was feeling into what this ‘Rhodes’ part of me was protecting so faithfully and I could feel the visceral sense of my star-being self. I happened to be corresponding with a man named ‘Andy’ that evening on facebook and I recalled how much I’ve always loved that name as ‘Andrew’ means ‘man,’ and it just felt right to call this emerging young part of me ‘Andy’ and see him as my star-being self.

So who’d have guessed that a trip to the dog groomer could bring up so much?! I of course recalled the familiarity of life circumstance coinciding with process and knew that none of this was random. Koda did make it home that evening, and although evidently he had been through alot, he was glad to be home, (although almost completely shaved, almost to the point of being unrecognizable, thanks again to the language barrier).

The next morning, (yesterday), was our scheduled group call and though I felt raw, I felt I could show up for the call as I’ve done lots of life while in process and feeling raw and have been shown how magical it can be to hold an emerging part of myself and take it into life with me as I do. As I lay in bed though and felt Andy, I felt how he didn’t want to show up for anyone, like doing the call would be stuffing him into the kennel. I was able to feel in all of my focus on service this life, particularly around showing up for public speaking, there has been a layer of self-consciousness that another part of me (Rhodes) has had to manage and suppress to keep things intact. This has left a layer of performing and unnaturalness with my service to others (though Jelelle assures me, it’s quite small) that when feeling Andy’s discomfort around people, feels quite big. Jelelle and Gabriel and Kalayna were more than equipped to do the call without me and I suspected there would be some corresponding reason for me not to be there as I chose to take Andy out on a wonder walk through town. (star-beings love to do that with you holding them)

Before heading out with Andy, I had to tend to Koda who had bouts of diarrhea and spitting up all night, feeling more of the trauma that he (and Andy) had both been put through, each on their respective timelines. As I was waiting for Koda to do his business, I looked up at the hillside and for the first time ever in our neighbourhood, I looked up at a mexican pheasant in flight heading our way as it flew into a nearby branch, lodged there a while and then flew again right across our field of vision putting on a little show for us with all of it’s beautiful colors. I knew it was a message and felt the love in it, but decided to google ‘pheasant animal totem’ to see what else might be there. I read about their magical power of attractiveness and pursuing what they want AND that they also know when to pull away and take respite for themselves. Okay, then, another message to pull away and be with myself (myselves).

I’m feeling, as i mentioned on some wobbly, but new legs in the world, feeling a very real aspect of myself, birthed out of the ‘amneasic sac’ of forgetfulness into being re-membered back into my conscious awareness. There’s a lot more to integrate it feels like, but I wanted to share this update as both Andy and Rhodes seem okay with me doing so as they both feel a new me here to hold them.

Turns out the group call went AMAZING without me, or maybe more like ‘with me being right where I was meant to be’.

Holding Space For Your Emotional And Spiritual Healing

“Jelelle, would you please define, “holding space ?” I received this question from someone, as I mentioned it in my writing yesterday about trust and surrender as,”These aspects of you can ‘surrender into love’ WITH you holding the space for this surrender.”

I wanted to share my answer here as it is a distinctive and important aspect of the awakening process and our SoulFullHeart work specifically.

Holding space is the awakening aspect of us, the higher self coming into thebody, and allowing for the emotions to come and BE….allowing for feeling to come up, connect with as a part of us, and then heal, move, integrate. The conditioned or 3D self suppresses this process of holding space for feeling, doesn’t make ‘time’ for it. The 3D self (including our Inner Protector) stays busy, medicates with all kinds of things to stay numb and distracted because it is afraid to feel, afraid that we might ‘go crazy’ with the feelings.

Yet, when held space by us and with the Divine, the feelings can move. This is the process that we offer in SoulFullHeart and support the awakening self, help you differentiate the 3D self and other aspects (of soul too). We ‘hold space’ for your process and so you receive templating around how to hold space for this yourself too. You embody more and more loving curiosity, patience, forgiveness, compassion and humble discernment with aspects of yourself. This energy ‘reparents’ aspects of you that need this and also allows the parts of you that have been guarding and protecting to begin resting and relaxing into you.

Surrender into love, then, happens for parts of you as they feel the space held in safety for this surrender into your growing awakening self. They ‘let go into’ love with you. They ‘let go into’ love with the Divine. They ‘let go into’ love with others. In some ways, this is difficult to put into words, yet holding space BEcomes a state of BEing (rather than something you do) as your awakening self grows and your emotional body matures.

Trusting That Your Soul Growth Is For Love, By Love, And Held By Love

Trust arises as you feel and surrender into the bigger space for which you are held by Divine love. This surrendering process doesn’t require submission to anything outside of you or any outside authority or to another person’s will. The Divine is not an outside authority punishing you for being wrong or sinful; it is an energy of Infinite Love that invites you into love WITH It.

The Ethereal Guides, Ascended Teachers, and Angels that represent the Divine are not asking for your submission to them or for you to see them as greater or bigger than you. Rather they invite you into relationship WITH them, to feel the higher vibrational energies for which they live. ALL -You and them – are enriched, enlivened, and transformed from this connection. Trust arises as you and parts of you (as you connect with the Inner Protector and Soul Guardian who resist surrender and feel unworthiness) lean into this relationship with Guides, feeling how you ARE them and they ARE you.

As parts of you lean into and BE with the growing, awakening, authentic YOU (as it grows through Divine Connection and inner differentiation and connection)….so then can these aspects of you trust love again, especially the part of you that holds anxiety. Anxiety is, at its root, a lack of trust in life and the Divine and fear of getting hurt again. These aspects can ‘surrender into love’ WITH you holding the space for this surrender.

This is the only kind of surrender that actually retains your sovereignty…into self, into love, into the Divine love that comes from within as you embody your Divine fractal-ness more and more.

Fractals Of The Divine

Until we show up as an Aware Self, or our Authentic Self, to feel what a part of us is feeling AS it is feeling it, we are ‘fused’ with this part of us, and there is no space for feeling to flow. Feeling is more of a transmission between 2 or more parts of us, rather than what we see as a feeling ‘state’ of a singular self.

In the same way that we are fractals of the Divine, and that all Divinity can be found in any of its parts, so are our subpersonalities or parts of us fractals of us, or fractals of our Higher Selves. The Divine is not a singular entity, but rather an ever multiplying reality in an infinite reality and infinite love picture. If you are ‘having a bad day’, the Divine is feeling you and itself ‘having a bad day’ through you. If you bring your awareness to the Divine’s feeling of you, you make this real and tears of reunion flow. Until you bring your awareness to the love flow of the river between you and the Divine, you are ‘fused’ as a single and separate self. But when you see and feel your essence as a fractal of the Divine, you allow and create flow.

A single self cannot offer the feeling dance of duality to itself. It can only long for the imprint and presence of an ‘other’ to ‘transact’ love with. None of us are in fact any ‘single’ so called ‘self’, but instead a tapestry and diversity of parts with very different needs, desires, ages, orientations and reactions to life. Simply letting this picture into your awareness causes relief and resonance to flow. The only true ‘personality disorder’ is the one that sees and feels itself as an isolated singularity when in fact, we are all many. The single self is the fused self that must go external to find ‘other’, whether in human form or Divine form, to create any flow for everything it needs.

When you begin to feel yourself as a tapestry of parts and begin to differentiate the parts that make up your ‘you stream’, you feel the part of you that is so hungry for love contrasted with the part of you that actively resists love; you feel the part of you that wants to strike out in adventure contrasted with the part of you that is afraid of leaving home. When such polarities live in you ‘unfelt’, what we call ‘you’ comes across as some controlled flat-lined muddle in the middle. However, when you begin to feel these parts of you as they are inside of you; distinct beings and aspects of your BEing; each holding different aspects of your wounding and your healing; your conditioned anchors to ascension and your soul gifts that can soar; now, you open out to movement. Movement is what you came here for in the differentiated world of duality dancing and expressing.
