It’s so important to validate every feeling you have, as they lead you into such deep connection with different parts of you and into such transformation of your life inside and out as well.
It can feel like a lot to feel sometimes, and a lot to digest, yet making space to be with what’s real for you/your parts/your heart and soul is truly where it’s at and in my experience, it leads to more openings within and with the divine as well. It can also lead to more openings with others who truly resonate… and help you sort out/let go of the relationships that don’t.

“Am I genuinely, truly ready to let go of past suffering and move into new and unknown soul and heart bigness?” — this was a powerful question that continued to arise in different ways for all of us at our SoulFullHeart Equinox Gathering this weekend.
Soul turns and healing trajectories moving us through birth canals… letting go of suffering on whatever level we feel ready for that (and to be in the genuine, deep, real, and multi-layered process of that) has been a profound theme for this Equinox passage.
In this video, I share about this theme of letting go and healing the relationship to suffering and how I relate to it personally at this time. I also share about what it means to be with it through your open and curious heart as you feel parts of you and Metasoul aspects (soul expressions in other lifetimes) too.
I hope you’ve had a blessed and very real Equinox experience, truly moving you into a new sense of yourself, your soul, and what it feels like to be supported by the Divine through absolutely everything.

Sharing from my favourite spot in this little 900-year-old Portuguese village called Coja, which I have been blessed to call ‘home’ for over a year now.
This spot has a quaint, 16th-century chapel and a little river creek that has held so much space for me personally. The chapel always brings me ‘home’ to the Magdalene consciousness of soul family community, devoted and introspective spirituality, and the beauty of serving love to self and others. I felt to share from the heart space I was in as I visited this spot before my day got started.
I share about a few different things, yet the main thread here is about honing in on the true heart of our spirituality and healing process, as well as our journey of service of love, as the Magdalenes continue to model for us.

In this Checking in with Jelelle Awen video, I share about celebrating and honoring our two years here in Portugal and what it has meant for me and us as a community to be here with the supportive golden light codes and crystal clear waters. I immediately felt welcomed here to port-of-grail in body, heart and soul and the strong Marian/Divine Feminine energies, which continues to deepen to this day, esp now that we are gardening here and connecting to the fertile soil. I feel how our NuMu community vision can happen here in these grids that are already being energized by awakening ‘eco-immigrants’ from all over the world drawn to this region.
I also share about a soul aspect connection that has started opening out connected to a Lusitania timeline, which was the ancient Celtic tribal communities that made their home here in Central Portugal and other regions that we have been drawn to. My gatekeeper has been calling herself Lucia for the last year so a bridge was already being formed to this soul aspect which I am now getting more clarity about. Excited and curious to see where this connection with her takes me!

In this Checking in W/Jelelle Awen video today, I share about inspirational downloads and clarities that have come through esp in recent sessions……the ‘right’ configuration in soul healing in which you are anchored into the higher dimensional Metasoul field (as i’ve been guided to call it) with a higher D Gatekeeper to bridge there. I then describe the difference between the Metasoul field and what is quantumly possible in terms of ease, flow and efficiency compared to the Lower 4D Karmic field that can be murky, churny and sticky in false light energies.
I also share about the right configuration in the relationship that parts of you have to your process and life and with each other. This is explored through the 1:1 sessions that we offer and also being in community with us in the physical and online.
This lifetime offers an immense opportunity for expotential healing and growth, to complete karmic cycles of suffering and pain since we’ve been in the Matrix incarnation dimension. This one is over an hour and we could have kept going! In this livestream recorded on June 15th, Raphael and I share about the 3D Body Detox and Light Body upgrade process. We talk about how the 3D body often holds deep toxicities and densities in the cellular memory, in the DNA, in the organs…leading to ongoing blocks, pain, suffering, inflammation, disease, injuries, and aging. Also how we are impacted by ongoing toxicities in the air, in our food, in the water, through living in the 3D Matrix, receiving the V shots, and more.
We share about the detox processes such as fasting, urotherapy, grounding/earthing, yoga, clean plant-based eating, connecting/feeling our bodies/wombs/haras directly, etc. that we engage in to support, cleanse, and energize our 3D bodies to upgrade to light bodies holding the ongoing Ascension process.

In this video recorded live on November 23rd, SoulFullHeart Teachers Raphael and Jelelle Awen shared about unplugging from the Matrix…a controlled and programmed 3D-based reality that has been kept in place since the ‘fall’ of human consciousness during the collapse of Atlantis/Lemuria. We shared an update on the bigger picture movements of the ongoing Matrix narrative in expression as the Great Reset agenda, False light hijack of spirituality and religion, false med narrative.
We talked about our experience of unplugging from the Matrix and how our SoulFullHeart quantum healing process/way of life supports this process. Unplugging from the Matrix conditioning and programming is a multi-layered process from the inside out in the emotional body, soul/energy field…an unplugging process that needs to occur to allow the soul’s sovereignty and autonomy to be freed up, along with the parts/aspects that are plugged in from this life and other lifetimes with our three way approach to this: unplugging from the undigested emotional trauma experiences of this life with parts of the self; unplugging from the karmic/soul pattern traumas from other lifetimes with soul aspects; unplugging from the Matrix itself including with your Reptilian Self.
We talked about the how you may experience the unplugging process, the signs that it is progressing and the areas that it is challenging such as related to money and relationships. We shared a digestion of the recent documentary about the false med narrative as well.
We offered a brief guided meditation to facilitate an unplugging in the moment for whatever part/aspect/reptilian self is ready for that with Divine support and love.

In this video recorded live on November 16th, SoulFullHeart Teachers Raphael and Jelelle Awen sharing about the false med narrative (as we are now calling it due to censors) and how it has impacted all of us, no matter what our personal choices have been around it. We share a bigger picture context around the larger agenda behind it with ambassadorship to those behind the Great Reset to offer more understanding where it is coming from.
We offered how the false med narrative as it rolls out for a longer period of time is leading to an increasing amount of sudden/unexpected deaths and severe injuries, along with genetic alteration, compromised immune system, myocarditis (many heart attacks), strokes, insertion of and merging with nano tech, altering people’s energy fields, amplifying intense emotional states/instability, and much more. And those who haven’t taken the false med shots are seemingly impacted by the transmission from it, even remotely as we talk about.
This narrative has impacted all of us including those of us who have been clear from the beginning about the control agenda around it and said no to it. Even so, you may have loved ones, mates, clients, family members, and others who have chosen it and are experiencing an ongoing digestion around that too. While it may be tempting to ignore it or bypass it or transcend it, we have chosen to awaken during this time and are here to experience this along with the rest of humanity.
We share about our experience of this narrative and the sometimes difficult personal choices it has required us to make as we digest it and how the SoulFullHeart healing process helps us to ground into ongoing surrender and trust in the Divine around it with parts/aspects/reptilian selves who need that and also are resources for us. We led a brief guided meditation to connect to whichever part/soul aspect is in the ‘false med battlefield’ as healer/warrior etc. and then brought up into a higher dimension ‘safe’ space in a lighthouse to rest and recover. In this space, you can connect with your inner ambassador/Divine Self/guides for reassurance and digestion.
