Love invites you in, to hold, to feel, to BE. It takes the form of your beloved. Your beloved self, your beloved mate, your beloved friends, your beloved children, your beloved family, your beloved guides…..your BE-LOVED by your love and you by theirs.

Love invites you to remember, to embrace, to awaken. It takes the form of your returning. The return to Divine Source, Divine Love, Divine Mother, Divine Father, Divine No-Thing-Ness, Divine Light, Divine Warmth, Divine embrace.

Love invites you to change, to risk, to lead, to serve. It takes the form of your desires. The desires of your heart and your soul that move into a flow that releases the stuck places…. the desires that bring a spark to your heart and to your life.

Love invites you to become and to arise. It takes the form of your essence as Infinite Love expressing as a sacred human ascending, growing, learning, shifting always and in ALL WAYS.

We Will Know Each Other, Love

We will know each other, love.

When the seas of distance

have long parted

and the winds of inner guidance

bring us closer,

we will know the scent, feel and taste

of the radiant compliment and heart echo,

that only two true lovers

can feel in each other.

The swan of my garden’s pond,

the stag of your kingdom to come

and the lushness of crystalline hearts

sends a beacon to one another

that forgoes all time

and draws the curtain

on any sense of having waited.

Across the ether

where dutiful pleasantries end

and all flowers bloom in harmonic,

perfectly imperfect growth,

that is where it begins for us

as we foresake all we’ve known

for the challenge of walking

and waking

together.

The sprint of a spring-loaded heart

wanting to explode in its body-container

brings in the steps of inventive goodness

and charges forward with each breath

of its renewed awakening.

Our inter-galactic heavens

of sweet spent moments

of movement and healing

in our dominions of the inside,

mingle altogether in a dance of dimensions,

bodies,

anticipated touches

and soaring passionate highs.

We will so know each other, love,

by the shape of smoky outlines

and bright, burning stars pointing the way,

calling out to us and to all lovers,

now and always…

Worlds Within Worlds Are Within You To Discover

All is magic arising in every moment to be seen, felt, and let in. Worlds within worlds inside of you to explore, to discover, to uncover. Let in the magic that you ARE and SEE it all around you as your filter changes. How you see the world is how you see yourself. How you feel about the world is how you feel about yourself. How you experience the world is how you experience yourself.

In a place of self loving discovery, you are curious about all the dimensions and expressions of yourself. You are collecting and investigating your soul aspects, the fractals that come from the same source, the versions of you in so many different forms and expressions.

As you are curious about the star being YOU, the galactic you, the version you have been much more than you have been human and for so very much longer…..this aspect of you can begin to give you messages and show you signs of your galactic nature. You may hear and experience and feel this as ‘outside’ of you and you may become a channel for this energy and the messenger of the stars. Yet then when you embrace these star beings as versions of you does the intimacy go so much deeper. They can take you on a journey of remembrance and embodiment, they can bring you UP into higher frequencies. You become them more and more and their frequencies integrate into you, become you, and you are that much more galactic because of it.

As you are curious about other lifetimes in other ‘periods of time’, versions of you living different experiences in different settings connect with you. Stepping through the portal that opens with your heart eagerness and your soul’s desire, you are transported to the scenes that these parallel selves live in: the courtyards, the stables, the castles, the fields, the space ships of light, the mountains, the churches. Backdrops that hold the setting for this scenes of soul expression. You can dial in a year: 1930, 1100, 1880 and then see what you can see. You can go there to these places and be with and feel the aspects of your soul in these settings and what they are experiencing. You can help them heal and move on. And you too can become them eventually as they integrate into you and the energy of their existence is released and ascended.

Worlds within worlds are inside of you to discover. Sign up for the trip, earn the trip by your self love and willingness to go within and with your willingness to feel. Follow the guideposts to the next place and the next. Your Own Sphere Of YOU

“What’s in your ‘Leena Dome’ today?” Archangel Metatron asked me once during meditation.

Immediately I realized what he was talking about was the bubble I was forming around myself now, creating a sacred space that is all mine to claim and is the place of refuge and healing I go to often without consciously realizing it. It is a container for me that is all about me and all about love.

He had me look at an array of choices hanging in the air like suspended paintings above me. They were all images of places I could go in my meditation. I could walk through a doorway or portal into a specific process I’ve been holding, or I could visit the Akashic Library, or I could go to a sweet place to just be and be loved… I’m sure there were more choices than that on that day, but these are the ones I remember.

Today I learned more about my Leena Dome while introducing it to a soul aspect-part of me that I am now working with. My objective for today was to help raise her vibration and re-introduce her to love – a process that we began this weekend, on our won and in a SoulFullHeart group circle yesterday. This is important for the work we will be doing together, which will involve a few dark soul memories she holds and still lives in. It felt very important to establish this sacred space of love and refuge with her today before going there. Otherwise it can be easy to fuse to only the darkness of it and not really move through and begin healing it as easily as when we are fueled and accompanied by love.

This soul aspect of me and I met and flew around with many magical creatures (including unicorns and dragons!), landscapes, and archangels today. She had tears of appreciation and letting in as we ventured around and felt the hearts (and EPICNESS!) of all beings residing there. The reminder that this is all created from and within me felt so incredible and sweet to both of us. It doesn’t matter to me at all that it is all “made up” if it gives us a place to land and be loved, especially when the intention is to heal deep wounds…

We were both struck by the beauty of my Leena Dome… the far reaches it extended to and the comfort and love in it all. I feel like I have been cultivating and building this inside me for a very long time and it does feel as if it represents a bigger me that can contain and create all of this magic.

Today Metatron invited me to share this with you. He and I both feel want to invite you to begin to feel the sphere or dome of YOU that will be and is so unique to you… your heart and soul and epicness.

If you do try this out, I would be curious to feel with you what it is you discovered that you have there! Deep woods to explore? Infinite galaxies in your skies? A series of white sandy beaches? Palaces? Humble cabins? Maybe a little bit of everything? Whatever you have there is a key to you and will offer you a reflection of who you most deeply are and perhaps what you most deeply need to feel you have already there with you…

Healing Karma And Integrating Selves From Other Lifetimes

“You are not wrong. Nothing you can do is wrong. Nothing you can be is wrong.” So says my heart to yours. So says my sense of Divine Source to your sense of Divine Source. So says my higher self to the parts of you that feel like you are wrong or have done something wrong.

Karmic wounds and binds, soul entanglements, and the playout of soul themes and patterns over and over can make you feel ‘wrong’ or that you have done ‘wrong’ actions. Yet, still, even in these things or scenes that feel intense and where you have been accused of wrong…you are NOT. You may have done things that are not polarized to love, especially in other lifetimes when the consciousness was much lower and during a dark night of your soul phase. You may have explored grounds of influencing others or being influenced yourself to do things and be things that vibrate at a lower frequency of fear and even hate. You may have caused harm to others or allowed harm to be done to you.

As souls, our higher selves remember that we CHOOSE these explorations to grow, to transform, to understand more about the polarities of life, and to ultimately return to the love essence that we ARE. To heal these karmic wounds and to understand the soul patterns is to LOVE ALL that you have been and done and all fractals of you from your soul group (which I call Metasoul and has also been called Oversoul and Monad), all expressions of you, parallel selves of you spread across many eras and periods. To heal these karmic patterns is to integrate these soul fractals with LOVE, to embrace them into your heart where forgiveness lives and breathes.

In SoulFullHeart, we explore this karmic ground through an aspect differentiation process during sessions with one of us (Raphael Awen,Gabriel Heartman, Leena Colibri and myself) as a space holding facilitator. We teach you to open up portals of exploration into these other lifetimes through meditative creative visualization journeys. This is primarily accessed through the Akashic records yet can also be a simple doorway meditation process too. We can help you to raise your vibrational frequency, activate your seven main and ascension chakras, and connect with guides who can assist with this process of accessing your ‘Metasoul line.’

You step through the portal or doorway into the ‘scenes’ of other lifetimes which we help you access and remember through your own deepening connection with your higher self. Your intuition guides you to where you need to focus. Usually there are impulses and interests to certain time periods or eras. There are draws to watch certain movies from specific time periods or about aliens or space exploration. Dreams can reveal the next places that the soul needs to go through images and memories. Your star being selves (Archturian, Pleidian, and so many more) begin to get your attention through offering channeled messages from others to you or through activation of light language (or star language).

This goes along beautifully with your emotional pain body healing process too. They weave together wonderfully as every parallel self has pain to heal and move and often this pain connects to your current life patterns and play outs. You then form a relationship with this other aspect of yourself, this parallel self, this Metasoul brother or sister from the same soul group, and in that relationship gifts are exchanged, wounds are healed, and energy is released. Then, integration happens and you organically move on to the next and next. It is limitless healing and transformation with limitless possibilities released.

This way of feeling and healing karma is so effective and efficient that you can move hundreds of lifetimes worth of patterns and issues quite rapidly. The intention and holding love is what moves it. The forming of a relationship with it is what moves it. The curiosity about the soul patterns is what moves it. The supportive space holding with an open hearted facilitator is what moves it. This is quantum healing of karma that allows for truly leaving it behind to arise into the new…. freed from the anchor of the karma and unhealed unworthiness, guilt, shame, disconnect.

“You are not wrong. You are perfect as a love expression from Divine Source. All of you have done is perceived and held with love.” And so it is.

Portals Opening In Your Living Room: Inviting The Experience Of Multidimensional Realities

Multidimensional realities are opening up in more and more ‘merged’ moments where you may not be sure where you are but not all HERE and not all THERE. Not inside and not outside. Outside is becoming inside. Inside is projecting outward. Life seems sometimes like you are watching a TV screen or a computer screen. Watching and yet ARE it too. ALL of it somehow.

Words are forgotten in mid-sentence and names slip too. Naming things is a strange 3D practice anyway when really every THING is a WOW thing arising in the moment. Once it is a ‘spoon’ or a ‘clock’ or a ‘sunset’ or a ‘person’ then the wowness of the magical nature gets put in a box, tagged somehow, limited somehow. Losing names allows wonder to arise.

Time goes from segments, one tick at a time, seconds counting down into minutes….to more fluid sweeps of experience that are sped and then slowed down. Condensed tighter and then spread out like a deck of cards, seeming to last forever. The past is fuzzy, more blurry, like it happened to someone else and yet is STILL happening. The future is unknown and yet already happened and happening NOW.

The light waves coming in, washing in, rinsing and ringing you out are inviting you UP to slurs and blurs of time and realities. Inviting you to allow more merging of multidimensional selves. To see the spaceship interior where your star being self walks around as clearly as you see your living room. What is imagined and what is real? This question will become more and more difficult to answer even as you care less and less to define what you are experiencing in these terms at all.

Surrendering to these shifts, discovering your role in it all, riding the waves, checking in and tuning in become the priorities.

Surrendering to these shifts looks like a trust in where it is all headed in goodness and that it is being held with love.

Discovering your role in it all looks like claiming your soul gifts and serving love, serving the movements in whatever ways you feel called to do so, ways that your heart sings to you and life draws the means and hows.

Riding the waves looks like being open to being in the unknown pretty much ALL of the time and in every moment as life is ‘usual’ and yet it is very much not.

Checking in and tuning in looks like holding the space for the inner journeys that bring guidance, awakening, inner support, Ethereal help, visions, and clarities.

The portals want to open up in your living room. Invite them in by blurring your inner multidimensional experiences with your lived in reality. And when they open in whatever forms they do, dive in and trust it will be held with love!

The Power Of The Light Of Love

Light wants to illuminate, shining on places in the shadows, bringing in illumination to the far reaches and deepest corners.

Love wants to sooth the edges, bring balm to the places that bristle and burn and churn and yearn.

Light wants to unify, exposing that all comes from the same source, divided temporarily until gathered together again.

Love wants to initiate, inviting you into trust in yourself, in love with yourself, in connection with yourself, in discovery of yourself.

Light wants to embrace darkness, making it safe to go there even with quaking knees and shaky heart.

Love wants to transmute darkness, turning the gifts and gems that are lying in dusk and bring them into the shine of the heart’s sun.

The light of love has the power to move anything from feared into loved, from distrusted into surrendered into, from wounded into healed, from resisted into accepted, from separated to unified, from pushed away to embraced.

The light of love invites you to feel it ALL, not transcend or avoid what is difficult, yet shine the light on it ALL with your heart and it becomes not foreign but then familiar. You remember then that you ARE this light, that you ARE this love, that you have chosen to be in different frequencies for growth yet you can return and embody these higher frequencies whenever you want and more and more as you want to.

Supercharged Personal Growth

Many of us have been made aware that time and space are not ultimately real.

They are real enough to us as we live our lives within a certain bandwidth of consciousness; the bandwidth that we call 3rd dimensional reality, but we are seeing and coming to terms with that time and space are creations or emanations of consciousness itself. They are very much like holographic projections we say, as we try to grok what life would be like if we didn’t see time and space as so damn real all the time (pun intended).

This leaves many of us somehow with a feeling of being tied to time and space, like we need to free our consciousness of time-and-space kind of reality processing. We tend to lean towards ‘If only, I could feel myself more outside of time and space…’, as we desire to get on with our consciousness awakening path. After all, amazing things like teleportation, telekinesis and dematerialization are all apparently on the other side of time and space as we perceive them.

This overriding desire to leave the realm of time and space can very helpful, and it can also be a big hindrance.

Initially, this awakening to see the ‘unrealness’ of time and space is essential to see ourselves outside of 3D reality for the souls we are; for the energy we are; for the consciousness we are; for the emanations of infinite love that we are. All very good stuff.

However, in that, there is an inherent tendency to see time and space as what limits us from the heart and soul freedom we long for; what keeps us bound to 3D consciousness. We feel we need to get out beyond time and space to the truer, or deeper reality.

I’m feeling this, this morning, in myself. I feel how more than anything I want to grow. I want to perceive myself and my life and my relationship with every’one’ and every’thing’ in this momentous and measurable flow of growth. So of course the idea of coming free of time and space limited perceptions and soaring into heart and soul reality lands pretty much at the top of my list.

Here’s the kicker though. The two things that are most needed for growth are (you guessed it) nothing else, but TIME and SPACE! Try growing a few vegetables successfully without time and space!

What a pretzel. I want to get free of time and space so I can grow??? It doesn’t work that way.

So what’s really going on here?

Consciousness itself gave us time and space as its own emanation. It didn’t give us something we don’t need. We need time and space for our growth. The problem is not with time and space, but instead how we have made a god out of time and space, rather than revere the source of time and space; consciousness itself.

So how could this be different…on a practical level?

In every space and at all times, see if you can more and more turn your awareness to awareness itself. When you do this, you are supercharging the intended purpose of time and space, which is growth.

Look at this. It’s really important. Put it in your own words. Frame it within your own experience and reference. Grok it into your sacred world.

When you experience time and space with reverence, you are experiencing the emanations of consciousness itself. When you turn your consciousness in reverence to consciousness itself, you have love looking at love; you have life staring at life; you have God looking on God. And you have all the time and space you can imagine to work this out and into your life as you know it.

Now, you’ve got the quantum version of hydroponic heart and soul growth cooking big time. And the coolest thing is that there isn’t a single time or space where this opportunity is not available to you. It’s as simple as turning your attention.

Holyyyy!

Now, you’ve just left all the constraints of time and space and fully inhabited them at the same time. Welcome to the God class. You are God enrolled in God 101.

Living A Dream Life As Your Dream Self: SoulFullHeart Museletter: Week of February 6, 2017

I live in a city of dreams. People travel here to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico from around the world to come on vacation or to spend half the year or to live here. They come with their dreams of sun, of fun, of connection with others and with themselves. They come with dreams of escape and a sense of freedom from routine. They come with a wish for MORE than what they experience everyday: more enjoyment, more warmth, more fun, more quiet time, more peace, more LOVE.

I feel them here on the beaches, on the Malecon Oceanside walk, on the cobblestone streets, right across the street in the vacation rental apartment building…I feel them walking around here and they are dreaming. They are shedding their outer skins of coats and heavy clothes for sandals and bathing suits and they are wondering if and how they could somehow move here or come here more? They are dreaming of leaving their jobs or businesses behind and starting over , a new life by the sea. They are dreaming of a new version of them that could do and BE this, that could ‘give it all up’ and start over.

This feeling of ‘living a dream’ is an apt way to describe what it feels like to live in fifth dimensional consciousness more and more. Your LIFE feels like a dream. Your LIFE feels like a vacation. Your LIFE feels more and more like YOU as you feel in your ‘best moments’. You no longer experience compromises in what you are putting your energy into and what is getting your attention. You don’t have a life you dread or worry about or experience suffering over to ‘go back to.’ You may still experience moments of pain that come up, especially from integration of soul aspects and soul legacy themes. Yet, this temporary pain is held as sacred and the joy you feel in your heart holds it and responds to it.

Being At The Saturation Point Of Love

Are you at your saturation point? This is the point at which love has saturated your heart and your soul enough that you tip over into a brand NEW life and experience of life. This kind of love comes from the purity of a healing heart, from the liberating frequencies of a healing soul, from the groundedness of a healing body. This love is beyond lust and beyond duty. This love is risky and catalytic.

You have taken this love in from resources outside of yourself that you have drawn to you. You have dipped into the pool of this love inside of your own heart by going within during your inner journeys. You have experienced this love with Angels, spirit guides, Divine representatives, star beings. You have immersed yourself often in the waters of this love in whatever forms you could find and draw to you.

Before the saturation point, what has previously NOT been from this love has still been able to be digested by you somehow. It has been familiar and comfortable to parts of you, your 3D self, and allowed to still exist in your life. It has needed to be there…..whatever it is….relationships, jobs, food choices, etc. It has needed to be there until your heart saturation point is too high and then that which is lower in vibrational frequency can no longer be digested by you.

This indigestion phase, this time of feeling what no longer works and CAN no longer be in your life, can be difficult and, at times, painful. The parts of you that are attached can bring up protest and resistance and fear. You may feel like you want to ‘go back’ to how you used to be and maybe, in some ways, you do and for moments.

Yet, at the saturation point, you are now more motivated by love than you are by suffering. You want more love. You feel if love is in the ground of each person you relate with and if they are saturated too, then love can flow. Often, a person from your ‘old’ life wants you to stay as you were. You may make the difficult choice of needing space from them while you still love them, while your higher selves can still have a transaction ground together. Taking space is a mercy for them too as your tugging on them in the past to ‘get it’ or ‘come along’ relaxes and they can arise and claim their sovereign path.

At the saturation point, you can no longer ‘shrink’ to fit any of the relationships in your life, the roles in your life, the duties in your life, the energies or frequencies that are NOT you in your soul and heart essence. Shrinking offers you only crumbs when you want MORE of the full meal that love offers.

The saturation point invites you to make CHANGES….changes in your exterior world to support the love that you feel inside and want more of. It invites you to be bold, to JUMP IN, to Let Go and Let GOD…..what you may be clinging to out of security becomes an anchor and you release it to free up your energy.

The saturation point invites you into the unknown, trusting that whatever comes next is from love. Daring to risk, daring to share, daring to be vulnerable, daring to be uncomfortable, and daring to love. Are you at the saturation point because, if you are, the time is NOW.

If you are still filling up, needing more love to get there and be there…..find this love, let this love in inside of yourself, draw the relationships and community and people who will transact this love with you. Fill up until you reach the saturation point for which love overcomes fear and re-union with your essence is yours.
