Energy Update: Ascension Energies, Emotional Body Purgings, Need For Holding Space For Yourself (Video)

I’m sharing a video below talking about how the high energies we’ve been receiving are pushing up reactions in the emotional body….as they are meant to….and how to BE with that. This process invites you to have compassion toward the fear and resistance that is coming up, not pushing it away or bypassing it or ignoring it. The higher self aspect of you that is coming into the body and into your heart WANTS to hold space and respond to this fear WITH love. Wants you to hold space for the fear rather than go into distraction or diversion.

These ascension energies are offering a purging of the emotional body too…if you’ve focused mostly on your spiritual awakening and development, then you will be FEELING this coming up as, again, it is meant to. Your soul holds the space for the emotions that maybe you haven’t focused on as much. High LOVE frequencies are wanting to move you into choice points such as leaving relationships that you aren’t happy in and your soul frequencies aren’t matching in. This is an example of the kind of choice points that are being brought to you, along with geographic shifts, moving from occupations to vocations, etc.

If your emotional body hasn’t been felt in a deeper way, such as through what I feel is the most effective way…..parts work, then THAT is what is coming up around the choice points. On one level it is just a choice about leaving a relationship or job, etc. but on another level what hasn’t been felt in the emotional body is fixated around the choice point. Push-pull, mixed emotions come up then….if you can’t navigate with parts of you then you aren’t going to be clear. You CAN be clear. You CAN identify and differentiate. You can then go to the root of the feelings rather than being just in reaction about the situation.

ANY reactivity of fear is parts of us, not our essence, not our authentic self. This can really help with the feelings sense of “I’m going backwards” in my awakenings because I am feeling so much right now and reacting to so much right now. Rather, actually, the soul awakenings are making MORE safe space for the feelings to come up. You are getting bigger as a soul in the body so the Inner Protector and persona-based parts are allowing more parts’ feelings to come up and out.

There is always a ‘good reason’ for the resistance. As you become your own love detective, so you find this out for yourself what those reasons are and the WHY of them, which clears the emotional wounding and reactivity. Your capacity to show up for your process here is key and to reach out for help for bridging of this parts reality with YOUR reality.

Letting In Love: Message With Metatron

Let In love. Let it into the places that are needy, that have felt almost greedy and TOO hungry in their need for it.

Let In love…creating a loving place inside for the parts of you that have been too afraid, peeking behind doors and hiding in the shadows, to come out and receive.

Let in love. You’ve given SO MUCH to others. When is it your chance and your turn to receive? What else can you give when you truthfully feel empty inside at times?

Let in love. You deserve it……even as you’ve received so many messages that offer that you don’t and that you are wrong or off or not enough or not worthy.

Let in love. As you and TO you and from you…this is the source of love that can never leave, never go, never abandon, never shut off. YOU are the Infinite love source that you have always been seeking and looking for from others.

Let in love. Feel the places inside that protect and guard, that keep loves flow modulated and paced….because they are afraid to let go and afraid for more pain. These parts of you are so loyal, they need to feel that it is OK to let go into love again, they need to feel that you are there now to be in the flow WITH them and no one will drown.

Let in love. You are a love sponge….you forgot this, only because you became too dry to remember and so changed your requirements of love to fit this. Your capacity to let in is infinite and boundless, ever wanting more AND able to give more too.

Let in love. It is the next piece, next step, the call to answer and BE in ascension and to GO into the next place of sacred humanity that is calling you forward.

Let in love and you will find, over and over, that MORE love answers you and you are able to GIVE and serve love so much more too. It is not a finite amount to offer, yet infinitely bountiful and it is YOUR time to receive.

Energy Update: High Vibe Energies Bringing Us To Compression Points

It’s a phase of compression points right now….not sure completely what I mean by that. I don’t think it is something that our minds can track at all, yet you may feel it on a physical and emotional level, especially, right now. The compression point relates to the high frequencies of love and light that I (and so many others) have been talking about, especially coming in since the beginning of the year.

High waves come in and if you are sensitive to energies and have awakened this capacity in your soul field, you become highly attuned to this happening. A ‘raising UP’ sense happens inside of you….your connection with your guides deepens. Your sense of being part of the All or Oneness expands. Your experiences during meditation are more profound and meaningful. Your yoga practice goes to a whole new level. Your relationships are becoming more soulful and vulnerable. Your leading edge of BEing is watered, lit up, and illuminated by these energies.

Yet, also, as these waves come in, they push UP lower vibrational frequencies and energies within you. They show you what in your life is still based in 3D frequencies of separation, fear, unfelt emotions, codependence.  Your trailing edge of BEing is watered too, by love, and so is what has been put in shadow. The fear-based energies that parts of you have taken in your whole lifetime here and from other lifetimes in your Metasoul line too are starting to come through and are leaking out. That which has been previously felt too ‘painful’ or repressed or suppressed in your emotional body can now receive the air of your consciousness to BE with it as your growing soul and heart hold the space for this exploration.

The compression point is the shifting that happens as you’ve maxed out on the lower frequency energies and the new, higher ones are still finding their grounding inside of you. The higher frequencies haven’t quite integrated, so then you may be feeling like you are being compressed by this shift. Like it is pressing DOWN on you from above in some ways. You haven’t quite completely turned over into the NEW, AND you are feeling the OLD coming UP to take some space too. BOTH of these movements are going on at the same time, which sort of drives the mind crazy (in a good way) as it cannot track what is happening nor is it meant to.

These compression points can seem to trigger then cellular memories in your body too, that flush out toxicities stored there and present in ‘ascension symptoms’ ranging from headaches to hot flashes to nausea to deep chest coughs and colds. The body is sort of ‘stuck in between’ in these moments, it feels like, as it transitions….one cell at a time…..from carbon-based to crystalline. The body then is like a vehicle that is in the ‘shop’ getting upgraded and fixed up with all these new gadgets and, really, a whole NEW operating system. Light body is going to probably eventually run on whole new fuel sources too, going from food to more love and light frequencies.

Surrendering into these compression points seems to offer a way to move through them with more ease and grace. Surrendering relates to a sense of trust that comes from your higher heart or cosmic heart that is BEing activated and opening during this process with more connection to Divine Source. This higher heart consciousness can bridge to the parts of you in your emotional body that are scared, resistance, and fearful of the process. You can BE with these parts of you, especially your Inner Child and Inner Teenager, to hold their hands through this process. You NEED them actually, as these energies are a very key aspect of your 5D sacred human ‘violetprint’ coming into BEing. If these energies and parts inside of you are attempted to be bypassed or dismissed as ‘too negative’, they will anchor your frequency with unfelt emotions, undigested ‘past experiences, and in many other ways. You will mostly see this manifestation in your physical life that may not match in certain areas what your soul most wants to express and BE in.

You BEcome a bridge for yourself during these compression points, from you to ALL aspects of you. These points seem to be a necessary aspect of the process as SO MUCH foundational change and transformation is happening on so many levels right now. Yet, becoming your own bridge from your heart to your fear…… rather than resisting resistance that comes up…..does seem to lessen the experience of pain and trauma during it. You can receive so much support from your higher self, your angelic guides/aspects, your ascended teacher guides/aspects, who are there to provide support on ALL levels as you undergo this process. They cannot rescue or save you from it, yet they can BE there to witness and guide you through, as you tap into your soul’s wisdom and love and, therefore, embody and BEcome these frequencies more and more. Compression points are a sacred aspect of the journey and if we can hold them as such and respond with love, so they move through watered by this love that just wants to return us to love again!

Peek-A-Boo You Coming Out Of Hiding During Awakening

Peek-a-boo you….. you can come out of hiding, you can open your eyes beyond the edges of fleshy covering-up-full-view fingers.

Peek-a-boo you…..you can BE without masks, you can feel the air of the real on your unobstructed face.

Peek-a-boo you…..you can venture out of the closet, you can let your soul’s light open ALL the doors that have previously felt closed.

Peek-a-boo you….you can open your heart to intimacy in moments with others as you claim it with yourself.

Peek-a-boo you….you can take it ALL in without fear of being consumed or doomed or shamed as you learn to receive and to give.

They taught you to hide yourself because they felt more comfortable in the hiding. They gave you a mask to wear because they were safely tugged away behind their own. They transmitted energies of fear to you because that is what they inherited. They wanted you to close your heart down because theirs had been shut.

Yet, none of this is who or what they OR you really ARE. It is what has been taught and sought, sold and trained in the 3D world experiment. The currency of fear, non-vulnerability, protection, suppression is NOT the actual gold of anyone’s true capacity as a sacred human.

Seeing life with full vision. Feeling life with an opening heart. Awakening to life with your beaconing soul. This is YOU beyond the peek-a-boo games with life that ask you to hide. This is YOU beyond the masks that everyone seems to wear. This is you face-to-face, heart-to-heart, soul-to-soul, raw to life, and taking it ALL in without layers or false skins. This is you AS love without anything in the way of your experience of experience….this is you BEing the love that you ARE.

The Arising Journey Of Opening Your Heart

When your heart first starts to open, you can feel the edges. You can feel the aperture widening, letting more light out and in, moving love to and fro in waves and perhaps in stops and starts. You can feel the emotions that come up as part of this sacred process, the protests inside from parts of you that may have fears about your heart opening and the ride this will take them on. You will begin to FEEL your parts, maybe for the first time, and all of the storms they’ve weathered in the name of ‘love’ as they’ve ‘known’ it to be or thought it to be, or assumed it to be based on their conditioning and experience. They may be unsure that love can be clean, can be pure, can be something that keeps flowing without end.

As your heart opens more, you feel the healing that allows it to do so. You feel a celebration of the work you’ve done to get here, though it may also feel as if you have pretty far to go, especially as more oil is brought up from parts of you to be felt deeper still. You begin to trust this process more and that this flushing out is important for you and your life yet also for the world too. Your higher/Cosmic heart, your Christ Consciousness starts to become activated in this way, though it may still remain somewhat out of your reach, especially as reactions bubble up not only in your heart but in your very soul. The sacredness of this can be felt, though maybe not strongly just yet, for so much of this pain you’re feeling through can keep the programming of ‘mess is NOT sacred’ alive thriving within your being, still. This is the hardest part in a way, because the mess is what you need and on some level you surrender to that, though consciously you feel as if your world is turning upside down and you’re questioning so much about who you’ve been so far in this life and how you’ve related to everything and everyone in it. This is your emotional awakening phase, even though spiritually you may have awakened long ago. The bridge between these two strata of being can start to be made conscious, yet the lines seem stark in contrast because you are having to FEEL so much in YOU that may have long been buried and even covered over BY the spiritual…

Then the aperture of your heart widens still more… you begin to notice that your ‘messes’ created by parts of you that are needing them in order to be felt more fully and deeply, make way for more joy and that the joy seems to last longer and longer before more oil comes up to be felt and moved through, if not healed. The sacredness in every millimeter of process is becoming more obvious to you and allowing yourself to be IN process feels like the best sort of ‘me’ time you can give yourself the space to have. You feel celebrations as your movements inside of you begin to shift the world outside of you. You draw relationships that are more aligned with who you are and are becoming, though maybe these relationships don’t feel totally like ‘soul family’ just yet… or maybe they do and you’re drawn to go in deeper with them in conscious community or at least sacred bonds. They’re likely doing the same work you’re doing, feeling parts of themselves, healing deeply, taking the time and space needed in order to breathe, be, become, and above all, feel, heal and grow. You could also be drawing potential romantic partners along the way, with more heart and soul resonance with you than you’ve experienced thus far.

These new relationships are the end to your ‘lone wolf’ phase, though you still need and want the time for YOU and your parts and soul aspects that have now become so beloved to you and you to them. As you say ‘yes’ to community and intimate bonds with others, you feel this begin to widen your heart even more, sometimes to the point where it feels about to burst with colour and light and LOVE. You feel oil come up still, yet this time it feels different, because you’re noticing it more consciously, being with it sooner, and you have these relationships around you with so much powerful love transaction between you that their reflections of you go into you and really help you see where to go next inside of you at a manageable rate and pace that before this time, may have been overwhelming in moments. Sometimes the hardest processes are actually about letting more love in from and with others in this space you’re in now. You’re connecting with yourself, with guides, with your beloveds regularly and your spirituality integrates more and more with your daily life, lighting you up with soul purpose and soul gifts that have come alive for you in a new way. This leads you to more oneness experiences, that you now get to feel through a greater sense too of Conscious Duality and why we need both the dual and non-dual as our awakenings open out and our growth keeps moving forward. Ascension becomes not a struggle, but an embraced and beloved process too, intertwined with all of this, this entire process and all you ARE.

The journey never ends from here, though it always deepens as new phases of BEing open up and move you through challenges. You have become the sacred human you’ve always wanted to become, somewhere inside of you. And you wouldn’t trade this journey for the world, for it has become so YOURS to claim and you do so with a love flow in your heart that couldn’t have come to you before. Feeling and claiming your sacred YOU space brings you back to you, your true home and the one place you can ever fully belong. The one place where it ALL can heal, and where your former sense of separation and abandonment wounds can be transformed, transmuted, healed. Welcome home…. ❤

Putting Your Energy Towards Creating The NEW

Creating the NEW takes energy to happen. It takes conscious choices in every moment….to BEcome more conscious if you have slipped out or into something of the old. Conscious of when fear is going unfelt inside of you. Bringing in the NEW to yourself, your world, is like cutting trail, bush whacking and weed pulling….it is seeing a path where there wasn’t one before and DARING to follow it without kNOwing where it is going, yet only that it leads AWAY and into something NEW.

Sometimes creating the NEW is crawling through mud, one millimeter at a time with seemingly LITTLE sense that anything is changing. The NEW beacons you on though, in these moments, it reminds you in your soul what is possible. It pings and rings of the truths that your heart kNOWs. And, at times, there is only the surrender into the collapse of emotions that have to come up and out…the fears and their tears, the substance of so many previous experiences. Holding space for these emotions to come up also creates the NEW because it cannot be paved over an undigested foundation of the emotional body. It wants to be purified as the ground is laid.

SO much energy has been invested in the 3D world….the choices to be in the ongoing experiment of it by so many souls. To BE something NEW, to offer New Earth now frequencies of higher vibrational consciousness needs a force of energy too from you. Because you are going against something even as you are just BEing in stillness AS the NEW too. It is NOT just reading about it or passively taking it in or letting your mind contemplate or learn only. It is NOT just meditating and doing yoga. It is ALSO energizing what you feel that it IS and understanding what your ROLE is in the creation of the NEW. Energizing through choices to serve self and with others. And through claiming your responsibility to heal, feel, transform, move INTO in ALL areas of your life serving love and the NEW. Making CHANGES that reflect the NEW back to you.

Parts of you are connected deeply into 3D energies…they ARE these energies, as they have had to be in order to survive here. These aspects are conditioned to be protective and guarded and to ultimately be alone and survive alone (no matter how many others may be in your life.) SO much energy invested in protection…it may be the number one energy created in 3D living. BEing with the part of you that is protective, getting to know your inner guard who is on alert at ALL times to ANY threats….allows for the NEW to come into your life and into your heart. It allows access to the Inner Child frequencies of innocence, joy, magic, self worth, connection….all frequencies that are often stuck in lower vibrations of shame, depression, sadness, shyness, flatness, lack of reverence, unworthiness, disconnect. These frequencies change as the guardedness drops more and the ALIVEness can come back in. NEW can come in from the emotional body then.

BEing the NEW takes energy to BEcome it. To experience relationships that are based on soul resonance and heart vulnerability takes energy to show up for because it is SO unknown to our 3D world. To CHOOSE these kind of relationships over those based in fear and comfort takes energy too….sometimes a whole lot of inner power and strength to let go and move on, especially when no others seem to be with you in that desire for the NEW. To choose a NEW CommUNITY, soul tribe coming together, leaving behind your lone wolf existence (even, again, if you are surrounded by other people), leaving behind being maybe the ‘biggest soul’ in the room…..all THIS takes energy.

There is SO MUCH support from the Universe and Divine Source to energize the NEW inside and with Gaia. You can re-energize yourself, fill up again by letting these frequencies of love and light into your heart and soul. By connecting with the aspects of you that are afraid of the NEW (both from this life and other lifetimes), you are able to more deeply let these PURE Divine energies in more and more, like the LOVE sponge that you ARE. As you energize this choice for NEW every moment that you consciously can (and self lovingly accept when you haven’t), you draw those souls that can support and BE with you in the NEW too. You find each other….across miles, across continents, across language barriers…..you find, discover, CREATE the NEW, your energizing of it exponentially impacted by the coming together of FORCES for change….all in service of the NEW that is based in LOVE.

Death/Rebirth During This Great Shift W/Gaia

As Gaia ascends and raises the vibrational frequency of Her grids from 3D to transitional 4D and into 5D and higher, we are invited to ‘come along’ with Her during this Great Shift. Our capacity is LIT up at our most leading edges of BEing and the seed of our sacred human is watered by PURE love and light waves. At this leading edge of BEing, we have the potential to respond to these frequencies from Gaia with open hearts, minds, and souls. This embracement guides us into unknown and Infinite Possibilities of access to extrasensory perceptions and expressions of our ‘super human’ selves…becoming like the super heroes that we watch in movies.

Yet, the Great Shift is a death and rebirth process and is not meant to be smooth and easy. To bring in the NEW, the old must be let go of. The ‘space’ taken up by the current needs to be vacated to allow the NEW to arise. There are labor pains that PUSH OUT the birthing of NEW. For Gaia, there is the often tumultuous adjustment of raising Her frequency WHILE being occupied by seven billion humans, who are all in their own varying degrees of awakening. She receives support for this conversion through many Star BEings who seem to live underground and also stay in Her orbit, waiting to assist when needed. Ethereal BEings, such as angels and archangels, are flooding Her with light and support too.

It feels like the expressions of extreme weather patterns, global warming, ice caps melting, volcanoes erupting…these manifestations actually represent the Great Shift out of 3D disconnected and polluting and abusive relationship to Gaia. There is a way that this is an environmental collapse, yet one that doesn’t have to lead to mass chaos and collapse of all our current industrial systems at one time. As more souls awaken, their relationship with Gaia changes to more consciousness, love, respect, and mutual reverence. These tones from us allow collaborative solutions to come forward to respond to the energy resource and environmental issues in 3D.

Again, Star BEings are ready with many very technologically advanced solutions to our energy woes, many that seem to be available in the Now for us to use immediately once collective consciousness is more ready for them and to embrace Star BEings in their everyday world. Star BEings have already intervened MANY times in our modern era to prevent nuclear war, mass killings by fear-based groups (called Cabal, Illuminati, the Elite, etc.). An aspect of the current transition is the public disclosure of this group AND of the collaboration with benevolent Star BEings to move this group out of power. Learning more about this disclosure process as it relates to 3D life can help give a sense of how this all might continue to unfold.

You are probably feeling a parallel process of transition as Gaia’s. Even as you can perhaps see, taste, and feel in moments what your NEW higher vibrational life IS, you are still in transition to BEing this more. This, again, is not an easy changeover with much more ‘ash in the air’ than confetti. Your world has been connected into the 3D matrix and conditioning of your culture, of your birth family, of your friends, of your schools, of your jobs. Your body’s every cell holds the cellular memory of 3D living and your DNA vibrates to this frequency as well for most of your life. There is MUCH toxicity taken in through polluted water, chemicals in food, fear-based energies dominant in so many people.

Similar to Gaia you are ‘switched on’ when your ‘time has come.’ Your soul awakens in a very dramatic way with a one-time surge of Kundalini or Nondual or Oneness energies OR in a gradual, walking out experiences over time. Your soul and Higher Self energies flood your inner space, bringing new desires to learn and grow, to lift the veils, and to shed the ‘skin’ and ‘suit’ of 3D life that your 3D self has HAD to create in order to survive incarnation here. Some areas of your life fit this soul frequency right away and others are more difficult to transition.

This changeover from 3D to 4D transitional and higher can have ups and downs, ebbs and flows for you. There are relationships that you discover are more about your 3D self or personas, masks, or ego (what we call ‘parts’ in SoulFullHeart) that are most prevalent. You feel then an ache to just ‘be yourself’ more in relationships and if others around you are not awakening and shifting too, it becomes an intense and often painful ground of letting go, taking space, and completing WHILE love remains in your heart for them.

At some point in the process, settling and shrinking your frequency to fit in with others, conform to 3D expectations or reality…it just isn’t possible anymore. The previous 3D life runs out of ground and what you could formerly ‘tolerate’, you no longer can anymore. Even your 3D self is ‘done’ with it. This doneness allows ALL the areas of your life to more reflect your soul self.

The parallels to Gaia’s process of ascension and your own may provide illumination for you to gain a new context around what is happening to you AND in the world. Gaia will be ‘done’ with 3D reality too and maybe already is with those souls who still need to experience it going into other timelines on other planets.

There are times where the current world can seem a ‘mess’ and IS one in some ways. Yet, out of that mess comes the NEW. Out of your experience at times of emotional chaos and mess can you feel on the other side of it a clearing inside for the NEW. Energy Grid Updates: Your Inner Grids And Gaia’s NEW Grids

Focus on your Inner Grids. I’ve been offered this many times, a repeating message over and over, a Divine loop recording played by DJ Archangel Metatron. The Inner grids are the streams of energy flow that run through your body and your auric field. They are the streams of love too that runs through your emotional body. Focusing on the Inner Grids means that you are conscious and aware of what is going INSIDE, above all else. You are feeling with curiosity and love what your reactions are, what your triggers are, what your responses are to the outside AND what comes up from inside as you connect more with your soul’s stories and your heart’s scenes. You are noticing how these emotional responses impact and effect your energy and your emotional body. These stories and scenes provide SO much information for you about you. They offer a sneak peek into the places of trauma that are often buried deep, tucked away out of mind, out of sight, out of heart.

Focusing on the Inner Grids allows for a sense of trust that Gaia’s light grids are doing just fine on their own. Gaia is a very powerful high dimensional planetary consciousness. She is ascending too. She is in process, just as we are on an individual level. Her 3D grid with the familiar model of grid lines and Ley lines seems to be dissolving….I believe this may be what has been called the ‘matrix.’ Dissolving seems to be the best word for what I saw in meditation around this. As the HIGH frequencies of love and light come into Her atmosphere, they are dissolving the holographic 3D grid that feeds on fear and lower vibrational energies. The fear-based Star BEings (some Reptilians) that used this grid are letting go of it, unable to hold on as it slips through and out of their reach. They are being pressed into choosing love or fear with Gaia’s ascension, needing to make a clear choice if they want to come along. I was shown a temporary fourth dimensional grid system. Temporary because it is a bridge from the old to the NEW. The 4D grid system was swirling energy lines, curving, and swerving. This seems to fit with the transitional, alchemical purgatory of Dark Nights and Light Days that our world is undergoing right now and so many souls are experiencing on the awakening path. I have heard other teachers/healers offer that 4D is almost ‘all’ evil or dark, yet I don’t feel it this way. 4D to me is actually a very catalytic and dynamic transitional consciousness where SO many lights are turning on even as false ones are being turned off, which can be a quite painful process for awhile.

There is much ‘ash in the air’ with fourth dimensional consciousness, but that doesn’t make it evil. I don’t feel there is any REAL evil….only degrees and levels of embracing fear or embracing love. Most BEings are a combination of both with openings and closings that allow for more opening to love or more coming from fear depending on where their consciousness is coming from and what they are triggered by in the moment. Since ALL BEings are ultimately fractals from Divine Source, NONE can truly be ONLY evil. In the 3D world, we have been so afraid of the dark, of going into our own fears, of SEEing and leading with love into the shadow. We have made extremes and black/white out of this exploration as it plays out in our world because of what is happening in our inner worlds that remains unseen and untouched. Focusing on the Inner Grids is about the reconciliation of your shadow, where it comes from, how it connects to your soul legacy and to this life experiences. There is a wondrous 5D crystalline grid available for Gaia and for those who are healing the Inner Grids and so then can see it and feel it. This New Earth timeline is manifesting in the moment of choosing love over fear, going within, serving love to self, other, and with the Divine. Those who are not opening UP in these ways, see and create the timeline that they are meant to see and also the grids that they are meant to see and BE with. The 5D grid system seems to be in a sacred geometric pattern that I didn’t recognize right away, yet it FELT familiar to my soul. This grid is energized and created by EVERY soul that is able to tune into as their focus on self healing and transformation clears the veils, heals the wounds, upgrades the DNA, lightens the physical body, and upgrades all the ‘clair’ sensory perceptions.

The familiar ley lines and energy vortexes that we are used to seeing and feeling seem to be shifting too. I was given this sense that ALL of 5D Gaia will contain powerful vortexes of energy and many more activated energy lines. As we connect more with the energy that we ARE, so we can feel this in ANY place, not just special places around the world. Rather than needing to take pilgrimages to Sedona, Arizona or Glastonbury, England, we can go within and experience the New Earth grid system that comes along with us wherever we go. We are vibrating at a high level more often and so don’t need these physical places to activate us anymore, although we might still very much be drawn to visit them for the soul legacy memories and soul bleeds that come through and are triggered from other lifetimes.

A key aspect of the ascension process seems to be anchoring your Inner Grids to your cosmic heart frequencies that open up and vibrate higher as you heal your emotional body. In SoulFullHeart, we offer this connection with the emotional body AND the soul legacy through parts work. Connecting with specific energies and tones as parts of you, loving and BEing with them, allows what has been stuck to move on and to eventually integrate into the WHOLE you. This creates deeper openings in the cosmic heart and more embodiment INfusion of the higher self/soul essence into the physical body too. Anchoring these aspects of you, that have been disowned, into your heart, holding space for them, enlivens and activates the Inner Grids.

Focusing on the Inner Grids, travelling to the Inner Cosmos, and discovering and uncovering the magical mystery tour of YOU. Then, taking this NEW gridwork with you wherever you go, able to see more reflection of it in your life and WITH Gaia as you grow! This NEW gridwork allows you to serve love with others coming more and more from LOVE and with LOVE!

Awakening, Releasing, and Rising

Waking up and the shadows can SEEM longer, thicker, darker at first. It seems they are hiding everywhere…in the wars, the violence, the contentions, the fighting, both INNER and in the world. The outrage comes up in bubble bursts of tearful exclamations and you LEARN and SEE with new mind and new heart what is REALLY happening in the world. You draw the shades UP, pull the curtain aside….see the quaking man behind the big Oz show. You feel his fear that underlies everything he is offering and selling to you. You no longer want what he is offering; you begin to say, ‘no.’

It seems then you are saying ‘no’ more than you are saying, ‘yes’, as you have to release SO MUCH of what isn’t you anymore. Relationships go through dark nights of rumbles, crashings and burnings, quiet completings and concludings, drifting aways and falling outs. Every aftermath offers the possibility of a NEW You expression even as the mourning of the previous can be almost overwhelming to parts of you at times.

Your reflection keeps shifting, yet your soul’s frequencies are filling in the vacancies that come available……booking the rooms of your life with more SOUL clarities, SOUL purpose, SOUL essence, SOUL connections. Compartments between this area of your life from that area of your life flood with your SOUL’s desires. Hiding from ANYTHING, especially yourself, becomes uninteresting and, eventually, impossible.

You are turning on, lighting UP, going in. You are separating from the energies that drag and tug, from an externally focused world, and are FREED up from the inertia that this has created in you. As you rise, so do you shine and share, drawing others who are moving UP with you. You twirl into the stars of Infinite Possibilities together, creating a NEW world out of the bravery that comes from letting go and the beauty of a soul and heart that can truly let in LOVE. ~

Arising Sacred Human BEcoming

You, waking up soul…..you can SEE your wings. They are still there, even if not visible to your everyday eyes. Unfurling, as so long they had been pressed down and resting. You remember your Bigness, your purpose, your reason for BEing here. You connect to the energy of ALL the angels singing in all the dimensions, hear their chorus calling you to join in. You find these angels in THIS life, human form, soul family reuniting. You share the song to remind others of what IS and love’s tune.

You, healing precious heart….you FEEL how tender you actually are. Your Inner Child is peeking out, wanting to come out of shy, come out of hiding, come out of being protected. To dance again in JOY, to feel the magic of every moment that is just waiting to be experienced and shared. You have the capacity to FEEL your vulnerability, your innocence, your goodness COME back to you again as you transform and transmute the emotional energies that are NOT these frequencies with LOVE.

You, arising sacred human…you ARE a wonder of Infinite Love Possibilities in human form. Your body is becoming MORE light, infused with health and vitality. Radiating OUT with physical juice that flows from your care, your reverence, your LOVE for your fleshy self and every living cell. Your sacred human IS the best of your soul, the best of your heart, the best of your body COMING together, being revealed as the layers of the OLD drop away and you ARE finally born!
