Energy Update: Ramping Up To Heal 3D Wounding, Other Timeline/Lifetimes (Ancient Egypt)

These are the days and nights of near constant energetic influxes coming into Gaia’s atmosphere through Lunar/SOULar/planetary sources (that represent our inner cosmos and galaxies and star systems too.) There is a sense of β€˜ramping up’ as we move into the total lunar eclipse tomorrow on Friday, July 27th and Lion’s Gateway on August 8th. This ramping up is personal to each of us, offering what we most need to see/feel/become aware of to move more into alignment with our highest timeline.

The ramping UP energies could be an illumination for you of more 3D-based and anchored woundings/traumas from this life, often held in parts of you such as your Inner Protector, Inner Child, Inner Teenager, etc. Life situations and relationships can come up to mirror these woundings and offer a way for you to become aware of them through getting to know the parts of you that hold them. Soft, compassionate, curious spaceholding toward these parts of you and becoming separate from the energy of them helps to emotionally digest these traumas.

Many 3D anchored parts of people are being triggered right now in response to these more intense energies….sometimes in sudden outbursts and conflicts or with strong emotions such as despair/depression, acute anxiety, rage/anger…..all coming up to be felt. This is the β€˜trailing edge’ of your BEing, the deeper core wounded frequencies of your emotional body, that just want to be loved, bridged to, and integrated into your growing Divine Self.

The ramping up energies could be lifting more of the veil of amnesia for you to see/feel/remember other timelines/lifetimes in your Metasoul (your personal Higher Self soul source). These timelines can be strongly bleeding through right now, especially with whatever frequencies the Divine is amplifying for collective/personal healing. That seems to be the β€˜ancient Egyptian’ timeline in the moment, especially as we head into the Lion’s Gateway. This timeline is not actually in the β€˜past’ nor β€˜ancient’, yet energizing in the Now and contains many dark/difficult/polarized frequencies in it. As we relate with these timelines in the current and feel their present day influence on us, it helps us to separate out from them.

I have been connecting the last week with my Metasoul aspect/sister from β€˜Ancient Egypt’ named Ashme. She is not just a β€˜past life’ and she is not β€˜me’, yet rather she is a sister from the same soul source, a fractal (if you will) from the same source, that is alive in the Now. As we bond together, I feel her life in Egypt, where she belonged to a cult of Sekhmet (a form of Divine Feminine Goddess that has strong warrior/wounded masculine tones in its representation).

As I go into her timeline with her through meditative visits, I am able to help her heal the textures of patriarchal abuse and misuse of Divine Feminine magic/energy that she is needing relief from, along with a co-rescue from this timeline into a higher dimensional space (for my Metasoul, that is almost always to 4D Avalon). As Ashme lets go into my heart space and trusts more all of our Metasoul sisters that have awakened, she releases her gifts of higher dimensional consciousness to me.

It is this gift exchange between us and our Metasoul aspects that heals and releases karma on a quantum level as unification of the soul happens on a profound and deep level. This is also the work that we do in session space with people to connect with their Metasoul aspects and the timelines they are living in.

While karmic timelines can come forward, it is also possible right now to connect more fluidly to higher dimensional timelines such as Sirius frequencies. These are being activated with the Lion’s Gateway as the planet Sirius comes into its closest proximity to Gaia all year. ALL of this ramping UP is an opportunity to move more into embodiment of your higher self in your body and in your heart. It is an opportunity for sacred union within as the masculine and feminine relationship within you from parts/Metasoul aspects of you to each other is revealed and healed. It is an opportunity to BEcome service of love in an embodied way without transcending or bypassing your humanity.

Activations From Crop Circles Increasing As Eclipse Approaches

The last three days of crop circle communications from our Star Family/BEings have been AMAZING! The message of a Divine Feminine portal opening opportUNITY seems clear as we head into the lunar eclipse on Friday and Lion’s Gate on 8/8.

Galactic consciousness and Star DNA activation is happening on ALL levels…..yet especially in the physical body. The body is super sensitive right now, with an inclination toward colds, flus, that aren’t really about bacteria as much as detoxing and clearing to make ROOM for more light in every living cell. Every part of you is getting ready for this. And resistance that still exists is being flushed UP with these love/light energies to receive love.

Many Versions Of You Navigating Different Worlds As You Awaken

Many worlds you live in and walk in and BE in. Many versions of you show up for each of these worlds. There are the masks that parts of you slip on and wear as needed….each ‘world’ requiring something different in energy, tone, and response. You ‘put it on’, you wear it even as it wearies you more and more to be worn like this. You are like a quick change artist, perhaps shifting without consciousness into new OUTfits many times a day.

All these different worlds leave you stretching over the gaps between who you really ARE and what they EXPECT you to be. The formfitting happens from parts of you that know so well how to do this and have become experts at conforming in this way.

Part of you has become a camouflage creature, able to become just like ANY environment that you are in. You can become the color of the social scenery around you, blend right in. This was the order of the day to survive; this is 3D life that requires a heightened sense of self preservation that is about NOT being yourself, yet about being like EVERYONE else.

During awakening, you start to wake up from your sleep walk. You start to SEE through each of these worlds. You visit the sets and stages. You begin to recognize the props and costumes that you are required to wear. You feel where continual suffering is the badge of entry in and the energy needed to remain. You see the others that were once close to you start to fade from your interest as they stay invested in these worlds and you begin to pull out. They may grab at you and you may go back, in a push-pull and mixed feelings conflictual dance with many things learned on both sides.

Sometimes, you feel like a ghost walking once familiar and comforting hallways that can no longer provide you a place to BE in solid form. Sometimes, you feel like a bull dozer, purposely collapsing these worlds and your place in them….clearing the way for the NEW. Sometimes you are a phoenix…rising from the ashes of all this fiery wreckage to BE reborn without constraints or limits. Sometimes you are a little child, just sobbing in the corner as you wait for a parent to take your hand and show you the way home.

There are no straight lines to follow or linear directional paths to navigate this shifting and sorting out of your worlds. Increasing LOVE for yourself and with others and with the Divine provides heartlines that you can use to navigate in the lost moments. The heartlines disappear at times too, as they are meant to as these are the moments where you inner strength truly grows. You are free falling into the abyss of lost self identity as the roles fall away, along with the attachments and the rules and expectations too.

Yet you begin to trust more and more that you will land on the soft soil of your own soul’s kNOWing and into the arms of the Divine. You begin to find your home. You more often return to love as THIS is the world that offers the most nourishment. And, you start to remember how always will you return, eventually, to the love that you actually ARE!

Inner Child Transmutation/Healing As A Key Aspect Of Ascension

Your Inner Child is not the woundedness, shyness, hurt and shame that they feel. That is the emotional energies they have experienced in 3D life from traumatic experiences that didn’t get digested when they needed to be….in the moment that the trauma occurred. If there had been an open-hearted/open-souled caregiver to digest the trauma, your Inner Child would remain wholy and holy in much higher frequencies of love and soul essence and innocence.

Instead, it is so often our caregivers who CAUSE the trauma and who repeat the abuse that they experienced too with their caregivers. They are innocent in this in a way as they don’t know any other way to BE yet (esp. if they have not awakened their soul frequencies to realize the patterns and choices here.) It is a cycle of undigested trauma passed down like a legacy of woundedness through birth families that often has very little consciousness about the harm that is occurring.

Your Inner Child absorbed these wounded frequencies like a sponge. In their heart and soul porosity, they could only BEcome, to some degree, these pains and aches. Yet, there IS an essence there of love and light that is preserved and stored of your Inner Child due to the dutiful work of your Inner Protector and other parts that form to guard/protect and serve through the 3D journey (and into 4D as you awaken.)

I was reminded yesterday during a beautiful bridging session of the actual essence of the Inner Child. Instead of finding a hurt and wounded energy, my client/facilitant and I discovered her Inner Child as a magical BEing of alchemy able to transmute the ‘dark corners’ of her essence into love again. This Inner Child had experienced some healing of traumas through previous emotional work and was ready to reveal herself as the magic that she IS. She just needed a bridge to her energy in order to show her true colors again.

Also, we were connecting consciously with her Protector in the session, who came along with us on this journey to connect with the Inner Child. This allowed the Protector to be negotiated with and not block the love from coming through, which can often happen if it is not consciously acknowledged. The Protector’s filter of the inner child is that they need fierce guarding, that they are helpless, and they see YOU as your Inner Child (not as a powerful, creator BEing adult.) Much of the suffering loops that occur of inner punishment/judgement and the corresponding shame reaction are unhealed frequencies between the Protector and Inner Child.

Our Inner Child transmutes from 3D wounded sad/shame/hurt frequencies into 4D magical joy/achelmy and eventually into 5D Crystal Child frequencies as we love and hold space for them. It is this Crystal Child frequencies that actually power our Merkabahs or light body vehicles for multidimensional travel. The Crystal Child frequencies in us allow for the necessary fuels of curiosity and reverence to power our Merkabahs.

So, connecting with your Inner Child links very directly with your Ascension and Awakening process. It is a KEY aspect of the process. Trying to avoid or divert or bypass from healing the Inner Child doesn’t seem to work very well and shows up in other ways such as abuse patterns in relationships, ongoing suffering, body disease/illness, cap/blocks in ascension, etc.

The Inner Child is a crucial energy to ‘come along’ with you on your journey! Invite them into your heart space and discover the rich and vast rewards of this INtegration! There are so many gifts freed up as you integrate these energies back into your BEing again and realize that ALL of what you experienced as a child (no matter how painful or traumatic) can actually be transmuted back into love AGAIN if you respond to it with love.

Energy Update: Collapsing And Emerging Timelines

These HIGH energies leading up to the July 27 eclipse and Lion’s Gate are moving us through so many places in such a quicker pace than we have ever known or felt before. Timelines and REALities are collapsing AS the new is coming into manifestation. This overlapping is happening more and more with what is collapsing not even consciously known sometimes before it starts to shift and change.

Perhaps just as you are feeling there is something to let go of here, you are beginning to feel the rumbles, you are preparing to mourn……then, the NEW is already coming in and starting to manifest in your life. There used to be more gap in this process of death and rebirth, it seems…more ‘time’ for the process of it all.

NOW, this gap is seeming to be greatly narrowed where in some cases JUST as you realize that you need to change something, the NEW is coming in to take its place. Just as you are feeling a need to shift and change something, the opportunities and possibilities are coming in through synchs and connections leading to quicker implementation of choice points. I am seeing and feeling this happen in my own life and in the lives of others in our SoulFullHeart community.

The inner negotiation around ALL this becomes so important. To bridge all this change (even as it is into the good, for your good, and for your growth) with the parts of you that (of course!) are feeling resistant, afraid, tense, and anxious about the transition. The Inner Protector especially is ‘charged’ with making sure you don’t experience harm and to warn you of any ‘threats’ coming. The NEW can feel like a threat to the protective part of you, even if YOU deeply want it.

You showing up to negotiate with your Inner Protector can allow for more fluid of a transition and processing of the previously harmful experiences that occurred in the past. The protector can then rest more and allow the NEW to come in at a rate and pace that YOU want and then you able to let in the goodness that is coming to you in a deeper way too. The NEW can bring up previous trauma experiences stored at the cellular level, to BE with as the water of love that washes out the ‘oil’ of what has been stored in your emotional body. As the cells UPgrade to crystalline they release the toxicities and lower frequencies absorbed through 3D experience AND in the Metasoul line too. This can be A LOT of stored toxicity and it doesn’t seem to make much difference how physically healthy your body is related to how much has to come up…..although being physically vital can help.

As you move into the NEW from the OLD at a more rapid pace (as what seems to be happening right now), your cells can vibrate faster and it’s like a wet towel that you whip around in a circle…….the faster you go in your circular motion, the more water flings off. The more love in the form of NEW coming into your world and at a faster rate, the more is released that needs to be.

The Divine is offering SO MUCH trust and support in our capacity to handle this accelerated rate of death and rebirth and this increased cycle of cellular release of toxicity. As so many of us are being fast-tracked right now in this ascension process to lead the way, we can lean into the Divine to surrender the outcomes and preconceived ideas parts of us might have of what the NEW might look like, even as we hold our desires and wants with tenderness and care!

Leaning into the Divine in whatever forms work for you can bring so much ease and grace and trust in the overall process and the increasingly rate and pace of it. Trusting the feeling how, indeed, ‘we are never given more than we can handle (even of the good!)’ and that it is ALL held with much LOVE!

Energy Update: Powerful Divine Feminine Energy Passageway

This is a POWERFUL passageway we are moving into Now! These energies amplify sensitivities on ALL levels ~ emotional, physical, mental, social. The degree and depth that you feel these energies is related to where you are in your ascension/awakening process and what you most need to see/feel now. You may feel like you are ‘floating above’ them in some ways as you ride waves of bliss and love. Or you may feel like you are ‘knee/heart/soul deep’ in heavy and intense emotional states. This range of experience is ALL sacred with none being better then the other.

The partial solar eclipse yesterday offered a preparation for the deeper and stronger energies to come as we head into the total lunar eclipse on July 27th and through Lion’s Gate 8/8.Β As the moon ‘took a bite’ out of our sun during the solar eclipse, it felt like the Feminine lunar frequencies were making themselves KNOWN in our inner solar systems too. The moon, the sun, and Gaia being temporarily out of alignment during the eclipse can mirror your inner alignments/misalignments of masculine and feminine. This inner mirror reveals and reflects polarizations inside of you from your masculine and feminine, usually a masculine Inner Protector energy in relationship with your Inner Feminine. Also, these powerful energies invite you feel how you experience your daily life….bringing up questions such as: is your life as you live it EVERY MOMENT in alignment with your soul and service of love? Is your life compartmentalized with aspects of your BEing not able to express in every area of your life? Are parts of you hiding your TRUE purpose here, your passions, your desires, and your light in order to fit into and anchor into a former 3D way of BEing? Are yourΒ  relationships in alignment with your soul and service of love or are they not?

The GAP between what your 3D Self/Inner Protector has set up and arranged and configured as your life….to what your soul mostly deeply WANTS for your life….is getting more pronounced with these energies. The GAP can be honored and patiently/compassionately related with even as you are more and more letting yourself feel what you really WANT. Divine Feminine frequencies invite you to feel what is real about your life and the sadness, lostness, confusion, disappointment, and denial are pushed up to be seen and felt.

I connected this morning with my Sirian Metasoul aspect/guide Sela and this was the main message she offered me about these energies. The Sirius energy is being activated as we move into the Lion’s Gateway on 8/8 so you may feel their presence more strongly yourself. I’ll be offering more about connecting to their beautiful blue ray Lion/Lionness energies as the gateway approaches.

The message I received from Sela about these current energies was about BEing in surrender to what the Divine Feminine is inviting you to see/feel. This allows for a deeper INtegration as previously deep traumas heal from this life and other lifetimes/timelines too. You can experience then the stillness, the grace, the compassion, the surrender of YOUR feminine (for both women and men) into the natural, arising state of receiving. You can let in how HELD you are in the arms of the Divine Mother as you undergo this death and rebirth process into your sacred humanity.

There is SO MUCH coming into balance now that has long been off balance. Embrace this process with much love and feel the parts of you (esp. your Inner Masculine) that may resist it, offering them a bridge to experience these shifts in an ultimately self loving way!

In this piece she shares her sense of her generation and what they’re here to offer and be that is truly unique from other generations, perhaps especially in the area of self-awareness and the drive to deepen their journey around it too. She shares some powerful viewpoints on the different labels and judgments given to Millennials and the judgments that parts of them may have about themselves:

“Being self aware does not have to be a negative thing. In fact, nothing is truly β€œnegative” when you feel the layers deep down inside. Someone who seems β€œmaterialistic” β€œnarcissistic” or β€œentitled” really just has parts that are scared. Scared of failure, of losing what they love, of not being good enough or being abandoned. Of course, these parts need a mirror to be able to take responsibility for how they affect others, but they also need love and support. They don’t need to feel wrong or less than any other parts, they just need a boundary and a space to feel their fears. This, in turn, can transmute into more self-loving feelings such as confidence, self acceptance, and trust in the Divine.

On the other end of the spectrum, there are people at this age that are seen as tolerant, open-minded, and selfless. These are all beautiful things to be, but where does the self-care come into this? The more narcissistic parts of you may seem β€œbad” compared to these other parts of you, but their gift is that they know how to put themselves first. Which does NOT make you selfish or unable to serve others. Putting your own process first just means that you feel worthy of love and understand that it’s so important to fill up your own love tank before you can fill up others.”

Coming Out Of Hiding During Awakening

Peek-a-boo you….. you can come out of hiding, you can open your eyes beyond the edges of fleshy covering-up-full-view fingers.

Peek-a-boo you…..you can BE without masks, you can feel the air of realness on your unobstructed face.

Peek-a-boo you…..you can venture out of the closet, you can let your soul’s light open ALL the doors that have previously felt closed.

Peek-a-boo you….you can open your heart to intimacy in moments with others as you claim it with yourself.

Peek-a-boo you….you can take it ALL in without fear of being consumed or doomed or shamed as you learn to receive and to give.

They taught parts of you to hide yourself because they felt more comfortable in the hiding. They gave you a mask to wear because they were safely tugged away behind their own. They transmitted energies of fear to you because that is what they inherited. They wanted you to close your heart down because theirs had been shut.

Yet, none of this is who or what they OR you really ARE. It is what has been taught and sought, sold and trained in the 3D world experiment. The currency of fear, non-vulnerability, protection, suppression is NOT the actual gold of anyone’s true capacity as a sacred human.

Seeing life with full vision. Feeling life with an opening heart. Awakening to life with your beaconing soul.

This is YOU beyond the peek-a-boo games with life that ask parts of you to hide.

This is YOU beyond the masks that everyone seems to wear.

This is you face-to-face, heart-to-heart, soul-to-soul, raw to life, and taking it ALL in without layers or false skins.

This is you AS love without anything in the way of your experience of experience….this is you BEing the love that you ARE.
