Re-homing, Re-wilding, Re-integrating

This past week I have been living in an area of land just outside a village near my soul family of feminines. They live in an apartment together I have been calling the Magdalene House. So, not quite wild camping by definition, but not campground, on-grid camping either. A bit in between. A balance between the domestic and the wild.

Since my recent completion with Kasha, I have felt a need to ‘re-home’ myself more than rewild myself. I do feel a draw to get more wild by going deeper into nature but for now, practically speaking, I need a balance for many reasons. So this itches a scratch and a need.

I have felt a split inside myself between polar parts and aspects such as the domestic/wild, the practical/spiritual, the masculine/feminine, and the calm/passionte. It is interesting when I look at those in this moment and I organize them by what came first and then second I get this polarity:

The domestic, practical, calm masculine vs. the wild, spiritual, passionate feminine.

Now there are other ways to organize this list but this one in particular symbolizes something for me personally. It represents an archetypal pattern inside of myself that has played out externally but is occurring inside of me from self to self.

I feel this re-homing period is about creating a space between these parts, aspects and energies to find a safe haven to come and be felt, seen, heard, and hopefully back into union. Being a part of a sacred union off and on, I have tended to focus on the bond rather than my own unification. I have had a history of care-taking that I am in still in a process around to shift into care-giving.

True care-giving is holding a line of goodness and honesty within oneself to bring an overflow of care, compassion, and challenge if needed. If this is not being felt and intergrated internally, it just doesn’t happen on the outside. It turns into obligation, compliance, and the dreaded care-taking that really does no one any good. It may solve a short-term uncomfortability, but does not address core need and growth.

So this care-giving goes internal now. It goes into feeling and bridging these aspects inside of myself through journaling, inner dialogue, and meditation. It is feeling myself and parts in their needs, truth, and desires in each moment. Any dissonce in my field felt as a portal to this reunification inside.

It is like a zipper. I am sitting staring at one in my tent. These parts and aspects need me to zip myself up into a cohesion. A unified field of masculine/feminine, practical/spiritual, domestic/wild, and calm/passionate. I, as Gabriel, am the piece of metal that bring them together and bond them in union to form a more solid pillar of Self, both divine and human. More real and raw. More me, less other.

This has been an ongoing journey for me that has just taken the time it has and the path it has. Any self-judgements just set me back again. Yet, if they come, I will it with them, honor them, and heal them with Love. I desire that my own journey around this re-homing be an inspiration or a guide for anyone else experiencing the same, especially for men. I know there is lot for us to heal and show up for in this ongoing ascension process that just keeps getting more activated by the arising Divine Feminine.

I am having some more ideas about the different types of masculine energies that live within myself and the collective that I will be sharing soon that may be a marker for other men who may feel the same. It is becoming a deep passion of mine to serve other men on this quest for Self, Love, and Purpose while re-homing themsleves.

The Illumination And Integration Of The Shadow

Our shadow can only be repressed for so long. It is a lot work to keep it in place. Eventually, it does find its way to its rightful place within our daily lives. It gets tired of being repressed and ignored. It runs out of gas in finding ways to express that are not vulnerable and relational.

This is true for our personal shadows as well as the Collective Shadow that is coming into plain sight with each passing day. We are being invited, if not prodded, to reconcile and reunite with this sequestered part of our consciousness and emotional/spiritual body. I know this is true for me, and has been for all of my healing journey.

It is a process like any other. It ebbs and flows. Floods and recedes. It is an essential part of each of our maturation and evolutionary cycles. There is no real management that can ease its way onto the scene other than a sacred trust that whatever comes out will be met with a deep compassion and forgiveness for all its edges and darkness.

It desperately seeks to come out and be a part of our lives. It houses our power and our creativity. It is the gateway to our authenticity and our reality. We are just living a half-life in its stead. When it is time for integration, it will be clear. Gaia’s ascension requires it as a passport to the New, no longer avoided but met with need and desire, hand in hand.

In The Darkness The Queen Is Born

It’s hard to share and write as much when I am in the depths of feeling darker emotions and shadow aspects of myself. It feels so vulnerable for my parts to show the depth of grief, unworthiness, self loathing and entitlement they are feeling. For younger parts it can feel dangerous to show these feelings, as they are so conditioned to be good, nice and keep quiet. Yet to show up as the woman I know I am, this process of welcoming, owning and revealing the darkness feels like a key part of maturation and embodiment.

As I danced this morning with the darkness, I could feel how alive and juicy it feels to dance, feel and express these darker emotions. There is a power within them, that feels so connected to embodying and stepping into my Queen. To push intensity and darkness away, to hide from it and make it ‘not ok’, I feel like I am pushing away essential parts of myself as a woman. My passion, my pleasure, my joy, my purpose are all being suppressed along with them. 

There have been times these past weeks where my parts feel like they are drowning in the darkness, like they will never find their way through. To be honest that can still feel like the only reality as I, Deya, am still growing my capacity as a space-holder for my parts, and am still becoming the container that they can rest into and feel held within, rather than becoming them.

I don’t think I have ever felt so shaky in my life. Even as I feel a strength in sharing these words in the moment, once they are out in the world, the unworthiness, fear and anxiety will surely arise as they keep doing. The more I am choosing to step up and shine, to be more authentic, to follow my desire to be in service to Love and to be in intimacy with others, the more these shadows are being revealed.

It feels like there are now no other options, no more hiding places; there is no way to go but IN. To be authentic, to serve and to live in joy includes all of the uncomfortable emotions, to Love and be in intimacy with myself, with life and with others includes them all too. To be a Queen means being willing and brave enough to face the shadows. To be a Queen means to lead by example with a loving, empathetic heart to the feelings of others, because she is in a deep, real and intimate relationship with her own and knows the challenges that will be faced on this journey through her own lived experience.

Only one more week until Lion’s Gate and the energies are helping us open up and out, guiding us to new ways to BE and inviting us to honour the sacredness of our humanity as we move into another year of openings, awakenings and deep movements. It truly feels to me like Lion’s Gate IS the ‘new year’ celebration for the spiritually conscious, as we bathe in the waters of renewing light and incoming waves of love.

Raianna and I felt guided to hold this live stream as an opportunity to feel these energies, to feel the next places in our consciousness expansion and inner healing that they are inviting us into, no matter what age, label, sun sign, etc we may feel most resonant with or that parts of us may be attached to. It feels like this live stream is about feeling our realness, the sacredness of our emotions no matter how messy, feeling how life and Divine love continue to invite us to inhabit vulnerable leadership, feeling how we are being guided to BE with ourselves, others and love itself as we continue to move through our personal activations and integrations on a soul, heart, and star seed level too.

This, we feel, is what the new wave of what has been known as ‘New Age’ spirituality is about… being real, bringing our truths yet with care, being where and who we are in this moment with an openness to feel that this is not all we are or all we’re meant to be and have. From this place of going into our depths, we get to awaken to more of who we are as individual souls and we can connect to our galactic aspects too that are waiting to reunite with us.

We will also lead a guided meditation tomorrow, to hold space with you as we all go inward for a moment and feel our next pieces we’re being invited into in service of love to ourselves and others and our next layers of feeling what the ‘new wave of the new age’ means to us all on a personal level. You may even meet a galatic Metasoul Aspect of yours who has been waiting for contact with you, if it’s time for that in this phase of your personal journey.

Ascending Into Sacred Humanity: Integration Of Spirituality & Life

I just realized that I write a lot about the integration of your spirituality. It does feel like there are pulses of energy waves that remind us to do this, that invite us deeper into this, that support us to look bravely into the mirror of life and relationships to truly SEE where we haven’t integrated or let our spirituality live in us on a daily basis. This is something that I have had to really look at many times in my own process and I suspect that process is not over, nor could it ever be over!

It really feels like we’re so used to being our Galactic selves, our soul selves, that it’s so hard to really BE human and to subscribe to what that even means for us/with us. This is why feeling the Ascension of humanity as an arising into a SACRED humanity evokes a strong sense of an integrated soul. A sense of a 5D/Higher Self that is willing and able to walk powerfully and heartfully around in a non-compartmentalized life while feeling a strong sense of love and compassion for others and self and a sense of healthy boundaries too. Continuing to choose a compartmentalized life or a life where parts of you don’t feel like they can let you (or themselves) bring all of who you or they are into your life and spirituality, makes this process of becoming your Sacred Human Self much more challenging.

You can choose instead to feel the resistance with parts of you and ask them “why”… keep diving deeper, feeling every layer.

It feels like it can be challenging for parts of us to let in our sacredness because of the rough road of awakening into 4D consciousness, which fuels you with knowledge about the possibilities of the history of humanity on this planet, how we could be here as some sort of ‘slave race’ perhaps, how we’ve co-created disaster on Gaia and are depleting Her resources. It feels like there is a necessary phase of awakening of feeling the outrage at others and at yourself too, wanting to tear down the old confines of the ‘Matrix’, wanting to rip apart the ‘ego’, and ultimately, for some parts of you, longing for death in some form. It’s a phase too of feeling on the ‘defense’ and on the ‘offense’ too, sometimes in high extremes, not really letting in the love that Ascension actually wants to offer you, supporting you to move towards a higher, bigger picture of it all that doesn’t stop feeling the cries of the world, but can instead hold it in a bigger container.

The Ascension into 5D consciousness is integration of the dis-integration experienced in 4D birth canals and dark corridors. It IS the Heaven-on-Earth experience your soul remembers that it is here to experience and be part of birthing into this world. And, it is a consciousness that wants and loves everything that has made you and others ‘human’ and that trusts that you WILL remember your sacredness, one step at a time.

Incoming July Energies Support Change Choices & Integration

It doesn’t feel like we’re in a phase of much being activated at the moment, though it depends very much on the phase that you find yourself in. If you’ve recently been navigating some significant life changes, you may find that you’re actually in a phase of integrating them… and if you’re trying to figure out your next step at the moment, or taking some sort of action in order to exit one phase and enter another, you may find that you’re being asked to find some stillness amid challenges that are springing up. It feels like whatever side of “change” you’re on right now, whether in the INcubation or INtegration phase of it, you may be feeling the birth canal of the rebirth these energies coming in are inviting you into. And what’s more is that these changes are a direct result of your awakening journey so far… they are all a graduation point, even the difficult ones, and they all want to lead you to your next places on your journey.

You may be starting to realize that parts of you have been over-focused on ‘making change happen’ in one particular area of your life, whether it’s trying to lose some physical weight, moving to a new home, looking for work, or completing/beginning a relationship. This over-focus feels two-fold to me: first, I feel there is an invitation here to feel how the work to ‘make something happen’ is a part trying to force something that perhaps has its own timing and probably out of a fear of missing out on an opportunity or to bring someone or something closer to you in your life for fear of losing them, or losing your next chance, whatever that may mean; and second, I feel too the invitation to begin seeing the bigger picture of the changes, that they connect to all areas of your life and not just one. It’s like trying to work out by only targeting one muscle group when really it’s your whole body that needs your attention and love. Plus, compartmentalizing is probably losing its ground for you in general, so the focus on only one thing/area or even person in your life is something you won’t actually be able to maintain for long as it all wants and needs to connect and integrate together.

It feels like July is a ‘hot’ month for bringing in and settling into changes too. I get a ‘coming and going’ sort of feeling around it. You may be experiencing a push-pull inside of you around change too, as parts of you want it and others don’t, and this polarization becomes harder and harder to ignore. You can choose to feel the parts and the ways in which they’re attached to what you’re taking steps to let go of and the ways they feel about what/who you’re trying to let in too. Your Inner Protector especially will have opinions and observations to offer, as will other parts of you.

As always with the incoming energy waves, there’s much to feel and awaken to within. You’re always invited to find expanded consciousness and a brighter view of the bigger picture of Ascension, the Cosmos, etc, yet this expanded consciousness landing within you is the one that truly lights up your path, your action steps, your stillness needs, and the parts that need your love as you choose, inhabit, and integrate the changes you most need in this Now. The Divine Mother/Feminine and Her many different expressions are here to be with you and hold space with you too as you explore all of these elements of your being… I feel Her honouring all of your choice points and everything you’re feeling or even ‘not’ feeling along the way, while also encouraging you to keep going, flowing, finding ways to BE with all of the challenges and desires, both.

Love to you as you feel all there is to feel on this next stratum of your ever-deepening healing and ever-increasing desire for everything you’ve ever wanted to have or happen in your life. ❤

Summer Solstice 2018: Deepen Your Healing — INtegrate Your Spirituality With Your Humanity

The consistently high energy LOVE waves coming in have felt like they’re bringing up heaviness… you may be feeling them physically like suddenly gravity is getting more intense and you could be experiencing headaches, body aches, tiredness around it too. On top of this, intense emotions seem to be bubbling up, memories of traumas that you thought you had already moved through and healed, which you probably DID move through and heal on some layer inside of you, are coming up to remind you that your journey isn’t over yet. There really is no finality to your healing journey — especially as these energies ramp up and invite you even deeper into integrating all you’re awakening to WITH your humanity and daily life.

Ascension is an invitation to be in our humanity, to remember its sacred role, to be with the parts and Metasoul Aspects that are bent on feeling that humanity is only a ‘slave race’, that we are the equivalent of ants in the Universe at large, that we are squashable victims that somehow have managed to persevere. This Solstice and its energies remind us all in different ways that we signed up to be here, to live into our humanity and access our spirituality and multi-dimensionality through the sacredness of that.

There are practical things to address in our daily lives and many decisions to make. If you are still living with a non-resonant romance or relationships of any kind, this especially may be highlighted for you now with unshakable feelings coming up that you deserve and are worth so much more. You may be feeling this about the spiritual paradigm you’ve been in too, feeling healthy doubts arise from parts of you that are realizing how abused they’ve been. Anything that doesn’t help you integrate, honour, and LOVE your humanity as well as your spirituality and help you actually WANT to be here on Gaia at this time is being mirrored to you by these incoming energies.

The process of seeing and feeling all of this is challenging, with so much to suddenly realize and feel and so much to navigate in life, that could leave you without much space at the moment for your etheric explorations. If you’re someone who has been very dedicated to your etheric and/or galactic healing space, you may find that right now there’s so much to suddenly be with in the physical, whether they are physical symptoms or some life changes you need to make step-by-step. Everything you’ve accessed by moving outside of your humanity for a time though is still there with you, cheering you on, helping and guiding you, and you may already be feeling and experiencing this.

However, you could also be someone who is just coming into their multi-dimensionality and spiritual experience of life so you may be experiencing the opposite of this too — that these energies are inviting you to connect to your divinity more and more and to be with the more practical or heavy parts of you that are resistant to doing THAT. Ultimately, love wants you to love all parts of yourself, to come into Sacred Union inside of you, which means that the human aspects of you, including what you may call the ‘ego’ wants and needs to come into that love space with you too and actually help you find your way in your body and life as it is right now.

Phew! OK, I wasn’t sure what would come out today as I started to write this, yet my heart feels you, feels these movements, and I am experiencing them in my own life as well. So many of your soul and heart gifts want to manifest in your present life, yet if there are still ways in which you haven’t been able to bring them into your daily, moment-to-moment experience of your life, then there is a process being invited forward to be with any resistance that may come up in parts of you to doing this and to begin feeling it ALL as sacred… as sacred as your beloved journeys into metaspace and just as deeply healing and nourishing.

IN-tegration Is Happening On All Levels: Messages From Guides/Aspects

“IN-tegration is happening on all levels,” I am hearing this while connecting with three of my guides/aspects in this now. These multidimensional aspects want to communicate with you, although honestly written word is SO challenging sometimes and right now in particular……so linear, so one word after the other. They (and I) would prefer instead to just transmit this to you on waves of love energies for your heart to take in, your mind to digest when it is ready, and your soul to just kNOW. I trust that it does go in this way on some level….

Connection with aspects of ourselves (from 3D to 4D to 5D to higher selves) seems to be more fluid, less veil there, easier to access with so much help from the higher frequency energies available to us. Whether you call them ‘past lives’, ‘parts of me’, ‘spirit guides’ or whatever doesn’t matter so much. Going within and JUST asking to connect with a curious and open heart is ALL it takes.

Being open to whatever happens after that, trusting that you’ll know when it is coming from love, letting your mind help yet not lead. Feeling the other aspects of you that feel unworthy to connect with your higher frequency aspects. There is no attainment in this, just a remembering and reclaiming of YOU. These BEings are not better or higher than you, yet, just represent other aspects of you returning to your consciousness again.

Each of these guides seems to offer messages of integration of energies that are available during this Equinox passage and beyond that invite you to feel different textures of your BEing. They are here to help you see beyond your 3D conditioning that flattens your perceptions of yourself and all of life into a limited feeling, five sense perception reality.

“Everything is rich in meaning and symbology when you are ready to let it in that way,” offers Archangel Metatron in this now. “Integrating your angelic frequencies into every day meaning allows you to open up to what is holy, what is sacred, what is Divine, and what is transcendent.”

“Everything is magical and wild when you let go of the filters that make it ordinary and mundane,” says Ealanthra, Faerie Queen and quite a magical mystery herself. “Integrating your magical and wild frequencies into every day meaning provides a doorway into your soul legacies, into your imagination, into metaphysical realities represented by your wildest dreams.”

This is what a healing heart can HOLD when allowed to open. IN-tegration is letting in the love that you already ARE. IN-tegration is allowing in ALL aspects of your BEing as you return, process by process, to wholeness again.
