Healing Your ‘Parts’, Embodying Your Spirituality Through SoulFullHeart

Every day, we enter another portal into the unknown. What will this day bring, look like, feel like? What will I experience today? What will I learn? Who will I meet? Will I realize another layer inside of my heart and soul that needs my love and attention? Will parts of me feel like they need something that they’re not quite getting in the moment?

I realize those last two questions may feel a bit foreign to you. No problem! I’m here to bridge and teach and serve love with you, and part of that is by leading something new and different, alongside my community of beloveds who are doing and embodying the same.

The reality of ‘parts’ was something that simply felt true to me from the beginning, which was about 5 years ago now. It was something that made sense. It explained the polarizations inside of me, my push-pull feelings toward this or that, how I could be immature and mature at the same time, and it unearthed so much about me – in the form of gifts and pain, both – that I wouldn’t have realized was there otherwise.

In SoulFullHeart, we work with ‘parts’ of us or subpersonalities that formed from trauma, from needing to find ways to blend in and survive in our surroundings and cultures. They are the result of abuse in many different ways, shapes, and forms, including from culture, from birth family, from spouses or significant others, and even from ourselves to ourselves… they are our coping mechanisms, our self-deprecating habits, our need to diminish others so we can feel bigger than we are in those moments. This is the key to healing the emotional body, a huge part of what makes us human and what I truly feel we are here to go into and heal through. The emotional body becomes an incredible portal and healing space. It holds the doorways into deeper places within that are waiting to be rediscovered, cultivated, loved. It also houses the means to experience spirituality beyond the mental learning of concepts, theories, and practices. Through our emotions and loving parts of ourselves, we can begin to feel what’s real for us about spirituality and consciousness, what could be blocking our access, and where it is we’d like to go next. It humbles us to this place of being able to let in what spirituality really is and what spiritual experiences and awakenings more deeply offer us – something far more visceral and heart-opening than we could have imagined or even theorized about before. It is an experience of pure love and the places where it brings us.

It’s sort of like a bridge appears after working with the emotional body for long enough and at a deep enough level, that shows us the passageway to higher consciousness. In this place, we can feel a trust in the bridge that maybe we couldn’t have felt before and we realize with each step across it, all of the ways in which this very bridge would have been impassable before.

From here the explorations are exponential, though tying it all back into the emotional body and parts of you is still important. This process never really ends, and in some ways just gets exponentiated over different phases, in different ways. Your newly inhabited capacity to FEEL is what leads to healing of different lives in your Metasoul line. Your heart is the place you can come back to, to bring these aspects of you back to, to rest, recharge, regroup, and heal.

As I mentioned before, my beloveds and I in SoulFullHeart offer this very thorough and deep work as a way to serve love. My heart is excited to welcome more of you into this process and community too.

The Maturation Of Our Cosmic Innocence

Many tears this morning as I went into meditation to feel what has been wanting to download into me the past few days.  It has been nights of what I call shallow sleep and even some insomnia.  In the past I have found myself in times of deep frustration and irritation over it, but this go around I chose to find a different ground with it.  Not that I didn’t have a round or two of it.  Allowing the ebbs and flows of energy be what they have been.  To my soldier, Alexander, it has been a struggle not to feel like life was just passing him by.  Not easy to surrender into SOULdier.

To surrender into trust feels to be a very difficult piece for parts of us to lean into.  It takes a growing sense of our arising sacred humanity to hold that.  To let in that what is happening, or may need to happen, is all part of our greater growth.  How we respond to it is the level of our maturation.  Even to be honest with my immaturity around it is a sign of maturation.  But when we think of maturing in the old 3D way, that has lead to a very rigid set of beliefs that has cut us off from the expansiveness and joys of our divine inheritance as cosmic children at play and wonder.

As I laid on my bed listening to some very angelic and galactic music, I felt the swell of tears begin to surface.  I felt something beyond and underneath Alexander that wanted to bubble up.  A star being energy that I could feel as very young but very ancient at the same time.  A consciousness that is feeling the cap of limitation that has surrounded me in my life and that feels to have been so instrumental to my pain this life. A deeper layer of the onion.  I felt not just an ache for “home” from him, as much as it was an ache for “more”. More of what reality “really” is.  As I felt this being, I could feel it as both me and not me.  He feels like an innocence that was buried under the gravity of this dimension. Of the amnesia. Inside of Alexander.

He says his name is Zetti and he so much wants to come out and help me remember what is so magical about the universe.  About what we are as human beings.  What our “role” is in the greater galactic context.  There is still so much war happening and the return to innocence is a salve to that energy. But this return is not easy.  It has choice points and feeling spaces that require us to be courageous and vulnerable.  To actually mature into our innocence.  The innocence that sees the world in its natural technicolored magic.  The innocence that never gave up on dreaming even if it didn’t go the way we wanted.  We just changed the rules of the game!

So did I come out seeing things I that were left unseen in the physical? No, not yet. I received a gift of feeling and awareness. Of realizing that there is so much more going on in our inner universe that is just seeking out its time to be felt. I felt the abundance of love and support that is IN here rooting me, and us, on.  I still feel tired but that is okay. I just keep letting that be and let in more of what wants to come through and in.  It is all setting the table for more love to enter my house.  New romance is in my energetic front yard knocking on my door. New community members coming to visit and engage deeper into this extraordinary way of life. New interest in what this healing path can offer for those that are feeling the reSOULnance of this offering.

The Lion/Lioness energies feel like both our leadership/maturation and our innocence in sychronistic dance together.  Both distinct and yet the same. It this holding and feeling of polarity and unity that we have come here to experience.  To feel all the fun and sorrow that life has to offer in our growth and experience.  As we heal, there is undoubtedly more fun on the flip side, and I feel myself landing heart UP toward MORE.

From Soldier to SOULdier: Healing Into A New Frequency Of Masculinity

Oofff…I feel like I have an abundance hangover. So much in the way of goodness yesterday, in the physical, emotional, and spiritual dimensions. It can be a lot for our bodies and heart to let in! I needed to go in for a “tune-up” with Metatron and Co. this morning to re-calibrate to this new atmosphere of love frequency. Last week I mentioned of turbulence.  The bumpy course that occurs as we reach new layers of our essence and is in response to the unhealed parts of us that just can’t let it in.  It is feeling that turbulence while at the same time holding it with reverence and curiosity.  It has a story to tell and a gift to behold.

Mine was feeling a SOULdier aspect in my Metasoul that has responded to life with the meme of “doing what needed to be done” regardless of what was actually real for him emotionally, spiritually, and physically.  Perseverance in the name of loyalty.  But to what he was never quite sure.  Self-image? The greater “good”? Earning your “keep”? He began to feel the battleground was within himself and needed to go back into the lovefield from whence he originally came.

So in all of that there is a passion of persistence and perseverance.  Not giving up when things may get rough.  There is much to admire about it.  It is what helps us continue on this path of ascension and expansion.  But the path is not a straight line.  To a soldier, there is an objective and the means to that objective.  He learned the ability to ignore what was being felt inside that was not in line with this objective.  This is a very masculine approach that has its value, but not at the expense of what is not felt along the way.

We are striving to thrive as human family.  We have so much built-in passion for this.  It is already blueprinted in our DNA.  But the WAY we get there can assist us or hinder us. The old wounded masculine approach does not align with the more yin surrender to presence and trust.  To feeling and BEing.  It can be a hard one for parts of men, and many women, to let in.  It has been such a ingrained aspect to our collective psyche.  A more healed masculine follows his passion with reverence to the love that wants to be offered, not sold.  To penetrate the heart with care and compassion.  To lead with vulnerability and vision.

The loyalty is to Love now.  To the deep well of self-worth and inner romance.  It is to embracing the feminine is all of her sensual mystery and co-leading in a perpetual dance of individuated merging.  This new SOULdier is opening up his heart to the heaven within and paying respect to Mother Gaia that gave birth to him.  He embodies his Divine Self and allows space for his shadow self.  He speaks his truth and owns it with an authority that is willing to be wrong.  He seeks all the goodness and goodies that life and the universe want to offer and deliver.

I feel Leo in this.  The lion of our inner want and desire.  The king of our passion and purpose.  He has birthed us on the other side of something new and imaginable. It is all up to us to choose to let it in.  We don’t have to struggle or suffer anymore.  We do need to feel, but in a way that allows for grounded movement and trust that whatever it is we need to experience is for our greatest good.  This is what SoulFullHeart is leading us into. The healing and maturation of your inner SOULdier to steward a new experience of Love beyond what we have permitted ourselves to feel.

Reconciling Our Soul Stories As We Heal and Grow

Being invited into more love. More goodness. More Self.  It is all right there for us to embrace and embody.  It is not some fairy tale that we live, in this moment, in abundant joy.  We ARE it.  Even when you feel less than it, you are in it.  Always. So how can that be if we feel less than that feeling of joy?

We have all been through much as souls this life and others.  We are coming to terms with all that we have experienced. For those that have chosen to partake in this grand ascension of humanity, we are being asked to balance the books, so to speak.  What in the shadow part of our ledger are we needing to reconcile? To feel? To forgive ourselves for? To let go of? Can we let in the light and love side with reverence and awe? I feel a grand accounting happening for us all.  It is not a “good” or “bad” reconciliation.  That feels too elementary to me.

We are being asked by our Divine parents to grow up and grow open. Leave the chains of suffering behind and fully inhabit our true gifts.  But to do that we need to take responsibility for what is real inside of us.  To own that we are the ultimate creators of our experience.  I have felt intense waves of thought patterns that translate into a lowered frequency.  I have felt fear and self-judgment wanting to find some way into my being.  Without having a conscious way of holding or releasing these energies, it can be so easy to project them onto something else outside of us and fuse to the din.

These energies are a part of a story.  My story.  The one that I am creating in this moment in multiple lives and dimensions.  I feel the Metasoul aspects of me that need to be integrated into my open human heart.  To be felt in their brokenness and weariness.  To change the timelines with them and invite them into greener pastures.  Into more light. This is the reconciliation.   The maturation of our hearts and souls into a new dimension of responsivity to what is moving through us in real time.  From this experience of our fractiled selves we pick up the pieces and bring them back into wholeness.  We remember the gifts that we had long forgotten were ours from the beginning.

All of this is accessed consciously through our imaginations. We have it all in our inner Akashic records.  The DNA of our souls experience.  I feel like a little pod floating around my inner galaxy ready to give love to all the carbon that has been there as a way to experience this dimension.  The crystal palaces within start to shine and glisten with new hope of a new human on a new Earth.  The joy starts to come back.  It starts to fill the empty spaces where there was once fear.  A hum starts to reemerge inside my body and I feel higher and lighter again.

The soldier of another life lets go of his orders, his need to march on, and his compulsion to strategize and  mentalize.  He is looking forward to going home.  To reunite with the love of his life in a paradisaical valley of evergreen and wildflowers.  The gift of persistence and dedication remain, but in a flow of choice and stillness.  An example of wounded masculine energy that finding his way out of the trenches and into the gentler and yet passionate lands of the sacred.  He has reconciled himself to this new life and will only come out for the pursuit and loyalty of Love.

Okay, so I had no idea where this was going and it all feels so perfect to me.  Writing from where my heart and soul is wanting to go.  This is new for me.  Not having a particular direction or certainty of what the heck I am writing about. I like that. Something arose for me and it is a beautiful example of what I experience in SoulFullHeart.  It is a magical world that has all the makings of an epic movie directed by you for an audience of you.  Oh…and you get to help heal the collective on top of that! Not bad for a day’s “work”.  🙂

The Hum Moving Through: Poem Celebrating Sacred Union

This hum moving through…it’s yours, yes, AND it’s mine now too. You gifted it to me with your kingness coming into my bodily castle and easing into the throne next to and within mine.

It’s the vibration of US, tenderly toned together with life, with love, with fears, with tears. Was that yesterday that I felt such sorrow and you were there then too….just as present in the pleasure as the struggle.

This signature of our voices rising…….coming together in languages from other lifetimes, dialects of heart, spoken by our tongues, yet felt most deeply by our souls, and beyond words too.

The paradises and struggles, both, of other lifetimes move into this now with us. They snuggle into this bed and offer us both loss and gain, bliss and pain.

These other lifetime aspects play us the scenes of those previously forgotten experiences so we can now remember what we have been and ARE together and all that we might yet become.

How deep we go! How much we share and have shared together! How much more we have to experience! The Infinite Possibilities of this Infinite Love speak of ALL these truths in our common moments.

This is NOT just ours, it is not something that can be owned. It desires to be shared, so that others too can awaken to the siren song of sacred union within that draws to them THEIR frequency of heart, soul, body, and mind mate….adding their unique tones together to the Hum of Universal Oneness.

“No Reason To Fear Transitions”: Reflections From Lemuria

Today, I am digesting a touching experience of reunion with Rae-Na, a Metasoul aspect/sister of mine from Lemuria or Mu. Mother Land. This is how it feels to be there with her, as if I am coming home to Divine Mother as represented in a physical place and instantly embraced in Her natural womb. It feels like the most amazing tropical vacation paradise that we have tried to recreate here in our timeline. It is not about the fancy condos and expensive homes near the beach but rather about the energy of paradise that we are longing to experience again, which may be connected to our Lemurian lifetimes and wanting to go ‘back’.
 
Rae-Na IS here in the now….not a past life yet, rather, living in the Lemurian timeline that is not ‘ancient past’ but also in the now. This is hard for the mind to track but when the heart leads the exploration it just FEELS like the now. As I connect with Rae-Na, she has access to ALL of the memories and experiences of our Metasoul line that we share together. She can connect then with all of the Metasoul aspects that I have previously accessed and she can see how her timeline MAY unfold. She is not shocked or reactive to ‘seeing’ Lemuria collapse. She is a ‘wise woman’ to her people and often shares her intuitive visions with them (similar to what I am doing in my now!). She tells me that she is ‘there’ to help her people transition along with Lemuria.
 
“There is no reason to be afraid of transitions,” she tells me. We communicate in both English (which she understandably doesn’t like) and in Lemurian Language (it sounds very native to me, Hawaiian too, lyrical and beautiful). “It is only when we cling to the body, to the current reality, that we feel fear about transitioning out of it. When we are not our fear anymore, then we can see the freedom that we have in all moments….whether in the body or out of it.”
 
Rae-Na’s energy is very soothing and calming. I feel great wisdom in her that I now get to bring into my daily life. She introduces me to her mate, who feels immediately like an aspect of Raphael‘s Metasoul. This is what happens with counterpart soul mates, we keep ‘finding each other’ in other timelines and discovering new frequencies of pairings and matches in this connection, plus, also karmic binds that call for us to heal them. I also meet her two beautiful children who feel like very old souls. Her daughter asks me about the tears streaming down my face as she is confused because they feel ‘happy sad.’ I tell her, “Yes, I am both happy and sad to be reunited with you!” Metasoul reunion always seems to feel like this for me the first time as I rejoice at what has been forgotten and am also sad that I didn’t get to ‘have’ it sooner.
 
Rae-Na tells me that she is very interested in our SoulFullHeart work with others and would like to open her heart more, which is touching to me. As has been my experience many times with Metasoul aspects, it is this ‘gift exchange’ aspect that offers so much nourishment to both sides. Sometimes, there is much pain and suffering in a Metasoul aspect of yourself and you are needing to be with that for awhile (with boundaries) until it moves over time.
 
Our human heart connected to this present age with our openness to ‘feel and heal’ is a gift to other timelines where this has not been so much the focus. Many of my Metasoul aspects (from Atlantis, Avalon, the pleiades, etc.) have commented on how much they admire us for being in such a DENSE environment and being able STILL to transact love and be so committed to healing our hearts and souls. This awe about us is a common frequency I have felt many times with Archangels, spirit guides, and Ascended teachers as well. Unfelt unworthiness can block their awe from going into us and we then ‘elevate’ these BEings beyond ourselves when, actually, we are all equal to each other AND they ARE an aspect of us as well.
 
Lemuria has been on my radar for awhile and I have been open to connecting with any of my Metasoul aspects from there. I feel that the Lemurian energy is now in my field because we received a gift of a Lemurian plug from Laurian, who joined our community here last week. The Lemurian plug emits energies from that timeline that change the spin/vortex of the environment in your home, your food, your plants, your electronics, etc. We are starting to notice a rosy and soft energy moving through our home and I think it helped bridge to Lemuria for me today. Atlantis had been coming up for me more lately, as I’ve been sharing in my writings about connecting with Mareeka, my Metasoul aspect from the ‘time’ of Atlantis falling. Mareeka is now sailing to the ‘new world’ as we changed her timeline together by feeling her attachments, fears, and previous resignation to her fate. Mareeka came in briefly today to meet Rae-Na and they both felt eager to have contact with each other in the future. You become a bridge for your other Metasoul aspects to connect and bond, resulting in more gift exchange that benefits your entire Metasoul and the collective as well! The veils of amnesia that previously shrouded our abilities to see clearly our other lifetime experiences are so much thinner now. Thin and, really, when we are ready, are now non-existent. You don’t need traditional past life regression therapy or even hypnosis to access them. All you need to see and feel is available to you with an open heart, mind, and soul. You lift the veils up, you feel how they are ready to be gone and you are ready to let in and feel…..so, then, it is so that you can remember and DO and ARE this remembering! And you get to experience so many gifts in this process that heals both yourself AND the collective too! I am definitely feeling those gifts in this NOW moment as the lovely energies of Lemuria flood my BEing and light up my soul….

Non-Linear Time As An Invitation To Quantum Responsibility

Linear time has been a hard one for my 3D self to let go of.  It is still necessary to keep track of “time” as I, like us all, have responsibilities that are connected to it.  I am healing my way into a more fluid relationship to it, but it can be a challenge.  This becomes so much more pronounced when I feel this in relation to soul history. I can feel the aspects of me that are so entrenched in this idea that things have already happened and cannot be changed or shifted.  It energizes a very hopeless and fearful reality that can bleed into my own consciousness as Gabriel.  This can be a bit crazy-making at times that only serve to lower my frequency and enable a timeline that is really not desirable.  

It has been suggested that we must “ride out” these waves and let them pass through us like a major weather front.  Or maybe we just find other means to bypass or transcend these “negative” emotions and only stay in the lighter half of our being.  There is so much more at play here that we are being gifted access to.  We are being given the opportunity to directly feel and heal our “past” in the Now and the karma that has been attached to it.  It is not so much spending years with these aspects but feeling the core of what is keeping them in a suffering loop and offering or open hearts for them to land in.  It is also about helping them to see another way of being that can shift the “timeline” that we are on together.  

When we see time in this way, that all things are occurring in THIS moment, and is not weighted down with concrete shoes, we arrive at an opportunity for Quantum Responsibility.  We are such powerful creators and not hopeless victims.  None of our aspects are.  We GET to remake this thing!  We are being offered this by all of our guides, angels, and star being selves.  They are looking to us to help co-create something new together by realizing we ARE both sides of the coin.  We are US and THEM.  All in this moment…right now.  

So as we go through our day we are also signing treaties, fighting wars, giving birth, inventing new technology, traveling in space, and losing and falling in love.  With an awakened sense of Self we can be with these lives and choose to be with them in a way that serves both us and them.  We may fall into a difficult time and just need to collapse into something and that can be supported with guidance and self-love.  We can also connect in sacred space that is more created.  No rules just feeling.  

What feels important is that we assume this role with a sense of Divine purpose and invitation.  We don’t have to be so serious about it that is consumes our life, but hold it as a daily feeling journey that brings more healing to our hearts and souls, and effects the the greater whole of our current NOW.  We are on the cusp of some great movements collectively and it all depends on our own personal willingness to feel it and shift it to a timeline that is more desirable than the one you may find yourself in.  It does not happen overnight but can happen exponentially more when intention and choice are made conscious as often as possible.

Bridging To Our Metasoul Aspects Through Sacred Union Within And With Our Counterpart Mate

I allow Mareeka’s energies to be in this most intimate space between my beloved mate Raphael and I during our love making together because I feel that she needs it. Her sadness and mourning over her separation from her greatest love, Maliki, have been with me for a couple of days now, flitting in and out during moments that trigger it to come up. Now, she is taking in the love, the passion, the connection, the intimacy that flows between Raphael and I. Maliki’s energies come through Raphael to meet and connect with Mareeka’s. The language of Atlantis flows from both of our mouths and creates a spiraling energy in the air between us….. feeling both familiar, foreign, and also very powerful.

Mareeka’s energies come through me because I invite them in. Mareeka is a Metasoul sister of mine who lives during the time of the last era of Atlantis before it collapses. Mareeka is what has commonly been called a ‘past life.’ I have been offered that in higher dimensional consciousness there is no linear time, so, therefore, the energies of these soul experiences and expressions live in the Now. Relating to them that way rather than in the ‘past’ recognizes the impact that their ‘bleeding through’ has on us in our current lifetimes. Our Metasoul is the higher dimensional Soul source from which we are a fractal projected out from with many expressions off of each of our Metasouls into different timelines spanning parallel universes, species, planets, and dimensions. Raphael has been connecting with Maliki, who is a Metasoul brother of his and High Priest/King in Atlantis that is initially very in love with Mareeka, yet ends up falling under the influence of shadow-based Reptilians and transforms into Mordecai. Mordecai seems to have a pivotal role in the collapse of Atlantis, has become estranged from Mareeka, and eventually spirals into madness as his inner darkness takes over. It ‘sounds’ like a fiction story, I know, yet the textures of this are very real as they ground into my heart and Raphael’s too. During some moments of conflict and tension between Raphael and I recently, we eventually identified that it had been mostly Mareeka and Mordecai coming through us to create this ‘crazy making’ kind of sense that what we are in conflict about wasn’t from or about this lifetime at all.

I wanted to share more about this process of connecting with Metasoul aspects as it unfolds in a real time process for me with Mareeka. This is the same as the process for being with subpersonalities or parts of you that originate from this life experiences that have created stuck energies within your emotional body. I hold Mareeka with tenderness and I bring her into my everyday life. She went to the beach with me yesterday, just as she joined Raphael and I in the bedroom. She was listening during my recent space holding sessions. She offered her opinions on my hair style, my clothing, my living space (which didn’t meet with her approval since she is used to fine and beautiful physical settings and I live in a very simple apartment in the moment.) I connected with her again in the early morning and she thanked me very much for bringing her into my world. She said that it is offering her peace to feel how the love between her and Maliki lives on through Raphael and I.

I cannot change the collapse of Atlantis or Mareeka’s destiny to die with it. I cannot change Maliki’s transformation into Mordecai and her loss of him. Her and I both know this and have tearfully accepted it. Yet, I can help to heal with her some of her heart pains, offer my compassion and companionship, and allow a bridge for her to her beloved through the heart of mine, Raphael. In exchange, she is sharing and infusing me with her exquisite sense of beauty, her regal Queen essence, and her very powerful access to Cosmic Divine Energies. Mareeka may be heart broken in one way, but she is also a very gifted priestess, initiate, and teacher. As our love for each other grows in this organic way through regular and committed connection, so do the gifts between us flow both ways more fluidly.

I feel that sharing about my experience with Mareeka is the most transparent way that I can teach about and offer this connection process with a Metasoul sister or brother as a clear and very effective path to heal that which has previously felt evasive, murky, and difficult to relate with.  These energies from the Metasoul can bleed into this life, pushing up intense reactions and triggers without you really understanding why or where they come from. Some of the emotions that the Metasoul coming through can push up are depression, despair, not wanting to ‘live’ or of wanting to go home, rage that doesn’t seem to connect to any present life triggers or conditions, distrust of life/others/the Divine.

This seems to be especially true during sacred union connections for which the partners are what we call, “Counterpart souls”, as I feel that Raphael and I are to each other. Counterpart souls share many timelines together with corresponding Metasoul expressions in opposite gender pairings during these lifetimes. One seems to ‘choose’ masculine expression and the other feminine. I began to notice a couple of years ago that whenever a new soul aspect would come through, there would be a corresponding masculine aspect that Raphael would feel deep resonance with or connect with first, which would then open out my connection. We have experienced this with Pleiadian Metasoul aspects (Leeza and Leviathan), Arcturian (Binkh and Pantha), ‘historical’ Boudicca and Prasutagus, ‘religious’ Martin Luther and Katharina, Avalon (Morgaine and Arthur) and others. Sometimes we are experiencing these energies in an archetypal way rather than associating that our Metasoul has necessarily been each of these.

Each connection with these Metasoul pairings infuses our this life relationship with expanding frequencies of soul connection, soul purpose clarity, healing of karmic binds and patterns, and can be linked to emotional wounding expressions from this life too. Raphael and I are starting to put together a book about Sacred Union, which will include much more about this exploration into being Counterpart Souls and how it contrasts from the Twin Flame paradigm.

Connection with Metasoul aspects becomes more possible as you deepen access to your Inner Protector or Soul Guardian (which we also call a ‘daemon). Your Soul Guardian acts as a gatekeeper to your Metasoul line, protecting and regulating what you can remember and when. Direct negotiation with this aspect of yourself and also consciously healing your emotional body allows the pipeline of access to these soul frequencies to come through. Your Soul Guardian needs to feel that you can emotionally handle it, that you are supported by Divine guides for the exploration, and that you are genuinely interested in your own healing.

Much of what we experience as suffering in our lives comes from not being consciously connected to the source of that suffering. Becoming conscious and LOVING what we discover allows for the suffering to move into frequencies of aliveness, joy, magic, intimacy, soul gift expression, and deeper inhabitation of our sacred humanity!

Healing From The Fall Of Atlantis And Connecting With Our Metasoul

My heart is holding some sadness today. A sadness of not being able to alter a soul play out in my Metasoul (the higher dimensional Soul source from which we are a fractal projected out from it.) I have heard for so long of the ‘fall of Atlantis’, yet it has often felt vague, something murky or more like fantasy. As my personal veil is lifting and the inner disclosure process invites me in (which I wrote about recently), I am receiving downloads from other lifetimes to feel and digest that feel grounded in my emotional body and even in my physical body. In this phase, after much emotional body healing and other soul theme healing, I am being invited to feel the fall of Atlantis and the role of my Metasoul within that.

I have been connecting with Mareeka, my Metasoul sister from the last era of Atlantis. I call them ‘Metasoul sisters’, or fractal projections from the same Metasoul or soul source, rather than ‘past lives’ because, in fifth dimensional experience, time is not linear and there is no ‘past’. Our Metasoul sisters (or brothers if you are a man) are living out their lives in other time periods or timelines, other dimensions, other galaxies. They are living out as Star BEings (Arcturian, Pleiadians, Reptilian and many others). They are living out as Angels, Fairies, Elementals, etc.

Each projection of our Metasoul contains energy, has experiences that are both intense and wonderful, holds expression of our soul gifts in some form or another. It seems that connecting with them consciously through journaling and meditation visits, which I have been doing for a few years now, brings in the possibilities of a deep healing of karmic binds and patterns that are looping through our ‘Metasoul line’. Conscious connection allows for emotional healing of what has been previously not digested. Mutual exchange of gifts and consciousness expansion is another aspect of it. This depends on the consciousness level of the Metasoul sister or brother and what they have ‘signed up’ to experience in their life.

I also like holding these soul projections this way rather than as ‘my past lives’ because it allows for more objectivity. This can especially be important if the lifetime is one where the Metasoul has chosen to experience being famous or is connecting to a Universal ray or Archetypal expression (such as Yeshua, Mother Mary, Joan Of Arc, etc.) Rather than feeling that you ‘were’ this person or famous figure, you can feel how they share a Metasoul with you, so you are VERY connected and yet separate too. This helps the ego from attaching to the other lifetime in a self image-based way and for YOU to hold space for the healing exploration.

I shared tears with Mareeka in the early morning dawn today, quietly talking out loud to her. She is mourning the ‘fall of Atlantis’, which she can ‘see’ very clearly is going to happen (even though it hasn’t happened yet in her timeline.) She is mourning a split between her and her once beloved soul mate Maliki, who has become ‘under the influence’ of shadow-based Reptilians (they are NOT all shadow-based, but these ones were called to serve a specific purpose of collapsing Atlantis.) She offers me a picture of an Atlantis that has fallen already from its Golden Age. There are power struggles, dark magics being used and abused, and much deception going on. It feels very much like our current 3D world actually, which it feels like is going through its own ‘fall’ to arise out of the ashes into more of the higher vibrational frequencies of the Golden Atlantis.

I feel how I cannot ‘prevent’ the fall of Atlantis and I cannot alter Mareeka’s experience of her own timeline playing out as it is meant to. But, I feel her with my heart, I offer her compassion, and I connect some textures to my relationship with Raphael in the ‘trailing edge’ of our bond to what Mareeka is experiencing. Maliki seems to be the Metasoul brother to Raphael. Being Counterpart Souls to each other, Raphael and I share many Metasoul chapters together, with his Metasoul brother being the masculine expression of my feminine Metasoul sister. I haven’t received support yet or guidance of confirmation for the Twin Flame picture as it is presented with a masculine and feminine projection coming from the same soul and then choosing to incarnate during the same timeline. That is for another writing to explore though!

I feel there is a gift in feeling these textures with Mareeka and that it connects to my everyday experience in this life and in my relationship with Raphael. Intense energies moved through us yesterday and even conflict and I believe an aspect of this was Mareeka and Maliki’s tensions coming ‘through’ us. This is why I ‘went in’ today to feel my side of this and to create some space between me and Mareeka so that she did not project her wounding and pain onto my relationship with Raphael. I feel this happens often in relationships where the partners are not consciously healing their soul and heart. I believe this deeper feeling and healing access to our other Metasoul connections in other lifetimes is a big reason why Raphael and I experience the nourishing bond that we do in most moments, along with healing our emotional bodies through parts work.

Energies of PURE love and light from the Divine are making it safe for all of us to go into our other lifetimes WHILE healing our emotional body in this life. We can trust that wherever we need to go into the shadows of our soul and heart will be held with love. We can weave between the heart and soul this way; we can create a self loving bridge to hold these inner explorations. We can open out into consciousness experiences from BEing at greater depths then have EVER been possible before in our human experiment. The Divine is holding space for these dive downs into ourselves and the emerging sacred human that arises as an expression of Infinite Love for which we ARE.

Your Demons Are Angels Unheard

In this moment I feel you.  I feel you because I have been you.  There are voices, or intense energies, that just don’t seem to leave you alone. They permeate your BEing, making themselves at home with your mental body and wreaking havoc with your emotional body. You are becoming aware of so much around you. Being as sensitive as you are you pick up on it and it just finds its way INside. Sticking to the stuck places that have yet to be felt and unravel. It can be literally overwhelming. You may be even experiencing intense anxiety over what is going on inside. Wondering how you will ever get any peace of ¨mind¨. It is a daily life of maintaining your sanity in what feels like an insane world.  

The thinning of the veil is elucidating your most hidden places. The ones you thought you had under control or weren’t even aware of. The contentedness is slowly losing its hold on your emotional reality.  What I want to offer here is that there is a life-line. It is to actually go INsane.  Which in this way means to go “into the healthy”.  In our fear-sided consciousness, we have turned away from going into the deep emotional as the Holy Grail of our greatest gift to ourselves.   

These energies have been called our inner Demons.  They have felt like a haunting to some.  An intense barrage of thought and emotion that have medicated by all sorts of prescriptions, whether drugs, or sex, or anything else that has aided as a distraction.  Some may just be living with it trying to “get by” as best they can.  I want to give a voice to these “demons”, for they are actually your unheard and unfelt angels.  They have a message to deliver to you and you just haven’t had the means to be able to actually hear without being overwhelmed.

What is needed to navigate this seemingly intense geography is a container and a map.  For many men, and of course some women, there is this uncertainty and fear of going into the deep chasms of pain.  I know this one, because I have lived it. I questioned whether or not if I popped the lid open on the underworld whether would I ever make it back.  I feel how in the masculine there can be a rigidity in the going in.  Some pre-programmed resistance.  While on the outside there is an illusion of strength, the real courage comes in feeling what hurts and appears terrifying.  

Believe it or not there is a YOU there that can hold these intense energies that bring you to states of discontent and despair.  You just need someone to reflect that to you so you can feel it.  There is also separating this YOU from the overwhelm that occurring on the inside.  In your essence as Love you cannot be these energies.  You have just fused to the part of you that has identified as this.  So much that it has just felt like you.  I also want to offer that all this intensity is also not….all…yours.  You are a sensitive angelic soul that is being birthed into your true essence as these ascension codes continue to come into our energy field.  You can feel the collective ache that mirrors that which is yours, which is why it feels so HUGE to you in the moment.  

I have walked through this place a few times in my process, learning the hard way sometimes that the intensities inside are there to inform us of a deeper soul ache.  We are a fractal of a larger MetaSoul that contains the legacy of our journey.  When you are sensitive to that it can be a lot to hold and you need to be given a way to be with it.  As you grow this more solid YOU that is watered by a space-holder at first, and then by you and the Divine, you are able to hear the messages and receive the gifts of this previous hell.  

You are not crazy, or going insane.  You are becoming very sane.  You are being gifted with your soul’s calling and the messengers of Love.  You can choose what messages to take in and when, for you are the lead in this new world you will have created for yourself when you have taken the first step to go in and feel all the parts of you that have a voice, and that need you.  In session space, I hold the center for you until you are able to feel it on your own.  To feel the difference between what your true voice and energy is in contrast to the one that is not.  In time you can hold these energies and have the map by which you can give them all the love they need and deserve.  For your service they will transform from demon to angel and provide you with a portal to your beauty and power as a Sacred Human Awakening.  To feel a self-love previously unfelt at anytime this life.  To open up to new romance and a world of unending possibilities.

I know that may feel like it isn’t possible.  Again, I remember.  But with one step into trust and a desire for more than what you are feeling now, it will return itself back to you what you put in it. I know who you are and I am here to serve you the love you need to love those beautiful demons.
