Healing Our Way To Sacred Romance

There are times when we need love to not be so ¨nice¨ and instead be very direct and real. Matter of fact, true love shuns nice, as that is only a cover to something that is trying to avoid what is real and protects self-image. Love can be compassionate and gentle, but that is not the same as nice. When offered a mirror with direct love and advocacy of self and other, we are able to see what lies unseen and unfelt by our very own heart eyes.

It is an awkward moment and can press on a lot of other buttons that can only serve a shut down. When this reflection is held within a larger container of a desire to grow and let in more love then we can be with that reaction in a way that moves us from closed to open. From fear to more love.

As a man exploring and choosing to inhabit sacred romance, the layers of what holds resistance come to the surface in a way that is no longer avoidable if you no longer want to continue doing the same things that have kept real love from entering your kingdom. We have to be willing to face some hard reflections but how we are with those reflections are what set us in a new direction of openness instead of contraction. It is the old way of how the patriarchal parts of us have related to intimacy. As each one of us chooses to go in and heal that part or parts of us, then we in turn heal the patriarchy itself.

I do not come at this with judgement toward myself or others. That only continues the cycle. I hold this with an open heart and a desire to let go of what has, and no longer does, serve my desire to heal and see my inner King. I am very grateful to the women in my life who have helped me to see this and to the one man I have met that has so boldly gone where most men fear to tread. This is a new day for me as I go forward into the deep waters of what Love was always meant to be like.

Today I AM in a sacred union mateship with another beautiful female soul that has the courage and passion for the same. And THAT is what I have been calling for. Time to let that in and see how much fun can be had beyond what parts have believed is possible.

Entering Conscious Intimacy

Entering into new intimate relationship, whether romantic, soul friendship, or with a community, there is an immediate rush of excitement and healthy fear.  There is an awareness that life as you now know it will not be the same.  Our soul knows this and advocates for this as it is never meant to stay in stasis.  We may have been praying for this for a long time consciously, or sometimes it just hits us out of the blue (at least to our conscious self anyway).  When it does and when it is something that is truly meant to be a game changer, there is inevitably a rumble that enters the emotional body that brings up layers of resistance even among the excitement and curiosity.

For some this is a time to walk along the river bank, noticing its terrain, and its taking in the rivers’ waters.  Stepping on each stone with reverence and caution.  Maybe at some point one hits that certain stone and just slips right in and away they go!  For others it is a full-on dive into the unknowable and letting each twist and turn arise with what they need next for their growth.  Either way something sacred is being entered into and will assuredly change us in ways that we can never fully know.

The guide here is our own vulnerability.  That is the life vest.  It keeps us current of each step, and of each turn.  The more we are able to bring our fears and resistances, the more we are able deepen our relationship to ourselves and others.  To be in a process ground and community like SoulFullHeart, you are given handrails and heart support all along the way.  This is through both human and ethereal relationship.  It is a brand new paradigm for our protectors to let in that we are not in this alone.  That even in the fear of losing everything, the greatest gift is feeling that all the way to its core to find the You that is holding it.

This new conscious intimacy that makes way for more ground of deepening and expanding is a magic in itself.  Those that have started this process can attest the epic ways in which life has been forever shifted and changed.  Those that have just begun can tell that this is unlike anything they have ever encountered and are taking each new step as they come.  And there are those who walk along the bank waiting for that moment when it feels safe enough to enter.  All is part of the process set in motion long before we had any awareness of it.

I felt to take stock of what this conscious intimacy has been leading in my life and the life of others as we enter other unknown group call. What new depths will others become aware of?  What new connections will be made?  Who will be guided to answer the personal call for healing and community?  Or who will be enjoying the rushing waters of the SoulFullHeart energy and feel for themselves what their next steps are?

This all part of the dance of intimate relationship and how it has the power to make great changes no matter how far one ventures to walk.  It is Love that is leading the way and what ultimately happens is all in service to that Love we find ourselves so aching to feel.

The New Man Card

Entering my twenties I learned that there was some odd man code that included a figurative card that apparently could be taken away from me at a moment’s notice by the random judgement of another ´man´ based on said code.  While joking in manner to some degree, it held a lot of information about what constitutes masculinity within the collective consciousness.  This is a very 3D memory but it feels important to recall as it had an effect on a part of me growing up aching for what true masculinity was about. The impetus behind this phenomenon feels rooted in the deep need for the wounded boy to be accepted by a father who couldn’t accept or love himself in a way that would transact real love in between him and his son. To be shown the doorway to his authentic masculine heart.  

How much of this affects the way we hold our spirituality and our relationship to the feminine?  Both of which are inextricably entwined.  In what ways are we not accessing the fullest bandwidth of our expression as sacred human males?  To that I can only answer we burn the card at the gateway of our vulnerability and walk through it with the open question of what our most authentic manhood looks and feels like.  What old memes and programs still exist in us that hold court over our truth and emotions?  In what ways are we holding back or fearing the change that is ready to take us to new levels of empowerment and relationship?

All these answers lie inside the relationship to our deepest fears and pains.  Instead of being held and controlled by them, we hold that we are bigger than them in a compassionate way that doesn’t look to railroad over them or fix them, but to own and love them.  This is a difficult yet rewarding place to go as it frees up all the energy that stuck inside this exceptional male body in all its forms.

What can begin to arise is a new Man code with a new card that is in service of the Love that has been let in in the letting go.  The card now states that there is no revocability by no one other than the card holder.  It stays in good standing for as long as one has an open heart and can bring all their truth in any way that holds it may not be right, but it is never wrong in its realness.  That with the strength of courage and willingness to feel it will always be valid among the sacredness of brotherhood.  This new card is a reminder of what once was and is now on its way to BEcoming.  I look forward to connecting with those that are seeking an emergence of the new and what that may offer both of us in our journey of ascension.

Calling The Knights Of Vulnerability and Passion

I feel an ache in Man.  A desire to be vulnerable with everything that is moving in him. So much bottled up wanting to have expression.  Or the ache in Man that wants to land his heart and soul passion somewhere that is reflected back, resonated, or even challenged to go deeper and higher.  In all the day to day machinations lies a wanting. Something unfulfilled that is looking for reSOULution.  Exaltation.  But all the outer exploration can be consumed by a void.  A true feeling space that is felt in relationship with Himself and his inner landscape of emotion.  Who sees You?  Who feels what You are trying to express?  Where does the true power of Man get to reside when it is not in contention for righteousness,obligation, suffering, or the need for acceptance?

Man is an unfolding mystery that begins with the first steps of feeling what it is he truly wants and all the ways that he blocks himself from creating it.  Man is a creator, a steward, a teacher, and a lover.  He is no longer accepting Status Quo as payment for his existence.  He wants to break free from the binds that keep him safe and secure but needs to access the fuel of feeling to propel him there. Those that shun the comfort and the usual are seeking those that are ready and willing for the same.  These are the new Knights of Vulnerability and Passion.  A new era of masculinity that is so ready and wanting to be birthed into a new timeline.  

Raphael and I are forging a container for the exploration of this arising and shifting masculine heart and soul.  It begins now and continues on in a desire to hold court for whomever feels drawn into diving deeper into this territory of Feeling First to access the true essence of the Man that resides withIN.  The passion that is aching to come to the surface and claim its stake among the fertile soil of the emerging ground of Love’s new communion, and the Queen that is there longing for her King to return.

Healthy Spaceholding

I’m meeting with a new person later this morning for the first time. (a ‘facilitant’, as we call them in SoulFullHeart, as ‘client’ is too business sounding and ‘patient’ is way too broken sounding) I’m feeling how I know little about this man who’s asked and paid for a session, and there’s a mixture of feelings going for me, as I’m sure there must be for him.

It feels like our Higher Selves are having a pre-meeting sorting through where we can and will go together later today. Then there’s our conscious selves who will be entering the dedicated space later who are also sorting through some things. As I tune in my guides, and feel myself, and open my heart, I feel them reassuring me that it’s a lot like wooing a woman, to find your mutual ‘heart, soul and body talk’ dance together, something you can’t pre-plan, but only flow with and respond to with desire leading. Ahh, that always helps to feel.

Serving someone in this way is really an authorization by the person to serve them. I claim an ability and gifts and an open heart, but that only gets the opportunity to happen with the person I’m serving to the degree and on the terms and pace that they authorize me to be that for them. One of the key things on my mind going into a session is looking for some kind of indication to the question, ‘So, how can I help you?’ While it may sound a little business like, it’s actually a key grounding piece to finding our way together in a spaceholding relationship. Sometimes people are drawn to our energy, even to the point of paying for a session, but don’t have a deeper conscious need that is leading for them. This then narrows the ground of where we can go together, or puts an unfair pressure on the spaceholder to be something more for the person than is natural or even healthy for the spaceholding relationship. The spaceholder can only serve, healthily at least, with the facilitants’ need and desire leading.

When there is a presenting need that is leading, it creates a natural direction and grist for a way into deeper process together.

In my own experience of having a spaceholder for my own emotional body awakening process over 3 years, meeting twice a month, I was served by 4 different facilitators who were part of a community and paradigm that were part and parcel of the awakening, 2 of which were women, one of whom was Jelelle 🙂 .There were deep things I wanted to open out and let into my life and decondition from. I knew for me it was more about the things that didn’t appear to need fixing in my life that were the very things that I wanted to experience freedom from. I recall over this 3 year treasured experience, it wasn’t so much about the spaceholder being any kind of super magician, (though their open heart was truly magical in another way), it was also about the paradigm of the healing offering itself and the reflection of that in community that was just as much the juice that created the movements for me, week after week, month after month.

So meeting with a new facilitant for me is like a date to feel what the attraction, juice grist is between us to find a deepening into a new way of life for the facilitant as much as it is about helping the person find relief or healing in the moment. Ultimately, in SoulFullHeart, we feel the process is the healing and the process gets the results, and facilitators and facilitants simply work the process, albeit in a magical and heart open ‘arising’ kind of way.

A huge part of the SoulFullHeart process and something we offer in all of our writings and video offerings, which hopefully a potential facilitant has felt into before contacting us is how we heal and awaken through getting to know and feel parts of ourselves. This ground is so key to the movements SoulFullHeart can offer to people, that also so releases the facilitator and facilitant from the pressure of ‘fixing’ anything broken. Nothing needs fixing. All things move on the ground of feeling. Our current ways of relating to life are held as energies by parts of ourselves and all they need to make huge shifts and changes is to be felt and experienced by a heart open ‘other’. This ‘other’ is your growing feeling you, differentiated through the parts work illumination process, whom the facilitator only templates for a time, giving you back to you, one session at a time.

Which is another cool thing! The whole process is a ‘pay as you go’ and I would say also a ‘validate as you go’ process leaving the facilitants’ autonomy fully intact from start to finish, as is so necessary in any kind of a healthy deconstruction process. Power can never be taken, but only surrendered, and then only as it is an act of the powerful sovereign self choosing the surrender.

From Filters to Wings: How Our Pictures Hold Love Back

So much goodness.  So many possibilities of love finding its way into and through our hearts.  An endless mosaic of dreamscapes that we can inhabit and experience.  As the depths of this ‘reality` begin to show itself more and more, I can feel the parts of me that can resist that somehow with old conditioned responses that served to block all of this out of our fear and lack of worth.  

This is an epic time in my personal life as well as SoulFullHeart.  A new possibility of sacred romance has lapped upon my shores and that has stirred up all sorts of reactions that serve only to squelch desire.  One thing that has come so clear is how a part of us can use a picture of how things will feel or look like when we desire something.  I can feel an openness to All Things but when there is a shadow piece that still lies inside of my heart, Love WILL expose it to lovingly test that openness.  

This is what the process of ascension feels like to me. Yes, the vibration of Gaia is raising, our collective consciousness is doing the same, but not without exposing that which still needs to be felt and addressed that hold us in a state of rigidness or fear.  To be open to letting IN and BEing Love, we have to let some pictures go of what that means to a part of us. Love has no plan or objective other than to love.  How that expresses is up to our willingness to surrender these pictures at the door.  We may not even be aware of these pictures until it just hits us.  

This is also happening in regards to my healing and growth.  I could tell you that 5 years ago I had no idea that I would be co-leading a men’s healing offering.  It just became a clarion call that I have responded to one step at a time.  I am learning to let go of what it will look like or BE like and who will respond.  All I can do is feel the desire, passion, and call and respond to that.  Listen to my inner guidance system and see what unfolds.  It WILL take me to challenging places and need to be with the parts of me that may have some resistance or doubts.  

The Call to BE, Enjoy, and Serve Love is a truly blessed offering.  It comes with its ‘requirements’ of feeling and making conscious all the ways in which we filter and block that invitation. Unless we are able to see outside of ourselves, we can be fused to this filter and need others to reflect back to us this energy of resistance.  This can even block or filter messages from our guides.  This is where being in conscious healing community offers so much to our growth and support with our ascension.  It doesn’t have to be done in isolation but in compassionate sacred space with someone who has been working their own process for years.  
I am grateful to be a part of this beautifully unknown experiment of Love.  I am being given another opportunity to feel and heal what keeps Love from sending me to the heights of Joy and Service.  I get to be felt, feel, and give love.  The filters and blocks are all sacred and honored as portals into my next timeline of letting in MORE love.  How could I not want THAT?!  Well, that is why I need to feel these parts and turn them into wings and open arms.

Exploring Men’s Inner Protector

There is a lot of beautiful writing happening around the feminine protector among women.  A sometimes fierce energy that has found its duty in protecting the supple beauty and divine creative power of the inner feminine.  It has arisen out of the need to keep this jewel safe in the invulnerable and aggressive world of the unhealed masculine energy that the feminine has found itself residing in.  But this was until such time when it was no longer needed and the more authentic and powerful BEing could emerge from its sheltered perch to relieve this sentry from his post and become more of an advisor and loyal inner guide, as well as a mate template.  

This picture feels so alive and clear to me.  But what of our male protection?  What has kept us in the more invulnerable state of truly letting our hearts be felt and expressed in a way that takes us into our hidden and not so pretty places?  Our fear and small places?  I feel how our inner feminine has been protected as well, along with our inner child in order to “survive” in a very outbound 3D reality.  Get to the heart of any man and you will find a pain of loneliness, disempowerment, and uncertainty of what the hell masculinity even is!  There is a rage of not being shown the “way” by a father who hadn’t the faintest clue himself in many ways.

For most men, the protection arose as either `fight or flight´. A more aggressive warrior technician scientist that could fear or control his way into a false sense of power and safety. This protection is meant to satiate the fear that lies in the inner boy or to even quell it as ‘boys don’t cry’.  This is a check against any outside force that would use this vulnerability against him as a ‘weakness’.  The fear of truly feeling what lies in our hearts is a difficult one for many men to bear.  This happens at varying degrees for each one of us.

The flight response, which tended to be mine most of my life is the protection of hiding.  In this form, the protector could be male, and it could also be female as in a very protective mother.  For those of us that were ‘mama’s boys’ with doting mothers, this would feel familiar.  Here our fight response has been muted and even castrated to some point.  An inner punisher voice can intensify the hiding if the father energy had similar tones as well.  Here the inner sensitive boy/feminine is much more aware and the protector will do anything possible to keep the boy from being put in situations where it would be vulnerable to attack.

For men, this protector is also found in the soul domain as a soul guardian and can serve this role very aptly.  Using spiritual gifts as a way to transcend or hide from very real emotional human pain and trauma that lies dormant in the emotional body.  This relationship holds many keys to our arising sacred humanity and access to even deeper embodiment of our soul purpose and gifts.

You can feel your protector when you feel pressed to produce, express, or manage in a very controlled or outbound way.  Or when you feel tight, distrustful, or anxious.  If you feel like you want to avoid something or just can’t find the will to even get out of bed.  Or maybe you just want to leave this dimension all together and find yourself back ‘home’.  The way we relate to the females in our life can show our protector if we find ourselves care-taking or pushing them away.  There are so many ways he, or she, can show up.

The main question to ask yourself is if you are fully BEing and living a life full of Joy and Possibility in any given moment.   To the 3D mind and suffering heart, constant Joy is an unknown yet this IS what is real in our essence as Infinite Love.  If we aren’t feeling a connection to this love frequency frequently, then there is a protection in between it and us.  I am continuing to unfold this for myself everyday.     

The protector of our male hearts is as valuable and tender as its feminine counterpart.  With a relationship to it, we can find ourselves softer and less aggressive, as well as more bold, provocative, and assertive with an open heart.  I feel so much more in my own power and masculinity than I did just 4 short years ago with this negotiation and relationship to that which has kept me hidden instead of outed.  Suffering instead of in Joy.

Feeling What Is Real On Mother’s Day

Mother’s day….this one can be sticky, as relationships with mothers are. Sticky as in connecting into a sense of duty and obligation, a 3D conditioning picture that activates the 3D self inside you to ‘show up for mom’, often at the expense of what you authentically want. And even if you want to celebrate your birth mother today, the questions you could ask are, “What is my emotional truth about my relationship with my mother?” “What do I (and parts of me) really FEEL about being with her?” “Is it a part of me which is ‘doing’ the role of son or daughter?” “Does my spirituality and my truths about reality get put aside when I spend time with my mom and how does this make me feel?”

Even if you consciously feel that your relationship with your mother is a good and healthy one, I offer that unless you BOTH have done personal healing work plus awakening soul frequencies to connect around, healing the karmic frequencies of your soul legacy together…..it is a bond that is mostly based on lower frequencies, codependence, usually buried deep in the subconscious and emotional body. To be REAL about this relationship and how it has impacted you is the start of awakening beyond it.

For women who are desiring to embody their sacred femininity, deconditioning from the templating of their birth mothers is KEY to the process. Deconditioning looks like feeling inside yourself how her templating around what it means to be a woman (which she inherited from HER mother and so on) LIVES inside of you and influences you. Also, feeling the ‘ideas’ that she has modeled to you or said to you or energized to you about femininity. Connecting to your inner mother as a part of you can be VERY illuminating as well, as you separate her frequencies so your more authentic essence can arise.

For men, the way that they currently relate to women and within relationships can hugely be connected to their relationships with their birth mother. This can play out in parts that are pushing away from ‘the source that they came out of’ and esp. if they have an overly dominating or invasive mother. OR a part playing the role of ‘good son’ or ‘dutiful son’.

On Mother’s Day, I feel appreciation for the crucible of growth and reflection of my shadow side (and some leading edge sides although not much) that my birth mother offered to me. It has been my healthiest and highest choice not to be in relationship with her for several years as we went on different paths around emotional body healing and soul awakening (which I chose deeply, following my soul purpose here.) I feel love for her on the soul level and can connect there with her higher self in moments even as we are not in relationship here.

I feel appreciation mostly though for myself and my commitment to HEAL what was wounded and harmed (all my choice on a soul level) by the dysfunction and toxicity represented in this relationship. I became mother to all parts of me who so needed nurturing and support and comfort and so was able to hold space for my own healing. I held my inner child especially around this, until her wounded and hurt frequencies transmuted into magical 4D and eventually 5D crystal light energies.

My gratitude and appreciation also goes toward the Divine Mother and all the frequencies for which She offers Her heart and comfort to heal these woundings within us around these relationships. It has been the Divine Feminine that has provided and templated for me what it means to be a sacred feminine woman here during this intense time of transition and invitation into our sacred humanity. And it is to Her for which my deepest sense of daughter extends.

The GRAND love affair that transforms previous ideas and understandings of romantic notions, blows them away to dust, as the actual grounds of heart, body, mind, and soul realms form a solidifying kingdom and queendom.
The GRAND love affair is this sacred union and yet, also, it is the everyday moments, the simple moments, the practical moments. The moments of ‘this is our life together’ and buying groceries, sharing and talking over ALL that you are experiencing of life, cooking and eating, taking care of pets and maybe children. These moments based on a compatibility that bring good will, yet not stasis.
The everyday moments hold the GRAND love affair from the ground up, yet do not flatten or make it mundane. EACH partner is alive in personal exploration of their inner worlds, bringing the tales of their inner journeys to each other. Checking in together, comparing notes from the ‘road’, and then going back IN again.
The GRANDEST love affair of ALL grows from within, happening as your inner feminine and your inner masculine connect and are felt and collide together. Your falling in love with SELFness and with the heroes inside you and the heroines too. Your everyday moments of self love and connection, paying attention to this inner love affair, watching it deepen and grow.
THIS self love overflows to your partner in life, the BEloved outward mirror you have chosen to BE a reflection of your inner transformation and to share the GRAND love affair and everyday moments of self love and soul awakenings WITH you.

Your Own Love Shack Seeds Sacred Exploration

Walking the tender ground of exploring sacred union is ultimately a journey to Self.  It is opening the inner vaults of our deepest and most fragile places.  Seeing and feeling things that we have hidden both in our bigness and our not-so-bigness.  It is taking responsibility for our own personal vulnerabilities and landing them within ourselves first and then to our partner in this dance.

The gift of our inner work assists this ebb and flow of excitement and fear.  We have a container that we have etched out for ourselves to be with all the energies and emotions that arise in each moment.  But no matter the amount of previous inner processing, the grist of one-to-one romantic relationality accentuates things about ourselves we may have known, and new ones that pop there heads out when divine timing helps it along.

Beyond ourselves though also lies an experience of other that reflects so much about who and what we are.  That is awesome and scary shit!  What does love what us to see about ourselves through the heart eyes of another?  There is a treasure of trove of goodies to unearth and experience.  The only ‘success’ that is to be found in this exploration is how much were you willing to feel, be real, and let IN.  

This is where our own personal Love Shack comes in.  This is created by meeting and feeling all the parts of ourselves that hold fears, resistances, and despair around love itself.  We go into that Love Shack with the intention of healing our blocks to experiencing the kind of love we were all meant to experience from withIN, to be overflowed and then received back again in ecstatic communion.  As long as the fire in your Love Shack continues to burn and shine, the outcome of any exploration into union is all a part of the path back to Self that never really started and never ends.  

I look forward to digesting more of my exploration as the time feels right.  For now it resides in my own personal space of digestion and experience.  There is a journey to this mate ache that occurs prior to this emerging exploration and I offer my heart to those men that are feeling the rumblings of wanting to come out of romantic hibernation and set the sails toward claiming their own desire for union, or reunion, with their Queen.  It is a very sacred process and one that is held with reverence and compassion.
