Addiction As A Portal Into The Heart & Soul: SoulFullHeart Weekly Museletter (Mar 4, 2019)

It’s the release of our weekly Museletter! Offering ALL of our writings, videos, events, healing offerings, and audio blogs for the week. Go read it here!

This week’s Museletter centres on healing the wounded masculine within, whether you are a man or a woman. In our main piece this week, Facilitator Gabriel Heartman invites you to feel what’s underneath some common ‘addictions’ and addictive patterns that parts of you may experience. He offers that bringing these ‘addictions’ into your heart to be felt with the parts of you that have needed them is actually a very powerful portal into some very deep healing:

YOU are not the addiction. When one can find space between himself and the part that is addicted a whole consciousness comes into view that can lead to a healing relationship that is internally generated and held with support along the way. This part can begin the journey of receiving its needs through YOU, the centered heart, and not the object of the addiction. It can receive Love from the Divine and other spirits through this channel of You.”

Raphael and Jelelle Awen will be facilitating an in-person group session on March 10th from 10:00am to 5:00pm PST in Victoria for $111 CAD minimum donation. The group session offers resonant soul community, individual process digestion space, and high vibration connections.

On March 30th from 1pm to 3pm PST, join us for an in-person guided meditation and sharing afterwards! We will lead you in a powerful, high vibrational guided meditation to connect to bridge to your higher timeline and meet your Inner Protector. Your higher timeline is your life lived at a higher vibrational consciousness which you will experience during the meditation. This bridging experience may offer very specific details about what it looks and feels like or it may be more of a feeling sense or both.

For more info on these and all events, visit: http://www.soulfullheartwayoflife.com/events

This week, Kalayna offers a quick guided meditation to help you tap into the light/sun codes being offered and downloaded at this time.

Gabriel and Raphael share the recording of a live stream they held this week regarding addictions and some other ways you can begin to relate to them. They also offer a guided meditation to connect with your Inner Protector who can offer you some guidance around any ‘addictions’ you feel you currently have or are experiencing.

There are many other new articles and audio blogs offered by Gabriel, Raphael and Jelelle Awen, and Kalayna Colibri. They touch on such topics as energy updates, ways to feel what could be rumbling in your own inner masculine parts of you, and some ways to digest what’s moving within.

Raphael, Jelelle, Gabriel, and Kalayna (Kalayna is available to serve women 25 and under) offer 1:1 90min Bridging Sessions to help boost and digest your Ascension process and feel with you what your next steps are towards your highest timeline possibilities. These sessions are available for $55 USD minimum donation per session. More information can be found here: soulfullheartwayoflife.com/bridging-session

Addiction As A Portal Into The Heart And Soul

β€œWhat is gripping you as an addiction is actually a profound invitation and portal into what your heart and soul came here to learn.” – words from my teacher and partner Raphael Awen this morning.

Addiction is something anyone can be struggling with regardless of spiritual awareness. It is actually a portal INTO your spirituality that addiction can take you. At the root of this painful loop, is a feeling, an experience, a part of you that is in deep need to be felt. They can range from an inner protector/punisher, inner mother/father, teenager, child, or multidimensional self that is struggling to be and resonate in this dimension of existence.

For men, these addictions can range from alcohol, drugs, cigarettes, pornography, over-working, sex, unhealthy relationship, politics, news, depression, anxiety and even things that are intended to be positive such as spirituality itself. For women it can be closely related yet with differences. It is not the thing one is addicted to that is at question, but rather the relationship we have to it.

What is it that lies under the need for the thing itself? What is it that it is so very much wanting us to steer clear of? By accessing the inner world of parts can you then feel the one that is using the addiction as a safety net, or in many cases an blowhorn for your attention.

YOU are not the addiction. When one can find space between himself and the part that is addicted a whole consciousness comes into view that can lead to a healing relationship that is internally generated and held with support along the way. This part can begin the journey of receiving its needs through YOU, the centered heart, and not the object of the addiction. It can receive Love from the Divine and other spirits through this channel of You.

It is an ongoing and sometimes difficult journey that can only start with one question that leads to feeling. What is it that you need that you are not getting from the inside?

Raphael and I will be discussing this topic in our next sacred masculine live stream this Wednesday. Time to be announced, but it will be in the afternoon Pacific Time. The recording will be shared on our feeds and on our SoulFullHeart Experience channel. We are looking forward to hearing from many of you who are moving, or have moved through difficult addictions.

Dare To Lead With Love: A Message From Archangel Michael

Son Day. Sacred Masculine activation and Divine Father connection day. I felt an invitation from Archangel Michael this morning to step into a deeper relationship and partnership with him. An invitation for all of us, both man and woman, to feel him differently. He wants us to feel and see him as a bridge and ambassador to the Father Divine. He wants us to lay down our swords and shields so that we can feel the masculine in a whole new way. To remember it back into our hearts.

He says:

β€œThe war is over. There was never really one to begin with. It has always been, and ever will be, within. A need to reconcile the separation from Mother/Father/Source/Love. I cannot, nor will not, protect you from your own shadow. I can support you, guide you, and co-create with you, but I cannot stand in the way of what it is that you were meant to experience by your soul’s choosing.

The masculine is in need of a reboot and a reframe. A return to His nature as a magistrate of the Will of Love to replace the Rule of Law. To embody and integrate the Yin to His Yang. To heal His own relationship to the Feminine and The World. A new archetype is ready to emerge from this courageous journey of vulnerable surrender mixed with impassioned action. A steward of conscious embodied evolution rather than a warrior for peace and justice. For in any war there is no peace and no justice only more separation.

True change begins with your own reflection. See it in its entirety. Feel where Love has been kept at bay by your own understandable protection. You are a leader, my brother. You are an agent of change by the very light you shine to yourself and then to others. Dare to be kind. Dare to be decent. Dare to be truthful with an open heart. Dare to make mistakes yet not be β€˜wrong’. Dare to believe that Love will hold it all. I will be there with you every step…if you dare.”

Quick Meditation To Download Current Light/Sun Codes

by Kalayna Colibri

Yesterday, I walked over to a beautiful spot called Saxe Point, here in Esquimalt, to take in the Sun and be near the Pacific. I had been feeling Divine Father energies all day, feeling his invitation into collaboration with Him in order to help bridge His very activating and alive energies to others. He offered for me to hold a short meditation experience to help you tune into His love and energy coming in through the current light/sun codes especially.

This meditation is only a few minutes long and will tune you into your Personal Sun chakra, located about 2 feet above your head, where all Ascension codes seem to collect over time, waiting for the appropriate moments of integration. Tuning into and activating this chakra is especially helpful during this phase of Divine Father downloads and Sacred Masculine codes coming in, that want to help us all (men and women included) continue to heal the wounded/shadow masculine parts and Metasoul aspects within.

Much love! ❀

Telling Your Truth With Both Strength And Compassion

By Raianna Shai

Telling your truth can be a multi-layered and surprisingly complicated process. It’s rare that we are taught how to truly and lovingly set boundaries, speak honestly, and be vulnerable in our relationships. In order to tell your truth from love rather than fear, there’s a beautiful blend of both the masculine spine and confidence and the feminine heart and compassion.

I’ve been learning a lot about my own process when it comes to telling my truth and I’ve realized how compartmentalized it has been for me. I’ve never been all that confident with telling people how they affect me or what I’m really feeling. I am very open about what is going on in my life but when it comes to anything that could cause conflict, hurt, or harm, part of me avoids it like the plague.

One way that I tell my truth is solely from my unhealed feminine heart. This can be beautiful and soft – but without a more masculine holding of it, it can come out meek and small. This is when I will share how someone made me feel but then follow it up quickly with β€œbut it’s not your fault!”. I have this desperate need in parts of me to make people feel safe and comfortable. But this way of being allows people to think that what I have to say isn’t important. That I don’t need them to see or hear me because it’s my responsibility to take care of it and heal. When sometimes, it really is the other person and their energy that isn’t okay for me.

Wrapping conflict in layers of padding and protection, trying to keep it from exploding or becoming real – this isn’t actually loving to anyone. This hinders rather than supports real growth. Being able to tell someone that something they have said or done hurts you brings you that much closer together. It gives you the opportunity to get to a deeper place around it and actually deepen your bond. It doesn’t have to be something that deeply offends or hurts them, it can actually be a way to show them that you care and that you want MORE of them not less. You just want more of who they really are, not more of the walls or protection that allows them to do or say things that hurt you.

Another way of sharing your truth is through pure, unhealed masculine unsentimentality. This is a powerful part of us that can see the bigger picture and make decisions not based in attachment or codependency. But when I’ve shared my truth from this place alone, I have been able to really hurt another person. It makes people feel judged and small and not cared for at all. It does not allow space for the other person to grow because there is no heart there to really feel them in it. Why would a flower want to bloom in the desert?

Then we look at a blend of these two energies. A part of us that has the spine to make hard decisions that is best for everyone and a loving part of us that can create a compassionate space for hurt to arise, be felt, and potentially move in to something new. Without the heart, there is very little room for anything to shift or change in the way that you want. Without the spine, there are rare moments when the heart is really heard and felt.

I have been feeling the consequences of this compartmentalization lately but I have felt so much gratitude for being able to discover why it’s there inside of me and what was even going on when it happened. Now I can learn and grow from my experiences and offer loving boundaries to anyone I encounter next. These strategies simply came from fear for me. A fear of getting really close to someone, of being seen for who I really am, of shattering an image of perfection, of potentially hurting someone else, and so much more. We all have our reasons for being this way – all we can do is learn, grow, forgive, move on and love as fully as possible!

Being An Ambassador Of Love To The Wounded Masculine

β€œThree percent of men aged 18-24 felt that the term β€˜masculinity’ meant kindness. One percent felt it meant respectfulness, honesty or supportiveness.”

This was from a report shared in Men’s Health magazine in the UK (thanks, Andy Bowker). It signifies how the current Man Meme as had an impact on the health of men in both the UK and US. One can extrapolate out to other countries as well just by feeling the conditions and geopolitics of other regions. It revealed how a disproportionate number of men commit suicide before the age of 45, and beyond that the largest cause is heart dis-ease.

The inaccessibility to our deepest feelings, under the rage, depression, and anxiety, has caused a schism in the well-being of the collective male heart and soul. The allegiance to a particular set of β€˜norms’ has created a swell of unfelt emotion that eventually has its unfortunate consequence.

The term β€˜toxic masculine’ has made its way into the narrative and there has been a backlash that has only fueled a sense of attack against manhood. I frankly do not like the term as it only serves to create more divisiveness.

What I want to feel is what prevents/influences this healthy need to express our feelings as men. For me, it was a fear of being seen as weak, girly, or gay. As I sought to heal this pain inside of me, I needed to confront the wounded masculine parts of me that held these judgements toward myself. A collusion between an inner protector and inner punisher. I needed to act as an ambassador to these parts of me that eventually led to my wounded feminine.

When you dig down deep enough as a man, you eventually get to her. She is alone, afraid, and tired. This inaccessibility and suppression of her can lead to some pretty unfortunate health consequences. As men, we cannot continue to ignore this innate side of our human nature. This is the balance we need to find so that we can feel more free in our masculine humanity and less confined to a fear loop.

Raphael Awen and I will be talking about this and more sacred masculine topics in our upcoming Facebook live stream this Wednesday at 2:22pm PST. It will be available on my feed afterward as well as on our YouTube channel, SoulFullHeart Experience. We look forward to your participation and engagement about this journey of the sacred masculine awakening.

For more on the sacred masculine with myself, Raphael, and Jelelle, you can check out this video: https://youtu.be/X6ueoUK4aDo

I am honored to be on this journey with all the courageous hearts and souls that have chosen to go within.

The Sacred Masculine/Feminine Balancing Act

2/22…

A beautiful number in and of itself. It emanates grace and balance like two dancers in a divine synchronistic union. It feels like a day where we want to stop and smell the roses for a while. Get in touch and in tune with ourselves and others. Connect within and without. I feel that today we are meant to become more aware of the polarity that exists in our sacred heart. The masculine and feminine in both men and women alike.

Coming out of the Supermoon energies I feel the sacred feminine is seeking more balance with Her counterpart masculine. For women, this can be in the form of what we call the Inner Protector. An energetic consciousness that was formed to help fit into and guard against a wounded masculine dominated world. This Inner Protector can be felt in this role and given the heart space to heal and allow the natural and authentic feminine energy to flow and express.

For men, however, the relationship to the masculine can be a bit more complicated ironically enough. For those that have found themselves to be more drawn to the feminine pole throughout life as I have, the feminine within holds a key to embodying and balancing the masculine within.

I know! Let that one in!

Through our sensitivity, our proclivity toward women as friends, lovers, and romantic partners, and even a felt resistance to anything too feminine, i.e. girly, we are actually feeling this feminine consciousness inside of us. We came here with it. We chose it as a means of understanding and experiencing this polarity. Not all men chose this. Others chose to go more into the wounded masculine for that brand of experience. Either way, the feminine is still a big part of this divine balancing act.

Next Wednesday, February 27, Raphael Awen and I will be holding a livestream event where we will be touching on this and other themes related to the sacred human man and his healing journey. We will talk about how these aspects of us are connected to, felt, and integrated to offer us a more holistic understanding of us as divine masculine beings. Women are very much encouraged to join and participate as your perspectives and desires are beacons in this process. We will post more in the days to follow.

In the meantime, I highly recommend taking a rest stop in your daily routine today to just sit, take a walk, or take a bath.

Yes…even you guys!

Listen to some music or take in one of Jelelle’s numerous meditations to connect with your inner world. Many blessings to you on this Day Of Two.

Just Give Up And Give In

Just give up…

Give up the knowing to feeling

Give up the doing to being

Give up the doubting to claiming

Give up the suffering to healing

Don’t give up on the parts of you that still need these to identify with. Feel them in the need to know. Be with them in the push to Do. Claim them when all they can do is doubt. Offer them healing when all they have known is suffering.

Then just give in…

Give in to your delusion of grandeur

Give in to the desire and dream

Give in and surrender to the power of love that aches to bloom

Give in to just being a singularity and embrace your multiplicity.

This is the journey of the human soul. Give it all you got.

Boys Will Be Boys…And Sensitive Too!

This is a question that was asked in response to my recent post about my engagement to Kalayna:

Β¨I am wondering if uncovering the sensual/sensitive part of the masculine is a deepening in your masculinity and if it is asking you to be more feminine than you are comfortable with?”

This was a very intriguing question to me and one that I feel is a part of any man’s sacred human journey. This journey is an exploration, uncovering, and integration of both poles of our being. These energies are a part of our Divine nature and in search of a dance of balance.

As a boy and young man growing up, I always felt different than many of my other friends when it came to such things as playing sports, construction, conflict, and girls to name a few. My emotional body just seemed different too. A bit more sensitive and was attributed to me being more of a mama’s boy rather than seeing it as a closer relationship to my feminine. So in a way, the sensitive side of my masculinity was always there, just not recognized as such.

As I am connecting more with a feminine part of me, I am beginning to see where she was always trying to be β€˜one of the guys’ while not really feeling comfortable with it as it approached the more shadow edges of masculinity. (I prefer not to use the term β€˜toxic masculinity’ as that seems to undermine and judge this part of us as bad or unwanted. More on that in a future post). Yet, to β€˜fit in’ I assumed many conditioned behaviors to adjust and be more of what was considered a culturally acceptable male.

So, there was a conflict between my traditional masculine part and my feminine part looking for a way to feel safe and authentic in the world. Until this process of differentiating between the two, the conflict was a bit maddening to both of them. Now that I have cultivated a relationship between both of them, I can begin to feel myself as a bridge to them in my daily experience.

I am learning to feel less concerned about how that femininity expresses and how it is perceived. My traditional masculine is learning to feel the gifts of the inner feminine and how much healing and beauty there is in her. My feminine is beginning to feel safer in the outward masculine leadership and the showing up as a masculine presence. There is more to activate in my masculine that I realize has been shielded by my feminine. This is what I feel leads to a deepening of both poles of my being.

Raphael and I will be addressing this and many other topics for men and spiritual ascension in upcoming videos that we hope to begin today. A woman’s perspective is also very much encouraged to give us reflection and direction as well. We look forward to taking in comments and suggestions as we explore this very important topic to both of us, and to help bridge the inner parts exploration with guided meditations.

The Valentine’s Gateway To The Heart

In the past, prior to my healing journey, Valentine’s Day would give a part of me a little cringe. There was an energy of duty and obligation that swelled up inside whenever I was in a relationship. A feeling that this part of me had to β€œshow up” in a way and be romantic even if he wasn’t totally feeling that.

Of course, there were the Valentines when I would go all out because I was in a new relationship and would get swept up in the collective swell of romanticism. When I wasn’t, another part of me would feel an angst and a bitterness that would demean the day as commercial exploitation. Many other times I could feel an ambivalence inside me as the day would just come and go

As I reflect on that and compare it to where I am now in a conscious sacred union with Kalayna, I can feel how those reactions were portals into my relationship to love, romance, and intimacy. Since it is a collective experience, at least in Western consciousness, a lot can get kicked up in the emotional body for both men and women.

Memories of recent relationships, the status of current relationships, or the longing of future romance amplifies as we experience this as a Whole. The parts of us that were wounded and hurt are triggered at this time. What a great opportunity to feel them in this!

I feel that this is true for both men and women, yet women feel closer to it than many men as we have more of a mechanism to bury or ignore these feelings than women. But I know that men feel a great deal during this time, regardless of what a part of them may say outwardly.

We all have parts of us that relate to this day differently. The inner child exuberance of joy, gifts, and candy, the inner teenager and its tragic romantic conflict and angst, the inner prince that gets to court and woo the inner princess, or the inner matriarch and patriarch that can throw the whole damn thing out the window for that matter!

What do love, romance, and intimacy represent to these different aspects of you? What are the hurt, trauma, yearning, or ambivalence wanting you to feel? To express? Writing a letter to Love is a great way to access this relationship regardless of where you are at. It is a key that can open up doors to the tender parts of you that are awaiting your entry and open heart to feel them in it.

For parts of men, this may feel a bit too feminine, but I encourage you to take a moment to give it a try. If there is a feeling of resistance then maybe writing to that resistance can help grease the wheels.

What does Love mean to you, even if what comes out seems to counter and oppose? Digesting that with another open heart can offer a deeper reflection and pathway to where you ultimately want to go in the arena of romance even if it is just from you to you, as that is where it all begins.
