You Are Your Own Paradise

The paradise you seek always was nothing other than your own heart. All the heavens you ever imagined were the feeling of feeling how it would feel to be in love with your own heart, and every aspect of yourself.

That you may feel things about yourself that you want to change does not negate this truth about yourself. You are your own paradise. All that is waiting is for you to claim yourself, your heart, as your only real and deep home. One that you cannot lose and one that cannot ever be taken from you.

Now, with your own heart claimed, you can feel what feels like it isn’t in tune with this love-heart-home reality and feel that. Feel where and why and how it came to be impervious to love. Feel it with wonder and awe and reverence, for it too is a part of your paradise, given to you to unlock new dimensions of your infinite paradise.

You Are Your Own Savior

You are your own saviour. Any perception that you have of needing to be saved from anything, anyone, or any power is only in your life as a placeholder awaiting this dawning realization that you are your own saviour.

Up until the time that you come to this awareness, you see something external to you as your saviour, be it a career, a person, God, or money, or any other of a host of externalized personal saviours. You needed this externalized projection of your own power projected out onto an other while you were coming to terms with the incredible power of your own heart.

This is very understandable. To be in possession of this much power, to create anything that we can dream of, is so far reaching, that parts of us and their conditioning must reject the idea of it as absurd or delusional. What is very interesting though is that this part of us is using this very same creative reality to create its present lesser reality. Even the perception of needing a saviour, of needing to be saved from something by an external source is ALL something powerfully and impressively created by the individual. We can begin recreating our lives whenever we feel so drawn, even as we take full responsibility for our present creations.

What would you like to change about your life? Are you willing to begin by making the simple admission that you are your own saviour?

This truth begins with accepting that you have everything you need inside of yourself. You don’t actually need anyone or anything to be happy, fulfilled or in your deepest bounty.

Your deepest bounty overflowing from you may well include a mentor, a mate, friends, community, but all of these can be nothing more than healthy projections of the fullness you already are….fullness out dancing in life and love.

The Doorway To Our Bigness

The path to our greatest greatness is through our smallest smallness. Our smallness isn’t the limitation on us inhabiting our bigness, but rather the doorway into our bigness.

In the same way, it is not our traumas and our wounding that limits us, but rather our traumas and our wounding are something that we as a soul being in our infinite bigness chose to take on as a path to our ever expanding largesse of being.

In seeing this, we see our wounds as time capsuled seeds of our essence that when planted and watered in the NOW arising open-hearted soil of self love and curiosity, these wounds and traumas spring up into a deeper essence than we could ever have before imagined.

All that is required is simply a willingness to feel what has been avoided and suppressed and follow our inner and outer guidance from there. All that we need will be provided.

The Unsolvable, Yet Discoverable Mystery Of You

It is wonderful to be such a mystery! To have so many unknown depths of self, of soul self, of heart self, to discover and uncover as you awaken, as you grow, as you go!

Parts of you may be afraid for you to feel and to know yourself at these deeper levels, concerned that you cannot handle it or will be overwhelmed or will go crazy….there are many of these concerns when and as you go deeper into yourself.

When these guarding and protective energies of you can FEEL that YOU(awakening you, authentic self you) are there….when there is a growing sense of your curiosity and your desire to truly feel and know yourself…so the guardedness can begin to relax, contribute and even HELP you with the process of self discovery rather than block it. Inner resistance and push-pull lessens SO much when this inner negotiation can consciously happen, held and supported by Divine frequencies too.

You are a mystery that ever unfolds, not really solvable, yet discoverable in tender moments of increasing self intimacy and self love!

Trusting What You Are BEcoming

To trust what you are BEcoming, to let go of what isn’t YOU and never really WAS in order to return to and remember who you REALLY are……this is the unfolding, arising surrendering process that the Divine energies all around you are supporting.

To let go of others that can’t see you, can’t let in your love, your light or ALL of what awakens as your soul comes through….and yet to invite them to come along, BOTH, yet without settling, shrinking, grabbing at them. Your energy of open, ready, desiring, yet not compromising or playing games invites them to BE the same or to move on.

To no longer need of convincing, contending, or proving to others even as you teach, lead, respond, offer them your soul gifts, healing heart, growing sense of Infinite Possibilities. As you SHARE what you are here to offer as a soul from a place of authenticity, so you become a mirror for those who are ready and meant to see and BE this as well.

To FEEL what is real INside of your heart and soul, what has been contained, restrained, reframed, conditioned and now wants to leak, peak, burst, purge, open, reveal AND heal. This revealing gives others the space and inspiration to be REAL too and NEW deeper intimacy can flow then between you.

This is the personal disclosure process INside that leads to a life experienced as transparent and OPEN with nothing to hide, no compartments, no bubbles that need bursting……as you are loving ALL that you are and so experience a life that is reflecting the same.

The Insatiable Appetite For More Love

The heart of a little girl, turns toward her mother and asks, “How do I get your love?”

The heart of a young woman in a new relationship, turns toward her partner and asks, “How do I keep your love?”

The heart of a young nun in her morning prayers asks, “How do I earn your love?”

The awakening heart turns to Love itself and asks, “How do I remember you, Love?”

These journeys begin with feeling as if Love is elusive, a butterfly to capture and keep, a path to master, something to make, do, take, have, possess…

These journeys continue with receiving ‘answers’ from outside, with only letting in that which can be seen or learned, until one day, the love that you simply ARE reminds you from inside of you that it was always there…

Abuses of all kinds create a struggle inside, bruised heart walls, parts that hate ourselves, push away others, trauma and drama attraction, resistance to Love and all of its tones and frequencies both challenging and comforting. To be in the heat of Love’s reawakening is to feel what’s blocking it, to feel the need for more of it, to realize the areas of life where it’s not flowing, to ask the questing questions that lead us to clarities of this step followed by that one… if you are used to crumbs, crumbs is all you’ll expect, but once you’ve allowed in a taste of the real thing, the real thing is all that can suffice and yet ironically is what stimulates the appetite for MORE.

Be insatiable. Every pore of your body, every cord of your heart song, every tone of your multi-dimensionality wants to want more, wants to BE more. The having and receiving of more comes from making room, from flowing over with love withIN, from letting it flow to others FROM you and WITH you, from feeling the parts of you that won’t let it, don’t want to trust it, have been burned, hurt, wounded by ‘love’ before, that can’t see or feel or let in just yet that within their hurt and pain lies a pearl – an exquisite gift – of experience, wisdom, heart-opening mess and the capacity to pick up the pieces and keep going on and IN as you grow and bloom and shine ever brighter. Hunger for the growth that allows in more love. Let yourself ask those questions you need to ask parts of you and soul aspects of you. And bring it all back to your appetite for more love to let in and crave for.

To live life this way turns everything on its head! It brings in a whole new way of digesting all experiences, all challenges, all processes. It gives you a home frequency to tune into during emotional phases of deeply feeling your wounding. It motivates you to keep going in and through and guides you in the same.

It’s time to remember… and it’s up to you if you decide to now or later, yet it doesn’t matter, because you will never be less love or loved than you already are in this moment. ❤

Energetic Pressure Cooker Of Love Supports Self Healing

In this energetic pressure cooker turned UP to its highest ‘LOVE’ setting, your heart bakes on the aches that have been previously suppressed. Simmering now, you are BEcoming what is POSSIBLE when love is the waters you are swimming in. BEing more in the now, with others who resonate and marinate along WITH you in love’s juices.

UP come the fears. UP come the doubts. UP come the distrust. UP come the resistances held by the protective parts, the guarding parts, that have just wanted to keep life safe for you. You invite these parts of you to put down their weapons, their self judgements, their reticence. You ask them to confess to that which has before been left unsaid and so release the burdens of their concerns to YOU. You pass the tissues to collect the tears that can finally be released. You become the role of confessor to your own heart and soul, with deep compassion and genuine curiosity in response to ALL you hear and feel.

In this letting go of previous pain and traumatic story through feeling it with ALL parts of you, your emotional body becomes CURRENT. It can vibrate in the frequencies of the NOW rather than from the past. It can vibrate heart health and soul integration rather than from from ‘long ago’ wounded and ‘didn’t heal properly’ frequencies. It can become more STILL in natural rhythm with the Universe’s heart beat, tuning more and more to the galactic HUM.

THIS is what all that reading about spirituality was for. This is what all those hours of meditation sets the stage for. This is what the yoga classes were for. This is what all the letting go of the OLD life and boundary setting has been for.

ALL of it has been supporting the soul self to arise. To become BIG enough to hold all this undigested REAL reality. To become your own parent, your own BEloved, your own angel, your own spirit guide, your own God and Goddess. Your own Divine Source that can hold the space for ALL aspects of you, from your roots to your wings, from Inner Child to Ancient Inner Divine Muse and so BE whatever you are MOST needing in EVERY moment.

In this energetic pressure cooker turned UP to its highest ‘LOVE’ setting, it is finally becoming safe enough to go where it was once deemed off limits, to go where it once felt impossible. In this process of GREAT self enlovenment, you discover that you HAVE no limits yet ARE Infinite Possibilities of Infinite Love in human form returning and remembering what you have always been.

Shelter For The Inner Storms

Shelter

 

Cloudy morning feelings

of going IN.

My heart beats through

impending storms

of ‘time’ mixed with LOVE…

 

The land goes through collapsing

timelines

every time the rain pours

and rolling thunder

precedes renewing lightning strikes

of electric and alive possibilities.

 

Ascending hearts meet rolled-over beaches,

ocean waves flushing foreign objects

up to the shore.

Remnants of old phases

needing attention.

 

Weather movements

bring land and sea purges.

Another chance for renewal

that Gaia takes hold of

every single time.

 

And so

the invitation to another this

inside of us

brings us forward

into new places,

lets in more LOVE waves

lightning storms

and churning, renewing

inner selves.

 

Your lighthouse self

grows with every beat

of high ocean tide waves

stirring around

the debris of kicked-up

journey markers

and intensely trodden paths.

 

The light within

is for you to have

be

as the direction of Home

guides you

inside all places

of high pressure patterns

and inner weather maps.

 

For the LOVE of it all

you continue to shine

while collecting windward

clues

and healing cues

for that beacon

you are meant to BEcome…

Because we live our lives inside of such deep conditioning from this life and other lifetimes, AND because we chose to enter the veil of amnesia, it feels to our local soul guardian aspects of ourselves that we almost tied both hands behind our backs at times in our goal to awaken and be re-membered to what we actually ARE and what we intended to inhabit in our current earth journey.

For many of us, we are left living lives that are strange pretzelated work-arounds for so many things that have not been felt that we simply couldn’t before access in our feeling, re-MEMBER-ing bodies.

Though this feels like a grim assessment, what if it couldn’t be more perfect? What if that is the way the higher intelligence that you ARE set it up as the way IN? What if you knew that it would be through feeling frustrated, behind and anxious to awaken that the fuel for the awakening path could come to you?

If any of this is true, and it feels like a bunch of it is true to me, then a process of remembering IS A PROCESS and THE PROCESS,… and FEELING it all one piece at a time IS the awakening… leading to new awarenesses, new choices, and new community.

And none of THAT can be done in a box, it’s done in life and in relationship!

Solving The Mystery Of The YOU-niverse

When you look at the mystery of the universe, it takes you right up to the mystery of YOU, as the Universe IS the YOU-niverse… and just when you think you may be making some headway into describing the mystery or even solving the mystery, as you are beholding its beauty and magic, the universe and you explode into a deeper mystery still…. leaving you in awe and reverence.

It seems though that we are truly afraid of this awe and reverence even as we may consciously also feel we crave these expanded moments. Our 3D selves continuously and effectively normalize all incoming magic and wonder in our lives to make it into a ‘ho-hum, nothing to see here’ kind of experience. Even our 3D experience of life is itself pure magic and wonder!

Our 3D selves fear us being carried away by something it can’t relate to or feel. Finding and feeling the parts of yourself that only know a 3D relationship to life, where the you who is showing up to feel them is your arising healthy Authentic Self, IS the traction ground where you are now ‘solving’ the mystery of the YOU-niverse. Granted, the mystery will only deepen as you do, but the payoff is that you get to the place where the NEW REALITY as it lives in you, and as you know it inside of you, becomes your MIND ALTERING SUBSTANCE.

What reality are you presently creating? Are you willing to look at it deeply and take responsibility for it? Are you willing to explore into the farthest reaches of your own inner kingdom? It’s what you came here to do and be!
