Connecting in with my Lyran guide, Ineerah, I feel (as I do every year at this time) her love, her compassion, and her profound power that is so effortless to embody.

She didn’t get there by happenstance. Her power is from her own journey of Ascension. I call her a ‘guide’ and yet she’s so much more than that.

She’s an aspect of my soul. And as such, she brings her wisdom and lived-in experience to me, inspiring me to continue to trust and move forward, for she herself has been through many of the same lessons.

Whenever I connect with her, her warmth is unmistakable. She knows me and I know her. She is definitely an influence on my love of cats and all things lion-like, and she’s also a heart to land in for context around this human experience.

I feel her offering,

“Stand in your present moment, feel what’s past, feel into what lies ahead. The portal is open, it’s lit up by your heart, the very same which yearns and aches and holds desire. Your courage is being lit up like a beacon from within…

If what lies behind you now looks like a debris field, know that we, your galactic family, are here to help you gather the dust. We will help you sort what is worth holding in your hands and keeping in your pockets as you move forward.

If what lies ahead of you seems unclear, know that we are here to support your spine, your brave heart, to walk through the portal of the unknown. Know that goodness lies ahead, for it always has, even during those darker times you’ve faced.

No soul comes to this (or any) planet without support. You are never alone. We are One, now and always.” 💙

To know fully that we aren’t alone… to really let THAT in, is an ongoing journey. And it’s so meaningful. There is really no wrong turn, no mistake, for it all leads back to your own Ascension journey, led by your soul and experienced by your heart.

Pleiadian Portal Portal Open For Connection & Remembrance

The Pleiadian Portal is open for the next week until May 24th, peaking on May 20th-21st when the sun is aligned with Alcyone, the brightest of the seven sister stars in the constellation. The Pleiadian energy frequencies are a high vibration of pure love, unity consciousness, and crystalline-coded light.

Having gone through their own descension to ascension process, Pleiadians are both supportive of humanity’s journey and compassionate about the challenges we are going through during this transition. Connecting with them brings forward the energy of the Founders (Lyra) and reminder of the DNA seeding within us (in our every cell) that is ‘the best’ of what humanity can be when our hearts are open, our souls are awake and our bodies are light filled.

I began to connect yesterday with a Pleiadian guide named Alona that came forward during meditation. Tuning into dolphins and whales opens up a bridge to them easily as they are descendants of the Pleiadian DNA in its more pure and higher frequency form. What a blessing to connect with Alona, backlit in bright blue with light blond hair and blue eyes, all regal and queenly, pure heart and flooding me with soul rememberance and love.

She supported me to feel remaining places of separation consciousness (which manifests as fear or pain), especially related to my physical body transition to living on more light/prana/into menopause, ongoing service inhabitations (including trust in alchemy/money flow), and deeper co-creation with Raphael.

Filled up with her love, it was not surprising to me that the session I had later in the day with a beautiful soul opened up a bridge to her Pleiadian aspect as well…who felt similar and perhaps the same as Alona. Her Pleiadian opened up a field of unity consciousness remembrance by inviting her to swim with dolphins in the most crystal charged waters.

During this journey, I played my heart sound bowl and offered tones/light language, as she received the messages, codes, downloads that her Pleiadian aspect moved through her. The struggles and challenges of 3D life came through represented in her 3D self in a swimming pool, treading water with all her clothes on.

The contrast between the easy, flowing energies of Oneness with the dolphins and the heavy, effort of the swimming pool felt like the perfect representation of what it is like to BE human within a human body.

Treading water with all of your clothes on. All that effort and not really going anywhere. Stuck in a confined space with no ‘escape’ seeming possible.

This also felt like what it is like to be anchored to the karmic field of 4D as her Gatekeeper (soul guardian/keeper of the veil of amnesia) showed himself as a ‘giant’ and yet he has been reduced to despairing witness, unable to assist, save, or intervene for many human 3D lifetimes.

I felt her Pleidian aspect honoring both the human experience and the Gatekeeper’s reality though…even as there is now an ongoing invitation (as there is to ALL of us) to transition out of the confining pools of 3D consciousness and 4D karmic field to remember and embody more of her soul essence in everyday life.

Connecting to your Pleiadian aspect during this portal can bring you into places of homecoming, remembering your soul’s essence, creating a bigger space within you to hold the emotional, spiritual and physical healing/upgrades that occur during awakening. This can be a deeply personal experience, not just taking in someone else’s channeled messages, yet feeling flow through you these energies AS you. Bridging to your Gatekeeper can open up this access in a deeper, more visceral way.

Unity and reunion codes are all around, this time of year especially. They invite us into a deep heart warmth of love and connection within and with others, while they also highlight for us where truly transactable love can flow and where it can’t. In other words, these codes show us where there is still an experience of separation going on both inside and outside of us. They also show us where there may be a deepening desire for intimacy and where there may be hesitancy and fear too.

In this video, Raianna and I talk about these 12/12 unity codes and what they maybe supporting you to feel. We speak about the different ways you may be experiencing them, whether you may be feeling alone in a crowd while surrounded by more dissonance than resonance, or if you’re actually choosing the void space of aloneness so that you can truly reboot socially and feel into your desires for true soul family (as well as any despair that may come up for you as you do so).

We also share about the ‘how’ – the process – which has brought us both into more unity inside and with the divine, as well as into deeper intimacy with those around us in our soul family experience in SoulFullHeart. This process we talk about is the one we hold so sacredly in sessions yet also in our overall way of life. It involves feeling parts of you, yet also feeling soul and galactic aspects and so many dimensions that make you YOU and bringing yourself into a deepening experience of divine reunion within while opening to the experience of reunion with soul family.

“Am I genuinely, truly ready to let go of past suffering and move into new and unknown soul and heart bigness?” — this was a powerful question that continued to arise in different ways for all of us at our SoulFullHeart Equinox Gathering this weekend.

Soul turns and healing trajectories moving us through birth canals… letting go of suffering on whatever level we feel ready for that (and to be in the genuine, deep, real, and multi-layered process of that) has been a profound theme for this Equinox passage.

In this video, I share about this theme of letting go and healing the relationship to suffering and how I relate to it personally at this time. I also share about what it means to be with it through your open and curious heart as you feel parts of you and Metasoul aspects (soul expressions in other lifetimes) too.

Lammas Message: Feeling The Harvest & The Loss Of The Awakening Journey

It’s a potent time now with Lammas (mid-summer) today, the Supermoon, and Lion’s Gate all upon us. It feels like a day where these energies are converging and bringing up some deeper pieces to feel of desire/despair, letting in/letting go, gain/loss while we experience another big clearing and shift.

One big thing I’m digesting myself today is about our personal and collective evolution. It’s so easy some days to feel as though the personal shifts and inner work aren’t really drawing the desired outcomes. Instead, there’s a cost to our personal growth and awakening that is just as real as the highs that come from the healing and new discoveries. Our inner work brings about an outer harvest, yet in that process of harvesting there is also a need to surrender to the threshing floor – the place where the wheat is separated from the chaff. Where what you need to bring along with you on your next leg of your journey is carried with you tenderly, yet what can’t or won’t come along with you must be let go of.

So many parts of us may prefer to feel the celebrations of our awakening journeys and rightfully so… they’ve earned that next place of awakening and opening of the heart and your awareness. You as a soul have earned that next place of alchemy and depth of relationship within and without. Yet, there is usually a grieving process that comes along with all of this as awakening also means aligning more with your soul and the Divine… and not always with others around you or with your current life circumstances such as they have been. It’s all up for reevaluation on the journey of your evolution, and this is what makes it a vulnerable journey overall.

It takes great strength to be willing to feel it ALL… the textures of love and what it wants to illuminate for you. The shifting sands of your personal truth and where it wants to take you. It’s all very alive and yet, it’s truly a hero’s journey in a way with so much to let go of while also letting in.

I’ve been connecting a lot with the Divine and also my Sirian Lion galactic aspect, Ineerah, about this process and how I’ve felt personally so impacted at times by needing to follow my heart and soul and yet also be with the cost of that. Ineerah has shared with me time and time again how they have experienced the pain of this themselves as a star being race that has been through Ascension and how much they support us as we sort out our own ongoing journey.

The Divine has been supporting me to just feel my aching parts and also my opening heart as my own personal journey continues to unfold as part of a very powerful yet small community of beloveds. I feel a celebration with the Divine of my personal strength while also feeling wrapped in the warm love glow that I now know so well from being truly vulnerable and needy with the Divine. I feel soaked in love while also drenched in tears in moments and it’s truly beautiful.

So wherever you are today on the scale of letting in or letting go or everything all at once… you are loved, your heart is being felt, and your soul is undoubtedly leading you where you most need (and deserve) to be if you can gather up all that is within you, to continue to trust love itself and the path it is lighting up for you.

Energy Update: Full Moon Lunar Eclipse 5/5 Gateway Energies Offering Revelation & 5D Codes

Energy Update: Full Moon Lunar Eclipse 5/5 Gateway energies are coming in strong as we prepare for this transformative eclipse on Friday! As always, lunar eclipses offer a space for revelation of whatever needs to be seen/realized inside and out. Sudden and abrupt changes/insights/clarities/shifts often occur during eclipse passages as well with inception or seeding on the solar eclipse and completion happening on the ‘book end’ of the lunar eclipse.

This lunar eclipse is particularly powerful as it occurring during the 5/5 gateway…..offering a direct bridge to experience and connect to fifth dimensional consciousness states more easily and fluidly. 5/5 is also a portal of transformation and change, amplifying the qualities of eclipses. 5D New Lemuria/New Earth dimensional upgrades offer remembrance frequencies of Unity, Soul family and soul mate/counterpart reunion, integrated and harmonious living, conscious relationships, soul purpose fulfillment, inner peace, joy and Divine connection.

You may be experience a sense of being in the void and the emptiness during phases/stages of this eclipse passage as well. Holding space for the void/clearing and the feelings that come up is a sacred part of the process…especially if you are in a process of letting go of previous identities, relationships, etc. recently catalyzed by these eclipses. Coming out of that void, wanting to fill it in, are the 5D consciousness energies.

This eclipse and 5/5 gateway is a time for intense emotional healing/shadow work, especially to connect to those parts/soul aspects who are being activated by it. There is particularly a lifting of the veil on other lifetimes, which are happening in the quantum field of NOW and not ‘past lives’. You may be experiencing an intensifying bleed through of these lifetimes in conscious states, dream time, and draw to immerse/research them.

These Metasoul brothers/sisters of yours from other lifetime incarnations are waiting for conscious connection with you to offer both soul gift exchanges and karmic healing opportunities…to truly complete and resolve lifetimes of patterns and cycles. The upgrades in consciousness in this resolution process can be quite significant and are some of the reason that we signed up to be here during this Ascension lifetime.

Now is a time to move into deeper embodiment of 5D consciousness on all levels!

4:4 Portal, Full Moon & Easter Passage Energy Update

4:4 Energy Update: It is the 4:4 portal today and there is really something so affirming of the bigger picture and yet also grounding into the NOW about 4 energies…as represented by the four seasons and four elements (well, and the fifth of spirit). Four codes can be about following Divine guidance, your intuition/soul wisdom, and then making progress/choices toward that, resolving practical and relationship matters with loving negotiation inside and out.

I also felt there was an invitation with these 4:4 energies to be direct with care, transparent with yourself and others to deepen the sense of trust in your higher heart intuition and Divine guidance as well. Being direct with care is possible as you heal from trauma responses/reactions/projections/triggers that lead to hiding your truth, being indirect, manipulation, passive aggression, keeping secrets, lying, etc. Feeling parts of yourself and soul aspects to heal these grounds allows for transparency inside and out.

4:4 is also about recognizing the patterns and cycles in your life and in your awakening journey…the beginnings, the harvest, the fall/death, and the spring arising again. These energies of transformation are being strongly activated right now…and an invitation to surrender to the cycles of change that lead to profound transmutation at all levels of being. To be in the flow more and more…

4:4 is a recognition of your current home on all levels…in the physical, within your body, in your heart space, connected to your soul, with the Divine, in your relationships. And feeling how you and parts of you feel about the current state of these homes…safe? Restless? Frustrated? Unhealthy? Time for change? Goodness and rest? Groundedness? Uneasiness?

This is also the Easter passage, offering codes of crucifixion/necessary death/letting go that allows for resurrection with Divine forgiveness and trust….as the Magdalenes seeded into the collective consciousness during that lifetime. There is the template there in the soul family monad around how to BE with inevitable change in a way that allows for the deepest personal growth in alignment with the Divine.

And, all of this is amplified by the full pink moon energies….on the leading edge of experience lunar frequencies allow space for feeling, for being, and for digesting. The moon matrix is also amplified during full moons and has been 3D home, so you may feel your body vessel/home going through adjustments too, transformation, unplugging, detox and letting go, esp your womb space or hara for men.

This is a passage to honor whichever phase you may be in right in this moment……WHILE seeing/feeling the bigger picture of your life/purpose/service grounded in the home of your heart and soul.

Energy Update: Total Lunar Eclipse Offers Emotional & Cathartic Release

Energy Update: Total lunar eclipse energies coming through NOW! We’ve been preparing for the emotional illuminations of this eclipse, the deeply feminine frequencies of it, with a focus on shadow exploration with much coming up and out into more conscious awareness now.

During these ‘blood moon’ eclipses, there is an easing up of the moon matrix to whatever degree the sacred feminine lunar energies have been hijacked in the collective and within our wombs especially. The ‘hijack’ itself is going through shifts and changes right now with ambassadorship possible to the Matrix if there has been enough unplugging in your emotional body, soul fields, and relationships. There are big shifts in the agenda and momentum of the Matrix agendas, even with a peaking in the narratives (more on this soon.)

This ‘freeing up’ of the emotional body during lunar eclipses can bring forward intense emotions, sensations of pressures building and releasing from within, even the sense of ‘break downs’ within yourself or those around you. It can be a roller coaster of the highest highs of Unity Bliss and then some unusual ‘lows’ that haven’t been experienced for awhile.

Along with the ongoing pressure, tensions and relationship challenges/completions caused by the consciousness bifurcation going on the last two years, this may be an intense time for you in relationships. It’s like what has been all right to be in shadow or to be dismissed or diverted is coming up to be dealt with and felt NOW.

These catalytic urgent energies can be a bit crazy making unless you are centered into yourself, feeling the parts/soul aspects who are in the churning and need you, discerning what energies are yours and what are other people’s, reclaiming your boundaries as needed. I find these lunar eclipses to be the most intense leading up to them and during the passage between them…and then there is an exhale and release after they are complete.

Ultimately it is cathartic to express and share (even if it needs to come out messy or tense) rather than to hold it inside and internalize, going into a caretaking or people pleasing mode. It is necessary to be current, to be truthful, to share what your heart and soul discernment is…even risking being rejected, hurting others at times (yet not actually harming/abusing). It is especially necessary during these times of death and rebirth. These eclipse energies assist in that process, inside and out.

The 11:11 codes are waiting right there and already coming in, as I shared about yesterday…offering new beginnings, wake up calls, and next movements, connection to your higher vision. 11:11 codes offer a harvesting of the churning, tilling, and planting that has been going on the last month.

Fall Energies Inviting Us Back Into Our ‘Homes’ Within

As we wind down into fall energies and the summer stirrings in our hearts and bodies wind down as well, we’re invited to find home within in a whole new way. It’s a time of inner re-balancing, finding some stability, some way of creating an inner nest where your parts and soul aspects can rest. No matter what has been stirred up for you, supported by cosmic alignments or soul readjustments, now is a time of resettling inside so that you can find a way to come back home to yourself… no matter what or who you’ve been responding to on the outside, whatever has been collapsing or coming alive in your life, or where your relationships seem to be going or not.

Between the letting go of my sacred union romance several months ago and the letting in of sacred sisterhood at new levels of depth and resonance, I’ve been feeling an ongoing need and desire to be in response from the heart of my womb, my Queen, my alchemical feminine essence, to everything that needs that…even my young cat! I feel the dance of being in my mid-30s, the letting go of a level of youngness in order to let in even more maturation. I feel my body changing and my heart changing too. I feel my soul leading me in directions that are surprising at times. I feel myself in service of love in new ways throughout all of this, claiming a deep love and appreciation of myself that can overflow so much more to others. Throughout all of these shifts and the new data that I’m embracing about myself, I feel like my inner homestead is being rebuilt and expanding too. This summer has truly been about inner renovation and renewal for me, and I’m not the only one!

In my soul sisters who I serve in sessions and who I’m in intimate relationship with here in Portugal, I feel and see similar shifts and changes. It’s like as women especially, we’re all being invited to create a new nest inside, to birth the new that wants to come from us, whether it’s a renewal of who we thought we were and experienced ourselves to be, or a renewed way of being in life and in response to love – or everything all at once! The need for women to step up to discover and claim everything about themselves, shadow and light aspects, all sorts of parts at play, creates this need for a more expansive inner ‘home’ to come back to and ground into within.

The fall energies and the shift to go back inward is real and sometimes intense, yet good when deeply surrendered to. It’s in this surrender that we find and feel the Divine within in what can feel like brand new and surprising ways. It’s in this surrender that we can truly align with our Divine creativity, our alchemy, our personal way of being love in all the moments we have on this planet… in the full-range expression of that love, which can be challenging but also gentle.

We share about the meaning of Lion’s Gate, making it personal to yourself, and the gifts that are offered from this Cosmic Christmas time of increased visions, soul clarities, alchemy, truth telling, and more. You may be experiencing these high energies through body symptoms such as dizziness, headaches and/or emotionally as intense waves of highs and then lows.
