Energy Update: Powerful SOULar Wind Stream, Bright Auroras

We are now IN the SOULar wind stream….bringing in accelerated wind speeds and heightened geomagnetic frequencies. Wind speed is and has been close to 500 km/sec (‘Normal’ is around 250 to 300.) This is a powerful stream as the larger canyon-sized coronal hole to make us whole is facing us in the moment. It’s producing really bright and vibrant auroras in the higher elevations, as you can see in the image I shared.

I am now like a person who can feel an ache in their joints when it is going to rain…I can FEEL tension in my head and neck when the geomagnetic frequencies are higher. This is both a blessing (an easy barometer) and a bit of a literal pain for awhile. Stretching via yoga, selenite cleansing, salt baths…. all seem to help move this tension out. Head/neck/shoulder pain is common with these energies too as those of us sensitive to energies can feel the ramping up.

More geomagnetics seem to increase emotional tensions too….the irritability, impatience….even moving into full on rage and outbursts. It’s as if the setting on your emotional reactions is turned UP and parts of you may respond with whatever needs to come up and out. Rage is suppressed passionate truth telling and often needs the outlet of being expressed and heard by you. These energies offer that opportunity.

I am digesting with my Star Family and Inner Earth guides the bigger picture of what is going on with the spikes in Gaia’s frequency waves, Gaia’s inner earth ‘ringing like a bell’ recently on 11/11, unexplainable seismic activity, increasing geomagnetic activity….all seeming to lead up to a magnetic pole shift possibility. This is not so much about finding specific answers and timelines/dates for all this, yet feeling how it is ALL held with love to bring about a much larger scale collective awakening and ascension! I’ll be sharing more soon what I am downloading about this….

Self love and self care, tuning in and going in……and just BEing with the parts of you that need you are all important during these elevated energies!!

Energy Update: SOULar Winds, Storms, and a Flare…Oh My!

INteresting updates from spaceweather.com on some SOULar winds, geostorms, and even a flare/CME that released yesterday (coronal mass ejection, which is rare in this solar minimum phase). The Great Cosmic sacred masculine is getting IN on the action, responding to Gaia’s recent pulses from deep in Inner Earth too.

From spaceweather.com, “Yesterday, Nov. 30th, a filament of magnetism in the sun’s southern hemisphere erupted, hurling a CME into space. NOAA analysts say the expanding cloud has an Earth-directed component. The slow-moving CME could deliver a glancing blow to our planet’s magnetic field on Dec. 5th, possibly sparking polar geomagnetic storms.”

And, “NOAA forecasters say there is a 70% chance of minor G1-class geomagnetic storms on Dec. 1st and 2nd when a stream of solar wind is expected to hit Earth’s magnetic field. The gaseous material is flowing from a wide hole in the sun’s atmosphere. This is a “coronal hole”–a place where the sun’s magnetic field opens up and allows solar wind to escape. We’ve seen this coronal hole before. It opened in June and, since then, it has been spinning around with the sun, lashing Earth with solar wind about once a month. The last time it happened on Nov. 4th.”

THIS feels like a boost of next level support to move into our higher timelines as this year called 2018 completes and 2019 begins. You may be experiencing your own completions and begins in your life, in relationships, in geographies, in careers….it’s a shifting, churning, and even burning time. Feeling The Love Even In The Difficult Experiences

ALL that we experience in life is given in love, held by love, for love…..a powerful mantra to take in and live by. Feel the parts of you that feel life is against them and you could offer these messages to them from your Higher Self/5D sacred human self:

Life is not β€˜doing anything’ to you, yet rather is WITH you in this experience of growth. You are not cursed. You have not been abandoned by the Divine. You are not being β€˜tested’ to earn the Divine’s graces and love.

ALL of it that you’ve experienced is a gift for your growth. Your Higher Self (the source of your individuated soul or also what we call the Metasoul) has orchestrated and planned with MUCH love what you will experience here in 3D. Choosing to be here now, during this time of transition and shiftings, to 4D and beyond IN the human body is a brave choice. To contribute to the ascension movement is not a sentence, yet rather a sign of the strength of your soul and proof of your BIGNESS.

Gaia is not a prison planet, in the sense that you have no choice in being here and no escape……in the sense that other fear-based BEings have captured you and you are β€˜stuck’. This has ALL been in collaboration on the higher levels. Higher vibrational frequencies of love and Oneness have been purposely suppressed; contrary feeling senses have been amped up and polarized. This was chosen not to enslave you, yet rather so that you may come to remember again that you have ALWAYS been free.

Your Higher Self has given you much support to be here in this challenging experiment and experience. This support is WITHIN you and becomes accessible as you awaken to your Metasoul expressions and many timelines for which your Higher Self has projected out. Meeting with, reconciling karma, sharing gifts together with these other lifetime selves (not β€˜past lives’ as they are in the Now)…this brings you into MORE sense of wholeness again and unification. This grows your 5D sacred human self that is embodying and integrating these higher frequencies as you are unanchoring from 3D realities by healing the woundings and traumas parts of your fragmented 3D self have experienced during it. As you heal these traumas, you no longer draw traumatic life situations to push up and trigger your undigested feelings.

There can be the end of experiencing spiritual battles going on for your soul or ‘good against evil’ or ‘light against the dark’ or vice versa. All such battles cease to be in your reality when you LOVE the energies inside yourself and your Metasoul that are polarized to each other. When you love the dark, the Reptilian, the whatever is seen and been in shadow, then it can transmute to light and its TRUE essence as love. Battling anything on the outside stems from unreconciled violence inside and a lack of trust that it ALL comes from love ultimately and will return there.

You can invite the dark to transmute to love with love….this invitation leads to reconciliation, to integration, to transformation. Battling (inside or out) doesn’t transmute back to love as someone always loses in some form…..even as they β€˜gain’ in a higher sense from the experience, yet there is a cost of harm being done or experienced.

ALL that we experience in life is given in love, held by love, for love….and so it can be as parts of you experience this more and more from within you!

Energy Update: Powerful Gaia Frequency Wave Just Moved Through

Wow! What a ride in the Schumann/Gaia resonance frequency the last 48 hours! Spiked up to 80 HZ and ‘hovered’ in the 40 to 60 HZ range for hours! Looks like in the last couple of hours it has finally settled down again.

Many of you have been sharing about physical symptoms in connection to these energies. Head and neck pain as the pineal gland and the causal chakra activate and upgrade is common. These energies can definitely push up a sense of being ‘rebooted’ with the sleepiness that brings up….intense dream states too. My dreams have been rich, full, and very active.

There is an emotional purging element with these energies too, supported by the recent full moon energies. You might find yourself bursting into tears, sensitive, emotionally reactive…at a higher pace and rate than is usual for you. This is GOOD too as that which was previously anchored to fear/tension/anxiety/resistance can be released. If you can feel directly the part of that is feeling emotionally (whether Inner Protector, Inner Child/Teenager, etc.) that can be so helpful. I have the sense from my guides that this burst of energy is like when you jumpstart a car with jumper cables. It’s a support/boost to those of us already awakened and on the ascension path consciously. And it’s a ‘wake up’ possibility for those about to tip over into awakening. It may be difficult not to be triggered by those souls not awakened that are around you….especially birth family and friends…..yet this is a time for which they may be more open than ever before. You can become a bridge for them if you lead with an open heart, yet still good boundaries of self love. I think we’ll be seeing more spiking energies during Christmas as well as more souls tune into Christ consciousness.

Good to ground these energies into your soul field….starting with your ascension chakras….personal sun about two feet above your head…and all the way down your chakra column into Mother Gaia Herself. Feeling your personal root system with Her. She is shifting every time I connect with Her….more vibrant, more crystalline….just like us!

Energy Update: Schumann Spikes For November 24

Checked in with Gaia’s resonance and WOW….okie, we’ve had some pretty mega spikes and waves for that last 14 hours….including all the way UP to 80 HZ at one point. They are going to need to expand these graphs to represent higher frequencies as they are occurring so much more regularly these days. And to think that 7.83 HZ used to be considered normal!

As usual with higher Schumann/Gaia resonance, you may be feeling dizzy, lightheadedness, sleepiness, head/neck/back painsΒ and aches….on the physical body level. And irritability, anger, excitement mixed with some anxiety, clarity, joy…there is a range here on the emotional body level depending on where you are at right now. These energies can amplify hormonal levels too!

These higher frequency patterns are GOOD news as they represent the ascension of Gaia and of our collective consciousness too. The more souls who awaken and move into higher vibrational frequencies, the more we will see an elevated Schumann as the ‘new’ normal.

Energy Update: Full Moon, Spiking Schumann And Black Friday Intensities

Energy Update: It’s one of THOSE days….energy wise. There are many cosmic influences inviting you into NEW frequencies of feeling, releasing, and moving into next level places of your consciousness expansion.

The full moon energies tonight (as always it seems) offer an illumination of the inner spaces and sometimes the darker places too. That which has been suppressed emotionally can find some release as Divine Mother holds the accepting and forgiving space for its expression. This full moon is interesting timing with what is called, ‘Black Friday’ in so many parts of the world. Black Friday is a frenetic and massive shopping day running on the fuel of anxiety and expectations already connecting to the holiday season.

This would be a good day to go inward to ground in the lunar frequencies…rather than going to the mall and joining the throngs there. 3D shopping requires a pretty high vibe bubble around you in order to enjoy it, especially during this time of year. I am noticing this as I’ve been doing a lot of shopping since arriving back in Canada. We are preparing to furnish and decorate creatively and with much joy a new house and had to furnish our bodies too in order to adjust to the colder weather here after leaving Mexico. I feel much joy in my heart as I take in the objects that have so often been creatively made and displayed. Yet most of the people I feel shopping are in a numbed out and flat state for which they are looking for the temporary high of buying something to relieve.

You may still be recovering from family gatherings on Thanksgiving too if you are in the U.S…..especially if it was with birth family members that you aren’t resonant with on the soul level. I’m not sure if the Schumann/Gaia frequency resonance is helping much to sooth out the edges and tensions from relationships that just don’t have much common ground anymore.

The Schumann has been spiking lately…up and down over the last few days and today (11/23) already quite a bit. There have been two hour and even a four hour long stretch of high waves, spiking up past 60 Hz (‘normal’ used to be 7.83 HZ, but I don’t think anyone considers that baseline anymore). These higher frequencies offer an expansion in consciousness and NEW ways of seeing/feeling/digesting reality…IF the soul is ready for them. If not, it could just be irritating and amp up unhappiness and despair, for which so many parts of people feel and walk around with that are anchored to 3D consciousness.

SOULar winds were blowing in somewhat the last couple of days too yet are settling now….to return with some possible geomagnetic storms on November 26th. This November has been a powerful energy month with the 11/11/11 portal providing a bridge to physical manifestation of your highest timeline life.

Remain anchored into your multidimensional frequencies, connect with Divine guides and your higher timeline Metasoul aspects to help navigate this phase of transition. Be open to hold space for the parts of you that are still anchored to 3D fear/resistance/tension….just FEELing their reality and why it exists (especially triggered by the holidays and birth family.) Many opportunities for deeper integration into your higher timeline are available right Now if you can let them IN!

Transmuting Sexual Abuse Trauma Experience With The Divine Mother

The invasion, the confusion, the PURE obliteration of personal boundaries that is the experience of sexual abuse where another person engages in unwanted sexual activities with you. Whether as a young infant, child, teenager, or adult….whether from a woman or a man …..from a parent, grandparent, mate, or peer…….the digestion of sexual abuse is one of THE most challenging experiences to transmute from trauma-based frequencies into love again.

During the last two years especially, I have been SO honored to meet with many women during sessions who have gone through this experience and seek me out to have space holding around it. It feels like they are particularly drawn to the Divine Mother frequencies that I am blessed to have flow through me. Divine Mother (especially her Mother Mary aspect) offers MUCH needed pure tones of forgiveness, compassion, and understanding to move back into a sense of innocence around your sacred sexual expression again. As they feel this with me, they are reminded that they have this connection with Mother too and can offer a bridge to Her energies for all the precious parts of them who need it, especially their Inner Child and Inner Teenager. They can then separate from these parts of themselves who are in trauma and become their OWN spaceholders to digest the pain.

These women come often from very divergent cultures, economic statuses, and backgrounds. Yet, they are unified by this experience of sexual abuse and the VERY difficult process of accepting it as a soul’s choice. It is ultimately a soul’s choice to go through this….and it connects intimately with that soul’s purpose of serving love for themselves and for the collective too.

Sometimes the sexual abuse experiences are already conscious to them and they have engaged in years of therapeutic process around healing it already. Sometimes there are glimmers of memories that offer portal doorways to go through in order to remember more clearly what happened….after negotiation with their Inner Protector to gain access to the memories again.

Negotiation with the Inner Protector to gain access to feel the parts of you that ACTUALLY experienced the abuse is key to healing it. In sessions, we go into the experience again during a β€˜dropped in’ meditative state and are with the part of you that experienced it while it is happening. We are loving witnesses to the experience, so that the part of you that experienced it can finally feel supported, protected, and safe. This sounds intense and there are often many tears that flow….yet it is all held in a safe container of MUCH love with the Divine Mother. To go into these experiences with your heart open and full with compassion for yourself allows the trauma to finally transmute and all the corresponding emotions of rage, shame, and hurt to heal too.

Sexual abuse is up right now as a healing and transformation ground for the collective consciousness as the 3D density veils of suppression and denial are dissolving. A 3D culture that long supported sexual abuse by keeping it in the shadows is now shifting to a 4D one that exposes the dark in order to bring it into the light. Higher frequency transmutation of this wound is about moving beyond women vs. men or anyone being ultimately β€˜at fault’. It is about feeling deep compassion for ALL of the souls involved in these situations and understanding that their souls each had β€˜roles’ to play that allow them to learn and grow. Compassionate forgiveness is a frequency that offers love ambassadorship to all involved.

Those of us who draw sexual abuse experiences this life have MANY timelines where our Metasoul sisters/brother are experiencing them and/or perpetrating them. It is a repeating karmic pattern until it is healed and transmuted and no longer β€˜needed’ to be experienced by our soul. Connecting to these timelines and those experiences also helps with the digestion of this-life sexual abuse. It is very often these other timelines that are actually the root cause of the pain and suffering loops experienced in this-life. We also go into these timelines in sessions to feel and heal these timelines through connection with your Metasoul sisters/brothers who are experiencing them.

The Divine Mother offers SO MUCH love and support for the feeling, remembering, and healing of these experiences. Reach out to Her and you’ll receive infusions of the courage you need to go in and through it!

Is your body finally ‘catching up’ with ALL the codes that are coming in and the surge of energies that seems to have occurred around the 11:11:11 portal? It is challenging for the physical body, being necessarily such a dense vehicle needed all your life for 3D navigation here.

You could think about it like an outdated (but beloved) computer that is ‘in the shop’ receiving a NEW operating system and exterior too. Being in the shop is all that sleeping and sleepiness; all that feeling of drowsy and groggy; and, in some cases, ‘illness’ and physical pains too.

This ascension process is a MEGA upheaval of all our 3D aspects have known of reality IN the body and in our emotional bodies too. This is a MAJOR renovation projection happening on all levels with Gaia leading the way here. Being able to be with the parts of us that are in resistance to fear of this process allows for a more trusting and surrendered navigation of it. And, more capacity to let go of what needs to be during this time of transition.

The next ‘body’ you may notice getting cleansed, detoxing, and purification is your emotional body, which is also happening on the collective level too. This may come out in sudden emotional ‘outbursts’ (which are really INbursts, meant to take you withIN); being really quite ‘triggered’ by others (which, again, represent YOU and parts of you); conflicts and clashes; and just swells of emotions that seem to come from ‘deep down.’

I feel that the capacity to digest these emotional body purges is usually at a more immature level in many souls. We just aren’t educated, prepared, templated, or trained in how to BE emotionally mature with our feelings. The role modeling we received from our caregivers around how to BE (or not BE) with emotions sets a big template here inside of each of us. How emotionally mature were they with their feelings? Did they allow them to be with vulnerable and transparent expression (and healing) of them?

This isn’t to shame or blame caregivers; it is to understand what and why 3D-based parts of you developed as they did in relationship to your feelings. Maybe you are actually more your Inner Teenager frequencies when it comes to emotional processing that leads to choice points and decision making? Or maybe your Inner Protector, whose main ‘goal’ is to protect and guard and keep safe?

I’ve been offered much loving compassion from guides and Star BEings toward this emotional immaturity in us as a human collective. They admire our hearts and our capacity to FEEL. They admire our tears and our spontaneous expression of them. And, they have offered (over and over) that the cutting edge of our next consciousness evolution is around the maturation of our emotional bodies WITH the integration of our spiritual and soul frequencies. This is an important aspect of what these current codes/information/downloads in the 11:11:11 portal (through 12/12 feels like as the main surge) are offering us.
