Shifting From ‘Fighting’ For Your Desires/Needs Into Advocating With Self-Love

You’re hard-wired to seek out a life that has more ease to it, more deep fulfillment. You’re conditioned, however, to ‘fight’ for it outside of you, to ‘make’ it happen, instead of feeling and healing the fight within you, respond to life on the outside as needed, and to allow this desired life to reveal itself to you from the inside out.

Amazing things happen as the ‘warriors’ that 3D and Lower 4D consciousness have co-created within you start to heal. You start to see and experience a life with less turmoil and tension. And, you recognize that when you do feel these things in your field, you have all the power you need to choose appropriate boundaries and other shifts in your circumstances or relationships that are led by self-love.

The ‘warriors’ inside of you are the parts of you that have HAD to push away at the toxicity they were born into, in one way or another. They’ve HAD to be in their own sacred processes of awakening to the rumbles of the collective, to the systems in place that yes, need to and are collapsing, even without parts of you holding the blowtorch (though I get that in some cases, boy do they want to!). Healing the warrior energy inside of you is not about moving into passivity or transcending any difficulties you witness or experience until they go away on their own.

Actually, it’s quite an active process of feeling the inner battlegrounds and going THERE. Going into your Metasoul to feel the personal connection you hold to ‘race wars’ within other lifetimes, let alone this one. Going inward to feel what the people in power represent, how your own soul has participated willingly in the creation of the collapsing ‘Cabal’. Your sacred soul journey is playing out now and always and within is the place where you have any real jurisdiction to ‘do your part’ to change the world at large.

Any actions you need to take on the outside of you, then spring naturally from these places and parts within you that are healing. You’ll naturally feel the need for more space from others who don’t resonate with the inner work you’ve undertaken. You won’t necessarily find even a ‘battle’ in that advocation, even if there are moments of needing to push back against an energy to set a much-needed boundary. This experience is temporary though and you’ll find it comes from a new place within you and with new energy too, that isn’t looking for a battle but responding instead to dissonant energies and moving them out of your heart space and personal space with LOVE.

This process is a sacred re-wiring of your life from the inside-out. It holds the fulfillment you’re ultimately seeking and wanting and deeply desiring. It unlocks the door to you, your parts, your ever-deepening soul journey and shifts you into the space of being a Love Ambassador, a unique energy that this world, and your inner world, need now more than ever before.

Crop Circle Update: Elven Star and Teleportation To Magical Otherworlds – June 21, 2020

Crop Circle Update: The latest crop circle formation appeared a couple days ago during the Solstice eclipse passage in Dorset, UK. I expected to see one appear during that time as the energies were so strongly focused along the heart chakra ley lines in that area, especially radiating from the stone circle and galactic portal at Stonehenge.

The seven pointed star in the middle of the formation (or septagram or heptagram) often is the symbol representing love and the planet Venus. It can also energize protection of what is holy or sacred, such as love and in this case it feels like the arising Sacred Feminine.

The seven pointed star has a special energy of Elven magic as well. It can represent the seven days of the week and the seven elements in the Elven timeline of North, South, East, West, Above, Below, and Within. When I have connected with Elanthra, my Faerie/Elven Queen Metasoul aspect, I have often felt her Star BEing/galactic origins and frequencies quite strongly. There is an otherwordly quality of magical alchemy and infinite possibilities that also lives in our DNA, which I feel activating from this crop circle formation as well.

This formation actually reminds me of a Faerie ring, in which you step within and get transported/teleported to the Faerie/Elven realm where linear time ceases to exist and one moment there equals years of time passing in our 3D world. The triangles around the Elven Star seem to be in motion too, as if they are creating a spinning vortex of movement surrounding it.

The Divine Invitation To Move From Warrior To Love Ambassador

The impulse to fight is so strong. Ingrained in our very and every DNA, going back to our roots and the 3D battles, galactic wars and the ancient ones too. The urge to ‘battle against’ and ‘fight for’ has been a way in 3D and 4D timelines to show your strength of character and a way to demonstrate what you love, your loyalty, and the depth of your love and passion for your country/family/king/ruler.

We have all had so many 3D and 4D timelines of fighting, battling, and BEing the warrior. Not just men, yet all of us on a Metasoul level choosing this expression in different forms and shapes. A sword, gun, whatever weapons in our hands….or using words as the weapon…or energy thrown about and at whomever we have deemed to be the enemy.

This battling is in our DNA. It is also a galactic consciousness inheritance from our Star Family in the timelines where galactic wars have been and are a reality. Our 3D culture/current timeline is all about battling…good vs evil, light vs dark. All of the biggest blockbuster movies are based on this premise with battle scenes being the climax of all of them.

Battles lead to more battles with always a cost of some kind on both sides. The biggest cost is the energy that it takes and that has to move through us in order to engage in this way. The desire to battle comes from mostly unhealed wounding/traumas in which we have been both victim and perpetrator. These unhealed wounds have a vibration/energetic frequency that expresses, then, as rage. Rage in its essence is passionate truth telling that has been suppressed to protect the more vulnerable feelings of hurt underneath.

The parts of us that can be a warrior (such as the Inner Protector and our Gatekeeper) and have had to be are becoming more weary, tired, and just done with all this battling. They are wanting to move into a new phase of ambassador where trust and forgiveness lead over mistrust and grudges. You can feel this part of you as your Inner Protector and connecting with them can help to transition them into this new phase with you. As this part of you shifts their focus from fighting, they can put their energies toward opening up Metasoul timelines/lifetimes, your soul awakening, and becoming a channel for Divine love.

The warrior archetype can be deeply expressed in your Metasoul….many lifetimes of choosing to fight for God, for country, for King, for belief systems. There is much ‘soul burn’ from these experiences as they so often led to violent death and killing/murder, the densest energy frequencies of trauma. These lifetimes can bleed through into your current experience of life, attaching to traumas this-life that are similar in tone, even if not as intense or extreme in content. There is also trauma from being on the receiving end or victim of these fighting/killing energies. And, so many of us have been on both sides of this…both victim and persecutor/perpetrator.

Connecting to your Gatekeeper as the guardian of your veil of amnesia and channel to Divine Love allows you access to these lifetimes to feel and heal the warrior/fighter within them. You offer a balm of love and forgiveness along with the Divine to them and a beautiful gift exchange occurs as you become a love ambassador to your own soul. I have experienced this myself many times and in session space and it is a beautiful working and movement that has quantum and exponential results.

We are being invited as a human species to evolve beyond our instinct and habit toward fighting. We are being invited to embody and inhabit an ambassador’s consciousness and a diplomat’s deep desire in 5D to find a peaceful middle ground of negotiation. We are being invited to become the service of love with ourselves and others as the Ascension process into Sacred Humanity continues to unfold.

The new heroes/heroines of the New Earth/Gaia reality will be those who can bring peace in any situation. It will no longer be the warriors who receive the recognition and admiration, yet those who can offer forgiveness to even the darkest-feeling energies, beings, and situations. This ability will become so important as we move deeper into collective disclosure of 3D/4D Matrix realities that will be difficult for so many souls to digest and accept. Those who can offer authentic objectivity and compassion toward all sides will be very valuable as models and templates of ‘New Gaians’.

New Earth invites us to find and discover resolutions that come from finding common grounds of ambassadorship, which are about being able to feel and be compassionate toward someone else’s perspective. Not wanting to do harm even if the means of harming could be justified by a temporary resolution of the conflict.

The Divine Mother invites us to move into our compassionate heart of neutrality toward all aspects of ourselves and toward others as the next phase of our conscious evolution as a species here.This capacity to be an ambassador of love starts from within, from one part of you to another, from one Metasoul Aspect to another, from one relationship to another.

It is a process of becoming a forgiving and compassionate energy to all of your emotions/reactions/triggers. No longer judging some as bad or ill or a disorder or sinful or needing to be fixed. No longer bypassing the most unsavory and uncomfortable ones in order to just be in bliss. Yet, instead, embracing all of your emotions as portals inviting you into a rich and deep ground of endless self discovery and growth.

It is a process of inviting all parts and Metas to put down the sword and replace it with a lantern…offering illumination out of the darkness and shadows. It is leading with curiosity to light the way rather than condemnation, which only keeps things hidden in suffering loops of shameful secrecy.

Whew! Well, we made it through that portal! This week in the SoulFullHeart Museletter there was a lot of digestion about this weekend’s Solstice and Ring Of Fire Eclipse.  You can read it here.

Letting In Nature’s Magic Show

I had a magical experience yesterday.


I had just completed a wonderful session with a facilitant, and wanted to take a nature walk and go integrate whatever had moved in me as I served.


I headed out to a nearby beautiful park that I often visit several times a week. Maybe the crow who paid me a visit the day before would also return. I had also found a painted red heart shaped rock that same day, nestled just under the bench with the words ‘Self Love’ painted on it, that I decided wanted to come home with me at least for a few days.


I also wanted to express a new mantra I had just created for myself.


The mantra I created was: ‘I let in a life of play, joy, discovery, reverence and magic along with an ever expanding consciousness with more giving and receiving of love’. It felt powerful and activating and I felt the need to just be with it to let in what is arising in my life.


I wasn’t quite prepared however for all the love that showed up next.


As I approached the bench, on the path a few feet in front was a baby bunny greeting me. She didn’t seem too startled and allowed me a moment to connect before she returned to the bushes. Then I noticed to my dismay that the bench had been used for some denser forms of meditation as there were some beer bottles, bottle caps and cigarette butts strewn about that I tidied up before getting settled.
Not long after I got out my tea and got comfortable, and began speaking my new mantra aloud, feeling it move in me, I looked out over the water, and noticed a blue heron flying out over the water in the distance, and as it glided, it’s arc came my way and came to rest, perched on the stones protruding out of the water directly in front of me, looking directly at me. He stayed a good while and offered a transmission. As I continued with my tea and mantra, I noticed in the tree beside were a whole bunch of what I assumed were chickadees, playing amongst the low branches. Then some children who were just old enough to be out of their parents direct supervision also came into my space to gain access down the slope to the beach below. More delight and exploring energy.


Next what swam right across my entire field of vision was a big white swan! ‘OK, this is getting a bit much’ I said to myself, as I continued to take in the swan’s gift of grace, beauty and solitude.


I pulled out my phone to look up rabbit, heron and swan to see what the animal totem messages were, where I found a host of timely messages for where I feel myself, my parts and metasoul aspects moving and changing in life and service.


I wondered if the magic show was over, but was kind of prepared for anything now by this point, wondering if the neighborhood eagle was gonna take a seat beside me or something! As I got up, I gathered my things and the trash, and just as I’m about to step away, sure enough, the crow returned to sit exactly where he had the day before with me standing there taking him in. He also stayed a good moment before flying away, then as I turned to leave and who was back, but the bunny in the exact spot I found her in when I arrived, kind of like the entrance greeter and exit usher!


I made my way back out of the park onto the street and guessed I may well see a deer on my way home to cap all this off as they are quite common where we are, but always still a wonder to see. As I stepped across the street, what steps in my path instead was a small raccoon making its way across the street, but because of an approaching car, it reversed course to hide out under a parked car. As I walked by the car, he retreated a bit further to hide behind a big tree out in the yard, debating whether to climb it or not. As I passed the tree, I saw his nose sticking out, so I knelt down to give him my attention. He came out fully from behind the tree, and with not more than 15 feet between us, we got to do the eye gazing thing together for a great moment until some other passerbys prompted his retreat.


I didn’t scramble to photograph it all, as it felt better to take it in, rather than capture it in that way, but the photo below is the setting and the stone is the rock I found.


Thank you for reading and feeling my magical story. I hope the moral or morsel of the story is one for you where you feel curious about and in reverence of the magic that lives in each and every one of us, that wants to transform our consciousness.

Solstice Eclipse Energy Update and Guided Meditation W/Jelelle Awen

Blessings during this powerful SOULstice and SOULar eclipse passage of June 19-22nd, 2020! I felt guided to offer this video today providing some teachings around what I am noticing is occurring during this passage on collective and personal levels for all of the bodies (emotional, spiritual, energetic, physical, mental). I talk about how as the narratives in 3D continue to clash and wounded masculine is disclosed, this is an intense frequency to be in for sensitive and awakening souls, perhaps amplified by this current passage too.

I also provide a guided meditation to clear your chakras and cells with violet light, and a journey/bridge to Stonehenge to experience the SOULstice and the Eclipse in the Quantum Field of Now where it is ongoingly occurring with your inner masculine. We tune into the energies during this meditation inside of the stone circle at Stonehenge and bridge to the hope and new possibility frequencies of the SOULstice. Then, the energies of the annular SOULar eclipse offer a ring of fire or light that temporary obscures the light of the sun with the near dominance of the moon’s shadow. We bring in your inner masculine to receive these energies in whatever ways/means are necessary for them.

The eclipse seems to be offering an illumination of the wounded masculine within and in our collective especially. This is a temporary illumination as the light moves back into beaming and broadcasting again. I could feel how these energies could create an uneasy feeling to experience them together in this current conjunction, along with a New Moon. Deeper feelings of unworthiness may be coming up as well, especially for the inner masculine around receiving and moving into the higher timeline.

Physical pain, especially in the head/neck area, and stomach digestion issues could also come up as these energies move into the cells and push up cellular memory of wounded masculine experiences. I talk about my recent initiation into deeper transition to living on more prana/light/Divine love which has facilitated more letting in of the higher frequency codes as a preparation for this SOULstice eclipse.

I so hope this assists with the integration, digestion, and letting in of whichever energies most serve you in this New Earth transition from 3D warrior to 5D love ambassador. I could feel much Divine love and even Star Family holding with humanity as we go through our temporary Dark Night to emerge into our Light Day of Sacred Human expression.

Energy Update: Solstice/Eclipse/’Father’s Day’ Sacred Masculine Codes Illuminating Shadow Masculine

The Solstice/Eclipse energies coming in are super activating and A LOT to let in, especially as it feels like they are mostly coming from the Divine Father/Sacred Masculine. Plus, on top of that, we have a blend of the shadow masculine and sacred masculine energies coming in on ‘Father’s Day’. None of this is accidental, of course, and I definitely get the sense that we’ll need to ‘buckle up’ a bit for what is being illuminating and what wants to move within.

As Divine Father/Masculine energies come through, you’ll feel illuminations of your own shadow masculine expressions in this life and others. You’ll likely feel the grab at old relationships to others, to soul purpose work as well that your masculine has needed for a sense of ‘worth’ in the world. You’ll feel the outrage of your masculine and even masculinized ‘warrior feminine’ coming forward in some cases, wanting to set fire to everything in your life and to the 3D systems still collapsing.

None of this is ‘wrong’ to feel and all too often the necessary waves of rage, which is really passion when felt in its leading edge, get put down or therapized instead of heard and deeply felt. These are necessary pieces to feel as the world continues to shift and change and your parts/aspects are figuring out how to respond to it all. Do they conform to what the popular opinion or action-taking is, or do they rebel against it? Do they feel to stay in a polarized position and argue, fighting to convince others of their side… or do they choose to go inward, to drop the sword, to have their truth validated by YOU as a growing and healing ‘self’, and feel their vulnerability in it all?

When the Divine/Sacred Masculine moves through our heart spaces, it penetrates. It pierces through the din within. It creates a poultice because of the potency of its love, to draw out the parts of you that need love and that are convinced that the outside world has to change first before they can feel loved. It’s an energy that shows you its truth and helps you feel your own. It’s an energy that wants you to be empowered yet invites you to heal any need to seek power over anyone or anything else.

This weekend is going to be VERY powerful! It’s a potent time to go inward, connect with the Divine Father face/expression that most resonates for you, and to connect with your own Inner Masculine and what may be rumbling within him/them as well.

The Alignment Of Love And Light Within The Shadow

There is no doubt we have reached a new level of awakening. More Light is coming in and we will be going through an alchemical portal the next few days. What happens during these times can be conscious and unconscious. That which we are conscious of we have the ability to meet it with courage and intention.

Light doesn’t always look or feel loving. Light is meant to show. To reveal. Activate. Awaken. Our Shadow, both collectively and individually, is being brought into more consciousness. You can run, but you cannot hide from it. You can fight it, but you cannot defeat it. It can only be confronted, embraced, and loved.

In The Shadow are all the things that have been packed away, repressed, suppressed, and forgotten for very good reason. We even pack our bigness and truth in The Shadow. Pain and Pleasure both. It is a bubbling well of death and rebirth. Destruction and Construction. You can hold the course the best you can, but this is usually a part of you that is navigating the chaos by just getting through it. Or there may be a part that thrives in chaos to the detriment to the parts of you that are not too thrilled about being on the rollercoaster.

Social relationships and body reactions are big indicators of whether Love and Light are in cahoots with each other. Love without shedding Light on what real is Transcendence. Torching the Light without Love is Violence. In the middle, is sacred humanity.

When you take time to breathe and feel yourself in the midst of the Fire, you may feel many conflicting energies that can create a multitude of emotional and physical reactions. The Heart and Body never lie. The question is, are they talking to each other?

If you feel a wobble and procession with these energies, it may be time to find a source of stability where you can grab hold of a center. This can be done by accessing the parts of you that are in pain, reaction, and dis-ease. By relating to them as a part, you increasingly become the center pole, capable of more than just weathering a storm. You are transmuting and reclaiming the Power and Lovelight that you are at your core. The weather patterns begin to calm with each movement and your outer world can’t help but to need to reflect that.

I have been through many of these deaths and rebirths in my process during very intense energetic times. I offer my heart and experience as that center pole for a time until you feel more of yours. I am a part of a community of others who are doing the same, so you are not on your own on this. You get support and recognition for who you are as an emotional, spiritual, and physical being.

The Gatekeeper As An Essential Part Of Our Awakening And Ascension

The timeline gates have widened. Gaia is continuing Her ascent. Love is doing its Work. It is not pretty or neat. It is real. What has been in Shadow is coming to the Surface. It will continue to do so. There is no more ‘normal’. There only navigation, surrender, and self-love. As chaotic as it appears, it is necessary so we can find ourselves again.

The ‘past’ is finding its way to the present. That ‘past’, or other timelines, are weaving in and out of each of our fields. A great final act is underway. So how can you navigate all of this intensity and increased Love Bath at the same time?

The Gatekeeper is an aspect that holds many keys to our emotional and spiritual healing and ascension. It is the Purveyor and Guardian of your deepest traumas and gifts, both. Through access and relationship with the aspect of you, you get a wider view of what is going on inside and outside of you. How does your soul story relate to what is happening now? Where does all the pain, fear, anxiety, depression come from?

This is where your Gatekeeper can be a guide alongside your humanity. Many times we can fuse to this energy and it is INTENSE! More than our human bodies and hearts can handle at times. A deeper connection and separation from them can help to feel your sovereign self among the chaos.

I made the top image below to represent what a Gatekeeper may feel like to some. This is how he came to me in the beginning stages of my process. With much work and inner process he has changed quite a bit to a more angelic presence. They do, and can, hold many varied frequencies. Crop Circle Update: Equal-Sided Cross & Eclipse Representation Of Essence – June 17, 2020

Crop Circle UPdate: This powerful formation was reported yesterday, June 17th in Hunt’s Down, Nr Wilton, Wiltshire, UK. I felt this one more than ‘got’ it at first as there seems to be quite a powerful activation in this one.

As I took in the video for it (which is here: https://youtu.be/VEeHagVTU3k) I could feel the transmission that it is offering more distinctly (at least for me to receive personally and for those who resonant.) The equal-sided cross at the center of the larger circle predates Christianity as an ancient symbol representing the Earth, the four elements, balance between masculine and feminine energies, and, most of all, ESSENCE.

Embodying our essence is, to me, a core aspect of the ongoing Ascension process. Our essence as expression of the Divine within our human bodies in a way of balance within our physical, mental, emotional, and energy bodies. This is the divine blueprint of the Sacred Human that lives within each of us and our DNA. Gaia is coming into this essence expression balance as well, after long ‘hosting’ the 3D party of separation, fear, duality, and domination.

The Essence transmission in the equal-sided cross is then surrounded by the bigger circle which feels like an orbital path to me signified by the four same-sized circles rotating around it. It has movement to it. I also got the sense that the smaller circle that is being overlapped by this rotation is the soon to be eclipsing sun.

The ring of fire eclipse happening on June 20/21 is a powerful cosmic event bringing together a Unity Consciousness frequency for all of humanity. This is SO MUCH needed right now in whatever ways it can be let in. Any reminders of our ultimate Oneness to offset all of the polarity and division going on is a boost to those who need it.

The eclipse coincides with the Solstice and the energies of both seem to amplify each other. A powerful portal we are in right now with much ‘more going on’ that it appears from current world events.
