Humanity’s Return To Innocence

Believe it or not… and I’ll bet parts of you feel skeptical (and reasonably so) right now. Yet, I’ve been offered that a huge aspect of the process we’re in right now on Gaia is a great ‘Return to Innocence’. It’s not a simple process by any means. Yet laid out for us, it is. And invited into it deeper, we are.

This ‘innocence’ means seeing and feeling the world through the eyes of wonder and trust, even though there may be tears sometimes when you feel what is burning away in your own life and in the lives of others. Actually, this innocence means there is a renewed sense of your own heart’s purity, which despite the trauma you’ve experienced, remains deep within you. This is what you return to when you’ve healed through so many of the defences parts of you have needed throughout your life. This is the place you interact with others from more than ever before when the younger parts of you who are now much wiser because of life experience but not bitter (anymore) are able to feel this innocence within themselves.

Even all of the purging going on with Cabal, illuminating collective darkness and shadow so that we can dig deeper and move away from this timeline of suppression of love and truth (which can’t ultimately BE suppressed really), is leading us back to our innocence. These darker energies that have influenced and held the larger spaces of politics and fame and even spirituality, are loosening their grip and returning to their own reconciliation within. To meet and match these energies and defend against them as well, parts (especially your Inner Protector) and Metasoul aspects in other timelines have had to adapt and defend, become fiercer than they truly are or want to be, and forget about their realest vulnerabilities and the core of their heart’s desires. This is leading us through a BIG detox of what has NOT been us, individually and collectively, and is challenging us to feel our hearts again.

It may seem sometimes during this purging process that things are getting worse… but when it comes to toxicity, quite often things get worse before they get better. Storms happen before rainbows. And even rainbows happen sometimes while the sky is still clearing of rain and clouds. So it is that our innocence, our Divine Child light, can still find ways to shine through, even though there is still so much churning in the world.

It’s a deep, many-layered process. As I feel my own empowerment in my own process to feel all of this emerging in my own being, I feel how much work it’s taken to get to a space of feeling more of my innocence again. More of the desire to genuinely and heartfully connect, to bring vulnerability even when it feels iffy to do so, is able to emerge now. I can feel this as a new form of leadership that gets to arise now from within me and invite others to find the same within. It’s worth all of the shadow processing to get here and I trust too that this feeling of my own ‘Return To Innocence’ will help hold the space for any more shadow explorations that follow.

And so it can and will be for you… if you keep choosing the curiosity, the inner work, and the desire to hold space for yourself and others as we continue this transition to the most ALIVE-feeling life that we could ever have imagined.

Connecting With Your Gatekeeper Group Call June 17

I first felt the energy of my Gatekeeper aspect in 2008. It didn’t feel like a guardian angel, a guide, or any part of myself that I had contact with before. There was something so familiar in the presence though, even as I could also feel ‘his’ angst and some deep sadness too that I couldn’t understand. I was going through a Dark Night phase during that time and we were in acute need of each other, having left a spiritual community and teacher that had been very meaningful to me. My Gatekeeper revealed himself to me eventually and over the years as the guardian of my veil of amnesia, able to modulate access to other lifetimes and timelines/soul activations and more, and having awareness of ALL of my lifetimes within the fourth dimensional space for which he existed outside of linear time.

Over the years since then, I have spoken with many (probably hundreds) of Gatekeepers inside of people in sessions, and they are always fascinating, magical, mysterious, and holding deep access to soul terrains that previously have been blocked to us. They very often show up as a Wizard (like Merlin or Gandalf) and have that same frequency of magical wisdom. They often test you for a while to make sure that you are ready for the realms that they have access to open up for you. They especially need to feel that you are emotionally mature enough to process and digest the soul patterns and themes that reveal themselves.

In collaboration with your Gatekeeper, you are able to have free flow access to your soul (or Metasoul as I’ve been guided to call it.) With their cooperation, you are able to connect in a much deeper way with aspects from other lifetimes, heal each other, and exchange soul gifts together. This process of exchange activates soul unification, what had been severed is able to begin coming together. There is nothing quite like the feeling sense of your soul fragment reunions moving into more of a unified Divine Self expression!

Crop Circle Update: Unity Consciousness and 12 Message Of Completion – June 14, 2020

Crop circle UPdate: I was just sitting here in front of the computer before doing some yoga, as if waiting for something, and then checked cropcircleconnector.com and discovered….A HA! There was a new crop circle formation that appeared June 14th, again in Wiltshire, UK. The creators (alliance of Star Beings and Humans it feels like) of these circles SO love those heart chakra ley lines in that area! I can’t wait to be there finally in the physical to experience them in September!

The energies of Unity Consciousness coming from and radiating off of this recent formation are so palpable! It just fills you with this sense of union, balance, flow, and coming together. The 12 formations create an outer circle with 12 smaller triangle shaped ones within it….and two larger circles holding it all also feel like a representation of the wheel of life or cycles of life/time. 12 often signifies completion of a cycle or phase.

To me, this feels like an energy of eventual completion of the current tumultuous yet necessary death/rebirth and reveal/disclose to heal that the collective is going through right now. This offers a sense of what it will feel like for the collective to have journeyed through this currently messy birth canal. The last crop circle had very rare broken circles, which seemed to represent the transition, and this one almost seems now like the resolution.

For those of us tuned into this Unity Consciousness within us between parts of us and aspects of our soul, we can embody this frequency in the Now as a broadcast for others to take in. We also understand that the death/rebirth process does not really complete yet moves into deeper phases along the journey for which we surrender to that process in deepening ways.

Energy Update: Eclipses, Solstice, and Gaia Waves Provide Unity During 3D/4D Polarity Passage

In a way, there is so much going on with the energies, on collective levels especially, that it is interesting to sum it all up in one energy update. Yet, I feel the support to try from an elevated perspective above the fray and intensity going on at 3D/4D levels right now, just to get some ‘air’ above it. Moving into a 5D perspective, we can witness without judgement, feel compassion for ALL involved, and connect to a Divine trust and surrender around it all.

Let’s go to the orbit of Gaia, shall we? From there, we can look down at our big blue beautiful planet and feel surrounded by stars, the Moon, the vastness of space. Its infinite nature reminds us of OUR infinite nature. There are many lightships in the orbit of Gaia that have been there through these recent global awakening events and long before that. Can you see them with your third eye? Or sense them there?

These are friendly skies with ships from the Pleiades, Arcturus, Andromeda, and more. They’ve been reminding us of their presence lately with a series of crop circle formations with messages of Unity, completion, moving in flow, and more. There is quite a lot of energy beaming from these ships; energies that are supportive, higher frequency, and meant to aid in our awakening. These energies are received within our bodies, energy fields, and minds as we are ready for them. We can receive them into our 12 Ascension Chakras as well. These are the main seven, plus the Stellar Gateway, the Soul Star, the Causal, the earth chakra, and I felt one above the Stellar Gateway this morning, calling it the Higher Self/I AM Chakra for now.

These galactic energies make ‘contact’ with us in dreams, in meditation, in visions, in synchronicities and sometimes in the physical. These energies are the codes to awaken our sleepy DNA, activate our glands to only life sustaining frequencies, support our light bodies to transition, heal our emotional bodies from traumas, and more.

As you connect to these energies in a personal way through your inner Star Seed as a bridge to your Star Family, you receive these activations and upgrades directly into your BEing. This personal way allows you to feel whatever blocks of fear, abduction programs, resistances due to 3D conditioning exist inside parts of you and in your soul aspects as well. This allows for more open access and integration into your body, the densest aspect of your BEing.

The cosmic energies, such as the ones offered in the upcoming eclipses and Solstice, are meant to be received in a personal way, as well as being collective activations too. Eclipses and Solstices/Equinoxes are Unity Consciousness events, sparking our soul’s lineage. They offer moments that unite rather than divide. There is so much division, contention, and polarity peaking right now in the 3D/4D narrative timelines as the Matrix collapses that these cosmic events can help to remind us of the ultimate reality of our essence as One.

Recent Schumann/Gaia resonance waves have been moving through the last few days to reflect ongoing planetary and humanity consciousness shifts. You may feel these waves (along with the energies leading up to the upcoming Solar Eclipse on June 20 and the Solstice on June 21) within your body and auric field. Deeper levels of meditation, eating light/more on prana, being in JOY with those you love, serving love as your passion expression, connecting in nature can all be supportive during this time.

There can be quite a lot of reaction coming up in the emotional body to all these events (both cosmic and in 3D/4D), yet it can be helpful to feel into what is actually yours and to land back in your own consciousness and heart space. It may feel like a messy time, even a frustrating time for parts of you as polarity is revealed, yet MASS awakening is happening….at whatever level and means for each soul.

Awakening looks and feels different for every soul, as uniquely orchestrated by each of us and our soul family before incarnation. We follow on the soul level a special ‘recipe’ of events, experiences, and circumstances to move the soul from asleep to awake; from forgetting to remembering; from enslavement to liberation. Even though many souls may appear to be deeply entrenched in whatever current narrative in whatever timeline they are following, there is still much movement happening within their own bandwidth frequency.

From Gaia’s orbit, we receive the sense of how much bigger the FULL picture is of our ongoing Ascension than what current events would reflect. We can feel the multidimensional support that is there for us from all these Star BEings and yet, also, from the realms of the Ascended Masters, the Angels, and the Divine. We can feel then that this is a temporary (and, yes, at times painful) passage that ultimately accelerates our movement toward a new world based on love, unity, and peace. A passage that ultimately serves to birth us into the New.

Receiving Prana and Grounding From Nature In Transition To Living On More Prana, Less Food

Celebrated beloved man Raphael Awen‘s birthday yesterday by venturing into the woods together. The prana energy coming from the plants and trees was amazing! We connected in tree hugs with an old, moss-covered maple that had strong grandmother energy. Also, the nearly five feet tall ferns were just waiting to be touched and exchanged with!

We came away tired, especially from a more challenging upward climb, yet also full from the plant energy boost as we continue our transition to living mostly on prana and less food. For me, it has been three weeks of no food (other than a couple of bites on my birthday) and only diluted juice/tea. I have been amazed at the ease of the transition, the HIGH consciousness states I have felt, the increased sensory perception, more fluid emotional/mental/chakra bodies, no detox symptoms, and more. Raphael has had similar experiences as well.

This really is a transition for both of us, one moment at a time, and very carefully tuned into our bodies all of the time. I had a movement last week with Binkh (my Arcturian) in which she offered a prana hook up into my digestive system that helped with an increased download and access. She offered that living mostly on prana (whatever percentage you feel drawn to) is a galactic consciousness upgrade that is available to all who are ready for it. Those still anchored to 3D reality wouldn’t even consider it and they would judge it as dangerous. There is such freedom in the choice of eating or not rather than the programming that is a requirement of three meals a day no matter what.

This is definitely a soul’s individual choice to move into this transition and one that you feel a calling (and soul lineage) toward or not. We have been feeling this for several years and in phases of transition toward, starting with becoming vegetarians ten years ago, then vegan, then into more liquified/blended food. The biggest areas of healing around our relationship to food seems to come from social conditioning and also emotional ‘comfort’ for parts of us that is provided more and more by love and light. We’ll be sharing much more about this deeper phase of light body activation in the future too as it grounds in more of us as a daily reality.

In the meantime, I so highly recommend connecting with Gaia right now, being in Her energy, sitting with Her and meditating…provides a much needed grounding support during this time of so much global awakening and transition!

Metasoul/Karmic Healing Brings Clarity To Your NOW

There are so many timelines that are in play right now. Taking a Star Being’s-eye view, it almost looks like the multitude of tree branches coming out from a central trunk.
That trunk feels like our essential unity. The core of who and what we are in our nature. Our Divine/Galactic connection. Yet there are multiple offshoots all leading to an eventual termination point.

These can be seen and felt as Metasoul timelines that have a varied impact on the Now. These timelines have an effect on what is happening both inside of you and outside. All these personal soul narratives coalescing and merging into one powerful human lower 4D soup.

To feel these timelines, or Metasoul aspects, it gives you a personalized relationship to what is happening on the world’s stage, and the turmoil that it may be causing within. When ‘this life’ trauma and reaction are coupled with ‘other life’ trauma and reaction, there is a large personal power suck that happens.

It is like the energy from the trunk gets moved to the branches rather than the supportive core itself. The trunk loses itself and its holding power, and then can collapse by the energetic weight of the branches.When your branches (parts and Metasoul aspects) are brought inward, toward your trunk (our higher heart and soul expression), the energy can then be transmuted and integrated into your core. This more solid You can then begin to see and feel what is authentically yours and how you want to authentically respond and act.

In our next Free To Be 2 group call, Raphael and Jelelle Awen will be talking about the Metasoul, Karmic healing, and the Gatekeeper. They will provide a guided meditation to help you meet your Gatekeeper, who is akin to your personal guardian and guide of your Metasoul. The Gatekeeper is an important aspect to become acquainted with when desiring to do a deep dive into soul karma, trauma, and pattering.

By feeling your personal soul relationship to any external circumstance whether it be global, social, or intimate, it can bring a whole new consciousness around the pain, fears, and reactions to so many things. It has been a huge gift to me on my journey and has really helped to get that Star Being’s-eye view as well as a grounded relationship (roots) to what my needs, desires, and clarities are.

Crop Circle Update: Incomplete Circles Mirror Humanity’s Transition – June 11, 2020

Crop Circle UPdate: The first formation of June appeared today, June 11th, in a field in Wiltshire, UK! The most interesting thing about this one to me are the two broken circles in the main formation. I don’t believe I’ve seen incomplete circles before in a formation over the last few years.

The sense I get from this is that the circle is not quite formed or complete yet. There is room for exit; there is an opening for entry. There is a flow in and out. This creates a feeling sense of movement and yet, also, some instability, which is exactly what we are experiencing right now in the fiery and conflicting narratives running in 3D/4D.

This is a key transition point for humanity in which many choices are being made at the soul level and filtering down to the human consciousness level. As Gaia moves out of 3D frequency, the gap is closing on Her availability to offer the 3D density and duality/polarity experience any longer. Those souls who still need and want that 3D experience for growth are being moved into death/rebirth frequencies of choice.

I get the sense that this formation is an acknowledgment of the process that we are undergoing and that it is a temporary yet necessary one. Eventually, the circles will complete, balance will be found, and love will flow.

Remembering Our Starseed Essence

Every week the parts and themes we are feeling and connecting with through the ‘Free To Be Two’ group calls seem to be naturally interconnected, offering me a much bigger picture of myself, the world, and the Universe. 

My Inner Teenager, Yasmin, feels so connected to the collapse of the 3D Matrix. Feeling her is helping me collapse the matrices inside at the same time as I’m witnessing them collapse on the outside. Feeling where she was ‘plugged in’ through the school systems and birth family templating is helping me unravel all the beliefs and ideas she holds about who she is meant to be. 

Last week I could feel her in the school corridors, overwhelmed and unprepared for the huge transition that it was. I could feel her innocence, as she carried my Inner Child in her arms wearing PJ’s and holding a teddy bear. She quickly learnt to ‘grow up’ and hide her Inner Child and innocence so she could ‘fit in’ and ‘survive’. This created so much depression which I can still feel here now, as hidden with her childhood innocence was also her curiosity, her creativity, her sense of purpose, and her multi-dimensional connections.

Something that feels so rich within my Inner Child is this connection to the magic, to the mysterious, and to the stars. As life got denser through living in 3D, I forgot about the magical essence of my Inner Child as she seemed to get further and further away. I am now remembering her and feeling how she has been there all along as the one who was questioning everything and longing for Home. 

She feels like my Starseed, who is revealing herself organically as Yasmin is deeply digesting her experiences this life. She feels expansive, curious, and open to all the possibilities in this Universe. She restores the magic in this existence and reminds me of the bigger picture of all that is happening in our world right now. 

Connecting with my Starseed brings me into a deep peace within, as she helps me remember I have never been alone and that those who I have longed to go home to were always here with me, inside me, every step of the way.

Remember, Star Seed, Where You Come From, Who You Are, and Your Star Family | Message W/Binkh

Remember, Star Seed, where you come from. This is not an ‘outside of you’ place, somewhere in the Cosmos or another planet or another Galaxy. Yet, rather this is a place that dwells from within you.

THIS place is your cosmic consciousness, where your humanity meets the stars in an embodied way. Your cosmic consciousness can feel and move beyond the 3D programming and conditioning that you have received all your life from the Matrix system. Your cosmic consciousness can extend beyond five sense reality filtering into multidimensional access.

Your cosmic consciousness lives in your cells already…in your DNA, in your glands, in your auric field, in your chakras, in your heart, in your mind, in your soul. It is just WAITING for activation, for connection, for bridging, and for watering.

Remember, Star Seed, who your family is. This is not the birth family that has raised you in 3D reality. Yet, rather a Star Family that KNOWS your galactic nature intimately and personally.

THIS Star Family has been in contact with you for your entire life, in ways both subtle and obvious. There is not one moment of contact in the physical to wait for, yet rather, it is happening all of the time, to whatever degree you can see and feel it.

Your Star Family Unity Consciousness lives within you already and can be activated in a more conscious way whenever you are ready. Your Star Family has never really left you, been witness on your difficult journey on the 3D Earth Plane and they are here to support your Ascension into sacred humanity in a more conscious way to you Now.

Remember, Star Seed, WHERE you really come from, WHO you really ARE, and the Star Family that you belong to. As you remember, so you become a beacon to the rest of humanity to awaken and find their way home starting from within them once again.

SoulFullHeart Weekly Museletter:The Sovereign Process Of Freeing Yourself From The Matrix

This week in SoulFullHeart, our theme was about unplugging from the 3D/4D Matrix and all the parts and aspects of us that are still invested in it. This is a big part of the ascension process and can create a lot of inner rumbling and turmoil. We focused most of our efforts to this theme. You can read it here. 

Featured this week is a piece from Kalayna Solais. In it, she eloquently addresses this very process and how much we are trying to break free from. It offers a compassionate yet empowered vision of what this journey entails: 

What we’re moving through now has a lot to do with this stickiness and this open cage door. We are fumbling, as a collective, toward the light being cast through the openings. Individual souls are awakening to their deeper trust in the invitation and initiation being offered. It’s so easy to lose heart when things get hard and all we see on the news is more pain, as if the pain is all there is to validate. Of course this is, in a way, a game of mirrors from the Matrix itself and those who are invested in it staying intact somehow creating optical illusions meant to try and keep us in the ‘cage’.

In this video, Raphael & Jelelle Awen talk about how SoulFullHeart views the Matrix, how to feel yourself in the unplugging, and how you can recode yourself by Divine download and connection into your physical body.
