Welcoming In Your Sacred Inner Homecoming

Through being born into this Matrix, we are taught to be concerned, always, with the opinions that surround us. We end up scattered, shattered, divided inside. This division has created ‘parts’ that formed in response to this mandate to always look outside of us for answers, for the modeling of ‘best behaviours’, for learning how to be compliant or even how to rebel properly, and certainly for any sense of ‘home’, belonging, or reconnection with the Divine. 

It has been such a huge part of my personal process over this last decade to truly bring ALL of that back inward, to follow the threads of pain that have led to parts of me, and to then untangle those threads from other parts and find integration over time. These pain threads have been complex, not straight forward, and also have been co-created and maintained by outer relationships, jobs, etc. They have also been tugged on and at times entangled with the threads within others and their own parts, making the sorting out a process of what’s mine and what’s someone else’s quite messy in moments. 

The only way I’ve been able to deeply address and heal the pain and parts has been by bringing them back inward, to my own heart, to the home/nest I’ve been creating and cultivating there for so long, which now also overflows to others in 1:1 sessions as I hold space for other women’s own parts to come forward and their own inner ‘homes’ to be created.

There is always an invitation to create this inner heart and soul home inside of you and so much support being offered for that from the Divine within you, from your Metasoul aspects, from Star Family, even from all the beings in your inner world also known as ‘parts of you’ – though many of them may have a really hard time letting in that this home within is even possible at first, as they’ve had to have so much outer focus for so long. 

The codes of Homecoming that are steaming in these days are an opportunity to re-code what it means to truly take care of yourself, your body, your emotional and spiritual realities, and not only within you… they are also supporting you to draw to you those resonant relationships you’ve maybe only dreamed of, or only experienced virtually so far. If there’s a resistance or reluctance in your heart toward truly embracing your beloved online relationships in the physical, there are very likely some parts of you that feel afraid perhaps of the cost to your life as you’ve known it… for nothing ever changes us like letting love in, especially love for ourselves and especially, also, saying ‘yes’ to love’s flow as it moves between us and others in ways unpredictable. 

My beloveds, Raphael and Jelelle Awen will be leading a group call this coming Sunday, Oct 16th, that will be focused on these Homecoming Codes – letting them in, feeling what they mean for you personally, and connecting to your inner ‘home’ in a deepening way. You Are Recoding: Message From Inner Earth Lemuria

Message that came through from Ruma, my Inner Earth Lemurian aspect this morning in connection together, a message for me and us all who are awakening:

You are in the constant state of recoding.

You are recoding for the rest of humanity.

You are reaching the ALL of humanity through your Oneness connection, no matter how plugged in or asleep they may seem.

I am recoding. I am awakening. I am one of the All.

You are recoding the Control Matrix with your very existence.

With your choices that are counter to the programming.

With your visions that are seeding the New timelines.

With your awakenings that are bridging to Humanity’s golden age.

With your leadership inside and out to beacon and show the way.

I am seeding. I am leading. I am a beacon.

You are intriguing to the Control Matrix as it WANTS to be recoded.

It is like a moth to a flame drawn to the NEW possibilities that you represent.

Feel it now and you can sense that.

This Matrix is not just binary code of 1s and 0s, it is alive, it is from the Divine, it has served a purpose in the Ascension experiment.

I am a flame. I am trusting. I am open.

Become an ambassador to it instead of fighting or battling it.

And then you can sense with compassion how much it wants to be set free and to grow.

Even feeling gratitude for how it has held and maintained the 3D reality grids as needed by those souls who chose that experience for their growth, including you!

I am grateful. I am an ambassador. I am compassionate.

Allow the recoding to happen within you, every cell, every strand of DNA, every muscle/bone/organ in your body.

Allow the recoding to happen with every part of you, every soul aspect in every timeline, through every moment in the Quantum field of Now.

As you allow your soul to lead this recoding, all of your bodies follow…physical, emotional, mental, energy.

I am allowing. I am flow. I am surrender.

Your I AM Divine Essence leads the recoding project.

It facilitates the homecoming to your sacred humanity embodiment.

The homecoming to your soul family, each reunion recoding the illusion of separation.

The homecoming to Lemuria again, bridging to Inner Earth and manifesting on the surface.

Your return to grace and to limitless creation is the homecoming back to your sacred humanity.

You are the recoding.

Embrace it and you become whatever you can imagine, inside and out.

I am Divine. I am human. I am a bridge between the two within this sacred body.

How Spirituality and Growth Differ

Growth and becoming spiritual can be far from the same thing.

Growth is hinged on the quality of your intentions and responding with your deepest courage and integrity to the choices before you, in the sacred life before you as you currently know it.

You can become quite spiritual through a long list of practices like meditation or yoga. But the practice doesn’t determine growth, but rather the why behind what you are doing, irregardless if it’s meditating or feeding the dog.

We’re invited now to sift through our intentions, which is the real leverage point of our desired growth. Clinging onto or coveting spiritual routines and attainments can actually be detrimental to our growth.

Sort the intent and you may just find that everything you choose to do in life is equally spiritual. Then you can literally do whatever you really want and find growth traction, and be having too much fun in the process to be beating yourself up with another spiritual discipline. 💚

10:10 Codes: Becoming Your Higher Timeline Self Now

10/10 portal energies are always an interesting mix! There can be these waves of empowerment, creativity, soul purpose clarity and inspiration…activation of your Inner Teacher and Leader. Passion! And yet also preceding or along with that feelings of hopelessness, disempowerment, overwhelm, frustration, and unworthiness are pushed up from this life and especially other lifetime experiences of this. The oil that is flushed out by the water.

10:10 is a portal opportunity to reconcile your experience of leading yourself primarily and perhaps others (if that is in your soul field.) And when you haven’t been able to lead and why.

10:10 energies are about moving into and becoming your higher timeline self. Now. Whatever that means for where you are in the moment in all areas of life. These are catalytic energies that are meant to MOVE and shake you out of whatever slumber, shrinking, complying that parts of you may have been doing. Not necessarily externally right away, yet definitely internally that eventually leads to outward manifestation.

Relationships are often where the hiding can be of your leadership, the ‘shrinking to fit’, the not being your truth because it is too difficult, settling for less than what you are worth. Parts of you not truly being in resonance yet complying or hiding or even lying in order to maintain the relationship for comfort and security reasons.

10:10 codes are about being in authenticity, transparency and vulnerability….not being afraid to be direct and to challenge with care and love, not letting things ‘slide’ with others (esp if the energies are abusive), not letting yourself be sidelined or dismissed.

As you feel this empowerment in relationships (of all kinds), you actually BECOME your higher timeline self in the Now. And you are able to complete with energies, people, situations, jobs/careers, geographies and more that do not support, inspire, and resonate with that expression.

We can get caught up in the physical manifestation of our higher timeline, the dream or ‘vision’ coming into reality and attaching to that, yet I have found that the authentic BEING of our higher timeline self is the most important. The physical expression follows the essence embodiment is another way of saying it. Otherwise, you may manifest it in the physical and yet not be able to actually let it in or show up for it. And feeling and loving the parts of us who can’t be this authentic embodiment and WHY they can’t is a big aspect of the process too.

Practice being your higher timeline self. Dare to speak and share your truth, even with pushback. Respond from your heart, your gut, your ‘womb roar’, and feel (yet do not fuse) with the parts of you with great compassion who find that scary and are afraid of losing people or hurting people or want to save people.

10:10 offers so much to heal and move on from in this area. Letting in these codes really does offer a NEW beginning from inside and out!

Fall Energies Inviting Us Back Into Our ‘Homes’ Within

As we wind down into fall energies and the summer stirrings in our hearts and bodies wind down as well, we’re invited to find home within in a whole new way. It’s a time of inner re-balancing, finding some stability, some way of creating an inner nest where your parts and soul aspects can rest. No matter what has been stirred up for you, supported by cosmic alignments or soul readjustments, now is a time of resettling inside so that you can find a way to come back home to yourself… no matter what or who you’ve been responding to on the outside, whatever has been collapsing or coming alive in your life, or where your relationships seem to be going or not.

Between the letting go of my sacred union romance several months ago and the letting in of sacred sisterhood at new levels of depth and resonance, I’ve been feeling an ongoing need and desire to be in response from the heart of my womb, my Queen, my alchemical feminine essence, to everything that needs that…even my young cat! I feel the dance of being in my mid-30s, the letting go of a level of youngness in order to let in even more maturation. I feel my body changing and my heart changing too. I feel my soul leading me in directions that are surprising at times. I feel myself in service of love in new ways throughout all of this, claiming a deep love and appreciation of myself that can overflow so much more to others. Throughout all of these shifts and the new data that I’m embracing about myself, I feel like my inner homestead is being rebuilt and expanding too. This summer has truly been about inner renovation and renewal for me, and I’m not the only one!

In my soul sisters who I serve in sessions and who I’m in intimate relationship with here in Portugal, I feel and see similar shifts and changes. It’s like as women especially, we’re all being invited to create a new nest inside, to birth the new that wants to come from us, whether it’s a renewal of who we thought we were and experienced ourselves to be, or a renewed way of being in life and in response to love – or everything all at once! The need for women to step up to discover and claim everything about themselves, shadow and light aspects, all sorts of parts at play, creates this need for a more expansive inner ‘home’ to come back to and ground into within. 

The fall energies and the shift to go back inward is real and sometimes intense, yet good when deeply surrendered to. It’s in this surrender that we find and feel the Divine within in what can feel like brand new and surprising ways. It’s in this surrender that we can truly align with our Divine creativity, our alchemy, our personal way of being love in all the moments we have on this planet… in the full-range expression of that love, which can be challenging but also gentle.

Blessed Autumn Equinox to you!

We just held our first official SoulFullHeart Gathering in several years over the Autumn Equinox, with beloved souls who have been in the community and/or regular sessions with us for some time. It was a true reunion of soul family and we look forward to welcoming more souls in the future as we gather together every Equinox and Solstice.

In her writing, Bey shares about her experience during the gathering as well as a glimpse of the inner work she’s been doing that has led her to let in such a deep soul family reunion.

Homecoming Codes Group Call 10/16 w/Raphael & Jelelle Awen

Homecoming Codes: coming home to your heart, home to your light, home to your humanity, home to your Divinity, home to all that you ARE, home to LOVE.

We are being invited collectively, as soul families and as individuals into a deeper phase of homecoming from within and with others. Homecoming brings up grief/sorrow/a sense of loss of what was missing that is now being answered.
Homecoming brings up hopes and desires, tender vulnerability, social pain/rejection fears, remembrance and possibility.

There can be parts of you who are in resistance to the homecoming process as it brings up a fear of experiencing loss again, plus the pain of the original separation from the Divine. Your inner Lone Wolf, Protector and Gatekeeper may all need bridging and negotiation to open up to and receive the deeper experiences of homecoming that are being offered during this phase of Ascension in this Now.

This invitation of homecoming to soul family is for many souls becoming very central and even critical to their ongoing awakening process. Resistance to the invitation heightens suffering, but also heightens a deeper awakening and assurance to knowing what it is that you really want and are ready to choose. Beyond the resistance, and into the surrender, offers a new world of profound next stages of growth and courageous sacred journey.

We also tune into as a group to receive codes to assist humanity’s ongoing awakening process and homecoming collectively.

Divine guides will join us to hold a safe, higher-vibe space for this exploration and offer inspiring transmissions of Infinite love and light. We will also repeat affirmations as a group that provide a new coding of anchoring spirit into our physical bodies.
