Blessed Imbolc to you! As we celebrate the mid-point and in-between phase between winter and spring, we have also wrapped up our Deepen 2022 video series. We’ve appreciated the sincere response we’ve received from those souls who have felt genuinely drawn to the gifts of self-discovery it has offered.

Featured this week is the final video from the series where all of us in the community here in Portugal share our digestions of the series and invite you into your personal next steps if you’ve felt drawn to what we’ve offered through it. None of us have come out of this experience unchanged and untouched in many, many ways!

Completions & Next Steps: Video 31 – Deepen 2022 (Video)| SoulFullHeart Community

In this final video of our 31-day video series called Deepen 2022, SoulFullHeart Teachers/Co-Creators Raphael and Jelelle Awen share some final words and digestions about the intention of the series, their experience while filming it and a personal invitation to your Divine Self for ongoing embodiment.

This video was filmed on the first day of a two day group circle space here in Portugal, so we are joined in it by some members of our precious community. SoulFullHeart Facilitators/Teachers Gabriel and Kasha share with you about their experience of the video series and an invite to future and ongoing next steps with us, including a free intro call to find out more about 1:1 sessions with them. SoulFullHeart Facilitants/Community members Raianna Shai and Bey Magdalene both offer sweet words about their inner experience of the series, the deepening that occurred through it, plus also an invite to you for next steps of involvement.

Thank you for whatever ways you have taken in the series so far and will in the future…either just one or many or ALL of them. As it lands in your hearts and souls, so do we and what we are seeding of New Lemuria/New Earth Community reality starting from the inside out. Lone Wolf To Soul Family Community Guided Meditation: Video 30- Deepen 2022 (Video) | Raphael & Jelelle Awen

In this thirtieth video of our 31-day video series called Deepen 2022, SoulFullHeart Teachers/Co-Creators Raphael and Jelelle Awen share about the transition from being a member of your birth family to a lone wolf to moving into soul family/mate community.

We share about how the lone wolf has been a necessary individuation phase for many awakening souls as they move out of birth family 3D anchors, self image, and roles. Yet, now the lone wolf within is being invited to move into the catalytic growth grounds of soul family community and sacred union. We share about our own personal experience of living in and leading soul family community for many years and the gifts/challenges it offers.

During the guided meditation, you as your Divine Self journeys to a circle clearing in the back of your castle grounds and invite your Lone Wolf to come forward. You connect with them and get more sense of what their resistances/fears may be to moving into community and/or mateship. You then have your soul family to join you to form a circle around you and your lone wolf is invited to move into the circle with them.

In this twenty-ninth video of our 31-day video series called Deepen 2022, SoulFullHeart Teachers/Co-Creators Raphael and Jelelle Awen share about sacred union relationship with a mate and also the transaction of sacred sexuality.

We share about the importance of transactability in sacred union which relates to vulnerability, intimacy, and individual parts work/soul aspect access that allows more openness in the relational ground between partners. We also share about how sacred sexuality is a portal to your light body activation, your pairbond/twin flame frequency (if you share that), and life force/passion/desirability.

During the guided meditation, you connect to your current mate if you have one in the ball room in your Castle. Those who are single are invited to call in their future sacred union mate into the space. You connect with your mate to see what messages, choice points, places of discovery are revealed to you. You then are invited as a couple to go into a private bridal/groom/union chamber to explore sacred sexuality in whatever ways that feels right.

In this twenty-eighth video of our 31-day video series called Deepen 2022, SoulFullHeart Teachers/Co-Creators Raphael and Jelelle Awen share about your sacred union within and the importance of feeling the dynamics between your inner masculine and inner feminine.

We share about the possible configurations of our inner masculine and feminine, such as Inner Protector and Inner Teenager, and how healing these can open up intimacy in all relationships, complete suffering loops in relationships, and much more. Rather than projecting out to others, you can experience empowerment through this inner exploration and resolution.

During the guided meditation, you connect to your inner masculine and inner feminine, however they show up in these moment. You invite them to attend a dance ball held within your castle, inviting them into an experience of union in that moment.

-the significance and their personal experience of connecting with their own Inner Feminine aspects within.
-why the masculine is hesitant to acknowledge the feminine within.
-how the Inner Feminine Relationship connects with a relationship to Divine Mother.
-How a false feminine can hold the space in our conditioning until we bridge to this aspect and help it feel and heal its way back to its true essence.

In the guided meditation portion of the video, Gabriel and Raphael lead you back into your castle, but this time, you go in to find your Inner Feminine chambers and take in how it feels to be here. You get to meet your Inner Feminine aspect and bridge to what feels real now between you and her.

In this twenty-fifth video of our 31 day video series called Deepen 2022, SoulFullHeart Teacher/Co-Creator Raphael Awen is joined by SoulFullHeart Teacher/Facilitator Gabriel Amara as we explore Sacred Masculine Awakening in this second of four videos within the Deepen Series

In this video, we discussed:
*How a human embodiment requires purpose and meaning and how needing purpose and meaning isn’t some ego attachment to be transcended in the name of a higher frequency or some kind of spirituality.
*That we are created as and by purpose and meaning and that our journey is ever ongoing in remembering that, discovering that, and how that changes as we move through ascension. We are not out looking for a purpose, but rather remembering the one encoded deep within.
*We spent some time feeling what a 4D expression of purpose and meaning can take on a big warrior kind of stance battling for freedom from the tyranny of the oppressors from whom we must wrestle back our freedom, and then compared that to what to a 5D expression of purpose and meaning looks and feels like in contrast where we move into a love-ambassador stance of being.
*We also discussed what role a community plays in purpose and meaning, how we can’t really embody purpose and meaning in any way as a lone wolf, even as we all have phases of needing a lone wolf kind of experience.

In the guided meditation portion of the video, Gabriel and Raphael:
*Lead you into your purpose and meaning room, where you find your personal akashic record imprint of your purpose to see what you are ready to see and feel.
*We then looked at a future self version of you expressing in purpose and meaning.
*And then we felt the gap between where you are today and where your future self is expressing.
*We then exited this room into the full light of day to take in the light codes to support this awakening.

Womb Healing Guided Meditation: Video 22 – Deepen 2022 (Video)| Jelelle Awen & Kasha Rokshana

In this twenty-second video of our 31 day video series called Deepen 2022, SoulFullHeart Teachers/Co-Creators Jelelle Awen is joined by SoulFullHeart Teacher/Facilitator Kasha Rokshana as we explore Sacred Feminine Embodiment over the next five videos. Kasha and Jelelle have held many women’s group calls together exploring these topics through teachings, guided meditations, and taking in sharing from female participants on the calls.

In this video, we share about the importance of womb healing and Matrix/unplugging to the overall process of sacred feminine embodiment. We share about our personal experiences of womb healing, including working with our wombs directly as a part of us, processing traumas from this life and previous lifetimes with her, and regular womb energy clearing as she can hold so much of others and the “cries of the world”.

We also share about how our wombs have been hijacked by the Matrix as suppression of feminine power expression which we experience as regular, prolonged and ‘unnatural’ period cycles. Freeing up our wombs from this hijacking allows more access to our womb’s creative expressions, alchemy, ability to hold space, and much more.

In the guided meditation, you invite your Protector/Gatekeeper to lead you into your ‘womb room’ down in the lower levels of your Castle. You notice energies that are in your womb room and clear them out using white light. You are then invited to submerge into Divine Mother’s healing pool with your womb in a cavern nearby the womb room.

Light Body Activation Guided Meditation: Video 18 – Deepen 2022 (Video) | Raphael & Jelelle Awen

In this eighteenth video of our 31 day video series called Deepen 2022, SoulFullHeart Teachers/Co-Creators Raphael and Jelelle Awen share about the Light Body activation process that is occurring during Ascension as we shift the proportion of light within us. We share about how to activate your light body through detoxing from 3D energies/foods through fasting, clearing/activating your Ascension Chakras, and breath work/yoga/pranayama.

There is a ‘death’ occurring of our 3D body vessels, a mourning process, and letting go as we move into our higher dimensional bodies. We also share about how the relationship with your body shifts from shame/judgement to more loving acceptance and Ascension symptoms are also lessened through this activation process.

In the guided meditation, you connect with your 3D body in its pain, disease, death throes process in order to offer grieving space. Then, you tune into your 5D Light Body and begin the process of merging the two.

In this seventeenth video of our 31 day video series called Deepen 2022, SoulFullHeart Teachers/Co-Creators Raphael and Jelelle Awen share about what we mean by becoming your I AM 5D Divine Self. We talk about the 3D, 4D, and 5D selves and the qualities such as gratitude, forgiveness, compassion, curiosity, openness, joy, willingness to feel, etc. that are the essence of the 5D Self.

We share about how the I AM is an invitation for embodiment of the Divine within you and not looking to an ‘outside’ source to experience and bridge to the Divine, as has been offered by the False Light Matrix. This is a process of transmutation from the ‘ground up’ of your 3D self meeting the higher dimensional aspects of 5D and higher in a middle place.

In the guided meditation, your Gatekeeper joins you on an exploration to raise your frequency by climbing up stairs to a higher dimensional space. Once you reach the higher 5D space, your 5D Divine Self is invited to come in, along with any higher dimensional soul aspects or star/soul family members.
