Returning To The King Of Hearts

I remember this part of the song as if it was yesterday. It was a moment at a Dead show that had me recognize that a prominent part of me was in defense and safety mode for most of my life. I was feeling this inner urge to let my body go into a euphoric dance but was holding back. I could sense it yet still stayed within a narrow bandwidth of expression. 

When those lines came out of Jerry’s mouth and landed in my ears they went to my heart and then my soul. I had been playing the soldier. I was not the risk-taking sailor in this tale. In that moment I felt a surge of desire move through me to let go and just be me and let my body do its thing. I felt alive and in joy. 

Granted I was under an influence of chemistry, but the moment stuck with me from that time on. The soldier would take the lead over the sailor and at times they would switch. It has been an ongoing challenge for me to be more rooted in my heart, my truth, and surrender. Being in this intimate community and in a deeply intimate and sacred union relationship, this soldier has had to deconstruct and to let my sailor more into the ebb and flow of daily realness and trust. 

I won’t lie. It has been very challenging. I feel that I am being confronted with eons of strategy and protection that have kept my woundedness in a holding pattern until new light shines that it must either be felt and gone deeply into or risk losing so much potential for a love beyond what my soldier could possibly let in. This feels like a perennial masculine challenge and conundrum. The surrender into and the trust of our divine mandate to heal and recode this legacy of pain, fear, and inadequacy. 

I have felt how much has had to be constructed, maintained, and eventually popped in order to feel and see the depths of our woundedness. It is not our weakness, but our strength that resides inside of it. It houses our resilience even if it has been in suffering or in a numbed state. Having deep compassion, care, and curiosity are what help to bring out this defense and woundedness. 

It is in this loving state that the true King of Heart can emerge to guide the inner factions back home into wholeness and realness. Not some perfected image of what it means to be a man or a king, but what lies at the core of our being and our own personal truth and needs. That is where our kingdom truly lies. 

In the meantime, I sit with the soldier, the fallen angel of the Divine, and we feel together in trust and in grace that we are on our way. That we are healing, we are held, and we are more than enough in the eyes and heart of the Divine.

Exploring Other Lifetimes To Feel & Heal Polarized Reactions, Ep. 8: The SoulFullHeart Current Podcast

In this episode, we dove into the topic of digesting and processing our polarized reactions to current events and the triggers that can come from our parts and Metasoul aspects in other lifetimes. We talked about what this process is like from masculine and feminine perspectives, using the current uproar around the ‘Roe v Wade’ situation as a springboard to highlight where some of the polarized reactions to it may be coming from on a soul/womb healing level. We also talk about aspects of the Divine context around feeling and healing our reactivity and leaning into the bigger picture of what’s moving collectively and individually.

My beloved Kasha Rokshana and I are so excited to host the first episode of a weekly podcast from within the SoulFullHeart process, community, and way of life which is so beloved to us and which we have been a part of for the last decade.

In this episode, we share a bit about our personal journeys and draw to this process and community. We also give you a very brief overview of what the process itself offers along with some pieces about what makes it challenging yet beautiful. You’ll also hear a bit about our personal intentions for this Podcast overall.

We’d love for you to join us weekly as we share our personal digestions of emotional and spiritual healing, sacred union, ascension energies, current global events, disclosure, and more through the SoulFullHeart lens and embodiment we share. The word ‘current’ represents what is happening in the Now with us and through us. To be ‘current’ is to be open and honest about how we are feeling, not just what we are thinking. It is being vulnerable and real, truthful even when it’s hard. It’s a journey that starts inside of you yet then is meant to overflow outward too as you share your truth out loud.

It also represents movement, like a river or electrical current. We’re on an ongoing conveyor belt of ascending consciousness as humans living on Gaia We are Love seeking a way back to Itself through our human experiences. It is rarely, if ever, a straight line. Where we go or how we feel one day may be different the next depending on new information or circumstance. We flow on that current by being ‘current’… being real, feeling what’s true in the moment. It’s a mysterious journey that wants to lead us back to our Essence, Being, and Truth.

Currency is also about what we bring into the world and the soul gifts we each have to exchange with others for theirs, in service of love yet also in our intimacy with those we’re close to. It’s the gifts we’re endowed with to spend in the world when we’re able to transact these gifts with others, to receive and exchange. This podcast is about what we each have to ‘spend’ from the wellsprings of our personal soul and heart gifts, yet it’s also about connecting with you and yours and supporting your own connection inside and with others too!

Video: Caring For Yourself & The World (Teachings & Guided Meditation)

SoulFullHeart Teachers/Facilitators and Sacred Union soulmates, Gabriel Amara and Kasha Rokshana, led this livestream on March 30, 2022 to talk about care for our inner and outer worlds and how there’s such a deep process around living into it. 

They share about their own experiences with the process of activating their own care from deep within themselves and how their different templates/models for what it means to care about yourself and the world around you has had to be deeply felt and moved through to find authentic care expression. 

They also offer some different ways in which to view this concept of being truly caring, the way it’s been hijacked by the Matrix through the ‘Woke’ agenda, and the difference between filling a role/expectation versus genuinely feeling empathy and compassion.

After the teaching and digestion, Gabriel and Kasha led a guided meditation to meet with your Love Ambassador self before entering the ‘care room’ inside of you, where there are different situations playing out and different parts of you feeling their attachments or reactions to these scenarios.

The Courage To Be Love During The Great Transition

There are so many Great’s we are hearing about. The Great Reset. The Great Awakening. The Great Passing (as labeled by my beloved, Kasha). We can also term it The Great Transition. They all represent the same thing…a movement from one conscious landscape to another. Energy is always in constant transition from one state to another. We are never truly static or in stasis, no matter how much it may feel we are at times. The bigger question is, what are we each choosing to transition to?

We can look at any source of information and choose to see many possible timelines, from dystopian to utopian. The combinations and permutations are infinite. We know that this great blue sphere we live on is hurtling through space into photonic fields that are creating mass upgrades. These upgrades and codes are shaking up a by-gone era of manipulation and indoctrination that are coming to a close sooner rather than later. As this happens things will appear to get worse before they seem to get better.

The key word there is ‘appear’. It is hard to see what is happening on this planet as a false reality. A holographic consensus of what appears ‘real’. Yes, it very much is, as we each choose to attend our consciousness and energy into that reality. People are dying and suffering everywhere. We all need to wake up to the systems that we participate in that fuel this reality. We are not separate from what happens in any part of the world. We are a microcosm of the macro.

The Great Transition calls each of us to unplug from this insane system of manipulation and culture of violence. This starts with each of us assessing our own relationship to what we consume and how we get trapped in the clutches of self-righteousness, guilt, fear, and hate. This system has become so very efficient at steering our consciousness away from our own sovereign ability to say No to its snake-charming ways. It has taken us away from our sacred humanity and replaced it with a false one.

To unwind this, there is a phase of inner reflection and Divine communion that cleans the glass of our consciousness and brings us to the precipice of our Higher Heart and Higher Self that is separate from but in relation to the false reality at large. It is not from a Warrior stance that we shift our reality, but from an Ambassador’s courage to stay the course of Love. This must be secure and devout on the inside before it can have a hope in Heaven to surf the changes on the outside.

This inside out process is hard to start with so much being thrown at us from all directions. It takes a lot of courage, soul clarity, and trust to begin or continue the journey. Trust is the vehicle we must hitch a ride with as we move from the dying into the rebirthing. It also takes a lot of compassion and forgiveness of self and other along the way. With each choice, either a yes or a no, we find our way back to the Heart and Soul of what we truly are. A human being full of potential, possibility, and passion. A being that is no longer seduced by that which divides, but drawn to that which unifies.

Each day we are being given the opportunity to choose a different path other than the one that is being laid before us by forces that are no bigger than your own power of choice and self-worth. Don’t just choose wisely, choose courageously and vulnerably.

In this final video of our 31-day video series called Deepen 2022, SoulFullHeart Teachers/Co-Creators Raphael and Jelelle Awen share some final words and digestions about the intention of the series, their experience while filming it and a personal invitation to your Divine Self for ongoing embodiment.

This video was filmed on the first day of a two day group circle space here in Portugal, so we are joined in it by some members of our precious community. SoulFullHeart Facilitators/Teachers Gabriel and Kasha share with you about their experience of the video series and an invite to future and ongoing next steps with us, including a free intro call to find out more about 1:1 sessions with them. SoulFullHeart Facilitants/Community members Raianna Shai and Bey Magdalene both offer sweet words about their inner experience of the series, the deepening that occurred through it, plus also an invite to you for next steps of involvement.

In this video, we shared about:
*How the Inner Son, expressing as either the Inner Child or The Inner Teeanager holds the key to our sensitivity and vulnerability.
*How their ‘arrested development’ as psychology calls it, is not something wrong or to be fixed, but rather a portal back to our spring loaded essence, without which, we are left compensating in all of life for that missing essence.
*How our birth Father can leave us with a template of a bully, an impotent/absent dad, or an idealized false God, ‘perfect dad’ leaves us with a template that we need to then sort through to cultivate a healthy relationship with Divine Father

In the guided meditation portion of the video, Gabriel and Raphael lead you to reconnect with your Inner Son and Inner Father to begin a reconnection and healthy differentiation with you holding the space as your divine self.

In this twenty-fifth video of our 31 day video series called Deepen 2022, SoulFullHeart Teacher/Co-Creator Raphael Awen is joined by SoulFullHeart Teacher/Facilitator Gabriel Amara as we explore Sacred Masculine Awakening in this second of four videos within the Deepen Series

In this video, we discussed:
*How a human embodiment requires purpose and meaning and how needing purpose and meaning isn’t some ego attachment to be transcended in the name of a higher frequency or some kind of spirituality.
*That we are created as and by purpose and meaning and that our journey is ever ongoing in remembering that, discovering that, and how that changes as we move through ascension. We are not out looking for a purpose, but rather remembering the one encoded deep within.
*We spent some time feeling what a 4D expression of purpose and meaning can take on a big warrior kind of stance battling for freedom from the tyranny of the oppressors from whom we must wrestle back our freedom, and then compared that to what to a 5D expression of purpose and meaning looks and feels like in contrast where we move into a love-ambassador stance of being.
*We also discussed what role a community plays in purpose and meaning, how we can’t really embody purpose and meaning in any way as a lone wolf, even as we all have phases of needing a lone wolf kind of experience.

In the guided meditation portion of the video, Gabriel and Raphael:
*Lead you into your purpose and meaning room, where you find your personal akashic record imprint of your purpose to see what you are ready to see and feel.
*We then looked at a future self version of you expressing in purpose and meaning.
*And then we felt the gap between where you are today and where your future self is expressing.
*We then exited this room into the full light of day to take in the light codes to support this awakening.

In this twenty-fourth video of our 31 day video series called Deepen 2022, SoulFullHeart Teacher/Co-Creator Raphael Awen is joined by SoulFullHeart Teacher/Facilitator Gabriel Amara as we explore Sacred Masculine Awakening over the next four videos.

In this video, we shared about how undigested grief and mourning seems to be the big piece holding the masculine back from entering the true ground of their emotional body from where real authenticity and presence and being arises; how this grief can be related to experiences this life, and can even stretch back all the way back to our original separation wound held by an Inner Orphan part of us that was created when we were soul-born into an individuated separate consciousness out of the Divine. We talked about how the masculine’s entire relationship with life, with meaning and purpose, with self-identity is then skewed by this undigested grief.

In the guided meditation portion of the video, Gabriel and Raphael lead you into the grief room to feel what is ready to be bridged to and felt, mourned, and then taken out into the light of day – from mourning to morning.
