Your Heaven Within Can Hold And Respond To The Inner Hells

Heaven is Now. Heaven is within you. It lives in the capacity of your every moment to experience it AS heaven. It lives in the potential to experience yourself AS heaven. It lives in the choice points of love over fear which bring this heaven frequency into your consciousness with your every loving choice.

Feeling what is your heaven and what is NOT and making choices toward your heaven is the process of ascension. The current heavenly energies are inviting you to this feeling ground place in all your bodies (emotional, spiritual, energy, social, physical). As you let these heavenly energies IN, you are moved into visceral experience of what lives inside you that doesn’t resonate to this heaven. You are face to face and heart to heart with what has been necessarily lower, denser, and needed to put on to fit in with the ‘less than’ heavens all around you.

I live in heaven as Now for ALL of my moments. Even those that are painful or difficult are not less than heaven because I bring them into the heaven of my heart and LOVE them as such…..and they move eventually into heaven frequency with that love. My painful or raw feelings (and aspects and parts) don’t ‘bring me into hell’ because I choose to hold space for them and feel them and BE with them as my heavenly self.

Because I embrace these energies as beloved parts of myself and honor my emotional body AS deeply as all my other bodies, there is no resistance to BEing with these frequencies. There is no fear in me toward them and so no push away toward them.

Resistance, push away, fear, shut down, numbing, diverting, edgy or angsty without feeling the true vulnerable source underneath of the PAIN is a version of human hell. You create this hell when you don’t bring your heaven essence into feeling it ALL. When parts of you disconnect and block you from being with your own feelings, this is a kind of hell too as you are disconnected from your own heaven source. It doesn’t matter what is going on outside of you related to this heaven or hell sense as it ALL originates from within and is filtered from within.

As you find and BE in your heaven within more first, you find that can take that anywhere with you and in any situation that you are in. You draw more heavenly situations and outside reality as you live this more inside and as you make choices related to relationships, geography, soul purpose expression that reflects this heaven inside. If you experience hell or frustration or unhappiness or lack in your outer world, so this is a reflection of this going on in your inner world and esp. sourced in your emotional body.

These heaven energies coming in through this current Lion/Lioness Portal and eclipses is inviting you into your inner heaven. They offer a taste and experience of heaven frequencies and heaven on earth NOW! They really do…even as they invite you to feel the hell inside in response to them.

This is the aspect of the journey that just IS and what you signed up for as a soul here. Your higher self coming into your body more and more trusts this and kNOWs that it can only come in more as you surrender to this process as you let in more and more of the heavenly love that you already ARE!

Energy Update: Intense Waves Prep For Lion’s Gate

The energies really have been so intense during the last 24 hours! Waves of higher frequency light are being delivered/offered through star family connections…..Sirian and Arcturian especially. Activations during this week of Lion’s Gate opening (light language, contact through dreams, and star DNA too) are preparing us for what we are calling, ‘Cosmic Christmas’ on Wednesday, August 8th.

These energies are sort of pressing down and in on 3D reality in order to move it out. This pressing down has created a heaviness in the body and a sense of being ‘very sleepy’ or just ‘out of it’. And, we are ‘out of it’ in terms of 3D reality and it can really be felt during energy flux UP phases like now.

I actually needed to pull out the pendulum today to ask it (and my Higher Self) which superfoods to eat right now and which to take a rest from as my body is so sensitive to everything and responding with indigestion at times. Even that which is super nutritious is being amplified right now and a little can go a very long way. Eating very light, fruits and fruit-vegetables (such as tomatoes and avocados and cucumbers) can support the body through this upgrading process. Anything denser than that (salads and simple soups may be OK) can be difficult for the body to digest when it is focused on letting in so much light.

This out-of-it-ness may extend to your emotional body too with the purges and surges of lower frequencies of 3D traumas from this life and other lifetimes/timelines coming up. As these come up for processing and you move more into your higher timeline, you may draw fear-based frequencies from others in the form of conflicts, tensions, passive aggressiveness, and even outright attacks. Trust that anything that comes is a mirror for you and not ‘against you’ even if you don’t want it in your field and life anymore. Trust with love and set boundaries with an open heart from there that you feel that you need to.

I feel a heartline extending to ALL of us from our higher selves and galactic/angelic aspects/guides, who are RIGHT THERE surrounding us and offering help. The degree that you can feel this support and help is related to how ‘fused’ to your lower frequency aspects that you are. This fusion with your Inner Protector creates a sort of defensive energetic shield that their love can’t penetrate. Allowing control to run or anxiety or rage without holding it and BEing with it can push your support team away from you and even into the ‘other room.’ or even farther away. Bring ALL of you in closer and what you are feeling and your loving guides/aspects can come closer too and HELP you hold it with you. Your higher self and galactic/angelic guides/aspects are amazing heart healers and want to help you with this important work of healing the physical, chakral, and emotional body.

Anchoring into your heart line even as you surrender to the ‘out of it’ reality can allow a flow UP and in and out with what is coming in to support our continual global/collective awakening and your continual personal awakening too.

Allow into your reality the timelines into the New that want to unfurl before you….riding them ‘out’ even as you detach from them. BE with all that is coming UP and coming in and coming out with LOVE………as it is offered in so much love!~

Narrowing Corridors On 3D Life & Relationships

All night long during my brief conscious moments and during sleep too, I was walking down this corridor….a long hallway. The ceiling was getting tighter and the floor rising up to meet it. Not a pleasant feeling…this ‘narrowing’ passageway feeling. Yet, also, I could feel there was LOVE in this movement somehow and that at the ‘end’ of the hallway were wide, OPEN spaces filled with Infinite Possibilities.

As I digest this in the now moment, it feels like a pretty good metaphor for what is happening energetically on the inner and outer cosmic levels. In this now called “August 2018” is a ‘mega month’ of energy activities…another eclipse and the Lion’s Gate opening that peaks in a week on August 8th.

The narrowing corridor I was shown feels like the old life and the previous versions, the 3D self versions and masks and personas, are being ‘pressed down’ in order to move them along. It is becoming increasingly uncomfortable and cramped to be less than who you are and you are feeling it more acutely now on all levels. The physical body is releasing pain and resistance in the form of ascension body symptoms such as ringing in the ears, changing sleeping patterns, dizzyness, nausea, appetite changes, body aches, hot flashes, etc. Some of this is resistance and some of this is just transition and adjustment to so much more light coming into every cell and igniting previously sleepy DNA.

It is becoming increasingly uncomfortable too within relationships where previously you were the ‘big fish in the little pond’ or the ‘tall one in the rooms with shorter ceilings.’ What this means is that the settings, relationships, and careers where parts of you feel VERY comfortable within your comfort zone are now feeling cramped and confining. Your soul self (higher self coming into the body and healthy emotional body) wants to fly, wants growth, wants to be challenged, wants mirrors to see yourself, wants to stand tall, and is ok to be the big fish in the big pond with other big fish.

There could be a feeling of crawling right now as you travel down the corridor of this old, feeling your way through as previously suppressed pains and wounds from your emotional body and Metasoul greet you and come up. Crawling is ok though, as is pausing and just sitting still and BEing with the discomfort. Crying the tears that need to come up. BEing with the fears too.

All this is temporary….a pressure cooker, compression point, narrowing corridor reality that invites you to keep choosing love in every moment in order to keep moving through it.

Some souls will become immobilized, stuck, or choose to leave their bodies. Even those who are more awakened or newly awakened may lash out with fear and retreat….going back down their hallway and into their comfort zone and safety again. In this case, all you can really do and BE is compassionate love for them, invite them to come with you and keep going forward yourself. If you try to ‘go back’ for them or stay with them, you will lower your vibrational frequency to fear and potentially ‘fuse’ to parts of you that will put you back to sleep again. There is heightened temptation to do this as the fear-based energies reach out in a ‘last grasp attempt’ at our trailing edges of BEing.

There is actually something at stake and at risk in relationships right now. It is probably the stickiest ground when it comes to the ascension process. ‘Going down’ with someone in order to ‘save them’ is a trap that could keep you parts of you looping in suffering and co-dependent patterns. Clinging on to ‘capacity’ rather than being real about transactability can keep you hanging on to others, staying stuck, and even parts of you in delusion. Really asking yourself what you want in relationships of all kinds, what is healthy and nourishing for you, who is a healthy mirror of you and being open to feel all that comes up in parts of you that cling and why can help you navigate this sticky ground.

Better to mourn the completion of these lower frequency relationships, let go, and keep BEing the light that you are, feeling yourself and your own healing as your first priority. This choosing of yourself and your own heart creates a beacon that draws the souls that are in your soul family tribe to join you and your TRUE sacred union mate as well. You may be walking, crawling, and BEing alone for a phase though as you truly leave behind your previous life to enter your new one.

It is a time of choosing love over fear in every moment in ways both subtle and perhaps very dramatic and profound. It is a time of change…both on a very personal level and as a collective. It is a time of a waking up on a grander scale then we have seen before since choosing our collective slumber and amnesia.

At the end of each of our hallways is VAST, open space filled with Infinite Love and Infinite Possibilities. The Divine waits there to embrace us in Love again even as It is with us always in every moment as we crawl and find and arise into the love that we ARE.

Timelines Bleeding Through

Timelines merging, veil is SO thin, and what has been called ‘past lives’ is NOT past, yet these energies are in the now. There is so much bleed through right now of other lifetimes that then triggers our emotional body reactivity and ‘hidden’ woundings. It creates a ricochet effect that can be confusing and intense.

These eras and legacies and civilizations (Atlantis, Lemuria, Avalon, ‘Ancient’ Egypt, Greece, and Rome, etc.) are energizing and ALIVE in the now. The mind (and part of you) might want to make them the ‘past’ so that they don’t have as much impact and influence as they actually seem to on your experience of reality and your emotional reactivity and outward manifestation.

Our definition of what is ‘real’ and ‘reality’ is being hugely altered, shifted, and turning upside down from what 3D has said and taught that it is. Our hearts ‘get’ it as they are not linear and they feel every moment as the now….they get stuck sometimes in a moment or scene and need us to help them move beyond it again, to become fluid again…to free up the flow of love, compassion, gratitude, and goodness. Our hearts are what is needed in this now, with so much crazy making (this is a TRUE mind fu*k! reality) realigning of our realities.

Energies of all these timelines are coming in and offering us a storyline to go down that comes alive with our openness to feel and heal it with the aspects of us that are living it out. Sorting through what is what through the terrain of the heart with the higher mind helping too (yes, I believe there is a higher vibrational frequency of thought and that the mind is not bad, just can vibrate at different levels of consciousness). This can be a tricky process with self love and compassion AND need for some separation from the Metasoul aspect living in the timeline needed to hold the space.

This can feel like a ‘soup’ to navigate yet the process of parts work and metasoul aspects helps in such a huge way. It provides a life line and a heart line too….and a soul line too actually. It provides a reminder of the soul’s choice in this life situations to recapitulate traumas that need healing.

Be open right now to what has previously been labeled as ‘impossible.’ Be open to letting in energies of what you may have felt were not ‘relevant’ or ‘in the past’. Open your heart to all the aspects that need you…..even if (and especially if) they exist in another timeline.

As you are open to this and curious, you become more able to ride the waves, experience the gift of them, and integrate it ALL into your wholeness expression as Divine Love!

Messages For Humanity From The Lunar Eclipse

The lunar eclipse energy is still moving through me today! Like a darshan held by the Universe, I sat like a rapt student taking in a cosmic guru’s transmission for close to two hours. The longest lunar eclipse in a century, there was so much patience in the presentation and unfolding by the Divine….a show long in the making and set up with perfect timing in the Now of our ascension.

I felt SO touched by the natural beauty of the light pinks, the vibrant oranges, the fiery magnetas. I felt humbled by the power of these planetary consciousnesses and how they make life possible here on Gaia without asking for anything in return.

I felt Unity Consciousness as so many human eyes turned to the skies…no matter their current consciousness level…drawn to the wonder of something different and a taste of ‘ordinary’ magic. I could feel the longing for the sacred in the souls of all BEings who served as witnesses to the eclipse. The ache to be part of something BIGGER than themselves, even if just for an evening.

Mostly, though, I felt waves of HOPE for humanity! I felt that if such a beautiful thing as this eclipse can exist in our world then it truly IS a universe made for and by love that will return to love. I was reminded of movements that we continue to make into awakeness on both personal and global levels. More and more hearts are opening every day. More and more souls are remembering who they really ARE every day. More and more love is becoming possible to be experienced every day.

I feel the Universe thanking us for the glorious show that WE ARE too…each and every one of us as beautiful in our essence as that eclipse and capable of so much more than we even realize and yet, slowly, are beginning to remember….

Energy Update: Ramping Up To Heal 3D Wounding, Other Timeline/Lifetimes (Ancient Egypt)

These are the days and nights of near constant energetic influxes coming into Gaia’s atmosphere through Lunar/SOULar/planetary sources (that represent our inner cosmos and galaxies and star systems too.) There is a sense of ‘ramping up’ as we move into the total lunar eclipse tomorrow on Friday, July 27th and Lion’s Gateway on August 8th. This ramping up is personal to each of us, offering what we most need to see/feel/become aware of to move more into alignment with our highest timeline.

The ramping UP energies could be an illumination for you of more 3D-based and anchored woundings/traumas from this life, often held in parts of you such as your Inner Protector, Inner Child, Inner Teenager, etc. Life situations and relationships can come up to mirror these woundings and offer a way for you to become aware of them through getting to know the parts of you that hold them. Soft, compassionate, curious spaceholding toward these parts of you and becoming separate from the energy of them helps to emotionally digest these traumas.

Many 3D anchored parts of people are being triggered right now in response to these more intense energies….sometimes in sudden outbursts and conflicts or with strong emotions such as despair/depression, acute anxiety, rage/anger…..all coming up to be felt. This is the ‘trailing edge’ of your BEing, the deeper core wounded frequencies of your emotional body, that just want to be loved, bridged to, and integrated into your growing Divine Self.

The ramping up energies could be lifting more of the veil of amnesia for you to see/feel/remember other timelines/lifetimes in your Metasoul (your personal Higher Self soul source). These timelines can be strongly bleeding through right now, especially with whatever frequencies the Divine is amplifying for collective/personal healing. That seems to be the ‘ancient Egyptian’ timeline in the moment, especially as we head into the Lion’s Gateway. This timeline is not actually in the ‘past’ nor ‘ancient’, yet energizing in the Now and contains many dark/difficult/polarized frequencies in it. As we relate with these timelines in the current and feel their present day influence on us, it helps us to separate out from them.

I have been connecting the last week with my Metasoul aspect/sister from ‘Ancient Egypt’ named Ashme. She is not just a ‘past life’ and she is not ‘me’, yet rather she is a sister from the same soul source, a fractal (if you will) from the same source, that is alive in the Now. As we bond together, I feel her life in Egypt, where she belonged to a cult of Sekhmet (a form of Divine Feminine Goddess that has strong warrior/wounded masculine tones in its representation).

As I go into her timeline with her through meditative visits, I am able to help her heal the textures of patriarchal abuse and misuse of Divine Feminine magic/energy that she is needing relief from, along with a co-rescue from this timeline into a higher dimensional space (for my Metasoul, that is almost always to 4D Avalon). As Ashme lets go into my heart space and trusts more all of our Metasoul sisters that have awakened, she releases her gifts of higher dimensional consciousness to me.

It is this gift exchange between us and our Metasoul aspects that heals and releases karma on a quantum level as unification of the soul happens on a profound and deep level. This is also the work that we do in session space with people to connect with their Metasoul aspects and the timelines they are living in.

While karmic timelines can come forward, it is also possible right now to connect more fluidly to higher dimensional timelines such as Sirius frequencies. These are being activated with the Lion’s Gateway as the planet Sirius comes into its closest proximity to Gaia all year. ALL of this ramping UP is an opportunity to move more into embodiment of your higher self in your body and in your heart. It is an opportunity for sacred union within as the masculine and feminine relationship within you from parts/Metasoul aspects of you to each other is revealed and healed. It is an opportunity to BEcome service of love in an embodied way without transcending or bypassing your humanity.

The last three days of crop circle communications from our Star Family/BEings have been AMAZING! The message of a Divine Feminine portal opening opportUNITY seems clear as we head into the lunar eclipse on Friday and Lion’s Gate on 8/8.

Galactic consciousness and Star DNA activation is happening on ALL levels…..yet especially in the physical body. The body is super sensitive right now, with an inclination toward colds, flus, that aren’t really about bacteria as much as detoxing and clearing to make ROOM for more light in every living cell. This portal is inviting us to realize and actualize, again on ALL levels, our Divine selves in our human form. To live our highest timeline realities in EVERY day and in EVERY moment. Your cells are getting ready for this. Your emotional body is getting ready for this. Your mind is getting ready for this. Your DNA is getting ready for this. Every part of you is getting ready for this. And resistance that still exists is being flushed UP with these love/light energies to receive love.

I’ll be sharing more in the days leading up to the eclipse about the connection to Sirius and to the Lyrans as well, plus what I am experiencing as activation of the ‘Ancient Egyptian’ timeline for massive karmic healing….you may be feeling that one bleeding through already!
