I’m guided to share this guided meditation for activation of the 11:11 portal now as access to the powerful manifestation and higher timeline it offers is available at ALL times in the Now.
I felt a teleportation as I was recording it this morning……to the space before, during and after a timeline shift, a jump UPwards and onwards that can more readily occur during these magical repeating number portals. Sometimes they provide a very clear marker of major life shifts and sometimes it is more subtle…more inward than outward.
The music used during this meditation is tuned to 528 HZ which I find provides a heaven frequency that supports tuning into these higher realms. During the meditation, you travel to the 11:11 portal and feel what can come ‘with you’ through it into your higher timeline…and what needs to be let go of in order to move forward. This may be an emotional process for sure with grief and mourning too, esp if it involves relationships…even as the joyful bliss of remembering your Divine Love essence is becoming more real to you.

During this meditation, you access a high frequency of Infinitely abundant White Light from Divine Source through your Crown Chakra.
This energy is for the clearing and healing of physical body pain, ailments and diseases as needed, including a boosting of your immune system, internal organs, and every living cell. You also connect in this meditation to your emotional body and offer soothing white light and Divine love to any reactions, tensions, resistances or charged emotions that you may be experiencing.

Aurius and I were inspired on a visit to the Abbey the other day, to gather some video of the grounds, with the intention of offering a meditation/transmission from our hearts and the heart of Avalon, to yours.
The video though, as with any alchemy that starts with one idea and turns into something rather different yet much more fitting, turned out to be better suited to become a simple (yet profound) walkabout set to music. You’ll see Aurius and I taking in the trees, fish, water, sacred stones, yet you won’t hear us say a word about the Abbey itself or what we’re feeling as we go. The energies and Gaian codes speak for themselves, especially set to the music we selected for the video. (You’ll see links to the full music tracks in the description on Youtube).
It felt appropriate to set this video to music that helps transport you to the energy of these grounds where there is a long lineage of Christianity/Catholicism and yet too, Paganism. We have felt the Essenes/Magdalenes here as well and other energies that offer so many deep soul places to explore when youβre here! Oh, it’s always a joy to create and share one of these meditations to music. It has been a while since I have shared one! I really felt the soothing energies coming through as I was doing this supported by the Michael and Mary energies here in Glastonbury. I almost fell asleep myself!
I feel this meditation could be of service to those especially who feel quite sensitive to the heightened energies going on right now on so many levels. And those souls who may have struggles to feel relaxed, feel anxiety or tension, and have challenges to get a deeper sleep too.

The ongoing Ascension process that we are going through from 3D consciousness to higher states is accelerating with a currently intense phase of detoxing, upgrading, and activations. The Arcturians are our friendly neighbours and star family who are in a high dimensional frequency offering multidimensional healing frequencies to humanity during this time of our great awakening. The Inner Protector is an important part of you that formed in order to help you and other parts of you to be in life as safely as possible (though sometimes trauma still happens and they usually have strong reactions to this, often strengthening their defenses). This defense/protection that they offer often expresses itself in different ways in all areas of your life, which you may begin to feel more once you’ve begun a relationship with this part of you.
In this meditation, you’ll meet up with masculine and feminine guides and walk with them to your castle, which represents YOU and may show up in a different way each time you try this or any meditation where you visit it. From here, you are led to meet your Inner Protector, who is likely keeping vigilant watch over it. This first meeting could be the first of many as you continue to bridge to them in your daily life and feel a relationship with them begin to form.
There are MANY benefits to getting to know this very necessary part of you! As I mention in the video, they begin, eventually, to let YOU lead more as the trust between you grows. They are here to collaborate with you throughout any life choices and changes and navigating your life steps with them is a deeply enriching experience that changes your life from the inside, out.
