Energy Update: Higher Heart Collective And Personal Healing

The geomagnetics are picking up…..Body toxicities may flush up again too from these…..flu-like, migraines/headaches, etc. as the cells clean out the memories of sickness and disease and any deathstyles that you may have chosen in the past. You may have felt them in the night and found that you couldn’t sleep too deeply. Like a hum moving through or a buzz….lighting up the cells, stirring up DNA, activating crystals. I was awake around 2:00am feeling like I had eaten sugar or drank caffeine, even though I had not. I listened to soothing music and eventually drifted back to sleep again.
 
I also felt a sadness move through my Higher Heart that felt connected to the emotional body pieces that I have been feeling more with women in sessions lately. Now that we are a couple months into regular, weekly sessions together, there is an opportunity to feel through the tender places connected with core woundings that just SO need love and attention and have often been layered over by Protectors. Getting to these deeper places is a relief and offers such a big release and I always feel honored to witness, hold space, and offer my heart/soul to serve these movements.
 
Also, I was digesting a touching movement with Raphael Awen and Gabriel Heartman yesterday that I helped bridge to as we connected to the sacred masculine Metasoul frequency. These two beautiful men who have been in my life longer than any others are leading and exploring NEW frequencies of sacred masculine based in vulnerability AND strength that arises from within and in brotherhood together. They are truly kings of the heart and soul, which was so evidenced in their experience of THREE timelines overlaying each other in which they connected to Metasoul brothers of theirs (similar to past lives only happening in the Now and from the same soul source yet NOT them).
 
The three of us went to these battlefields and invited the putting down of arms, weapons, and battling….which these brave Metasoul brothers accepted and are now in recovery. It was beautiful!! So much more I could share about this yet it feels likely that they will write about it soon. Tonight (April 19th) is when the windstream carrying pure sun codes from the widening coronal holes to make us WHOLE will really be coming in….to probably be felt more strongly even tomorrow. I feel as if those of us ahead of the curve in ascension feel these energies on the tip or leading edge of them, before they really ‘land’ in the atmosphere where they are then received and experienced more collectively.
 
April 20th feels important though….offering more of a collective infusion and activation to be felt by more souls than ever. Consciously felt. Some souls will still see and experience this at a 3D level, yet more will be asking if there is something deeper going on. The cries of the world ARE loud and getting louder, yet more hearts and souls are awakening within themselves to answer these cries and to respond to them with love and compassion.
 
More rumbling activities are happening in political disclosure (as it moves from 3D into 4D transitional phase) so this may be connected. These energies offer activations of choice points based in serving love and moving the ascension process onward….whatever that means in each particular situation.

Energy Update: Another New Earth Now Wave of SOULar Winds/Storms Coming In

SOULar winds incoming again starting today (April 18th)!! Maybe you are already feeling them? These gusties are bringing in a geomagnetic storm with them that is flowing out from WIDE coronal holes in the sun’s surface. This will probably extend for three days through April 20th. And, this is after last week when so many souls felt and were impacted by the winds and geomagnetics that came in with them!

You will probably experience these energies on a physical level again through light headedness, change in sleep patterns, even your organs and nervous/respiratory systems going through shifts and changes as more Star DNA is activated on the multidimensional level. There can also be rushes of BLISS and PURE joy with these energies too. Whatever is UP to be amplified in your feeling consciousness states in the Now is coming forward.

Aches and pains can continue in the chakra vortex areas that are being activated right now, what I am calling the Personal Sun, Higher Heart, and Gaia vortexes. I felt for over two years that the chakras were shifting and received a clearer picture of that in the last couple of months. Here is a guided meditation where I bridge to these NEW chakra vortexes to allow for deeper activation and integration of these recent ascension energies:

Actual SOULar activity in terms of flares and sunspots is minimal right now, so some are feeling that the activation waves are not what they were expecting as connected to the solar ‘event’ they’ve been anticipating for awhile now. My sense is that these winds are meant to bring in more subtle possibilities of transformation rather than a sudden and one time soular FLASH that changes all of society in an instant. I’m still not receiving that sense of a one-time ‘event’ that shifts everything. Many souls would not be emotionally ready for that and it could cause huge chaos and collapse of our current 3D-based industrial systems too.

Rather there is a sense of step by step, sometimes gradual and sometimes more accelerated, activations and then integrations that are available to us in waves. This is being paced, timed and calibrated to our collective consciousness and what we can actually let in and digest. AND, it is also individually experienced at the depths and levels of where each soul is at in their awakening journey. Your personal navigation is greatly respected, as is the soul’s choices around timing and pace. This process is held by our Higher Selves, by our star families, and by the Divine with MUCH love and compassion for the impact on us.

These waves of energy carried on these winds ARE powerful and can be life changing IF you are ready to take them in that way. They can provide a boost to your soul-based clarities, illumination of your deepest desires and passions, and support your need for deep self love. There may be more personal negotiation to do with your Inner Protector and other parts of you that are still attached to 3D life, relationships, and careers before life changes can be made or the next level of 5D consciousness truly embodied. To really anchor into 5D reality as your ‘everyday’ one requires that previous 3D anchors have been let go of and this can be a very painful and difficult process. So, while part of you may be impatient for New Earth consciousness to BE yours in all moments, there may be other parts of you that are still holding on for reassurance and safety reasons that run deep in your emotional body.

It seems that this is how disclosure of Star BEing reality, technologies, and alliances is being approached as well. There is much sorting through and negotiation of where, how much, and in what ways to bridge star BEing awareness to Gaians. This is being held for application to the collective consciousness AND in the approach to each person as well. Increased star family contact through dreams is happening for those who are ready for it. And some contact in the physical as well, although this is not the favored approach in the moment as it causes more emotional reactivity and even shock/trauma to parts of us. Also, etheric journeys through meditative states are providing ‘easier’ access to star family reunions, contact memories, abduction traumas, and abandonment wounding. This is an important aspect of ‘shadow work’.

These kind of self-lead journeys with your Protector  aspect coming along release sometimes traumatic and sometimes very uplifting scenes and emotional states that have been previously buried in your subconscious mind and emotional body.  You are held with MUCH love and care during these movements by your Higher Self and Divine Guides/Aspects, so you can trust that you CAN handle whatever needs to come up and be felt by you.

Staying in heart-based appreciation and trust around these energies allows for a deeper letting in and embodiment of them. These energies are happening WITH you and not ‘to’ you or ‘against’ you. Ultimately, these energies ARE you.

Acknowledge the impacts of these energies on your physical/emotional/chakra bodies, yet also hold in heart that you are choosing to be impacted by them. Embrace the transformational shifts that come as a result of them rather than resist them. Respond with love to the parts of you that may be fearful or resistant or just distrustful of the Ascension process…or are afraid that they will be ‘left behind’.

You are BEcoming LOVE in this Now and as you more deeply realize this, gratitude becomes more and more your ready response.

Energy Update: SOULar Winds Ebb, Bringing Bliss And Healing

SOULar winds bringing in those INtense geomagnetics are moving out now (April 13th), exiting Gaia’s atmosphere mostly although lingering in the far North. You may still be feeling them running and moving through your atmosphere, your energy field and on the emotional body level too as the light continues to penetrate into every living cell and chakras too. The light brings UP the oil/toxicities/denser frequencies to be felt and cleared, moving in like a poultice to pull out what needs to be purged….and that process is ongoing.

Many of you commented about feeling these energies in your heart area as heart palpitations, pain, tremors, etc. The Higher Heart chakra vortex was activated at a stronger level/dose over the last month. Your Higher Heart will be most needed for yourself AND as more souls awaken and look for a beacon of compassion to guide them through the shock and trauma of the ongoing transition. You may have started to feel the moving out yesterday as the pressure eased and more breathing became possible. BLISS could arise then from the space made by the energies of these last few days (and weeks!) Is there ROOM in your life and your heart for that bliss to arise too? Not just the mess? Not just the pain/aches, intense feelings? Yes, these mess states are necessary to purge up, to be felt…..but they are meant to move on too.

Is there room for Bliss in your life? For joy? For magic? For the sense of goodness that holds it ALL? For love?

If it feels like there is not as much room for love as you want and desire or you are not experiencing it as consistently or deep in your body in a grounded way, this is because parts of you are blocking these frequencies from coming in. Layers sometimes of flatness, fears, anxieties, tensions, suffering loops are built up in the 3D Self that block and filter love from coming in. These layers serve to modulate love; open the heart in moments and then ‘close’ it down again.

All this layering can FEEL like it is you. There can be very little separation sometimes from the soup of triggered reactions and undigested traumas. The stories you tell about your life in the current and in the past can feel like there is one singular “I” who has experienced and is feeling this. Objective space and a witness self is created through separation and beginning to feel the different energies and aspects of you in response to it. This doesn’t fragment your personality to look at it this way; it actually brings in MORE wholeness as a centered YOU collects in a loving way all the pieces of you that have been buried, disowned, ‘fused’ to, overly relied on, etc. These are parts/aspects that have just needed to be there as an adjustment to 3D living and just such intense conditioning that supports this. Ongoing Geomagnetic LOVE Storms Bring Awakenings And Purgings

Continuing geomagnetic storms today (April 12) as winds blow in SOULar energies from three coronal holes in our sun’s surface…..’holes to make us whole’ is how I’ve come to feel them! It feels like much of this energy has bounced off Gaia’s orbit in the past yet, NOW, we are receiving more of it as Gaia is ascending too. Gaia is open to receive, to shift, to sometimes rumble and shake and spew (as in volcanoes) with these shiftings.

There is a sweet relationship between Gaia and the sun it feels like; a partnership; a feminine and masculine dance that plays out between them. With sometimes the moon bringing in a second element to boost the feminine energies. To feel how these planetary consciousnesses reflect our OWN inner consciousnesses is fascinating. Making this connection offers us gifts of illumination and insight about the planetary bodies inside of us that want to come into feminine/masculine balance too on emotional, chakra, physical, mental, social levels.

Are you finding that your body is starting to calibrate more to these higher energies as the weeks pass? Are you finding new footing and adjustment to them emotionally as your ‘new normal’? There may be more moments of peace coming in, of feeling grounded, of surrender into sleeping if needed and resting when desired. Also, you may be feeling an expanded capacity to hold space and respond to your feelings that come up in parts of you….whatever their range of frequency may be from some sadness to confusion, to hopelessness and depression, to even suicidal desires to leave Gaia and ‘just go home’.

And then, too, as you calibrate to these energies and the ways that they are here to raise your frequency….you can experience MORE moments of PURE bliss and joy as love floods your BEing and washes through you. In these moments, you are in touch with your vast nature; your Divine essence; your Infinite Love-ness in bodily form. You are glowing with love. You are flowing with life.

These experiences make the sleepless nights, the nausea/vomiting, the aches and pains, the more intense emotions of sadness and hopelessness……WORTH it. These moments remind you of WHY this is all happening.

Our capacity to adjust to the NEW really is spring loaded inside of us, especially within our Star DNA – which is being activated at an accelerated rate now. Our Star frequencies allow for understanding that is beyond our human mind and telepathic connection to the bigger movements and cosmic cycles that are being played out here. Our Star frequencies provide a multidimensional spanning of what is happening in the now and higher timeline manifestations.

Our human frequencies (as they move from scared to sacred) allow for a groundedness to Gaia and in the emotional body/higher heart capacity. The BLEND of star and human from within us and the healing of polarities against it is the process that is activating too with these energies. The BLEND and UNION from within is the goal of all this.

The frequencies coming in now are actually MORE natural to our galactic consciousness. They feel like fresh air to breathe that is more in tune with our natural essence as it blends into a unified frequency of sacred human. Focusing on and connecting to your galactic essence can help with the integration of them as it is often the 3D Self, congested human aspects/parts that struggle and resist the most….along with possibly your Metasoul aspects from other timelines/lifetimes that aren’t awakened to the Ascension process yet and are experiencing battle/war/collapse in their realities. The GIFTS of these energies is obvious in the beautiful auroras that are shining strong in the Northern skies right now. The auroras have wonderful codes in them and I have taken to letting them in through photos, plus journeying to them during meditation. Of course, my inner child/star seed is named Aurora and has been for many years, so there is a deep connection there for me. Looking at them calms everything inside of me, even as it opens out my consciousness with bursts of possibilities.

Similar to crop circles, Aurora Borealis offers a portal to connect with our galactic consciousness through manifestations on Gaia that we can more easily let in. I’ve shared pictures below from Sweden and Alaska of some auroras that occur with these influxes of geomagnetics and SOULar winds.

April Energies Update: Ongoing SOULar Winds And Geostorms

Moving deeper today into a SOULar wind stream (April 11) that is steadily increasing. This is bringing in a flow of activation energies from the coronal ‘hole to make us whole’ in the sun’s surface. Geomagnetics are increasing too as a result of this! This is going to continue to influence and impact us here on Gaia for the next two to three days.

Heightened geomagnetics seem to bring disruption of sleep patterns and waves of personal energy fluxes such as feeling ‘wired’ for a few hours and then totally exhausted. I was awake at 3:33am! ready to write and get started, yet was able to fall back asleep with the help of sleep music. These winds can also create a feeling of being ungrounded or off center as Gaia’s magnetics are shifting quite a lot right now too.

There is a sense of ‘riding out the storm’ in some ways as we learn to adjust and calibrate to these heightened frequencies and energies. I am seeing more souls impacted by the energies over the last month than previously….waking up more to their various bodies (energy, emotional, physical) that make up their inner cosmos. Similar to the eclipses and supermoons, these cosmic weather ‘events’ bring us together, unify us in the experience and impact of them. This is what is most needed in our collective right now, a universal experience from a universal source that is based in love and goodness. How each soul digests and let this in is UP to them.

THIS is an opportunity. THIS is offered with love. THIS is not just a random occurrence in our solar system, yet, rather a GIFT of love offering to amp UP each of our individual SOULar systems! THIS is offering an acceleration of the embodiment of our galactic self while we embrace our humanity too. THIS is about experiencing more union from within as polarities heal from masculine to feminine energies inside; right to left sides of the brain; 3D to 4D/5D/Higher selves; human to Star BEing DNA; matter to spirit. THIS is about the healing of all the splits and the separations. THIS is about unification as a collective into New Gaia consciousness in the NOW as it occurs in each of our individual systems too.

It can be challenging to feel this when your body is going through so much in adjustment to these energies. When you are experiencing nausea for days or extreme lightheadedness or near constant tiredness no matter how sleep you get. Or ALL of these things! When your body is going through these adjustments, it can be difficult to remember the BIGGER picture here of why this is happening and your own soul’s choice, collaboration, and support in this ongoing process.

Moving into your heart space around it and finding trust there, finding surrender there, finding LOVE there….you can connect and BE with the parts of you that are suffering around this. You can be with the parts of you that want to give up, feel hopeless, and don’t think they can take in anymore discomfort. You can be bigger than the resistance and offer love to it. You can offer patience and forbearance to the parts of you that are antsy and impatient.

Offering this self love-based energy to ALL reactions inside of yourself (to these energies and to life in general) allows for fear-based energies to rest and to start letting go. Love starts holding the space for love! And then, miracles are possible!

This Ascension process is full of so many unknowns on a cosmic and galactic level. What CAN be known is the comfort available and the compassion providable from the depths of your OWN heart to ALL aspects of you that need you.

Energy Update: SOULar Winds And Storm Bringing UP More Body And Chakra Calibrations

For the next two days April 10th and 11th, a stream of SOULar winds are coming in and with them, a geomagnetic storm. These winds are also carrying in SOULar energies from a growing wide hole in the sun’s surface. A hole to help make us WHOLE…. is how it feels to me! We are now checking space weather like we used to check regular weather!

With the intensity of what these cosmic energies can bring up, it can be good to track it somewhat and make connections to what is happening ‘out there’. I use spaceweather.com for that purpose now and my connection to Star Family provides downloads and a ‘from Gaia’s orbit as connected to the center of cosmos’ sense as well. I am experiencing regular meetings with my Star Family/Guides these last weeks to feel into my own personal manifestation of my highest timeline as a Galactic Ambassador, along with collective impacts esp. on the emotional body and Metasoul/Higher Self soul source level. As everything around galactic consciousness awakening seems to be accelerating, these visits are helping to support and ground me.

Even as spaceweather.com describes these SOULar winds as ‘gently buffeting’ Gaia’s surface and the geomagnetic storm as “minor”, it doesn’t feel that way to those of us who are highly tuned in and sensitive to these energies and how they impact us and the overall Ascension process. To us, it can feel VERY intense as our bodies adjust, as our emotional bodies calibrate, as our chakras and DNA activate, as our every living cell clears out.

You may be feeling this ‘clearing out’ on a deep purging level of nausea and even vomiting, wanting and drawn to eating very clean and light. You can experience dizziness, vertigo, light headedness as the third eye, crown chakra and upper chakras are activating too and bringing into more union the left and right sides of our brain and energy bodies/streams/flows too. Purging also happens during sleep and MEGA sleepiness during the day seems to be the hallmark of these energies….even after many hours of sleep during the night!

There can be an increase in head, neck, shoulder, and back pain as the Higher Heart and Personal Sun Chakra Vortexes activate and start swirling faster in response to these energies. Overall, it is a feeling of just not being ‘here’ as you walk around, do work, even during service of love sessions I can feel this to some degree. Driftiness, inability to focus (esp. on linear tasks!), losing ‘words’ or using the wrong ones are all aspects of this rewiring and activating too.

As always, embracing rather than resisting what the response is on every level allows for more surrender, ease, and LESS pain/suffering.

Energy Update: Embracing Rather Than Resisting Your Galactic Consciousness And Your Star DNA

Waking up to our Star Seed frequencies is happening now at an accelerated rate/pace/opportunity! Reawakening our genetics on a cellular level, that previously sleepy DNA, activates our galactic consciousness. The currently STRONG and POWERFUL energies from the vast cosmos and Great Cosmic Sun are filtering through our sun without interference as a hole in its surface provides an easy gateway of sorts. These energies are then being carried on winds and through a geomagnetic storm to Gaia and to each of us in a repeating cycle for the last month esp.

For those of us ahead of the curve in Ascension and meant to lead/show a way, our Star DNA is needing to become even more activated now for us to go to our ‘next level’ embodiment of the gifts that awakening of galactic consciousness offers us.

Galactic consciousness is connection to the BIG picture. To see and feel ourselves as being “Gaians” as a soul choice, yet not as a total summation of all that we are. We are not really ‘humans’ in this way, although we have humanoid DNA and genetics. My Star Family calls me the “Gaian”, which also acknowledges that I am connected to the planetary consciousness of Gaia, who is also ascending to a higher vibrational frequency. It is often great compassion and sympathy that they feel for me, the “Gaian”, and all I have signed up to experience in this experiment of ascending UP with the body from such a place of density. They also remind me that this is a new process for us Gaians and truly challenging in its unknown factors and qualities! There is an energy of honoring our bravery to undergo this journey at all!   

I recently received such a more personal sense of my Star DNA…..those terms had been still more mental for me than visceral, not as emotional and more biological. Yet, I could FEEL and relate to my Star DNA as it was coming back into my Higher Heart space again. I could feel the stories and the lineages and the places/energies associated with it. I am a ‘soup’ of different genetic codes and energies, including human, Mantis, Arcturian, and Pleiadian. The genetic play experiments that mostly the Mantids have been leading are not intended to take over humanity or reduce our ‘pure’ human genetics to something lesser. Yet, rather, they are to blend the ‘best of’ all these species and discover what the result is of it. To help us and to help themselves. I definitely feel the full cooperation and collaboration of my Metasoul in this process. It has actually brought MUCH clarity of purpose for me to feel these genetic influences and how they have played out in my life experience so far.

The primary way that Star DNA is activated is through an embracement of it rather than resisting it energy. There is so much out there and taught about the ‘negative alien agenda’ and the Archons, Draco, Anunnaki, etc. I have discovered Metasoul aspects living in timelines where these galactic war frequencies are going on. Yet, I offered love ambassadorship to them and they chose to leave these timelines and unite with me and the rest of my Metasoul in an ambassadorship energy that offers a 5D unification possibilities for us ALL.

I feel that many souls who offer strong teachings about negative alien agendas are still in an undigested place around their experiences of this and ‘fused’ in their consciousness to parts of them that are in battle, fight or flight, undigested anxieties and trauma. To get too fixated on these negative alien timelines can lead your energy and soul into quite an intense and dark place for which suffering loops can really take over. There is an immediate resistive energy that is generated by lingering in this viewpoint and seeing nearly everything that is from the stars as wanting to attack you, feed off you, and control you.

I have seen this in sessions with some people too where parts of them are just unable to trust ANY source of love (inside or outside of them) or let it in on a consistent basis. It hurts my heart for them as even when love is offered to them by me and by themselves too, parts of them can resist it and see it as coming from a questionable place. This can be a very painful cycle to be in……until it is finally ready to complete and the 3D Self/Protector ready to let love in from and with you. Higher frequencies of love come as you heal your emotional body congestions and woundings around abduction experiences (which were actually visits with Star Family). Through the process of connecting with parts of yourself (such as your Protector who allows you eventual access to your Inner Child/Teenager to heal these wounds), you can provide a bridge to greater healing and embracement of your Star Family again. You separate from the wounded filter of the ‘abduction’ experience and actually feel how it offered gifts of reconnection and calibration. Often, actually, the most painful aspect is ‘losing’ the goodness and Oneness frequencies that we experienced during these visits when we returned to our 3D life and families again.

The process of deeper embodiment of your galactic consciousness is not as much about receiving activations from others as it is about embracing YOUR relationship to galactic frequencies from within you and with all parts of you. It is to move away from clearing or removing all that parts of you are afraid of…..and into embracing it ALL with love and with compassionate understanding. To move away from removal of things such as implants to trusting that they will dissolve with love when they are no longer necessary. From a place of embracing, you are able to calibrate to the star DNA, have a relationship with it, and this is what activates it. LOVE is what activates it and, even more importantly, self love frequencies are what activate it.

SUCH an exciting time of remembering and embodying….a wonderful opportunity for union inside again of all origins and genetics that may have been polarized before. Healing polarizations of all kinds inside of you OPENS you up to experience the bliss, the clarity, the wonder of unification…..and the wonder of becoming and serving LOVE too as your main purpose for BEing here.

Energy Update: Strong Star DNA Activations And Star Family Connections

Wonderful frequencies today for going in, especially if you have been busy all week, on the go, and working. If you’ve been serving love, you need the recharge of higher frequency connection to recalibrate and move out any toxicities that you took in that weren’t yours and yet needed to come in and out your heart space.

Galactic activations are just SUPER strong in the last two weeks. Activation of our star DNA is happening at an accelerated rate. We are remembering our multidimensionality in this activation and also that much of our genetic code is not human. So many of us are ‘hybrids’ in this way with roots and origins in so many distant and not so distant stars.

If you are less able to feel this galactic connection, it may be that your focus is rightly on your emotional body, this life integration. Or on unanchoring your 3D self that much more from the traumas of the past that still need to move and let go. Or, there could be abduction wounding undigested and not accessed, yet still in your field, as I suspect is true for so many of those souls ‘ahead’ of the collective curve in ascension.

Connection with your Protector can allow for this opening to remember and feel the trauma that these experiences can cause your Inner Child and other parts of you. These were meant as nourishing soul family visits and calibrations to help you BE here as an ambassador. Embracing ALL, even this wounded reality from these visits that felt like abductions, is what opens UP the access to your galactic self again. BEing curious about your roots as connected here and to your purpose manifestation is critical to feeling of these woundings. Embracing all that you have judged as ‘alien’ or ‘negative’ or ‘wanting to take over’ opens up the communication lines again to your star family.

Standing in Gaia’s orbit on a light ship with my star family around me during a meditation visit this morning, I can feel the majesty of Gaia and of us too. I can feel how the phase of disclosure is progressing. There may be coming some temporary ‘shut downs’ of 3D everyday life systems in order to reboot the whole thing into a higher frequency. This may include some temporary shut down of social media platforms such as Youtube, Google, Facebook, etc. This may include shut down of banking systems too. This is not meant to induce fear, yet to show that it is ALL up for regrounding into new sources of love for which it was originally offered and intended. You will receive specific guidance on how to prepare and navigate this as you ask for it.

I felt such reassurance of our progress in what we came here to BE and do. That ALL is progressing as it should and is meant to, even when it seems as if it is NOT. Connecting to, embracing, and eventually accepting our Star frequencies AS a human, within our bodies, integrating this into ALL parts of us allows for this deeper foundation of trust and surrender to arise as we become our galactic selves.

We are held and supported with much love by many loving BEings around the galaxies. And we can experience this in a very personal way….in our hearts, in our souls, in our coming into WHOLENESS in ALL ways from within.

Next Level Dark Nights And Profound Awakenings: Ascension Energies Update

The activation possibilities of your next level came in the last two weeks with the intense SOULar frequency geomagnetic storms (shifting YOUR magnetics and Gaia’s too) plus the winds blowing higher frequency SOULar light waves into your atmosphere. This was the marching quality of March…..marching in, blowing in, storming in just HUGE sometimes activations of your next level possibilities along with revelation of where parts of you may still have caps, stuck places, and resistances to these activations.

Following all this SOULar activity, you are receiving the illuminating lunar light of the FOURTH full moon since January. She is shining to allow for INtegration of all these activations. She is shining to hold space for the continual death and rebirth process that is Ascension. She is shining to provide a mirror for you to SEE what is next in both highest timeline possibility and what still needs addressing in order to keep BEcoming it. She is bringing in strong frequencies of compassion to model how to mother yourself and whatever comes up.

Your ‘next level’ is probably coming into your awareness now, taking center stage in your experience, bringing in another phase of Dark Nights and/or profound awakenings. The next level may be BEyond what you have known and experienced before, in many ways. There are the experiences of 5D Golden Earth consciousness as you can BE this more in your daily life. There is your galactic self connection reunion with Star Family and greater clarification of your soul mission and purpose for being here. There is a sense of BEing Divine Bliss and Oneness.

There are, too, the experiences of personal hells that Metasoul aspects (other timeline aspects from your same Higher Self Soul Source) are living out. There are revelations of unhealed inner polarities between parts of you that cause loops of pain and suffering within yourself and with others. There are more extreme ascension body experiences that call for your attention and focus. There is the falling away of relationships and geographies and careers/means of livelihood and the acute pain of loss and mourning.

These experiences may go up and down for you….sometimes even in the same hour or day! There is no longer the ‘this is my dark night phase’ declarations as the moment becomes less definable and just calls to be experienced beyond the mind’s labeling of it. There is no ‘good’ or ‘bad’ to these experiences. No ‘better’ or ‘worse.’ You can trust that ALL these phases are necessary for your process. The seemingly ‘higher’ ones water with love your capacity to hold space for the more difficult ones. The higher ones often push up the oil of the shadow and the pain that can no longer find a resonant frequency in your BEing.

As you accept and love it all, you find that you are just going through the fear places in order to open up MORE love. There is no ‘evil’ or truly dark here either as you discover that all these aspects and parts of you JUST want forgiveness, understanding, and compassion. These fear-based energies, these painful symptoms, these completions and conflicts, these Dark Nights, these dark timelines, all have ‘good’ reason for being there until they can experience new possibilities and start to let go back into love.

You can discover ‘implants’ and ‘entities’ and love them too, understanding that they are all part of you and have been a necessary aspect of your journey. The body symptoms that can be painful and difficult are less resisted then, as they are just wanting to be discovered in their root cause and loved into health and vitality. The revelations and awakenings of these things are just responses to the next level that your Higher Self and the Divine are inviting you to go into now.

The next level is the ongoing embodiment of your Service Of Love Self expressing AS this in more and more moments. Your Service of Love Self comes from an abundant flow of self worth and self love that allows for a healthy overflow to others. This next level is no longer service from self sacrifice. Or service from fear of persecution. Or service from a ‘giving to get’ place. Or service from gratification of ego/self image.

Your ‘next level’ wants to INtegrate now. You cannot move to your next level, BEcome your next level, until the old has been cleared out. The old is what used to be enough, what used to provide nourishment, what used to work and no longer does.

This next level is ultimately, too, about Service of Love to and with yourself and ALL aspects that need you. The next level is activating and integrating….inviting you to BEcome in deeper ways FOR yourself the Infinite Love that you ARE.

Whew!! Coming Through The Powerful March SOULar Activations Passage

What an INtense couple of weeks it has been during this March Equinox 2018 passage! The sacred masculine activations through SOULar winds, geomagnetic storms, and waves have been near constant for close to two weeks. They ebbed and flowed and ‘hit’ you depending on how consciously you were meant to feel and track them. You may have become more aware during this time of how cosmic energy is not really ‘out there’, yet how much it can impact your inner cosmos. These energies are meant to catalyze and support our ongoing arising into sacred humanity. We became more attuned to how we ARE energy and everything we experience on the emotional and spiritual and physical levels is a reflection of energetic shifts and changes from both ‘outside’ and INside.

Also, linear time dissolved from our mental tracking that much more. There was often just the moment of Now with more multidimensional awareness of timelines overlapping and merging and collapsing around us. There was so often an inability to track with the mind at all and eventual surrendering to the Higher Self and our higher dimensional aspects/guides that seemed to kNOW what was going on. A trust that the whole process was being held, guided, and supported from our Higher Selves was more palpable as parts of us HAD to lean in more and let go of controlling.

These activations seemed to bring in, MARCH in…. Bliss Mess experiences with ups and downs. The SOULar wind currents could take you from intense joy to acute pain to sweet surrender……all within the same day! They could offer tastes of New Gaia 5D states of self love and compassionate love for ALL sentient BEings with deeper awarenesses that we are ALL meant to come along during the Ascension process. Kundalini awakenings and dripline surges of Divine Feminine and Masculine frequencies created NEW pathways of consciousness for the inner and out experience of TRUE sacred union within the body. Clarities and callings and calls to action connected to your highest timeline manifestation here downloaded through messages, images, visions, dreams, and synchronicities. You may have experienced a deeper embodiment of your Service of Love Self/5D Self and the next choice points that lead to MORE of this BEing state.

There were the physical body reactions of muscle pains and tensions, dizziness and even vertigo, ears ringing and singing, head and neck aches, nausea and appetite shifts, sleeping pattern changes (SO sleepy and foggy sometimes) and WIDE awake too at new times. Activation of our light bodies went to a NEW place, an accelerated invitation to the densest aspect of our physical expression to keep crystallizing through detoxification and clearings on a cellular level. Previous illnesses/injuries/diseases, denser choices in food and deathstyle habits came up and out to clear the way for MORE light to come in. Your Higher Heart activation is connecting you to the cries of the world and a place where killing frequencies can no longer be digested, supported, or ignored.

Where your body stores emotional congestion and karmic wounding vibrated through to express as voices from parts of you that still hold self punishment, self consciousness, self doubt, shame, over protectiveness, and guilt. These parts of you are coming UP now to be seen, heard, and felt by you, to be offered loving self space holding. These parts of you want to transmute their energy from judgement to discernment, from self consciousness and self doubt to self acceptance, from shame to innocence, from protectiveness to guidance, from guilt to forgiveness. These fragments and pieces of your 3D Self (your Protector, your Punisher, your Inner Teenager and Child, your Inner Mother/Father) are ready to come back into wholeness with you again and find a soft place to land in your heart and soul. The EQUInox energies illuminated polarization from inside of your masculine and feminine aspects. This may have showed up in clashes and sudden relationship issues with others. The standoffs and conflicts with others escalating so that you can complete, resolve, and respond with NEW frequencies of love. The Higher Heart activations make abuses unable to be accepted, both as they occur inside and with others. Even what you define as ‘abuse’ is shifting to a higher criteria for yourself and with others. Repressed sexuality based on this life abuse trauma and Metasoul/other timelines is getting your attention and healing so that you can BLOOM into your gender sexuality with maturity, with self love, and within your embodied humanity.

The necessity of connecting with and becoming conscious of your chakras in a NEW way downloaded during this passage too. Ascension Chakra Vortexes became more clear to me during this Equinox passage as the next place of expansion in our relationship with our chakra bodies to help with INtegration of these cosmic energy activations. We are being activated to have a consciousness of our chakras in a deeper way, in a less linear way, and in a more intimate way. This happens through activation of our 5D violetprint through connection with our Personal Sun Chakra Vortex, our Higher Heart Chakra Vortex, and our Gaia Chakra Vortex. The social body has been activated to move from over dependence models such as guru-devotee or overly independent such as in being a lone wolf to interdependence within conscious community. This means the continual revealing and healing of the shadow expressions of our previous cult-ural group experiences.
