As You Enter 2021…

As we enter ‘2021’…

May your heart space clear… letting go to let in.

May your soul come alive… remembering the love that it is and always was.

May your feminine/masculine heart shine brightly… with gentleness, empowerment, and deepening purity.

May your healing process deepen in ways unexpected.

May your trust in the unknown of what’s to come offer your parts a place to rest.

May you remember what it’s like to nestle into the heart of the Divine… that heart of which you are inextricably a part.

And… may you allow IN the reality that you are powerful beyond measure…

That it’s OK to be ‘in process’ and not have everything figured out…

And that even when the challenges you face are big and the ‘monsters’ that parts of you fear come to visit… They want love just as much as you do.

May 2021 truly become the birthing room of so much deep change in every human heart… with much less fear, much more love, and a greater sense of each personal process of making that great shift INside.

12/12 – 12/21 Corridor Bringing Clarities, Next-Level Invitations/Initiations

There is so much support through this 12/12 – 12/21 energetic corridor and into the new year of 2021 as well, for our deeper awakenings and initiations to take root individually and collectively. It’s already been a FULL year and now we’re being led into 2021 with fresh eyes and heart, though the rawness of what’s been moving all year is still very present.

Sudden dawnings and realizations are moving through. It’s a time of deeper awakening and the rumbles that come with that which sometimes you can’t name. You don’t know what’s shaking inside of you, but something IS…

Yesterday on 12/12 here in Glastonbury, it was a full day of hiking up to the Tor for sunrise and sunset and responding to alchemy in between. I had much time with Jelelle and could feel on both our trips to the Tor that there was something ceremonial moving through, deep inside of both of us. Such is the soul connection we have in these lands of Avalon, yet also, I got the strong sense of being initiated into a whole new level of soul bigness and claim.

So it is that we are all invited into our next levels/places, letting go and letting in as we move into them. Being initiated into deeper service if you’re ready for that, or perhaps your initiation right now is into trusting love and into feeling any fears that live in parts of you about surrendering to that process.

There’s a strong invitation from the Divine, always, to open your heart… to truly feel the grief, the mourning, the letting go as you also let in what’s arising. This could mean that you’re completing relationships or beginning new ones or completing with a geography to move on into one that better reflects your soul/heart needs, purpose and mission at this time. It’s a time of endings and beginnings, which is typical for this time of year every year, yet this year feels especially powerful in this way!

2020 has been a year where we’ve seen β€˜Peak Fear’ take hold in many ways. It’s been a highly reactive year where many souls have struggled to lean into Divine love and to surrender to what is. It’s been a year of learning to trust what feels real to YOU while putting away the mainstream sources that are there to stir up the fears that were already peaking and mislead you with many spins on actual truth. It’s been a sacred year of more questions than answers, of death and rebirth, of looking intently in the mirrors placed in front of you, to meet the parts of you that have been hidden, buried, or buried themselves out of fear of being seen and known, not to mention felt, loved up, and deeply healed too.

Our deeper awakenings into rebirth and love as a Sacred Human family was not promised to be pretty or neat, though it has been deeply meaningful and continues to be. We all have choice points, graduations, and next levels to arise into. If love is leading, we will be challenged, we will grow, but we will always, ALWAYS be held.

Welcome Home To Sacred You: A Transmission From Avalon

It flows through the heart and into the fingers, this energy of new magic and profound feelings.

It strums on the strings of the heart-bass and moves into the throat to be sung.

It rings in the resonance of a thousand inner bells, calling homeward the soul dying to the life it once knew and coming home to itself, renewed.

It brings around again another sense of you, a sense of who you are and are going to be.

It reminds you that all you need is within you and that the rest is window-dressing, perhaps needed for a time but not for always since the falsely attained can never be woven into the fabrics of the real.

The fyres of the flights of angelic beings singing in the hollowness of inner space, a void yet filled too, to the brim, like that of a chalice holding the waters of new life.

You are that new life…

Will you come home to them and let them change you from deep within, or will you turn and face the day that’s known yet no longer bringing with it the purest sunshine of your fyres alight with newness?

Your own savvy moves inward and breathes outward. It’s service and it’s beyond the beyond.

It’s a tap turned on that flows in old canals. You’re being, you’re learning to be, you’re remembering to breathe and look within.

Know, understand, behold that you are loved in this transition.

When the ground feels vacant beneath your tired feet, remember you are held in those clouds of the unknown. The clearing is already underway. Feel it, know it… live into it.

You’re bringing all that’s known and unknown to the surface and you’re changing before your very heart eyes.

Bring yourself back home to that house built within.

You’re finding your way in a path long carved out by your soul.

Changing The Climate Within

β€˜Climate’ feels like a very powerful word at the moment. It denotes and connotes so many different things.

Environmentally, the Western US is engulfed in ash (almost literally when you look at satellite images, and especially if you live there). The speculation and information of the causes fuel other fires that reside in the body politic.

Socially, climate is a reference to the energy of a tension or ease within a collective. Right now, from the media’s point of reference, the temperature is rising for discord and chaos as the winds of polarity spark their own political wildfires.

Globally, a pandemic of fear (whether real, produced, or both) is shifting the climate of what was once considered β€˜normal’. It has changed how we relate to, and hold, our deep need for sovereignty, freedom, and well-being.

Many are being told what to believe and feel is right and true. We are being asked to β€˜take a stand’ and β€˜have a voice’. The energy may be intense, or it may be invitational. Camps are being formed, strategies laid, and lines being drawn.

Others are looking for truth and understanding. What is real and what is false? A deep desire to just get to a rational bottom of what the hell is really going on. This group is pushed and pulled in many ways. Some get more confused, others get more clarity. Do they join a camp, or form another one all together?

In the end, how these external climates affect your internal climate is the process that matters the most to me. I can say that unequivocally for myself, but that may not be true for someone else who is mired in thicker external circumstances.

I feel compassion and understanding for that. It is a fucking deep state of soul soup we all find ourselves in. This is serious shit, yet it can be given air, and even joy, from within but that is a dedicated practice and choice to rise above the fray, IF that is what you really want.

It may feel impossible from the evidence that is presenting itself to a part of you who can only see the external climate and circumstance. I get that. I can’t convince it otherwise. I am calling to the You that does want to create and BE in something different on the inside. That, from my soul’s perspective, is how real change can effectively and quantumly be evoked and embodied.

The Magna Carta of true sovereignty lies within. It is hard to let that in amidst everything that is blowing in your direction. I want something new for myself, for you, and for the world. It has to start with each of us. We must create our own pandemic and wildfire of Love from inside. Imagine then what is truly possible.

The Reunification & Reconciliation Of The Inner Masculine/Feminine

This geography is bringing up so much around what I feel is a reunification of the masculine and feminine within. I have been working with the inner feminine for some time now and it is ticking up a notch and a half since I have been here.

But this β€˜working’ is not just some generalized notion of β€˜The Feminine’, but rather a very specific relationship with a part or aspect of me in a more intimate way. It is β€˜my feminine’. I don’t mean that possessively, but rather more personally. They have a name and a frequency just like any person I may have a relationship with.

This has taken some time for my masculine parts to let in, yet has brought with it so many gifts for them. There is something to lean into and to learn from that has been a bit out of their grasp of conditioned consciousness. There is a need and desire for reconciliation and reunification on both sides.

I feel this feminine aspect really desiring this attention and cultivation. She wants to help bridge the gap with my inner masculine aspects that have some things to clear around the repression (and fear!) of her and The Feminine in general. I feel this process actually landing me in more of a union and dance of gendered poles rather than a blending of the two in some unisexual way.

I will do this through journaling, meditation, and bringing as much of them into my waking reality as I can. As this communion deepens, I feel I will be present to my own needs for romance and service as they will each bring their own gifts and passions.

I want to thank Raphael Awen for being a model and bridge to this inner love affair that offers so much for my sacred masculine embodiment that is personal to me and not some archetypal masculine that feels inauthentic to my parts. I look forward to sharing more about this ongoing healing between these very powerful energies.

Moving With The Inner Fire/Glow Cultivated Through Lion’s Gate

This Lion’s Gate birth canal has been real… it’s been a ride of moving through fogginess and opening up again to clarity on the other side of that. It’s been a time of feeling set aglow and even on fire… the burning away of what was false but also the lighting UP of the renewed heart and healing soul. The fire needed in order to set healthy boundaries with passion and compassion too. The fire needed in order to make changes from the inside out that have been baking and shaking things up from within in response to our outer worlds too.

When I took this selfie, I had just been feeling my own timeline transition, inside and out. Saying β€˜goodbye’ to a beloved geography and letting in where I’m physically going (finally) after months of delay. The sobriety and the excitement are both real, in their full range of inner experiences. There’s uncertainty but there’s desire. There’s a new glow and flow yet too, there is always powerful process to be with.

I can feel how everyone on this planet has had their β€˜pot stirred’ by the energies coming in… how at times there are few words to really describe this experience but it’s all very real and visceral too. Sometimes the emotional waves move through and it’s hard to trace or track it (parts of me have tried) but we can all trust that they’re leading us somewhere good. We’re in mourning and shock too collectively and individually as more truths get unearthed and in that experience we are feeling all sorts of reactions and responses. There’s also new waves of bliss that we can access in support of feeling through these reactions, which are necessary to give air to.

I feel the β€˜Lion Pride’ we all share and are part of as sacred humans, agreeing to these experiences we’re walking out together in unity at times and in β€˜separation’ too when necessary. We’re all here for reasons we can’t always track or understand, but at the end of the day, as long as we are cultivating the flowers of love, even and especially in the dark hours and phases, we are doing just fine… ❀

Life Phase Completions From The Inside, Out

Sincere ‘goodbyes’ and epic ‘hellos’…

We don’t really ever ‘complete’ phases of life or relationships with others unless the cycles of reaction to the completion and the relationship or phase itself completes with parts of you.


This only really happens when we INvest in relationship to them, which is a deep love relationship with ourselves. It’s the end of suffering loops and telling the same stories over and over again to try and digest what happened. Looping tells us that parts of us haven’t moved on yet. And from there we get to ask ‘why?’ and feel their reasons for hanging on so tight.

For a ‘goodbye’ to be sincere, to a geography, relationship, job, etc, there’s a need to feel the ‘goodbye’. This is what lets in the next ‘hello’. This is what sets the tone for the next phase of truly letting in the new. That doesn’t mean that old reactions or stories won’t come up. But it does renew our commitment to continuing to show up for ourselves and our parts in all of that.


Feeling this as I continue to complete with my geography and householding life phase here in Canada, as well as complete some loops that parts of me are still going into in moments with souls I’ve recently completed my relationship with. It’s all a deep journey and even in the emotional waves, my god, I wouldn’t want to be doing, being, or feeling anything else!


Much, much love to you during this epic time on this epic planet, where suffering within all of us is invited to come to deep completion and new waves of the realization of the love we all ARE can come in anew!

Lion’s Gate Energies Activating Higher Timeline Process From WithIN

BIG Lion’s Gate LOVE to all!

This is my favourite time of year, even though (and because) it comes with some profound and growthful challenges, inside and out. We’re always invited into our next steps for our growth, healing, and Ascension during these intense waves of energy during Lion’s Gate and beyond too.

Your beloved Sirian-Lyran/galactic lion(ess) aspects are here to help anchor you into your highest timeline… which always starts from within. Your highest timeline isn’t something that can be grabbed onto, though it can be claimed, and this claim happens from deep within. This claim of what you most desire to become and live into comes not from anything flashy or any outer mark of ‘success’, but from inner work, being willing to feel what is often challenging to feel, and being in your humanity while you also let in your Divinity.

There have been some big activations of our Divine Selves coming through lately, reminding us of our magical essence and capacity to hold the context of what’s happening in our inner and outer worlds, while also navigating the content and being with any pain within that needs us. Doing this through working with parts of you and also Metasoul aspects in other lifetimes is effective and deep. It is a matter of committing to your expansion and awakening through the heart and through some big shifts in lifestyle and relationships which support that ongoing awakening and take it all from ‘theory’ to ‘practice’ and eventually into ’embodiment’.

When I feel my Sirian aspects, which for me are a male and female lion and and lioness named Ortho and Ineerah, they are so embodied and majestic from the inside out. They sparkle and shine with a blue shimmery light. They offer a grounded energy that is also always connected to the Cosmos. They bring my parts and I a lot of comfort and vast empathy, yet they also are very CATalytic. Every year at this time, they invite me into my next level of leadership and service-of-love embodiment while encouraging me to keep detaching from what that looks like or what the outer ‘results’ could be. They are the epitome of royalty and stately presence without flash or glamour. They simply just ARE this energy.

I feel the template they and all Sirian aspects offer all of us in this way. The heart-based leadership and compassion that is always an example of what’s possible for all of us, we just need to keep choosing to move towards it in whatever ways feel accessible to us personally at this and any time.

Energy Update: Lion’s Gate ‘Roar’ Of Clearing & Truth Moving Through

The ‘Roar’ energy of Lion’s Gate is here and deepening too. It’s clearing the way for so much truth. In the wake of that clearing is the process we’re in now, of feeling the suffering cries of the children who have been trafficked who reflect to us a lost innocence INside too. It’s a process too of feeling the suffering of the perpetual ‘battle’ energy that has been necessary to energize for a phase yet we are always invited to move BEYOND it, especially within where the battles are often the most challenging to face, own, and heal. The ‘Roar’ is not a declaration of war but a declaration of the end of war and heralds the deepening of that process.

As more information comes out about child-trafficking and the horrors of it, it reflects to us humanity’s lost innocence that is in recovery. These children and their precious souls, hearts, bodies, have been subjected to unspeakable acts, yes, yet, to only be outraged by this doesn’t take into account the whole picture of what their souls signed up to be a part of and doesn’t encourage us to be accountable for our own reactions to it either.

Humanity cannot change at its core through outrage, shaming, blaming, chaos. Only once these frequencies have come home to our hearts through the tears and remorse of how in some ways we’ve all been a part of this unfolding narrative, can we start to feel what this has all really been about… reclaiming our own innocence and discovering the layers within us that have pushed away or suppressed it for the sake of ‘survival’ in 3D and even 4D; supporting the parts of us that have been victims to different life circumstances to move more into healing and genuine, vulnerable empowerment and even forgiveness/amnesty. It’s a VERY sobering time to be on this planet and we are all being invited into deep humility where we can admit we do not have all the answers but are doing the inner work necessary to feel and heal in many unfolding steps and layers with LOVE.

The ‘Roar’ energy of Lion’s Gate invites us to see and feel the deeper truths and process the reactions not just become them.

The ‘Roar’ is about the illumination and possible completion (if we truly choose it in our sovereignty) of suffering cycles inside and out.

The ‘Roar’ blows off any masks you’ve held in place, that have represented a fear of revealing the real you beyond any over-identification in parts of you with the trauma they’ve experienced.

The ‘Roar’ is here to ultimately support YOU and your ‘Divine Self’ that is waiting for you to ask for it to come in more, to find the context you need in order to process the ‘content’ moving within and in your life.

Your sacred process around all of this is yours to be in and hold. You are the Lion/Lioness ‘King/Queen’ of your inner Queen/Kingdom and all of our Sirian-Lyran counterparts, our humanoid lion(ess) members of our Star Family, are here and accessible especially through this Lion’s Gate passage. Their energies are available as a support for finding and embodying your own ‘Roar’ right now. They’ve been where we are now in their own Ascension process and have so much to offer, I’ve found.

There’s a lot to feel and process at this time… yet there’s even more to fall in deep love with, especially within you, with each sobering yet alive revelation.

Inviting Your 3D Self Into Healing

In order to be in, live in, navigate 3D, parts of you have had to form. They’ve also formed in reaction to traumas you’ve experienced in the density of 3D. These traumas sometimes have slipped under the radar, actually, and not necessarily been experiences of overt abuse. Sometimes even just not being heard or seen is traumatic. Not feeling loved is traumatic. Not feeling like you belong on this planet is traumatic.

The 3D Self is pretty complex yet when you meet your own with love and open-hearted curiosity, the parts that make it up respond to that, come forward, and a bond with them is created. This is not about ‘eliminating the ego’ as some other offerings may teach, yet rather, loving the ‘3D ego’, if you want to call it that, and appreciating WHY it’s had to form. This helps you find your way through the pain and into the harvest of deep inner gifts and soul bigness that have been buried underneath it out of necessity.

Without loving the 3D Self deeply, your life cannot shift on deeper levels. What needs to be let go of in order to let in MORE love in Divine/multi-dimensional ways becomes more challenging to walk out than it necessarily has to be. There’s a necessary burning away of the masks that have kept you in fused states to your 3D Self and its many ways of expressing in your relationship to others and yourself in general, and your relationship to the Divine, to love, to spirituality.
