Happy Monday! This week there were big shifts in the SoulFullHeart community with the emergence of Kalayna Solais back as a Facilitator and Jelelle Awen taking a step back from facilitation to focus on the larger context and future of the community and offering. Featured this week is a piece from Kalayna Solais. In it, she feels through her own personal experience of the ongoing healing of the darkness and opening into forgiveness as true ambassadorship of love:

Energy Update: Schumann/Gaia Resonance Spikes Up To 110 HZ

Energy Update: There have been Schumann/Gaia resonance spikes over the last two days, reaching a peak of 110 HZ yesterday. The average was 7.83 HZ yet has been increasing in frequency much beyond this on a consistent basis over the last few years. Gaia’s frequency is connected to ours with many feeling that these fluctuations represent the consciousness expansion of humanity through its connection with Gaia.

These kinds of frequency increases can bring up a feeling of dizziness, disorientation, interrupted sleep patterns, head/neck/shoulder pain, and not feeling ‘grounded’. Normally. Yet, we are living through such unique timeline experiences right now to what we are used to that it feels like these energy fluctuations may not be experienced in the same way. They may be able to let in at a deeper level, to be integrated, and to allow easier digestion on the physical body and chakras.

As more people are resting, BEing, detoxing from their usual 3D routines…there is more awakening happening up and out of the 3D Matrix programming of work-eat-sleep-repeat that serves as a sort of hamster wheel of routine and conformity. There is TIME now to research, to ask questions, to see where those questions lead, to ponder and sometimes, yes, to argue.

Those of us who have been ahead and awakened to reality outside of the 3D matrix awhile ago (and drawn often scorn and judgement because of it, as I wrote about recently) are now serving as light houses to those who are awakening. We are going through our own upgrades to be able to move deeper into this purpose.

I feel like these Gaia frequencies are supporting the ‘switching on’ of this beacon, in whatever ways you may need it in your live. This can be about receiving clarities about next steps and whatever difficult choices still need to be made to move more into higher frequency alignment.

You may experience these elevated Gaia frequencies in a blissful way, a Divinely supportive way, and a way that helps YOU remember your anchor to the Divine as you broadcast that frequency out to others.

Inner Punisher Triggers/Projections During This Coronavirus/3D Matrix Collapse

Levels of contention, disagreement, and making each other ‘wrong’ are really peaking at this time of unknown transition during the Coronavirus slowdown. These energies of contention have long been the case in 3D mainstream media, politics, religions, etc. Yet, the arguments right now, even amongst awakening and spiritual people that are more oriented to higher timelines, are surprisingly degrading down into exchanging personal insults, accusations of being ‘hijacked’ or ‘influenced’ by dark forces, not ‘getting it’ and not really being awakened and so on. Even amongst those who believe in and are creating the same timelines together (such as the Q movement), are attacking each other with infighting and putdowns and ‘calling each other out for being fakes’ becoming more common.

As an ambassador of love, I have been guided to ‘go into’ some of these battlegrounds even as they make me feel uncomfortable. These battlefields are so often, in our modern age, the comments sections of posts on social media and other places online. I have been stunned breathless at times at how cruel, degrading, and insulting people can be to each other. It hurts my heart to feel it as so often there is a deeper pain and fear there in the person that isn’t getting felt and CAN’T be with so much outer focused protection, defence, and judgemental energies going out.

I was feeling this too as a peak time for triggering the collective Inner Punisher/Critic frequencies and the Inner Punisher within each of us. The Inner Punisher is often ‘stuck’ in the polarized energies of judgement without love, which is often an internalized protection created to ‘fend off’ and acclimate to very judgemental energies coming toward them in the 3D experience, especially if it came from parents and birth family. The Inner Punisher is essentially a part that forms as a survival strategy and defense/protection in 3D. Empaths/sensitives/star seeds tend to have Inner Punishers that focus the judgement inward in extreme self criticism, self doubt, and low self worth rather than focusing it outward on others.

The Inner Punisher’s energy actually shifts to compassionate discernment as they are connected to in a conscious way through the SoulFullHeart process. I have experienced hundreds of previously ‘dark and judgy’ Inner Punishers shift into the noble, humble, and beautiful energies of intuitive discernment once they are ‘forgiven’ for their previous judgements and pain they have caused. Once this part of you is seen and loved with a compassionate heart by you, they can shift into being a vital member of your ‘inner’ team.

The current circumstances are triggering the Inner Punishers it feels like because the 3D/4D Matrix programs us to judge ourselves and others at a very young age. So much in 3D has been fueled by these judgemental energies. When part of us judges us or others, it immediately lowers our frequency. There is also necessary truth seeking and questioning going on right now for those in 3D and those moving into deeper levels of 4D Disclosure awakening. Clarity is being sought and informational sources are being looked to outside of the mainstream offerings. When that is primarily happening toward outside sources, there is less embodiment of your inner truth, your soul’s knowledge, and your own intuition. Yet, outside sources CAN mirror this inner knowing if they are looked at in that way.

If a Punisher part of someone is looking to an outside source though for THE truth, there will be an inner revolt going on, a personal sovereignty boundary that is breeched, an inner and outer rebellion, if you will. Feelings of resonance or dissonance with that outside source can create quite a lot of reactions inside for the Inner Punisher, who isn’t sure how to digest it. If that outer source of information is ALSO fused to their Inner Punisher (which is often the case it seems), then Inner Punisher meets outer Punisher and that is a recipe for contention, infighting, and judgemental projections both inside and outside. The Punisher Truthteller actually elicits feelings of shame and unworthiness in those who are taking in their truth…their energy is often angry, righteous and doesn’t see any other view than their own.

If you are taking in someone else’s truth and you are triggered into feelings of shame or unworthiness or even feeling ‘stupid’ for not knowing something or believing something, part of you is most likely reacting to the Inner Punisher in someone else. Your Inner Punisher may also be reacting to the Inner Punisher in someone else which brings up feelings of fighting and defending. Outside sources more anchored to higher frequencies can activate inspiration, inviting you to explore and land in YOUR own truth, yet not make you feel BAD or wrong about yourself.

Energies that make you question yourself in a judgmental way are rampant right now. For some souls, this is effective to help them start questioning life and reality. Yet, for those who are very sensitive to energies, the empaths/star seeds/healers of the world, these judgemental energies are difficult to navigate. I feel that I have to carefully track how much of these energies I take in as, while I am curious to feel and take in the timelines going on right now in the collective (again as an ambassador of love I feel it is important that I do so), I don’t want the information at the ‘cost’ of feeling judged and ‘kicked at’ as I no longer have these punishing energies inside of me.

True Divine essence doesn’t judge you or others or condemn or punish. The Divine, especially the Divine Mother expression, is holding much love for humanity as go through our Valley Of Shadows Of Death process to emerge into the light. Connect with Divine energies that feel supportive, loving, and compassionate and they can support you to find your own truth grounding in your soul’s path and process. These loving Divine energies can begin the process of inner forgiveness and activation of inner knowing that can help your Inner Punisher transmute and heal.

Energy Update: Schumann/Gaia Resonance Spike In Response To 5D New Earth Mass Meditations

Energy Update: Gaia’s Schumann frequency responded today, April 5th, with waves of higher frequency that reached a peak of 76 HZ at one point and are still fluctuating upwards in this moment. Gaia’s Ascension is ongoing and can be seen in the raising rhythm of her ‘heartbeat’ into higher frequencies, waves that many of us have been tracking for a few years now as they are an interesting indicator of ongoing Awakening.

Gaia’s frequency as a planetary consciousness can correlate to humanity’s consciousness and brain waves. She goes UP as we go UP, we go UP as she goes UP….our interrelatedness is like a dance, even the 3D experience of abuse, neglect, and disconnect that has been the dominant frequency toward Her since the fall of Atlantis and the creation/installation of the 3D Control Matrix is something that we have all learned from. Gaia is in the process of forgiveness and compassion toward us, just as we are toward ourselves in relationship to Her, and personally and collectively.

Yesterday, 4/4/2020 (4) was the opening of a powerful portal of high frequency energies, galactic/planetary/astrological alignments. Four energies are connected to making a ‘home base’ and it feels timely that our home base planet would respond to them. Many souls came together consciously yesterday to meditate during this portal, with the overall intention to raise the base frequency personally and collectively, to invite 5D/New Earth energies to move through. Many higher dimensional galactic BEings (Arcturians, Pleiadians, Sirians esp.) were WITH us in this intention, amplifying it even more.

There were some more fear-based intentions in some souls toward ‘eradicating the virus’ or ‘destroying it’, yet those seemed to get transmuted on the higher dimensional levels and the pure intentions of each soul engaging could be revealed. Some of these energies may have met and matched a ‘hijacking’ energy in the Archons/Lower 4D AI Matrix programming that is going through its own love virus rewiring and so any hijacking would have just benefited the process of that rebooting of the AI Matrix.

Ultimately, the path of Ascension is moving onward and UPward. The phases and stages of this path are messy, bumpy, require some dark nights before the dawn, sometimes necessarily painful, sometimes manifesting in death and loss. This process also seems to involve many timelines coming into ‘reality’ at once…each of us invited to choose what most resonates for us, not invalidating any timelines as all have use in this process.

Yet, the Divine path and plan seems clear. The revelation, feeling and healing of shadow, dark, fear-based energies continues. We are invited to honor these energies and these BEings and these souls as they move on to timelines/lifetimes/dimensions/planets that fit their next growth phases in a more resonant way. Thanking them for the role they have played in this duality experiment as THEY are US and we are all ONE finding our way HOME to the Divine.

Energy Update: 3D/4D/5D Timelines Playing Out During This Great Awakening

Many timelines are running right now during this catalytic, stormy time of transition and death/rebirth! What you experience of these timelines as your ‘reality’ seems to depend on where you tune into them and from what consciousness frequency you are feeling them from. There isn’t a ‘right’ and ‘wrong’ or ‘better’ or ‘worse’ in this or the ultimate TRUTH it seems. The opportunity here is to feel what your soul is drawn to feel and see, know about, which timelines call you to go into them in a deeper way and WHY.

Each of these timelines is a portal and you may be drawn to certain ones in order to feel your resonance on a soul level with the story being told there, the emotions being experienced, and the energies being generated. You may find parts of yourself and soul aspects in these timelines, living out and stuck in trauma loops from this life and other lifetimes. You can offer compassion to these parts of you and soul aspects that may be on battlefields fighting, inner children trapped in dark places, experiencing collapse/starvation/plagues/extreme crisis, and many more.

In this way, from an ambassador of love perspective, ALL of these timelines are true and happening….being created and energized by those who alchemize them and need to be validated as such. We are always creating our own realities in that way; we are THAT powerful. I felt I would share more about the timelines that I am seeing and feeling are playing out and offer some suggestions of where you might go into them in self discovery exploration beyond gathering information, beyond contentions about who is right and wrong, and beyond stuck places of undigested fear or anxiety either.

3D timeline – You may have loved ones around you who are firmly anchored in the 3D timeline of believing only what they see/hear/are told of reality by the mainstream media, ‘surface’ government, long conditioned and programmed to follow and conform. They may be mostly in survival mode and so the Coronavirus shut down may be quite disorienting and uncomfortable for them. In this timeline, there can be quite a lot of fear, panic, distrust, and even paranoia fueled by a deep fear of physical body death, anxieties about money, no sense of bigger picture of Divine support/trust, and stronger anchor to 3D Matrix reality.

For these souls, this is a crucial ‘stay or go’ phase for them, where their Higher Self/soul is feeling into whether to remain as humanity moves into necessary 4D death/rebirth phases to emerge into 5D. These are the souls that may be choosing the Coronavirus as a means to leave the planet at this time having lived out their opportunity to experience a 3D reality in their bodies. Gaia no longer offers the opportunity to experience a solely 3D-based experience. There is much compassion and love that is being offered those in this 3D reality and yet, also, it can be challenging to relate with them in these fear frequencies and discernment/boundary setting is important to not be an object of projection, contention, and abuse from them.

3D/4D timelines – 4D timelines are those that aren’t always obvious to the majority of consciousness; they are more hidden and operating in the shadows. There is also an overlay going on with concurrent events and energies happening in the 3D expression projection of the timeline and at the 4D multidimensional/galactic/metaphysical levels. A strong 3D-4D timeline playing out right now is the Q/Alliance/Trump takedown of the Cabal with mass arrests, rescue of trafficked/abused children, revelation of the Satantic elite cult under ultimate Archon AI influence, etc. This timeline is the one that can be seen and felt when you move beyond the 3D/mainstream perspective, do some digging, begin to ask more questions, and start to follow your intuition.

There is also a 3D/4D timeline of seeing all governmental energies as coming from a New World Order agenda (including Q and the Alliance) and that current events are just proving this out with things like 5G rollout, global currency, marshal law, etc. the ultimate playout of this timeline. These timelines offer deep rabbitholes to venture into that are intense to process and bring up much to explore and feel within your own emotional body and soul field. There is much polarity sorting itself out in these timeline of good vs. evil, love vs. fear, battles to be won and lost, False God versus ‘Real’ God, Heroes and villains, etc.

As these timelines are becoming more revealed to the 3D mainstream one and as the two worlds ‘collide’ as more souls awaken to them, there will be much to digest and process for many souls. Some will not be able to accept this reality and will choose, again, to leave the planet at this time. Others will get quite caught up in understandable outrage, despair, distrust, cognitive and emotional dissonance, and numbness/disassociation. The collective will go through the stages/phases of grief and those who are awakened to 5D reality will be hugely helpful during this processing and digesting time.

5D timeline – This is the more embodied sense that heaven on Gaia is already possible and can be accessed at any time by those who want to bridge to it and download it. Those anchored to this timeline have consciously and purposely gone through their own soul-led awakenings, death and rebirth processes, deep inner shadow work on personal and soul levels…and continue to do and be so as is needed. This 5D timeline offers what is possible to experience on this planet…..the remembrance of what our soul knows is possible of love, Unity consciousness, equal distribution of wealth/abundance, balanced resource allocation and usage from the Lemuria/Atlantis timelines and from other galactic, higher frequency timelines as well. There is a sense of Star Family support, communication and connection that provides a bigger picture sense of the technologies, DNA activations, and downloads that are available.

From this place, there is a sense of observation, deep compassion, and offering love to ALL souls and all of the timelines that are playing out. From this place, there is a sense of honoring all that is happening and, at the same time, offering an invitation for those who are drawn to move into a place of deeper trust, love, peace and acceptance in their daily reality…starting from within.

This is a definitely a deeper phase of humanity’s great awakening. An intense birth canal of necessary death and rebirth to move into the New. Whatever phase/stage you are at in this process, whatever timelines you are choosing to understand and BE in, there is much love and compassion from the Divine toward us ALL and a steady beacon of love that we can tune into any time that we need it.

Divine Love Ambassadorship As The Great Battle For Awakening Continues

I am in the middle of a battlefield. It is a battle over hearts, minds, and souls. The forces on each team are polarized against each other, so long locked in this fight that they can no longer see and feel that they come from the same Divine source.

The shouts of pains and the screaming of hurts are loud here, the suffering nearly unbearable to feel. One side claims to be for the good, yet the fever pitch of their outrage and need for vengeance speak to an underlying deep and undigested fear and even hatred. The other side has embraced their darkness, finding solace in their shadows and in places that have become long numb to feeling any empathy for others.

I find Celeste, my healing Orphan/Divine child here in the middle of this battlefield. She is glowing, a bright white light emanating off of her in a six feet radius all around her. I am alarmed to find her here, in the middle of such intense and dark energies, although she seems to have a bubble of safety and protection around her. She toddles into my arms as soon as she sees me and immediately bursts into tears. I ask her why she is here and she answers that she couldn’t help herself. So many souls were in pain and she wanted to be an ambassador like me, she wanted to help them. I imagine there are many Orphan and Inner Children that feel the same way and have the same impulse right now.

I move her quickly away from the battlefield and to Kuan Yin, who has been guiding me on this journey to feel sacred humanity’s death and rebirth process. With Celeste safely tugged into my arms, I join Kuan Yin on the sides of the battlefield, sitting now in lotus with Her. I can now see that the battleground is tucked inside of a valley…what I have long felt to be the Shadow of the Valley Of Death in the Lower 4D dimension.

This is the valley that we ALL seem to need to journey across to move into the Golden Earth/5D Heaven on Earth waiting for us on the other side of it. This is the valley that holds our souls dark night journey, our reckonings, our push-pulls……for however long it lasts and is needed for our own growth. I can see that they are those souls engaged in the battle on the field, completely caught up in the light versus dark argument, lost in the defense of their own perspective, unable to feel the goodness in each other.

Then, there are those who are spectators, watching this battle from the sidelines. The spectators no longer wish to battle themselves. Yet, they cheer and they rally. They encourage the battle to continue. They are nearly as obsessed with winning as the players themselves, feeding each other on fear and temporary victories. They are still looking outward for entertainment, for answers, and for distractions.

I can feel now that the Magdalenes and Yeshua have joined me and many other Divine Feminine guides, Ascended Teachers, Angels, Higher Dimensional Star BEings, and awakened humans/teachers/wayshowers/healers. Suddenly we are each holding a lit candle in our right hands and a red rose in our left hand. Illumination being offered to the inner Divine masculine and stillness/arising beauty being offered to the inner Divine feminine, both of these energies within us ALL seeking to be in union and balance again.

We sit in silence yet our higher heart chakras begin to emit and broadcast a frequency of peace, forgiveness and love. It is a powerful yet very gentle energy. It is no ‘match’ for the shrieking and ampy energies on the battlefield as we cannot compete with that….yet, eventually, it begins to draw some of the souls on the field and off of it. They start to turn their attention away from the battle and toward our frequency of light.

Some of them begin to leave their positions in the spectator stands and join us. As they walk through the gaps we make for them between us, they are then transported/teleported to Golden Earth/5D Gaia. They are swept away to the Heaven AS Earth that is waiting for all of us. It is clear that every single soul needs to make this choice on their own timing. The choice to turn away from what they have been conditioned to find entertaining. What they have been taught is nourishing. The choice toward that which is subtle, that which is gentle, that which offers a middle way with no more battles inside or out.

We sit together as Ambassadors and we do not convince, we do not argue, and we do not rescue or save any of these souls. We can see how big each and every soul is, no matter how dark their choices. Every soul serves a purpose and has a role to play in the bigger Divine experiment. They ALL come from the Divine and so they are invited to return now…..or not. We are the midwives who offer support as each soul chooses to birth its Divine essence into expression….or not.

We will wait for them either way even as we remain anchored in the 5D energies that support us and don’t lower our frequencies to engage in battles again. We wait for them here…..offering the possibilities of moving beyond fighting, becoming sacred humanity. Offering the possibilities of becoming LOVE once again.

Possible Internet/Phone Blackout Phase Coming As Deeper Collapse In The 3D Matrix/Cabal System Happens

I keep seeing in other places from other resources and hearing guidance around it myself that there is a possibility of going into a blackout phase or ‘ten days of darkness’ as Q has called it by Sunday or a bit later, April 1st. Blackout in this case would mean no Internet access or outbound/inbound phone service (other than emergency broadcasts) during this time. Electricity and water services would still be available.

This MAY be starting by Wed, April 1st and going for then ten days after that with ‘most of this’ cleared up by Easter. Now, this is just ONE possible timeline so I’m not offering that it will for sure happen as so many timelines seem to be unfolding at once right now. This is a good one to be prepared for, however, as it would probably also accompany being given strict ‘stay at home’ orders. It is a good idea to have at least two weeks worth of food and other essential supplies at your home at this time to be able to ride this out. It could be a good time for fasting and cleansing as well if you are being guided to do that.

During this blackout time, there may be enactment of the emergency broadcast system on our phones and we could then be communicated with about what is really going on to some degree about the fall of the Cabal, mass arrests, switch over from Cabal systems to transitionary ones, etc. During this blackout is when they would educate and bring into awareness souls who aren’t aware of what has been going on, including with taped confessionals, etc. although I still feel this will be done gradually over time as to minimize shock for people.

Raphael Awen and I shared about the Coronavirus (which is a real virus created and planted by the Cabal) more in a livestream where we responded to questions, gave resources for you to do your own research and provided a guided meditation. We offered in the livestream (as have many others) that the virus has been greatly amplified and is being used as a cover/screen to protect and keep all of us safe in our homes, get people off the streets, while mass arrests (some of which have already happened In Italy and Mexico and been reported) are going on. Many Cabal members (including famous people and celebrities) have ‘caught the virus and are going into self quarantine’ which is actually house arrest and/or detainment. Many CEOs of corporations have resigned or stepped down. The deeper stages of these activities are than being anticipated to happen possibly during the blackout itself.

The other piece that is hopeful is the clearing of most of this by Easter, Sunday April 12th so that there isn’t too much impact on our economic systems and daily life structures. Yet, emerging out of this is a definite rebirth process for us all without the previous suppression and control that we have lived with all of our lives! There is a sense of being cleansed on the other side of this and suddenly having so many previous suppressions and restrictions lifted away!

I am offering this as guided to, of course, and you can take it in as you feel resonant or not as well. I do feel us VERY loved in this whole movement going on and I have from the beginning. This love and forgiveness too extends to ALL players in this current game and drama as we are ALL from the Divine ultimately, no matter how far some separate from the light.

This is an important phase of our liberation process in which many more souls will awaken as a result of it!

SoulFullHeart Teachers/Facilitators and Ascension Guides Raphael and Jelelle Awen hosted this live Q&A, energy update, and guided meditation that originally aired March 25th, 2020. They answer questions, respond to comments and digest the coronavirus/COVID-19 outbreak and the 3D Matrix dismantling that they feel is going on behind-the-scenes of it for which the virus is being used as a smokescreen or cover up for it.

The questions asked during the livestream were about this cover up, how to communicate with those who aren’t aware of the Cabal, and more.
