My Process Of Transitioning To Living On Less Food and More Prana/Light – Day 1

Binkh, my Arcturian aspect, came forward at my request today because I am wanting to upgrade my body, cells, DNA, digestive system, endrocine system, etc. to ultimately make the switch over from needing physical food to living on prana/light energy. I’ve now started an extended juice ‘fast’ (day one!) which is really about engaging the light body’s innate ability to live on prana.

This morning I was inspired to listen to my own guided meditation video to connect with Arcturian energies and an Arcturian Healing Chamber. It felt very supportive, touching, and also activating as I connected with Binkh and drifted in the healing chamber for awhile. I could feel the necessary karmic densities I have been exploring and clearing for awhile, ready to move now into integration and release.

I’ve done 30+day fasts with no food and water/juice in the past and particularly felt a significant switch over with Binkh one time who rewired my digestive system to run on light and not physical food. For the last year or so, it has felt like I am saying goodbye to physical food and eating what I enjoy, yet still vegan, mostly no sugar, no gluten, organic etc. There were still parts of me attached to some social aspects of eating and related to being a mother as well.

It now feels like time to transition again as my body is putting on weight, storing fat, because my sense is that it really doesn’t need the food I’ve been eating. I also feel this is contributing to my ‘aging process’ experience and more intense perimenopausal symptoms. Plus, I am having bloating and indigestion with everything that I eat now no matter how healthy or light it is. My soul/Divine Self is offering that it is time, also easier with all of these abundant sun codes coming in too (which are a ‘food’ of their own, along with Gaia/nature codes, sound healing, sacred sexuality, etc.)

The first stage of this extended fast/transition in my experience is always a detox of any processed foods, toxins, densities that have been digested. This is the only time I’ve experienced ‘hunger’ which is usually more about indigestion and difficulty processing the food as it is moving out than it is real hunger.

The next stage is a deeper detox as the cells clear, autophagy and ketosis kick in. These are more the usual fasting phases. Deeper emotional attachments to eating and food can come up at this stage too, to be felt and held. There can be feelings of deprivation or forcing too, although it is then good to just go back to eating something to ease this if it is very strong, negotiating with parts/soul aspects as needed. This is not about forcing anything or ‘will powering’ your way through it.

The next stage is when the soul starts kicking in. I’ve received major downloads and upgrades of support at this stage from metasoul aspects of mine who also lived on light to some degree/did extended fasting for spiritual/religious reasons. Also, support from Binkh and galactic aspects who have never eaten physical food. The overall feeling is increasing energy levels, increasing soul clarities, less sleep needed, and less thoughts/needs for food.

The next stage (which I would like to experience) is the true detachment from food, where it truly is a choice and an option. Many of those who don’t eat and live on prana for many years may choose to still have a bite or two occasionally. Yet is the freedom of choice and my body running completely on light that is most desirous to me.

I do feel that living on light is eventually inevitable in humanity’s ascension with many phases that we would go through before then. Starvation is a very convincing Matrix programming that keeps so many souls trapped. Our ‘food’ now is hardly food, with so many toxins, chemicals and processing going on…not to mention the killing frequencies of eating animals.

I’ll share more as I go on my transition journey as people are usually curious about it. I have noticed that not many awakened souls have fasted, even for a day or longer, and that feels to me like it represents the deep conditioning/programming that we have about the necessity of physical food and a fear to let it go, even for a short while. I do highly recommend fasting, esp now during this eclipse window, as many benefits/gifts come from it.

Our Divine Self and souls remember many lifetimes esp in Lemuria where there was little food consumed and only the most fresh fruits/vegetables. Tapping into our soul’s memory beyond the matrix programming is a huge support!

The Causes Of Inner Work & Ascension ‘Burnout’

It’s not uncommon to hear about how burnt-out, frustrated, and DONE people feel when it comes to their own Ascension and awakening journeys. There are so many things that can make someone feel this way and there are different ways to look at why this is happening, from the inside out.

The No Man’s Land Of Our Collective Grief

If we take a step outside of this most challenging polarity moving through us right now as a species, we see where there’s something none of us really comfortable feeling.

If the anti injection people are correct, then there’s a wave of destruction and fear that is already here and scaling up at a pace we can only guess at.

If the pro experimental injection people are correct, then our sovereignty and autonomy is best left in the hands of a governing body who are better equipped to lead our lives.

Either way, we are giving up something of such huge proportions. I don’t think there’s a single one of us yet who’s felt the deepening scale of this.

Raging at it, or turning over and accepting it feel like two polarized ways of starting to work through it, but there’s still a huge no man’s land that I haven’t seen anyone step into.

In that no man’s land is something to feel.

Trying to describe it almost does it a disservice, for it can only really be felt, not described. But it has something to do with mourning and grief on a scale we haven’t known in this life.

Life as you and I knew it is changing rapidly, daily and minute by minute. Something big is dying and not returning, regardless of which side of the issue(s) you find yourself on.

People on both sides of the polarity believe they have spared themselves from some personal suffering. ‘According to their beliefs’, as Yeshua would say, ‘so be it unto them’. Beliefs are such strong personal reality creators, but they only go so far.

There’s a shared reality that whether it’s recognized or not, is happening. That reality is the shared boat we are sailing in. The hole in your end of the boat IS actually an issue to me. There’s only one boat, even as we are afforded individual bubbles within that boat, but OUR boat is sinking.

We all chose to be a part of this transition, and to give up a quality of an old life to be a part of anchoring in a new life. Whether you are injection injured, (and my heart breaks for you if you are) or out promoting getting the next booster, we are going somewhere.

There’s somewhere we won’t be returning to.

That change calls into question every plan, every intention, every purpose, every sense of meaning. All of it is up for continual revision as we sort through what can and does feel crazy making and disorienting.

Nothing makes sense in the old way. In the interim, we’re all grasping for the new way that isn’t quite here yet.

I don’t know any other way to be with it, other than to feel this surrender to what is, open my heart to being further activated into this care for myself and our beautiful collective that would choose such transition through such confusion as a planetary group soul’s higher choice and service to the divine’s unfolding of itself through us.

WE chose this. WE created it. The polarity is of OUR creation. When you accept that, you get baptized into being a YOU in service of the WE.

You get to care. You get to feel. You get to mourn. You get to weep the tears others aren’t ready yet to weep. You even get to thrive in love as you take part in honoring the death all around.

You get to be in the real moment that is here now.

And in that moment we see that the deeper our polarities, the deeper our shared reality.

Spiritual Mastery As An Avoidance Of Vulnerability

The path of spiritual mastery or attainments has been basically useless to me for several years, other than to often trip me up in comparison or self judgment games.

The thing was, I used to be able to muster some impressive consistent self discipline and regimen, set goals and stick to them, and that way of being in life doesn’t let go easily, even as it collapses at the same time.

I don’t think I’m alone in this by a long shot. I think what I’m feeling personally is more of a reflection of what the masculine is coming to terms with now as consciousness itself shifts and changes.

Mastery served us well for a time to come to know our power. It moved us from an inferiority complex, but now threatens us with a superiority complex. Both however are non-relational and both are non-vulnerable, and both don’t actually have mastery over anything in the bigger picture of what we really want and need.

At nineteen, I went out jogging every single day for over a year, without missing a day, rain, snow or shine. How I felt didn’t matter, other than holding onto this feeling of I can do whatever I set my mind to. I thought at the time that I’d do this for the rest of my life, because with each passing day, my record of achievement was getting bigger, better as well as harder to lose.

That’s the thing with attainment and spiritual masteries. They are like rolling a stone up a hill that will one day succumb to gravity, and the higher up you roll the stone, the greater its velocity and path of destruction to your self perception and who knows what else when it gives way to nature, as it is sure to do one day.

Men particularly have been so addicted to doing the right thing and the good thing, the thing that once did have meaning, purpose and even connection, with love, life and nature, that they naturally fear letting go of. It matters less how noble the thing, just heaven forbid that you should be without some animating thing.

How could something so good lose its value over time?

If all this mastery and attainment grasping is becoming an old way, is there a new way that wants to come in its place? I have my ideas and answer to this, but do you have a sense of your arising truth around this?

Maybe mastery was just a placeholder holding us as men in a place of being mastered over, until we were ready to enter a whole new dimension of mystery, coming to know our power through the doorway of vulnerability and transparency?

Paul talked about the ‘schoolmaster of the law’ being over us until being introduced to Christ consciousness, which is more about being changed in core nature. Was he already hinting at this two thousand years ago?

It seems the old way of gaining mastery was really about gaining mastery over our vulnerability and never having to be transparent. We were holding a suppressive lordship over ourselves.

You may still be feeling like a millionaire holding some masteries, but I’ll bet life isn’t supporting you any longer to naturally sustain that. All the millionaires and billionaires of today are finding it harder and harder and super costly to effort sustaining those holdings.

These feelings are coming up for me today as I have an opportunity to have a session later today with a dynamic man and big soul who has a heartcry unfolding. I could feel some tension inside and went inwards to feel what it was about.

I connected with all of my inner masculine aspects of me from this life and other timelines that I feel living in me differentiated and unique, and asked their reactions to meeting with a man.

Here’s the pieces that came back to me in dialogue with them. (It feels good to get to the underlying push and pull and where and how it lives in parts of us and their needs. Now, we don’t try and fix the fade on one mastery with another mastery campaign somewhere else.)

“I don’t like men who speak their truth as thee truth without acknowledging their belief system that gave birth to those truths. They don’t feel safe or kind.” Marvin

“I don’t feel comfortable being around men who energize their spiritual mastery or attainments. It doesn’t feel real to me. If they are onto something, I feel stuck in a comparison game or left out. Mastery just hasn’t worked for me in decades. The mastery path as we’ve known it feels non relational and non vulnerable.” Wayne

“I’d like to serve men again. I feel trust that we know we won’t hurt or harm without care and kindness, but I also know that we and you and us are going to need to be awake, ready, in our stance, on our game, with our truth, not letting reactions get internalized. Men are looking for a mirror of truth.” Arthur

“You have a magic in you, Raphael, and that gets to come out and serve and be given when you simply be you, transparenting whatever you are feeling. I like serving men because then we get to dance in the magic and be around other mens magic too.” Charles

Bearing The Burden Of Love’s Unsolvable Mystery

Realizing that all of your awakening is only ever but a measure is humbling. Then realizing that infinity bears no measure is more humbling still.

We are all in the awakening and we are all in the slumber. Love is playing with us, dancing with us, wanting to come to know itself through us, knowing that it never will and never wants to because of its own infinity. It just does what it does for the joy, reverence awe and wonder of it all.

Love invites you to meet with it there, in the unknown, in the surrender, where every mistake is an infinite success, where every pain is the source of unspeakable healing.

You bear the burden of love’s unsolvable mystery.

You can’t be solved or fixed because even your belief that you needed fixing is all a part of this mystery of being.

This being that you are; infinite, pretending with your measuring tape; omniscient, pretending to be missing a memo; omnipresent, pretending to be in one place at one time; omnipotent, pretending to be lacking something, ALL is love at play.

You have lots of awakening to do, but not for the attainment of it, for it literally gets you nowhere.

But when you get there, you won’t ever want to go back, and you won’t want to stop dancing with this love moving through you.

Feeling The Portal Of Aging W/Grace Rather Than Fighting It

I had one of those beautiful, expansive and celebratory days with Raphael yesterday beginning with making love in the morning, a long, much needed walk in the gorgeous mountain valleys near us, and celebrating the passionate expression weave that came through in our Beltane livestream. It was an opening out after both of us going inward to feel despair and heaviness of a mostly karmic sort together as I shared about recently. It felt like an exhale too after so much being activated by the recent energies coming through in the solar flares, eclipse, and more.

This goodness seemed to push up some more ‘oil’ to feel, as it so often does for all of us. I was feeling today with a new inner mother part of me named Hera (yes after the wife of Zeus) about the aging process for women and all that it brings up in terms of self consciousness, insecurity, feeling like you don’t matter or ‘count’ or are invisible somehow, and ‘fighting’ aging rather than embracing it.

My birth mother would ‘battle’ these signs of aging with everything she had and would be encouraging me to do the same if we were still in relationship together (which we haven’t been by my soul’s choice for over ten years now.) She would probably be encouraging me to use the ‘tools’ now at our disposal such as fillers, plastic surgery, hormone replacement therapy, and more. So I feel this emptiness in any template for aging gracefully and naturally, in the culture and in my own experience.

I have always been more the holistic and natural sort of soul. With my medicine woman and priestess roots being so strong in my soul, there is a sense of connection to the natural and the pure as being the most beautiful and resistance to anything inorganic, chemical, and invasive. Even with this strong soul grounding, I could feel in this part of me how the programming and conditioning to feel unworthiness as you age is ingrained at a cellular level.

This is becoming more heightened in me as I turn 50 next month. To my soul consciousness age really means very little and my soul ‘eyes’ do not even see it or notice it, especially in others! Yet, to my conditioning and to this part of me, there is a meaning in moving out of my 40s. And the physical signs of aging are being noticed more too now as my metabolism slows and I gain a bit of weight even while I continue to eat quite light, do yoga and other exercise. Also, I am experiencing more gray hairs, wrinkles, more sagging skin and the period cycles with hormonal dips that are becoming more intense yet also more sporadic as I move into the deeper stages of perimenopause.

I started to feel as I let Hera cry it out with me this morning that Divine Mother wants to wrap us both up with love in response to this. I could see/feel Mother Mary coming forward and just holding us both with so much sense of our beauty and grace. It started to go in and I am also blessed to be able to share all of this vulnerably with my beloved, my daughter, and my precious community and be felt by them in it too.

The aging process and our relationship to it really has been so hijacked by the matrix to idealize young beauty and suppress the wise woman beauty and wisdom from coming through. I can feel what a powerful ‘force’ this wise woman is and how much she is missing from our culture. There will be lots of interesting things to feel and teach about this feels like as I continue to experience it myself.

And I feel this is true for men as well who may not have as much judgement on them physically as they age, yet have their own internal pressure built up around their competency, adequacy, relevancy, performance, potency (esp sexually) etc. And relationships/sacred unions aging together too is an interesting ground as well as Raphael and I shift into a deeper ‘hotness’ expression of sexuality that is more and more soul based even as it grounds in the physical. Rather than going flat or dead, we seem to be moving into more depth of intimacy together.

Mostly, I am FEELING this aging process as a portal to experience my soul and Divine feminine self within my body. Not to fight it, yet rather to embrace it…..allowing the full range of feelings that come up around it along with continuing to take care and love my body in the ways that I know work for it. And I want to help heal this fight against aging collectively and to offer a new template in the mother/daughter templating relationship too around it.

Energy Update: Beltane/Eclipse Opening Karmic Metasoul Timeline Portals In Sacred Union

Energy Update: My goodness, wow, there is a lot to feel and coming up in response to/activated by all these celestial ‘events’ and energies!

For the last two days, I’ve been in a deep karmic ‘tunnel’, feeling, seeing, and experiencing energies from another lifetime heavily overlaid on my own and just BEing with them and the soul aspect who feels them. Allowing lots of tears, physical tiredness and need for rest has been so important, plus lots of processing/sharing time with my mate Raphael too.

This Metasoul aspect of mine (as we call them rather than ‘past life’) is named Lorna, a powerful Avalonian High Priestess who walked away from her position for many reasons in her lifetime, yet mostly to follow the call of her heart in mateship with Raphael’s metasoul aspect ( a Christian king named Lionel). Of course, this union was ‘forbidden’ and they hid in the shadows with their affair….longing for each other yet not able to ‘be together.’ This is a reoccurring theme for Raphael and I over many, many lifetimes and what we came here to heal together this life. The priestess and the king, being in different ‘worlds’ yet our twin/pairbond calling us to connect and heal the separation wound there.

Being able to be together and be in our power/gift expression together is the opportunity we’ve chosen in this life. It is A LOT to let in and even nearly 14 years later, we are still in this process together of inhabiting this.

As is the case in truly non-compartmentalized sacred union in which we are in constant physical/emotional/mental connection together yet also individuating, this invitation to have and be in what we haven’t gotten to be in before brings up all kinds of things to feel such as grief, distrust, insecurity, fear of loss, desire to control/grasp, unworthiness and much more.

During this powerful Beltane/Union passage and supported by the Black Moon eclipse energies (along with the recent planetary alignment and ongoing solar flares), Raphael and I went into this lifetime together (which isn’t in the ‘past’ at all yet occurring in the Quantum Now), dropping into the energies of Lionel and Lorna and facilitated a feeling/bridging to them. They ‘get’ to be together in their lifetime too finally and get to lead together, seeing where that takes them. Their union fortifies and supports the union between Raphael and I too, opening up a gift exchange. Left unfelt, their resistances and fear creates blocks to intimacy and deepening for Raphael and I.

I feel to share this tender process as it is the best example I can offer of the kinds of energies you may be experiencing and emotions too, yet may not always know or feel a ‘way’ to be with them. There is a massive lifting of the veils happening where the previous amnesia we have had about other lifetimes and soul themes is dissolving. Whether you are in sacred union right now or single, your soul is inviting you to heal the separation wounds within you and in your experience in order to move into more union on all levels.

The energies of the eclipse bring up and out these timelines/lifetimes and it’s HOW we are with them that can make a big difference in our experience and what we can leverage from them. I so love truly being able to dialogue with, feel, and grow with these soul aspects and parts of myself, over years sometimes, and in an ever deepening way. Not just in a one time regression session, yet in a truly relational way that is ongoing.

Healing the separations that create and feed our fear…moving into more union within and together…THIS is why we are here in this life where so much more is possible than ever before!

“This must sound like a complete dream to so many, a real dream, but a dream nonetheless, to have this kind of feeling access to other timelines.

It might feel quite ‘attained’, but my personal experience is more about the guts it takes to be willing to feel and digest all there is to feel in these karmic bonds and binds, and how they are expressing in the current of our current. It did take deep process and choice, but for a soul who’s ready to go here, my truth is that you will be surprised how immediate the openings are and how you will be graced and paced by love and the divine to hold it all.

Feeling this pair bond yesterday took me into some deep tunnels of despair feeling Lionel, which resonates so deeply with the despair inside so many men right now. It’s all connected and it’s all asking to be answered.

If you’re feeling that you need to stay on top of things if you’re going to be a resource to others, I’d invite you to think again. We are in this ride together and there are things to feel that feel like hell, and it is through those hells that you get relieved of the pretense of being something you are not and it is through those hells that you get truly empowered to be of useful and profound service for what is at hand now.

There’s lots more shit to come and unless we drop our roles, we’re going to just plain suffer deeper and deeper. If we are ready to go deeper, there is, I’m convinced (much of the time) that there is so much goodness awaiting us. That is not only my hope, but my daily ongoing experience.

I am so glad to be in the resolution of these timelines with you, Jelelle, and all of our discovered Metasouls. Energy Update: Fear/Trauma Cellular Clearings w/Ongoing Solar Flares, Planetary Alignment & Upcoming Eclipse

Energy update: Major cellular clearings this week of fear, trauma, programming, conditioning, and separation wounding going on with these ongoing solar flares, planetary alignment and the upcoming eclipse! This is a messy, sometimes scary, crazy making, and DEEP activation time for many of us.

The VERY large sunspot complex that is now Earth facing erupted twice in quick succession today April 25th, producing an overlapping pair of M1-class solar flares, according to spaceweather.com. Solar flares bring in a sudden, high frequency of plasma/photonic light/radiation at once along with sacred masculine activations….and there have been dozens of them (including a few of the most powerful X class flares) recently.

The planetary alignment of Saturn, Mars, Venus, Jupiter and the moon (along with the upcoming conjunction of Venus and Jupiter coming on Saturday) offers visual alignment to feel what has been out of alignment. Each planetary body has a consciousness frequency that we can tune into in certain ways to receive the messages/insights/upgrades from as well while connecting to these energies within us.

Many of you have been sharing about feeling an increasing intensity in emotional and physical reactions especially during this last week with all this cosmic activity. You are NOT alone in this experience even if those around you aren’t as conscious about being impacted by them. These are powerful energies coming into our inner and outer atmospheres, inviting us to move into more alignment of our Divine Self, Divine Union, and Sacred Union.

I feel that this it is not about being victim to these energies and a quick ‘oh that’s why I feel this way’ response or ‘blaming them’ for what we are going through. Yet rather to USE the reactions that come up in response to these energies to learn more about yourself, feel it, and even understand WHY it is coming up in the way it is. They offer another portal of growth if we move out of resisting them and into embracing them.

When I felt a particular strong wave of fear and anxiety moving through at 3am recently, I felt an immediate bubble of Divine love surround me to hold it. I let it move through me and connected with the part of me feeling it (as I am practiced to do for all these years). This part of me needed some immediate reassurance and comfort, letting the Divine ‘help’ her in that moment.

Yet, I also recognized later that a bubble of karmic fear/distrust was moving out of the ground of my relationship with Raphael to allow more masculine leadership/passion expression from him. Trusting this expression (which came out very powerfully in his post yesterday) is the ground of our growth together as we come into more union around our leadership passion expression AND our passion for each other, which has often been separate/polarized in many lifetimes. There is much more to share about this later from our ongoing deepening with each other in brand new ways for our souls in this life!

Allow your Divine Self to respond to whatever you are feeling and your soul can then expand your awareness, lift veils, and guide you to the specific connections/bridges needed within you. This opens up more trust, joy, and movement out of the fear and into love again. The defensive/egoic parts of us often want to hide, bypass, avoid, or transcend the ‘mess’ in favor of the bliss. Or to look for easy answers and solutions for why it is going on. OR to continue rounds of suffering around it all, keeping us alone, isolated, cut off, and in flatness.

We can now be a bigger presence in the room with these scared yet sacred protective energies with us, bridging to a Divine support that can comfort and activate us.

Masculine Energy Update: April 24, 2022

‘What can be shaken will be shaken’ and that’s pretty much everything.

If you thought you could create an unshakeable life, I imagine that you are either humbly and willingly reconsidering that presupposition or you are simply being forced to reconsider it.

Every electron that makes up every atom in every cell is in an oscillating push and pull kind movement. It is energy in motion and it’s trillions of times over just inside of your body alone. The solar rumblings that are going on are a macrocosm of the microcosm. You have your own ‘coronal mass ejections’ and solar flares happening inside of you on the quantum scale trillions of times over. You are not only affected by the sun, but you are affecting the sun as you are in quantum entanglement with all consciousness.

Every consensus reality that we’ve created in relationship to purpose, meaning, identity, money (exchanging ourselves in the world), romance, all of it is rumbling like never before. And it is crazymaking for our conscious minds to attempt to sort out as our conscious minds are not trained to handle this degree of shaking.

There is often nothing to do but surrender to the ride in the unknown and trust as best you can. Something from beyond our normal waking consciousness is going to have to meet you to sustain you in order to not overly suffer through this legitimate and inescapable suffering.

Take the practice of ghosting for example, that’s becoming so the norm in dating and in the workplace where recruiting is concerned. These are Titanic like behaviors of people who intuitively know that the ship is sinking, that there really is no tomorrow worth trusting in and that the default agenda is to get the most pleasure out of the immediate moment because that’s all there is. Do it at anyone else’s expense because me and my pleasure is all that matters. As nasty as that behavior is, it’s also part of the rebirth. These old masculine structures are emitting a heart cry for a death doula to assist them in completing the arc of their usefulness in our consciousness evolution, and so even the densest of hearts and souls respond to this heartcry.

Love never has allowed unanswered suffering to sustain, but love has not been afraid of allowing suffering to spike. We are in a spike like never before that is connected to, amplifying as well as answering all previous spikes.

Consciousness is reinventing itself, and it’s doing that through you and me, in your life and mine as we know it. Naturally, we feel it first as it affects how we feel as individuals, our personal life as we know it, how we feel today, but we are invited to feel it in the collective and here is where we find some answer for a balm to soothe the craziness we feel inside.

For me, in times like this, it often arises in an out of nowhere kind of feeling, of feelings of loss of wellbeing, meaning, purpose, rest and trust. I will consciously be able to feel how I have so much to be grateful for, but in these moments, I’ve lost all conscious feeling tones of that expanded gratitude. Instead, it feels gross, contracted, fearful, anxious, and hopeless. All is falling apart. There is a me there who can hold it with some self love around the experience, but the experience in moments can and does feel like it is almost all there is.

I’d love to take a poll here at this point and ask if you know of other spiritual teachers who’d be willing to admit this kind of reality inside. How many students and teachers are still busy in their ghosting worlds creating and cocreating these crumbling structures? Their purpose is just as sacred as mine, but theirs is stuck in a hell of a suffering loop if they are still busy selling wares on Titanic’s shifting deck; bullshit like how to turn your spiritual offering into a six figure or seven figure income. Six or seven figures of crumbling shit I might add!

My point is that everything is being transparented. By that I mean that everything that has been hidden is in process of being revealed. The big darknesses and the little ones. It’s not a morality police kind of revealing though. It is rather a revealing of finding and seeing how we are all one. What we do to an other, we do to ourselves. What ‘the one’ goes through, we can’t escape feeling it. Your unshakeable reality will be shaken to the place where the only salvation will be in getting real.

Getting real with yourself, with the divine, and with others. It’s the only mirror in which you will be afforded a picture of yourself that will be of any help. And incidentally, YOU do matter and how YOU fare does matter. It’s not about getting over yourself. It’s about getting into yourself and coming alive and feeling how your thrival is inextricably connected with mine and everyone else’s. If you want to survive this shaking, let alone thrive in it, you’re going to have to figure out a way to give your deepest gifts, and those gifts are about getting real first.

And herein shall also be your greatest service. Even the darkest darkness like the current holocaust injection agenda and dominations over humanity are all a part of love’s unfolding story. Love has cooked up some cliffhanger plots that outdo anything we’ve ever seen written before, but this is the level of meltdown that is currently going on.

You see, your soul, your higher self, doesn’t see your comfort and survival in this 3D domain through the lens of your conditioned 3D self parts of you. These beautiful beings helped and help you do 3D as you’ve needed to, but now their vessel has been breached, they are at fatal threat until you can answer and reconcile what it is that you really want, and THEN, move towards it in some way.

Ascension Update: Intense Clearing Energies As Lower 4D Becomes The “Mainstream” Consciousness

Ascension Update: Intense clearing energies as 3D ‘mainstream’ collapses, 4D Karmic healing intensifies & 5D upgrades come in. This is such a truly unique time to be alive here now with ALL that is happening on physical/emotional/spiritual levels for humanity both in terms of what is releasing, collapsing and what is upgrading.

You may be feeling these intense energies on the physical body level, prompting a need for fasting or eating very lightly. It can be of great assistance to put all of your energy toward this clearing/upgrading process rather than toward digestion of physical food. Eating just fruit (with high light/water content) can also be helpful. Being very sleepy, need for rest and long naps, passing out and going ‘off line’ are also happening now along with various aches and pains occurring too.

Chronic illness and deep toxicity may be coming up now too…feeling ‘worse before better’ as the cells clear it out and there is no longer need for it. Our immune systems are also being upgraded to ‘survive’ whatever is coming next.

What we are experiencing now since the C and V narrative began to accelerate two years ago feels to me like it is the 3D mainstream collapse that so many of us have been feeling will happen, yet in a different form than perhaps we imagined it would. I’ve been seeing ‘collapse’ scenarios for over ten years now. I was attached to the Lower 4D picture/program of industrial collapse for awhile… we even relocated to Mexico for a time to create a sustainable sanctuary to live on an off-grid ranch in community. We were motivated then by the sense that it would all fall down and wasn’t sustainable, sensing that it was being fuelled by energies that were more about control and dominance than they were about balance and love in tune with Mother Gaia.

Then, during my time on the ranch, I awakened to the false AI-generated Matrix reality that has created our 3D ‘mainstream’ culture for so long. I felt that it would collapse, yet I didn’t initially see the bigger and darker agenda going on around it at first that was actually controlling THROUGH the technologies and dependency on energy grids. Understanding more now about the motivations of the Cabal and how it connects to the overall Ascension process for humanity, I could ‘place’ it more into that picture with trust in the Divine plan around it all….and include support/technologies being released eventually from Star Beings as part of the solution to what seemed like insurmountable problems otherwise.

3D culture has created a numbed and drugged sense of false safety, where self preservation and material attainment are the number one goals. Social media, mainstream media, education, and easy streaming entertainment 24/7 lulls us into compliance, easily programmable by all that we watch and take in. It was hard to imagine how it would collapse without ‘pulling the plug’ of the electrical and technology grids that fuelled it.

Yet, C has been a mercy in that it has woken us up out of this slumber. It has interrupted the routines of eat/sleep/work repeat; threatened financial security (as the money systems need to collapse too); and put physical ‘safety’ and the fear of body death as the most pressing motivation for ALL personal choice and governmental decisions so we could reconcile and heal our fear of it. C and the ways that it has been created, used and leveraged by the Cabal has brought us into the Lower 4D, collapsing the 3D world that was an addictive dream one in comparison. The ‘true’ dark Lower 4D agenda of depopulation, AI-control, transhumanism and genetic/DNA modification is being revealed now…aided hugely by poisonous mass Vs bioweapons being pushed on us all.

Being in the Lower 4D reality now AS our collective consciousness for the last two years has dropped many awakening souls into deeper states of depression/suicidal temptation, ego death, dissonance with their families/friends, chronic illness/body toxicity, soul karmic bleed throughs, difficulties/separations in relationships, and overall despair over how it will all resolve. This has been so challenging to navigate.

Yet also there is a sense of liberation going on here as the Dark timeline gets ‘so bad and so obvious’ it finally motivates many more to change. Being tuned into the Divine Mother, I always felt it would be an intense death/rebirth process that would be necessary for us to wake up and choose New Earth realities. It would take A LOT of collapse and deconstruction for us to choose something that is unknown to us, unsupported by the mainstream, and draws so much resistance/fear projection from others. It felt important to stay soberly grounded in this, even as I experienced a lot of joy and bliss on an ongoing basis as I embraced this process.

Yet, also, in this willingness to die and let go of something old in order to experience something new….we are met with so much love and support from the Divine that it is always ultimately worth it. We are increasingly coming to trust that loss is part of the process of being reborn. We are able to grief and mourn as needed, celebrating the new as it arises.

This is then what the death of 3D culture, our rebirth out of the Lower 4D transitional grounds and into 5D New Earth realities from WITHIN us looks and feels like. The densities of 3D toxic living and eating need to clear out and be released; the karmic soul patterns and traumas need to be consciously connected with and integrated; the 5D and higher energies that most support our light bodies, our Divine Self to embody and our heart open/expand need to be brought in and allow for upgrading.

It is challenging right now not to get stuck in the sticky web of the Lower 4D as it moves into mainstream collective experience. This can lead to over focus on the ‘outside’ and what is happening or not happening. This can lead to engaging in battles over the old rather than focus on creating the new. This can lead to ongoing suffering over being rejected, misunderstood, and vilified by others.

Most souls are not yet able in this moment to be conscious of how this shift into the Lower 4D is impacting them; the timelines that are opened out and now bleeding through: the karmic patterns that their soul has engaged with life after life. They have gone to others, such as mediums/psychics/spiritual teachers/channelers for this ‘information’ about themselves with mixed results and sometimes abuses occurring as they hand over their sovereignty to others with more ‘awareness’ than them.

We are meant now to go within for this information about ourselves. We can lift our own veils. We can channel our own Divine guidance. We can connect to any lifetime and timeline that is relevant for us to know and feel. We can hold the space for our own healing. These awarenesses and this access is becoming more available to us through the activations that are happening on DNA/cellular/body/heart/chakra levels that move us into deeper embodiment of our sacred humanity.

Awareness of how our ‘base reality’ as a collective is shifting can help with navigating this. Finding resonance within yourself and with your soul family provides a support bubble (of the truly best kind) to buffer you as needed from the intensities going on while you access this information for yourself. Discovering ‘outside’ help that is in integrity and empowers your sovereignty can assist in reconnecting to your higher knowledge. Seek out temporary bridges as needed and models in human and etheric form as you are guided by your higher heart to.

Surrender to the overall process that is happening here and Divine love can flood into your being…offering the sense that love is holding it ALL and always has.
