In this ninth video of my video series called Deepen 2020, I, Jelelle Awen, talk about the current collective and personal energies being amplified by the Supermoon energies and ongoingly as well. These energies are activating our higher heart spaces, connected to the collective fear and painful experience of separation from the Divine, masculine and feminine, and from within us.
I share about the SoulFullHeart process of healing the separation wound from within us by reunifying with parts of ourselves and soul fragments from other lifetimes. This creates more experience of Unity Consciousness and 5D reunion with the Divine in more moments, plus more objective space from the collective fear and separation wound energies. This process also brings in Divine Mother to hold the space for it with increasing embodiment and healing of inner feminine frequencies (for both men and women.)
In the meditation, we clear your higher heart space out and then settle in more higher frequency energies of Divine Feminine love with Mother Mary. Then, we raise your frequency by climbing UP and eventually arriving at your bridge to the 5D. The Seven Areas Of Life: Past, Present and Future

I decided recently to do my own version of this popular β€œDecade In Review” style post. One of the tools we use in SoulFullHeart to process where we are in our life, and where we want to be is using the β€œ7 Areas of Life”. These areas include Emotional, Spiritual, Social, Physical, Mental, Environmental and Financial. I thought it would be a really cool practice to use this to review where I was 10 years ago, where I am now, and where I’d like to be in the future. I felt into each area of life and processed my own personal past, present and future. I’ll write a little bit about what I discovered, I’ll include the article that I used as reference and I’ll attach an outline for you to fill out yourself!

This article is divided into the 3D/4D/5D versions of each of these areas of life. 3D being a denser frequency focused on a way of seeing the world through the 5 senses. Lower 4D has more of a rumbly feeling with the way you’ve always seen the world starting to change, often with feelings of anger, injustice and frustration. Upper 4D frequencies are when you start to heal a lot of your trauma and fear and in turn, return to love and peace inside of yourself. 5D is the higher self version of you that has little reaction and can move through life in flow, trust and love for everything and everyone while still being able to hold boundaries.

One thing I noticed about myself in this, is that 10 years ago I primarily resonated with the 3D version of these areas, currently I find myself closest to upper 4D and for my future I would love to reach a level of 5D conscious in all areas.

10 years ago: I find that I have no judgement of the 14 year old version of myself being more in 3D. She was young, kind and intelligent but had so much insecurity and fear that much of her reality was clouded over compared to its potential. She was also very shy and would rarely speak up in class, say her truth or admit any feelings that weren’t positive. Drama would happen all around her and she would do whatever she could to not be involved. She wanted to please everyone and be the perfect student/daughter/friend and later girlfriend.

She was very emotional, though not very aware of where her emotions came from or how they could actually affect others if left unhealed. Socially, she had the same friends since kindergarten but was about to move to Canada and embark on a completely new journey. This change in environment proved to massively change my self confidence and ability to take on new and scary situations. She was awakened to some spirituality a couple of years prior but wasn’t able to sustain much of this connection. At this point, she had no real desire to connect to spirituality and focused more on the mental aspect of her life. She is a vastly different person from who I am today but the essence of who I am was still there inside of her. Compassion, emotion, and joy.

Today: Feeling into who I am now helped me have so much gratitude for all of the hard emotional and spiritual work that I have done so far. So much unworthiness, insecurity and fear has been shed in the last 10 years and it’s because of every single experience that I have had. Whether they felt good or bad in the moment, I can see now the purpose for all of it.

In the last three years or so I have become SO much more in tune with parts of me and my emotions. Discovering the root causes of my fears and feeling them into healing. My connection to spirituality has substantially increased with experiences of kundalini, openings with the Divine and more relationships with my metasoul and galactic families. My social world has been a rollercoaster ride these last 10 years with much letting go of that which no longer served where I wanted to go and who I wanted to be. Now I have opened the doors for beings who inspire my spiritual journey and resonate on every level possible. I have changed environments in big ways including a move to Mexico and back to Canada which allowed me to appreciate the energy of where I live and cultivate a center inside of me that will stay with me anywhere in the world! Financially, I have an online job that allows me to spend my days working on my soul purpose, even if the job itself is not directly a part of that. I am so proud of where and who I am today. I am excited for even more growth but if I died today, I would be so happy with exactly where I’m at now, and I never thought I would be able to say that.

Future: I have such a clear and yet flexible picture for how I see my future. I imagine even less fear and reaction, more love flow in every moment, and deeper connections with resonant souls in my life. Travel is a huge desire of mine and connecting that to service is even more enticing. Having a property that is filled with our SoulFullHeart community while having phases of travel within that is probably number one on my list. I see myself serving others as a facilitator as well helping behind the scenes to organize, plan and design. My creativity has been flowing much more lately and I hope to connect these skills to my finances and service. I feel my relationship flourishing and deepening every day, helping each other grow and become loving mirrors for each other. Socially, I would love more women to connect with and have comfortable yet growthful experiences with. I would love to have less anxiety and less thoughts spinning around in my head. In this, I see more trust and flow with my mentality and existing more through emotion and intuition.

This practice was huge in helping me feel love for the 14 year old version of myself, gratitude for where I am now, and excitement for what the next 10 years hold! I highly recommend doing even a couple of these areas of life, especially the ones you are struggling with or would like to see movement in. It can be hard for parts of us to not judge where we are but it helps to see how far we’ve come! We are a beautiful and messy work in progress and we will never be the same soul that we were yesterday.

Energy Update: Moving Through Passageways to 2020 Clear Vision/Living

Energy Update: The rumblings of 11/11 continue a week ‘after’ the powerful gateway opening. I get this sense of a continuum of gateways with markers starting at 8/8, 9/9, 10/10, 11/11, 12/12 and then into 2020. They form a kind of interconnected HIGHway leading to the HIGHer. Each marker has been a passage, a moving through denser energies in order to vibrate in a higher frequency. This is leading to becoming more porous even as you are becoming more grounded into your body.
You may be settling already into your higher timeline revealed during the 11/11 portal or finding that there are still calibrations and even detoxifications to prepare to embody it more. You may have been prepping for it ahead of time so you could anchor in right away. Or NOW you are being energized by the 11/11 frequencies, they are illuminating what supports your essence and what does not.
2020 feels like wide open possibilities, truly anchoring into the New Gaia energies, collectively more and more (at a slower rate of course.) Yet, personally, if you are taking in these words, your rate and pace is ‘ahead’ of the collective. You have chosen to lead and to serve, to show the way, even if it feels murky at times, hard at times, more fear than love at times. That you ARE feeling, that you ARE awakening, that you ARE conscious of the Ascension process that is happening IS your service to others who have not woken up to this yet. In the Quantum field of Oneness, you are holding their awakening until they can claim it for themselves in this timeline.
Your willingness to continually feel and heal your traumas from this life and other lifetimes IS your service….not that you are in a perfected, absolute state before you can serve. You being in the thick of it, the process of it, in the transition of it WITH consciousness is showing the way for the rest of the collective, those souls who have signed up to awaken this life especially. You desire to grow fuels their desire to grow and also motivates the rest of your Metasoul fragments to wake up and heal as well (which then leads to quantum karmic healing and completion/resolution of soul patterns.)
Your capacity to lean into your own Metasoul, your brothers and sisters from other lifetimes/timelines, and into Divine guidance and love IS your service too. Allowing the unification of your soul fragments to come back together and form a team for you and with you. Letting go of the old way of self sacrifice and tuning into what is actually self loving, comes from self worth, and serves YOUR heart to overflow.
We are on our way into 2020….clear vision is possible in deeper ways, in expanded ways, and in ever more embodied ways. These passageways leading up to that clear vision, clear living and clear loving are sacred and important. Allow space for whatever needs to be felt and digested right now….even as tuning into your soul’s higher purpose here.

Energy Update: 11:11 Portal Opening Energies Offer BOOST Into Your Higher Timeline

Blessings and Love to you as we continue in this 11/11 portal! The codes, downloads, upgrades/activations (ALL!) available on these powerful days leading up to and beyond 11/11 provide a boost to awaken, to support, to clarify, to motivate, to inspire, to enliven, to encourage, to catalyze. The degree and depth you let them in is, as always, UP to you and what you (and parts of you) are ready for and wanting.

You may be feeling today, November 12, a lightening up in your heart space, in your physical body, and in your overall energy as well. Prepping to go through this portal felt similar to preparing to giving birth. There was some uncomfortableness, tension, purging, and feeling ‘taken over’ by the process at times. After giving ‘birth’ to the NEW you yesterday during 11:11, you can now BE with the higher frequencies coming in, receiving them into your heart, letting them enliven you.

There were timeline collapses in relationships, in jobs, in money situations prior to the 11:11 portal, starting even a month before it as well. The aftermath of these collapses, the ‘ash in the air’ reality experience of it, is something you may still be going through. Mourning and grieving ARE important, yet too is moving into more trust and joy that ALL loss right now is serving your higher timeline.

Your purpose of serving love is probably becoming clearer. This is meant to clarify with the 11/11 portal as MANY souls will be needed to support those newly awakening and those already awakening and those even leading too! The most important service of love right now could be to yourself and your own healing, so that you can eventually overflow to others from a place of self love and goodness. You are serving then from a place of genuine and embodied overflow, rather than self sacrifice or burden or over responsibility.

Yesterday, we gathered as a community to feel into the 11:11 portal and what it was offering us as a community and as individuals. We felt there was a clear delineation going on from the previous timeline anchored in a denser frequency (although fairly subtle at times) and what the portal was offering as a jump/boost/movement into the New one. There was a feeling of support for the expression of our essence, rather than our strategic/3D anchored self.

We each four stated what we wanted to ‘leave behind’, what we wanted to ‘take with us’, and made declarations and “I AM” statements for the 11:11 portal, receiving each other’s words into our hearts and into our collective as a group too. The sense of alignment between us, meeting on the ‘other side’ of the portal’s gateway, was very clear. And we felt the souls that are engaged in the SoulFullHeart process right now moving along with us in a deeper way as well.

Then, we went out had a wonderful day on the town together taking in the fall beauty, sharing a vegan meal, and doing some warmer clothes shopping.Β 11:11 unified us in intention as it feels like that is what it offers us individually and collectively as well.

This is a powerful process to engage in right now with these Infinite Love energies supporting you.

Take the space during these 11:11 portal days to go within. To be with the inhale of Gaia and the outflow of the Universe. The inhale of OM and the exhale of Ma (the Divine Mother) is my favorite mantra to feel connected to All That Is and my own heart too.

Take the time and space to FEEL yourself, your emotional body flowing like a river, and the deeper emotions that rumble and flow that can be harder to get to. Reach BEyond your mind and the content and details of everyday to connect with the Divine as the source of YOU and of ALL.

Let in what is offered JUST to you with so much love from your higher self, guides, the Divine……..and feel yourself AS Infinite Love!

Energy Update: Body Detox & Light Diet/Fasting Support 11/11 Light Body Upgrades

Energy Update: As we near the 11/11 portal, the body moves into a need for less food, higher frequency food, and overall more pure, less refined food. The ‘lighter’ you can eat, the more you can let in light. Light foods are those with a high water content, super foods, and not processed or refined in any way if possible. Following a light diet, which means ‘way of life’, supports the 11/11 upgrades that are coming in already.

It is also a good time for fasting and bringing in much more prana energy into your body to ‘replace’ the food. Fasting allows for a complete reboot of your body and leads to heightened states of altered consciousness, connection with the Divine and your Guides, lifted veil experiences, activation of your clairs, etc. Fasting can be about only drinking water for as long as you are guided to do that….or just drinking superfood smoothies and/or juices. Or, just not eating foods that are denser and of lower frequency. Your body will guide you on what it needs to take a break from, which may be temporary, or may end up being a lifestyle change.

There is a pattern of detoxification prior to these gateways as the energies coming through are of a higher vibrational frequency. You may be experiencing detox symptoms in your body already such as light headedness, nausea/stomach upset/indigestion, fevers, body aches/pains. These of course come up if you are also water fasting or fasting in other ways as you start feeling guided to ‘let go’ of certain foods. Common foods to let go are eating any animals or animal byproducts, gluten, refined sugar, vegetable oils, refined salt, etc.

Digesting the killing and suffering frequencies that come through when you eat animals or animal byproducts can be particularly difficult during these high frequency portals and gateways. Indigestion can be common as the light body rejects these denser energies, wanting fuel that comes from love, not pain. This is a way to feel into eating only plant-based, from an energetic perspective, along with how your Inner Child feels about it, which is usually a strong aversion to hurting any living, sentient being. These high energy portals can be a good time to make the transition to plant-based, reduced calorie and living on more prana energy as well as the support is there for it.Β 

Detoxification is the clearing out of your every living cell to make more room for light. What clears out can be years-long behaviours such as smoking or drinking alcohol to excess or eating processed foods. These denser energies are released through the cells, often coming ‘worse before better’ in terms of expressing as flare ups, break outs, etc. Yet, our bodies move increasingly into their own wisdoms, their immortality, and their health. Our glands upgrade, our bones upgrade, our organs upgrade, our DNA upgrades.

11/11 is an opportunity to support this upgrading process, this activation of your light body’s intelligence through a necessary detoxification process. Support is providing the best, highest frequency energy that you can to your body through high vibe foods, sound healing, energy healing, emotional body healing of traumas, soul healing of karmic patterns. Support is loving your body as much as possible through rest, baths, whatever movement/exercise feels right. Support is healing the unworthiness or judgements you may have toward your body so it can arise into the light again.

It is important to hold ALL decisions and choices about diet and food with love, not judgement or ‘shoulds’. As you allow love for your body to lead the way, it becomes more able to receive the adjustments and shifts that you are making. The energy you feel toward and about your body is the most important fuel it receives.Β

Energy Update: Moving From Afraid To Brave Into Your Higher Timeline Self/Life

Energy Update: These are Ascension love energies coming in now through this 10/10 into 11/11 (and into 12/12 too) portal that call us to discover our own inner courage. They invite us to tap into the bravery of our soul essence. They urge us as a collective to go to our next level together into the New Dawn of a New Age of Unity Consciousness Love. These energies are projecting the higher timeline versions of each of us coming more into our conscious awareness through the receiving of codes and upgrades to our physical/emotional/auric-chakra bodies.

The energies now and moving into 2020 ARE about your higher timeline self and life, what it looks and feels like, who you feel like as you live it….very specific details sometimes and more like vague visions at other times of this higher timeline. There isn’t just one possibility here. It certainly isn’t β€˜set in stone’ as every choice you make (whether based in fear or love) moves you closer toward one or another. These timelines are a spectrum, like rays radiating out from your central sun of this Now moment and your current expression of BEing.

Which ray/timeline you will follow is a matter of flowing with life, with love, and with your own joy. It is about choosing the new instead of the known. Risking the safe for that sparkling possibility of the New. Feeling the parts of you that are afraid and resistant to go into the new timeline and WHY they are.

Inner Protectors/Gatekeepers are coming UP stronger right now, along with Inner Punisher energies too. This is usually the more wounded masculine that is feeling its ground of operation being threatened so it is β€˜putting up a last fight’ in certain ways. Closing up the heart space, blocking codes from coming in, pulling away from known and previously trusted resources of community and space holders to be alone and isolated. Increasing the voice of judgement that creates cycles of shame and guilt and unworthiness in your Inner Child to keep it β€˜safe and small.’

These are denser, trailing edge energies in parts of you that need to come up to be felt and cleared in order to move into your higher timeline self/life. They need lots of love and supportive self space holding to receive forgiveness, compassion, and negotiation to ease their fears. This is their impulse, their fight and flight reactivity born and bred in 3D life…to bring up defenses that slow down and block and pause….rather than move forward.

Yet, these Ascension energies are meant to provide a boost to these parts of you that most need them. They are meant to be a balm to the edges, the pains, the sufferings of the wounded masculine within you so that it can transition to the clear, the brave, and the penetrating energy that it needs to be right now. These energies also support the inner feminine, who is so often buried and layered over by this masculine. The Divine Mother offers a template of an intuitive, sensitive, passionate, and trusting feminine to arise within you.

Ascension Codes Chakra Activation Guided Meditation W/Music – W/Jelelle Awen (Video)

This guided meditation video has been in my heart to do for quite awhile and is per request from people who wanted a longer meditation with me set to music. It is over 40 minutes of pure guided meditation, just my voice and high frequency music in the background. Like taking a sound bath for the chakras, heart, and soul!

 

One of the important aspects of navigating the ongoing Ascension process can be to actually bring in the codes that are becoming available to you through Solar, Great Cosmic Sun, Lunar, and Galactic sources. Bringing them into your chakral and auric fields allows for smoother experience for your body and fewer Ascension body symptoms.

All codes contain frequencies of Infinite Love from Divine Source. You are more able to receive these codes when your vibrational frequency is higher, unanchored from the 3D matrix, and your emotional body is healing and transmuting out of undigested trauma and pain frequencies. These codes are personal to you and meant to facilitate your ‘next level’ embodiment of higher vibrational frequencies. Codes can be in the form of sacred geometry, number sequences, keys, infinity and yin/yang symbols, and many other visual shapes. They can also appear as colorful rays of energy.

In this guided meditation, I lead you through connection to each of your Ascension Chakras, including your Personal Sun Chakra (two feet above your head), Soul Star Chakra (one foot above your head) and your Causal Chakra (behind your head.) Connecting with your Ascension Chakras can facilitate next level activations and upgrades as much of that is ‘going on’ in these upper, upper chakras. We then move to each of the seven main chakras (Crown, Third Eye, Solar Plexus, Sacral, and Root).

You bring in the Ascension codes ready and waiting for you into each of these chakras. You also activate these codes with declarations and affirmations with ‘I want’, ‘I am’, and ‘I desire’ statements. These statements are made to your Higher Self, the Divine, and Your Star Family as confirmation that you are ‘ready’ to receive, let in, and integrate. These statements are intentional waveforms that activate your Metasoul’s Quantum Field.

Journey To Feeling Genuinely Blessed

Feeling quite blessed and surrendered this morning…

If you’d known me personally even just a year ago, you’d probably be amazed that I can get to a place of really feeling this deeply… so much restlessness, so much pushing and pressing, and I’ve had to love it all from roots to wings.

The process of learning to land more and more in love, especially within, is no joke at all. It’s nothing that can really be expedited. This over-arching process of Ascension certainly takes the time it takes, doesn’t it? It reminds me yet again that the destination isn’t the goal, it’s the journey itself. And the journey, for me, as been continually dropping into feeling, to get to know my parts and my Metasoul deeper, to have a more fulfilling and enriching relationship with the Divine that can only come from taking conscious steps and making choices that do actually serve your budding self-love and desire to love others more and with more compassion. For that is where the Divine can be the most deeply felt and experienced, as well as invited IN.

So why in this particular moment do I feel blessed and surrendered?

It’s not like I have β€œall my ducks in a row” right now. It’s not like, in the most typical 3D terms, I have the β€œperfect life”. It’s not like I don’t also have some rounds of sadness move in and out of my field as my ache to share my space and my heart with others and eventually a mate continues to live inside of me.

But… what I do have, I have in spades. I have growing self-love. I have a community I’ve earned my way to drawing and being a part of. I have more resonance around me than ever before, geographically, in my β€˜jobs’, in all of my relationships that I choose to keep close to me. I get to live with so much resonance that parts of me sometimes resist or create problems because they are so used to living with a baseline of β€œsomething is always wrong or about to go wrong”. This was a survival instinct, actually, that I don’t need anymore. And that is still very much landing in my heart AND soul!

I’m sharing all of this because it’s a message of what’s possible for you, too. For you and those parts of you who ache and long and sometimes fight to stay afloat in the world you’re living in. For those unbelievably courageous, beautiful parts of you that sometimes feel the opposite because that’s how much they have to shrink in order to fit into a life, a job, a relationship, that doesn’t support their bigness and especially YOUR bigness.

I’m also sharing this because it helps me really land in what I’ve earned, what I’ve done all of this inner work for, and to embrace the overflow of it all that wants so much to share this inner abundance with others. I can’t hoard it away, nor am I meant to. Nor are you meant to, when you feel blessed too… πŸ™‚ So much pain and fear and angst sometimes is the default of what you share, perhaps. And to be in a place in your life but more importantly in your very BEing where this isn’t what is overflowing from you anymore is the invitation, always. No matter how many tough choices you may have to make along the way. The support and validation are waiting in the wings for you to go there and the healing is too.

Calibrating To NEW Waves Of Love After September’s Growth Processes

So much inner processing and it all leads somewhere new. Sometimes that new place suddenly dawns on us, reveals itself in moments unexpected. It so pays to have as much resonance around you as you and your parts can let in in order to experience this and feel the magic of the revelation when it’s being reflected by those you love.

I am in the dawn of a new phase of deeper and brighter self-awareness that’s come from years of feeling quite anchored in frequencies that I knew weren’t me and that I just had to be with as I felt parts of me that weren’t ready to let go of what was hurting them yet. This continues to be a process but it’s finally reaching a place where the clouds are parting more easily and often. I know in my heart this is a good place to be that has been hard-earned now. And also that this new spaciousness inside of me is meant to hold even deeper dives into soul patterns and pain but also hold space for others as they come to me for support on their healing and Ascension journeys.

The gathering we held last week was a gift in so many ways that are still landing in me. It’s felt surreal to be serving love and giving energy healing to souls that really wanted to be immersed with us here! I could feel the payoff of where I’ve gone inside, especially in the challenges of the last few months. This ended up bringing me some physical symptoms to move through too, as my chakras recalibrate to what’s real NOW.

I sat at one of my favourite spots last night to take this photo. I wanted to visit with the animals that live nearby and take in the sunset codes too. I was feeling how amazing of a day I just had with collaborating withΒ JelelleΒ on the stunning women’s call we held together yesterday while also feeling some sadness in my field… Some of it mine, some of it not. There’s still so much I’m learning to let in of the real goodness and LOVE streaming in right now while also feeling parts that are afraid.

That’s the ongoing process for everyone on some level… The calibration and re-calibration to REAL love and what it invites and asks.

Energy Update: Palindrome Dates, Friday The 13th Harvest Moon, 9/11 Digestion/Disclosure, Plus 9/9/9 Portal

This is a dynamic and intense time for energies right now! SeptemberΒ is already creating a sense of momentum and acceleration. It is a high frequency month geomagnetically due to the Equinox and we’ve already had some strong geomagnetic storms and high SOULar winds moving through with more to come.

I already shared about the 9/9/9 portal gateway that extends through September 18th and how it is offering more access to clear and feel karmic binds and energies from Lower 4D timelines and lifetimes. Also, starting yesterday and through 9/19/19, this is a week of palindromes for those who use the month/day/year format, where the numbers of the dates are the same forwards and backwards. Example…. 9/11/19 is the same forwards and backwards (such as the word ‘madam’.) This is considered a blessed and fortunate energy that offers the opportunity for karmic reset and completion of soul patterns that have been playing out in this-life situations.

Yesterday was September 11th as well….a date that holds a lot of energy in the collective memory of sorrow, loss, and outrage for those in America and around the world. The September 11th violent events bring up a mix of mourning, loss of individual privacy/invasion of governmental monitoring, AND disclosure of the true causes of them beyond what has been reported by the ‘mainstream’ 3D media. 9/11 is one of those ‘lynch pins’ that as it is pulled by more and more awakening souls begins to reveal the true web of corruption, control, shadow-based Lower 4D energies that exist behind so much of the governmental, banking, and cooperate structures in the 3D world. Many more souls will be following those bread crumbs of discovery as guided to by their Higher Self.

We also have Friday the 13th tomorrow and a harvest full moon occurring on that date or on Saturday, Friday the 14th (depending on where you are in the world.) Friday the 13th amplifies whatever energy is coming up for healing due to the collective focus and projection on it. Good or bad, unlucky or blessed….this day can be a matter of the collective consciousness creating its reality. A full moon then, as always, offers illumination of this energy that needs to come out of the shadows in order to be seen and felt.

All of these energies may be creating a feeling in you of being unsettled, disorientated, and just ‘off’ from how you normally are. Because what is in the subconscious is being amplified, it IS an opportunity to learn and feel something new about yourself and your soul. It can be helpful to move into personal exploration during intense energy times like this rather than tune too much into the collective energies that are moving through.

For those of us who are so sensitive to ALL energies, the collective process of disclosure and digestion can be VERY intense for us to feel. The push and pull of the newly awakening (although we have been through it ourselves) can be overwhelming as we hold and make space for more of our own veil to lift and more karmic healing to take place from within our own souls.

To radiate love from our higher heart space, to feel compassion for those who are newly learning about difficult realities, to forgive those who have chosen to play the challenging and polarizing roles in this experiment. These are ambassador of love energies we can offer to ourselves and to others, as templated for us by the Divine Mother. Trusting the Divine on the timing of all of this as an alignment (even if it feels like a misalignment) that the collective needs as we move into the higher timeline year of 2020.

To go into the more feminine heart space offers more sense of inner peace right now. To be in the overly masculine mind trying to ‘figure it out’ can be challenging and lead to more distrust coming up, more anxiety, more reaction from your masculine Inner Protectors. Connecting to sources of compassionate calm in the storms both inside of you and from outside creates a beacon for others of how they might navigate through it too.
