Collapse and Disclosure As A Reflection of Our Inner World

Disclosure is a hot topic in the 5D universe and beyond.  I have not delved as deeply as my SoulFullHeart friend and mentor, Raphael Awen, but I have taken in a bit and have wanted to feel it from a more contextual level.  It is easy for the masculine/linear side of us to go into the deep details as there is some incredibly fascinating information being unearthed.  So much has been hidden from us in regard to our contact with star beings, repression of technologies, and the influence of darker forces that have been at the helm up until now.  

In 4D consciousness there is a deep anger and resentment at all that has occurred.  Many people have been in the Disclosure game for a long time.  They are the messengers that have worked tirelessly to get this information out there.  There is a lot to react to.  For me it began with the story of Collapse.  The one that picked up speed after the 2008 financial crisis.  So much was happening before then but that feels like a pivot point.  There are other stories before then as well but that could be for a later discussion.  The time of Collapse in hindsight feels as though there was a collective internal collapse happening.  The structures that we were trying to hold up inside were no longer finding any solid ground to support it.  The thread of our collective tapestry was unraveling and the world was not behaving the same anymore.  There was a big outbreath of WTF?.  

More people began to wake to the reality that there was a charade going on.  But since as above, is below there must also have been a truth in that for each of us individually.  It feels reflective of a false world inside of us that was created in response to the false one on the outside.  We all created together because we just didn`t consciously know better.  But somewhere deeper we did.  We cannot play victim to it as then it takes away the power that is inherent us all.  We created it and we had to collapse it.  We couldn`t bare it anymore.  

Individually, this represents a time when we come to an awakening inside our emotional body.  The mental body just loses its grip.  For the wounded masculine, this is a very difficult process.  It has been so used to suppressing its emotions for the fear of feeling it.  I get that this is a general statement and not meant to cover individuals.  The power structure outside did its very best to hold up the house of cards, and so has the wounded masculine.  But this is was a great event!   It has helped to wake up even more men, and women, to the nature of our circumstance.  The realization that there is something happening inside us that was put to sleep in the control matrix.  

Now we are in the throws of the Era of Disclosure.  Another awakening into the deeper machinations of what has been going on behind the veil of deception.  But I feel it important to emphasize we have co-created it in order to learn from it.  This keeps us empowered.  We are not only hearing of a trove of information about technologies and alliances, we are learning more about the nature of our Reality.  Forget about economic collapse.  This stuff changes everything!  If we look at this time as a spiritual Disclosure, we can see that we are being shown how amazing we ARE and that we are a part of a vast experience that expands the territories of our limited consciousness.  It is more than social justice, it is social evolution on a galactic level!  So with each piece of information that is being shared, it is like a ray of light that is entering our BEing to upgrade our current operating system.  This new `information` sends up old emotional congestions that need healing for integration that opens up more space for more light and love to enter our true sacred, crystalline bodies.  

But it is not an easy process.  A  lot of this energy may not be ours personally and it can feel like we are moving mountains.  As men, we have tended to be a bit less connected to our emotions, so this back up can be a difficult one for some.  I feel it at times myself.  I have done a lot of work to clear my block and open my heart as much as I can but there are still things that come up and may still but it is all about how vulnerable we can be in each moment so we can heal all the block inside.  This is what we do daily in the SoulFullHeart community.  I don`t mean we are suffering. I mean we are feeling ourselves and what may come up for ourselves that need attention and process if needed.  There are many ways that we administer this healing to ourselves and with each other.

So for many men, Disclosure is first a mental digestion, then an emotional and spiritual one. This is the 4D Man.  The man who feels that there is inner work to be done, to embody more of his 5D or Cosmic Sacred Masculine.  As one who is on this daily path of continued healing, awakening, and embodying, I offer my heart and experience to those that are feeling that rumble inside.  That palpable discomfort and excitement  from disclosure.  The veil continues to lift each day and we will find ourselves in new territory as human men, and of course women.  More will start to surface and if you need help navigating that I would be honored to serve that.  Thank you for all the work you are doing now during these times as it helps us all to heal faster and easier.

Keep Being The Light: Message From Archangel Metatron

Touching message from Metatron this morning during my meditation, we feel it is for ALL of us called to serve love in any of the forms and ways that we do and ARE….

Keep being the light. Keep offering the light and your light will shine the way for others.

Keep being in your heart. Keep offering your heart and others will respond with theirs. Your cosmic heart, higher dimensional heart, will beacon to others and light up theirs and you will be lit up by theirs in return…spilling over into love and more love.

Keep being in your soul. Keep coming from your soul and your soul will call to others. Your soul will call to your soul family to rejoin, it will call to your soul mate, your counterpart and compliment soul, to rejoin. It will call to your soul guides to rejoin with you.

Keep seeing the light. Keep feeling the light even in the death and rebirth, the darkness that comes, the difficulties and pains that many will feel. Your light will serve their way out of the shadows and for them to find their own again.

Keep becoming your star self. Keep merging with your star being selves and their consciousness can come through to others too, inviting them into this experience too of reunion with their star roots and galactic consciousness.

Keep fulfiling your purpose. Keep feeling your SOUL reason for being here with Gaia at this time of great transition and change, of great awakening and rebirth. Stay connected to this reason and it will infuse all that you do and be and are with great meaning.

Keep making changes. Keep feeling the changes that you need to make, are now ready to make, in your life and feeling the letting go process of ALL that does not serve your higher self, higher purpose, ALL that does not serve love in your life. Relationships, careers, geographies……feel what serves love and what does NOT and let go of what does NOT.

Keep letting me in to your heart, into your soul, into your inner spaces as an angelic guide and to BECOME as well. Keep inviting angels into your heart and so they will come, the ones for which you resonate and match, the ones for which you are part and ARE.

Keep being PURE love in your human form, still growing, always learning, perfect as you are RIGHT NOW too. Keep offering this PURE love to others and they will receive and pass it on. And so it IS!

The Healing Gifts of Our Relationship to the Feminine: Kings of Heart Blog Series

Today is International Women’s Day.  It felt fitting to feel into the Sacred Feminine for this blog series.  Now, of course, in the world of the Sacred Masculine, everyday is Women’s Day, and vice versa. It is a reverence that just IS.  It resonates and harmonizes with the feminine inside the masculine.  It is clear that the 3rd dimensional matrix upon Earth (I use Gaia for its 5D reference) is that of a patriarchal energy. While else would there be a day to celebrate women?  It feels important to let in what the feminine means for all of us males, and to feel where our personal shadow may be in relationship to Her.  

Since our “fall” from a more balanced union with the feminine there has been a force within the collective wounded masculine that has sought to dominate the feminine in one form or another. It has showed up in personal/social relationships, religious texts or their interpretations, the need to gain control over nature and consume Her resources.  In this I feel a deep fear of separation.  The feminine had a much stronger connection to Source, possibly due to their ability to give birth.  It just understands creation and is a vehicle for that in a much more visceral way.  I can feel this existential territory the collective masculine has navigated.  In this fear of the unknown and unknowable, of which the feminine is so intimate, it seems likely that this need to control would play itself out.  It also feels true that the masculine was more influenced by these darker energies and that this “influence” was coded into the DNA/meme of the masculine blueprint.  Again, playing here, but something feels true here. The main point to me feels like, as men who have more of the masculine energies in us, that we are a part of that coding and it has influence.  

To truly ascend into what we are calling our Sacred Humanity we must feel any blocks or denser energies that can anchor us into 3D, or wounded densities.  Our relationship to women is  psychospiritual and has many gifts even in the shadow.  By going inward (I call in going “yin”) and feeling the parts of us that hold more “negative” feelings about women, rooted in our relationship to mother and other important influences, we can begin to see what lurks in the background operating system of our projections.  Our mothers/female care-givers hold a huge part of that reflection.  What was the dynamic between mother and son and how does it play out in our current relationships and perception of the Divine Feminine?  I know it is a bit Freudian but it is extremely important.  I don’t feel it can be glossed over in regard to ascension.  

The era we find ourselves is requiring us to inhabit a more Feminine frequency.  We can not control this thing.  It is a surrender to Love Spirit that cannot be contained but seeks a container to move with and through. That is tough knuckles for the wounded masculine energy that wants to control and issue its own parameters.  I feel it in my being as the days progress.  I am still working with it on some level as the Light is shining more on what needs healing.  That is why I am being guided write this.  But the gift of going in and feeling our relationship the feminine we are given the gifts and guidance needed to make our way into our more natural expression as a Sacred Masculine Human.  

We are blessed with the ability to dance in the unknown and the aliveness that that brings to our present experience of life.  We are opened in our hearts to let in more of this exquisite love juice that in lapping up on our shores every second of infinity.  We are delivered into union with Her impeccable sensuality and sexuality as a portal to the All That Is that kareens this magical energy all up and down our chakras.  We see with heart eyes with reverence for all of life in all its bountiful and beautiful expressions both of, and outside, this world.  There is an unlimited capacity of imagination and creation that sends beyond the machinations of our limited consciousness.  She is the Queen to our King.  
Gaia is looking for her Kings of Heart to arise out of the necessary ashes of 3D and embody the truly majestic essence of our being.  We need to do our due diligence of feeling all there needs to feel in relationship to Her and the Feminine.  There is a correlate in woman as well, but I will leave that to my feminine counterparts for that discussion.   I will be touching upon more about our inner feminine in later posts as they arise.  As always I appreciate any constructive comments or ideas that you may have about this that I will take into my heart.  I am exploring this with an open heart and I don’t claim to have any definitive truths.  I feel the heart says it all and is willing to feel more.  Thank you for taking this in today and a special Love shower to all the women, feminine etheric/galactic BEings, Gaia, and Divine Mother on this day.  I am in awe and reverence of YOU.

The Veil Has Been Lifted To Allow For MORE Awakening

“The veil is gone,” this is the phrase that my guides and galactic/angelic aspects have shared with me recently. The veil of amnesia that we all placed over our soul memories and link in with cosmic collective ‘knowledge and truth’ has been lifted. It feels like a foggy membrane that floated above us, creating a ceiling or sense of ceiling over us, is now cleared. The ‘sky’ of our remembering is now completely clear.

This lifting offers tremendous opportunities in personal healing and transformation as what has felt ‘murky’ is now accessible. I have personally experienced a great acceleration in the last couple of months especially in connections and access to my soul legacy or what I call the “Metasoul” line of my soul, where all of the fractals from my metasoul are expressing out in different dimensions, planets, and ‘eras’ of time. Access feels much easier now with portals to these Metasoul aspects available with a simple doorway meditation.

The veil has particularly been lifted related to Atlantis and Lemuria, and the Metasoul aspects that are expressing there. As there is no time, there are no ‘past lives’ and also no ‘past’ events. The fall of Atlantis due to being influenced by mostly shadow-based reptilians (known as Dracos, the Controllers, Archons, etc.) is available for ALL of us to feel if we have a Metasoul brother or sister who is still living this energy out, still experiencing it as if it is happening today. I am still digesting my rememberances and connection with my Atlantian self and will be sharing more about this in the future.

As my consciousness merges more with Metasoul and angelic aspects, I can feel more access to the cosmic collective and the truth of our story as humans here on Gaia. It feels like more and more souls, especially those called to be wayshowers and healers and teachers, are feeling the veils lifted and seeing and feeling this more clearly. As this ‘knowledge’, which is based in the upper or cosmic heart and the upper or ascension chakras, downloads to us and those of us with gifts of communication share it, more souls will be ‘popped’ into rememberance as well. Access and capacity to connect with and integrate Metasoul aspects and galactic/angelic selves will increase for more and more people. The sense of ‘being alone’ and ‘not being able to hear or see or feel Ethereal guides’ will decrease greatly as more and more souls gain this access.

Healing the emotional wounds, largely before subconscious, becomes more accessible as the PURE love waves push up the ‘oil’ of these wounds to be felt and digested. Healing the soul wounds, largely before shrouded in fog, becomes more clear as access to the Akashics opens up more and more with increased galactic consciousness integrated in a personal way. The healing of heart and soul is MORE important than ever though (even if it becomes ‘easier’ in some ways) because these unhealed frequencies can block, anchor, lower your frequency, and also because it is ‘time’ it seems to let them go. Fourth dimensional transitional and awakening consciousness holds the space and the stage for this healing, for this death and rebirth, for the blooming of the authentic self out of the ashes of the false and strategic self.

Lifting of the veil also offers tremendous opportunities related to our experience of reality in 3D or mainstream consciousness or prevailing worldview consciousness. The disclosure process will bring forward that which has been hidden from us related to our connection with star beings, the shadow influences of souls polarized to fear (called Cabal, Illuminati, Elites, etc.) Lifting of this veil will be very hard for many souls who are not yet awake and aware of the phase of this influence that all of us have chosen on a soul level and yet had purposely forgotten this choice. Many changes in our lifestyles are coming related to these disclosures with amazing technologies becoming available to us for the first ‘time’ from star being allies and friends. Many of the issues that we suffer from related to 3D reality will most likely be resolved, cured, or in transition.

The veil has been necessary. It has been necessary for us to fully go into our experience and experiment of duality consciousness in 3D reality. We have played that out now and it has changed us from the energies and processing ground that we were coming from in Atlantis or Lemuria. These experiences harvested from the 3D experiment form the foundational soil for which the seed of the sacred human is growing and sprouting. Watered by the PURE love that is available from galactic and angelic sources, the seed is sprouting, the sacred human is birthing. Messy at times, this birth, ups and downs…..yet, the baby is wailing and then it is sleeping and then it is waking UP!

See if you can feel the absence of the veil in your own consciousness. Go into a meditative space and ‘feel’ the inner sky of our consciousness. Feel it as open and expansive. Feel it as clear and shiny. Ask your guides to help you access your heart woundings that are still in shadow. Ask your guides to help you access the soul expressions and aspects that are still unknown to you that you can benefit from connecting with. Listen for guidance related to reaching out to others, whether a space holder, teacher, and/or a community of others for which to receive support. The ascension and awakening path, way of life, and community that I co-lead with Raphael called SoulFullHeart in one such way to receive support and love and resonance on your journey.

Opening sky of the third eye, opening of the cosmic Christ heart, opening of the Metasoul line, opening of the Archangel rays, opening of the Divine Source access, opening of the galactic connections…..all of this opening offers an invitation to us for a deeper embodiment of our process in all areas of our lives and HUGE support for the 3D life changes that may be pressing on you at this point in order to move you deeper into 4D transitional phase and into more and more experiences and tastes of 5D and beyond and beyond, there is much beyond, yes! And, all of this is held with love by love and for LOVE!

An Intro To The SoulFullHeart 7 Key Areas Of Life For Indigo, Crystal and Rainbow Souls Blog Series

In this writing today, I want to take you with me somewhere. Actually, I’d like to set my internal compass for that, with everything I write to you from now on. So this is the invitation: come on this journey with me. See what there is for you to feel into for yourself. Everything I say to you is grounded in my own experience and guidance. This is a personal thing for me and I want to share from this place in my heart that digests and feels everything happening in my own world and then, in turn and yet simultaneously, the world around me. Nothing that I say is “Bible” and everything is “near as I can tell”. That being said, do come with me and collaborate with me! Let’s grow these ideas and experience our own growth and consciousness expansion TOGETHER!

In SoulFullHeart, there are 7 areas of life that we hold to be key for our healing and understanding of ourselves. They are ways in which we can check up on what’s going on for us and how we are relating to life and even ascension. With each of the entries in this series, you may immediately feel a niggle or knowingness of some kind and some doorway into your most inner reality that maybe you haven’t quite gone to yet. Maybe you have actually explored these places before, as I did before meeting Jelelle and Raphael and starting my own SoulFullHeart process. If you can let me, my words, and my energy in, you will be letting in a huge gust of SoulFullHeart love and support for you to continue this exploration into the depths of yourself.

As we talk about ascension, this is where the work must always begin to be on this journey in the most grounded, thorough way possible – inside ourselves. If you follow my favourite show on gaia.com called Cosmic Disclosure, you will have heard Corey and David talk about this need to go inside and heal our hearts or our service to others won’t be as centered in the heart as is necessary right now. I can already feel that this is something so important to each of you taking this in… it was, is, and always has been for me too. This is why I engage so deeply in this work on myself, so that I, in turn, can serve you with love and serve love WITH you, too. What you are receiving now, is an infusion of the overflow of love coming straight from my heart, finding its way into yours. I know that it has often been hard to trust when someone says that they “love you”, especially being the sensitive, huge, inter-dimensional souls that you are, knowing full-well that sometimes we can say that to each other and not really mean it. It’s okay if that’s how you feel. Love is coming at you anyways, from me, from angels, from star beings, from Mother Gaia, and even from you and the love you are made of already.

The 7 key areas of life that I mentioned before, and that I will talk about in depth throughout this series, are: financial, environmental, social, mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical. I will offer you some words around each of them so that you can let in how we see and feel each area through the SoulFullHeart lens, and how I feel each area applies to you as an Indigo, Crystal, Rainbow, and/or Starseed soul. You might feel some overlap with other healing paths you’ve looked at or been on before, but you’ll also get something brand new out of the experience if you’re open to it. Actually, I suspect I will too, as this is something I’m digesting for my own healing as well. Each area can carry with it some intense challenges for us, as some of us have reincarnated many times, yet some may have not and could be brand new to life here with Mother Gaia. Some areas may also been easier for some of us than others, and we’ll have a look at that together too. As much and as often as possible, I will tie everything back into ascension, since that’s actually the main reason why all or most of us have chosen to incarnate here at this time. You’ll notice that as we ascend, there are different ways in which each area will express in our lives, and I will touch on that as well.

I am a teacher and guide yet I am also a student, and we are all big souls here, learning how to really step into our bigness and express our soul gifts from our ever-healing and expanding hearts. There are many, many places we can go together on this path, and I’m hoping to start some conversations with you who want to learn more but also with you who want to offer how it’s all been for you from your own perspective.

Trust: The Merkaba to Infinite Love

There is one word that I feel has more influence on us in our healing and emergence as sacred humans than almost any other and that is TRUST.  It is the bridge that connects us to the Motherland of Love.  In our pure essence, the word just doesn’t exist (not that any word does but you know what I mean).  We just ARE.  We flow, move, and accept all that IS because we are in harmony with Love.  But if we were pure essence, I wouldn’t be here writing and you wouldn’t be here reading.  We would be ONE.  And we ARE.. essentially.  But we chose to live and experience in this differentiated/ fractured dimension to experience ourselves as Love outside Itself to experience Itself. Learning to trust Itself back to Oneness.  

This separation was/is a scary thing for us.  And for Love.  If we experience this existential terror then so does Love.  It too is diving off a cliff to see what happens.  But the one thing Love has is Trust that it will reclaim Itself no matter how hairy things may get.  I feel for us in our human expression, this is a very epic lesson.  If Love has trust, and we ARE Love then what makes it so damned hard to trust sometimes?  We clearly have a part of us that still hasn’t drank the heart-shaped KoolAid cup yet.  Welcome to the relationship with our 3D self.  

We so badly want to let go of all that holds us back from experiencing Joy and Purpose.  And we have on so many levels.  I don’t believe there is a single soul on this planet that doesn’t have an issue with trust.  It may be less of an issue for some, but there is going to be something that kicks up this very human relationship to fear.  It is why we are here.  To continue this healing toward Pure Trust or Ultimate Surrender.  The chasm between where we are NOW and this desired place is different for all of us.  It is through experience that we learn to trust.  We have to act upon something. Make a choice and see what happens.  The results that occur are not always going to be the ones we are hoping for.  Just because they don’t happen doesn’t mean that we didn’t receive something we were meant or dialed up to learn.  If the result is traumatic then our level of trust will determine our ability to let in the deeper meaning, while we allow for all our reactions to be had in response to said event.  

There are also other life experiences and soul woundings that have great impact on our relationship to trust.  By asking our guides for assistance we can be shown many different soulscapes that provide much heart data to what is THIS life wounding and what is part of our larger MetaSoul picture.  What is in our fractal that contributes to this trust wounding?  There are stories to be unveiled and felt.

Can we hold the Meta-space of Trust while we navigate our journey into our new sacred humanity?  It becomes our life-preserver.  Our invisible stepping stone or set of forgotten wings.  It provides a container, a Merkaba, for our entrance into and through unknown portals of experience.  Without it, we stay stuck and stagnant on some level, even if we have access on others.  Ultimately we want ALL of us to come with us into this new frequency of existence.  If there are soul aspects that still have issues of trust, we can have a relationship with it to bring more of our essence of Love into the heartscape.  
The Separation is a uniquely 3D traumatic experience, I feel.  In 4D consciousness we have the tools to hold space for that within us but we need support along the way.  So many times have I taken leaps of faith and taken the fear with me.  I was also gifted with not just my own guidance from angels and other aetheric beings,  but also that of soul family.  Our 3D self needs it.  There are those that have been across many trust chasms and have found their way on the other side.  Leaning into that experience is essential.  I feel this is an ongoing journey for us.  Continuing to embody our own bigness and gifts,  while continuing to lean further into the forgotten territories of Galactic Love Consciousness to bring more and more Joy and Bliss to our collective creation.  Trust is the way across and into this new territory.  Finding the distrust and feeling its very real reasons for not trusting provides us the ground upon which we may take one step at a time.

Light Wave Influxes Offer Love And Support, Not Suffering: Message From Archangel Metatron

We do not want you to suffer. Many messages from teachers and light workers coming forward about how ‘hard’ and ‘intense’ it is right now as the influx of photonic light (PURE love) waves from the Universe come in, wash in, and rinse out and push up. Sometimes, unknowingly and innocently in a way, these teachers are supporting a suffering and self punishing response in the hearts and souls who take in their messages. Many heart cries go out in response to this interpretation of what is happening in the cosmos and then how it may impact you on an emotional, spiritual, and physical level.

These waves of PURE love are NOT meant to make things difficult for you but rather to offer a support, a boost, and a means for you to continue on in your remembering journey. These waves are meant to encourage you that life as you have known in on your Gaia is changing to the miraculous, the magical, the joyful. These waves of PURE love are to encourage you that it IS moving into frequencies of love, it IS moving into sacred humanity, and unknown expressions of divinity in higher frequency human-from-Gaia form called sacred human or 5D human.

The PURE love available to you in ALL moments is only challenging if you make it challenging. It is only painful if you make it painful. It CAN push up oil to be felt, to be with, to make space for, and then move out. Yet, what if, it doesn’t have to be painful and challenging? These waves of PURE love are not there to test you. They are not there to see if you can endure the intensity and all that is pushed up. They are a GIFT from Divine Source to offer you support to ascend with your mother home Gaia.

There can be parts of you that suffer over suffering, this is an easy loop to get into as it has been the default energy of 3D for thousands of years and is in the collective unconsciousness. Suffering over your suffering,…your soul, your higher self can feel when this is happening inside. Your soul can feel when ‘holding space for your emotions and what is pushed up’ has moved into the area of suffering over your suffering. Your guides can feel this too if you ask for their help. And if you cannot access guides then this, too, is suffering over suffering because we are a VERY available and accessible resource to ALL humans right NOW.

We want to offer the END Of suffering altogether and so the end of suffering over your suffering. We have had to give much invitation to FEEL though as so much has been suppressed in your emotional bodies as it was hard to feel it in the denser 3D reality space with any kind of separation. This invitation to FEEL is not an invitation to suffer over your suffering, but rather to make space, hold space, to ALLOW the feelings so that they may then move. And the invitation is that this space would be held by love for love and with love at a rate and pace that you can bear.

The consciousness that awakens in 4D is receiving infusions of higher self guidance, wisdoms, soul retrieved lessons and gifts, connection to the Metasource source of your soul, Divine Source. With these infusions, more ‘metaspace’ is created inside in order to allow for the process of de-fusion, de-conditioning, de-attaching from the 3D persona, personality, and aspects of ego that are connected to development of the ‘strategic self’. Metaspace is heart space, soul space, objective space, Infinite Love space that ‘holds the space’ for relationship TO and WITH the feelings and reactions and woundings and pains and sufferings. This metaspace-infused self grows more and more as the inner world shifts, more soul embodiment comes in, and external choices are made in alignment with your soul.

We offer you this gift of light infusions that provide Meta-Space if you let them into your ‘higher heart’, your Christ heart, your cosmic heart. Connecting with your ascension chakras can help with this. Taking in the sun’s rays can help hugely with this too. The Universe, Divine Source, does not want you to suffer or especially to suffer over your suffering. If you are experiencing very intense emotional and physical reactions in response to the light waves and activations, please feel if part of you is in resistance to feeling them as a loving invitation. Feel if part of you is in a suffering over suffering pattern. Feel if you need a space holder to help you navigate the difference, such as the beloved souls in SoulFullHeart. Feel what you need to support you to ride with these waves rather than get tumbled by them, or ‘whooshed’ as Jelelle calls it.

The Universe is MADE of LOVE as are YOU. These gifts given to you in these accelerated light codes are gifts….they ask for some adjusting but, again, all of the capacity you have to accept and thrive in response to them is inside of you as, also, they ARE you. Honouring Our Necessary Doubts In 4D Consciousness

Though our souls feel drawn to the light and to the most exquisite colours and textures of love imaginable, there can still be a bubbling up of necessary doubts. Necessary in the sense that this is an aspect of us that needs our center to feel, hold and guide it and also, there are plenty of ways in which love actually pushes up these doubts within us, asking us to discern for ourselves what it feels like it is in our lives. Feeling ourselves in this way can really open up a whole other experience of love (and the light of illumination that comes with it) and land it deeper within us. In terms of ascension, we can talk about this as being in 4D consciousness, where there are many questions on our way to our own inner truth and certainty.

Those times of wanting proof, desiring something tangible to land in, looking for a concrete playout of love in our lives and in the world, is something we seem wired up for and it also feels like an invitation to eventually come to a place within ourselves where love can express deeper and more fully, first within us and then outside of us. Sometimes the most incredible and grounded hearts and souls who become spiritual teachers are the ones who have undergone awakenings on many different levels – and I can almost guarantee you that they weren’t afraid to have their doubts along the way.

What is a quest but a journey filled with questions and many different corners to turn and paths to draw and take? Some souls are so big and ancient, that they need those very intense periods of doubt and density in order to find their way through it and into the love polarization again, but this tme, in a much bigger, brighter way than ever before. They are just another expression of love finding its way back to itself through hardships, abuses, and other numerous and often very challenging life circumstances. None of us who are living into embodying ascension are souls who have “had it easy”. Letting this in, we can feel so much more compassion and also reverence for all souls everywhere, no matter what they have chosen. No matter the ways in which timelines shift, we are infinite and we are playing something out for our own growth and the growth of the collective consciousness we are intrinsically connected to.

Doubting is just as sacred as believing. Sometimes these doubts bring us back into the conditioning that many of us were raised with (by culture and birth family), that the more negative outcomes are the ones more real than the positive outcomes. This is also sacred, though that may feel a bit thorny and hard to swallow. For those souls who find it easier to trust that the worst case scenario is always the most likely, that is something that often needs to be walked out and is just as sincere an expression of their power as those souls who choose optimism. There is a thought pattern of “what goes up, must come down” that feels so central to 3D belief systems and is not only about the law of gravity, but also the feeling that being in a higher in vibration and more IN love will ultimately have a big come down and even a crash. There is a way that yes, this has to be true for us at times on our growth paths, as going upward also means coming back down and going inward when necessary, that is, until we don’t need this anymore, which I like to hold that someday will be true for all of us and that for some of us, this is already what’s true! If we can claim that those “crashes”, often signifying some wounding that we need to be with, is just as important as the high of healing, then we offer ourselves and those wounded parts of our hearts and souls a big pillow to land it.

So at the end of the day, as real as “days” are ;), there is nothing to really keep us down and in doubt but ourselves and what we’ve signed up to experience and learn from. In my experience, it feels like as we heal, we can feel more and more a growing center that wants to stay in the more natural “highs” of healing and love flow. If we exclude our doubts from our inner worlds, we could be denying ourselves some healthy discernment and also some more doorways into a deepening experience of what it truly means to be Infinite Love embodied. It seems also, that these doubts can then surface as self-sabotage and more negative play outs if they aren’t felt and negotiated with in the moment. I also feel the Archangels offering me in the moment, that not feeling even these feelings of ours, can actually block them from accessing and truly knowing us, more so than the feelings themselves might! THAT feels like real Divine love to me… a willingness to help us be with what we are feeling and arise with it, rather than bury and rise above it.

You are goodness and love embodied, carving out its way through this world through moment-by-moment choices. Your chosen expression of it is yours alone and every single thing you are feeling through is just as important for your personal growth and ascension as any books you may read or teachers you may lean into. ❤

Collapsing Timeline Possibilities As Ascension Unfolds

The following writing is in response this question: “I know nothing is for certain, but can you give me some insight on how timelines will work during ascension? Particularly this quote from what you wrote about Gaia yesterday… “As those souls who DON’T change either leave the body or experience a timeline running where things stay the same or get worse.”
Response:
 
Hello Ryan, thank you for the question. It’s a big question with a lot of facets to it, it feels like. Then there is how our personal fears and desires playout and affect the question as well. I haven’t made it a deep topic of mental study and research, but I do, like you find it most interesting. It feels like it is more of a discussion than any kind of factual detailing of exactly how it will playout. I like to feel the question and let it continue to change me and my consciousness, rather than to obtain any kind of final truth/knowing about it.
 
I feel one way for us all to feel into this question of future timeline playout possibilities is to feel them as they are playing out in the present. At present, we see people undergoing great transformational personal change, often marked by personal ‘death and rebirth’ kinds of experiences in their lives. Then we see others making no visible changes at all (both in people we would see as doing good and bad) who seem to be doing their damndest to keep things the same. This feels to me analogous to our question at hand in that each person is in their own sacred learning and classroom, where no one or no level is better than another.
 
When all of these personal timeline shifts intersects with a Gaia deep change event, such as a solar flash, (or seen more locally as in something like an earthquake which we all know to occur), it shakes up and changes the timeline of the individual. So does what we call death, which we could see as a major ‘gaia’ event of the human individual body. So does a teenager leaving home. All of these can be seen as ‘rights of passage’ kind of events.
 
The whole point is that the universe is learning its way to something more in every moment and at all times and seasons. We are inextricably a part of that personally and collectively. There’s no escaping that on any level.
 
And, there is no death, life itself is inextinguishable…it can only take on different forms. What we call death is only change. Timeline playouts are simply that.
 
It does feel like what we call catastrophic loss of life will be a reality for many for those who need to go through that. It also feels like another timeline will be presented for those who need to not be a part of the catastrophic timeline. Others it feels like will live through a difficult timeline shift to a more natural completion of their life and in their next life, will be allocated to a planet that supports their personal density. These three timeline playout possibilities that I mentioned just now is how I’ve heard it offered from the Law Of One scholar, David Wilcock, and it does resonate for me as true.
 
In this, if our Gaia is moving to 4D, then those needing to be in 3D school won’t be able to be allocated to this planet. It’s also been very expanding recently to learn that our universe is made up of a multitude of inhabitable and inhabited earth like planets. This helps us get into a much more reverent awareness of the scope of the universe and the scope of our own personal learning to love in relationship to the ALL.
 
That was all kind of a circular winding conversation just now, and I trust it helps you feel into what’s moving in your own heart…thanks for the hearty question from a true quester…

Moving Beyond Sticky Binds To Soul Bonds In Relationships With Self, Family, And Mates

Entering into relationship is to walk through a doorway offering so many possibilities and opportunities for growth. Relationship with self, relationship with a mate, relationship with soul family, relationship with guides and angels and star family…..Relationship has been my most important teacher and I its constant student, always learning and growing in response to the invitation of into-me-I-see that it offers. Exploration of relationship is the exploration of conscious duality  for which we hold a consciousness of being separate and distinctive WHILE we feel that we are also One.

In fourth dimensional consciousness, relationship becomes the ALL important ground for exploration….not just ANY relationships or those that you inherited when you were born or through going to school or through duty and obligation or you drew through personality or persona expressions. But you begin to draw and be drawn to relationships that your SOUL is choosing more and more because of the reflection they offer of YOU, what you can see of yourself and feel of yourself as offered by that person. Your soul chooses consciously; your 3D self can think it has NO choice. Your soul chooses growth; your 3D self wants comfort. Your soul chooses to experience joy; your 3D self will settle for suffering.

The transition from 3D to 4D within the ground of relationships offers so much growth! It can be sticky as the clings and binds are felt, tested, let go of. It can be VERY painful as the soul bravely sees that it is NEVER a victim to any relationship that is is in. The soul accepts ALL relationships as being formed from the choice to experience them or not, in every moment this choice is made, whether consciously or not. The soul spurs on the desire for change, for transformation, for NEW beginnings and holds the fear of the unknown with grace and trust. The soul holds heart space for the aspects of you that need to be felt in their fear, anxiety, depression….ALL are responded to within relationship with you and not resisted or judged as wrong.

The intense energies of PURE love that are washing down on us and the shifts in the consciousness frequency that is available to us as a species to help us ascend ARE impacting our relationships of all kinds. These waves act as water to push up the oil of our woundings and, yet, also our deeper heart and soul truths. The soul cannot live in inauthenticity for long especially with the help of these love waves. The soul WANTS more love, not to settle for crumbs, it wants the full MEAL deal in all areas of relationships in our lives.

These PURE love waves are reminding us of our relationship with Divine Source AND our origins as a fractal from Divine Source. It is a reminder that we ARE love ultimately and all of our relationships can reflect this love that we ARE. If your relationships are not reflecting this but are rather reflecting unworthiness, disconnect, conflict, tension….this can be a sacred and necessary phase for your growth. Yet, also, you can move out of this phase if it feels like it is time to do so. It feels like more and more souls will be choosing to complete and move on from relationships that do not deeply nourish their souls and reflect their growing self worth and embodiment of their soul-higher self expression and healing heart.

The most important relationship, of course, is with yourself and the energies for which you hold and respond to yourself and all aspects of yourself. This can be challenging with unfelt textures and feelings in the 3D emotional pain body, subconsciously buried, that are wanting and needing to be felt, healed, and integrated. The self to self LOVE relationship invites these aspects into reality and does NOT deny them even if there is strong soul access to higher frequencies of love and light. What you resist persists anyway and the emotional pain will be there, waiting, until it is responded to with love. You cannot really avoid or bypass it. And, in the meantime, your outer relationships will probably reflect this unfelt pain in same way or form.

It does impact your experiences of reality. And, beyond that, SO MUCH nourishment and love is there, just waiting, within the possibility dynamics of any relationship based in the soul and healing heart!
