Love Is Magic: A Message From Avalon

‘Magic’ doesn’t need to mean anything other than the powerful ways in which you can arise for yourself, life, and love, and others can arise for you.

‘Magic’ doesn’t need to be stirred by a hand or wand. Magic is a flow of intention, fueled by love, watered by love, lived into from the love within you.

‘Magic’ is who and what you are beyond the 3D anchoring, the protective 3D shell of existing in only the day-to-day without much energy to reach beyond into the beyond. Yet, magic exists in 3D too, grounds there, when received as such.

‘Magic’ lives in your beholding of yourself and others. The intimate love relationship with parts of you. The ways in which your inner work opens you up to more love experiences with yourself, with others, with the Divine.

Thank you, Avalon, for your lessons in this that are already integrating and grounding IN… being sacredly remembered! ❤

Energy Update: Full Moon Energies Emitting From Tor Offering Feminine & Masculine Balance

Energy Update: Full moon energies are amplifying EVERYTHING it seems right now…both shadow and light. Being now on such an active energy center of Gaia here in Glastonbury, UK for the last few days, it is even easier to feel this amplification as I lay awake for long stretches last night feeling it move through me. Recovering now more from the journey here from Canada and beginning to land here, I am starting to tune into what these energies of Gaia’s heart chakra are offering in this Now of Ascension. More messages of that will be coming as my personal calibration happens.


When I first connected to these energies in the physical sitting on a slope of the Tor, they felt so comforting and familiar yet also very powerful. They offered a call to balance within and seemed to emit from the Tor like a radio signal broadcasting out to the world. Balance. There was an answer to the cries of the world’s heartbreak here. The Michael energy line as the masculine and the Mary energy line as the feminine entwined together. The way that they spiral upwards within the Tor and also flow away from it like rivers at its base seems to mirror the possibilities of our own energy as we move into more alignment with our light bodies and 5D consciousness.

There is also the overlay here in the physical of the wounded masculine’s attempts to both suppress and its longing for connection to the feminine. Each abby and church built over a previously sacred Divine Feminine site (like the remains of the church at the top of the Tor) is like a stiff embrace that both suffocates and honors Her. This seems to represent the masculine suppression of the feminine that has been occurring since the fall of Atlantis, keeping the control matrix running, and leading to so much suffering and polarity expression. As eventually so many of the churches fell into ruin or were destroyed, so is the feminine arising out of the ashes in our world’s consciousness now too in often fiery ways.


This feminine within us comes alive in the full moon and is called to go both wild and still. The masculine within is invited into surrender rather than into feeling threatened by this feminine power. Sacred Unions (as Raphael and I are experiencing already in our bond) are going to the next level of balance within and with each other to heal the previous patterns of suppression, resistance, or fear.

You may feel these energies stirring within you in response to this last full moon of summer, no matter where you are located in the world. For both women and men, there is a liberation movement happening from within…on collective and personal levels. It invites us to free up whatever needs our love and attention from within, both inner masculine and inner feminine….to find our balance again.

Seeing Through The Smokescreen of Covid Global Awakening Events

What keeps coming to me as I take in current happenings during this ongoing Covid awakening event and global disclosure process is how much it ALL feels like a smokescreen. There is a sense of of inertia to what is occurring, momentum from a previously strong structure being in place as it collapses rather than NEW energy and passion being generated, especially in the 3D political and Q/White Hats/Alliance versus Deep State/Cabal timeline.


What I mean by this as it has felt clear to me for awhile that the White Hats have already mostly ‘won’ and what we are being shown by both the mainstream and alternative news of the Deep State players (such as the Democratic Party and various Cabal-influenced political leaders around the world) is for ‘show’ and for ‘optics’. It feels like a poorly run play or show by the Deep State (too poorly run to truly be them in charge of it anymore) that keeps exposing and waking up masses of souls to the hidden agenda underneath it. It is so poorly played, in fact, like a parody of itself, that it feels clear that it is actually being run by the Alliance in order to wake up everyone in stages rather than all at once. This awakening actually transcends divisive political parties and goes to the heart of our need to claim back our sovereignty, desire for peace, and Unity Consciousness.


This ‘drip line’ awakening of mainstream consciousness seems to be sensitive to how shocking and difficult it will be for most people to accept and digest this reality of control matrix (however much of that can be exposed), Satanic Cabal, human/child sex trafficking network, so many well known and loved celebrities and politic figures involved, and deep corruption at high-end levels of politics, corporations, big pharma, military/industrial complex, etc. As this reality is disclosed into the 3D Mainstream narrative more and more, it DOES sound and feel ‘crazy’ in a way as it clashes with the narrative that we’ve all been fed since we were born.


Yet, for those of us for who have been awakening to this reality as we go through our 4D soul/dark night/shadow revelation to move into the light process….this reality has long been revealed and digested by us in personal ways. We have even come to some degree to a place of forgiveness and compassion for ALL of those souls involved in it, whatever levels that may be.


This invites us to become beacons of light during this storm that is thrusting so many into increasingly rough revelatory waters. Our souls choosing to wake up ahead of the rest has been painful, challenging, and drawn us scrutiny and reaction for years….yet it has also aligned to our soul’s desire to show the way through it for others.


Before getting reactive and caught up in current events as they are being presented to you and buying into it all……feel into what you are being presented with your ‘gut’ intuition, see what you can ‘see’ of it with your third eye, and connect to your Higher Self to get a bigger context. As you tune in this way, you rise ‘ above’ the presentation and show to see the light of Divine source love again and not just the shadow ‘show’ playing out the walls of the cave for those who still need to see it that way.

Transmuting Trauma To Love: Final Group Call Of The Free To Be 5D Series

Thank you SO much to those who joined Raphael and I today for the final group call of our six week group call series Free To Be 5D, based on my book Free To Be 5D, which you can get links to purchase at soulfullheart.org/books. It was a heart warming and soul/mind expanding conversation about healing sacred wounds from this life and other lifetimes on emotional/physical/spiritual levels and the trauma that is sourced from them. We also led you on a guided meditation to connect with a scene of trauma to invite it into transmutation with love.

Thank you especially to Gabriel Heartman and Kasha Rokshana for joining us in the room today. And, for all of your contributions to EVERY group call discussion and follow-up Saturday process group call as well. The way this paradigm and process is embodied by both of you in such deepening ways is such a gift to us and those you serve and teach as well.

Thank you to Raianna for your picture taking before every call and to her and Jasper for attending every Wednesday group call and nearly every Saturday follow up call as well! You are definitely the MVPS for all of the group call series!

It has been quite a journey over the last 18 calls since the first one began on April 1st with our first series Free To Be 5D: Matrix to New Earth Transition. I felt there was a bridge to New Earth needed, starting from within, in response to the Covid event and the shut down that was going on and collapse in the 3D Matrix. There was a void and vacancy there and we felt to fill it.

We’ve been so pleased to have had more than a hundred people offer a donation to attend and/or receive the recording of one to 18 of the calls. We’ve learned so much along the way, been given the opportunity to serve love and teach a paradigm and process that we are so passionate about….and been gifted clarity about next offerings for SoulFullHeart as well!

Saying Goodbye To Tree Friends

The trees here in BC/Vancouver Island are just stunning. This is just a smaller park here in the city of Victoria compared to the monoliths further inland.

This park has been a sanctuary and a space-holder for many processes and openings. Kasha and I went back one last time to say goodbye to these friends we have made in the last two years back here in Canada.

They permeate and penetrate the soul in the most profound way. They leave you feeling supported and held in the next going on places. The wisdom and grace of their being speak volumes without words. I am bringing a little pinecone with me as a reminder of their majesty.

I feel new tree friends and guides calling to me in Glastonbury, but these particular ones will always have a place in my heart, just as the California trees have in my deeper past.

Collecting tree friends is a good practice for us all. They bring us back to our stillness and strength. Our Gaian roots. I feel them wishing me well on the next leg of my journey and just have to transport myself here anytime to take in their love at any time.

Thanks for all the memories, Victoria. You have a special place in my heart. ❤️

Soaking Up Tree Codes To Ground Into The New

Ah, tree love! ❤️🌲

It’s always a deep soak in grounded energies and magic too, being amongst the trees here in beautiful BC, Canada. You feel quite altered at times as the trees go INto you and you immerse in their wonderful energies. I could feel them saying ‘goodbye’ as I felt my onward journey happening in less than two weeks to the Isle of Avalon, but they also offered portals into the new tree-friend connections that will arise there as well.

I swear, I always feel trees hug me back when I embrace them!

My beloved soul friend, Gabriel was with me on this day. We always have high-level conversations mixed with inner child whimsy and humour. That’s the wonder of truly connecting to soul family!

Beyond my personal connection to the trees on this day, I felt how much peace and calm they offer the chaotic world. I often notice the trees that hang out on busy streets and bus stops. They’re taken for granted in a way, yet their energies really offer a way to ground back into your heart, into what’s truly important, and into whatever is real for you and your parts in any given moment. They are amazing space holders and they are bridges to so many timelines and lifetimes! 🌳

As the collective rumbles and shakes and our inner worlds react in response to that, let’s all give ourselves some tree medicine/codes to help anchor the sense of the love holding ALL… 🍃❤️☀️

The Onward Inward Journey Into Magic And Surrender

With only two weeks away from leaving Canada to embark on a new journey with my soul fam to the Isle of Avalon and beyond, this is more than just physical travel, but transdimensional travel within the physical plane.

I feel the seat of my Being in a state of active surrender. Letting go of some deeper layers of conditioning and relationship to alchemy and the unknown. I feel I am changing the channel of my soul dial and there is some of that void static in the space between the channels. A pregnant poignancy.

I was watching the movie Cocoon a few nights ago and had this feeling that although I am not leaving the planet, per se, I am leaving an old frequency of relating to this dimension without leaving my humanity behind. All the parts that hold fears, doubts, curiosities, and joys get to come with me along the way and I get to use them as portals in a brand new world of magic and divine creation.

I feel an emergence and birth of a more upgraded version of myself that I have not been previously privy to until the right conditions and healing had crossed paths. This is a sacred time of saying good-bye not only to geography, but a shedding of an old skin to make room for the new.

The only known we truly have access to is what we are feeling and relating to in each moment. The rest is speculative. There are intentions and desires, and then there is Life and Love with their own agendas and timings. In those waters I lay my heart in trust.

Temporarily Peaking Polarization To Move Into Unity Consciousness During This Ongoing Covid/Awakening Event

These last six months since March have offered ALL souls on Gaia at this time an opportunity to awaken to our next levels and places…whatever those may be. NO ONE has remained exactly the same as our lives and our consciousness has been impacted in some way by these global events since Covid/pandemic began. For the first time in the modern age and in our lifetimes, we are ALL being changed by events happening in collective consciousness IN a conscious way all over the world.

Although it can seem as if divisiveness, polarization, and separation are the TRUTH of humanity’s essence, this is a temporary and necessary phase that we need to journey through in order to move into more Unity. Revelation of the dualities NEEDS to happen in order for each of us, individually and sovereignly, to CHOOSE a new way, a balanced way, a Unified way….Love’s way.

Guides/Ascended Teachers, my higher dimensional soul aspects, Star BEings and elders, Divine Mother and Father faces and forms have ALL validated the necessity of this process for humanity’s awakening to move into more Unity and the temporary nature of this death/rebirth passage. For those souls who can connect to your Divine Self, you immediately receive this sense of reassurance, trust, and surrender that allows for a bigger context beyond all of the contentious content.

I have been sharing for the last few years about the choice points that are occurring for every soul to either choose love or fear as their prevailing consciousness. This choice point process seems to often begin at the 4D level (with the Reptilian Self especially while they are deciding to unplug from the 4D AI Matrix or not) and then gets ‘passed down consciously to the 3D human. This has been accelerating during 2020 and will continue to do so in the next few years. For those who need to choose the ‘fusion to fear’ and remaining plugged into the Matrix for their own soul’s growth, Gaia will eventually NOT provide that opportunity to immerse into those polarized 3D, fear-based frequencies.

You are seeing more souls and animal companions choosing to leave now and ‘reboot’ at the higher levels outside of the body. Revelations are most likely coming soon that will reveal more souls, even very famous ones involved with the Cabal/Global Elites, who have already been executed/left their bodies and were replaced with clones to keep up ‘appearances’ until more of humanity could accept and digest these events. So much of what is going on and presented right now in mainstream reality is a ‘show’ or about keeping up optics. This is to allow a slower drip of revelations in order so that more of humanity can start to accept the previously hidden control matrix/dark agenda. Much of it, including what presents as polarized politics on so many levels, is actually just the inertia of so many years of Matrix reality….much more of it has collapsed than what is being shown.

As you connect to and heal your fears of physical body death, you are no longer tied to humanity’s unhealed fear of it on the 4D levels that motivates so much of the control and contractions you are seeing in response to the virus. This allows you to remain in a place of trust that if you do leave your body, you know that it was only a temporary vessel anyway, and that you will now be reunited with the Divine, your Higher Self, and your non-incarnated Soul Family. Fear of physical body death (which is actually a manifestation of the Divine separation/abandonment wound) is a strong motivating energy that has kept the Matrix running.

Those souls who have represented the dark/fear polarity face of the Divine on Gaia are being exposed, losing power, facing consequences, and ultimately will be invited to reconcile their actions and the harm done. However, because there is NO energy or BEing outside of the Divine, these souls are still and always supported and loved by the Divine. As far as they have traveled away from Divine love and into very dark waters actually SHOWS how much they trust on a higher soul level that they WILL ultimately be forgiven.

The victim/perpetuator dynamic is arising out of the shadows to be revealed, as it needs to be in order to resolve. For humanity to continue to ascend, the hurt and harm of ANY sentient beings on Gaia needs to cease. Those souls who have chosen to represent the face of the Divine as victims will be able to move into empowerment as they receive love and compassion…and are invited ultimately to forgive their abusers. Their abusers will, again, move into reconciliation, representing the need to move out of harming others for ALL of us to learn from. ALL will eventually return to their essence as Infinite Love as a fragment of the Divine.

It is challenging not to get caught up in the polarities and dualities right now. The narratives are so strong in the moment as they come out of hiding. Returning to your Divine Self, feeling and loving the parts of you who are reactive to the current life circumstances, healing the deeper sacred wounds within your emotional body, and connecting to the higher timeline of New Earth can help to navigate this transitional time. As you tune into the love that you are, the charged narratives become revealed and you return back to love and trust again.

Moving With The Inner Fire/Glow Cultivated Through Lion’s Gate

This Lion’s Gate birth canal has been real… it’s been a ride of moving through fogginess and opening up again to clarity on the other side of that. It’s been a time of feeling set aglow and even on fire… the burning away of what was false but also the lighting UP of the renewed heart and healing soul. The fire needed in order to set healthy boundaries with passion and compassion too. The fire needed in order to make changes from the inside out that have been baking and shaking things up from within in response to our outer worlds too.

When I took this selfie, I had just been feeling my own timeline transition, inside and out. Saying ‘goodbye’ to a beloved geography and letting in where I’m physically going (finally) after months of delay. The sobriety and the excitement are both real, in their full range of inner experiences. There’s uncertainty but there’s desire. There’s a new glow and flow yet too, there is always powerful process to be with.

I can feel how everyone on this planet has had their ‘pot stirred’ by the energies coming in… how at times there are few words to really describe this experience but it’s all very real and visceral too. Sometimes the emotional waves move through and it’s hard to trace or track it (parts of me have tried) but we can all trust that they’re leading us somewhere good. We’re in mourning and shock too collectively and individually as more truths get unearthed and in that experience we are feeling all sorts of reactions and responses. There’s also new waves of bliss that we can access in support of feeling through these reactions, which are necessary to give air to.

I feel the ‘Lion Pride’ we all share and are part of as sacred humans, agreeing to these experiences we’re walking out together in unity at times and in ‘separation’ too when necessary. We’re all here for reasons we can’t always track or understand, but at the end of the day, as long as we are cultivating the flowers of love, even and especially in the dark hours and phases, we are doing just fine… ❤

The Sacred Wound Of Intimacy And Vulnerability

Intimacy and vulnerability are the benchmarks of our sacred humanity. Without them we are avoiding our whole being, shadow and light alike. These are by far the most difficult parts of the healing process in my personal experience. Parts of us feel more comfortable on their own, with animals, or connecting to the stars than they do with other human beings. Given our vast soul stories, it is easy to understand why.

Authentic and conscious feeling is something that we have been conditioned and protected from doing. In feeling and owning what is real, there is a fear of being seen, of losing everything we have built up around us, or of getting swallowed up in the pain, and maybe even ecstacy! Being vulnerable is bringing to the surface that which is uncomfortable and/or sensitive.

At the core of this fear is a sacred wound that many of us are being drawn to heal. At the soul, or Higher Self level, we may find ourselves drawing situations that are meant to bring us to the precipice of this wound for in order to truly grown and evolve we are meant to face these wounds/fears once and for all. For me this is what has brought me into deep community with SoulFullHeart.

As I have moved back into closer proximity and soon heading off to Glastonbury with everyone, I am reminded that this is not just spiritual tourism. It is an opportunity to heal my intimacy wound as well as the Metasoul lives that are still in play in the 4D geography of the UK. What other lifetimes exist within me that struggle with intimacy? Being ‘on location’ brings me closer, more intimate, with these lifetimes and Metasoul brothers and sisters.

This becomes a prime example of how each moment is a portal into our sacred humanity if we chose it to be. We have access to so much inside of us yet we chose to acknowledge just a thin slice. Again, for very good reason. The true courage is not in the solving or the fighting, but in the feeling. The human heart is the first and final frontier. It is the doorway to our soul. The thing is, it has been through a lot of shit. A lot of fucked up experiences. It may still be. Yet, its healing IS our salvation, not the ignorance of it.
