My Heart Is Here To Serve

My heart is here to serve.

It was not a pretty sight about 10-12 years ago. I found myself in situations that felt like bottoms of barrels. A merry-go-round of anxiety, depression, and inner-punishment all while having the exterior of ‘having it all together’.

I found myself using alcohol, speed, and pornography as some sort of escape only to find myself deeper in the mud of Unworth. The maintenance of a ‘normal’ life was wearing thin and cracks were forming. I felt myself losing grip of a life of passion and joy. A part of me resigning to suffering as a way of life.

When I began my own journey with SoulFullHeart I was just looking for a means to find inner peace and a way to support myself doing something meaningful. What it turned out to be was much more. It was a calling back to Self and Service. And there I have found my roots.

The process of meeting and feeling the parts of me, stuck in what felt like a never-ending pattern of unworth and suffering, was a huge heart-opening as well as eye-opener. I started to see the ways in which I was creating a bifurcated world inside of myself. Love was some novel concept that you could see or read about, but not fully feel in my being.

As I have continued down this path of selves-discovery through parts work, and soul-awakening through Metasoul work, I have come to a new frontier in my life previously held in the shadow of my consciousness. We don’t always hide the ‘ugly’, but many times the beauty.

It has been through all my deep movements and initiations (that I didn’t realize were initiations), that I have found myself in sacred desire to serve. Serve those that feel connected my words, my heart, and my past. I may not have had quite the traumas others have had but my journey has taught me that I have a well of compassion, care, and curiosity…the three elements for this work.

Now, don’t get me wrong. There are hard places to go. There are challenges and difficulties. If we are called to heal and grow, this is the real and true path. Some of our parts weren’t baked from a Holly Hobby Oven, but rather from the grist of karma. This is the nature of our individual human story.

In all of that, there needs to be a sense of safety and trust. This is why we meet the Inner Protector first so that we get to feel and heal these places with permission and grace. I work WITH you, not for you. Ultimately, you are the sovereign in any session, I just open my heart and ask questions, offering intuitions along the way. Well, not JUST. Opening the heart is part of what I have worked so hard to get to. It is the fruit of my own inner labour. Now I want to share that fruit.

I have worked mostly with women and have had so many amazing experiences. Lots of growth for both of us. I have an affinity to work with the feminine as I have a close relationship with my own. I am guided by the Magdalene lineage of service.

I desire to serve men as well in their ache to find their own mark in the world through a sensitive and caring heart. I have been through my own sacred masculine journey and continue to do so. I am working with Raphael Awen monthly and will be offering Men’s Group calls and videos talking about men, healing, and spirituality. It is a deep calling to serve men into their Highest Heart and SoulFire Self.

I offer a free 45-minute introductory call to see how I may serve you in your healing into self-love and SoulFire. It is also to see if it is even a fit for both of us at this time. SoulFullHeart is a specific paradigm that is more than just a therapy or healing modality. It is a way of life in the end. Yet, that can be discovered and felt one session at a time.

Serving Love With Women In 1:1 Sessions

There are so many reasons why I love holding space for other women…

One is that I get to share my cultivated heart and soul gifts that I came into this life to share with those who are resonant and in need of the discovery and boost of their own. Another is that I get to share the gifts of my beloved soul family community and the intimacy that lives here with them and within me, supporting others to come closer to themselves and to us if/as that unfolds. And yet another is that I have the honour, privilege, and deep blessing of being able to witness and feel big souls like Saule Ilona Bukauskas (her testimonial is below) open up to their own bigness more and more through feeling and healing trauma in the heart and soul.

I get to learn from every soul I serve love with and I grow alongside them. It’s sometimes wild and untethered, yet it’s always gentle in many ways. Sessions with any one of us in SoulFullHeart are catalytic and heart-opening, even when we have to wade through a dark swamp together on our way back to love’s shores.

Sometimes I have to pinch myself that I’ve been called to serve love in this way! I’ve come to know some of her places of trauma from this life and others and watched her flourish on the other side of these dark places. Serving The Feminine, Connecting With The Inner Mother

In absolute awe I am, of the depth and sacred intensity in the women I serve in sessions and the women I connect with daily in community as well. Our intensity always matches that of the passion borne inside the womb, that rumbles worlds as much as She creates them.

It’s always vulnerable to lead and be led, to hold and be held, as a feminine embodiment in this and any lifetime. The strength of our inner masculines serves to protect us and our feminine essences, as well as the parts who have felt victimized by this body, by this core of who we are as a heart and soul. Sometimes the inner β€˜masculine’ is also a strong and powerful matriarch/wounded Queen/Priestess energy inside that finds it challenging to be vulnerable out of necessary self-protection. Even THIS intensity needs honouring, love, and holding; a recognition of her powerful presence while also helping her learn to feel again, as challenging as that has been for her until now.

I’ve noticed in recent sessions how this matriarch energy expresses in different ways inside of different women. Sometimes we call this the Inner Mother. In one recent session with a young woman in her mid-twenties, we felt how her Inner Mother holds frequencies of being tired and overwhelmed and also victimized by life, much like her birth mother has energized. Another young woman in her early twenties has been feeling how her Inner Mother is also an Inner Punisher who also has frequencies of a Sorceress at times.

I feel, as I serve this dynamic range in women, how much love there is available to continue holding it with an open heart and open hands too, to allow whatever needs to come up in the space to do so. These energies need and deserve to felt and heard, not diagnosed or labeled, even as mirrors are held up for them to start to see their impact on themselves and other parts, as well as relationships on the outside. This is the work of transforming the False Mother into the Sacred Feminine inside, while inviting in the Divine Mother, in whatever form and face is necessary, as the template for this process.

The deep dive inside isn’t actually possible without love and also without support of the Divine Mother, who is the ultimate model for us to feel the inner False Mother and help her heal into more of the healthy, heart-open, capable, and profoundly gifted Queen. It’s Her love that holds the space, really, for which I am but a humble vessel, supporting you to become your own. There’s really no end to this process of deepening this embodiment, no ultimate pinnacle of it, and every ounce of discovery and healing is so worth the journey of diving deep into what (and who) hasn’t felt worthy of receiving, let alone becoming, this energy of sacred feminine love within.

1:1 Sacred Feminine Embodiment Activation & Trauma Releasing Sessions | Jelelle Awen

I honestly forget most of the time to share on social media about the 1:1 sessions that I do on most days. They are so meaningful and important to me as a way to serve love with the Divine, yet, I also don’t relate with my spaceholding or SoulFullHeart as a business to be promoted regularly in the usual sense. Rather, it is a vocation, a Divine calling, for which I ask for fair monetary exchange (while that is still needed in daily living reality) in return. Sessions are really a dedicated space to transmit the love flow that I am gifted to access within and share with others.

I have been blessed to draw a regular flow of women to have sessions with me over the last four years since I first started sharing more regularly on social media. Some of them have only wanted/needed one session with me….while others are now going into their second and third year of sessions with me, into deeper community living with us, and are on their way to becoming Facilitators themselves some day.

I have had a couple of breaks from offering sessions in order to reboot, rest, and focus on my own process, my relationship with Raphael, the bigger picture offerings, writing, and the community. Yet, since I arrived here in Avalon in September, I have felt a renewed sense of purpose and passion that comes through being in the sessions now. I’m not sure how long I will be offering sessions to those new to the SoulFullHeart process as more of my schedule is filling up with those who have been involved for a longer period of time. So, if you feel drawn, now would be the time to claim one.

It is truly my joy and my honor to spend 90 minutes (often feels much shorter and yet also longer too) with the deep, porous, sensitive, and just plain GIFTED women who are drawn to meet with me. The sessions are a collaborative union between us, between my Divine Self and theirs, and I so enjoy drawing out their insights, their gifts, their realizations, helping them to lift the veils that have covered their access. I hear all the time how amazed they are at what is uncovered and put together and that ‘it makes so much sense’ what we discover.

Bridging to and feeling parts of them such as the Inner Child, Inner Teenager, Inner Protector, Inner Punisher, Gatekeeper and then also soul aspects in other lifetimes is such a fascinating process that always surprises me. I do feel this work that I offer with women is a deeper initiatory process into the embodied grounds of the sacred feminine in a truly unique way that offers true and lasting transmutation or I really couldn’t in integrity continue to offer it.

This process is not for the faint of heart nor does it support bypassing or just being in ‘love and light’ energies. This process and my energy invite you into the hidden places, the rejected places, the places and parts that MOST need your love to truly complete suffering loops and patterns of resistance/fear….it is gentle yet confrontative as is the energy of the Divine Mother when we are ready to truly receive and embrace Her.

Being here in Glastonbury/Avalon has activated my healer in a deeper way again! I’ve been taking space from holding 1:1 sessions with women for the last few months and felt a deep resting, renewed and productive focus on my own process, birthing of the Free To Be 5D group call series with Raphael, released my new book, and manifested our relocation here to Glastonbury from Canada.

After this resting period that was needed after four years of full service, I am now feeling and being guided to open to individual service again to those women who are drawn to work with me during this time of intense transition and change collectively. I can feel this is a powerful time of supported arisement of the Divine Feminine self, which is a combination of healing of the 3D self parts and the connection/integration of soul aspects. This is a time to go deeper into your heart and soul field to offer love to whatever most needs your attention, allowing the Divine Feminine arise from within.

I support the Divine Feminine self to arise through 75-90 minute sessions over Zoom and now here in-person at this beautiful house in the heart of Glastonbury for $130 CAD (about $100 USD equivalent). We connect in a meditative ‘dropped in’ space together with whatever part of you and/or soul aspect that comes through to be felt. It is a powerfully deep yet gentle feeling space that allows the digestion of whatever needs to be felt along with soul/Divine self activations as well.

The work I offer is a deep soul initiation process, so is best aligned with those who have been awakening for many years and also done deeper emotional healing work as well….for souls who are ready to go the next level in their healing and transformation into their Divine self manifestation in ALL areas of their life.

So many rumblings and reactions happening right now. So much shadow coming to the surface to be met with love instead of fear. This can be a lot to hold with all of the energies swirling and popping.

In SoulFullHeart we feel all the parts of us that are in pain, reaction, and/or confusion. We feel the Metasoul aspects that may be bleeding through at this time and needing your attention and care.

This is very catalytic work that can be attested to by those that are currently in session space with us. It does require a real desire for change, not just temporal relief. Yet, there is a self-loving way to be with the change that is knocking on your door.

I, along with Raphael Awen and Kalayna Solais, offer a free consultation call to feel with you what your presenting pains/fears/frustrations are and see how the process can navigate you to deep, transformational change. Moving out of the old way of being and into a new way of seeing and feeling yourself and the world. An invitation to the community within you and our community on the outside.

The Healing Expressions Of The Rising Sacred Masculine, Pt. 1

An epic SoulFullHeart session with Raphael Awen this weekend. So much so, I will need to write this up in two parts. The first half was a revisiting of my inner masculine part named Marcus. Recently, I have been invited to partake more and more into reintegrating back into service by co-leading with Kalayna Solais a Saturday follow-up discussion group with those that attend the Wednesday Free-To-Be group calls. (For more info on the upcoming series go to soulfullheart.org/freetobe2)

This brought up some prior frequencies within my masculine to show up with some compensatory energy, meaning a little more energized and outbound due to some underlying feeling of inadequacies within him to be a leading edge part of this group. What came up for him was an image of a bull in a china shop. Like he is not sure how to be in a space when things get tender. My feminine is quite capable of holding that space, but Marcus, when he is β€˜up’, can be a little more mental in those moments without letting the feeling just do the β€˜talking’. 

He began to wonder, β€œWhat then is appropriate masculinity?”. That was a portal question to what feels like a grappling of the wounded masculine’s relationship to the feminine, as well as a reaction to what is referred to as β€˜toxic masculinity’. There is this fine line of wanting to be in balance and honor with the feminine, express and claim his power and intuitions while avoiding this β€˜toxic’ distinction. 

The first thing that was brought to him is that just this very question alone suggests his reverence for the feminine and the holding of the sacred space. It also mirrors a long-standing notion that the feminine is fragile. This was deeply ingrained in me from early on in my life as my mother was a very sensitive and emotional woman in the despair direction. This set up an unhealthy dynamic between her and my inner child that he had to make sure not to β€˜hurt mom or else who knows what would happen to her’. 

Well, through much of my healing and experience with other powerful women, I recognized that this was a part of her wounded inner child tugging on my inner child. This ended up transmuting into recycled alcoholism and I eventually had to say no more. I had given all I could until it was clear I had to cut the cord of this dynamic. This has played out in multiple Metasoul timelines as well in regards to feelings of guilt and shame over how I had participated in the suppression and persecution of the women. 

Interesting that I find myself within a more feminine offering to explore and heal all of these wounds and beliefs that I have had around the Feminine itself and women in general. It inversely leads me to more of my own masculine expression as I connect with the relationship to my own feminine and how She is a portal into my sacred masculinity and my Love ambassadorship. But I have had to go here first. To my inner masculine and hash out these old dynamics and create a safe environment to let his masculine flourish like the wild stallion he is and wants to be. 

It felt appropriate to share this after Mother’s Day as a reminder that the relationship to Mom is an integral part of any man’s journey. It really needs to be brought into consciousness so that we can truly see and feel how we relate to Womankind and the Sacred Feminine. I was inspired to do this video today to offer some picture of what it’s actually like to have a SoulFullHeart session, realizing that we haven’t fully explained it really, and even then, it does shift a lot depending on the soul involved!

I go into how the spaceholding begins really with the first point of contact, when you ask for a Bridging Session. We are feeling you already from the very beginning and feeling what it is you may need bridging to inside of yourself, especially through your answers to the questions found on our Sessions page: soulfullheart.org/sessions.
