Healing From Divine Separation 3D Experience To Return To Wholeness

3D reality has been the ‘worst case scenario’ in many ways for parts of you. It can feel like the worst of pain. The worst of fear. The worst of suffering. The worst of density. And this current lifetime is just one of MANY 3D timeline experiences that your soul is moving through in this Now.

The ‘worst’ experience for parts of you is the pain of experiencing the original separation from Divine source and Divine love. This separation severs you at the existential level in a DEEP way that impacts how parts of you then react to and respond to EVERYTHING in your life.

This ‘worst’ experience of Divine separation creates a fragmenting of the self that seems to happen right at the moment of birth. The ‘light’ is separated from the ‘dark’. The experience of this-life birth triggers the original separation wound trauma out of the Divine. Protective parts of you are created to guard against the amplification of this pain, out of survival, out of response to the sudden SHOCK of density.

Your innocence/purity/love essence is preserved and often ‘put away’ by these protective parts of you. They don’t really have any other choice but to do this as it is the only means to survive 3D reality. These protective energies form shields/blocks/barriers to interfacing with reality in a more porous way. They are looking out for the next sources and causes of pain with often acute levels of anxiety/distrust and control.

As I’ve explored the healing of this Divine separation wound within myself for many years and with others in session space, it is about taking a purposeful healing journey to the ‘core’ source rather than trying to solve or fix or medicate the triggering reactions to current situations and circumstances. Journeying to the moment of separation in this life (usually right at our physical birth) with LOTS of light and love with your Higher Self energies coming into your body allows a bridging to heal the trauma created there. Journeying even to the moment of the your individuated soul consciousness birthed out of the Divine allows for profound healing on the quantum level too (which I have also done in sessions and with myself.) 

Protective parts of us can begin to rest on projecting things as the worst case scenario as they feel more connection to Divine trust again. As they connect to your soul’s bigger REASON for choosing 3D reality and the explorations that it offers. As they remember how it was the Divine’s curiosity of experiencing an ‘other’ that led to the separation and not because you are ‘bad’ or ‘wrong’ or ‘evil.’ They can rest from guarding the precious inner child so that the inner child can transform into the magical, star seed essence again, bringing many multidimensional gifts in that transmutation.

Your perspective and experience of life can transition to the BEST case scenario in ALL moments, in which everything you are experiencing feels like it is offered for and by love. It can feel like whatever crucible of growth you are given through the current situation or circumstance (however challenging) is held with Divine support and guidance. It can feel like YOU are the essence of love returning to that expression again within your human body as all parts of you unify again…..which is the best scenario of them all.

Arising Opportunities For Connection Through Deep Life Change

Earlier this week, Raianna Shai and I ventured out to Salt Spring Island for a couple of days’ journey… Salt Spring is very easy to get to from here in Victoria, yet I hadn’t been yet and this trip ended up having the most perfect timing with some deep personal changes being navigated recently in my life (more details on that in a future post).

It was wonderful to BE with Raianna in this emerging sense of sisterhood goodness… we have had a bond for quite a while now with her having been a Facilitant of mine in SoulFullHeart, yet we’ve also always had a clear connection on a soul and heart level that goes beyond physical age and even current life experience. Each moment together arose in a new way and we were able to arise in a new way for each other too. I have so much MORE love and appreciation for this feminine being that I get to be in relationship with right now and that feels so good! 😀

Together on this trip we felt a connection on a Metasoul level as we felt our First Nations Metasoul sisters and their own sisterly connection. They danced and chanted and sang and hugged trees while exploring the beautiful, super-natural landscapes of this stunning island and reuniting with us and with each other too.

There’s something about letting go into life changes and feeling the parts of you that are having a hard time trusting them deeply (or at all) that allows for this sort of newly arising set of circumstances and opportunities to really be let in… the bittersweetness of letting go of what was DOES make room for what IS and what will be. Opportunities do come as we continue to feel our hearts and the parts of us that live there, that hurt there, that need healing there.

There’s much to look forward to, but there’s also much to be with in this very moment too, being real about the pain surfacing and being with the parts that are feeling the losses, the cost, the retrospect, the sentimentality. There’s much to take stock of and digest about the past through big life changes yet there’s also much to hold out for, to envision as possible, to see as imminent and to let in as much as you can in each moment.

Healing The Illusion Of Any ‘Less Than’

Every part of the whole contains the whole. Without you, the whole would be incomplete.

You are wholeness that has been made into a person, or personified. You are consciousness that has been channeled and breathed into an individuated human being. You are part of the Divine and you are all of the Divine. Both are true. The divine chose to express as you and through you.

Feeling and adopting this as your truth, as your reality, that you are so inescapably, safely and magically tethered into this lifeline of love….. you are now free to roam into any domain of your life that feels like it lacks love.

The fear melts away as you – with curious and open heart – reach out to every part of you that comes into your awareness that lacks this awareness of love. No darkness can extinguish this light. No seeming absence of love can dis-acknowledge this presence of love. You now reach out into every domain of your consciousness, both in inner feeling states and in the outer circumstances of your life, to establish this dominion of love.

Going inward or outward makes no difference, as both contain the whole here as well, and both reflect each other magically in the same way. The more we examine their apparent distinction, the more we see and feel their oneness.

A dis-ease in the body draws our attention to a dis-ease in the heart. An external battle makes us aware of an internal battle just off our radar. An absence of anything externally calls us to realign and reawaken to the fullness of everything internally.

We are magical beings beyond description! This utter fullness of being, this inescapable wholeness of being, is what gave us the courage to venture out into the illusion of something less-than. We ventured our total ‘more-than’ reality on a ‘less-than’ illusion, in order to become even more than the fullness that we already were.

We are love becoming more, and we are doing that through our individuated human consciousness being expression, at least for the moment. Who knows how many more being expressions await us to inhabit?

Breathe in and feel how inescapably you are contained by love. You are from love and to love. You are by love and of love. You are with love and missed by love. You are love-in-wanting to happen, and love-in-waiting to happen. You and love are one and the same.

Go be in love!… happily happening!

It Has Taken Necessary Work To Make 3D Work

To make life work here in 3D has taken WORK. It has needed parts of you to become the anchoring frequencies; to become the guarding and protecting energies; to become the very means and ways to SURVIVE such a drop into density that 3D is compared to the light air porosity of 5D consciousness and higher that your soul breathes and is used to.

All this efforting by all these parts of you is not a pathology. It is not a disorder. It hasn’t been done as a mistake or any kind of failure. The conforming, the shrinking, the fitting in….these were all NECESSITIES to survive here. The monitoring, the distrusting, the resisting…..these were all the textures of responding to a highly polarized, dualistic reality.

These have been the energies needed for THIS to push against THAT over and over until balance can be found again.

The fear has been a very natural consequence of this pushing against. It has been necessary too as without it, all would be love……which it already was and is in its Divine state. Parts of you have fear and hold fear and return to fear because they have had to go there in order to survive.

Through the awakening process… love comes more into your BEing; wakeness comes into your soul consciousness; openness comes into your heart. The remaining frictions and tensions become more obvious. The fear becomes backlit by all that love. The parts that have been working so hard allow you to actual feel how tired they are. The tears fall from the remembering and reliving of traumas that have long been suppressed and managed.

The MORE you awaken, the MORE the pain comes UP to be felt and released, and, eventually, healed. The 3D way was about suffering over suffering in loops that never seem to end. The awakening way is to be with the pain, create space to relate to the pain and the part of you that feels it, and to love that pain into a higher frequency.

Life becomes less work and more play…..even the temporary pain is related to with more curiosity and even play. Your soul can feel the purpose behind it all and honors the necessity of it and the growth that it offers. Parts of you ongoingly need that bridge from your soul to experience the trauma/fears/pain in new ways.

Parts of you need your soul/Higher Self to start putting pieces together, see the bigger picture, and connect to Divine source timing around it all. Parts of you need to relate to the choice that it all was on the Higher Self level.

Life becomes, more and more, about love. For love and with love. Starting from INside of you and all the parts of you that remain in fear frequencies out of habit.

These parts of you are just waiting for the words, connections, and bridges from you to step out of their dark places and into the light of love again AS their essence.

The New Paradigm Of Being A Healer

After working with people for over 15 years as a coach/healer/teacher/facilitator, I so feel how we cannot actually heal another person. We cannot do the inner work for them. We cannot fix or solve or even really KNOW what their highest path is. We can commit with presence to provide a bridge for them to their own inner discoveries, yet ‘reading them out’ and ‘giving them the answers’ is old paradigm.

There is a new paradigm of being a healer that is revealing itself as we move more into 5D New Gaia frequencies. This new paradigm is about doing/being your inner work PRIMARILY so that when you are offering healing frequencies to others it is because you are in joy, abundance and goodness in your own life. Not despite your own unhappiness, pain, suffering, etc. do you serve others to overcome it and to make yourself feel better. Yet, rather, you are in overflow and offering your soul gifts from that place of embodied self love and self worth. Those who have compartmentalized their service to others by being in disintegrity in any way will eventually no longer draw others to them to serve. Many ‘healing practices’ and spiritual teaching offerings are struggling to draw people as they are invited to go to this Next Level of purification within.

The new paradigm offers that, as a healer, you are your OWN healer first…..continually going through your own deep dive, shadow integration exploration and, so, can hold that space for others to do the same. You are a guide and a mirror for their Higher Self…..a mirror, not ever a replacement for someone’s own soul’s wisdoms.

So many abuses, manipulations, distortions, etc. have come from 3D/Lower 4D healers/teachers/gurus that have been fused to undigested karmic lifetimes of being dominant, ‘all knowing’, claiming to be the embodiment of the Divine while not actually doing the shadow clearing and emotional healing work that allows for an embodied emotional maturity that recognizes EVERYONE as a Divine spark. They have been allowed to teach from a place that isn’t authentic or representative of how they treat others in their ‘personal life’. Many of these abuses are now being exposed as ALL of it is being purified to return back to true and authentic service of love….which is always a ‘with’ reality and not an ‘against’ or ‘over’ others.

YOU are the healer of your own inner world and the manifestor of an outer world that matches that healed state. YOU are actually the space holder that can provide the digestion of trauma that parts of you from this lifetime and other lifetimes most need. Any healer or teacher that offers you any other perspective than this one is still moving through the Lower 4D matrix of fear-based control and undigested abusive power dynamics.

During 1:1 75-90 minute sessions over zoom and in person in Victoria, BC, I and other SoulFullHeart Facilitators set the stage for you with our experience and lived in relationship to the SoulFullHeart process. We support you to discover how it can help YOU to heal yourself. YOU connect to support systems that have always been there for you, such as Star Family and Divine guides, even if you haven’t always been conscious of them. We offer when it feels like a specific part/aspect is coming forward and then collaborate with you to discover that part and the traumatic scenes it may be stuck in/looping in OR timeline bleed through that is happening.

Crop Circle Update: Connecting To The Strength Available As A Community

Crop Circle UPdate: The latest crop circle that I was guided to offer a message from appeared in Sparticles Wood, near Netherme-on-the-Hill, Surrey, UK. This one was reported on the SOULstice, June 21st, which connects to the strong energy gateway that the SOULstice offers as we move into a new season in our lives. Here is the video of this one to take in:

I am noticing that I am guided to write about and connect to some crop circles that are appearing in this 2019 season and not others. Some of them are being revealed to be created solely by humans, even a sixth grade class created quite a wonderful one in France recently. Yet, if you feel into these other crop circles, you can feel the galactic transmission energies that are missing in them.

The ones offered from the Star Mu Alliance (we could call it) have a frequency of other worldliness and a perfection beyond what we can currently create with planks and measuring devices. They feel as if the imprint of them was already in the crops and they just arose when it was time from Inner Earth in an organic way. They have an elegance too…..and a sense of communication, a message that you can tap into, a conversation that you can join.

Here is the message I am receiving from this one…feel into it yourself to see what you receive as well:

“We have chosen this time to offer a bridge through a common symbology in your world. So common is the insect you call ‘ant’ that its power and specialness can often be overlooked. Just as YOUR most sacred attributes can be as well. We want to remind you of the strength, patience, and determination that the ant offers to you as a mirror for these qualities in your species.

Even though it is very small, the ant is very strong and can accomplish amazing feats of strength when many of them come together for a common purpose and goal. The mission to change your world, to move out of 3D consciousness, to ascend into your sacred human frequencies is a challenging one.

The ant reminds you that you cannot do it alone. You will need each other. You will need to continue to come together in a harmonised effort.

To join together for the common welfare of your species, motivated by a vision of what life on Gaia could become and return to once again. Driven by the desire to end the suffering of ALL sentient beings. Inspired by your beautiful planet and Her consciousness returning to complete harmony with yours. Focused on healing the fear, separation, isolation that LIVES in your DNA, your heart, and your souls.

Inspiration can come from the smallest and most common of sources, such as your ant family creatures. Tune into your soul’s contribution to this mission. Feel and heal the fears to BE in commUNITY that come from this life, birth family experiences and from other timelines too.

As you join in community, you can feel your TRUE strength as amplified and supported by all those around you returning again to Oneness and to Divine LOVE.”

Divine Father Message For Today’s Solstice: Your New Day Is Dawning

There’s a strong energy today from Divine Father in many different faces. He is here to celebrate the Solstice with us while holding space too for whatever is coming up from within us to be felt and held in our hearts. Maybe you’re more in a mourning phase rather than a celebration, or maybe you’ve just come through a rebirth canal and are feeling renewed and relieved. In either case, Father is very much here to be in all of that with you and with every part of you in reaction to it.

He is offering in the moment,

“Beloved of my very being…

I know the realizations hurt. I know the celebrations can be bittersweet. I know you have lost loved ones unfairly, I know it can feel nearly impossible to believe in Love, I know it hurts sometimes to even just wake up in the morning.

I also offer, however, that no matter what you’re facing or even celebrating, you’re meant to be exactly where you are.

You may feel like a rat in a labyrinth of sorts, yet every turn you choose, you’re on your way to a new phase, a new day, a new release into something higher and better than what you’ve yet experienced. You may feel like things cannot possibly BE any better than they are, yet even this is another stop on the journey that undulates, expands, and contracts. You are always on your way somewhere. You are never abandoned. I AM here, I AM with you, I AM holding you, even when it’s hard to feel as if I could be anywhere at all.

The night ends. The new day dawns. You are not ever ending, though your current phase may be… you are always and forever on your journey, infinitely growing, infinitely finding your way, infinitely deepening in the gravitas of the love that you ARE.

With so much LOVE, so much encouragement, so much support for you to BE where you are and even who you are in this moment,

This Solstice feels as if it brings with it a poignant rebirth. The birth contractions are real and many of you have been experiencing them deeply, as have I, yet His presence is here and now, holding our hands with every new step we take.

Though His presence can be controversial because of much projection onto Him, he invites us all individually to keep letting Him in however we can. This may mean that feeling Him is more triggering than comforting for a time, yet I feel deeply that he gets why that is and holds space even for the angst that needs to be vented without judgement, only presence.

Maybe today you’ll feel His presence in the sun shining on your skin, your plants, your swimming pool. Maybe today you’ll feel His arms around your shoulders as you sob and cry out against the unfairness parts of you are feeling about life right now. Maybe today you’ll feel him cheering alongside you as you move into the dawning of your new day.

The night is not endless. The new day must dawn. And in that entire process, He is here to love you as you courageously choose to just keep going, whatever that means for you in this moment.

SOULstice Codes To Become Your Full Shining Self

Blessings on SOULstice today!! This is what the Solstice codes say to me today…BEcoming your FULL SHINING Self!! ~

Your inner Solstice, your inner sun ascending, yet standing still in a brief moment. You are beaming out in many more moments of LOVE flow from your shining soul, your luminous heart, your illuminating mind, and your glowing body.

Your inner Solstice offers you a picture and taste of your FULL SHINING where you are drawing more souls, more possibilities, more livelihood, more abundance on all levels, more intimacy, more LOVE. ALL of this then is coming without effort, drawn to the warmth that comes from inner tenderness, inner holding, inner care. ALL of this coming from the outside to reflect your sense of enlovened self INSIDE that connects with ALL aspects that are within you. ALL of this coming without struggle as you feel and heal the inner struggles, inner judgements, inner resistance, and inner push-pull.

Your inner Solstice invites you to feel and see what your FULL SHINING self and life is like as it is not a ‘future’ timeline, yet happening in the NOW. You can BE there and here too. More and more, both are true in the same moment. One is not lacking or higher from the other, as BOTH are equally sacred. All that you are choosing in this moment or not choosing is creating and impacting the other timeline.

Connecting with the Great Cosmic Sun that beams from the heart of Divine Source, you can feel more of this multidimensional possibility, multiple timeline experiences in one Now. Opening and activating and BEing with your upper most chakras draws in and pulls in these higher frequencies that re-spark and re-ignite your galactic consciousness. You can more remember that time is not linear; timelines are not singular; selves are not just one expression at a time either.

Take this moment of marker of inner Solstice, to feel your FULL SHINING even as you feel gratitude for the Now moment and all it is offering of lessons, challenges, crucibles, opportunities, possibilities.

The FULL SHINING of your soul here, of your heart here, of your sacred humanity here IS the invitation in every moment to BE the Infinite Love that you ARE.

Honouring Unwanted Feelings

There are moments when I look outside of myself. When I feel frustration or anger at things I can’t control.

I try not to feel bad about it in these moments. I’m only human and can’t always get to a higher frequency right away.

But I do try and take a moment to feel where my frustration with other is a frustration inside of myself.

What do my parts need? Where am I feeling unloved and unworthy? And how can I fill that void inside of myself instead of waiting for that outside source to fill it for me?

Ultimately, we are always going to have reactions that we don’t want to have. It’s all about treating each feeling with respect and honor. Knowing that each one has its place and value.

No feeling is a bad one at its core. They all lead us somewhere new inside of ourselves. A new sense of self love, a new boundary with others, a new form of compassion for whatever may be frustrating you.

We are here, in this world, in this form, to feel it all. As fully as humanly possible.
