Energy Update: Supermoon Amplifies Collective/Personal Heart Openings And Activations

The moon is near, so near…..closer in our skies than at any other time of the year. Shining down and brightly to light up the shadows that may remain. The first of three Supermoons peaks today, March 9th, with two more Supermoons following in April and May. The lunar energies are associated with the Divine Feminine and the feminine within us all, serving to illuminate what needs to be processed and digested in our heart spaces, our emotional bodies and our soul fields…both personally and collectively.

Collectively, there are BIG movements occurring in the heart spaces of 3D Matrix ‘reality’ with the Coronavirus pushing up fear of physical body death, authority and control systems getting ‘tighter’, and overall sense of powerlessness/restriction. Lower 4D/archetypal energies are being triggered too. The unconscious pain places of ongoing suffering, fear, suppression, manipulation, distortion, the difficult symptoms of the polarity experiment. The pain and suffering from the experiences of perceived separation between masculine and feminine and from the Divine are coming up for love and healing.

With THIS MUCH collective movement, being a sensitive and empathic type of soul can be quite challenging. It can be difficult to track what is YOURS. And, this just seems to be amplified by the Supermoon energies that unify us through the collective experience of them with Higher Heart activations. It can feel like to parts of you that you will ‘go down’ with all of the fear that is coming up to be processed, expressed, and lived in by others.

The cries of the world, the cries of the womb, the cries of the innocents…all this crying and it feels sometimes as if the weeping from it will not end nor the suffering cycles possibly complete.

There is a powerful bridge being offered at this time to allow a way through and above the collective river of tears. This bridge is within your soul, offered by your soul/star family, and provided by the Divine Mother’s love for you.

This bridge is your turning inward to feel yourself, your inner world, parts of you that need you, and the cries from within you as the FIRST response. This bridge is allowing the Divine Mother to embrace you, care for you, nurture you, and forgive the parts of you that need it. This bridge gives you access to 5D Golden Earth/Gaia frequencies when you need to be reminded and remember the possibilities.

As you feel and heal the cries from within your own heart and soul, you can more digest those of the collective. You are no longer drowning with them, yet offering a lifeline of love and a beacon of hope from a healing heart and soul that is finding its way through.

Self love and care are important right now. Notice what energies you are allowing in your field, especially with so much heart sensitivity, and if it is serving YOU to receive them or not. Receive the Divine love that you need, filling up your cup, filling up your heart in whatever ways serve you!

You are arising….from the deep sleep of not being seen or heard or recognized in your authentic feminine powerful leadership, now BEing woken up to your soul purpose here. There is something ancient here and beyond time too, in the NOW you are merging with your Star being aspects to infuse higher dimensional frequencies into your human one to arise into a sacred human in feminine form.

You are arising….from the essence of your purpose to serve love as you align your life to this calling. You are transitioning from DOing things as your means of drawing livelihood to BEing service of love in ALL moments. Receiving and responding to the gifts from the Universe and Divine Source that come as you serve love and let go of ‘hows’. The mind cannot be certified to serve love nor the remembrance of your soul gifts come from traditional learning or the previous self-image-based ways, yet you gain access to it as you become and open up to it with your genuine and humble desire to serve love.

Taking A Day To Be With Your Inner Child

Dedicating a day to be with your Inner Child or any other part of you is hugely rewarding and such a deep way to express love for yourself. Connecting with parts of you and aspects of your Metasoul in other lifetimes as well is a huge way to really connect in deeply with this frequency of loving and appreciating who and where you are in your journey as it is right now.

There was a day this week that I decided to spend with this deeper aspect of my own Inner Child that has emerged recently. I’ve done so much work, feeling aspects of me like her in many different layers and expressions over the years, that she feels not only like an ‘Inner Child’ but also like she vibrates at a core place inside of my ‘healer’ and ’empath’ too. The sun codes were vibrating and a local park, a personal favourite place to BE in this city where I live, was calling us out to be in it, hanging out with our beloved duck, squirrel, and tree friends. We even brought along our little ‘duckie’ stuffy to ‘introduce’ to the REAL ducks there! 🙂

When I met this part of me, she had been living ‘alone’ in her world until I connected with her in a recent session with Jelelle. Connecting directly with me is new for her and it’s her first time really letting in intimacy. She has some social trauma to keep feeling with her, which all started when I was very little. She is very sensitive and empathic (as Inner Children tend to be) and she is learning how to let others in in a deeper way, with my help, and not assume that others don’t like her or to find reasons to stay in her world all alone, isolating herself from relationships of all kinds.

Discovering her has been a huge, HUGE gift to me, as she is helping me feel the deeper core disconnect from others that has been a habit for me my whole life this life, and where this disconnect has come from all along. She is a big part of my healer’s heart and desire to serve love, so helping her move into a new space in deeper connection with me and also with others I am in relationship with will really help ME step more into my soul purpose work with more self-love overflow and an expanded capacity to hold space for others.

As we spend ‘time’ with these precious parts of us, we are offered a very powerful portal into ourselves. As they become less afraid of ‘getting in trouble’ for what they’ve hidden from us when it comes to who they are and why they’ve reacted in the ways they have to life and relationships too, they can quite quickly shift into their more magical, joyful frequencies, which seems to really free up our hearts in new and arising ways that maybe weren’t exactly expected!

Coronavirus As A Portal

I haven’t watched or taken in much mainstream news about the spread of the coronavirus, interestingly named considering it is the sun’s energies being offered through coronal holes in its surface providing us with much sacred masculine activation during this phase of Ascension. Even choosing not to take in the 3D news perspective and energy, I can feel the growing fear, panic, and sense of powerlessness growing around it within the collective. I can feel it, yet I am not of it.

Whenever there are reactions of fear, there is an opportunity to discover what it is actually about within your own soul and consciousness. One of the deepest fears we can have as humans when we still consciously feel separated from the Divine is of physical body death. Physical body death brings up a recapitulation of the original separation wound that is so painful. Anything that threatens our ‘lives’ in our physical body can then push up this fear. If we haven’t conceived of our spirit and soul beyond our physical bodies, then we are totally attached in consciousness to our physical experience and bodies. This is a good way of understanding what 3D consciousness offers….little beyond the physical experience.

From this place of 3D reality, something like the coronavirus feels very threatening and pushes up an extreme fear of body death and therefore Divine separation. There isn’t much sense of trust and Divine surrender in this perspective. There isn’t much connection and trust to the light body, subtle energy systems, and prana/chi/life force frequencies that can be brought in to respond to something like a stronger virus. Because mainstream medicine is reactive rather than preventative, there are so many in 3D consciousness living in extremely poor health and vitality, for which this virus can greatly impact and harm them.

As we feel from a higher perspective the soul’s choices here, we can start to tune into the bigger choice point and transition that is happening collectively. As I’ve mentioned in other writings, it is a time of ‘stay or go’ on the soul’s level as we move into a deeper phase and stage of Ascension. Those souls who want and need more 3D experience (as it does offer so much growth opportunity if you can emerge and awaken out of it!) would choose to leave the Earth plane now as it transitions to more 4D and then 5D Gaia experience. In this way, these souls may choose the coronavirus as the means to exit now.

Something like a virus is a portal for us to feel into our soul’s history and experience of viruses in previous lifetimes and timelines. From the black plague to other epidemic experiences, the reactions of fear and panic can sometimes stem from another timeline when these viruses were truly and deeply devastating to us and this wasn’t processed on an emotional body level. If you are finding yourself in strong reaction to it, this may be a place to go exploring to see if there is a connection for you in your soul’s experience.

I have been asked if it feels like this virus has been planted by the Cabal, Illuminati, etc. as a population control means or by the alliance to be able to collapse the world’s economy and bring in alternative currency, etc. Both of these feel possible and yet the interesting piece there is what reactions that brings up in you if either of those are the case. Feelings of outrage are also a portal to feel the parts of you in activist and protest modes that could, again, be from another lifetime. The invitation is to return to the Ambassador’s sense that we are ALL players in this Divine play and whatever ‘roles’ we are choosing benefit this experience. Offering forgiveness and compassion to others and self can help navigate this.

I’ve been mentioning the 3D/Lower 4D Matrix rumbles and reboots and this virus feels like an aspect of that. Viruses reboot and disrupt programs, such as the Lower 4D Artificial Intelligence Program running from the Reptilian 4D Dimension. Love is a good kind of virus that leads to mutual liberation for all of us. If we are trusting that ALL energies ultimately come from the Divine than even this coronavirus serves a purpose of love that comes from the Divine. The loss of human life, when seen from a soul’s choice level, becomes a sometimes necessary aspect of that.

I’ve also been asked if I feel tension or anxiety about my own future plans to relocate and travel in Europe starting in May due to the possible travel restrictions, quarantine, etc. When I feel into that, I get this sense of Divine trust and surrender that moves through my heart. If I cannot travel at that time, as much as I desire and want to, I do feel a sense of surrender inside me around that. Trusting the reboot process that is needed and that I am just a piece within that, I am in flow with whatever happens. I can serve love from wherever I am in the world.

My deeper sense is that the Divine desires for me to be in Europe for my own process and for the service opportunities of love that can be seeded there once Raphael and I are there. I really can only be in Now about that and will respond to whatever comes up in reaction inside of me if/when it does. Projecting worst case scenarios is so often what causes anxiety. If you are feeling anxiety about your future travel plans, you may feel into the part of you that is worrying about it and why they are. What are they not trusting? What can you feel with them that will help them move into more Divine surrender?

Connecting to Divine trust and surrender allows for a sense of flow through the sometimes turbulent times ahead. Detoxing from 3D energies within your body, bringing in more light, healing traumas at the self and soul levels can help to boost your immune system as needed. Remaining anchored in a higher consciousness frequency while bridging with love to all parts of you that need support and love can help ride the waves. As you find that sense of trust inside yourself, you can extend it out towards others as as beacon of peace, of love, and of possibility.

The Process Of Healing ‘Sisterhood’ Inside and Out

Letting in REAL sisterhood… the kind where you aren’t calling each other ‘sister’ because of blood or because somehow spirituality has told you that you ‘should’ in order to honour oneness and acknowledge, even just on the surface, our equality.

Real sisterhood is about calling each other ‘sister’ from the depths of our healing hearts as women. It becomes a declaration of love coming from the sisterhood inside, healing between parts within us who have been against each other for different reasons, and making space for this same frequency and depth of healing to happen between souls we are connected to on the outside.

This is new. This isn’t a process for which the depths of it have really been acknowledged. It’s challenging to look at how deep and often unconscious the competitiveness, comparison, and fear of each other lives and breathes within each of us as women. Simply starting to call each other ‘sister’ only reaches so deep. It so easily becomes a label without a heartbeat and without genuine care about each other.

To care about each other as sisters in soul and heart requires an awful lot of letting ourselves in, of feeling how and why it’s been hard to have deep intimacy with other women both in this life and in other lifetimes too and the karmic binds alive in them. It’s easy enough to let parts of us claim that this is a result of our conditioning and the messages in the media alone… yet, when we bring this inward, we can feel how yes, the outside influences have been there for a very long time, yet where the looping of this conditioning can finally close and heal is on the inside and this is where those lifetimes of persecution and pain can finally heal too.

Since the latest women’s call last weekend and for a few weeks beforehand, I’ve been letting in resonant relationships with other young women around my age who are doing the same SoulFullHeart process work that I’ve been doing for years now. We are taking the space to connect together, sometimes for several hours at a time over video call since we don’t live in the same country at the moment and can’t connect in person. We update each other on our personal processes and feel them together while we also clear anything that needs to be felt and cleared between us, feeling our hearts in the space and the desire to become closer. We feel our soul resonance and soul sisterhood on a deep level wanting to become more of a felt reality between us. This is not something I’ve experienced very often, especially with women my age, and that’s been so painful that parts of me in the past have shut down the desire for it altogether.

This is all an expansion of what I’ve experienced moving in me for years now with Raianna and Jelelle as part of this process too… but to be experiencing this with young women in my actual ‘peer’ group is a whole other thing, not surprisingly!

There are moments of caution that arise in these connections. On my side, I feel where this comes from is how often parts of me have felt ignored or unwanted by other women. The social pain of this continues to be flushed out, as even this morning I felt with a part of me that I’m calling my ‘Inner Sister’, how foreign it feels to really be ‘seen’ in my gifts by women my age and to SEE them in theirs too without feeling jealousy or defensiveness first. There are concerns for this part of me that we are/she is the ‘problem’, always, in every connection that goes sideways or when painful reflections are sometimes offered about how we’ve impacted others when connecting with them. Feeling shame takes over for feeling compassion for where the other person is coming from. This is all so much about intimacy though, and having a deep and real connection with other women needs to just feel strange and foreign and unknown until it becomes the new normal to be in these sort of ‘catalytic’ (not ‘catty’) relationships that get to expand the healing and growth on both sides. And, ultimately, the feelings of shame and being ‘the problem’ live inside of me between parts of me and this is the only place where these reactions and projections can fully heal.

We truly cannot place expectations on other women around us to become ‘sisters’ in a deep way without acknowledging the work that needs to be done within and between each other. This process though is so worth every moment of tension and expansion, because it IS what seeds the ‘reLOVEution’ we’ve been wanting to experience in how we relate to and treat one another, especially as feminine energies who are all here to be in our bigger soul purpose work and Divine Feminine LOVE ambassadorship!

Incoming Spring Sun Codes Remind Us To Be ‘Gentle’ Within

In this hemisphere, we are now skirting the edges of the awakening of spring time, which supports us all to do our ‘spring cleaning’ on ALL layers and levels of our BEing. I walked home from my day job yesterday to take in the sunshine, feeling intuitively that I needed it as support for my own personal transitions and upgrades right now.

 

What I seemed to capture in the photos I took were some powerful codes that continually encourage emergence from this last winter’s sometimes very intense inward time. I also felt them lighting a spark within. A spark of burgeoning clarity but also of the motivation to keep going, keep feeling, keep letting in the next growth edges and phases while letting in love too.

It’s that ‘while letting in love’ part of it though, that still trips up so many, it feels like. You can be a ‘maniac’ for personal growth and still find it challenging to let in that love is ultimately holding the space for it all, encouraging and supporting you to keep going but to do so with self-love and care too, even gentleness with yourself, which shadow explorations especially need since they have often been so long met with angst and anguish or completely ignored instead.

Sometimes I have to remind parts of me, as desirous as they are to keep experiencing their own healing, that any energies of self-punishment on our way there won’t work anymore… this was especially challenging during my separation from SoulFullHeart this past year. I was reminded by another brilliant, bright soul who is doing this work and living this process that I needed to remember to ‘be gentle’. When she offered me that, I realized how much I, Kalayna, was not holding the process waves coming through but that it was other parts of me, mostly masculine in energy, that were being very hard on themselves to try and ‘get through’ what we were trying much to hard to dive into and feel through. I’ll never forget the impact those words ‘be gentle’ had on me…

And so, here I am, offering them to YOU now…

“Remember to be gentle.”

Maybe this is one of the big messages from the incoming energies right now. As they intensify, actually, we’re left with little choice BUT to discover what being gentle toward ourselves actually means for us individually. The ‘old’ ways of shadow-hunting, of finding ourselves in processes inspired solely by tough and hammering ‘triggers’, of saying ‘yes’ to social situations or going outside of ourselves when what we really need is a bubble bath and some ‘me’ time, are being invited to be felt deeper as we let in and honour the parts of us that have held our/their processes in this way, thinking that they need to stay in their suffering loops in order to experience ultimate healing… in order to ‘deserve’ it/feel ‘worthy’ of it.

Energy Update: 3D Pain Fog Clearing As Schumann Spikes

Energy Update: Schumann/Gaia resonance spike up to 170 HZ for over an hour in the middle of the night (for those of us in Canada and the pacific northwest anyway). That is one of the higher readings that I can remember. I FELT this one, couldn’t sleep for awhile, with this buzz moving through me…a mixture of excitement and some tension that finally resolved into passing out again.

Then I drifted into two strange dreams with one of them presenting a scenario of diverted disaster that I am still digesting, yet felt like it represented change and transition in my life and in the collective. It is two months until we leave for our next timeline in Europe so it may be connected to that for me. Dreams and even nightmares have been occurring for some of us for the last week or so, dropping into the lower 4D spaces for more cleansing and purging from the 4D Matrix, even if we don’t usually have that.

There has also felt like a fog over consciousness in some ways for the last week….like a kind of murkiness or distracted frequency that can shift us into feeling like real life is more surreal, more into our multidimensional realities that can feel ‘better’ than ‘real life’ interface which is still so anchored in 3D frequencies.

This has brought up some pain cycles to be felt whether in the physical (such a menstrual or chronic pain) or in the emotional body in suffering loop patterns. Being with these pain cycles, bringing love to them, feeling the parts of you that are engaged in them, connecting to the play out it is from other lifetimes can help them to resolve and complete them.

I started to feel a shifting in the energies yesterday with more clarity, softness, and clearing through ‘fog’ coming in. The Schumann frequencies seem to be supporting that hike through and UP in consciousness as well.

3D is going through a continuous rumble into Lower 4D and things like the coronavirus and the fear/shut down it is bringing up for those anchored to 3D consciousness is an example of that. Those souls with healthy immune systems and clean diet, light running through their energy systems on a regular basis, doing their emotional and spiritual healing trauma work are able to move through these kinds of things more easily. Also, those with a growing purpose of service here are much needed at this time and so are choosing to stay.


Part of the rumble is that more souls (and animal companions) are choosing whether to leave this plane right now or whether to stay and go into the next, accelerating phase of Ascension. Many souls who came here exclusively to experience 3D consciousness are choosing to go as the growth for them reaches its peak here.
