Energy Update: Strange and Intense Dreams As 3D/Lower 4D Matrix Unplugging Accelerates

Energy Update: Many of us have been having strange and even dark dreams and nightmares for the last couple of nights. “Unusual, intense, Lower 4D Matrix-type dreams/nightmares rumbling through…rebooting in progress as more of us wake up to it & unplug,” was my status update yesterday on Facebook feed that many of you resonated with and commented on. I woke up yesterday digesting two intense dreams that left me feeling uneasy, agitated, and restless until I was able to connect to Shanna, my Reptilian Self, and receive some more sense from her about what was occurring in the Matrix system related to what I was experiencing.

It has been a few years since I have had disturbing dreams as my subconscious and soul field/astral field have been unplugged from the Matrix for awhile, I usually lucid dream, and I have been consciously undergoing a deep process of clearing out trauma/karma through connecting with my Metasoul Aspects from other lifetimes. One my dreams involved slabs of raw meat (which was disturbing for me as I haven’t eaten meat in over a decade) and I could actually smell it for hours afterwards.

As I checked in with Shanna, she reassured me that progress was ongoing in the movement toward mutual liberation of humans from the 3D Matrix and their Reptilian Counterparts connected to the 4D Matrix (which is generated by an Artificial Intelligence program called ‘One Mind’). She said that as more souls awaken to this dual reality and become open to healing it on both levels with compassion for their Reptilian counterpart, this is like ‘love codes’ being offered to the AI in order to reprogram it from fear and control to love based.

As this love recoding process happens, there is a ‘reboot’ that occurs in the Matrix that many of us sensitive souls can feel and are triggered by, although it is more like a residue of it that we are feeling for the collective than our own (unless it is!) Even just a few of us becoming liberated from the Matrix on both levels (human and Reptilian) sets a new path and possibility for those souls who are ready to follow.

She also offered that there are certain substances that are Matrix activators and amplifiers. Refined sugar is one of those and seems to also work as an inhibitor of the pineal/pituitary glands, even as it amplifies the Matrix receptors. I have been fasting and eating very cleanly the last two weeks and then had eaten a small amount of sugar on the night of the intense dreams. She connected my disturbing dreams experience to my digestion of sugar. Other Matrix activators are canola oil, gluten, processed foods, anything from an animal (due to the killing/fear frequencies), etc.

You can feel into this for yourself and what your transitioning to light body needs, yet it is an interesting thing to begin tracking if certain foods amplify your feelings of fear, anxiety, overall ‘dark’ feelings about life, etc. and experience of bad dreams as well. A buzzing sensation around your head (like a swarm of bees) and even intense ringing in the ears can be a sign of Matrix activation as well (although ringing in the ears can be a clairaudient activation too.)

Matrix activation usually feels uncomfortable and disorientating. And, also if you feel more pain in your head/neck/shoulder areas this can be a sign of Matrix amplification within your Causal chakra and P Glands as well. As more souls move into the disclosure phase of this process, the trauma from being plugged into the Matrix can be triggered and express as extreme outrage, shock, and anger at the Archons, Cabal, Illuminati, Draco, Elite Powers, etc. These feelings can be important expressions as you move through the stages of grief that are part of the unplugging process, including the hurt at the harm done to you. To remain in these emotional states with an ‘us against them’ mentality, however, limits spiritual and emotional growth and can keep emotional wounds open and festering rather than healing through acceptance, forgiveness, and compassion.

This has been our choice on the higher levels as it has allowed a more complete immersion into 3D reality. Yet, NOW is the time for us to arise again into our sacred humanity.

NOW is the time to become the compassionate and forgiving ambassador of love that can liberate all parts and aspects of your self and soul that are ready to remember their free will choices and return to the expression of Divine essence expression once again.

NOW is the time to see that the prison door has ALWAYS been open and that you have always been the one that holds the keys to your own liberation.

Energy Update: Playful and Lighter Energies Possible As Cosmic Energies Peak

Energy Update: The cosmic energies coming in have a playfulness to them and lightness, even as they are powerful activators as well. The amount of cosmic rays in particular streaming into Gaia and our atmospheres is close to a space age record…that is A LOT of energy. This is ‘normal’ for the phase of solar minimum that we are currently going through with reduced sun spot/flare activity and more solar storms and rays.

Those of us expanding our multidimensionality and connecting to our subtle energy bodies WAY beyond the physical body are sensitive to these energies. What goes on in the outer cosmos impacts what is going on in our inner cosmos too.

Geomagnetic storm conditions around the Arctic Circle are subsiding today with still slightly elevated solar wind speeds happening. The storms brought in these amazing auroras with a display of spectacular pale green, rare blue, and purple auroras and others forming into dramatic chain-link shapes, shared from spaceweather.com.

It feels like the ceiling is ‘lifting’ lately and access is opening up to more joy, more passion, more clarity, more FUN. We can actually want that and need it even as we are seriously devoted to awakening/ascending on another level. Your Inner Child/Star Seed and Inner Teenager may particularly need some play time, dancing, singing, drawing/being creative, having fun with friends.

The winter months invite us into our inner spaces, introspection, body detox/illness, and less social interaction. There is a very real impact on our emotional states and on our physical bodies as the amount of light we can let into our cells/chakras during seasons of less sunlight and warmth decreases.

There can be a heaviness during this time and even lingering feelings of depression, flatness, sadness, overwhelm. Many souls and beloved animal companions have been choosing to leave the earth plane during these last couple of months as we transition into 2020, which brings up much processing, grieving, mourning, and letting go. The crucible of death and rebirth can be heightened during winter months.

Hints of Spring are coming through in the weather now, yet also in the energy. I get this sense that the tail end of 2019 and these first two months of 2020 have been more tumultuous, churning up whatever we’ve needed to sort through and pushing up what needs to be loved and healed. The next few months of 2020 feel more like moving into a new dawning, a transitionary experience into your higher timeline, and more physical embodiment experience of your light body.

In this eighth video of my video series called Deepen 2020, I (Jelelle Awen, SoulFullHeart Teacher/Facilitator) talk about the light body activation process going on as we move from our dense, carbon-based 3D body to much higher frequencies of light being able to be embodied. I offer there seems to be these important aspects of the light body process that allow more receiving, integration and activation of light: detox for the 3D body, connecting with your Ascension chakras, letting in more light, and healing trauma at the emotional body and soul levels.

I describe why all of these are important and how you can tune into your process around them, which helps to accelerate your light body process and decrease the experience of painful and uncomfortable Ascension symptoms. As the cosmic energies around us increase (even going up to Space Age high levels), there is a real need to be intimately connected to your own light body activation process in a way that can allow for more activation with less physical body discomfort.

I’m hopeful that the guided meditation provided in this video will offer some feelings of physical relief and sense of lightness for your physical body as you bring golden white light in from the Great Cosmic Sun into your Personal Sun Chakra, into your Soul Star and Causal chakras, down into the crown and through all remaining chakras to your root chakra. You then ‘merge in’ with your light body to get the experience of being more attuned and connected to it.

The Ongoing Journey Of Serving Love

Service is a journey, not a destination…

When I first started awakening and paying close attention to different spiritual teachers, authors, etc, parts of me took this whole world of being a ‘leader’ in personal development, healing, etc as a place of arrival; as somewhere you land, someday, and never leave and are never really asked to leave. I didn’t know back then about the dis-integrity that often comes with these high-up places and ‘roles’ that are often not heart-inhabited or emotionally awakened though the soul may be quite ‘attained’ in many ways.

Parts of me wanted to be one of them… wanted the accolades, the spotlight, the sense of ‘arrival’ and ultimately having ‘healed’ so much. Really though, it was the feeling sense of living your truest soul purpose day-in and day-out, fully aligned with who you came here to BE and what you came here to offer others that was the shiniest asset for me.
Yet… it wasn’t exactly real.

At least not in the ways that I was thinking it was at the time.
There’s a sheen and a glamour that is starting to fade and tarnish now. There are still those who are worshipped yet the abuses they are part of toward others and ultimately themselves is starting to show through the shiny fabric. The ‘Wizard of Oz’ can no longer hide in this process of Ascension.

Even the most highly praised leaders are starting to realize that their sense of service of others, to whatever degree it’s been genuine for them, is in fact an ongoing journey and not an ultimate destination where you no longer need to grow, to look at yourself, to realize what has been hiding in the shadows of your heart and soul that now need to purge out and be seen and felt, loved and humbled.

The desire that has always been with me to get to some ‘place’ where I can serve love more directly with individuals and groups still lives in me to some degree and every day I feel it. I see it show up in others too, even many young men and women are much younger than me, who have parts of them that feel the need to aim for this ‘destination’ place, often as a way (and it was this for me too, once upon a time) to leap-frog over the necessary life experiences and deeper healing processes that come first and foremost in order to be fully embodied and feel the humility (and humanity too) that comes with being of deep service; an alignment with yourself, your soul, your own ongoing healing process that overflows to others with deep integrity and honesty.

I’ve learned over and over again to not rush myself to ‘get somewhere’ I may not be for a while. Supporting those around me that are in a flow of service feels right to my heart for now. I don’t feel that in this I am shrinking at all from my bigness, but that I’m being given space and an invitation to explore my own process deeper, trusting that all of the inward time opens out as needed into some expression of service that can only expand as my soul does.

Maybe, then, we can say that there IS an ‘arrival gate’ when it comes to service-of-love flow and one that you simply ‘know’ you’ve arrived at when you have, yet that it’s only another leg of your very individual journey of YOUR ever-deepening healing and growth process, meant to shift every ground within and outside of you, in all areas of your life and with all parts of you/aspects of your soul.

Much love to YOU on YOUR journey of ‘arriving’ where you are right now… into the invitation to just keep feeling yourself, trusting that this is what truly takes you, with the most integrity possible, into your next phase of ‘service’ to self and others. ❤

They know not how to see.

Forgive them their lack of conscience
They know not how to feel remorse.

Forgive them their judgment,
They know not how to discern.

Forgive them their numbness,
They know not how to feel.

Forgive them their greed,
They know not how to receive.

Forgive them their destruction,
They know not how to create.

Forgive them their hatred
They know not how to love.

They know not yet how, but they CAN remember if responded to with love, held with love, reminded of love.

And, the deepest forgiveness extend to YOURSELF first as this is the only way that it will overflow to others…

The Beloved

What prepares you for being able to bear the beloved, is bearing the longing for the beloved. Belonging is one with being in longing, that starts from you to you, and only then provides the courage to risk all going in with a beloved, for only now, do you now possess the necessary safety of something you can never lose.

What enables you to dance with the beloved, is the dance with your own heart and soul. What drew you together is sure to undergo great and fearful change. How you relate with those changes is a mirror of what’s currently true in your deepest core of knowing and feeling.

What draws your beloved to you, is the magnet of your own inner tended garden radiating through all time and space. Fearing he or she will never come is only answered by continually preparing your heart chamber and making space, like breathing, in the even greater fearful awareness that he or she is most surely approaching, everyday closer, if you’ve set this intention.

What endures and can never be lost is love, for all is love and even that which is seemingly not love, came from love, in order to magnify itself. Your journey is always and ever the greatest story of love ever told, nothing more, nothing less. We all needed to be so deep and buried in the story; so lost and ‘in-character’ role playing, so that we could ‘event’ually awaken from the charade of our character in order to return back to the charisma at the core of all universes and cells and atoms alike.

We are all being invited to bear the longing of the beloved, and to expand our capacity to know and feel love, which is never to be satisfied for long, and is sure to kill as much as it is to enliven.

I write these words in my attempt to assist you in some way to be with the longing that lives in your heart, and for myself, to be with the ever expanding longing and joys that belonging with with my beloved, moves in me.

Heart-warm Closure With The Men Of My ‘Past’

Last night before going to sleep, some really sweet energies moved through my heart space that I so wasn’t expecting, but I welcomed it all fully. I felt invited to think about the men I’ve been with or ‘almost’ been with in romantic relationships. The ones who parts of me felt rejected by for some reason, the ones who kept me in the “friend zone”. The ones I made love with or talked about making love with. The ones I wanted to marry. The one I did. The ones I “friend-zoned” and sometimes felt confused about. The handsome ones… well, they were all handsome, let’s be honest. And I loved all of them.

In all of this I felt how much I STILL love them. And a genuine appreciation for them, and whatever relationship we had or didn’t have. I learned a lot from each of them. And somehow, up until last night, parts of me and Metasoul aspects in other lifetimes too, felt primarily rejected or cast aside or ignored… or simply unworthy, not good enough, and made it seem to themselves like these patterns of “not ever” being with a deeply passionate man who can truly meet me in all ways, “stay in the room” with me, explore his King’s leading and trailing edges while I explore my Queen’s, would last forever.

There’s no romantic companion in my field at the moment. No prospects or crushes beyond the etheric ‘mate’ I can sometimes see and feel. Yet, I felt guided to keep feeling this through. And for the first time, I could see not only the gift of each of these connections I’ve had, but the gift of ME that’s come out of each of them and the ways in which they were each able to adore and love me, no matter how complicated it was or wasn’t between us on a romantic or even just a friendship level. My own Inner Masculine took notes throughout all of these connections, I’ve realized, and decided from each of them what he would take with him and what he would help me say “no” to in the future, even within him, himself, in my relationship to him as an Inner Father, Protector, and Mate too.

My personal process is so deep for me that no matter what happens in my life, I “mine” it for the golden nuggets, the exquisite diamonds, of personal growth and healing on a heart and soul level. I have looked deep into the mirrors of all of these relationships with still more layers emerging, and I’ve been willing to let that show me what the truth of ME has been throughout it all; which parts of me were hiding or activated and where/why, which Metasoul aspects were feeling the pain and the sting (and also the joy and lust) in their own timelines.

All of this exploration has been rich beyond measure and I’m still reaping the rewards of these inward journeys. It’s because of this work that I’m able to, for the very first time, HONESTLY say “I am GRATEFUL for it all… for every cut, every bruise… every loving touch, every hug and kiss… every unconscious choice and every conscious one too.” If any of these men are reading this (many of them probably won’t because I’m not connected to them anymore… but I know their Higher Selves are listening and feeling this) I want them to know how much I can feel the adoration I and parts of me have always had for them on many levels, even with the impact we had on each other and the fear-based choices that sometimes overtook the love-based ones. We’ve helped shape each other into the people we are now and I know in my soul that I needed every single one of you.

Maybe now we can move even more fully into whatever is next for all of us.

You Are Here To Seed Light In The Darkness: Message From The Magdalenes

We are so glad you are here with us today! Jelelle is our sister and she is allowing our voices and our message to come through to you. Maybe you have heard of us or of our ambassador Mary of Magdala/Bethany? Whom you often just call, Mary Magdalene?

We want to share our truth with you about who we are, why we are here, and how you may be connected to us and our mission. If our truth resonates in your soul, if it makes your heart leap and sing, if you feel a ‘yes’, then we are very glad for that. If not, if what we share does not fit you, that is well and good as well.

Many of you have woken up beyond the distortion placed on Mary Magdalene by religions. You have felt and seen Mary Magdalene in her bigness, in her beloved sacred union with her Counterpart Yeshua, in her High Priestess status as an initiate of Isis and the Divine Goddess Mother. You have arisen her already out of the ashes of the patriarchy that burned her out of their fear and could not accept her as an equal to Yeshua (Jesus). They could not honor the Divine Mother as the Creatrix of ALL life and the Divine Father as Her Partner in the holding of ALL creation.

Yet, the embers of this truth burned in the soul consciousness of those who are meant to remember and hold it. By blowing an awakening wind on those embers, Mary Magdalene and the Divine Feminine is arising again! From the hearts of your desires for Her, your need for Her, your resonance with Her, your capacity to BECOME Her….so She is able to arise to respond to those needs! So you are able to embrace Her again AS you.

This truth we want to share with you now for it to land in your heart and hopefully resound in your soul. There is not just one Magdalene, yet many, many of us. We are not only embodied in one soul and Ascended Divine Feminine Teacher, yet ‘Magdalene’ is a consciousness. It is an ‘order’ and a lineage. Magdalene Consciousness is about bringing seeds of light into the deepest and darkest places of humanity’s wounds so that they may heal again.

The truth is that there are MANY Magdalenes and they take many forms….female AND male…religious and spiritual…young and old. It is the true essence of the soul and the purity of the heart in which you can come to recognize the signature vibrational frequency of a Magdalene. They serve from a growing place of purity within, of service of love to ALL beings on Gaia and in the Universe. They may go through lessons around this purification of service, such as not to fall into self sacrifice and giving to others from an empty cup; learning how to receive, lean, and let in themselves; learning to balance their needs/wants as a human with their Divine consciousness expression.

Magdalenes often choose the most difficult, dark and traumatizing experiences and timelines to go through. This choice is made because their faith, love, and devotion to the Divine is so strong and their light is so bright. It is not because of karma and that they have done ‘bad things’ in other lifetimes. It is because they can bring forgiveness and compassion to the darkest energies that bring up great fear in others and most importantly to themselves and the parts of them that most need it.

They can be ambassadors in the most difficult battlegrounds as their desire for peace outweighs their need to fight. They ultimately trust on the soul level that they WILL return to remembrance of their Divine Essence again…even if it takes very many lifetimes to do so.

Some Magdalenes do this by being Healers, Teachers, WayShowers, Writers. They are channeling through their soul’s wisdoms learned from many lifetimes receiving initiations in the ways of the Divine Father and Divine Mother. Some Magdalenes prefer to be ‘behind the scenes’ and offer love in simple, yet profound ways that may be unsung yet are very impactful. All Magdalenes hold a seed in their BEing of what life on Gaia could be again from their experiences in Lemuria, in Atlantis, etc. Their need and soul impulse becomes to plant these seeds of New Gaia possibility into the grid set up by some of us Magdalenes in the Yeshua lifetime of crucification and resurrection.

If you are reading this right now, you may feel in your heart an opening occurring in resonance with us and are starting to remember now your Magdalene lineage. It feels like a desire and ache for reunion. It feels like a need to return home after a very long and hard journey. It feels like realizing that you have NEVER been alone even though it has very often felt that way. It feels like remembering that you belong to a very loving and supportive family who has always been with you.

We are here to reconnect with you in this now. You can call on Mother Mary, Mary Magdalene, Grandmother Anna, Yeshua….any of us that you feel drawn to in your heart and soul. Jelelle and Raphael provide bridges to us as well, as they have come into deeper awareness now of their legacy and connection to us.

You have chosen to incarnate into this timeline for an important reason. Now is the time to water, tend, and harvest the seeds of a 5D Golden Earth that we planted in the Yeshua/Magdalene lifetime. There is much support for you to move into your purpose around this. Align with this support, let go of that which distracts and invalidates you…. and your higher timeline will come to you from the Divine. Choose this higher timeline and it will choose you!

Meeting your ‘Inner Orphan’ part of you is a sacred process that has been coming up for many souls lately. In this issue’s featured article, SoulFullHeart Teacher/Facilitator, Raphael Awen, shares open-heartedly about his own experience with this process and how it opened out for him:

“I simply tuned in Yeshua as a beloved guide, and dialed in a Golden Earth setting, and there in the magical outdoors, was Yeshua crouched down about 8 or 10 feet away, holding upright a (soon to be) eager toddler, who he then let go, as this beautiful baby focused his gaze on me and began to take his first steps crossing the space between us. Midway across, the name Bartholomew came as plain as day. I received him into my arms, and he readily received me. I intuitively knew that this Bartholomew would change my life, that holding him would require all the rigors of true parenthood and presence of being that this Orphan would need to transmute the pain in his heart, allowing both him and I to shift our destiny and to embody what we intended when we set out on our journey of ‘leaving’ the Divine.”
