Arising Into The Seat Of Your Own Healing Abilities & No Longer Outsourcing Your Healing To Others

One thing I am seeing more as my service gets fuller lately and I receive referrals from other healers (which I am VERY grateful for!) is an upgrade happening/needed in how we approach and relate with energies/parts/aspects. The old paradigm is to see things in good vs. evil, light vs. dark, spiritual warfare consciousness in which you (or healers) are fighting things that seem to be attacking you. In my experience, ANY energy that we try to fight will defend itself and just lock down harder. Its survival instinct kicking in.

What these energies/parts/aspects that can feel so dark, heavy and painful REALLY want is to be loved, to feel your curiosity, to receive a bridge that allows them to express what often are very important messages, information, and processes they have to offer you.

The repeated attempts to have ‘someone else clear your field of negative energy’ or ‘give you upgrades/remove implants/etc.’ probably won’t work anymore as you are meant to step into and arise into the seat of your OWN healing capacities. While you are outsourcing your own access in this way to someone else, you can’t respond in enough soul bigness for these ‘negative’ energies to actually respect you and lean in.

Many love ambassador souls are being activated right now, as you are deeply needed during this Matrix collapse/dark force interference completion point. In this activation, there can be a ‘moth to the flame’ experience of these energies/parts/aspects in increasing intensity. This has probably been the case since you were a child and your inner child holds that intensity of experience usually in some amount of trauma.

You are here to seed light in the darkness (as true in many lifetimes), and it can be easy to get lost in the darkness too with 3D density and matrix hijacked reality. Parts of you start feeling like they ARE the darkness (fusing to it), rather than here to serve love WITH it.

So many souls are at a tipping point to truly anchoring up and out of the karmic/false light/false god field as their access point to higher consciousness, yet still being a bridge to it…and into the higher dimensional 5D metasoul field which is ‘above’ it and vibrates in love, not fear.

Rather than feel overwhelmed by these energies/parts/aspects that have been polarized to darker frequencies (in order to grow and to learn), I feel curious, my heart opens up wide with Divine love and I can assist you to feel the same way, no matter the intensity of experience you have had with them (if you are truly ready and meant at the soul level to make this shift). I also assist you to separate from these energies/parts/aspects so that you can have a relationship with them rather than just be ‘dropped into’ their suffering (very important for aspects from other lifetimes/timelines).

I don’t see people in terms of what they suffer from…so not as victims in that way who need me to save them or ‘help them clear something that they can’t’. Yet rather in terms of what their capacity is on their leading edge of being to provide their own healing. I see you as the Divine sees you and help you see/feel/relate with yourself (and ALL parts of you) that way too. As the Divine has offered to all parts of me too!

This doesn’t invalidate the very real experience of suffering loops of pain/heaviness/fear that many parts/aspects are in right now and some for many years. It truly hurts my heart sometimes to feel what esp. deeply gifted and empathic women have signed up to endure this life, often without any support or reflection of their bigness.

We can validate the parts who are afraid and why, tuck them into your heart, and also bridge as a Divine self to the energies who most need it.

The gift of your healing efforts
Is the revelation
Of your own healing gifts.

Those divine energies
That support you
Are also invited
To move through you to others.

What else could our healing be for
Besides nourishing ourselves enough,
Reuniting with our souls enough,
Embodying our divinity and humanity enough,
So that we can truly support others
To find that they too
Are β€˜enough’,
And arising together
In purer and purer
Heart frequencies?

Expressing our gifts
In an egoic,
False light,
False God way,
Tells us that β€˜enough’ doesn’t exist,
That perpetual suffering is β€˜normal’,
That in order to lead
We must be worthy,
We must be infallible,
We must be elevated
By projected perfection
And pictures of

Parts of us forget

Becoming A Lighthouse Serving Love As A Beacon For Humanity

For a couple of years, I had been receiving the imagery of a lighthouse up on a cliff with a stretch of beach as ‘refuge’ and crashing and rough seas below. We even used this imagery during group meditation calls in which the beach was replaced by a battlefield of polarized energies representing the bifurcation going on in humanity. We invited any ‘lost parts’ and wounded healers who were lost at sea or on the battlefield to join us up in the lighthouse.

The invitation from my Divine/Higher Self has been to truly BECOME this lighthouse and beacon for myself, my community, and for humanity. In this lighthouse energy, there isn’t a sacrificial healer who runs down into the ocean to ‘save and rescue’ anyone there. There isn’t climbing down the cliff to meet anyone ‘halfway’ and do the ‘work’ or healing for them.

Yet, rather, it is about remaining in the lighthouse, in the higher frequency, in the possibilities. And, to not abandon the beacon of safety that the lighthouse offers in order to ‘feel better’ for any kind of ego gratification achieved from an immediate rescue…..yet humbly wait with patience and trust for those who are truly ready to HEAL THEMSELVES.

My pattern (in my soul and in this life) was to become too much this kind of sacrificial healer and disconnect from my own needs, desires, energy, and TRUE feelings/truth as well. I would so deeply feel the person’s suffering and pain, especially of the young parts like the Inner Child, and hold too much of that in a way that was caretaking them, continuing service relationships too long beyond a place that was beneficial for both, and not being challenging enough when needed.

To become the lighthouse is to trust that those souls meant to be drawn in resonance AND reverence will be, with their sovereignty in tact and soul’s choice (and their Gatekeeper’s choice) leading them and yet too you ‘get’ to be yourself in every way that is authentic.

These soul family members will find and be drawn to the lighthouse energies as a means of temporary reflection of THEIR bigness and their light. They will then be ready to leave (to large degree) the suffering patterns and loops that have kept them stuck, suffering, in pain, feeling unworthy, and in fog/confusion for many lifetimes. The souls who are becoming complete with the churny seas of the Matrix reality and the rough waters of the seemingly never ending karmic cycle will lead the process themselves and all you are really doing is supporting and guiding when needed.

I now have the ongoing sense in sessions and in group calls of becoming this lighthouse. There is a renewed feeling of being grounded in Divine Mother’s heart and in my center, serving from there with transparency, being current, and direct with care…..even challenging if needed with lots of love and compassion. I can then open up with the Divine a higher dimensional safe space where the magical merging of chakras, soul fields, hearts, and wombs/haras happens just by closing our eyes and ‘going in’ together. In this space, there is quantum healing occurring on both the deeper personal levels and collectively as well.

During this communion during ‘sessions’, I may offer intuitions or insights that come in or channel soul/star family as needed….but truly it is a collaboration between me and the healer/higher self in that person. It is not a ‘reading’ in the typical sense at all, as what really empowers the healing of heart and soul is the discoveries made by YOU, not someone telling you information that you may or may not be ready to receive or even meant to receive yet.

We invite your Inner Protector and Gatekeeper to open up the spaces and access that is truly ready without bypassing them in any way. This allows much more opening and acceptance AND quantum healing/completions of deep patterns as the ‘defenses’ allow and amplify it.

I have received the message many times that I ‘get to stay’ in a frequency where I feel comfortable in service, a self loving and self worth based frequency I have earned through humble worthiness embodiment that has taken many lifetimes to be able to access and transmit in this life through the SoulFullHeart process. And I am always reminded that this is possible only because the Divine allows it and supports it…and to surrender and let go of it as well when guided, as I have in the past.

I get then to invite those who are ready, who are drawn, and who are wanting to leave behind and TRULY complete the suffering that they’ve experienced as human in the Matrix reality through accessing the bigness I AM Divine essence remembrance from other lifetimes. I am sharing this message with you as if feels like so many previously ‘wounded healers’ are ready to move even more into service from a place of self worth and self love yet also connected humbly to the Divine.

It was so interesting then to have received this image and dimensional reality/transmission of the lighthouse for so long and then to actually BE standing in the exact spot in the physical recently. The lighthouse in the pic below is positioned on an ancient fort on a cliff hovering over the Atlantic Ocean near Nazare, Portugal. It has been a beacon for hundreds of years of safe habor for those sailors needing it, literally saving their lives just by existing and shining a light. This lighthouse is situated above a coastline that produces the largest waves in the world and is considering one of the most dangerous spots as well.

Yet, standing there by the lighthouse on that windswept cliff with the memory of the massive crashing and booming waves in the energy field of the place, I felt only a sense of safety, of purpose, and of ‘coming home’. I felt chills/God bumps at how, once again, the Divine had offered me something in etheric form first so I could calibrate and negotiate receiving it before experiencing it in the physical.

And now, I can go to this place that is rooted in the physical yet accessible in the etheric any time I want. And there are no people/crowds there or 3D energies around!

You ARE a lighthouse too. You ARE a beacon for those who need safe passage through the rough Matrix waters. You ARE a light in the dark for those who are ready to see and receive it.

Tune into what diminishes your light and WHY it does. Connect with the parts/soul aspects who are still in rescuer and savior mode with clients, mates, friends and family. Negotiate and offer these parts/aspects with Divine support a NEW way of being in loving service without the sacrifice and suffering.

Emerging Out Of Inward Focus: Personal UPdate

I am emerging slowly out of an intense quiet….a time of deep immersion in nature, living in a tent within a river valley on the edge of vast wilderness in a camp with my beloveds. Inward focus overcame outward expressions, along with focus on the present NOW and real rather than the virtual. In these last few months of summer here in Northern Portugal, I felt a rest from sharing, serving and writing that allowed me to respond to deeper layers of digestion and integration that needed me. When I checked in with my guides/soul aspects/the Divine, I was guided over and over to “just rest and fill UP again with Divine love.”

For the last five years, I have been posting my teachings/channelings almost every day on social media and on my blog, working on a book of some sort, doing 1:1 healing sessions with women, co-hosting near weekly group calls, co-leading and being in our small SoulFullHeart community, etc. This outward service has felt so often like a JOY, inspired by a Divine flow rooted in my love for the Divine. So much passion expression came out of me in answer to what I feel strongly IS my purpose here.

Yet, also, it has been challenging to serve and share during this time of bifurcation, Matrix collapse, and False Light dominance over spirituality, especially in the last couple of years with the C narrative and V. grid. I could feel there were increasingly parts of me holding trauma from being WITH so much trauma in others over the years in session space and group calls, offering a heart and soul bridge to them as I was called to do and be, and also from receiving sometimes harsh projections and energetic kicks from others. Also, I would share with others as soon as I received love/guidance/light from the Divine….and this outward pouring needed to pause so that I could fill up again.

There was a soul pattern within me of sacrificial service to others as a False God piece that I am still working through, a long thread of it within my soul and many lifetimes as High Priestess, Oracle, Wise Woman, Nun, Rebellion Leader, etc. There was also some unworthiness and feeling of failure, of ‘not being right with God’, if I didn’t express outwardly in this way and draw others or when completions would happen with others too. These pieces feel like they are clearing up now with the time and space I have bridged to them. Receiving compassionate forgiveness from the Divine for myself and to then extend to others is allowing a NEW way to relate to service that doesn’t hold grudges, guilt, karmic compensation or other unworthiness based energies.

Gaia held the space for these inner reclamations…the steady sound of Her waters flowing over rocks filling my ear chakras for all these weeks, allowing for a deep cellular purging and cleansing. Her fresh air constantly penetrating my lungs, opening up my heart space as necessary mourning/grief/sadness moved through. Her tree canopies surrounded me with prana energy that gave life to the places that were tired, fragile, or needing it. She reminded me of the New Earth template that She holds ready for humanity when we emerge out of our Dark Night.We are moving on now from this natural nest that has held us and into a beautiful home together as a community in Central Portugal for the Fall/Winter.

As I let in this new timeline shift, I feel such gratitude for what I’ve received here, what I’ve let go of here, what has rebooted here, and for what may emerge out of my more cleared soil from within as I leave here. I feel the embers of sharing and service starting to ignite from within again. The forms they will take and the rate/pace and specific offerings are still unknown to me. Yet, I feel the Divine trust in my heart that is always there that the way will be guided, the words inspired, and the intentions pure. And I feel the steady support and goodness of the beloved souls who stayed around during this time of deconstruction when more was unknown than known.

I feel more than before the invitation to BE a lighthouse…a beacon of love and Divine trust to light and guide a way through these increasingly stormy times. I can only true BE that as I am in a place of rest, trust, and overflow from within. From a place of higher anchored light WITHIN the human body, there are possibilities to move out of suffering, out of the false light, and into the genuine and real lap of Divine love.

I look forward to what comes next for me, for you, for humanity, and for the next phases of our Ascension together! ❀

The Ongoing Journey Of Serving Love

Service is a journey, not a destination…

When I first started awakening and paying close attention to different spiritual teachers, authors, etc, parts of me took this whole world of being a ‘leader’ in personal development, healing, etc as a place of arrival; as somewhere you land, someday, and never leave and are never really asked to leave. I didn’t know back then about the dis-integrity that often comes with these high-up places and ‘roles’ that are often not heart-inhabited or emotionally awakened though the soul may be quite ‘attained’ in many ways.

Parts of me wanted to be one of them… wanted the accolades, the spotlight, the sense of ‘arrival’ and ultimately having ‘healed’ so much. Really though, it was the feeling sense of living your truest soul purpose day-in and day-out, fully aligned with who you came here to BE and what you came here to offer others that was the shiniest asset for me.
Yet… it wasn’t exactly real.

At least not in the ways that I was thinking it was at the time.
There’s a sheen and a glamour that is starting to fade and tarnish now. There are still those who are worshipped yet the abuses they are part of toward others and ultimately themselves is starting to show through the shiny fabric. The ‘Wizard of Oz’ can no longer hide in this process of Ascension.

Even the most highly praised leaders are starting to realize that their sense of service of others, to whatever degree it’s been genuine for them, is in fact an ongoing journey and not an ultimate destination where you no longer need to grow, to look at yourself, to realize what has been hiding in the shadows of your heart and soul that now need to purge out and be seen and felt, loved and humbled.

The desire that has always been with me to get to some ‘place’ where I can serve love more directly with individuals and groups still lives in me to some degree and every day I feel it. I see it show up in others too, even many young men and women are much younger than me, who have parts of them that feel the need to aim for this ‘destination’ place, often as a way (and it was this for me too, once upon a time) to leap-frog over the necessary life experiences and deeper healing processes that come first and foremost in order to be fully embodied and feel the humility (and humanity too) that comes with being of deep service; an alignment with yourself, your soul, your own ongoing healing process that overflows to others with deep integrity and honesty.

I’ve learned over and over again to not rush myself to ‘get somewhere’ I may not be for a while. Supporting those around me that are in a flow of service feels right to my heart for now. I don’t feel that in this I am shrinking at all from my bigness, but that I’m being given space and an invitation to explore my own process deeper, trusting that all of the inward time opens out as needed into some expression of service that can only expand as my soul does.

Maybe, then, we can say that there IS an ‘arrival gate’ when it comes to service-of-love flow and one that you simply ‘know’ you’ve arrived at when you have, yet that it’s only another leg of your very individual journey of YOUR ever-deepening healing and growth process, meant to shift every ground within and outside of you, in all areas of your life and with all parts of you/aspects of your soul.

Much love to YOU on YOUR journey of ‘arriving’ where you are right now… into the invitation to just keep feeling yourself, trusting that this is what truly takes you, with the most integrity possible, into your next phase of ‘service’ to self and others. ❀

Letting Go Of Serving/Community, To Serve, Love, And Commune With Myself

Lately, I’ve been in a process of really diving deep within to confront anything and everything that has been keeping me from leading to my fullest capacity and deeply inhabiting service…. which is also everything that’s been keeping me from ME, from loving myself in a deeper and fuller way, and also loving others in the deep way they deserve without energies of comparison and intense projections of all kinds.

I’ve been having to take space from my community and them from me during this ongoing process… and that also means not facilitating or offering intro calls to others. I’ll also not be leading the SAFE calls for women with Jelelle, like the one tomorrow.

I feel surrendered and sad. Hopeful and remorseful. I’m mourning the old timelines that are collapsing but grateful that it’s time for something new to arise from the ashes. I feel the tenderness, unknown, and even insecurity that comes up in claiming this space for myself but the alchemy and opportunities in this too, to finally uproot and HEAL what’s been allowed to live inside of me for so long, well beyond this life. This is the business of deep soul shadow work and I’m grateful for the degree of trust I have around it, even though it’s so challenging sometimes to hold it all. In moments, it feels like I’m going to implode. But even then… once the waves that feel like they’re going to drown me ebb again, a grace comes through, something bigger than the β€˜me’ I’ve been, holding me. And that I’m leaning into as a vital part of my own personal healing and Ascension journey that I can’t put off anymore and that needs my intense sobriety and focus.

Holding Genuine Empathy & Love For Others

The conditioning is deep around what we’ve been taught real love and care is and looks like. It’s challenging to feel it in different ways, to take a deep look at how we’ve related to love and how we’ve been convinced we’re supposed to embody it.

So often what we think of as loving or caring can have more of a negative impact on others than a positive one. False apologies, empty promises, tugging and grabbing at others… these frequencies can be obvious or subtle. And in any case, we aren’t genuinely caring about our impact on others, only what parts of us want and are afraid they won’t get or look like on the outside. I so know this one from my own process too, and learning to see and feel even the subtle ways in which this happens is illuminating and invites you to shift these patterns for good.

This is tricky… and hard to feel too. It can be hard to look inward and challenge how we have been holding love and what it means to love another, whether in official β€˜service of love’ or in everyday relationships. It’s amazing what it illuminates within though, which is so often an untouched inner reality of how we ourselves, and parts of us, have felt incredibly unworthy of real love, abandoned somehow, and in a void space that has never been filled by genuine self-love and the journey of unfolding that within.

So what does it look and feel like to actually care and love another person?

To me, it feels like giving space for another’s growth without tugging on them to join in on yours. It feels like inviting someone to share with you what they need and want, but not with a commitment from you to make it happen for them. It feels like the overflow of good inner-parenting, of relating to yourself and getting to know your own quirks and shadowy aspects and energies within you as well as your gifts and growth and flowing this energy to another to support their own inner-parenting to grow and blossom too. It feels like being willing to let go even when your heart really doesn’t want to.

It’s a lot to feel into these pieces and truth be told, I’m not sure any of us can truly master this skill of loving another in the purest way… though we can definitely care about this journey and continue to do the inner healing to help us get there. We and parts of us all have understandable investments in relationships of all kinds and hopes that they will last too. We all have desires and dreams and don’t really ever want to feel lonely (though really landing in the loneliness has so many gifts too)… we all have what we want to experience from others and in our lives in general. Yet love asks us to trust… to invest in the process yet divest of the outcome. To feel what we want most and understand that it won’t always come to us in ways we can control, and also, to see it all as a process that can only ever begin within. We really DO have to BEcome the love we want to draw on the outside and share with others too!

Above all, love wants us to remember that it is never against us or anybody else, though it can feel that way at times. It only ever wants us to experience more of it within so that we can share it with others. This flow of love is really all the β€˜service of love’ is anyways, though it can be dressed up in many ways and be given many labels and is not always easy to truly embody for ourselves, let alone others.

Much love to you as you continue to experience your own journey into more and more REAL love, and the path of learning to embody love in the most authentic way possible. ❀

You’re Here To Build Bridges To Love, With Love

Your capacity to serve and help others is greater than you can imagine. It’s bigger than parts of you feel they are ready to show up for.

The work you’ve done all leads to service. The more you have been served and continue to serve yourself, the bigger you are able to expand and the more energy you are able to bring in to support others on their own journeys.

This is the beauty of the overall healing journey and the bond that keeps us going. We all know the potential for this connection within and with each other to deepen. We’ve experienced it over and over again on a soul level with Star Family and even human/soul family experiences in this lifetime and others.

It’s a lot to show up for in one way, especially as you feel how much there still is left to feel and heal inside of you, yet it’s WHAT to show up for in any way you can because the love you get to experience is not just worth it… but IS it. It IS the reason why you are here, why you have been moving through so much, why you keep getting up every day.

You are much β€˜muchier’ than you realize. You are a hero… a vulnerable, heart-centered hero with a ton of potential and a mountain of capacity.

And you get to live into that.

I get to live into that.

And we all get to build bridges to each other.

Because love is why we are here.

And sharing love is worth everything in this entire multi-verse.

She is the sound of drums in the dance of ritual.

She is the beating heart of a woman falling in love.

She is the robes and cloak and flowing silks of the softening feminine,

Strong yet soft in frequency and determined to offer healing and love to others

As she continues to love and heal herself.

She is the red of garden roses, the pink of blushing female cheeks, the connection of hotness between lovers exploring their hearts, souls, and bodies in committed connection and Sacred Union dance.

She is the rhythm of the heart that sings within me

That reminds me to be embodied and embracing

Of everything that makes me uniquely ME.

She is Mary Magdalene. Magdalena. Mary of Magdala. Beloved ‘Maggie’.

For me, She is the ongoing inspiration for service and the beacon of what’s possible to BEcome as a fully human woman, especially a human woman with a mate within and without, offering healing and love to others alongside him and sometimes on Her own too.

With me, She dances in moonlight and firelight, honouring the gift of living on Gaia, growing in breadth and depth as I do in this lifetime and others.

She offers me and others sisterhood in a healing form that goes beyond competition and toxicity, that promises the possibility of vulnerable connection and where that can take all of us in new waves of intimacy, deepening love, and appreciation of each other’s gifts.

Today and all days I honour Her in Her unique form and face of the Divine Mother/Feminine. Today I am reminded that She is here with me, guiding me, offering love exchange with Her as I learn to see myself in Her and Her in me. As I heal any unworthiness that keeps Her from entering more fully into my body and heart.

And together today we share these words to bring the energy home to YOU, to invite you into deeper feeling and connection with Her, as Her arms are always open and Her music is always playing… waiting to be danced to… whether you are a man or a woman.

With much love today and all days, and a hope that today you find space to dance in your goodness and celebration in the goodness of the love that surrounds and flows within you,

Introducing ‘Discover’: A New Vlog Series With Kalayna Solais

I’d been baking on this idea for a while… feeling inspired to try something new, which is to take on offering an ongoing vlog series for as long as I feel to, posting as often as I feel to and as long as it arises in a genuine way. I’m not quite ready to take on the same ’33 Day’ series that Jelelle has now done two years in a row! But maybe someday? πŸ™‚

This first video is a very brief (about 4min) introduction and intention-setting from me as I set the stage for this. I have some topics in my heart that I’d like to talk about, including digesting some things that are often talked about and giving them a ‘SoulFullHeart-spin’. They include anxiety and depression and some new layers to discover as you feel your own; my personal process with parts/Metasoul work and how it could help you; various spirituality and Ascension-related topics, such as the different ways in which you may experience your own Ascension, awakening, and healing paths. Really the list of possibilities is endless and I’m open to requests as well, as nothing is set in stone and I very much want this to benefit and be in response to you, your parts, and your own heart and soul.

As I say in the video, I embrace fully the learning experience ahead of me with dipping my toe into the waters of holding these videos and this expression of service of love! I have clarity and wisdoms to share from my own process and experience and some that are still on the way too that maybe we will discover together.
