Inner Discovery, Outer Changes: Truly Embracing Your Bigness

There are a couple of truths that I’ve lived into and that I’ve supported others in sessions to live into, and they are:

In a world at ‘war’, the only place you can end it is within.

In life circumstances that are abusive on ANY level, the only place you can reconcile that is within.

And then, another even bigger truth, is that there’s a potent invitation from the Divine and your Divine Self as you live into this. This invitation is to take outer action, rooted in the deeper inner work/remembering/healing processes within your clearing heart and soul soil, and rippling out into your life circumstances.

This doesn’t mean joining the ‘war’ that others insist on living out from their own inner worlds, for that self-righteous energy you’ll inevitably become doesn’t serve you or them and will always end in a stalemate (I’ve lived this one out a few times!) and/or some slight openings in your relationship that won’t last unless they are truly on the same page of doing some dedicated deep-diving inside.

It seems like it’s somewhat controversial to offer that not only setting boundaries but sometimes choosing to leave inherently non-resonant relationships of ALL kinds is actually GOOD for you and for them. You weren’t ultimately meant to live only in these grounds which will always lead to battling somehow or a reality of ‘pushing against’ on some level, even if it’s mostly energetic and not so much outright anymore.

The role of the ‘awakener’ or ‘red-piller’ of others is one rooted not in your inner peace or sanctuary but in parts of you that are afraid to be alone and in surrender to the unknown, to experience that biting (yet also alchemical) loneliness and fear that can really hurt and drop you, truly drop you, into what’s REAL inside of you and in your life. Whenever I’ve taken on this role with others, there’s been huge resentment on all sides and a self-centered ‘holier-than-thou’ energy that I had to realize was about tugging on those around me rather than truly loving them. It was about trying to arise into my own bigness and be seen by them rather than letting them go their way as I go mine.

This letting go of your end of the rope is where your real mission and sense of purpose can stem from, as you allow the space to recover from what parts of you once thought of as ‘normal’. The karmic layout of these relationships completes when you, as your awakening/integrating Divine Self, decide that it’s done. So often this is left unrealized, yet it’s the most powerful ‘NO MORE’ you could say on behalf of yourself and all precious parts of you, plus any Metasoul aspects from other lifetimes at play.

I KNOW how difficult this is, as the vitriol and clamour you can draw out of those you are now saying ‘no’ to is painful to take in, revealing the deeper and more accurate reality of your relationships… you see where you have been shrinking to fit in order to keep up appearances or allow a connection to go on and on with some growth happening at times perhaps, yet now the dynamic has run out of ground and you (and they) need something else.

THIS is how you leave the Matrix of false light, false Mother/Father connections, etc. and can begin to reveal and heal how you’ve been a part of this dynamic from within you, where your own false light has lived. This is the ground where you can let the real Divine in, however that resonates for you. And it’s in this void where the truest Soul Family/Tribe connections can arrive and arise, for you’re now more in their frequency and no longer enabling your own suffering OR the suffering of those who know they are losing the parts of you they have known you as and asked you to stay fused to.

Arising into your true bigness is what this is about and as you TRULY do so, you sever the cords and unspoken contracts between yourself and others which are meant to either find new ground (for the sake of their own bigness awakening too) or dissolve completely (also for their sake and not just yours). You choose to walk away and move into your most authentic expression that ‘they’ will probably never get, nor perhaps are they meant to. Maybe that’s the toughest pill of awakening to swallow, to see through the once precious illusion of what has been let in as ‘love’ yet now you can start to see what living into and embodying love is truly about.

This does include walking away from government bodies too, not just your most intimate relationships. Your culture/country can also be said ‘no’ to, or at least the energies of it that aren’t resonant. You’re also invited to go against the grain of what’s normal or expected, choosing your places of rebellion as they fit and arise for you in your growing inner fire and truth.

This process may not suit everyone at this time as it really does have its own timing, yet it does feel so essential to feel into during this time of death and rebirth on the entire planet, let alone in your own precious lifetime… the dying, when it’s surrendered to, becomes the fertile soil from which the buds of the NEW Earth can be seeded and sprouted. With this dying comes a new way of LIVING that needn’t only be a pipe dream.

Imbolc 2022 ‘Brigid’ Message: “May you continue to awaken as individual flames of humanity’s sacred truth…”

Tomorrow is Imbolc, a festival that takes place at the midpoint between winter and spring and an energy that begins to illuminate the path behind and the way ahead.

Last year at this time I was living in Glastonbury and I found myself deeply connecting to the energies of this time of year. I also connected to the Brigid, the face of Divine Mother who is particularly present at this time. She had a lot to offer about how now is a time when what has only felt possible may become imminent as the winter of waiting overturns and the spring of new arisings and arrivals comes in.

At the time, I could only begin to feel what she meant… yet a day or so later, Gabriel crossed the space to me and we began to reunite and repair our Sacred Union which until then had felt ‘complete’. Raphael and Jelelle had already been exploring their own reunion after a brief period of separation and completion of old ground as well. My mate ache had really been peaking at the time too and it was becoming so challenging to hold it and not feel frustration around it. It was as if I knew somehow that my mate was in my field and close by too, though I hadn’t quite put together yet just HOW close!

This time last year there were also several souls who were deepening in community with us, or would be soon. After their resonance with us dissipated, it brought us all into a place of reevaluating where SoulFullHeart was going and what we were trying to seed in the world. It was an opportunity to look back at what we had held within and with others and what we needed to look at ourselves but also what resolve within us needed to strengthen.

Imbolc and Brigid’s fire of rebirth and illumination started a process of next-level resonance explorations in our intimate relationships, our relationship to this process and way of life we embody and offer, and also our relationship to our geography. The guidance to leave the UK and head to Portugal became clearer and clearer by the onset of spring, and by mid-summer, we were on our way.

This Imbolc, I feel the same message from Brigid with a few additions:

“May the possible become imminent, for the sake of your explorations of all that is truly current in your inner and outer worlds. May the promise of a new, Divine dawn, become sparked within and spread as an awakened sunrise on the horizon with all its colours on display.

May you continue to awaken as individual flames of humanity’s sacred truth… that you were never rendered completely powerless, that you were brought here for a reason, and though the way forward may need more illumination, the candle is in your Divine Self’s hands.

You have a ways to travel yet, but hope is on your side… and though the new world has only begun to seed itself, the sprouts of what is to come arrive like snow drop flowers through the cold and frozen ground.

Whenever you need the light of my fire, just ask. Whenever you need the nourishment of my fields of plenty, growing upward from the soil of the old, simply arrive for the arising.

I love you. I am here for the burning up of what was and celebrating with you all of your steps into the new.

I feel tears for the cries of the world as I take in what Brigid is offering us all in this message and I feel her encouraging me personally to continue to embody what I am here to explore and embody… it’s a sad time to be alive, with the Great Passing we are moving through (I wrote about it here) and yet with the Divine connections and support available to us all, I feel a peace and aliveness within at the same time.

We are living through one of the most trying times in our human history since Atlantis perhaps, yet here we ARE, placed here for a reason, choosing to stay or not, and empowered in all of it. It’s a deadly time in one way and so deeply alive in another!

I am sending all my love outward and inward today and as Imbolc’s energies land in your own heart, soul, and sacred life… may this current phase you are completing bring the portal to the next one in with as much grace as possible.

The ‘Great Passing’ Taking Place During This Time Of The ‘Great Awakening’

While the Great Awakening – this opportunity for humanity to truly reunite with its core divinity – continues to move through, we are also experiencing what I’ve been guided to call the ‘Great Passing’ – a necessary and heavy passage where we are grieving the body death of many people and animals, as well as relationships and ways of living too.

The ‘Great Passing’, as Divine Mother has offered it to me, is a time of mourning and sacred letting goes. It’s a rather rough time that asks us to be real with everything we’re feeling… and while it truly is challenging to be with and face all of the dying in our midst, it’s also inviting us to feel the thinning veil around the core truth of what we’ve been invited here to rebuild and make new.

There’s actually so much that death invites us to get real about and to reconcile with. It’s always another portal to our deeper awakening as souls and sacred humans and these portals appear no matter what sort of ‘death’ we’re facing… the letting go of jobs, relationships, life as we knew it before the C-vid-Peak-Fear narrative took hold, are all portals and ways back into our divine consciousness, which embraces everything that needs to be felt and asks us to bypass absolutely nothing.

When I tuned into the Great Passing in meditation, I saw myself as one of many souls who are convicted to remain here on Gaia as long as possible, lined up and facing a great staircase similar to one leading up to a temple in Greece or Rome. So much emotion came up as I watched many souls walk up the staircase… adults, children, and animals by the thousands. My heart wept for the pain they were in before passing and the pain of those who will be facing the physical loss of them. My soul wept too, feeling how much the Divine loves every part of us all through it all and has never ever stopped though the veils to feeling this have been around us for many reasons.

The only place I know I can always find comfort at this time of necessary and sometimes consciously chosen death is in the arms of the Divine. Here is where I feel how death is an invitation for these souls who simply cannot withstand the pressures and pain they’re in that’s only being stirred up more by the escalating energies as Gaia ascends and the ‘old’ collapses, pillar by pillar. I also feel the hope that these deaths offer… that even from another dimension, they will be a part of supporting the process we’re ALL in right now in different ways and forms and at different levels of consciousness.

I’ve been shown as well a ‘suicide dimension’… a place in between this dimension and the one of reunion with the Divine, where many souls are lingering and making choices about either continuing to live or not. I feel Divine Mother especially holding these souls in Her arms, weeping with them, and supporting their choices too. I feel how this is an honouring of free will and of the soul’s individual choice… if they know somehow that they aren’t strong enough to withstand what’s intensifying in life as they’ve known it, they are choosing to move on either through direct action or energetically calling in other ways to pass.

This Great Passing is intended to move us all into the new… and those of us who humbly choose to remain here are the ones ultimately meant to do so. My deepest desire is for us all to continue arising and showing up as the Death Doulas we are meant to be now so that we can become the Rebirth Doulas that usher in the NEW in honour of all of those who are currently or soon moving on.

There’s nothing to fight in any of this, yet there is a whole lot to give love to, starting within each of us.

It’s this love flow within that unites what has become fractured within, keeps us feeling even minimally ok with being here, and makes it doable. It’s this love flow that connects us with resonant souls and calls in our Soul Family/Tribe/Soulmates, no matter the differences we are invited to reconcile and the challenges of life conditioning and parts’ reactions within us all.

It’s this love flow that keeps us moving deeper into the healing of our soul legacies and imprints from other lifetimes as we become more intimate with that as well. And, it’s this love flow that reconnects us to the Divine through the ever-thinning veil of our personal awakenings, rooted in the heart and expanding into the soul… making all of the ‘death and rebirth’ cycles worth living through.

You are held, I am held, we are held…

In this video, we share about the parts of you representing your Inner Daughter and your Inner Mother, plus the dynamics between the two of them. We share about how the internalization of your relationship with your birth mother opens up deeper access to feel the maturation of your inner daughter and your mature feminine essence. We can often be caught up in loops of tension and polarization between the Inner Daughter and Inner Mother, recapitulating our relationship with our birth mothers and limiting our sacred feminine growth and embodiment.

We also share about how the Inner Mother gives us a sense of deeper compassion toward to birth mothers, understanding of how you relate to men and sexuality (as a reflection of her templating), and a bridge to Divine Mother. Your inner daughter holds the pure essence of your sacred feminine which is able to merge with the Divine Mother into an arising sacred feminine Queen expression.

In the guided meditation, you invite your Protector/Gatekeeper to connect you with your Inner Daughter in her room within your castle. You then bring your Inner Mother into the room with the Inner Daughter to get a sense of their relationship dynamic with each other. You are then both inviting to join Divine Mother in Her healing garden outside of the castle and to submerge into the waters of her healing pool.

Kasha and Jelelle have held many women’s group calls together exploring these topics through teachings, guided meditations, and taking in sharing from female participants on the calls.

In this video, we share about what we mean by Sacred Feminine Embodiment, which includes healing the masculine frequencies within us, the template/modeling from our birth mothers, hijacking of our womb/sexual power expression, unplugging from the Patriarchal matrix, and connecting/letting in Divine Mother. We talk about how challenging it is to feel the authentic feminine essence within us as she is so often deeply protected, hidden, and covered over by layers and layers of masculine expression.

Through a process of negotiating and getting to know your inner masculine (including your Inner Protector and Gatekeeper), you are able to open up access to your inner feminine through initially connection with a younger feminine such as an inner child/inner teenager. Yet, eventually, your sacred feminine essence flows through more and more as you also become the embodiment of the Divine Mother.

In the guided meditation, you journey once again to your Castle and ask your Inner Protector/Gatekeeper to join us there. Your Inner Protector/Gatekeeper shows you to where they have most likely hidden your inner feminine. You begin to connect with her, inviting her to join you outside the Castle in Divine Mother’s Garden and to take a bath in cleansing waters in the garden.

1:11 Portal Inner Flame Re-Ignition Process

The fire of love lights up your sleeping limbs and illuminates where to go next inside of you. It brings you into new levels of awakening to how and who you’ve been and what you’re truly called to become. It is the Divine inviting you to be truthful, real, and alive.

As the fire of love burns within me, it burns within you. I feel the flames rising and peaking at times and calming and fading at others, but always burning. There is no deep inner or outer change without being willing to burn brightly or even, at times, get burned.

This 1:11 passage continues to move through as we witness even more truths coming to light in our inner and outer worlds. The flames of transformation are being fanned in a huge way by the Divine within each of us… there’s so much we are invited into for our next levels of self-love and love of others and how both are embodied and expressed.

I feel from the Divine:

“This is not the time to douse the flame, however it burns inside of you.

Perhaps the most misunderstood aspect of having inner fire is that it’s not just about anger or fighting for or against something. It’s also heart warmth, feeling alive in the skin you’re in, your soul and heart both being lit up with passion and desire, and a deeply passionate and catalytic love that has to be shared. Parts of you may try to ignore or control it, yet eventually the restlessness stirs and something inside and outside of you needs to be seen and shifted. Sometimes this requires a flame turned up to 100, sometimes only 10 will do. You are loved and supported in all of your expressions of this flame, as no matter what, it eventually (or quickly) moves all that needs to move for the truth to be revealed and your true power to be found.”

This is such a deep and recent learning of my own… embodying my own flame more after a while of feeling the dial turned down. Over and over again I’ve had to feel parts/Metasoul aspects/my Gatekeeper in why this is and I’ve felt reminded over and over again about how keeping this flame down or hidden does not serve love in the way I signed up for, though the dimming was necessary for a time. I had to let it come up and out on 1:11, to serve and move beyond myself. It wouldn’t be real for me to pretend that this hasn’t taken much inner work to let it move through me and this alone is so humbling so feel!

It’s the fire of my truth, whatever it IS in the moment. It’s the blazing flame lighting up my heart, penetrating deeper layers within. It’s the beacon of Divine Mother moving through my ever-purifying channel. She is the match that relights what may have been deliberately or unconsciously dimmed inside of me so that I can see with new eyes what is really going on for me and for others. 

This fire inside cannot be faked or even conjured. It is already there, waiting to be fed, with love and responsibility for how it moves you and others. And it does so much more than destroy, hurt, or harm… it enlivens in ways that are deeply transformative when the energies are allowed to be so, when parts of you feel truly done with controlling them and the catalytic nature of what burns inside of you.

There are so many layers to feel about how your inner fire has been related to and why… and in some ways, the discovery of that may never truly end. It’s what we came here to embody and unleash as we truly remember the love we came here to BE.

Divine Transmission: Recognition Comes Before Reconciliation

Nothing you are could ever be ‘wrong’.

You’ve been all these versions of yourself
Out of needs and desires
To fit in
To thrive
And even more so,
To survive.

Nothing you’ve chosen could ever be ‘wrong’.

You choose from your seat of consciousness
From your sense of what’s ‘right’
In order to show love
In some way, shape, or form.

You can do harm to others and they can harm you.
You can also harm yourself through the actions of parts of you.

Yet the truth remains
That the heart is stronger than the mind
And someday you will see
As more layers come off
That it was always with your best effort
And the best efforts within you, for you
That you’ve navigated all you have
To arrive where you are
And to be searching, working,
Swimming to the next shoreline.

To truly reconcile all differences
And reconcile ourselves to our Divine/soul selves,
First comes the recognition of who you’ve been
What you’ve chosen
And how the Divine remains behind it all
Holding the candle of your most immaculate inner truth,
That no experience you’ve ever had has truly severed your divinity…
Or your oneness with all other Divine/soul selves.

You are pure
You are Divine
And all parts of you formed out of necessity
Also hold a piece of your soul puzzle
And codes for the reasons why you are here,
Why the world inside and out needs YOU,
And why you’ve need to do,
Choose,
Become
All you have until now.

Every moment is another one for awakening
So arise,
Awaken,
Recognize and reconcile.
You are big enough
You are strong enough
And you are always, with certainty,
Divine enough.
