What Lies Under Our Limitations Sets Us Free

These word are fairly well known and have had such an impact on me my entire life. I could feel how in my awakening days in college, this was a guide for me to feel all the ways I was not being totally free. As I went back deeper into 3D after my daughter was born, they came back to me as her dependence on my 3D self lessened and she moved to Canada to be with her mother. I could feel all the ways in which I had created a life that had kept me safe, comfortable, and predictable. Neither of which made me joyful, alive, or passionate.

To my 3D self all was fine and was willing to compromise, yet with further inquiry, he really wanted to blow it all up. This was the edge of my more 4D self who could see the prison of it all and yet projected the responsibility to the “system” and felt to rage against it and help expose and tear it down. This gave him meaning and purpose without actually doing much of anything truly life-altering. The fire was good to feel but it really needed to be turned inward. Not in a judging fashion, but in a way that needed to see that my parts were still creating the prison they were raging against.

This is where parts of us can use nearly any excuse, the most popular being time, money, and relationship, to not actually let in the power of creation that we are. We chose to limit ourselves so that we could learn to love ourselves all over again. Our 5D self sees no limits other than the ones we are currently choosing to place upon ourselves. It is an epic game of cat and mouse until we decide we are done running from each other and realize we are the same.

I still find myself in an ebb and flow of this limit game. It is all a part of my journey. However to be in a tennis match around it is just a suffering loop. One day it is time to not return the volley and see what the hell lies in the space outside the lines. What is the fear of the lack of limitation? If we have infinite unlimited power, what the hell does that even mean?

It is in this process of acquainting ourselves with our 3D, 4D, and 5D selves that we can begin to feel how we have used our conditioning and protections to limit our ability to truly be the most authentic version of ourselves. Yet these are not the bad guys. We are not to obliterate them or endrun around them. We are to honor them. To feel them. To let in the power of their creation to be able to accomplish said experiences until the point we are not wanting the limit anymore. Our divine credit card is limitless and that is really hard to let in. You are NOT a victim when you chose otherwise!

These selves are our most prized possessions that have yet to be owned and claimed by our biggest heart. They are the basis for the work and process in SoulFullHeart. They are the vehicles we ride in as we explore the realms of our inner world. The Gifts Of Consciously Connecting With Our 4D Self And Other ‘Lower’ Vibrational Aspects

I went shopping yesterday with Raphael Awen, still sort of ‘dropped into’ the energy of a part of me. This part of me is named Jillian, my birth name and the name I started to go by when I began my awakening journey many years ago. Jillian is what I would feel to be my 4D self aspect. In SoulFullHeart, we see the 4D self as the part(s) of us that is in transition, going through death and rebirth, awakenings and dark nights…the energy inside that is integrating the 5D and higher frequencies that are coming in into our physical and emotional bodies and into our lives. The 4D self is the pre-transformation caterpillar AND the butterfly that emerges out of the cocoon……transformed and yet ever transforming too.
 
We feel a part of us in SoulFullHeart as ‘dropped in’ when we consciously bring their energy forward and let them speak through us, sharing their feelings and reactions. Rather than just becoming these emotions, we ‘hold space’ for them to come through ‘as a part of us’. There is a difference in how this feels inside as there is more sense of trust, the bigger picture, and more visercal sense of connection to the love that is holding it all. Rather just ‘fusing’ or ‘becoming’ a reactive, emotional state, we feel the separation between us and this reactive energy. We gain this separation or de-fusion through connection with the 3D and 4D aspects of us AS parts of us, forming a relationship, choosing names.
 
I am still amazed at how distinctive the energies and frequencies of parts ARE as they come through. As I dropped into Jillian yesterday to talk with Raphael when he sweetly invited her out, I felt how her energy is different than mine as Jelelle. It is very familiar to me after many years of connecting with her and has gotten softer and more trusting. Jillian has some fears, concerns, wounds, issues as a result of experiencing the intense transition we are undergoing from 3D to 4D to 5D and what she has experienced of this through this life and other lifetimes too. Jillian is the energy within me that is vulnerable to these changes and feels them acutely inside herself and toward others too. Thank the Divine for Jillian as, really, she connects me to my transitional humanity and reminds me how difficult this transition can be. When I feel compassion for Jillian inside me, I can then feel compassion for ALL souls and what they are going through in choosing to be here now during this intense phase of transition.
 
Before recent situations that have ‘triggered’ Jillian into my awareness again, I have been feeling quite non-reactive, centered, in high frequencies mostly and anchored in 5D or higher often as Jelelle (my soul name or 5D self). Yet, to stay there and bypass what my emotional body is feeling on my trailing edges (as represented by Jillian) is not what I am here to do, be, or lead. I could use my access to high vibe soul frequencies and Metasoul aspects to transcend Jillian’s feelings, but then I don’t get the gifts of what she is here to offer me nor the integration of her energies into mine.
 
Becoming conscious partners with our 3D and 4D aspects allows for an organic integration that is held with much love, even as it requires challenge and boundary setting at times from our 5D aspect too toward the defensive and emotional energies these parts of us have become and taken in. I don’t feel that we can actually ‘leave behind’ these denser frequency aspects of our being nor are we meant to…yet rather to feel and integrate and be with them. I think much suffering can occur in the denial of these frequencies inside of ourselves (and abuses of others too) and so many gifts from the willingness to bridge with them.
 
That is the process that we offer in SoulFullHeart and also how we live our daily lives. We start the process during weekly sessions by feeling into with you how your 3D, 4D, and 5D self are expressing in the seven areas of life…it can be very illuminating! SoulFullHeart Introduces Free 30-Minute Sessions

Have you been reading a lot of our posts and blog articles for a while and have found resonance with much of what we have been expressing and teaching?  Have you been drawn to the values, perspectives, and heart-open invitations of our daily writings and explorations?  Sometimes it can be a LOT to take in! Believe us…we understand.  

SoulFullHeart offers a very unique feel and vision about ascension from an emotional and spiritual framework.  We are currently creating a major vision and heart curriculum for the process that we offer that is unlike anything we have seen.  Over the next several weeks and beyond, we will be writing more specifically and clearly about what SoulFullHeart is and isn’t.  We will be focusing on what we feel are the 7 Key Areas of Life that affect our transition from 3D living to 5D experience.  We will also be differentiating the difference between the 3D, 4D, and 5D selves and their frustrations/desires with the seven areas of emotional, spiritual, mental, social, physical, financial, and environmental. Future group call will have a particular focus in these areas and how they are viewed through those lenses.  

SoulFullHeart is a huge teaching and healing paradigm that bridges the practical with the emotional and spiritual.  From the roots of our needs to the wings of our soaring desires and dreams.  We have been on an UPward trajectory and things are getting much clearer for us in what we are offering and how we are offering it.  You already have a sense of how unique we are from what we offer on Facebook, our SoulFullHeart blog, YouTube channel, and our website.  But then comes the moment when you just gotta find out in real time how this might apply to you.  

A free introductory session provides a bridge from your interest and resonance based on what you have read, viewed, or heard about SoulFullHeart to your personal situation, awakening journey, and life. During an intro session, a SoulFullHeart Facilitator, either Raphael Awen or Gabriel Heartman,will meet with you to discuss what drew you to SoulFullHeart, how you feel we could serve you, what your pain or suffering is about in your life, and offer to you where a facilitator could go with you during weekly sessions based on the SoulFullHeart awakening process. They will also get a sense of which SoulFullHeart Facilitator would best serve you in the process or identify if the process isn’t really a fit at this time.  Intro sessions are 30 minutes, held over zoom messenger service, and do not require a minimum donation amount….although we would so happily and gratefully accept any donation you would like to offer for them.

The Challenge And Gift Of Choosing Our Highest Calling

When you make a claim for your highest calling, the universe conspires in your favor. However, that doesn’t always mean that favor will be easy for parts of you. On the path and journey to that highest place within we will inevitably be asked to feel things we have been avoiding to feel. To let go of things that we have been afraid to let go of. And let in the love that parts of us are not used to or prepared for.

If being and serving Love is our highest calling then we are meant to be challenged in ways that doesn’t resonate with what a part of us has been attached to. We may be called to question our motivations, our habits, our relationships, and even our dreams. This is a very deconstructive process that reconditions us into a new altitude of experience that can be very hard to acclimate to. These parts of us, the energy in us that is still understandably attached to a story or picture, are being asked to let go of all that has been held sacred and comforting. There are no sacred cows left untouched in this process. It is ongoing until we have made the choices that reflect this higher calling on a consistent basis and it becomes a way of life to keep choosing, keep feeling, keep healing.

Every choice creates the life circumstances we are needing to feel, learn, and grow from. Those choices are made by the prevailing winds inside of us, be it fear or love. The question for some can be, what is the difference? That can be a muddied one if we don’t feel the differing energies inside of us and have a way to separate form them in a conscious way. This is the process of parts work and the gift that is bestowed in helping to sort out that question.

If you feel these rumblings, contortions, and differing energies inside of you, they are messages from your Higher Self to feel and heal these lower energies so that they may transmute and integrate into your most joyous and purposeful timeline on New Earth. They are birth pangs and they can hurt like hell. They can be scary and really overwhelming. This is the Quickening and you are being called to answer and choose. It is challenging but also very self-loving when we let the process take us where we are being asked to go. Only your authority will direct you there when you are ready

Life Changes Bring Chances To Feel What Needs To Heal

In these moments, on these days, there isn’t much to do but surrender to the tornado and trust that you WILL land somewhere soft and grassy… these times of upheaval actually press us upward AND onward, while encouraging us to go inward.

The preciousness of parts of you can be forgotten in the everyday shuffle and the ongoing dreamings of what you want to experience, be, have next. The emotional and spiritual pain and distrust that they hold can become buried, even in a life that is genuinely good. The gift of these ‘tornado times’ is that they can surface and be felt again, healed deeper, brought with you to that new place the Divine so wants to take you and IS taking you, even if you can’t feel the surrender or see the ground beneath your feet at the time…

This is the ongoing offer, invitation, love we are granted and flooded with. This is what is represented by intense weather patterns that do somehow shift around something inside of us and also reflect the storms inside of us.

As hard as it can be and often is in these moments of poignant and pure feeling, there is always a Divine hand being held out for us to grasp onto, that encourages the authentic YOU to hold a hand out for the parts that are struggling in their fears and suffering in their pain, seeing and feeling the worlds – their worlds – that are collapsing in so many ways, while they reach out for a ‘more’ that they need reminding is not only possible, but already here…

In this bittersweet time of movement… of upswing and downturn… we learn to shift the gears into place, taking all of our precious cargo of self and soul with us. Bringing it all to that ‘Promised Land’ within, that does want to take us to all that we most deeply want and work to feel worthy of.

You Can Have What You Want

You CAN have what you want.

If there is any catch to this, it’s this: You CAN have what you want. Yes, you read that correctly. Actually having what you want is what scares the crap out of us, and subconsciously keeps us at bay from drawing what we most deeply want.

You and I both may say “Oh, I’d drop this dump in a heartbeat if I could afford a nicer place”. But thinking and feeling that we are limited because we can’t afford a nicer place is a perception coming deeply from the 3D conditioned self. From a 5D perspective, there is nothing that doesn’t belong to you. There is nothing that is off limits to your pleasure and enjoyment. If your and my 3D experience is going through some experience of lack, that is because we dialled that up.

Lack is a very rare and precious thing from a 5D perspective. You can’t find it just anywhere. You need to dial it up in a 3D world and reality and enter a weird thing called the time, space and material reality in order to experience and learn from what it feels like to taste and be in lack.

There are things you as a soul just can’t learn, being the infinite abundance that you are, without a forgetting and remembering experience. You are actually seeking to be born into what you already are and always were.

Which is kind of cool when you think of it. Becoming a millionaire or has got be way more fun than just being a millionaire. It’s the process we are seeking, because it is in experience that we have these ‘birthing into’ experiences that make us more than we were, and even more than we infinitely at present ARE, if your mind can grok a piece of that. You already are infinite love, but in a process of forgetting and remembering that you are infinite love, you become more than infinite love. Infinite love that doesn’t know and feel that it IS infinite love, is of no felt value. It is worth everything, but it has no identity, no healthy ego yet to go about and strut its stuff.

You are the hottest stuff the universe is made of, and the fact that you are able to dial up a shitty apartment is utterly astounding to the 5D consciousness that also lives in you. Holy f*ck. It’s all so holy in fact, that no polite or impolite language can take away from it or add to it.

You already are having from a 5D perspective exactly what you want. If a better apartment on a 3D level is what your 3D self is wanting, then you have some negotiating to do with your 5D self, because YOU are the only one pulling the levers here. You’ve got some lessons to finish up.

Where this gets really interesting is to systematically and methodically open the door to getting to know and feel your 3D selves, your 4D selves and your 5D self.

We set out to do just that through SoulFullHeart process and I’d like to give you a taste of a piece of our curriculum that we work through in early session space with facilitants. It’s an awesome blend of heart opening, intuition, the imaginarium ALONG WITH a system, a method, a discipline… The feminine and the masculine blend as a vehicle to take you somewhere. Get ready though, it’s a bit of a long article and video that will only secure your heart and soul attention if you are ready for it, meaning you may well have to negotiate with your 3D aspects just to be able to get into this. It will take time and heart and It will change you, as it has and continues to change us.

The Doorways IN To Your Highest Heart

The questions resound.  “Why am I the way I am? Why do I feel the way I feel?” There are just certain things that we just can’t really put a mental finger on.  It is swirling curiosity that is wrapped in sometimes serious tones of frustration and depression.  This feeling that something is just “off” inside and you are just not totally You.  But what the hell does that mean?

Relief and discovery are your doorways IN….

Maybe there IS a clear sense of who you are but still can’t seem to get that You to align with what it going on around you. Either no one or very few around you can fully grasp what it is you are going through. This need to go deeper, to understand and feel more deeply as to what it is that you were meant to BE this life.

Alignment and deepening are your doorways IN…

You have all that you felt like you wanted but still feel dissatisfied. What once made you complete and happy just isn’t working its magic anymore.  There is the growing awareness that that there is so much more to experience and not necessarily “learn” or achieve.   The magic is wanting to come from the inside out and not the other way around. There is a niggle to set fire to it all and get to the heart of what it is that sets your passion ablaze.

Curiosity and desire are your doorways IN….

You see the writing on the wall.  What used to hold all the pieces of society together are in a state of collapse.  The game on the outside is quickly finding its demise and the transition may be rough for some.  But that is for those who have given over their power. Their choice. The fight and the rage are getting exhausting and the time for something new is so wanting fresh air.  There is a need to feel a sense of a bigger vision and opportunity into the future.

Empowerment and disillusionment are your doorways IN….

You are tired of doing this life all on your own.  You so much want to be in collaboration with others with like-heart and soul resonance.  You ache for a partner that can match and meet you in your need for passion and purpose. To set you ablaze with aliveness and challenge you with compassionate honesty.  No more playing in the wounded arena.  You are aching for relationship beyond the usual and normal.

Community and sacred romance are your doorways IN….

There is something we all came here to walk out.  An experience to have based on a theme or calling that our souls signed up for.  Your current life experience is all perfectly laid out specifically for you, by you.  They create crisis and uncomfortability as a means of opportunity to learn and grow along the path we have chosen that serves our Highest calling.  The nest that we consciously created is now getting prickly.  Even if the nest wasn’t all that bad to begin with! You are getting prickly. Nudged. Poked.

The doorways are in front of you.  They are held by parts of us that were created in order to “survive” life. Even our spirituality has been used as a survival tactic in many ways. The road back to our very thrival essence is a process of exiting and entering many of these doorways, just like the proverbial layers of an onion.  But these doorways often look like walls if we are fused to the fear of what it means to walk through them.

The first step is to be honest there is a wall. A fear. A resistance. From there the door presents itself and the choice points begin.  Feeling the fear inside and where they come from helps us to make that next step down the path we know we were meant to walk. But you are not alone in this. There are those who have walked through many of those doors. They very ones you see in front of you if you can see them.  The ones that you have heard a knock on. Let us answer that call together and see what is discovered and experienced on the way to what it is you were ultimately destined to Be and feel.

When The Heart Understands

It’s that ‘heart click’ time. Things that can’t be explained or broken down mentally are coming in now. It’s intuition that opens out from a deeper trust and also a feeling of faith in the lessons that come. This trust is bred from within, from feeling parts that don’t trust you or themselves but want to.

These moments when something dawns in the sky of your heart hold so much meaning. It is the opening of your compassionate understanding, starting with something finally making sense inside of you. “Oh… so that’s why I’ve felt this way for so long” are words are that will sometimes come to you on these waves of new found inner wisdom and self-discovery.

Click.

Parts of you have tried so hard to live life the way they’re used to, and this isn’t as possible anymore. They are getting tired. Some persona inside of you is wearing thin, wants a break, wants to rest, and may be having a hard time dropping its sword and all its very good reasons for having been there all this time. The outrage and resistance and sometimes also transcendence that you thought was ‘yours’, you can start feeling as belonging to a part or parts of you.

These words about ‘parts’ may be starting to ‘click’ now too. This is that ‘heart click’ again, where something just feels true. It just feels like, yes, something inside of you is done with the weight it’s been carrying and probably burying too at times. This whole universe inside of you where many different parts ping in their beautiful though sometimes shadowy constellations of reaction and reticence, is somehow starting to make heart-sense now. Self-forgiveness arises, as you feel these parts in their reality and understand why they’ve been there, why they’ve chosen what they have as YOU, why they’ve acted or felt the way they have until now.

The love you feel for these parts of you now is the love you feel deepening for yourself as a whole. This love you feel can extend towards others more so now too. You can actually start to feel others without reticence for it. Your compassionate heart is naturally opening because you are regularly giving your own parts and heart what they need. You understand the need for healthy selfishness and you trust more that what is best for you will ultimately be what’s best for others too, even though ‘hurt’ may happen along the way. ‘Hurt’ is a roadmap and part of the sacred journey within. It’s a necessary piece in order to feel the parts that are in pain and have been in pain for a long time, though they may have found some pretty powerful ways to avoid feeling it and what’s at the core of it.

Judgements of others begin to lose their charge and fall away as you feel why they were there in the first place and also the parts that held these judgements start to rest around it all. You are morphing and changing and shifting. More ‘heart clicks’, more Ascension. It’s all coming, it’s all happening, and it’s a lot to let in. In moments of awakening inside, the ‘clicking’ feeling can be so powerful that it rushes through the bodies… emotional, spiritual, physical, social… astral. A lot is downloading as the mind races to grasp what it actually needs the heart to understand first.

And understand, the heart does. One ‘click’ at a time.

Uniting Without Diminishing – The Masculine And The Feminine

We are finding people being drawn to us who feel a huge resonance factor with us, our writings etc, along with all kinds of intuitions about a deeper connection with us, yet often not taking a next grounded step towards what we offer.

It felt really important to not make this about ‘them’ as that just puts us in a victim/defensive/reaction place, but to instead feel into what is the universe asking us to feel and choose in the midst of this….as an opportunity.

This week, we felt guided to offer a free ½ hour intro as a way to bridge interest, and already this is proving to be a really informative exercise, that several people are choosing. On the one hand, I don’t really want to be ‘inundated’ with doing free intros where we simply just hang out in some good vibes together that don’t really amount to anything. But on the other hand, really helping people bridge their interest and intuition to some further choice points would be really rewarding, and I can feel myself loving it.

This highlighted the need to ask deeper questions about what we want and why, and how only from such an inquiry could we come to structure some guidelines about what we want with people, how to lead with that and how to be in that.

We know, through our own personal years of work, that we have opened our hearts deeply, and offered session space to others along with naturally arising community around that, but we are also feeling the opportunity and desire to take that to new places of structure and increased numbers where the masculine and feminine both get to come out and play in a way they couldn’t before; where the pure service of love is served by the ingenuity and balance of system and clear objective; feeling what’s working and what isn’t, and asking why.

We’re in some brand new places and it feels important to be transparent about it (as we trans-’parent’ a new way of life into being for people) as well as invite those who are feeling their choice points to contact us and enter this space of alchemy together, being really clear about what we want.

This week was another incredible week for the ascension of our species and each of us individually who have signed up for this amazing journey.  Raphael tunes into AA Metatron to feel the gift and epicness of the celestial movements that have been occurring culminating in the total solar eclipse.  The energies coming in are meant to effect us both collectively and individually.  Bringing us to our greatest heights in expressing our greatest desires.  Energizing us with the codes to take us to our very next steps if we are willing to feel and heal all we need to on our way there.
