1:11 Portal Inner Flame Re-Ignition Process

The fire of love lights up your sleeping limbs and illuminates where to go next inside of you. It brings you into new levels of awakening to how and who you’ve been and what you’re truly called to become. It is the Divine inviting you to be truthful, real, and alive.

As the fire of love burns within me, it burns within you. I feel the flames rising and peaking at times and calming and fading at others, but always burning. There is no deep inner or outer change without being willing to burn brightly or even, at times, get burned.

This 1:11 passage continues to move through as we witness even more truths coming to light in our inner and outer worlds. The flames of transformation are being fanned in a huge way by the Divine within each of us… there’s so much we are invited into for our next levels of self-love and love of others and how both are embodied and expressed.

I feel from the Divine:

“This is not the time to douse the flame, however it burns inside of you.

Perhaps the most misunderstood aspect of having inner fire is that it’s not just about anger or fighting for or against something. It’s also heart warmth, feeling alive in the skin you’re in, your soul and heart both being lit up with passion and desire, and a deeply passionate and catalytic love that has to be shared. Parts of you may try to ignore or control it, yet eventually the restlessness stirs and something inside and outside of you needs to be seen and shifted. Sometimes this requires a flame turned up to 100, sometimes only 10 will do. You are loved and supported in all of your expressions of this flame, as no matter what, it eventually (or quickly) moves all that needs to move for the truth to be revealed and your true power to be found.”

This is such a deep and recent learning of my own… embodying my own flame more after a while of feeling the dial turned down. Over and over again I’ve had to feel parts/Metasoul aspects/my Gatekeeper in why this is and I’ve felt reminded over and over again about how keeping this flame down or hidden does not serve love in the way I signed up for, though the dimming was necessary for a time. I had to let it come up and out on 1:11, to serve and move beyond myself. It wouldn’t be real for me to pretend that this hasn’t taken much inner work to let it move through me and this alone is so humbling so feel!

It’s the fire of my truth, whatever it IS in the moment. It’s the blazing flame lighting up my heart, penetrating deeper layers within. It’s the beacon of Divine Mother moving through my ever-purifying channel. She is the match that relights what may have been deliberately or unconsciously dimmed inside of me so that I can see with new eyes what is really going on for me and for others. 

This fire inside cannot be faked or even conjured. It is already there, waiting to be fed, with love and responsibility for how it moves you and others. And it does so much more than destroy, hurt, or harm… it enlivens in ways that are deeply transformative when the energies are allowed to be so, when parts of you feel truly done with controlling them and the catalytic nature of what burns inside of you.

There are so many layers to feel about how your inner fire has been related to and why… and in some ways, the discovery of that may never truly end. It’s what we came here to embody and unleash as we truly remember the love we came here to BE.

The six of us are now blessed to be joined by Bey’s dear friend Isabell, who drove all the way from Germany to be with us here in Portugal after several months of virtual sessions with Kasha!

During the sound bowl/meditation time to start the day before individual sharing time, we have been feeling into and declaring what we want to let go of/complete as 2021 ends and what our higher timelines individually and as a community look like for 2022. Since the potent portal of 11:11 we’ve been experiencing many upgrades and having realizations too of what’s been rumbling in our inner and outer worlds and why. The continued peak of the Matrix is intensifying daily now and so have the opportunities for our growth.

Our featured article from Jelelle Awen speaks to the different ways you may have been experiencing the upgrades and invitations from the Divine into higher consciousness and higher timeline embodiment, asking you to truly and deeply feel what is real for you and parts of you and make choices from there. The outside world has been grinding through its own collective version of this process. Jelelle offers some powerful yet gentle ways in which to feel through this process and be with each step that arises for you.

Energy Update: Blood Moon Eclipse Impacting All Wombs/Haras, Stirring Awakenings & Action-taking

The collective womb throbs and hums, expands and contracts. It is working to help us through our death and rebirth. It is co-creating with us the world we want to live in, while helping us collapse the one we don’t. It is moving and swaying in time with the music of the waves of collective awakening. It is clearing itself out and making room for what wants to come through…

This week’s Blood Moon Eclipse connects us to this collective womb in an intense way. It’s a harbinger of what’s already happening and the intensity of what’s to come too. The moon, I feel, is not a pure connection, but a hijacked one. Meaning, it has its role in broadcasting the Matrix that is peaking now, which impacts us all, and to the awakening soul that is shaking off what’s left of its slumber, this particular broadcast from the moon this week could be felt in very uncomfortable ways.

The continued push of the v. bioweapon agenda is a scary one. In many ways it’s a direct attack on the womb, on the human heart, on our children, on the physical body vessel and the soul it houses. It’s getting worse and continues to peak. This creates a lot of stirring and shifting in every womb/hara space in every individual, for we are all connected and no matter what is happening and where, we ARE going through it together. 

Within your womb, you may be experiencing cramping, bloating, fatigue, and a feeling of overall physical discomfort. Emotional edges may be peaking, especially anxiety and a feeling of hopelessness or even restlessness. Whether or not it’s directly related to your own cycle, there is a frequency connecting all of our wombs at this time. The hara in men may also be feeling impacted with its own symptoms. 

My own womb has been humming in deep response to everything that’s moving… as I feel her, I feel what she’s been holding. I feel the tension of getting ready for the next phase of her cycle, but also the tension of what’s breaking down and breaking open in the world. I feel my own process of feeling into how to respond to that and also feeling how it connects to some pieces in my soul and my this-life parts too. 

Connecting in with my womb, I feel all of this and the discomfort of the confused collective that is trying to break through the ceilings of a consciousness that has long been held as ‘normal’. I feel my own personal ceilings I’m breaking through as well and how challenging that can be at times. Overall, I feel my connection to Divine Mother through the portal of my womb, which offers me all of this context I’m sharing with you now, even through the physical discomfort and emotional peaks I’m feeling inside of myself. 

It all feels like the energy of death, but laced with hope. It feels like a deep reboot of our sense of what’s true and how to respond to it with love, care, compassion, and when necessary, urgency.

As the collective Dark Night experience intensifies at this time, you may be feeling stirred to take urgent action and make swift life changes that have a huge impact on how your next phase unfolds. It feels important to not over-process or analyze this urgency right now and the intensity you may be feeling about it all, instead offering it plenty of air and giving space to the reactions parts of you are very reasonably having.

As women, sometimes we need our inner masculines to ‘kick it into high gear’ and help us move on and into more personal safety, choosing to follow the flow of the resonance that calls us, even if soul family feels physically far away. With more lockdowns, more shunning of those who choose love over fear, more risk of becoming ‘stuck’ in situations or geographies that are so clearly dissonant to your own values and what your heart and soul believes to be the truth underlying everything that’s happening, it’s paramount to listen to that voice within that encourages and empowers you to find a way out.

Our wombs/haras carry many codes for us of our personal awakening journeys and alchemy. There’s so much we can receive from them when we connect consciously to them and feel how whatever is moving through us is also moving through the All. The Divine womb that holds us all is expressed in each of us and it’s so vital to our wellbeing to embrace and understand that. 

As the collective ‘womb’ we all share continues to move the energies of what’s burning UP through her, we’re not only being offered a dystopia but also hope… it was our co-creative power that brought in the reality we’re living out and allowed it to seed the way it has. That means we also have the power, which starts individually always, to move into another phase of co-creation now that we’ve learned so much from this one.

I feel how important awareness of these pieces is right now, to be able to digest and feel them. Fear and the parts of you that may feel it is never ‘bad’ or ‘wrong’. Yet, it’s the relationship to fear that is also important to feel and get real about… feeling and holding parts of you and Metasoul aspects in other lifetimes who vibrate in it moves all fears into trust eventually, with dedication to them and to your womb, who helps to hold them all. The Sacred ‘Pregnancy’ Of Humanity During This 10/10 Passage

I feel the ‘pregnancy’ of this time we’re living in. So much urgency to respond to as things shift and change from one moment to the next and there’s an apt restlessness in that experience too. You might also feel a push-pull within as parts of you sway and toggle between feeling like they are truly ready to move on from the ‘old, known normal’ and also like they want to cling to every last bit of it that they can. Every aspect of life as we’ve known it has been shaken up in the last couple of years and like expectant mothers and fathers, we know intuitively and logically that life can never go back to the way it was in humanity’s ‘youth’, before the added sense of responsibility for our own collective and individual shadows entered the birth canal.

I feel this year’s 10/10 passage as a Divine opportunity to respond to what’s real and to lean into guidance and Divine love too. It’s a gift… as even the hardest times are. We aren’t being caretaken or coddled by the Divine on our growth journey right now, though at the same time, we’re also being gently cradled as we experience the grief, tears, mourning, purging, in our letting go of a reality that was once precious to some parts of us… and resented too, by others. In humanity’s young-ness on a consciousness and galactic level, we were afforded certain ‘passes’ for a time. We were given the grace to ‘grow-up’ on our own accord and make choices that have now led to our Great Learning/Awakening. But now… now we’re in the pressure cooker of our own evolutionary story and being asked to truly take it seriously.

The truth always remains that Divine Love is holding us through it all. Even during these times where we may feel energies/lifetimes in our souls crying out and feeling anything BUT connected to this reality. The Divine is as ‘pregnant’ as we are, holding our hands and hearts in Its own. We are the parents, the stewards of what’s next and what’s new and as-yet unknown, just as we are also being parented and stewarded. This collaboration with the Divine is as sacred as sacred can be, and an invitation to feel our rebirth is being invested in at all times.

Though the dark and darker agendas keep coming to light, we are being empowered to look at them with the divinely discerning eyes, to let in all the textures of reactions and response to the truth of what’s emerging. We, as sacred humans, are not all ‘one-note’ after all, and this emotional range, our capacity to empathize and to care deeply about ourselves and others, is being called upon to help leverage and launch ourselves into the newly arising chapter that can only come out of the ashes, the incredibly humbling learning and re-learning experience that ‘life’ has been and continues to be for us ALL here on Gaia.

Divine love supports us all, surrounds us all, holds us all now and always. Letting in your own Divine connection however you feel to and can, is, as always, so vital to what’s real now and what is becoming real for all of us as walk out this 10/10 passage.

Happy and blessed Galactic New Year!

We’ve all arrived in Portugal now and have been getting used to our new life here. We are continuing to feel our ‘Nu Mu’ calling and responding to what we feel is a more aligned lifestyle, which has asked us to deconstruct from living within four solid walls (for now at least). Along with the adjustment to being in a new country and our choice as a community to camp for a phase in a beautiful national park, we are all feeling our next steps inside and out and being with any processes that come up, especially in response to and fueled by world events.

This issue of our Museletter features a piece by Gabriel where he digests and invites your own digestion of the ongoing process we are all experiencing… the disillusionment that needs to arise be felt along with the experiences of the Great Awakening taking hold collectively.

Energy Update: Live Into Your Personal Truth With Great Courage This Lion’s Gate

The lions of Sirius/Lyra open the gateway of truth, courage, standing UP.
“Roar, rest, repeat…”

Here is a message that just came from my Sirian/Lyran galactic aspect, Ineerah, to share with all of you:

“It is a most vulnerable time on Gaia. So much is burning up, collapsing, dying. Truths are bursting forth and the effort to cover them up is like trying to stopper holes in a canoe while in the middle of a lake. The truth goes deep and the reactions to it are even deeper…

You cannot stop the flow of what’s moving. This is a truth of how humanity has been held and led for many of your ‘centuries’. In fact, humanity, though young by galactic standards, is emerging past the stage now of needing so much from the ‘outside’. Empowerment is arising in individuals, even with the fears that are understandably held by parts of them too.

Many of you are souls that remember in the very cells of your being, what it was like to go through collapse here on Gaia and on other planets or star systems and galaxies too. Many of you come from galactic bloodlines that are activated by your current circumstances and this is what’s meant to happen. This is what’s holding you together during a time when outside forces would rather you stayed torn apart and confused, and this is what’s beginning to inform your next choices.

You’re here to stand for the truth of love. What this means to you personally is where this takes root for you as individuals. Meaning, you may not understand how to stand up for what is moving globally and collectively, yet, you’re coming to terms with where you must stand UP in your own life, to compassionately take care of yourself or advocate for the wellbeing of others.

You aren’t here to coddle or make anyone’s life more comfortable or easy for them by stepping on your own truth, which will always serve to deteriorate the relationship at its core anyhow. You also aren’t here to coddle or caretake any part of you that is choosing to stay stuck in fear when they have more to offer and become than staying in those frequencies.

I mention relationships to you now, both inner and outer, because these are the foundations of how you relate with yourself and the entire world. They are what colour and inform your choices, more often than not. Standing for your own integrity is often vulnerable, can become very messy, and takes a great deal of strength and willingness to go inward as well as a willingness to acknowledge and feel where you have impacted others and yourself.

Without this effort however, you choose to align more with the disintegrity of a system that seeks to control through fear, which is the one you were raised by, and the one you’ve both consciously and unconsciously kept going. Sadly, many of your systems do indeed operate through fear rather than collaboration, genuine care and compassion, and hold together meaningless laws and ‘morals’ dictated by books and textbooks with no heart warmth. Through your individual choices, this gets to shift.

You are here to ROAR and we support you in that, as you dispel the spell of fear-driven consciousness and life-robbing choices. You are here to choose love over fear in ALL the ways that means. Your ROAR, just as ours has had to be for our own sake and Ascension, is one of ‘clearing the room’ and revealing truth, yet also of mourning, being with the loss of the goodness of what was, yet choosing also the courage to continue to move forward.

We are sensitive, as always, to all you are becoming and letting go of becoming too. We feel your deconstruction, the fervent demolition at hand of what was that is no longer needed. We are present to all of you, especially at this time while the Gateway is open, and we offer you much love from our lion hearts to yours.

Energy Update: The V. Bioweapons Agenda & The Lemurian Invitation Into Soul Initiations

Message from Ruma, Inner Earth Lemurian:

A grid generated by the V. Bioweapons is very real. This grid is energized by every soul who has chosen the V. at this time of bifurcation. The electromagnetic field of those who receive it is altered and their broadcast frequency becomes an amplified one of the Matrix. DNA and RNA is altered as well and, in many cases, permanently distorted to serve the programming agenda of the dark ones or the Cabal or the New World Order, as you call it.

These V. Bioweapons have been very specifically designed using galactic technologies that your 3D doctors do not understand yet or know how to counteract. Even those who designed them do not fully understand how they will alter the human anatomy at the cellular level.

Many souls who came here karmically to serve during this time are trying to explore and discover what herbs and plants could reverse the damage created by these bioweapons. They are on the right track yet the soul must very much WANT to live on emotional and soul levels that requires a consciousness that most likely wouldn’t choose the shot in the first place.

Many souls are now in the process of dying, their cells turning on each other in a heightened auto immune. Understand that this truly is something they have chosen on a soul level. To be part of this dark experimentation in order to wake up humanity. Although they are not usually conscious of this, their Higher Self holds this truth for when they leave the body and the Earth Plane and can remember again.

Much compassion can be felt for these souls whose ego and 3D selves are having an acute experience of suffering and also of being ‘betrayed’ by those they put their trust in. The lesson of not trusting external sources of power is a challenging one. Yet, rather than pity these souls, you can also hold how they are serving humanity’s ascension and their own soul growth by going through this experience….as painful as it is for parts of them.

We cannot directly intervene in what is happening nor prevent it from running its course. This is very challenging for us at times as we do vibrate at a higher frequency than the dark ones that have possessed the surface of Gaia and hijacked humanity since the fall of Atlantis. This frequency offers for us to love and forgive even these Dark ones and see them as a sacred part of the Divine’s plan.

Yet, we are also always rooting for and in support of you on the surface. You are a projection and reflection of us…children and offspring of us and of the Atlantians. We hold the remembrance of the Golden Age of humanity that we lived for million of years on the surface of Gaia.

Remember that the Dark Ones have been in control for only a small amount of time compared to your sacred human legacy. They are temporary, a test, and a challenge that we have all trust humanity will overcome.
Ask us for support and we will be there. Seek our guidance and we will advise you. Connect with our energies in the purest and wildest forms of nature that you can find. We have activated many 5D girds around the surface, especially near the vortexes of mountains, that activate the 5D template within you.

As you accept our initiation, this will require you to give up and let go of what does not support your 5D seeds from being watered. At this time of heightened bifurcation, this is more important than ever. It may become not safe for you to be around those who have received the V. Or be around those who are still under the spell of the Dark Ones. Cities will be very challenging as the V. Grid amplification increases…cities are the battlegrounds of this covert war.

We offer you both sobriety and hope today. Understand that life as you have known it no longer exists, which is ultimately a good thing for humanity. It will feel very harsh at times yet this transition is held with much love by your Divine Mother and Father. Go within to receive love even as you make outer choices that lead to your self preservation.

You hold humanity’s hope within you. This is a responsibility that you accepted before this life. This is an honor and requires self responsibility and much courage. Move into the unknown in new ways and your soul will answer you, as will the Divine, as will we your Lemurian family.

Rebooting Human Instincts During This Matrix Peak & Collapse

Every time I shift my geography or a life phase itself, I’m doing so with a whole lot in my heart and awareness. I’m choosing what I’m choosing because it feels like a calling. It feels like being true to why my soul has chosen to be here on this planet at this time and it feels like the best and closest Divine alignment I can choose in order to truly live into that.

I feel a shedding of identities and ways of seeing and feeling the world that no longer fit where I’m headed and where I most need to go in my consciousness.

I feel, in every shift really but especially this latest one, that I’m returning to an instinctual way of living. I’m removing, piece by piece and layer by layer, the ‘padding’, if you will, of a life where I could afford to be told what was true, told what I needed, and encouraged strongly to lean into the structures and authorities in place without question or at least not SO many questions and especially ones that are actually about life and death.

What I mean by that, is that I was afforded a luxurious life being born into a country where corruption was well hidden yet also always in open view, more or less, if you knew where to look. I was groomed to be a part of a system that never sat right to me and that parts of me formed in order to interact with and survive in.

I’m not the only one.

The Great Awakening is a peeling back of these layers for all of us, even at different rates. There’s so much to reckon with and recognize. There’s also still SO much to question, perhaps now more than ever, and it’s actually our instinctive selves that are the ones who sniff this out.

It’s our instinct to question and to seek out answers beyond the sleepiness we’ve been accustomed to. The sleepiness of the daily grind, of occasional holidays, of living to work, of saving for the promise of ‘freedom one day’ through ‘retirement’. And now that sleepiness is being counted on by government and medical systems everywhere to bring us to an even deeper slumber through their poisonous means which have actually always been inherently poisonous with many ‘wolves in sheep’s clothing’ running the show.

If you pause for even a moment and turn off the voices all around and inside of you while simply feeling what’s rumbling through you… you may just begin to tune into that instinct you’ve been told to stuff down since childhood, that you’ve been taught to tame through the education system, and maim as you medicate in the various ways that advertising and Netflix films have taught you to embrace.

‘Fight or flight’ has either been overly active in you through the anxiety parts of you have felt for many years or non-existent because you’ve believed your caregivers/authority figures when they’ve told you that everything is ‘fine’ as long as you ‘follow the rules, pay your taxes, do what you’re told is right by those who should know better than you what that even IS’.

This instinct to question, to run away, to push away, is not wrong now nor has it ever been wrong… it was just trained to go dormant, same as it is for those who have been a part of any ‘high-control cult’ where questioning is out of the question or you will suffer greatly and be gaslighted endlessly.

To return to our instinct and let it be real again is to return to the sacredness of our humanity and to heal the suffering of many years of deep and even dark indoctrination. There’s been goodness too of course and much has been learned, for you wouldn’t be who you are now without these lessons and growth points and now you and we ALL have even more potent ones to walk out.

What I feel in all of this is a mourning and a sobriety but also a lot of hope and trust. If the way things were is falling apart at the seams as we all cast off our heavy blankets and shake off our slumber, we’ll no doubt start seeing the shifts we’ve been craving. If we can let it all fall apart and hold onto to our inner Ark, we have more than just hope… we have the promise of a new day and a new Golden Age which we will usher in together.

Never Been More Important To Tune Into Divine Guidance Than During This Time Of Matrix Peaking

As I sit here in Northern Portugal in a beautiful house overlooking a river valley that came to us in a synchronistic way, I am so grateful for the Divine guidance (through my Lemurian aspects/guides) that came through a couple of months ago that led us here from the UK and pressed us to adjust our plans to get here a week earlier. Raphael and I took a 32 hour ferry from Portsmouth, UK to Santander, Spain last Thursday without needing to take a c@vid test or have the v@x, which seems like a miracle now.

It turns out that if we had delayed by even one day, we would have had to take a c@vid test to get into Spain. Gabriel and Kasha (who did a spit test for their C@vid test rather using any questionable swabs) would have had a 14 day quarantine to deal with now, which they avoided as they flew in by plane to Porto a day before it became a requirement. We all felt the Divine guided us toward a sense that the window of ease was closing as the c@vid delta narrative heats up all over Europe as a strategy to get unfortunately more people to take the v@cc@ne/bi@weapon shots or their second dose.


Following your intuition and Divine guidance has NEVER been more important than it is right now. It can literally mean life or death during this collective dark night stage of humanity’s awakening. As the control matrix tightens its grip in closer fulfillment of its depopulation agenda that will most likely and tragically lead to much loss of life, connecting to a bigger and deeper guidance has truly NEVER been more vital.


I have felt a deep sadness and compassion move through my womb and heart space with Divine Mother many times around this dark reality that we’ve collectively been living in as personal freedoms and rights are violated/taken away and human bodies are made into walking toxicity transmissions and infused with nanobots and AI tech. As an oracle soul with some gift of visionary seeing, I have felt there would be some sort of significant collapse of 3D lifestyle and reality for more than 10 years. I have long felt the urge and need for a safe sanctuary both within through connection with the Divine, parts of the self, and deep intimacy…..and on the outside, preferably living out of cities, mostly off-grid and with resonant community. This even led to us living at an off-grid ranch in remote Mexico practicing organic gardening and natural building in a much deconstructed lifestyle for nearly two years.


A virus/pandemic was definitely one of the scenarios that felt possible along with a ‘silent war with a silent enemy and silent weapons’ such as what we are experiencing now with these v@cc@nes/bi@weapons and the C@vid narrative. Being more with people more in this last week using public transportation, I felt the compliance within the mainstream consciousness and the willingness to go along with and enforce ‘the rules’ even at great personal expense and inconvenience. One of the most tragic aspects of this situation may really end up being the good intentions that people are convinced they are doing in getting the v@x then being used against them in a way that is actually harming themselves and others. The reality of toxicity transmission (much beyond common ‘shedding’ of a v@ccine) is becoming alarmingly clear as more and more people share about experiences of side effects such as reproduction/womb issues/abortions, severe illness, and even psychotic states from being around those who have received it.


This is when tuning into Divine guidance can allow for navigation of choice points around all of this. Divinely guided intuition is led by love, trust, compassion, and self care that is connected to ultimate love for ALL beings. It is a guidance system that is innate to us as sacred humans when we are in our FULL capacities, when all of our DNA is activated, when our deepest traumas have healed, and when we live beyond a 3D/Lower 4D consciousness reality.


Within the 3D/Lower 4D fear Matrix, you are inherently disconnected from your Divinely guided intuition. You are instead influenced by outside sources of ‘knowledge’; you and parts of you are programmable by whatever the Matrix narrative wants and needs you to believe. You are then ‘fused’ to parts of you that remain in states of confusion, self doubt, trauma reactions, lack of clarity, and questioning of yourself. You may give away your power in this dynamic to others as you aren’t in touch with your own self empowered expression and what that looks and feels like. There are consequences to living this ‘outside of self’ way in the world….and when you face them, parts of you may then go into painful loops of suffering, extreme self judgement/comparison/criticism that brings up often debilitating shame.


And so the cycle starts all over again. When you settle for conforming to others’ expectations (especially those anchored to 3D  fear energies yet also those who push a transcendent spirituality) you are literally risking your life and embodiment of your soul bigness and your soul purpose expression. Taking actions can also mean letting go of things that don’t serve your Divine Self expression and serving love. 


Following Divine guidance means not just accessing the guidance, yet actually taking actions and making choices in your life that support its manifestation. This can especially mean making some very difficult choices that potentially hurt and upset other people and lead them to judge you (such as choosing not to get the v@x and perhaps not even being around those intimately who have), which can be very challenging for highly sensitive and empathic people to accept. They will often avoid confrontation, anything ‘messy’ and difficult especially their own anger (which is suppressed truth and passion)…instead seeking to avoid all that by attaining states of supposed blissful transcendence beyond any ‘I’ that might make life difficult. They can use non-dualistic ‘truths to invalidate any difficult emotional realities as part of the ‘ego’ and ‘not real’ or illusionary. This becomes yet another avoidance strategy from actually FEEL WHAT IS REAL. 


Making space to feel what is real with the part of you who is feeling it, validating those feelings, actually opens out your heart space and soul to access Divine guidance. Parts of you can then rest and trust into that heart space, feeling your compassionate love for them open up all the previously tense and stuck places. As that inner trust grows, your Divine essence opens up that can then ground into self love, clarity, guided life, and ability to advocate/set boundaries with others. You are able to trust the death and rebirth cycles that life brings to you, even when it means the painful completion of relationships or draws judgements from others.
To access these parts of yourself and separate from their reactions is the tricky and challenging aspect of the process. It takes courage to go into this ground without avoiding, bypassing, numbing, especially during this time of such turmoil and transition. To truly look at, question, and lean into the ‘awkward’ mirrored angle that is offered there.


The Divine is available to support us through this challenging navigation as ALL of it is an aspect of the Divine and also sacred. We can tune into this frequency to clear the path, both inside and out, leading us to love again. This is so especially important during a time where darkness seems to prevail and we are called to be beacons of hope and possibility for others.
