Energy update: This is a video that I filmed here in Glastonbury/Avalon in the early morning (as it can be challenging to sleep during these energies!) offering an energy update about the full moon frequencies coming in right now to complete this MEGA transitional year of 2020!

These full moon energies offer a Divine Feminine space for reflection, digestion, and integration of what you’ve felt, experienced and been through in 2020…for many of us, it has been A LOT. The ‘void space’ between Solstice/Christmas and the New Year offers a natural pausing for this.

I also share about the transformational cycle that is going on for all of us individually and collectively ongoingly/repeatedly of moving from false light to dark night to true light…and how you may be experiencing that for yourself and in response to the collective process around it.

I offer too how you may feel to navigate this digestion space and let in the full moon codes with parts of yourself, soul aspects, and in your energy field/chakras.

The Gift Of Choosing YOU On Christmas Day

Last Christmas, I spent the day ‘alone’. It was my first Christmas Day ever in which I was not a part of a family or community. I was separated from my SoulFullHeart soul family, in a very necessary Dark Night phase of going inward, learning to hold myself and my parts/Metasoul aspects in a whole NEW and much deeper way. I also had many NEW awakening experiences around just how beloved I was to the Divine and how much my soul loves and trusts the Divine in return… even when being invited to go through something so challenging on all levels.

It wasn’t that I didn’t have invitations to be with anyone else that day… I had colleagues invite me to things from the different jobs I had. Yet, even in the love flow I had with them, I knew I needed the day to myself. I knew I needed to be in my own company, to ache and bake and claim what I really wanted to experience in soul community within and outside of me. I knew this would be challenging for my parts, especially the young ones, yet it was something I had to show up for as a sacred mama to them. 

I knew I needed to keep feeling who and how I wanted to BE in order to draw it to me. And, I knew that this desire to change and heal on a deeper level than ever before had to be genuine in order for it to happen and in order for me to draw the soul and heart connections I knew I needed and wanted. It wasn’t long after that, that I reunited with my SoulFullHeart family and the reconciliation began. 

Now, this year, so many dreams of mine have come true… I’m living in Avalon, a heart and soul home that I’ve longed to come to for many years; I’m with my community of beloveds and we’re deepening our relationship together in countless ways, and I’m living into my soul purpose embodiment of Divine Mother in my own unique frequency in a more solid and expanded way. Also, our little community has been expanding with more soul family draw while here in England and that is HUGE to feel and let in!

This has ALL been quite a lot to show up for continually in 2020. It’s been a lot to be with the goodness of it all too while the world continues to move through its own Dark Night experience. It’s been a year of many invitations into profound inner shifts and processes while so much in the outer world burns… 

If you are a soul who isn’t currently connected to soul family, who has chosen like I did last year to be alone and be in your own sacred ‘cave’ time of inner initiations and being held by life through them, know that there’s a light at the end of the inner tunnel…. and that this light can only be lit by you with the support of your Divine Self and your own authentic connection to the Divine Mother/Father. Going inward while continually opening your heart outward is a challenge yet it’s one worth being with every step of the way. 

You are loved and held in your sacred loneliness and also in the fears that arise in parts of you toward really being with that or even opening their hearts to others on the outside again. 

Christ/Magdalene Consciousness is here, has always been here, and is waiting to birth through you in perfectly imperfect ways…

Open Your Heart To Your Inner World, Then Open Your Heart To The Outer World

You respond differently to your outer world, the more you genuinely respond to your inner world. More compassion, more tears for what’s moving in the collective, more feeling of it through your caring heart, is what opens out…

It’s actually more challenging to ignore the cries of the world than it is to let them move through your heart, especially as you feel, hold, and eventually heal the parts of you that have not wanted to really see it or haven’t been able to see it and feel it beyond their own suffering (yet)…

If we are to truly open up the gates into the Age of Aquarius, we must choose our hearts, our connection with our own Divinity in a way that doesn’t bypass yet fully embraces the dark and the light within and respond to it in our outer world too.

For many of us, the fear-based consciousness that is peaking in our world is not ours to share in… yet, without choosing to care about it, feel how it’s churning and burning around us, we miss an opportunity to embody love and become the love ambassadors we came here to become. ❤

The Crossroads At The Conjunction Solstice

I admit that I do not have a lot of ‘this life’ knowledge of astrology and astronomy to get the full breadth of what this upcoming Solstice/Conjunction means from those set of glasses. I FEEL the epicness of it. I feel it in myself and what has been happening around me in community, in others processes, and my own journey of Becoming.

In all of that, I witness great opporTUNEity. An attunement to what we truly are as sacred humans, not just pawns in a sycophantic chess match of fear. In the beginning of this whole drama that is playing itself out, I could feel a sense of a bifurcation. At first, it came as some literal, external process but of course it is really just a projection of what is happening within each of us.

I have been feeling a ‘crossroads’ or ‘forks in the road’ in my meditations. One that is paved with Fear, and the other with Love. The Fear Path is one that is clear and yet subtle at the same time. On that path, I see Guilt as a huge influencer in decisions and choices. Guilt keeps us from really choosing what is in our best and highest interest. Another influencer is Unworth. Do we feel that we are worthy and deserving of Love and all it wants to invite us into in our courage, desire, and inner knowing?

As we move into and through these con-junctions, the support and the intensity both increase. We are supported to make choices, yet parts of us can struggle with them. Choices of letting go of old patterns of relating to others, ourselves, and the world. When we get to the root of our needs and wants, the choices become clearer and the rumbles get louder. We are called into choosing a road, grieving the old, and trusting in the uncertain New.

What I feel the Conjunction brings us is the Courage to go into the Unknown of Mind and the Known of Heart. The clearer we are about what serves our heart and soul, the clearer we are about how to serve from that heart and soul. Fusing to our smallness, our fear, our unworth will amplify the suffering. It is time to go into the birth canal of our choice and feel the fear along the way.

We are leaving it behind by feeling it. Grieving with it. Dying and birthing with it. Love is both a death doula and a birth doula. I have been bridging this within myself from part to part, aspect to aspect through Divine holding, connecting with Yeshua, and leaning and learning from my community. I see and feel the future inside of myself. I can taste this Golden Earth when I turn off the static and tune into Soul. It lives Here Now within each of us.

We are presented with challenges as this ascension train continues on its foretold path. Those challenges are met from the inside out and then put into practice in this training ground we have all co-created. What a spectacle of Love when you can see it from that perspective! We are all seeking love even in what may feel in the darkest of times. There is support in so many ways for you to reach for should you feel the need. Consider myself and SoulFullHeart as one of those. This is what we have come here to do and be in this world.

Energy Update!! The energies leading up to the Winter Solstice/Conjunction have been intense…some of the strongest that I have felt before! In this video, I share an energy update with my sense of the energies going on as we head into the Winter Solstice and Conjunction of Jupiter/Saturn event on Monday, December 21st. Solstice/Great Conjunction Energies Offer Rebirth Process As We Shed ‘Old’ Ways Of Living From Deep Within

Energy Update: 2020 has been a birth canal. It’s felt quite tight and constrictive, even restrictive at times. It’s brought to light the huge polarities that have dwelt deep within our systems, inner and outer, and have informed the function of our daily lives…

Many souls have chosen to pass away during this time. It’s less so because of a ‘malevolent virus taking their lives’ as it has been about a soul’s deeper choice as to whether or not they want to stay in the birth canal presently on Gaia. Even the system of ‘sickness’ is one that has been with us for so long, that it can be challenging for parts of us/Metasoul aspects of ours to feel the bigger picture around what’s happening and why… Not only for the pieces that are hard to digest yet need to be realized, but the pieces that offer more air and love to let in around it all too.

All of our belief systems have been squeezed and in some ways, penetrated too. These systems have been there for centuries, planted here in our 3D Matrix by the energies of beings from Saturn, in many ways. We are still one with these beings and have been a part of the co-creation of everything that is now being pushed against. We are not ultimately victims to what’s happened to us as it really has happened WITH us, and we do get to choose the healing required inside in order to move beyond it and open up to love on a deeper level… Even with the process of feeling and healing the trauma we have walked out also being very real and takes much time and grace to flow with.

This conjunction with Saturn and Jupiter feels like it reflects to us the humility that humanity is being brought into, held in our death and rebirth by the Divine and our Divine I AM Selves. We are simultaneously seeing the restrictions placed on us by what we have believed to be true and the ‘rules’ we agree to abide by, which are showing themselves to be nothing more than the ‘great and powerful OZ’… a game of smoke and mirrors to keep us in fear, as a last gasp attempt to keep us from remembering the love that we are and are here to serve.

We are being shown with every wave of awakening and realizations, just how much healing there is to do. It’s humbling, yet so doable and deeply supported by the Divine. We are being asked to keep propelling ourselves through the birth canal and out the other side. This takes some pushing at times, yet even the pushing can be held with deep love of self and others along the way. Without learning and leading with compassion, care, and forgiveness from the inside out, we are not fully stepping into our potential to really unite within and with others and we aren’t really giving ourselves the chance to truly become different… to embody love in our Sacred Human way.

This death and rebirth is such a poignant healing opportunity if we are ready to let that in and lead all our fragmented parts and soul aspects in this process. This Great Conjunction happening on the Winter Solstice, the change of seasons into a more Yin and inward time of year in this hemisphere, brings around even more opportunity for deep inner shifts that our outer world then reflects back to us. This is a very powerful time, showing us all of our potential to do harm and also to do good… to become much better beings in this Universe, with healing and opening hearts and awakening souls integrating together inside of each of us.

Energy Update: Total Solar Eclipse Supporting Digestion Of Life Changing Desires and Decisions

The New Moon (sacred cosmic feminine) blocks the sun (sacred cosmic masculine) in a total solar eclipse today, December 14th. This is the planetary dance that can reflect the movements going on in our inner cosmos too. With the strong activations coming in during this 12/12 to 12/21 portal before the significant masculine planetary conjunction of Jupiter and Saturn on the 21st, this eclipse feels like it offers us a breather to feel, digest, and integrate.

The eclipse will only be visible across the southern end of South America, in Chile and Argentina. That is a narrow window to view it with physical eyes, yet eclipses are most powerfully connected to in a meditative visualization state. As you tune into them, slipping into an altered consciousness/light Theta brain wave place, your Divine Self is able to download the frequencies offered by the eclipse as codes moving into your crown chakra/light body, physical cells and emotional bodies.

The energies of this total solar eclipse are expansive and stimulating….you may feel inspired to try something completely different and new in your life. You may feel drawn suddenly to adventure and journeys, either in the physical as in a shift in geography or travel….or just inner journeys going to your next level of expanded consciousness.

Solar eclipses are often turning points in our lives for which major, life changing decisions are made that can have long-lasting effects. The eclipse energies support our clarity, vision, and veils of illusion lifting to see and feel what changes need to happen. The sacred masculine energies this month assist with the how….the actual following through and implementation of these changes. I am experiencing all of this myself in my own life, which I will be sharing more about soon when it feels like the right timing.

Timelines are collapsing and even long-term relationships are completing during this powerful last portal of this bliss mess year of 2020. With what feels like the Ascension acceleration occurring on the winter solstice December 21st, there is a sense that what ‘cannot come with you’ into the New is dissolving away both within and in outer manifestation experience.

Accompanying these completions is a sense of hope and new possibilities for the future. There is a closer and more potent sense of what you most want and need, plus who you really ARE and the life that would most support that expression as you move into New Earth/5D consciousness.

Emotional digestion of these completions, plus feeling stronger desires for your new timeline, can push up lots to emotions for parts of you. The Inner Protector needs negotiation with your Divine Self to feel held and supported by love, and to move through resistances that may come up to change and going into the unknown. The Inner Child can lead here too, with their natural essence expressing in joy, curiousity, and desire for adventure and Star Seed essence providing connection to galactic support. And the Inner Feminine can hold the space for feeling it ALL and responding to whatever is needing love and attention.

12/12 – 12/21 Corridor Bringing Clarities, Next-Level Invitations/Initiations

There is so much support through this 12/12 – 12/21 energetic corridor and into the new year of 2021 as well, for our deeper awakenings and initiations to take root individually and collectively. It’s already been a FULL year and now we’re being led into 2021 with fresh eyes and heart, though the rawness of what’s been moving all year is still very present.

Sudden dawnings and realizations are moving through. It’s a time of deeper awakening and the rumbles that come with that which sometimes you can’t name. You don’t know what’s shaking inside of you, but something IS…

Yesterday on 12/12 here in Glastonbury, it was a full day of hiking up to the Tor for sunrise and sunset and responding to alchemy in between. I had much time with Jelelle and could feel on both our trips to the Tor that there was something ceremonial moving through, deep inside of both of us. Such is the soul connection we have in these lands of Avalon, yet also, I got the strong sense of being initiated into a whole new level of soul bigness and claim.

So it is that we are all invited into our next levels/places, letting go and letting in as we move into them. Being initiated into deeper service if you’re ready for that, or perhaps your initiation right now is into trusting love and into feeling any fears that live in parts of you about surrendering to that process.

There’s a strong invitation from the Divine, always, to open your heart… to truly feel the grief, the mourning, the letting go as you also let in what’s arising. This could mean that you’re completing relationships or beginning new ones or completing with a geography to move on into one that better reflects your soul/heart needs, purpose and mission at this time. It’s a time of endings and beginnings, which is typical for this time of year every year, yet this year feels especially powerful in this way!

2020 has been a year where we’ve seen ‘Peak Fear’ take hold in many ways. It’s been a highly reactive year where many souls have struggled to lean into Divine love and to surrender to what is. It’s been a year of learning to trust what feels real to YOU while putting away the mainstream sources that are there to stir up the fears that were already peaking and mislead you with many spins on actual truth. It’s been a sacred year of more questions than answers, of death and rebirth, of looking intently in the mirrors placed in front of you, to meet the parts of you that have been hidden, buried, or buried themselves out of fear of being seen and known, not to mention felt, loved up, and deeply healed too.

Our deeper awakenings into rebirth and love as a Sacred Human family was not promised to be pretty or neat, though it has been deeply meaningful and continues to be. We all have choice points, graduations, and next levels to arise into. If love is leading, we will be challenged, we will grow, but we will always, ALWAYS be held.
