Energy Update: Deep Rest Needed As 3D Timelines/Lifestyles Collapse

HIGH energy frequencies coming in every day this week….not so much from any SOULar activities or geomagnetic storms or flares as things are quiet in that area. The energetic frequencies feel more like just PURE light flooding in…..that is available when we allow it into our energetic fields and into our Higher Hearts too. You may feel mega sleepiness as this light comes into every living cell. You can feel this drowsiness as the light increases your frequencies and invites any overworked 3D or masculine aspects to REST now.
You could call this ‘being tired’ or ‘feeling exhausted’, yet, really, it is an invitation to rest on a much deeper level than 3D lifestyles usually allow. Or as I have come to call them, “3D Deathstyles”. There is often so much going OUTward and so much doing that true and deep rest is not made space for.
The buzz of all this activity in 3D life often covers over the despair and depression and sense of meaninglessness that is vibrating on the emotional body and Metasoul level. When all finally stops and slows, these feelings come UP then to be felt and ‘dealt’ with as they cannot ultimately be denied or resisted. The Metasoul timelines/lifetimes bleed through too when outbounding slows down.
A higher vibrational life makes space and room for rest. It is flexible and responsive to your emotional body, your physical body, your chakras…..it is in tune with all these bodies and in flow with them and their current states.
A lower vibrational, more 3D anchored life feels rigid, it is ‘happening to you’ rather than you happening to it. It requires a certain level of what can feel like near constant OUTput without anything coming in to fill you back UP again. It leads to burnt out and depletion and resentful giving and self sacrifical service.
These lower vibrational timelines may be collapsing for you now, along with the relationships that previously held them together. The anxiety and tensions that provide often the fuel for them may be burning up (such as worries about money). Higher frequencies of light cause this collapsing as you let them in MORE and are open/willing to the shifts and changes that this brings on the inside AND the outside.
Anything running on the previous 3D fuels just can’t sustain as you continue to awaken and ascend. Your 5D self coming into your body needs different fuels and the main one is SELF LOVE that then flows out to others to share and exchange and transact. Your light body starts to need/require super foods, light and high water content foods, foods that are free of killing frequencies from eating animals. Your chakras need your regular attention and clearing/cleaning of them as they activate into ascension chakra vortexes. Energy Update: Strong SOULar Winds & Geomagnetics June 1st

HIGH SOULar winds today June 1st bringing in a geomagnetic storm and activations again! It is a relatively gentle entry for Gaia (and us) into this SOULar wind stream, perhaps offset by the recent lunar full moon/Divine Feminine frequencies.
 
You may feel this though on the physical body level in dizziness, intense sleepiness, body pains, Kundalini/Chakra activation, etc. As always, grounding helps through walking on Gaia with bare feet, burying your feet in sand, putting a selenite wand at your feet. The right foot chakra moves energy out, so you can also visualize energy moving out of that chakra and into inner Gaia. Or through the grounding chord at the base of your spine/root chakra that connects to Gaia.
 
Yesterday, I woke up from a crash/INtegrative nap at 5:55pm…..then this morning, again, at 5:55am. Last week it was 444 repeatedly appearing….and this week 555! I associate 555 with fifth dimension, of course, and the ongoing anchoring into 5D consciousness and merging with our 5D selves that is taking place in an accelerated way this year. 555 is CHANGE….and I feel ready for not just the internal changes that have been ongoing yet the external, physical ones as well that are starting to manifest as a geographic shift to the U.K. later this year.
 
May seemed to activate our 5D Self, bringing it ‘closer’ to our fields and consciousness….less far away and guide/angel feeling…more embodied and relatable to who we know as us. June should continue this 5D activation phase, with these geomagnetics today and the Summer Solstice coming on June 21st. There is also a sense of rumbling in the 3D moving into lower 4D disclosure of collective fear-based playouts and energies. I’ll write more soon about the mass wounded gender expression purging and healing that seems to be happening on this timeline and the Metasoul level.

Energy Update: Seven Signs Of 5D Activation During May Energies (Plus Resources!)

The month of May, 2018 has been intense in terms of energies…..wow! It has been offering 5D upgrades to our emotional bodies, physical bodies, chakral vortexes, DNA, and social/relationships too.  There have been waves of PURE love bliss 5D frequencies rolling in frequently all month. Then, phases of winds brought us surges of geomagnetics from a large coronal ‘hole to make us whole’ on the sun’s surface. We even had some ‘minor’ SOULar flares from sunspots this month, offering a surprising plasma BOOST. The 5/5 gateway swung open this month too, offering an open house feeling of access to our 5D consciousness, Star Family, Higher Self, and Divine Guides/Aspects.

This last week of May we have the FULL moon energies offering Divine Feminine illumination and some much needed integration of these activations and upgrades. The month will complete with more geomagnetics coming in at the end of the week (June 1st) providing more Masculine activations. The feminine lunar frequencies and SOULar ones offer a feminine/masculine balance. A symbolic representation of feminine/masculine balance was also downloaded through the most recent crop circle that appeared at the end of May. The following list of what you may be experiencing as 5D activations in response to these May energies is actually based on my notes from the ascension energy update and guided meditation livestream that I did on May 26th. I responded to many comments and questions about the Ascension process from listeners during the broadcast as well. You can watch it here:

Here are some signs of 5D activations, which it feels like will just continue into June and onward:

1. Seeing repeating number sequences and increase in synchs overall. This especially seems to be true with seeing ‘444’ or ‘1444’ as a DNA code activation that is specific to this phase of Ascension. 2. Activation of your 5D Self and 5D experience of bliss states. Your 5D Self is the version of you that is becoming unanchored from 3D reality and consciousness, which happens as you integrate and heal 3D-based parts of yourself, such as your Inner Child, Inner Teenager, Inner Mother/Father, Protector, and more. Your 5D Self also arise due to the unification of your Metasoul aspects through quantum healing of karmic patterns and soul gift exchange.

3. Timeline bleedthroughs from your Metasoul. Timelines merging through and overlaying onto the current one are a strong sign of 5D activation. Aspects from the same Metasoul as you (previously called ‘past lives’) are coming through from other dimensions/eras/planets, etc. to be felt and connected to more and more! Signs of this bleed through are intense dreams; seeing scenes from other timelines overlaid onto your reality; being drawn to ‘historic’ or galactic timelines very intensly; waves of emotional reactions/triggers that don’t feel like they are based in your current timeline; frequent or chronic body pain (esp. in the joints and muscles); and vivid activation of childhood abuse ‘memories’ where you are ‘there’ again (so that you can feel and heal the parts of you ‘stuck’ in these memories.)

4. Positive Physical body shiftings and changings. Many body shiftings are directly related now to chakra vortex activations, soul gifts activating, and Metasoul aspects/timelines coming through. If you can relate with them this way, you can learn and discover much more than if you just write off all body symptoms as ‘due to ascension energies’. Examples of these activations are what is occurring in our throat, crown and third eye chakras, with overall all chakras upgrading.

These changes in the body are POSITIVE ones that are an important aspect of 5D upgrading, such as improved eyesight, improved hearing, higher metabolism/energy levels, better digestion, calmed down/relaxed nervous system, and healthier/more vibrant skin. Superfoods and not eating animals/dairy can support these 5D body upgrades.

5. Kundalini (Divine Feminine) activations and surges. This can happen suddenly or may be more of a ‘dripline’ experience. It can be intense for people with strong surges of energy moving up the spine. Kundalini brings in other timelines/Metasoul aspects, activates soul gifts, and brings in the Divine Feminine death-rebirth cycle wherever you need it in your life. Forming a relationship with the Divine Feminine in whatever forms She most resonates for you allows you to more flow with and surrender to this Kundalini activation.

6. Galactic Consciousness and Star Family DNA Activation. The Pleiadians and Sirians esp. are assisting us with this current phase of Ascension through providing gateways and portals that can increase our remembering of our galactic lineages and reactivate our Star DNA. Visceral and touching access to your Star Family happens as you heal ‘abduction’ wounding with your Inner Child. Star Family offer a sense of your bigger picture purpose for being here and provide huge support for the manifestation of it.
If this Star Family activation isn’t happening for you right now, it’s just not the right time yet as you may need to ‘clear’ more in your life to allow it to come forward or undigested wounding is blocking it.

7. Relationships in your life are changing and shifting. As more 5D frequencies come in, they illuminate the compartments that parts of you have created, esp. if you have separated your relationships and romance from your spirituality. I saw this in almost every session that I did this month. Previously suppressed unhappiness and denial of it are being revealed, seen, and felt more.

3D based unions are rumbling as the awakening partner IS going to impact the USness and their other partner eventually. Staying in comfortable and safe arrangements that are 3D based in finances, mortgages, or staying together for the kids are feeling more like ‘prisons’ and ‘traps’ to your growing, awakening self. These relationships offer a mirror for you to see the parts of you that you have perhaps disdained and disowned. Once you embrace these parts of yourself, you no longer need the outer mirror in the same way.

Energy Update: SOULar Energies Accelerating Repeating Numbers, Synchs, Awakenings

I woke up in the middle of the night and checked the time: 2:22am. Then I laid there for awhile, checked the time again: 3:33am. I felt this big WINK in that and a ‘hello’ from my Higher Self/Guides/The Divine. We also recently went to lunch and the total on our bill was $444 pesos (about $22 USD) and, that same day, a recent youtube channel that I went to had 444K subscribers.

All of these repeating numbers mean that the higher dimensional frequencies and timelines are dipping into and overlapping into ours. Either by us going more ‘up’ to meet them and experience them or by them coming ‘down’ to connect with us. Meeting in the middle is becoming more and more possible. Gateways such as what opened on 5/5 and seem to have STAYED open allow for this merging into consciousness. Sometimes we need the physical manifestation of such things to remind us of the Divine synchronicity that is play in ALL moments of our lives.

As I laid there last night feeling wide awake, I recognized the hum and buzz that was running through my body as a response to the geomagnetics picking up again starting yesterday. Not a full fledged ‘storm’, yet enough to feel them in your nervous system and chakras too. It’s as if you’ve had caffeine right before bed and the buzz of it is running through your system.

Heightened winds bring SOULar frequencies into Gaia’s atmosphere and our atmospheres too….activating whatever soul downloads and gifts need to be remembered and brought online. There was also a minor SOULar flare a couple of days ago, which is interesting since it is considered a Solar minimum phase for flares. Flares feel like a sudden shock of energy, a rush of plasma, or a jolt if you are needing that….or they roll into your bliss waves if that is what you are riding. I’ve been on the blissy wave for days now, so I didn’t feel the flare impacting my emotional body too much, although they certainly CAN.

Being on the receiving end of so much cosmic energy has accelerated the awakening process and the moving into our higher timelines for those sensitive and ready for it. It is also flooding all the compartments that you may have created/built in your life. Or that parts of you have constructed in order to keep THAT separate from THIS. Such as, if you have been keeping your spirituality separate from your romantic relationship. Your soul can’t do compartments as it wants to flow through ALL areas of your life. Love can’t do compartments either and will eventually roll into all of them, like the lava flow from Pele in Hawaii….bringing some death, yes, yet also rebirth into the NEW. I’ll be writing more about this soon as it is such a big and common crucible going on.

Repeating numbers, increasing synchronicities, soul family coming together, clearer direction/guidance, things ‘cleaning out’ that no longer serve…..THIS is the ground of Ascension in this now and it is just being intensified by these energies from the Great Cosmic Sun and the Divine. THIS is the time/phase of miracles and magic happening on a ‘regular’ basis. THIS is the New Normal which is actually more like extraordinary, where quantum healing and transformation can happen on multiple timelines, both personally and for the collective. THIS is New Earth Now!

Energy Update: PURE Love Bliss Waves Activate Your 5D Self

Wave after wave of PURE love coming IN and UP at us right now. It is quite extraordinary the RIDE these waves can take you on. Rides to float/land/glide through the ‘gateways’ of fifth dimensional consciousness and BEyond. Experiencing love so immense that you feel like your human heart will burst to let it in. Moving through the resistances and fears to EMBRACE love with every cell of your BEing and so, to BEcome love walking/talking/moving/breathing.

Love in human form beaming…..that’s what these energies feel like as a reflection of our sacred humanity being activated. They are a mirror held in a space of the most perfect lighting so that we can see our own perfection as we are RIGHT NOW. These waves acknowledge that we are in process and in transition….that we are STILL and ever growing and learning. Yet, they also hold the truth of our already attained perfection AS fractals from a Divine source perfection.

There is really no tracking these waves or even connecting them very much to specific SOULar activities (although our sun is doing its part to activate us into these frequencies.) They are just a Divine GIFT to provide an accelerating reminder and remembering of your essence….getting to experience what you REALLY are versus what you have been conditioned by 3D consciousness to think that you are.

The feelings of NEW are in the air brought in by these energies…in your heart, in your soul…they KNOW what NEW means in your life and are BEing inspired/activated now. Your soul feels when something is serving your higher consciousness to come into your body, every day living. Your soul senses when you are serving love and when you are not. Your heart intuits when a relationship serves the bigger picture purpose of you BEing here and when it does not. Your heart feels when something is coming from love and when it is coming from fear.

You can connect more easily now to your soul essence, what we could also call your 5D Self. You can bridge to this waveform that is YOU in your highest and brightest state that can still be embodied. This is YOU in your sacred human best dressed and presented. This is YOU in your unanchoring from 3D-based woundings and traumas that no longer define and confine you. This is YOU in connection and increasing unification with your Star Family and your Metasoul aspects in other timelines and with all the precious 3D parts of yourself that are scattered around and need you to collect them into your heart again.

So simple in this Now to connect with your 5D Self. Just create a sacred space, close your eyes, and ask to connect and to see and to feel. Your 5D Self may show up like an angel, may present as what you have projected as a ‘teacher’ or a ‘guide’. It may look like you only SHINIER. It may be an animal. Trust that whatever you see is right and good.

Talk with your 5D Self. Ask them to support you and guide you. Ask them to bridge for you to the higher dimensions. Ask them what else you need to do and BE related to healing 3D traumas and Metasoul karmic binds/patterns too.

Invite your 5D Self to increasingly BEcome you more and more. Ask to merge with your 5D Self and how you can do this more.

I’ll be sharing a brief video later today that I recorded yesterday when I was floating/riding/gliding at the peak of Kundalini/bliss energies and in merged consciousness with my 5D Self, which is happening more and more for me. It is not bypassing to connect with your 5D Self. It is not transcending your humanity and your emotions to make this connection. This version of you can actually hugely help to hold the space for whatever emotions need to come up and be felt. Your 5D Self can go on the shadow journey with you to reveal whatever is in shadow and needs to be reclaimed. You need a version of yourself that is BIGGER than the reactions and the resistances and the fears in order to have them move and transmute into love again.

Parts of you, especially your Protector, need to feel that you are BIG enough in heart space to handle feeling the deeper, suppressed and often very difficult emotions. Your Protector may relate to you like a child or a teenager and doesn’t see you as BIG at all. Your claiming of your 5D Self shows your Protector that they can begin to rest from their vigilant guarding and LET you hold your own healing. THIS I have seen and witnessed many, many times as a dynamic inside between the Protector part of us, who just needs to trust that we won’t be overwhelmed by what they need to show us and help us remember. INjoy these LOVE waves! And, if they don’t bring up joy and bliss, yet rather take you into a necessary feeling and healing place, then EMBRACE that process too. ALL of what you feel and experience in this Now is for the greater service of love. And, you signed up to be ahead of the collective curve and to LEAD others during this time of transition.

This is your bounty time. This is your harvest time. This is your leading yourself time. This is your starting to lead others time. WHATEVER that looks and feels like…..you can trust that this is true as the gift of these Divine energies bring us all into the time/phase of becoming Infinite Love in human form again!

Energy Update: Timeline Bleedthroughs & Metasoul Karmic Transformation Opportunities

The veils are thinning and lifting BIG time in response to these ongoingly strong cosmic energies. These are the veils of amnesia that we chose, each of us, to place over our access to remembering and connecting to all of the timeline expressions of our Higher Self. These veils were always meant to be temporary….until our individual choice in this timeline to dissolve them. There is not a punishment in this being veiled, yet rather a complete dedication from our soul to REALLY experience and immerse in the 3D experience.
 
The picture that I have been offered (and seems to be validating itself with those who resonant with it) is that from your Metasoul source (the first individuated source of you coming out from Divine Source) there are many fractals or fragments projected out into many different timelines, eras, and dimensions. We each have our own individual Metasoul (so this is a reality ‘underneath’ the Oversoul groups) and do not share them with another soul. These fractal projections off of the same Metasoul is what we call, ‘Metasoul aspects or Metasoul brothers and sisters.’ These are what have been commonly called, ‘past lives.’
 
However, there is not anything ‘past’ about these aspects as time is not actually linear in the way it has been presented to us in 3D reality. All of your Metasoul aspects are ALIVE and active in the NOW, which means that they are currently experiencing all the intensities of whatever timeline they are in. With the veils thinning so much on your consciousness, these Metasoul timelines are no longer patiently waiting for you to go see a past life regression therapist or to just engage with them once in awhile for remembering. The scenes and themes and often INTENSE emotions from these timelines are coming through in the NOW and basically demanding to be seen/felt, and connected with.
 
These timelines are overlaying onto your current reality and can amplify whatever is going on there. This can be INTENSE! These timeline bleed throughs can activate undigested emotional wounds and traumas in your 3D self, through part expressions such as the Inner Child, Inner Teenager, Inner Mother/Father, etc. These 3D wounded experiences are actually Metasoul recapitulations and patterns that were chosen to be triggered so that they could be felt and healed. What I have been noticing in recent sessions with women is that with all of this chakra vortexes activation through SOULar energies, they are more able to see, hear, and feel these other timelines. They are experiencing this as sometimes disturbing, intense, and very uncomfortable body pain, emotional pain, and relationship pain/difficulties. They aren’t recognizing or connecting these pains to a Metasoul timeline, so they often suffer in these states without understanding what is going on. In session space, we are able to bridge to these timelines together and connect with the Metasoul sister or brother who needs them, starting with a connection to their Protector/Gatekeeper (more below). This is the beginning of a connection between them that eventually leads to a soul gift exchange AND quantum healing of karma, as I have experienced myself over and over again. You can actually change and collapse the timelines of your Metasoul through loving intervention and ‘rescue’ of your Metasoul aspects when needed. THIS is quantum healing that also impacts the collective experience of these timelines.
 
Here are some ways that you can tell that a Metasoul aspect timeline is bleeding through to your current reality:
 
– Intense dreams that feel very ‘real’ and like they are happening in the Now. This can be the experience of nightmares that are actually scenes that are ‘fixed’ or ‘stuck’ in your Metasoul due to undigested trauma.
 
– Seeing scenes of intense circumstances that ‘overlay’ onto your reality, such as being hanged, persecuted, desire for suicide (or actually committing it.) This may feel more like you are ‘watching a movie’ then actually feeling like something you have experienced.
 
– Being drawn to particular timelines in a strong way, such as studying intensely about Ancient Greece, Ancient Egypt, Atlantis, etc. Synchroniticies may connect you to this particular timeline as well, such as meeting people who are also drawn to them, seeing random images that ‘pop up’ on the internet connected to them, receiving ‘names’ with origins to them, etc.
 
– Big waves of emotional reactions and triggers that you wouldn’t normally react to so strongly. The tendency can be to want to ‘shut down’ these emotions or ‘raise your frequency’ above them, yet, actually, these emotions can be felt and digested if you connect to your Metasoul aspect who is experiencing them.
 
– Frequent or chronic body pain, especially in the muscles and joints, that isn’t relieved by traditional or even alternative means. This is increasing as our bodies go through a transformational process from carbon to becoming crystalline. Yet, also, intense body pain can be a manifestation of unfelt Metasoul overlays into your energy field and body. Traumatic experiences in other timelines (such as being hung or burned at the stake) can actually manifest as body pain THIS life. The more traumatic the experience is on the Metasoul aspect’s body, the more possible this is.
 
– Activation of childhood memories of abuse and feeling like you are ‘there’ again. The Metasoul trauma amplifies any unfelt and undigested trauma in your 3D-based parts too. Parts of you can loop in these traumatic scenes so you may be reliving them again in this way.
 
There are also Metasoul aspects that come from higher consciousness frequency timelines and are meant to serve as guides for you and to your Metasoul. These are aspects that don’t have the same need for karmic healing as their consciousness has ascended the incarnational, wound-playout cycle in that way. Examples of these Metasoul aspect timelines that are benevolent and love-based are Star BEings such as Arcturians, Pleiadians, Sirians, Mantids/Founders, and timelines such as Lemuria. Often what you have related to as a Spirit Guide is actually an aspect from your Metasoul.
 
One of the ways that you can gain more fluid access to your Metasoul timelines is to connect and negotiate with your Protector/Gatekeeper part of your Metasoul who has been ‘in charge’ of them. The Gatekeeper Metasoul aspect is often VERY overwhelmed by all the bleed throughs happening right now and doesn’t know how to modulate or help filter what is coming through. You can start by connecting with your Protector in a loving and compassionate way to allow them to become a guide for you to the timelines that need you, rather than a guard. All of this activation and lifting of the veil is happening to accelerate the process of feeling and transmuting karma trauma. This is a VERY self loving decision and choice by your Metasoul to have this process consciously awaken to you and with you in this Now. The opportunities for TRULY healing karma are huge right now, which is an essential aspect of the Ascension process. Navigating this opportunity through connection with your Metasoul aspects directly and the timelines that they are living in allows for an expedited, often feeling miraculous level of transformation! AND, it just seems to keep getting more ripe, clear, and ready for the transmuting!
 
Becoming 5D is to recognize how multidimensional your BEing actually is and to be OPEN to these other timeline realities as your ‘new normal’. Embracing them with love, inviting them to connect with you. Forming a unifying team of both 3D parts of yourself (that eventually integrate) and Metasoul aspects moves you into a wholeness of BEing.
 
You are coming back together again, one fractal at a time….returning to the Divine essence from which you came and arising into the Infinite Love frequency again!

Energy Update: INtegration Of Inner Polar Shifts

There is MUCH to digest since the 5/5 gateway/star gate 5D experience frequencies OPENED out wide (like an open house to connect with your 5D Self, Guides, Higher Consciousness aspects.) We are invited to walk through our own version of the golden arches, to experience our own versions of Heaven in THIS Now, and to connect with Angelic/Heavenly frequencies of our Metasoul. This is pure golden honey love experience when allowed INto your heart and soul!

Being in the direct stream of SOULar energies flowing from a large coronal hole since a 5/5 gateway opening has amplified the magnetics of Gaia and our own magnetics TOO. There is a reverberation going through Gaia’s orbit, through our own orbits too in response to this. We are moving out of the direct flow of these energies now on May 11th as Gaia continues to rotate around….until mid-June when we are in direct line again with the coronal hole, according to spaceweather.com.

I offered yesterday though the importance of INtegrating these energies…..rest, BEing, connecting with Gaia (both physically and etherically). These are STRONG energies meant to change your inner and outer worlds.

Kundalini activation (Divine Feminine), non-dual awakenings (loose mind and less mental grid filter over reality), popping ascension chakras to another level is ALL possible during these kind of frequencies. This is the flushes and rushes of energy; the cluttered and clouded thinking (can’t find words sometimes!); the neck/head pain; the sore throats (finally through THAT one, I can sing again!!) If you’ve already experienced some of these things in your awakening, you might feel this as a ‘recharge’ or ‘boost’ to them.

These are the ‘polar shifts’ that are happening with Ascension…..shifting the polarities inside of you too that may exist from one part of you to another. Push-pulls and mixed feelings are just not able to be represented in one ‘I’ voice as the truth of 3D experience is to be fragmented in response to the density. This especially seems to be true connected to relationships where there can be SO many parts active in the bond and connection that want different things.

To heal polarities is to identify and connect with the diverging energies inside, the contrasting voices that argue against each other….this could be happening hugely unconscious to you in many moments even! These current energies are SUPPORTING the truth of your soul and what it most wants and needs and is meant to do here. This can be way uncomfortable though for parts of you still attached and anchored to 3D through relationships, geographies, careers, etc.

Many people have commented this week, “I’m so glad that I’m not alone in this,” appreciating the feeling sense of community connection, seeing/feeling others who are experiencing these energies in the same sensitive way. You are NOT alone in this…..you are ahead of the curve and maybe many of those in your life and immediate surroundings. This TOO will shift though as your desire to be in community and in resonance grows, as it is eventually meant to. As you create an inner commUNITY, so you draw the outer commUNITY.
